More dreams last night 1) I was at my friend Bronia's house for her 18th birthday party. In RL, she's having this birthday party next week in a hall, but in the dream it was in her house. On top of this, her house looked nothing like her actual house. I couldn't really tell if it was a good party - it had the makings to be a great party, but everyone seemed a bit miserable. I'm not really sure what the time was. We were in a rectangular kind of living room - I assume it was night time, and the lights were on. A telly was directly in front of the sofa I was sat on. To my right was Leo.H, Chloe.R and some others I can't remember. I was talking to Leo, asking him to please get me laid by someone, as he's supposed to be my wingman. He suddenly remembered that and immediately sprung to action, although he did it really loudly so that everyone could hear! I think he first suggested Chloe who has a boyfriend, or it might have been someone else that obviously wouldn't, and he knew she'd say no so my final resort was my friend Devvon. I think Devvon is very attractive so I got pretty excited at this although she looked at Leo as if to show that she thought what he was doing was weird, although not necessarily saying no to me. I had to look at Leo as if to say "Seriously dude, you're so weird" when Devvon was looking at us 0 didn't want her knowing it was all my plan. Some other beef happened in which Leo and I upset some people, although I don't remember what happened. The reason I wasn't aware of the time is that the next thing that happened was when I had just woken up at about 7am. There was no particular gap. However I assumed that the party was at about 3am as it was getting quieter, but maybe it was 7, I don't know. I was walking through a hallway that was similar to the carriage hallways on trains where they have the toilets and cafe. Whilst walking through here, Bronia's Dad came out of nowhere!! I was shocked and scared because, despite knowing he's a nice guy in RL, he was a strict dick in the dream. He looked nothing like her dad - in fact, he looked like Hal from Malcolm in The Middle, if he had spent a few hours on a tan bed, then ripped the top part of his purple shirt to reveal his hairy chest He asked me where I was going, and instead of telling him a lie and saying I was going to the toilet, I told him the truth - that I was going to his fridge to get some breakfast. He was not happy with this, saying "No!", and declaring that if the fridge hasn't the exact same contents when he checks it, he will go mental. I got a very strict vibe from him, and thought it was strange that he still let Bronia have the party. When he left however, I went for it and stole some breakfast anyway, didn't think he'd notice. However instead of taking some substansial food, I took a jelly bean and a jelly bean the size of a plum!!! I put them in my jumper pocket, eating the small one and playing with the bigger one for a while. I was now in a lift with all of the parents of Bronia's friends, on the way out of the house. I don't know why they were all there so organized at the same time, or why they were going out of the house in the first place, but they didn't have their kids - I think I was just a spectator. Maybe they were going INTO the house, but I had a vibe of them leaving. It was fairly tense - either Bronia's Dad was in the lift too or they had just met him - or alternatively they were about to meet him. The Lift was grey but fairly light as if there was a window, but there wasn't. 2) This was a peculiar dream. It wasn't very vivid at all. All I remember was approaching this pub in either a car or a bus, ready to get out and go in. I started thinking to myself, "it's so strange that nothing spiritual such as dreaming, lucid dreaming, or OOBEs have happened yet today!" YET I WAS HAVING A POTENTIAL LUCID DREAM RIGHT THAT SECOND, gaaaaaaaaaaaah.
Some of you may know about the show called "Wipeout". It's basically a televised obstacle course. But anyways I had a dream that I actually got past, or actually beat the obstacle course and won the show I don't remember many details, unfortunately... But it was actually pretty fun. I made it to the last part of the obstacle course and got to the finish line. Almost fell in the water a few times. But I still won xD
Most of these are non lucid dreams that I find boring. Skip to Tuesday night for the good stuff. Sunday Night (Pointless desert dream) The first thing that I remember was stepping out of a small outpost, cobbled together from shanty metal plates, and part of an airplane cabin. All around the outpost was a sea of sand dunes, and at the edge of visibility, jagged mountains. This girl who was about twelve, with blonde hair and glasses (The smart looking type) goes by me on this tractor-type vehicle with tank treads. Though the back of my head, I get the dream's plot. We're doing some kind of archeology dig in the desert, and I'm helping. The tank was slow but I had a hard time keeping up. My feet were really heavy. I tried to blame it on the boots that I was wearing. (This is usually what it's like when you're having a nightmare and you want to get away from something.) When we got over the first sand dune, there was a large army green party tent with a bunch of machinery under it. For some reason, I got really attached to this rusty old wagon under the tent and started to pull it. The girl on the tractor told me to hurry up and get to the digging site. I asked her If I could ride on the tractor because my shoes were so heavy. She said no. I managed to make it up the next sand dune, and saw the dig site. It was pretty small. The girl who had arrived before me was working, as well as these two really young boys with short hair. As soon as I was on top of the sand dune, everyone came up to see me. The girl told met that there was a sandstorm coming and that we should get back to the base. I started to head back, but the girl got worried because she thought the wagon should/shouldn't be left out in the sandstorm. Whatever it was, me and her got into a really pointless and mundane argument that seemed to last forever. The sandstorm was bearing down on us, and I started to get back to the base. I couldn't see the distant mountains anymore. And it took me a few minutes to make it past the tent again and back to the base. But as soon as the four of us made it back to base, we found out there was nothing there. I suddenly entered this sort of fake lucid state. I tried to build us a new base. But instead, I build a landing pad and this large kind of helicopter-looking aircraft with four big turbines, two on each side. It was sort of a teal color. I think this comes from the same dream, but I have no idea how it connects. I was in the desert still, but the sand dunes were a lot smaller now. Plus, there were no mountains in the distance now. And there was an abrupt, straight border with a forest of large pine trees that were all exactly the same height. The dream characters from before were there, and the girl took this red Frisbee sized plastic ring and spun it around like a coin. Apparently it was some kind of archery challenge because I had a bow and arrow. When I shot it (and hit it nonetheless) The arrow and ring shot straight up into the sky. Then my quiver came off my back, floated over to the same spot that I hit the ring, and went straight up into the sky. We started to go looking for the plastic ring and my arrows, and we went into the forest next to the desert. At first, we could not find them, but then this well-camouflaged door opened in the side of one of the trees. My mom comes out holding the ring and my arrows. "I believe these are yours. I found them in my yard." This whole thing doesn't make an ounce of sense! Monday Night I was going to a pool party at my old friend's house. I can remember walking to the pool with a couple friends, but it was rather uneventful. When we got there, this girl that I've never met before got out of the pool and started kissing me and telling me that she loved me. I can remember that she was very overweight and didn't seem to have good hygiene. At first, I sort of let her kiss me and stuff, because I thought it was a joke or something. Then she started holding me down and I think she was trying to have sex with me or something. (This is about as disturbing as it gets, so if you read this part, you're good.) The dream gets really hazy at this point. After awhile, I came to my senses. She was still kissing me but we were in a really fancy restaurant with my parents. I told her I had to get going and she seemed a little sad, but was fine with me leaving. Tuesday Night (Last Night) A minor event. I can't remember what It was about at all, but I had one. Became lucid and woke up. Also a WILD experience that I accidentally let myself have. I went though hallucinations and all that stuff. The dream started with these credits, like a movie was starting. I can't remember what they said because the letters were really small and sort of blurry. I can't remember what else happened, but I think that it was a WILD The final dream for this triple-length entry is by far one of the most surreal and interesting dream experiences that I've had thus far. It was totally worth it to type all of those lousy pointless dreams just so I could get to tell you about this one interesting good one. I was floating up, holing onto about a dozen balloons. But they were glowing with a hazy gold light. I looked around, and there were thousands of these balloons all around me. They were all drifting up from the middle of this giant bronze gear in the floor of a titanic room. The center of the gear was some kind of aperture that released the balloons. Some of the balloons were alone, others were in clumps. Another clump floated up next to me, and my english teacher was hanging onto it. I vividly remember her voice and choice of words almost exactly as she would have done in real life, and she was teaching me about lucid dreaming (of all things) as we drifted upwards holding onto these balloons.

Another experiment with galantamine Details Migraine tonight, no chance of running the experiment, does help allow the galantamine to completely exit my system for the next night The late period of Deep sleep around 5:30AM is a warning sign that this was a poor night's sleep
While watching a movie I amble into the kitchen to make me breakfast. I pull out the bowl and cereal (Cheerios) when my mom walks in and points a few things out to me like the five frogs on the frigerator, which are not there in real life but I believe were placed there in a different dream, but she points out that the five are now three and that their wooden spoon handles are broken. I walk into the living room and for some reason try to phase through the window, it doesn't work so I question if I'm really dreaming or not. I then tap the screen to my alarm system and what comes up is normal except for the black box around it.I completely realize that I'm dreaming and instead of trying to go through the window again I simply open the door. I walk out onto the street and start practicing my flying, which has been rather off lately. I take off and just as quickly fall and slide on my back. I then decide to want to have a fight and three people come around the corner. I then find myself summoning a heavy rain to disguise myself, even though no real fighting goes on. I then appear in my moms room and I began stabilizing them dream every way I can. I then begin talking to my mom and she tells me a story about a Indian man who does stuff with dreams that live near a bridge in Albuquerque.

I am traveling the world of Skyrim, exploring the many cities and dungeons, when I come across a village split by a river. There is a lot of action happening in this place.
I am walking through a tall, dense, misty forest with my companion, when out of the mist comes a bear with many black painted markings on its body. We fight valiantly but we are defeated but a light shines down and we are brought back to life and this time we defeat the bear. We continue down the path and arrive in a village surrounded by mist. Two people come up to greet us.
I was at school with my pet beagle and I was there for some band event. I had something to do and handed her leash to a former band member and left to go do something and when I got back her left eye was bigger, like it would pop out and it was dark green. I asked him what happened to my dog and he avoided the question for awhile but he finally told that when he was practicing he sound his snare drum down and it hit her in the eye. We are now back at home and my brother asks what happened to her and I regale him. I then tell her to go to bed, but instead she jumps into the open dishwasher. I almost break out into tears as I try desperately to get her into her cage.
took like 15 minute nap and had astrange dream were i thought to do a reality check and i was lik nah cause i make wake up if i start moving around nd shit. so instead i drempt i was talking on the fone with hayley and she was kinda not listening to me any more and was talking to her friends nd i was on the other end and i thought wow i gotta wake up
This story is going to be a little disjointed I fear, as the dream and following states I was in are a little disjointed. I am posting this for anyone who has had a similar experience to discuss or to give advice, towards the end I've asked a couple of questions. It's important to note that this is my first out of body experience and was different to lucid dreams which I have a bit of experience with. Also want to mention that I am still unsure where I stand on my belief of Astral Projection as I have as yet to find anything concrete in the Lucid Dream or other states that prove to me when awake that I had moved into a different reality space. However I will keep going with it. This morning I had a lucid dream about 6am that I woke from, very simple lucid dream, I was on a soccer field alone and realised I was dreaming so I kicked the ball and mentally directed it into the top right hand corner of the goal. A friend arrived and distracted me and I lost lucidity (thanks for that Steve). A short while after I woke up and could feel the vibrations, which anyone familiar with sleep paralysis will be aware of, sometimes they scare me, other times they don't, which means I am getting better as they used to all scare the hell out of me. Having read Robert Monroe's 'Journey's out of the body' I decided to try and 'roll out'. I was able to move my 'astral' arms and reach over and touch the floor initially. After a while I was able to fully roll out and was in a 'press up position' on the floor. All the time knowing that my body was up on the bed. I concentrated and floated up to the ceiling, then I felt anxious and automatically moved back into my body. It felt similar to when you get a fright in a dream and are shot back into your body, except in slow motion, I calmly floated back into my body. Now the trouble was, throughout this whole experience, I could not see anything. The floor and ceiling were where I perceieved them to be, but whenever I tried to open what I will call my 'astral eyes', my eyes started to open on my physical body, like it was waking my body up. Question 1: Has anyone experienced such a thing and if so, how did you get around this? Any tips on how can I open my eyes and see what's around me when in this state? Finally, now I am not sure if this occured before or after I managed to 'roll out' of my body', but I felt a presence, 2 or 3 other beings in the room that seemed to be involved in the vibration process I think and it felt like they were trying to assist me in getting out of my body. There was a being I perceived as female, dark hair wearing a gray and black striped top, that is all I recall, no facial features just her presence. A short time after they had appeared to have left, a I started to get a little scared during the vibrations and asked for her to return, which she did, and she said to me in what seemed a rather jocular tone, "I do this about 30 times a week!". Now it did seem in good spirit and like she has something to do with my being in these other states, assuming when I am asleep and unaware what is going on, seeing as lucid dreaming accounts for about 0.001% of my total dreaming life.
Not much recall from last night. I was in what was supposedly Thailand, with people I perceived as friends who in real life I don't know. I was paranoid that they were going to plant drugs on me, which when I went to the toilet and came back I found out they did. They were acting suspicious around my travel bean bag neck support and when they left I opened it to find a large bag of cocaine. I was worried, I didn't want to go to the police because I didn't trust them and couldn't prove they had planted it, I called my mum and decided to just leave, leave the hotel, buy a new suitcase (incase they had planted stuff elsewhere) and get out of there. At other points in this dream, before or after, I was back home and faced with the decision of giving up life overseas to return home and be a director at a football club. I watched my team play before I was due to leave and hadn't decided on what I was doing as I had to consult my partner in Australia. A large part of it was spent in what would be the board room, but it was like a large room with table sand chairs and a glass window wall to watch the game.
Not much recall from last night..... Recall playing poker around a table in a place that I percieved to be home, the other players certainly were from home, but we were playing with small chips instead of playing cards, the chips had the suit and number on them. I had A, 6 and A, 7 was in the flop, lost the game to my mum who had a full house. After the game she started to get upset that me living overseas was going to fracture the relationship with her and my family. At some point we looked at a giant photograph of my sister's presentation for something in which some people had ruined by pulling someone's skirt. After that I was walking with my cousin who advised he was off to buy some drugs, at which point I disappeared to a house where there were a lot of small spiders. Dream changes to me playing tennis, having a hit with my dad but also concerned at the same time that I have tennis elbow so can't play at full strength. We're hitting up and playing doubles. For some reason after that my dad is playing in the US Open and manages to get to the doubles quarter finals, his partner has to pull out so he asks me to play. I am not keen but play as he has no other option. We are practicing by hitting up against our opponents, 2 men at this time. Then the scene changes and we are up against a Bulgarian man and American woman who I perceived at the time to be famous but she wasn't. We were on the 2nd court but the crowd gathered as time went on. We won the toss and my dad opted to serve, which we lost and then the woman on their team served and held, she could hit the ball really hard. Although it was a hard court, at times there were clumps of cut grass the ball would hit and stop dead so I couldn't get to any shot to make it. When I went to serve I was nervous with the crowd now, the stadium was almost full. For some reason I was going to start serving with a baseball bat then decided to use my racket. At that point we seemed to lose the game. Although we only played 3 games. Afterwards I went and sat on the grass with quite a few family members. My half brother was there and his baby sitter, who was upset at the way his mum had been treating her.

Non-dream Dream Dream 1: I am sleeping in a tree on my side yard. It is a huge tree with a thick branch. My neighbors car pulls into their driveway and I wake up. Instead of walking into their house they go into their backyard through the side yard. I pretend to be asleep when they notice me in the tree. After they go into the backyard I follow them. My cat V is there and he is extremely happy to see me. He is making strange noises that I somehow know are happy sounds. Dream 2: I am getting ready to play in a huge football game with my boss. My boss keeps asking me if I am ready, rushing me. I am hanging out with my co-worker YA. Dream 3: I am fighting Sheeva from Mortal Kombat. Dream 4: I have a child - a little baby girl. I am very good with her and I am holding her, talking to her, etc...
Grappling Hook I'm playing a James Bond video game on multiplayer. On my end it's two-person splitscreen, but there are four players in the game altogether. The person on the lower screen suddenly stops, and I freeze as well because I was screen-looking. But we're nowhere near each other, so I start moving again, hoping that he didn't notice. He's currently in a skirmish with the other two players. I enter a warehouse. There's a metal cabinet in the back corner that looks worth investigating. I walk up to it, and eureka! Among other useful items, there are a couple of bazookas. I take them, then screen-look again. Accidentally, I swear! But this time the lower screen corresponds to one of the other two players, and both of them are running up behind me. I try to turn around and get them with the bazooka, but my character is moving really slowly. "What am I, encumbered, or something?!" I say in frustration. I've never heard of encumbrance in James Bond games. But that must be what it is--there was too much big stuff in that cabinet. I get off one rocket, and then the others start firing rockets as well. Damn. I get to the bottom of the metal ramp leading to the cabinet; the other two people are standing there, too. The range is really too close to be using rocket launchers, but I shoot again, anyway. And I die. Grr. I respawn on a lower level of the map, near a raised highway. I decide to try out my grappling hook. There's a target for it (a small beige circle with a sort of raised knob in the middle) on each of the lampposts near the highway. Using the grapple here is a shortcut from the lower level to the upper level, so I see why it would be useful. I shoot the hook at the target and the wire pulls me up, but that just leaves me hanging a few yards off to the side of the highway, swinging slightly back and forth. I try to pump my legs to get a large enough swing that I can jump onto the highway, but I can't get it large enough to be comfortable with the leap. I let myself back down. I try again, this time standing farther back from the light. I'm not going to give myself any time to swing back and forth and lose momentum--the moment I get high enough, I'm going to release the hook. Since the wire will be pulling me forward, I should have enough sideways momentum to reach the highway. It works! Now I just need to figure out how to go _down_ using the hook. I go out on the balcony of the third floor of a building. It's dark out. There's a security guard in the parking lot below, locking up for the night. The grapple hook target is right on the railing for the balcony, so I attach the hook. I expect some kind of automatic animation showing me sliding down the line, but nothing happens. Well, I guess it's more realistic this way. Manually, I toss down the line. Some how the line attaches to something at a diagonal slope, so when I send my gear down, it slides out into the night like it's on a zipline. The security guard sees the gear going past and starts beating it up with a baseball bat. Shit, that gear's expensive! Hurriedly, I pull the gear and the zipline back up to the balcony. It only takes a couple of tugs. The guard peers in my direction, then suddenly points at me and starts shouting--and running towards my building. I'm not sure how he plans to get up here, until suddenly he shoots his own grappling hook at a target on the edge of the sloping terra-cotta roof that leads straight to my balcony. Uh oh. My only chance is to run past him while he's busy getting up here. I jump over the railing and onto the roof. It's hard to keep my footing as I run to the roof's edge, and I end up slipping over the side and landing on the ground with a painful thud. Okay, realistically, there's no way for me to escape from this. So I wake up. Ziplines and Triangles (LUCID) I'm hiding in the woods from the delegation of thirteen Aes Sedai who have come to take me away. Crouching beneath the bushes I listen to them walk nearer, I hope they will not find my hiding place. Wait, no, there are fifteen, not thirteen. That doesn't make sense; thirteen is the magic number. Oh, right--just five Aes Sedai, with ten wood nymphs to guide them through the trees. I look up from the book for a moment, thinking rather lecherously that at least I'll be able to imagine that the wood nymphs are topless green women, like in Shaiya. My hiding place has become my bedroom on the ground floor of my family's house. I hear a knock on the door, and I know it's because the wizards have found me. They mean to take me away with them to train my magical powers in a distant school, but I don't want to go. They'll be polite about it, at least at first, so I open the door to find my youngest sister with one of her friends. They hand me a letter, which I'm sure comes from the people waiting outside. I take it, but then I flip off the girls (they don't react) and shut the door. Later, I decide to go outside and look at the cars in which these people arrived. There's no one in sight as I walk down the driveway, but there are six or seven unfamiliar vehicles parked along the sides and along the road. Some look like they came from the early 20th century, and they're painted rather garishly with the names of the institutions to which they belong. I'm not sure how many of them belong to the wizards, and how many to other groups that happen to be in the same area. When I return to the top of the driveway, I decide to drive in the Pathfinder. It's parked in such a way that it faces down the driveway, so I just hop in and drive it with my bare feet. I don't even have my driver license with me, which kind of bothers me, but this is rather fun. As I go down the driveway, I realize that it will be hard to turn around, so I brake and try to turn the car so that it goes between two of the big pines along our driveway. I slide sideways for a bit, but eventually I make it through and onto the lawn. I realize that I've never gone off-roading in the Pathfinder before, even though it's an SUV with a very off-road-y kind of name. It's fun, bumping along in the grass, but I have a bit of trouble getting the car back onto the driveway where it started. So I get out and walk the car, instead. As I'm about to go back into the house, I see my mom in the garage. We talk about bikes for a moment. It looks like she's about to take something to the bottom of the driveway. It looks heavy. I ask if she wants help, but she declines. It must be about five in the morning; I wonder if she got any sleep at all. She works too hard. But without asking her a second time, I just go back into the house. When I reach my bedroom on the top floor, suddenly I wonder if this was all a dream. I do a nose RC. It works! My bedroom is very dark. I decide to try verbal commands. "LIGHT!" I shout. "MORE LIGHT!" The lighting changes a bit, but it's not really any better. There are probably people sleeping nearby, but since it's a dream, that doesn't matter. "WAKE UP, EVERYBODY! THIS IS A LUCID DREAM!" My vision's gone wonky, like there's another image overlaying my bedroom. It looks like a curvy triangle, and I suspect it's the shape my covers are making in front of my face. Not good. Desperately, I try the light switch. Of course, it does nothing. I decide to abandon the bedroom and try my luck outside. I dash down the hall and into my parents' bedroom. As I run to their balcony, I shout some bullshit statistic, like, "Did you know that 80% of socks are hung on the sixth and seventh clotheslines?" Then I grab one of the socks that's hanging over a thick cable slanting down from the outside of the house, and I slide down the cable like it's a zipline, knocking the other pairs of socks willy-nilly to the ground. I land in a large city plaza full of trees. Miraculously, the curvy triangle has vanished. It's a beautiful day, and there are a few people walking around. I decide to try speed-running down the sidewalk. I turn to my right, and I manage to get some speed, going perhaps twice as fast as I'd be able to sprint while awake. As I approach a heavyset guy my age going the other direction, I notice that he's looking straight at me. I slow down for a closer look. He's smiling, and he's got one hand held out like he's pointing a pistol at me. Well, that's weird, but maybe that's just how DCs say "hi" to people. I laugh and smile back, jokingly asking what he would have done if it turned out he actually shot me by accident. Then I realize that it wasn't a very funny joke. Oops. I elect just to walk away from that one. The sidewalk ends at a highway where there are a lot of people standing around. Another guy my age tries to get me to play catch with a remote-control helicopter. Agreeably, I climb up onto a horizontal metal pole and get set to grab it. But at the last minute I chicken out. Those blades look dangerous. A few moments later, I [falsely] wake up. I keep my eyes tightly shut. I might as well try to chain into another LD. I lie still, trying to picture the scene I just left. Then I wonder whether my theory was correct, the one about the blankets making that curvy triangle, and I decide it's worth it to open my eyes and check. Yep, there's that triangle. But wait, before I draw any conclusions, I should make sure I'm actually awake. I sit up and do a nose RC. Oh. I decide to try using the makeshift zipline again, so I run through my parents' room and slide down. It's not as spontaneous, though, and everything outside seems to be darker and more indistinct. Moments later, I [falsely] wake up again. I lie underneath the covers with my eyes open, not sure what to do. Suddenly I notice the window. It's raining, and it looks like there's a sinister figure standing just outside, staring at me. I sit up in terror. Turns out it was just a tree and a strange trick of the light. I do an RC to find out that I'm STILL dreaming. I get out of bed and decide to try snapping flames again. Just one snap, and it doesn't work. I start trying to picture candle flames in my head, but suddenly I get very frustrated with the whole situation and I deliberately wake myself up. [I forgot to check whether my covers in waking life were actually making a curvy triangle. I suspect they were not. Also, during the original LD in my bedroom, I said something clever involving the phrase "What the frack." Soon after, I tried to review the moment in my head so that I'd remember it when I woke up. But apparently it didn't work.] Alex Day's Penis Spoiler for Alex Day's Penis: I've been watching Alex Day's newest video. It's almost over. As a grand finale, he apparently takes off his pants (though you can't see for sure, because only the top half of his body is in the shot). I feel like rolling my eyes. But then suddenly he starts messing with the camera, and there are a few frames in the resulting jumble of camera angles where I think you might actually be able to see his penis. It looks like he has an erection. This is over the top, even for him; I'm astonished that he got permission from YouTube to do something like this. There's one shot where he has an empty can of energy drink with the bottom cut out; he's holding it over the top of his penis, I guess to imply that it's longer than it is. I notice that although his penis is quite long, it's rather spindly as well. Heh. The whole time, of course, he's grinning like a maniac. I feel like I should finish what I started and watch this video to the end, but I don't like it. I keep looking at the play bar to see how much time is left. Study Abroad I'm visiting an old high school acquaintance while she's studying abroad in a Spanish-speaking country. Feeling brave, I decide to try talking to her in Spanish. She responds in kind, but she talks so fast that I can't really understand her. I do understand that she asks me how much Spanish I've done while in college. Slowly, I manage to formulate a response, telling her that I've studied a bit on my own but she's clearly better than I am, now. Shootout [This isn't really a legitimate dream, because it happened this morning when I was half awake and feeling too comfortable to get out of bed. But I definitely wasn't fully awake, and I think it's interesting, anyway.] Not wanting to get out of bed, I'm entertaining myself by imagining various soccer plays that involve me scoring a goal. The first one is too slow, because I shot with the side of my foot. Ruefully, I remind myself that in order to get any speed, you have to have your knee over the ball and kick with the laces. Then I have more success. I bet the coach is glad about putting me in as forward. Our offense was hurting, before. I'm still frustrated with some of my fellow forwards. Then, one time at the moment when I take the shot, my actual, waking-life right leg jerks as though it's doing the kicking. Surprised, I wake up fully.
Last night I had a dream that I was in a city that was actually a mixture of Tustin and North Long Beach, California. The first couple scenes I recall, I was talking to my brother Jeremy. I don't remember what we were talking about, but the next thing I know- I'm headed towards a group of our friends. I'm walking right behind our friend Vinny, but Vinny won't seem to slow down for some reason. He starts ducking in behind walls and making it into a game of hide and seek. I finally seem to catch up with him and lean up against a wall surrounding wherever we were at the time. I notice that a few of my other friends were here, this was were I intended to go in the first place. I start being ridiculed by my friends about being bad at hide and seek, and I return to them that I wasn't... even playing. They went on about how I touched the wrong wall, that wall wasn't the base. I honestly insist I wasn't playing, lol. The normal playful namecalling commenses, and the dream shifts somewhat to where we're all standing on top of a jungle gym. (I guess that was a sign that this scene was a childish one.) So I begin to climb down from the jungle gym. But, the thing that I'm climbing down was like one I've never seen in real life. It was an orange piece of metal sprouting in all different minute directions. It was actually very entertaining to climb down. So I got down, and took off across the play ground- back to my friend's house. I got to a house that belonged to a friend of a friend. My good friend John was there, and we were outside in the backyard having a few cigerettes with the guy who owned the house. We just talked for awhile, and then walked out in the front yard. In the front driveway I noticed two sleeping bags opened up like they had just been in use. There was a pack of smokes laying on one of them that I picked up to inspect, but then put back down. Later I thought to myself, that's probably what that guy was looking for. "Where you looking for that pack laying on the sleeping bag?" I asked. "Oh damn, yeah. Thanks man." He said and ran over to pick them up. Right about then John was ready to leave, so I decided it was time for me to head out too. Then my sister was with me out of nowhere, and it was time for her to leave to- so the rest of the dream was us on our way home. First we took a taxi to the subway station, and the last scene of the dream was me reaching into my pocket and only having a one. The taxi driver started slowly pulling away but I knocked on the back of his car and said "Hold up, man." Rose let me borrow five bucks to give him a tip, cause he was nice as shit. He thanked me very kindly and we took off. The dream I had after my WBTB alarm went of was a bit more bizzare. Jeremy and I were being held captive by two unhuman humanoid things. They weren't aloud to harm us but they weren't aloud to let us go. So we weren't that scared, it wasn't a nightmare. It was just strange and interesting. I remember twice were taken down in a transport to a small underwater base of operation. When we got to a certain point close to the base after we had been circling it waiting for deploy long enough- our individual bodies were encased in a hard bubble pod that transported us directly to the bay of the base. I remember the bubble pods very vividly, they made me very nervous. They were of some strange technology that doesn't exist, so I didn't know how they worked. It honestly felt like they might miss and I might just float off in the water. But both times it went right up into the ship. The ship was narrow, I remember. We followed the weird alien creatures around. They were about as tall as us or a bit taller. Their skin was a grey color, or grayish blue because of the water. They were a lot wider than us though, very firm and stout body shapes- with differently shape heads. We all walked into the main computer room, it was fascinating. I didn't pay much attention to what they were doing up front, I was looking at the ground. I noticed Jeremy started stepping on all of these little tiles on the ground and they were lighting up as if they were imbueing him with some kind of ability. Like if you stepped on a power-up in a video game. I began to look around, seeing a huge amount of little icons of a huge variety of gaming character abilities. One I specifically remember (Forgive me for being a nerd), was the Poke'mon Gengar's ability to hypnotize people into falling asleep. I grabbed that one, just incase we needed some action tools. I honestly don't remember much after that few minutes of looking around at the abilities and icons. Most of them didn't work, so I didn't fixate on them much. I'm pretty sure my alarm went off shortly after.
