    1. My Return to Dreaming, The Army's Betrayal and The New West.

by , 04-28-2012 at 09:42 PM (The Realm of the Child)
Well, it's been a while, but I finally remember a dream that I had last night.

      Dream Type: Non-Lucid, Memorable.
      Dream Mood: Shocking, Cool.
Dream Setting: In a Hotel, Near a Boat, In the Desert.
Dream Characters: My Friends, The Marines, Russian Military and Robots.

I don't remember how it began, but I was a U.S. Military Marine, or a Spy of some sort. I don't quite recall, but I had done missions before. I had my outfit on, and I was told to escort these little girls into this hotel of sorts, which had all the lights off and was dark due to the night sky that blue-lit the room. I was told to shoot down these enemies that would come into the room to try and take the girls. And so I hid behind the bed, while the girls hid in other areas around the hotel, like behind a couch or in the closet, though two girls hid with me behind the bed. I held my gun, which was an assault rifle with a scope and red dot sight, over the bed, waiting. To be honest, I was terrified, though I acted brave. Suddenly, an alarm went off. Granted, I knew that it was too soon for them to be here, and so I waited past the alarm. Eventually, an Enemy would bust through the door and the girls would scream. Coincidentally, I had my aim right on him, and killed him instantly. Next, I heard them coming towards the balcony of the hotel, where there were more of the bastards. I shot down the first wave, raid drenching me as I looked to my left to find that the balcony was over an ocean, and a boat of sorts was almost directly under it. Suddenly, a few others walked casually my way, though I tried shooting them, but nothing happened. Instead, they held some other Marines, and they all looked knocked out or dead. Still, I noticed that these were of Russian descent, and that one of them was my friend Dylan! That betraying bastard then tossed one of the U.S. Marines over the balcony and into the water. I didn't know what to do, and so I stayed put.

This next part of the dream was quite far apart from the latter one. Instead, I started out in a dome of sorts, one that looked aged and old, covered in hanging vines and moss. It stood in a desert area, and I was in some sort of super-suit, which had a vest that was fit for my muscles, a helmet that looked very furturistic, and the rest to match such a theme. Still, I didn't pay much mind it would seem, and so I walked around, though suddenly, a large robot came from nowhere, and I knew that I had to fight this thing. Granted, I haven't a clue if I won that battle or not, though judging by what happened next, I'm assuming that I lost. I now had no armor, and was simply in some shoes, jeans, and a coat; stranded in the desert as just a normal civilian of sorts. I was in a creek, wondering where to go. I just laid on the ground, and waited a while, before then getting up and heading in the other direction. Soon enough, I was in a destroyed town that reminded me of a sort of old Spaghetti Western, though there were two or three random people there, I instead decided to just walk around and free-run. I believe that was the end of that.

    2. War Part 1

by , 01-10-2012 at 09:40 PM (INeverWakeUp's Super Dream Journal)
      1/10/12(Late Morning)

** I dream I am in an odd room. It's a lightless room made of all cement and we're in a full cement building. However there are huge windows all around the room. So even though we lack lights, we have the Sun' s natural light coming in and keeping everything bright enough. We're really only just sitting there BSing.*
** Well it's about time I explain who the the hell "we" is. It's myself of course. Then it's my good friend's girlfriend. Then the rest of the people are too vivid for me to remember. So not too sure there. Moving on!
** We now suddenly bring up the subject of "what is the true meaning of Christmas?" odd topic to discuss. I look outside. Just a beat down worthless city. Looks like a war happened here. I also notice no snow, which allows me to think we're nowhere near Christmas now.*
** I speak up now. I ramble on for about a minute or two telling everyone what I believe s the true meaning of Christmas. Everyone seems really enlightened by this. I do in fact state that being with family is the true meaning. Everyone seems very happy now. Not so sunk down like before.*
** I soon leave, and the next few parts of this dream are super vivid. I can't recall if I woke up temporarily or not. I do recall awakening once or twice if I'm correct. I can't recall though.*
** The dream is now very clear again. Appear to be walking back towards the building. I am very nervous. I am also very proud of myself. I do t know why yet, cause of the vividness.*
** I now spot two very hot girls. I can only recall one of them, and she is a hot girl I do know for real. The other one is two vivid, but I think knew her too. I approach the girls and stop them. I have each one stand on my sides. We continue walking and I begin to brag about something as we're going upstairs to the room I was previously in.*
** "Yeah, I just joined the Air Force you know." I brag. Air Force?! Oh hell no! Why would I ever join the Air Force?! "Yeah, I'm gonna be a pilot and all. Fighting for the country. Those jets don't fly themselves you know." The girls seem uninterested though and leave. Dammit! I joined the Air Force for nothing!*
** My dream now suddenly switches me over to a battlefield! I'm in battle gear and I have a lovely M429 Assault Rifle. Oh hell yeah bitches! Full auto, bipod, 100 round mag(I've got lay off the Battlefield 3...)!*
** I realize this is a massively important battle now, and get serious. We're in a war-ridden city. It could be the one I was just in and left a moment ago. But who knows for sure? It's really dark out, and dark storm clouds are high above. It could rain any second now!
** The commander instructs me to take someone out in a building up ahead. He's on the third or second(I don't recall exactly) to last top floor. I pull up my rifle and open fire. However, I believe I fail to hit. The commander seems pissed. He now instructs me to go plant charges in the building. Everyone else will keep suppressing fire to cover me.*
** I take some charges and dash out like a cheetah. My teammates unleash a massive suppressing fire on the enemy. It's working, I'll say that. Not a single bullet is fired at me. Its obvious we're trying to claim this city or something. This part of my dream might be a telling of how I got to that run down city in the first part of my dream. But I'm in the army in this part, so I think I'm playing separate roles in this dream. A refugee joining the air force, and now I'm a kick-ass marine!*
** I soon get into the building unharmed. There is some dim and crappy lighting in here. I don't like the feeling I'm getting in here. The dream becomes vivid now. However, it stabilizes after I've planted some explosives in the building. I begin to run off, and I'm now attacked. The dream becomes vivid again, and it begins to fade.*
** I however find myself now back at my old house. What the hell? Why does this crap keep happening dammit? I now see my friend Victor(previously known as Red, but no more nicknames for people I really know). He's dressed in full army battle gear. I realize I am too. There's also a huge platoon of us dressed up and ready to go.*
** Victor now hands me a helmet and a bag. I put the helmet on, which feels a little heavy already. I now put on the bag, which is extremely heavy. Something big and heavy is in it(well no shit Sherlock). I now say that this stuff is heavy. Victor doesn't seem to listen however. Ass...
** We now begin to sprint over towards my friend's house, whom lives a little diagonally to the right and behind my old house. This heavy crap is really slowing me down. I liked it better when I was a fast marine. I now think of when I was comparing MW3 to BF3 one time. Someone(I think my older brother) stated that the army is a heavier branch of the military. I makes sense to me now. Hooray for the fan-frigging-tastic army.*
** Now I realize his back yard is full of huge-ass puddles. I'm forced to run straight through one unfortunately. Oh well, that's what war is about. Gettin' down and gettin' dirty, right? I oddly start to run much faster in the water. That's pretty unusual I'd say.*
** We now stop in my friend's drive way. Someone unloads a bag by me. They set down a large object with huge spikes. It appears to be really heavy. I ask if that's what I have, but the guy ignores me. I now set down my bag, but then the dream becomes vivid and fades again.*
** I'm now sitting upon a tank. Okay, what the hell? So, I'm probably still in the army, but I'm a tank operative now? I'm probably just a ranger, or maybe an engineer. We appear to be in another city. We're moving in with a *huge tank convoy. Awesome, tanks rock!*
** Hm, I'm gonna take a guess in these two dream parts. The last one was most likely me as an army dude helping clear out through part of the city we're in now. This part is probably me as an army ranger with a convoy, securing this city. The city isn't beat down much either. I now soon awake.*

Terminators, marines and Zombies oh my!

Strange nightmare, I am watching, and I am taking part at the same time! I am running after or away from someone, I am the t800, I go into a cave but I can see that I am losing this fight - the t800 will be destroyed by my foe - so I try to switch my attention to the marines who are sitting inside a communications room - they must destroy this thing, (and I must become the marines - my perspective keeps changing) but I cannot change, I cannot leave the t-800, I must be him - but then I am on my own in the cave and a zombie steps forward - no way am I staying around here for any longer - I force my eyes open and wake up

      Non-Lucid

I had this really weird and disturbing dream after watching an episode of Scrubs. I’m going to watch Scrubs more often from now on.

When the dream started I was working in the hospital from Scrubs. A lot of weird stuff I can’t clearly recall was going on for quite some time but then an elderly man came in. He asked some questions to the lady behind the counter and left again. I and a marine (I have no idea where he came from) went outside. We saw him go into the house next to the hospital holding two girls by the hand. I and the marine thought he was up to something and that we should be keeping an eye on him but our boss told us to get back to work.

Then, suddenly there was an explosion. I and the marine ran outside and saw there was a huge crater where the old man’s house was standing before. Out of the crater there climbed some kind of zombie. It slashed himself through some bystanders and ran into the large open area behind the hospital. The marine started pursuing him and I climbed onto the roof because I felt that’d be safer. At some distance from the hospital the zombie found its path obstructed by some bushes. The marine closed in on it but the zombie turned around and lunged at him.

The marine was able to roll to the left just in time but the zombie did wound his leg. I started backing up a little since I worried the zombie would come for me but it turned around and went for the marine again. The marine then grabbed a grenade from his belt and hurled it at the zombie. The zombie exploded and I was flung backwards by the force of the explosion. When I got down from the roof I found the marine at the edge of the crater caused by the grenade, both of his legs severely injured. Some medics came to help him and our boss told him that though he would never walk again he had been of great service to everybody by killing the zombie.

      Non-Dream Non-Lucid Lucid

This will probably hurt your eyes, so I'm changing the color to green.

I was playing Halo Reach on split screen co-op. I was already lucid from playing some more subliminal lucid tracks on my iPod. The game seemed off, there were no Jackals or Buggers where there were supposed to be. The game seemed to be without cut-scenes, there is no HUD, and the levels seemed to be cut in together. I decided to go with it. At one point, my brother left from the co-op match, yet, the computer seemed to be controlling his player. I got a point where there was a bunch of marines. I picked up a grenade launcher just for fun. It looked oddly like a Striker from MW2. I shot at a marine and tit didn't explode, it had direct impact, which was weird for Halo, since that isn't supposed to happen. One of the higher commands started righting me a citation(WTF?) so I just restarted from the last checkpoint. I got to the marines again, and ignored them. I killed a few Elites, turned a corner and saw a very odd sight. I saw two droids that looked like they were from a Star Wars parody because they were taller than usual. Also, I saw a deformed grunt. I shot them all down while they were ranting about something. Then, a few Spartans and Elites entered where I was, so I took for cover behind a futuristic chain-link wall. There was one Elite left, and he looked pretty pissed. Suddenly, a creepy purple legged spider/beast machine with a semi-transparent orange cockpit fell in front of the elite and crushed my computer co-op Spartan. The Elite got on, and the beast machine roared, stood up on it's several hind legs, and tackled Spartans one-by-one. The only way it could move was by jumping. It crashed through the wall and killed a Spartan. It couldn't fit all the way so it went around. I went by another wall, but the machine gave chase. It cornered me and asked the weirdest question. "Do you have a cat?" I replied, "Uh, yes?" I woke up because I was tackled by my cat.

      Notes:
      Vividness: 9/10
      Lucid Peak: 4/10
Another weird dream. Subliminal Lucid Music=
