Okay, I had a dream today, just before I woke up. At first, I didn't know I dreamt anything, but then something made me remember it. It is vastly unclear, but I remember there were some plates or sticks with something on them and me and someone else were discussing them. I also remember, that, after that, I was travelling (probably) by a car through a grassy field to somewhere. As far as I remember, there was a black-haired girl in my dream too... Well, that's all, I don't remember much...
I am in a car with kirsty and the girls, its daytime and to my left is pavement then a field. I am driving and everybody gets out the car, they tell me to meet them at theirs, they wanna walk from here cause there is too much traffic. I say thats ok but i know this car is kirsty's car and not my own so i have to be careful. I get annoyed that i havent moved in a while and decide to 3-point turn and leave, i crash into an oncoming car as im beginning to turn, stick it in reverse and hit another car, im scared now so i speed off and park the car outside kirstys house. I go in for a bit to chill with them and act like nothing has happened. at some point i decide to nose plug RC I can breathe. "im dreaming" i say. i do some stabilisation techniques and leave the house. I walk out into a wooded area and its dark, i try to yell out, wanting to call for my dream guide but i couldnt make any sound at all. I rub my hands together for a while and chant "this is a dream, this is a dream, this is a dream..." I try again to call out. "i need to speak to my dream guide. Are you there!?" i wait for a few seconds, then hear an answer, it sounds like its coming from inside my head and remember thinking that is weird. "yes" i hear. " Can you please meet me? I'd very much like to talk to you" a figure appears before me, it has silver skin, he introduces himself but i forget the name. We walk and talk, he tells me lots of things but i forget most of the conversation. He tells me i was a dog in a past life, he also says he needs to show me something. He takes me to a friend, i recognise it as an old school friend called Becky. We are hovering above her bed, she is laying there crying. She looks so thin and upset. He tells me that i should talk to her, try to help her as she is going through a really hard time at the moment. i tell him that i will. I ask him about the page i reserved for him in my DJ, if its ok for me to fill that in with his information, he tells me no and i get the impression that, at least for now, i should leave it empty. I wake up. Later that day i send a message to my old school mate becky, i haven't talked to her in maybe a year and a half, so i look at her FB and her statuses tell me she is depressed atm, i message her saying "might sound crazy, i had a dream bout you last night and it seemed you were having a hard time, is everything ok? etc" she replied straight away telling me how weird that is because she is currently battling a eating disorder and her bf is in rehab and she cannot contact him for 1 year. This freaked me out, maybe it was a coincidence and maybe i just already knew deep down that something was wrong.
Once again, a recall-less night. I smoked before bed, so it's my own fault i guess. I'm still doing a DJ entry to help the habit. Hopefully, tonight is better.
Finally an LD, although it was only like three seconds long, but an LD nonetheless! Dream I was walking down a street when I looked at a shop name above a shop, which was all weird and jumbled up and not really stationary, so I figured I was dreaming. I forgot to stabilize and the first thing I thought was the task for October: trick or treat a house. Sadly, I was on a road with no houses but rather shops, so my sleeping mind thought that would be fine and said to a street vendor, trick or treat. The man said 'treat' and passed me a brown plastic bag with a doughnut in it. I lost my lucidity. End of Dream Now this is the strange part. The rest of my dreams were all connected to lucid dreaming in one way or another, be it talking about it, wondering what it is or telling DC's about it whilst thinking it's real life.
Dream 1 I was in my garden wearing these cowboy clothes, a security guard from my college was there and he was guarding me, it wa so weird. I asked him if I could leave and he said yeah, I satrted walking around and went into my house. I saw some kids from my college. Dream 2 I was in M.I High and I was talking to someone who resembled a little bit of Mel Blanc. As we went through the scene the man said "I didn't nail the line". The dream then zoomed out and I saw previous characters sitting at a table and the scene I was at was just wallpaper like when you set up a backdrop for a studio photo shoot.
Fri, Oct.28. No nap. I was so ready for a LD. Went to bed at 10.20, but didn't fall asleep until past 11pm. Got up for a 20 min WBTB at 3.55am, but had trouble falling asleep and had to move each time I felt the relaxing feeling and sleep coming. Next thing I know it's morning and I remember one measly regular. I was on a school trip. The whole class was sleeping in some kind of a room on beds. We had small cabinets where everybody put their food. We talked about airplanes. Then there is a nurse and she wants to give me a shot. I don't even pay attention to her, I think that she was talking to someone else. She tells me it's for an illness I have and I always get this medicine for this illness. Someone tells me that she is talking to me and I tell her that I don't have what she is talking about and I never even heard of that illness. So she backs off.
Last night/ this morning I had a great dream about travelling to an unreal part of canada that was remarkably warm on the north side of some imaginary lake where there were many crazy cool animals, I specifically remember lots of snakes that had green turkey-like gobbles hanging under their mouth and 'lockbirds' that were like tucans with amazing attitudes alike some of my favorite dogs. They lockbirds would eat just about anything you would feed them and loved to interact with people. The weather was extremely warm for a winter in canada (about 60degrees F). There was lots of other parts but i cannot recall them as well as it is about time for bed now. I am going to wake up and add tonights dreams right away tomorrow, the final day of the mayan long count calendar...
I’m glad my quick-as-lightning typing isn’t waking up my friend who is passed out next to me, but I figure that being up at 3am unable to sleep due to a friggin’ head cold is as good an excuse as any to type out my weird ass lucid experience. I think a large part that may have contributed to my dream has been the stressful circumstances I went through in the months prior. I did type all of them out at one point, but then the site decided to log me out and I lost about a half hour worth of typing and I really can’t be bothered to retype what was lost as this is going to be one hell of a long ass Journal as is. But this dream was just so effing weird.. I’m one of these lucky people who dream frequently; when I was much younger, three or four times a week I’d be crawling into my parents bed because I’d have had a nightmare, and almost every other night I would have had a dream of some sort. I so occasionally go through dry spells where I don’t remember dreams, but I have a fantastically over active imagination and have had some fantastic and terrifying experiences to do with sleep. I’ve experienced a false awakening once before this. I have also suffered from sleep paralysis before and been totally conscious through the whole experience. I even did the whole Kill Bill “wiggle your big toe” drama of trying to move again. That was one of the most horrible experiences I’ve gone through, waking up and being paralysed. Very uncool, but thankfully it only lasted perhaps a minute, even though it felt longer. Both these experiences happened in the bedroom of my Dad’s house; I grew up in the same house for eighteen years, and was in the same bedroom for ten of those years. In that room, there’s a 60cm by 60cm closet, and so happens to be the setting for my lucid dream. I was in that bedroom with three other people who were meant to be my friends (thinking back I haven’t a clue who they actually were) and the room was perfect from what I could tell. I opened the door to my closet and there was a huge three bedroom apartment inside. As soon as I saw it, I though “this isn’t right…” So I take a step back and look up, and sure enough there is a number 3 on top of the door frame, with 2 and 1 either side of it. The colour of the wall around the door frame has changed also, and I can sense that instead of my reasonably spacious room I’m now in a much narrower space. It was at this point where I thought “this must be a lucid dream!” And suddenly everything starts to pitch and shift around me as if I was in the middle of a vortex with the contents of the dream draining from around me. Vertigo accompanied this sensation, and so I closed my eyes really tight and kind of focused on staying asleep while not focusing on anything in particular at the same time. No clue how it worked, but when I opened my eyes I was now in a shopping mall, with complete awareness that this was still a dream. This shopping mall was open planned and packed full of people; kind of like a Wal-Mart. All four walls were made of glass and I could see outside into a concrete square of sorts. Something quite interesting about the mall was that it was rotating slowly. Anyway, I started to wander amongst the clothes section, when I decided I would test my capabilities in this new found area of my subconscious, and decided that I wanted classical music to play. I never specified a composer, and I don’t believe I recognized the piece of music that played, but symphony music filled the mall. This got me quite excited, and thinking along the lines of “YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS SSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!” and so I decided I wanted to find a certain friend of mine in this wonder-mall. I start to bob and weave through the punters in the mall when I see this kid coming towards me. He must have been only12 or 13, because he was about a head shorter than I and looked about that age. I don’t know why I clocked him, but as he got closer to me, he started to get taller and taller, until he was more than a head taller than I and right in front of me. I was then boxed in by two more tall 12/13 year olds. I asked them “what are you doing?” and the one who I specifically noticed coming towards me replied “we’re protecting you”. “From who?” I probed; “From Him.” And the boy pointed towards the far side of the mall. There was a figure there, around average height for a man, dressed in an undertaker’s suit complete with shiny black shoes, white shirt and a black bowtie. His skin however, was a deep burgundy colour, and looked as dry as a desert floor, with deep, dark cracks seeping a dark substance. His hands were a big larger than a man’s, with black talon like nails. He had dark, dark eyes (I don’t want to say black as I was too far away) and deep brown hair a few inches long swept back from his forehead. The two most noticeable things about him though, were the goats’ horns growing out and back from his hair line, and the content grin showing off bright white teeth. I can only compare the expression to that of a cat that has cornered a mouse. I was terrified, and experiences a good few moments of this terror before I woke up. I was in my Dad’s bed, in his bedroom and a sudden wash of relief swept over me. It wasn’t allowed to last, though, as again I don’t think even a minute passed till I heard a voice saying “found you!” and all of a sudden there was a demon sitting either side of me. I wish I could describe these demons, but their form has slipped from my memory, and again I jolted awake. I was in my friends bed, lying on my stomach, trying to open my eyes, but they were so heavy and cloudy, and no matter how I blinked I couldn’t clean my vision. There was an ungodly screaming coming from my phone (I have a Blackberry Torch), so I reached out with leaded arms and fumbled my phone from the bedside table. It was exceptionally low on battery, and flashing red (which it doesn’t do when it’s low on battery), and was connected to a contact called “Axe” (I have no contact called Axe in my phone). I hung up the phone but without even ringing it automatically connected back to this “Axe” and the screaming continued. No matter how many times I hung up it would just connect straight back and the screaming would flood the room. I felt as if there was something heavy on top of me weighing me down, and I think it was a mirror as through my blurred vision if I looked up slightly and moved an arm I could see something mimicking my movements. I pushed this heavy object off me but I was exhausted from doing so, and then perspective changed to a birds’ eye view and I saw two demons creeping in through the window. Again, the forms of these demons escapes my memory, but I woke up again, still in my friends’ bed, and still on my front. I could tell I was awake this time, and I was greatly stressed and exhausted from the exertion of these dreams. I rolled over onto my back and closed my eyes, and within seconds there were two demon silhouetted against a red background. Long, skeletal beings, as though each part of their bodies had been stretched like putty. I snapped my eyes open and called a Wiccan friend of mine at that point and told him all of what had transpired. He put it down to stress, and part of me agrees with him; I’ve been reading up on lucid dreaming and I understand that sleep paralysis can happen after lucid dreaming, and that night terrors also occur during sleep paralysis. I just can’t get past the horned figure in the undertaker suit, as I was acutely aware that he was the Devil. I also find it very disturbing how I had to wake up twice from my lucid dream in order to actually be “awake”. I passed out about an hour from exhaustion about an hour after all this happened, and didn’t dream that day or night. I’ve been very hesitant to try lucid dreaming again since this experience, however.
The night was hectic. I kept waking up from almost falling asleep, at least four times. After this I just lied in my bed waiting for fatigue. It did after fifteen minutes or so and I finally fell asleep. In the morning I couldn't recall any dreams at all though, not even snippets. Nothing. So today I searched self-hypnosis and I hope to implement this in the following days, hopefully with some reliable results. I will try to remain positive and enthusiastic.
I found it interesting how that first WILD came to be. I think it must've been the universe giving me a perfect fool-proof opportunity and me taking it: I wake up from a vivid dream that I need to write down. Writing it takes about 10 minutes, and I am awake just the right amount, then try to WILD, get there in just 5 minutes, and have the most amazing, most vivid dream, let alone a lucid dream, I have ever had EVER. I also found it very interesting that the imaginations I had in this vivid dream actually weren't as vivid as the physical reality of the dream as most other dreams are. Meaning I need to fix my theory: The theory now is that depending on how vivid and conscious you are in the dream, your imagination's vividness will stay the same but feel like it varies because you compare it to the vividness of the dream reality. Otherwise, your mind works relatively similar to how it works in waking life. You translate the things around you. Waking physical life is just collections of vibrations and frequencies that your senses process in order for the mind to understand it, just as in dream reality where you translate the vibrations and frequencies around you. The realities are relatively the same, only that in dream reality you function at a higher level because you know you can do anything. Another Observation: Everyone in that lucid dream was watching me in awe throughout the whole thing, unless they had a specific function in the dream, such as driving or teaching, etc. They would react to things the way I would best want them to react to things. They love it when I talk about my theories and things I am excited about, because I love talking about my theories and things I am excited about. They do not act on their own, unless I subconsciously expect or want them to. The WILD really revealed to me how everything and everyone really is just a projection, and how I am the real being there in control. If I were to compare that with something for better understanding, it's almost just like from Tron, where the programs have specific functions and can't think and plan, and where the users that come in can create, control, and do everything they please in this reality. The projections are lower than the user, and they know it. It's as if they look at me as a God, The dreamer of the dream they are involved in. You get what I'm saying? Very interesting. I would rant more, but that would take up this whole page because I'm just so ecstatic right now.
Dream I had before that first WILD!!: -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This dream takes place mostly in my Math classroom. I remembered the whole dream when in the dream, the ending is clear, and the earlier parts of this dream are some hazy memories of a vivid dream. All this dream was vivid. There are some friendly happy parts that make me happy even now (no awkward parts like in other dreams) with Joy, Suzie, and a bunch of other friends in my life, but not many people I currently hang out with at school. There is a part where I am asking a question about something - a game or a concept to do with games - and Suzie steps in to help me understand what it is, and I say "ohh!" in understanding. There are some happy friendly and pretend friendly parts with Lauren, Liz, and Bruce in art class. Some things they say/do get me pissed off a little bit, but I hide it. They ask me something that convicts me of some stupidity or something, I respond in a strong, successfully defensive manner and feel proud that they couldn't argue with that point or something. After I tell Lauren, Liz and Bruce that I have an appointment (lying). So I am next at the back of the school during last period (art class). I am at a bus stop booth type thing. I am getting paper out of my bag to do something with. Then I remember that today is in fact a half day and last period of the day, so I don't actually need to wait for my bus until school normally ends. Plus if I did, Lauren and Liz etc would discover I lied to them to get away. I think about what could happen if Lauren saw me there when I told them I was going home. I see Ling while waiting at the back of the school for the bus. We talk a little, she is carrying art stuff. She walks/I walk with her not too far to a road where a car is parked and waiting. Her mom is in the car, and she says hi. I think (and I might've said aloud) "woahh deja vu, I clearly remember a dream so similar to this scenario!" Then Zitian shows up out of nowhere and I'm like "woahh just like that dream I had with Zitian." Then Zitian (and possibly formerly Ling) and Ling or some person are talking to each-other. Ling or some person is sitting on Ling's Mom's car. That person turns into my cousin Diana and I'm like "woah" (just like the dream I had, only without Diana appearing wtf I think in waking life). Anyway, I'm happy she's here and I interrupt their conversation to say hi to my long-lost cousin, in a very friendly and loud voice, and hug her. In the dream, I was amazed that I could remember that dream in this dream. It was a pretty vivid dream, and Diana's face was completely clear. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Then I wake up, write it down, have that amazing first WILD Then I wake up from that first WILD, feel powerful, vital, and alive. Write that dream down, then I go back to bed to try for another WILD WILDing this time was more difficult, it took longer with more confusion on how I actually did it successfully the first time, and pretty much failed: -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I wake up in my bed again, and either this was real life or a dream, I don't remember because it was a little hazy, but I felt the sleep paralysis. I couldn't move. Once I managed to move, I do a reality check, get excited about being successful again, and wake up. This one was very hazy. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Then after waking up, I go to sleep normally and have this dream: -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I am in something like a check-in place with my parents, brother, and Kate. Kate and Josef and I are watching videos chronicling their happy memories together or something. These videos have to do with future adventures that we have, where we visit around 7 places and people and take on their challenge or something. There was a part where Leeroy ran out to the field near the check-in place and we had to go run after him and get him back. My brother and I are chasing him. My brother loses him, and I find him. When I do, I pet him nicely, calm down his sadness for wanting to be outdoors, cuddle with him and then bring him back inside, with pity. After this part, we visit one of the 7 places. It is a very tall house where you have to go through obstacles, keep your balance, and jump to the other side to ascend it. My brother is with me. We climb the first few floor easily. Then when we get to the extremely high floors, it becomes more difficult. I ask the owners of the place if we could die from this, and they say no. They are a little suspicious looking, but I keep going on. They are a man and a woman, and I think the man is Czech even though we speak English with him. We keep climbing and jumping through the air. There were many close calls, and then there is a part where I need to jump onto a skinny airplane tail, and onto another plane to get to the other side. I'm having a difficult time with my balance, and I am very scared of falling. My brother is watching cautiously, afraid that I will fall too. As I try jumping to the other plane, I can't hold on I lose hold and fall down. My brother is crying and screaming as I fall. I am speechless and motionless, I watch the floors pass by. I don't feel anything physically but emotionally I am seriously shocked and scared that I'm about to die and that I need to say goodbye to everyone, my family, my brother, my mom, dad, friends... When I hit the floor, I don't feel it and blackout. I wake up back in the check-in place. I slowly open my eyes. I see that I am lying on the floor of the room where we were watching those videos. My brother, Kate, and parents are watching me, sadly. I start tearing up. I don't feel any pain from falling down at such a height, I should've died! We're all shocked to see I survived the event and speechless. Some people are weeping. My vision is blurry, and I don't hear voices clearly. Next thing I remember about this dream was I was hanging out with my brother and Kate, and my parents were watching us discuss. Leeroy was there too. My brother says that the owners of that place are the culprits. They have committed a crime by having an extremely dangerous house. We plan on how to get them punished. More stuff happened but it's an extremely hazy memory of a fairly vivid dream. Through those parts I was half conscious in the dream due to almost dying and passing out.

My dream: I was eating cornflakes standing up. I kept seeing bugs, like large moths, in it. End of story.
I stayed up a bit late last night... Just a bit. Got very little sleep, don't remember any dreams. But I do remember one from a week or two ago about a cyclops throwing ninja stars at me. We later had a deep discussion and he decided to turn his life around and stop killing people. What a charming guy.
The dream starts off in my old middle school, I ask my teacher ms. Mcgaw if I can let the students waiting outside in. She says that I can, so I open the door to the classroom and wave them all in. The classroom has a smart board in the middle of the room and bleachers set up near the door. All of the students find a seat, and I happen to sit next to a pair of cymbals. (I happen to be a percussionist in real life so this is probably where the cymbals came from) A African American teacher, looks to be in his forties or fifties walks into the room and begins to teach. He is talking about teen couples that have babies in high school. I forget the names of the couple who he was mainly focusing on though. As he is speaking my leg whips out and accidentally knock over the cymbals causing a barrage of sound. Even as I pick the cymbals up and place them back onto the bleachers, they are still making a ringing noise. The noise then stops completely and the man resumes teaching. After a passage of time the ringing noise appears. The man stops teaching one again and speaks to me. "Maybe you should go to the main office and get some headphone for those," he suggests. The dream ends with a view of the main office.
The dream opens with a view of the hole leading out into the world. The camera then slowly pans down slowly rotating. It pans over a mountainous barren and rocky landscape. In between the splits in the mountains you see darkness. When the camera spins a full 180 the scene comes into view. I am in a wooden carriage moving without the use of horses. We are speeding down the rocky landscape, almost as if we were fearful of something... and we were. I look behind me and as the camera does a closeup, cartoony looking ants walking on two legs, in blue suits with golden buttons and hats that look like police hats were speeding towards us. The camera then returns back to normal just as we are about to hit a wall. The carriage just made it sideways as it screeched to a halt. The ants continue to intercept us. The ants when they come about ten feet away from us stop moving. The camera faces them as they are hit with our first counter-attack. A glob of golden goo is thrown at the ants and hits them on their feet dead on. The ants try to pick up their feet and move but it is useless. The honey has rendered their feet useless. Another glob of honey is lodged out, hitting another group of ants also gluing them to the spot. The remaining ants began to retreat leaving their "fallen" comrades behind. Just as another blob of honey is launched the dream ends.
