    1. My first lucid dream 🐺

      by , 03-23-2017 at 07:29 PM (📖 Mazerg's Dream Journal 📖)
When I first discovered lucid dreaming, I was spending all day for weeks doing RCs and reading LD related content on the internet. But nothing was working for me(I guess I was trying too hard), and out of frustration I thought that LDing isn't real and decided to stop.

On the same day, I woke-up at the middle of the night, looked left and right, then went back to sleep and BOOM, I found myself sitting on the couch which was at the other side of my room. I was confused and looked at my hands and I saw that I had six fingers on my right hand. I immediately realized that I was dreaming and was amazed by how real it felt.

The room was dark in my dream, so I couldn't see anything in details, but just the thought of being inside a dream blew my mind.
Unfortunately, I got too excited and woke-up.

That experience made me truly believe the LDing is possible. I haven't had any lucid dreams since(I couldn't focus on it much mostly because of school and exams), but I won't give up!

    2. First Lucid Dream!

      by , 10-25-2016 at 01:10 AM
On the night of October 23, 2016, I had my first lucid dream! It went like:

I was with my homeroom class on a train station, then a bus came. We all went on it and everyone else besides me had their winter coats on. We went on the bus, then a couple dream minutes later, we were on top of snowy mountain, but I wasn't exactly sure what mountain it was. There were cardboard walls everywhere, and one of them had a paper with grades on it. I started to walk to it and everyone else was trying to see it too, so I couldn't get to the paper. Then, I realized I need my winter jacket! So, I walked a couple steps and I looked down and saw I had my winter jacket on! Then I realized I was dreaming!! I jumped up in the air, trying to fly, but it didn't work at first so instead I told my friend, "I'm dreaming!" She said, "Yeah, I know." Then I woke up.
    3. My first LD after 2 and a half month

      by , 08-29-2016 at 08:13 PM
I finally had my first Lucid dream after 2 and half month!
I am so happy, even though it lasted 10 seconds. It was a cool experience.

It was vild like method combined with the wild method.
My dream did go like this:

I was visualizing my scene, and suddenly after seeing my sister eat dinner, I was on a bike, and I rode at full speed through the city. I did A RC while being on the bike, (a nose RC) and it worked! I could breathe in.

Happy inside, I rode on my bike a little more, and then wanted to fly and leave my bike behind. But at that point I woke up..

I couldn't fly, but it was still amazing, I knew I was dreaming, and I really felt the wind through my hair, and the speed of my bike.

      I hope I'll get more LD's, and a little longer then this<3
    4. First time using dream control

      by , 08-15-2016 at 09:12 AM
Recently ive had many lucid dreams far more than usual and now im beginning to control them.
Dream1- It began with a WILD, i wasnt trying to go lucid but by laying there and viewing the images created from the darkness as my eyes are closed i began to understand that I was in my room that was not my actual room in reality. Posters were different and i could tell this was a layout for a house. I currently live in an apartment. My dream signal ive been using is by pushing my hands into one another so i see my fingers go through my left hand. As i did this i became very lucid and everything felt very real. I ran out of my room and was correct on the layout of a house. I went to the door and ran out to find it sunny and incredibly green. I was in a town I had never been before. Then i thought of car to drive and turned around to find one similar to what i had pictured. I opened the door and got into the seat and the vehicle no longer took the form i had seen moments earlier. It was like i entered a bus instead of the 67 mustang i pictured. I remember hitting the accelerator and driving around like a mad man. Hitting cars and benches and getting terrible looks from people all around me. I basically did everything I wanted to do a normal citizen couldnt. At one point i saw many stormy clouds approaching the town putting a gloom over everything. I looked up and said "No I want it to be sunny today." Then waved my hand as if to erase the clouds and they disappeared like magic. Then i got the idea to fly and began trying to desperately fly with no avail. I couldnt even jump higher than i normally could in real life. Then i woke up to find that i had only fallen asleep for 16 minutes when it felt like an hour in my dream.
Dream 2: A different night I had another lucid dream though not as prevelant and a bit hazy. It began it a big city a sort of metropolis one would find in the future. White tall gleaming buildings, clean roads with trees along the streets. I remember seeing one of my friends there and almost forgot i was even dreaming because she seemed like the actual person. I remember having a conversation though i cant recall it. I do remember being lead to a hotel of sorts for college kids my age. As I saw this structure it made me re-realize I must be dreaming and pushed my fingers through my left hand. They went all the way through and my friend looked at me with confusion and asked how i did something like that. I then tried to impress her by showing her i could fly. It didnt happen at first, i just kind of stood there with no lift or anything appearing to be concentrating. Then i remember my feet leaving the ground and i was suddenly floating. I remember smiling and laughing as my friend looked at me with huge eyes,(I definietely embellished my ego a bit). Then she said something like then can you give me a lift somewhere? I thought what if im not strong enough to lift her? I then quickly dismissed this thought as if to kind of suggest to myself that this was a dream and if i could fly then i wouldnt matter how much weight i would have holding me down. First i grabbed her hand and tried to raise myself and her off the ground. Nothing. I then released her hand and stepped back and practiced raising myself and lowering myself off the ground. While floating i let her hold on to my stomach and i was able to raise us both. It was more like hovering than it was flying, It was clumsy but once we were off the ground it was as if she didnt weigh a single thing and i began to realize that any amount of strength could be mustered up by a thought. I remember dropping her off at another hotel. I climbed to the top of the hotel which was very tall. I jumped and tried to at least hover down or really soar but i just fell faster and faster. I knew the jump wouldnt hurt me so I landed on my feet with no pain.
I'm new to this lucid dreaming thing, ive studied how to lucid dream for many years now and have come back and forth. Only recently have I had incredibly surreal lucid dreams that I can not only remember but control. So if you have any tips regarding better control or even interacting with dream characters i would be very interested to hear someone else's opinion on the matter. Thanks for reading!
    5. I think I lucid dreamed for the first time?!?!?

      by , 05-14-2016 at 06:03 AM

I haven't been posting to my dream journal lately because I've been so busy and stressed out, but I'm going to try to resume. As a result of the craziness of the last month or so, I also stopped trying to lucid dream, but I did think about it often and perform a few reality checks. I had no time to, and I'd also given up on the technique I'd been trying, because every guided meditation I used either was nice but wouldn't put me to sleep, or put me to sleep and did nothing but cause more vivid dreams. Nothing close to lucidity. I'd begun to think I'd never achieve lucidity and maybe there was something wrong with me or I wasn't doing the meditations right. Anyways, I had a dream last night that I believe might have been a lucid dream.

I was at a school, walking around during after school hours when most of the teachers had already left. I wandered into a classroom where my brother's kindergarten teacher was grading papers at one of the students' desks. I walked over to her desk and looked at a paper, which had a list of names on it in a few colors. I have forgotten what they were, but I could read them clearly, and said to myself, "if I was dreaming, could I read this? I thought you couldn't read in dreams."
I decided I'd look away and see if the words changed, because I knew that they do that in dreams. I looked over at the teacher, who was still grading papers, and then looked back at the paper on the desk, and surprisingly, the words had changed.
At this point I said to myself calmly, "I'm dreaming."
Suddenly everything became very real and clear, and it felt like I truly was standing in that classroom. It was mind blowing. I was struggling not to get excited, so I rubbed my hands together, which I've heard helps, and stabilized the dream somewhat.
Then, I attempted to fly, which was probably not a good thing to attempt during my very first lucid dream. I had not expected to lucid dream last night nor had I figured out what I'd do if I achived lucidity, so I did the first thing that popped into my mind. I imagined myself as being lighter than air, and then stood on my tiptoes, lifting one leg up and pushing off the ground gently with the other. I floated up into the air slowly, and at this point I became so excited I either woke up or the dream ended, I can't remember which.

Was this a lucid dream? I'm just not sure.

Hello! I have not been active on this site for some time.

But I got my first lucid dream!

It started with me walking with someone through a snowy forest , suddenly a thought popped up . I said to myself "This is a dream!" I got really excited and I remember you wake up if you get excited.
I tried calming myself down , but it didn't work . SOOOOOooo I was lucid for a total of 5 seconds at which point I woke up .

      Break through! First Lucid!!!!

It was short lived but great! It was also on one of the first REM cycle, if not the first. It felt so far back after I woke, and it was the first dream that happened out of a series of many. I did it without needing a reality check. I was outside my friend Jacob's house at night standing next to his dads truck when I saw a flying picture and thought to myself thats not right, I must be dreaming! I got so excited, almost woke my self up instantly but calmed down. It felt as though I was losing my grip on control as well the more the dream almost stopped. I tried to spin but couldn't so i mentally calmed it down. I walked out into the street under the street lights beam if light. Once it got a little better I immediately started flying over all the houses. I still did not have a good grip on the dream as it was my first time. I saw a lot of other houses, different than what would normally be there. The street was not there like normally, just back to back houses with yards separated by fencing, some white picket sone black steel bar. I decided to land in the back yard of one and go inside. I went in trying to summon a DC. I tried the light switch and it came on, so i didn't try to mess around with it anymore. The house was dimly lit with yellow light bulb light. It had dark brown trim and beige walls. I walked through trying to summon a specific DC but a different one ended up coming. but unfortunately, I woke up then due to excitement of finally having a lucid dream. I put all my thought into this, so I only remember small fragments of a few later dreams.

    8. My first lucid dream!

      by , 06-24-2014 at 03:31 PM
I was walking the dogs with my mom, It was a very cloudy day. Then i looked at my watch i was shocked that it was blue and not red and the numbers were messed up. So i did the breathing reality check and boom I was lucid. I jumped super high across the creek we were walking next to I landed with no pain at all. I did this a couple times i could feel when I was falling it felt so real. Then the place changed and i was at my Grandpas house and some guardian told me there was a good vs evil war going on. So i walked through this door and it was a copy of the house but angled differently. I could see some demons below so i threw metal stand on them and ran away. Then i jumped and fell down the stairs . I got to my computer right under the spiral staircase. I logged into Skyrim and some weird green face popped up and startled me so i shut the screen of the computer down really fast. I went upstairs in the house and looked in a mirror. I hardly looked any different i had a small little cut on my face for some odd reason. Then the dream slowly faded and i woke up.

Family Disputes and Eyebrow Beards [Wednesday, 5:42 PM Pacific, 5/14/2014]

I had passed out while I was messing around on my laptop, I was pretty tired, and my blankets are very comfy. The dream started off in dream similar to another one; a sort of hotel where me and my younger brother were living in separate rooms, for some reason we got into a fight, soon after he stormed out of the room in a fit of rage and called some of his buddies to complain, meanwhile I went inside to grab the video camera that we both share, I figured that we should decide who gets what...

[a large chunk of dream is missing here due to difficulty recalling it]

Some time later I found myself speaking with a friend at school and I invite him to my house/apartment, once we get there I decide I need a shower, so I strip down whilst still talking to him, I felt comfortable showering in front of him, about a second after I started doing some silly poses, he said he had to go somewhere and walked out of the room, I was pretty certain he was going home, I turned to get in the shower and caught a glimpse of myself in the mirror.
"Might as well check myself out." being a pretty overweight guy, I didn't do much other than look at myself, but I noticed that I had a large amount of facial hair on my eyebrows, making it a uni-brow and leading down into my upper lip; like an upside down beard. It was incredibly thick, so I twirled my finger in the beard and then I thought to myself: "this is really weird, I don't remember having THIS much facial hair" (for some reason having a beard on my eyes didn't set me off) so I looked down at my hands, yup, still there.
Next, I pointed my index finger at my palm and attempted to push it through, I've tried this hundreds of times in real life and it never worked, so I didn't think it would work, but astonishingly, it worked! It went through (almost) seamlessly! "Wow", I thought to myself "I'm actually doing it!", I decided to do something I've wanted to do for a long time, so without putting on clothes, I ran at my door at full speed, and the song "Fireflies - Owl City" began to play. I jumped at the end of my run, diving at a 65 degree angle upwards out of my door, my intention was to pass through the door, just like my finger did with my palm, a small portion of me passed through, the excitement is killing me, this is so amazingly incredible! But suddenly, everything goes black, and I feel incredibly warm. I try to open my eyes and I find myself in my REAL bed at my REAL home, I felt strangely awake... More awake then I've ever been in my life...
In an act of pure desperation, I attempted to push my finger though my palm again several times, to no avail, it was true, I was awake again, so I decided to write all this down somewhere to remember it.
As I sat down and brought up notepad, I had no trouble remembering what happened, it was crystal clear, not a centimeter of fog separated me from my euphoric delusion; the need to be out of reality's grasp.

Performing this "lucid dream", bringing myself to clarity in a place where i thought there was no such thing as "order" I was just as easy as explaining to someone how to press a button: "Just do it."
It wasn't as near as difficult as I thought it would be to achieve, so don't be discouraged by people telling you its "difficult". Go with the flow.
Despite it only lasting 1-3 seconds, it was the most amazing 1-3 seconds of my life, and I would do anything to return, which is why I planned to make a second attempt at it the same night I wrote this and posted it.

    10. First lucid?

      by , 04-08-2014 at 07:42 PM
I'm out with some friends of mine, the ones I used to play when I was twenty.
They have guitar and bass and we are supposed to perform in a nightclub we used to play.
There is something like an audition and it's important we perform well.
We are nervous, especially because the guy playing the piano is in late.
Unfortunately they tell us that we have to perform in ten minutes and someone must play the piano!
My friends know I play piano and they say I must do it!
I'm fricking out as it's a lifetime I don't touch a piano and I have not enough time to recall the chords, so we hide in a storage room to attempt the performance.
I can't remember the chords and my friends are very upset, but I could not help.
I look at my fingers as I'm trying some chords, but the sound I make is NOISE!!
Then the door opens and the guy supposed to play the piano is there!
We are really happy and we prepare.
We are in the saloon now.
I wear a red dress as Jessica Rabbit and my friends very cool shirts. I feel so well.
My friends are ready. The lights are low, I close my eyes and caress my dress, it seems like silk.
Then we start to perform. The song is Bang Bang, Nancy Sinatra style.
Everything is perfect, I'm with my hands around the microphone.
I close two seconds my eyes, open them again and I look at my hands... and I though 'it is a dream?'.
An my hands are red!!! I don't know if because of the lights of because of the dress reflecting...
BUT then I woke upppp.... uff

I had my first lucid dream last night! Woo hoo! I was sitting in this cafe when it dawned on me that it wss a dream. I then made the dream more clear by stomping my foot on the ground, and used all the methods I know to stabilize a dream. Then, I went outside, where I spent a few minutes trying to fly. I finally started to levitate, and then I flew out over a city. After flying for a few minutes, I woke up. It was really fun though! I'm so glad I was able to do it.

    12. My Neighbor Totoro and the Bus Driver

      by , 03-22-2014 at 04:16 PM
      3/21/14
It’s 8:08 PM, and I gauge that an hour or so ago, I had my very first lucid dream.
I went to bed at around 5:30, and tried a couple LD audios. They weren't doing anything for me, and I read that it’s best “not to force it” if you get bored or anything like that. So I put my iPod on my desk and went to bed as usual, expecting just to have a more vivid dream (my recall has been really good the past few days, but I don’t really remember anything significant from then now, just that they were vivid and I had good recall once I woke up) than anything controllable.
Anyways, the first thing I had after falling asleep was a false awakening. I sat up in my bed really fast, facing my wall. It didn't last long- I knew how to reality check, so I did the close-your-nose thing. I could still breathe while clamping my nose shut and not using my mouth. (I could feel the air pass through my nose, which was really cool. That was the only thing I felt in the entire dream though). I then thought, “I’m dreaming.” (I was also aware that I was having a FA) My next thought that was I was afraid that I would really wake up, and that’s what I think kept me lucid. I closed my eyes again quick, heard some air, and when I opened again I was in a scene. The transport only lasted a couple seconds, and I never created the dream scene. (I wanted a beach when using the LD audio.)
I was in this meadow- field like place. The sky was a very bright blue and the clouds were a bright white. The grass was very bright green, like light was almost coming from it; that bright. There was a bridge-entrance. My mind, I think, was re-creating this part of a road a town away from me. There's a bridge going over the road and then an orchard field. (There were no orchards in my dream, though. The road was nonexistent most of times and at the same time as I mention a ‘sunset’ later on there’s a dirt road.)
My mind recalled four people from my dream. The first was the main character from My Neighbor Totoro, a Ghibli movie from my childhood. She was sitting on the bridge when I saw her (note: the sky temporarily changed to sunset) so I left her alone (it never crossed my mind to approach her, actually). The second person was an older guy. I think it was my bus driver. He was in the fields, behind some flowers or something. I wanted to go talk to him, and tried flying there (because that is what everyone wants to do first thing when they have one of these dreams, right?). So I tried to moon jump. That failed. I then tried flapping my arms like an airplane or chicken or something. Nope, that didn't work either. After that my dream scene switched to my mom’s room. The switch was automatic this time, and I didn't really react. I was chatting with my mom about something. She was in bed, I was near the doorway. I don’t remember our conversation (I never saw her, but knew she was there). The final person was my friend. He walked in and asked, in his voice, “Why he couldn't talk to anyone.” I told him calmly that he was dreaming, and patted his back as I left the room. Then I woke up.
Something else to note is that for most of this dream, I saw myself in third-person. This would explain, for example, why I didn't see my mom- she was “there”, definitely, but my point-of-view was facing the wall so I only saw myself. There were times when I was in first person. The one I really remember was when I was in my first dream scene, doing a nose reality check for fun.
I definitely need to work on my control. I also think that I’m going to stop using LD audio from now on, or just listen to a little bit of it before I go to “bed” (Lately I’ve been attempting this early on Friday evenings and then stay up ‘till like 3 AM . It hasn't been affecting me badly since I still get my sleep hours.)

    13. My First Lucid Dream

      by , 02-11-2014 at 11:09 PM
*Blackness* Then, a tunnel of light rushes towards me and I'm standing on a road by two buildings. A vast expanse of water lies before me. I already know I'm dreaming and I stand in the middle of the street trying to think of what to do. I see a stop sign to my left and decide to go over and touch it. It feels cool to the touch and is nicely rounded. Then I walk towards the water.
*I feel my waking body move and decide to try stabilizing my dream*
I rub my hands together but I can still feel my physical body
I then think that to forget about my physical body i have to get caught up in the dream. I then leap into the air and... get stuck mid air because I realize I don't know how to fly. I try willing myself forward but the dream starts becoming blurry and then It just slips away and... I wake up.

I'm starting my dream journal entries with the hope that they may help some of my fellow aeronauts that are just starting out as well as maybe get some helpful input from those on DV that are much more experienced than I. I started researching and really getting interested in Lucid Dreaming about 3 months ago. I used to have maybe 1 dream a month if not less before I started my quest to become lucid. I read a lot on DV, started a dream journal, etc. In my first week I did not notice any changes until one day I had 3 dreams in one night and 4 dreams the following night. Since then I have been averaging about 5 dreams a night and sometimes as many as 10…not all vivid of course as some are just a tiny portion of the dream that I can recall. My first LD was about 2 weeks after I started my research. And of course as many others I woke up as soon as I became lucid. For the next week and a half or so I had several more LDs where I woke up immediately after becoming lucid until one night….

I am in my apartment and I’m walking around and I went to get some water. I am walking through my living room and I decide to do a RC (I am assuming I am awake and just doing a practice RC as usual). I look at my hands and it hits me...This is a Dream! I couldn’t really count the fingers on my hand because I couldn’t see them but I knew I was dreaming. The dream started fading at that time because I must have gotten too excited and I started rubbing my hands and trying to spin...that brought me back into the dream. I believe I then did a math problem but nothing changed after that...I was probably fully lucid at that point. Retrospectively, I should have spent a little more time stabilizing the dream before going on. Anyway, I had a glass of water in my hand about half full maybe a little less. I put it down on the little table in the living room and I tried to levitate it. I think it didn’t work the first time but it did the second try. I had the glass levitating in the air about 6 feet in front of me. It wasn’t following my intended movements right away but after a little practice with my newly acquired skill of telekinesis I was able to move it as I expected. I made it move away from me, side to side and then toward me and into my hand. I threw it down to the floor and I wanted to try something heavier. There was some kind of object lying toward the far right corner of my daughters' and I think it was on the bed. I was not able to lift it after a few tries. There was a black handbag on top of that object and I was able to levitate that and I made it go up and them put it back down. There was another item - I think it was a big box. I wan’t able to lift that either so then I gave up on it. I then decide that I want to fly...no problem. I flew around the room for a sec and flew out the window...my thoughts from WL were with me (my concerns of what if I’m not really dreaming and I just fall out the window) but I knew I was dreaming 100% so I just flew out the window. I think the window just opened when I was flying through it. I flew for a bit until I came up to a tree branch and the leaves were like in my face. I just floated there for a second and then I decided I want to fly to the Dominican Republic to see my wife and daughter where they are on vacation. As I am floating I look around to see what direction I need to fly but I can’t figure it out. I call out I want to go to DR..which way do I go? This lady appears...I didn’t see her appear she was just there (a couple of months later I find out she is my Dream Guide and I will post that dream later as well). She is blond and maybe around 5’6 or 5’7 but that is with heels. I believe she was wearing a skirt up to just over her knees and it was either white or light grey...not sure of blouse but I think a light color as well. She is somewhat attractive but not distractingly so. After waking up I was able to rather clearly recall her face (that’s a first...I can almost never recall faces). She starts telling me which direction is what and she points to one direction and says the name of a city or state and then a bit to the left she says that’s Florida and I see a building that makes me think that that’s Florida right there (Dominican Republic is in the same direction from where I live…south). I decide that is the direction I will go. I ask her what is your name. She answered - Dean. At this point we are no longer in the air and we are standing on the ground. I tell her I want to go to DR but then my dream faded and I woke up. The dream lasted about 5 min. I took B6 100mg after about 5 hours of sleep and the Lucid Dream occurred about 2 hours after that.

YES! I really do think this was my first lucid dreamn. Wow, even writing this.. feels weird.. I know I'm awake right now, writing this.. but.. reality.. seems.. a bit odd... off.. after that one. Everything seems a bit... I don't know. just off. I feel a little disoriented. I am trying to pin this down so I remember.. don't forget.. (Wow.. still testing to see if I'm awake, I wasn't all convienced.) But I know I am. No dream is THIS real. I can feel, touch, smeel, look atound, did the time test on the computer clock. Everything is ringing alright.. but.. still.. everything just seems... really weird to me. I can't explain this.. My vision looks.. slightly askew. My thought proces... seems slightly muddled... or at least different. MY reaction time.. or... my perception... bah! I just can't put my finger on it! Everything just seems.. off. XD But.. damn it, this WAS a lucid dream I had. Let's focus on that, and get back to this later

I took a nap. Listened to this fun, relaxing, mentally stimulating mp3. I'll attatch it later.. Listened to it twice, as the first time I finished it, just as it was over, Brent had just gotten home, and he had startled me some as I had just finished listened to it. Felt myself a bit more alert than I wanted to be, so I listened to it again. Finished it off.. then went to sleep. I went to bed, saying many times that I was going to dream, and i was going to be aware. But.. Not more so than I usually do. Usually.. when my mind wonders, I do have to katch myself, and go back to my usual task. This time was no different. Though.. I didn't wader too much come to think of it.. I ca think of just a few times where I had to reassert my possition that I was going tobe dreaming soon, and would be aware.. THen.. it started to hapen...

My next flashes of vision where.. of me in bed.. still lying there, still concious that I was sleeping.. I then.. started having.. odd sensations. Weird... sensations... Like.. lying in a different possiotn in bed.. only to realize I hadn't really moved at all, feeling a wave of excitement push me back to solid awareness.. that I had just caught myself starting to dream, but every time I did, the excitement would push me back into that same sleeping position. Ireally do think I'll have to make sure I sleep in a very comfortable possition.. as the piossition I was in kept reasserting itself many times.. kept pulling me back into reality every time I realized I was dreaming.. the hand pressed up against my face, the odd angle of my neck.. but.. I didn't want to move.. as I didn't want my body to snap fully back into reality. And that.. I think.. is what lead to me having the lucid dream...

To continue.. I kept on trying.. quite hard.. to get myself into my dream. Snippets of me lying in bed.. brearthing oddly.. would flash into my feild of vission, replacing

dad coming in, saying he didn't like this, saying I was on something, wasn't able to move, was thinking of telling him I was trying to dream, but coldn't. Couldn't move, could do anything. Tried... not too hard.. but tried.. remember.. hearing his distant voice... as if I might still be asleep.. or that he had tried talkting to me.. tried waking me up, and he was upset I wasn't responding. it was then.. I realized I must have been dreaming.. as.. i realized dad couldn't be home. He'd still be at work. My alarm hadn't gone off.. I was.. dreaming still. I think I mayhave slipped back into reality once or twice there.. but I was slowly gaining lucidity.

But it was weird.. every time I tried to get myself into my dream.. it was as if the world was seen through a grey filmy senses.. were partially tied to my sleeping body. LMy vission.. wasn't clear... My thought process definitely wasn't right. I was.. trying hard to reassert myself back into my dream, by... testing the reality of my dream.. oh.. now THAT produced weird affects... of which I think made it harder to stay lucid in my dream.. either eventually slipping out of lucidty altogether, or pushing myself back into my bed from where I was, trying to LD. But.. Several times.. I ested myself.. breathed deeply through my mouth... Found that sensation overwhelmingly weird as I knew my mouth was closed in my real bed. A wave of excitement pushed me back to my bed.. but.. I didn't move.. I tried again.. a little later.. perhaps after a few more failed attemmpts... I remember.. just getting frusterated with it, and.. somehow, bizzarly, forced my dream self to get up out of bed, knowing my real body was still in bed.just wanting to get myself up, and try to explore my lucidity. THat.. seemed to work. I made it quickly downstairs. My dog was there, and I remember rubbing her belly some. I remember.. feeling her fur under my fingers.. I believe that wsent another wave of excitement, pushing me partailly back to my bed. All these different clues and reminders kept me from attaining true lucidy, as I said.. I just couldn't... see right.. everything had a dark tone to it.. more.. grey.. like.. I was seeing everything through my imagination, and I couldn't put solidity to it.. but whenever a sensation was damned real, felt it, experienced i.. it sent waves of excitement through me. Oh.. waves I couldn't ignore. Certain things just seemed.. damn real! Like breathing. I remember that.. chilling me some, in an exciting way. Openeing my mouth wide, and taking a deep breath.. knowing I felt it enter my mouth, expand my lungs... even though I was still lying in bed... Yeah.. the whole.. dual body thing.. is really REALLY weird.. and hard to put together in my head.. But.. I knew I was sleeping, asleep.. and awake at the same time. SOO bizzar....

THe last snippits of the lucid dream I remember, or being lucid that I remember.. was going outside to my back porch.. I.. was still.. testing things.. There was... a... yes.. a hotweels racetrack, fairly large sitting there.. I think that thing is what took away my lucidity.. because I think I remember waking up to that from my dream, no longer lucid.. as the rest of that is quite fuzzy... But I remember doing.. more tests using that.. long black race set... mI remember.. t had shifted.. to it being... one of those magnetic, electric controlled tracks.. the one where you pull a trigger on a controller, and the car goes down the track, two can be on two tracks.. though this one.. was impressive.. and.. it kind of presented itself like.. and advertisement to just how cool it was.. I think near that point, I lost lucidity.. I lost focus on reality.. as the last thing I remember in my lucidty.. was.. soring first person through that race track, very very small snippets of that image.. but I do recall that...

But.. yeah.. wow.. FIRST LUCID DREAM!*Smiles* Such.. bizzar sensation... such.. odd feelings.. Even unsure of my reality when first waking up (Though I'm 100% sure now) But.. just.. such odd feelings. Testing my reality so many times.. not to see if I was dreaming, but more to assert myself more into my dream... to pull away from the sleeping body I knew I was in, to mopre compltely put myself into the real dream. Nearly every attempt reminded me too much of my reality though, and pushed me back into my sleeping body. I need to figure out better testing. I should have remembered to focus more on detail, than my phical body and sensation. THe reality of those sensations always got me too excited. ^^;;; Pushed me back into reality.. but.. just.. wow were those sensation freakishly weird... and real.. Just.. weird because.. the moment I experienced them.. I'd get such an odd rush.. somehow.. also feeling my body back in bed at the same time I was experiencing everything else...

And the trip with dad.. THat.. seemed too damned real to.. to the point of me worrying.. if I had taken some kind of drug, which dad had thought I had.. because I tried moving about.. I couldn't. I couldn't open my eye, I couldn't talk. I don't know.. where I was then.. in my sleeping body, or in my dream.. but I didn't have control at that point.. or very little.. I remember.. other senstions.. like moving my arms or fingers, even though I hadbn't in real life.. I remember changing possiotns, even though I hadn't... I remember.. hearing dad's quieted, distant sounding voice, trying to get me up, trying to wake me.. the sound of his disaproval.. But all of that so soon faded when I realized my alarm never went off, than that I was still firmly asleep in my bed.

Oh man.. Woooooohooooo!! ^o^ First lucid dream ever! Not just one where I breath once, and snap quickly into reality the very instant I go lucid... No.. this one was prolonged. Got to explore, got to expreience.. Oh.. Much more is needed to be doooone!

And.. I really have that mp3 to thank. I'll attatch it in a bit though. That thing.. work.. WEIRD wonders to me. THe first time listeneing to it.. and.. to get... such instant results. Yeah.. I was damn tired for my nap, so I'm not surprised I fell asleep so quickly.. but.. to have.. well, everything else.. that was all so new! Woohoo!!!

I think.. I have everything covered that happened... I hop I'm not missing anything. If so.. I'll add it later.. but.. Yaaay! FIRST LUCID DREAM!!
