    1. Nomads (Between 7th December 2010 and 8 th December 2010) ---- Second Dream

by , 10-16-2011 at 05:26 PM (Oneiric Mirror)
      I was at school.

I was walking around the school, had a light-brown raincoat and a sweater that had long sleeves (partially covering the hands) the shirt was pale brown. I had the feeling of belonging to a faction that fought another...

Someone came to me and began walking beside me, a boy ... He started to explain the "order" of things in school as well as describing some of the nearby places and locations ...

From time to time a girl passed near me, she has 23/24 years, all dressed in black, she wears a discreet spike collar around the neck, and a black trench coat. She had long, straight black hair, and black rimmel around her eyes, she had a pale skin... she looked at me and I looked back to her, surreptitiously ... the sexual tension was obvious.
This guy took me to a place he called ______ and said it belonged to "our" the faction of the Nomads (I was still not 100 percent willing to join them).

Both factions wanted me because I had special abilities (I also knew I had them, but I did not realize what they were).

As we were walking, two women (their 22/23 years passed in a hurry ... the clothes were the of the colors of mine...one of them had a top and had a horizontal strip that covered the area of the chest, also covered the shoulders... leaving only a small decorative hole in the upper bone of the sternum. The pants were tight, both women wore black boots.

Both women had black hair short hair.
It felt that they were chasing that girl in black.
However we continue to walk towards the _____ that looked like a convent. As we were walking, the boy who accompanied me start running towards the convent, towards a fight that was happening, I continued to walk normally going in the direction of the convent.

I walked down a ramp, and passed near a coffe shop that had a clan of vampires, they where having coffee.

They were all in normal clothes. The esplanade where the vampires were was covered with ivy on the surrounding walls of the esplanade. There esplanade had tables and railings, made of Victorian green iron, the railings also had ivy.
As I leave the esplanade behind, this young, blond vampire appeared, already in full transformation. She asks me if I do not want to be like her and points to the fangs, saying that it would only take a bite ...

I just wanted to be immortal and live forever young, but just thought it, i didn´t told her.

I told her no, because from the first moment that she would bite me she would not control her hunger and she would suck all the blood that i had and I would die. She said it was just a bite... she approached my neck, she smelled my skin and my veins, she then erotically smiled and said "my God, that smell ..." Being afraid of her lost of control, i refused to continue and went away.

I joined the battle in the courtyard of the convent, i was fighting a figure dressed in a purple suit , seemed a mix of a zombie and a vampire ... he pointed at me with one of his hands and several of his fingernails were projected like bullets. I tried to dodge but one hit me in the right shoulder.

Then I grabbed a square metal shield, instantly more beings like him started to appear i started beating them with the shield in their skulls... then the whole scene changed into cartoons, in which a cartoon character called Mr. Happy, a blue toon, went to jump in the middle of the pool of brains, and brain tissue, and blood that were on the ground...all that brain mess was the result of my massacre against those zombie-vampires.

    2. 5/14/11 - Windows

      by , 07-14-2011 at 08:10 AM
It was a false awakening. I noticed it was a dream because everything had a much starker contrast. It was dark but the night sky was this impossible cartoon shade of dark purple-blue. I was compelled to run. I was lucid and I was excited. This immediately put intense strain on the whole dream and I could feel my blankets on my chest. I grasped at a banister by the stairs and rubbed it to stay in control. I knew it wouldn't last so my first instincts were to start sprinting outside so that I could enjoy my lucid before it snapped. As I ran into the large living room/kitchen area in my house, I could feel the dream slipping again and I sprinted towards the window above the sink in an attempt jump out. I remember jumping at it, noting the odd shade of the sky. But before I made contact with the glass, I could feel the blanket on me again an I woke.

      A shame.
    3. Almost Lucid

Travelling. Alone? The purple color. Strange and unknown place. A white church, with a bell tower and a cross on top, covered by trees.

Travelling in what I thought was Manila. Almost got lucid. I was staring hard to read a book, but everything is blurry, and the surrounding is dark/night.

      I remember seeing And. V.
    4. purple sky telepathy; lance loud fired; strieber to die; duvall's interview; talking schwarzenegger

      by , 06-19-2011 at 01:14 PM
      Good morning, everybody.

      Dream #1

I, possibly as a little boy, stood on what looked like the crumbled walls of ancient American ruins below a purple sky. I saw myself from behind, and maybe a few meters away. The walls I stood on were less than a meter tall, and they seemed to have all been cleaned out and made presentable for tourists.

The purple sky almost looked like a stage sky, or like the screen-dome of a planetarium, shaded purple. There was a form in the sky, maybe up from the horizon at about a 30 degree angle. The form was almost elliptical, like a half-open mouth. The form was full of black and grey circles and circles within circles. It was almost like gravel.

I knew that people used this form in the sky as a kind of transmitter for psychic messages. I may have used the form. But mainly it was older men, who may possibly have been known as wise men.

I thought it was kind of silly that people were using suchs a complicated method of psychic sending, a big transmitter in the sky, and psychic reception. I cynically reflected, Haven't these guys ever heard of cell phones?

I then felt bad. I didn't want the wise men to think I thought they were stupid, and I didn't want other people to think I was stupid, just because we hadn't thought of doing something simple like using a cell phone, which everybody else already did.

      Dream #2

A view of a parking lot with a trailer-office, like for a construction site. Lance Loud from the 1970s reality show "An American Family" sat out on the steps of the trailer-office. Lance looked to be maybe 12 or 13 years old. He was resting his chin in his hands and his elbows on his knees. His dad, Bill Loud, was inside the trailer-office.

The view closed up on Lance. He had been sitting alone. But now there were a couple of other boys sitting on the steps below him, and maybe standing before the steps. The boys were all in line to see Bill. But Lance was first in line.

Lance looked really depressed. It suddenly occurred to me that Lance worked for his father, and that he was now anticipating getting fired.

The trailer door had been closed. But now it was open. From inside, Bill called, "Lance!" Lance slowly stood up as Bill continued, "Come on in here! Death march!" This confirmed that Bill was going to fire Lance.

Lance walked into the trailer-office. My view was still from outside the office, at the bottom of the steps. Bill's desk was just inside the door. Beyond the door, the trailer-office seemed as huge and full of people and activity as a large factory. There even seemed to be huge cranes and heavy-duty fluorescent lights inside!

Once Lance stood before his father's desk, he was about 20 years old, about the age he is in the TV show. Bill had some kind of discussion about firing Lance. Lance didn't seem to care that much, although he may have said some semi-nasty thing to his dad.

Bill apparently felt bad for firing Lance. But he himself was also depressed. He had just gotten divorced from his wife, Pat.

Bill was now in the living room of one of his good friends. The living room was huge. It had three large couches in the center, arranged in a backwards "C." Bill sat at the right end of the top couch.

Bill's friend and the friend's wife seemed to change positions. Once they were both on the right end of the right couch. Then the wife was still in that position, while the husband was on the right end of the bottom couch. Then they may have switched positions. Then they may both have been on the right end of the bottom couch.

Bill was trying to talk for a bit about how he was depressed over his divorce. But the wife started talking about how she and her husband had gone to some kind of store like a K-Mart or a Walmart and picked up stuff like gardening supplies. The store may have been called Libby's. Something about it had a Mexican feel.

Bill seemed at first to wonder if the husband and wife were trying to ignore or belittle his depression by talking about shopping. But he eventually seemed to decided they were only trying to distract him from his depression and cheer him up that way.

So Bill joined in on the discussion about this store. He said to the wife, "You know, Libby's always had that great feel to it. You could just walk in there and it was great. Is it still like that?"

The wife said, "Well, you know, the service at Libby's has gone downhill a lot since you've last been there. I don't think it will be what it used to be ever again."

      Dream #3

Whitley Strieber was driving in a car with two other people. A man sat in the front passenger seat. Another person, probably a really pretty, blonde woman, sat right in the middle of the back seat. My view was from just behind the woman's head, as if I were a camera stuck on the inside of the back window.

The car was a big car like from the 1970s. The car drove through some nice valley of green and tan grass between two pine-covered mountains. The road was pretty straight. We were just heading down a slope away from the first mountain and toward the next mountain.

I could see either a very small town or a large estate just up the slope of the next mountain. Strieber's house was there, just around a left curve.

I only saw the people in the car from behind. Strieber had a thick head of brown hair in a bowl-like cut. It was a really nerdy, 1970s-style cut. He also seemed to be wearing a blazer that looked like tweed, but which was of a chunkier, nerdier fabric.

The man and woman had picked Strieber up from the hospital, apparently. He had been at some kind of speech or presentation. Then he ended up in the hospital. Now the man and the woman were making sure Strieber got home okay. I think the man may have been wondering why he was letting Strieber drive, right after he'd gotten out of the hospital.

Strieber now spoke in a really thuddy, low, dull voice. He said he was at the meeting when, "I just couldn't see straight anymore."

I could see as if through his memory. There was a person in his view. The person split into a few different images, which were all glimmery and white, surrounded by rainbows, somewhat like looking at something through a blurry prism.

Strieber continued, "That's when they came to me. They told me. And from what they told me, I knew. I have only 15 days to live."

      Dream #4

Two women were in a TV studio which was colored orange and yellow, and styled very much like a TV studio from 1960s or 1970s. The women sat in plasticky swivel chairs with metal bases. Between them, on the wall, was a TV screen. Shelley Duvall was on the screen.

One woman was an older, classy, experienced interviewer. The other woman was young and very pretty. She was actually a model, not an interviewer, although she was apparently going to help the older woman on her interviews from here on. The younger woman may actually even have been holding a teddy bear.

Duvall was maybe in her late forties. She looked really pretty, but not quite like herself. She was tan, and she had freckles. Her hair was dark and really silky. Her skinniness was over-accentuated. And she had dark, dark eyes. In fact, her eyes may have been all black. She wore a red dress with white polka dots and lapels.

The interview seemed to be going well. But then, suddenly, the younger woman interrupted Duvall and asked, "So, wait. Are you, like, an actress, or something?" This question had been posed half in ignorance and half in the young woman's attempts to hurt Duvall in some way, just because she was older than the young woman.

Duvall stopped what she was saying. She said, "Yes. I am an actor." She held up a color headshot of herself. It may have alternated between a rather pretty and colorful shot of herself and some shot that had to do with her playing Olive Oil in the movie Popeye.

Duvall may have scolded the young woman a little bit, angrily. She may then have continued on with whatever she had been talking about before.

But, again, the young woman interrupted. She started asking Duvall for advice about some kind of life problem or professional problem she was having. Duvall stopped talking about whatever she had been talking about and started giving the young woman advice in a very caring manner.

      Dream #5

No, or few, images. A few old, rich people, possibly including a couple of old ladies with grey hair and blue-violet colored hats, were talking.

One said, "How are they doing after the breakup?"

Another said, "Oh, well, Arnold is still depressed. We try to cheer him up and get him out of the house. He's only just now started seeing people again. So maybe he's about to turn the corner."

Another said, "But Maria! She's just throwing all kinds of wild parties! And they just get more and more lavish!"

This was said as if Maria were breaking some kind of rule. It was like people thought she should have hidden herself away in depression. Since she was doing the opposite, she was apparently a bad example of womanhood.

      Fire (Again) (Non-lucid)

      NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID

The dream starts off at a service station where there are people standing around looking at something. I keep moving forward and I see a fire engine coming torwards us and a car on fire. They put the fire out and then I go back into the car (in the back seat).

Suddenly I'm somewhere else, but still in the car, looking at the electricity lines. The sky is dark gray/purple/blue and I can't see anything else.

It becomes day time and I'm at a garage sale that is somewhere where I used to live. On the other side of the road there is land, with no houses or anything. It turns into a hill with a road and houses suddenly and I see someone learning to ride a bike and someone else telling them to pull back the brakes.

Dream fragment: I remember being on the computer on a website that looked like Wikipedia, but it had information on my parents for some reason.

      The dream ends there.
    6. purple crystal

      by , 07-13-2010 at 11:22 PM
I haven't remembered any dreams for the past year so i'm just going to write down the ones i remember from a long time ago. I apologize for any mistakes that i make in spelling or grammar in advance.

When i was five i had a dream about a giant purple crystal and it is still pretty vivid. I remember standing on a platform and looking at a skyscraper in the middle of the night. The entire scene had a sort of 90's video game graphics sort of look to it. Floating above the skyscraper was a giant purple crystal, also with the 90's game look to it. A person standing next to me(also 5 but looking like he knows what he's doing) with a sort of official uniform on that looked futuristic. We were both looking at the crystal in awe. He showed me a sort of compact looking device (the thing women use to put on makeup and it has a mirror in it) that was holding a miniature version of the crystal, also floating. He says something that i cant remember. I fly to the crystal using a jet pack and use a similar compact looking thing to collect a similar crystal. Either that's when the dream ends or i forgot the rest. WARNING: dream may have warped with age.

    7. The Purple Pirate Ship

by , 01-01-1987 at 07:03 AM (Visions in the Dark)
This is a dream I had when I was about nine or ten years old. I have remembered most of this dream because it is still vivid in my memory even fifteen years after the fact. I believe it has great personal significance for me though I am not entirely sure in what ways. I am not sure what everything in the dream means as of yet.

The most significant aspect of this dream for me was the colours. Every colour was so luminous and vivid that it still blows my mind today. I have not since had a dream so poweful in regards to colour alone like this one was.

The dream took place on a pirate ship in the middle of an unknown sea under a brilliant red sunset. The ship was a "stereotypical" pirate ship, except the wood and metal parts of which it was made were all shades of purple. It did not look as if everything had been painted purple - rather the wood was naturally that colour, as were all bits of metal and fabric that could be seen.

The water of the ocean was a deep purple-ish black, where it did not reflect the light from the setting sun anyway. The sky was a bloody red, as was the sun, which was frozen in place just above the horizon. There was only a slight breeze and no waterspray around the ship, even though all the sails where unfurled and billowing like they were being hit with a strong gail. The ship was as frozen in place upon the water as the sun was hanging in the sky. The ocean rippled softly like any calm sea and I could move around the ship freely, as I (and other DCs) were unnaffected by the time freeze that locked the sun and ship into place.

The purple pirate ship seemed devoid of all life save for me, though my dream form looked nothing like me as I appear in waking life. I wore all bright red clothing and dark red cape and I had long flowing white hair and a red hat that had a big yellow feather in it.

Anyway, the dream starts off in the setting I just described with me on the ship's deck, wielding a long silver sword, fighting a dozen or so large flying monsters that kept swooping down on me. The creatures looked like a cross between a monkey and a fish (with bat-like wings)and they were a puke green colour, except for their huge black claws with which they slashed at me as they swooped down to attack.

I wasn't the greatest sword fighter and I had no shield, but somehow I cut a few of the monsters down. As the carcasses landed on the ship's deck they oozed a disgusting blackish fluid before burning up in a blue flame and dissapearing. The carcass dissapeared but the ooze remained and it made it harder to fight the flying monsters because I kept slipping on the stuff!

I cannot remember now how exactly I defeated the monsters but I think some flew away before I could kill them. I have always though it was interesting, though I do not know the significance, that during the entire fight I faced the bow (front) of the ship. At no time did I turn around to face the stern (back) of the ship, even when dodging or attacking, and neither did any of the monsters land on any part of the ship while they were alive. The creatures seemed to want to avoid making contact with the ship as much as they avoided my swinging sword.

When the last was dead (and the ones that escaped were out of sight) I took a moment to catch my breath (still facing the bow) and heard a soft laugh from behind me. I dropped my sword in surprise, turned around and there was a man with long black hair standing in the doorway that lead to the lower levels of the ship. He was very handsome, kind of pale and dressed in black velvet, Victorian style fashion. Up until this point I thought that I was alone on the ship.

Despite the man's vampire-like appearance I sensed no hostility from him and he just smiled at me. We did not speak to each other but there was a warm, friendly feeling eminating from him and all the worry and pain from my fight with the flying monsters was forgotten. I vividly remember the handsome man's green eyes, which sparkled like emeralds and made my heart skip. I only got to gaze at him briefly however because the dream ended there.
