    1. 3 dreams 1 WILD and Nightmares

      Non-Lucid Lucid Nightmare

I had my first lucid and it was the first time I remembered more than one dream. And all of this happened in one night. I think the dream journals must be having an effect. Now I just have to remember to post them on the site.

      W.I.L.D

After several futile attempts at wilding I realized that I was not putting much effort into it. I told my self this time I would wild. I lied down and counted my breaths. The first change I noticed was that my breathing became much lighter and easy. I also felt slightly euphoric and numb. I did not experience and of the visual or auditory effects from SP reported by other Dreamviews members. Instead It was purely physical. When I was closer there was a light buzzing at the tips of my toes and fingers. As I got distracted or excited the buzz would fade but I remained persistent. Finally after I got passed the buzzing, It felt like my stomach and chest were being pelted by volleyballs and my back and legs felt like they were lanes for very heavy bowling balls. I was then dragged down into a dream. I instantly knew it was a dream but I was so disoriented by the pelting I received that I panicked and jumped out of my dream bed in my dream room without stabilizing the dream. Every thing was heavily blurred and I felt disoriented. I reality checked immediately by looking at my hands. That was a mistake. I became even more disoriented seeing 8 fingers on one hand. After that I was pulled into my body. I woke in my bed.

My first WILD was very short but I was still surprised how different it felt from dreaming. I am looking forward to experimenting in my dreams when I get the hang of it. I hope the abuse I received in SP is a one time deal.

I figured one lucid for the night was good enough so I headed for normal sleep.

      Dream 1- Alien Incursion

I heard noises on the other side of the door, It must have come from the alien ship that just started it's boarding of mine. If I did not lock down the door fast enough the invaders would slaughter everyone on the ship. Everyone new once they enter the ship there would be no stopping them. The door was successfully locked down before they came through. I suddenly heard the invaders attempting to access another door. I ran down the hall and quickly locked down that door too. I looked out the window into space and saw 5-8 hive ship's closing in on my ship. I woke up.

After reading this again it sounds like it could have been a nightmare but I remember being quite calm and relaxed.

Dream 2- Wire across the road/ Allergies

I was walking down the road when I saw 2 kids string a navy blue rope across a road. They thought I was there to tell them to take down the rope but I told them It was fine but they had to move the rope farther down the road. For some reason when it was restrung farther down the road it had feathers on it. A truck drove by and hit the rope and some how got damaged. I went to get the kids mother who's house was next to where they originally set up the rope. As I entered the house the first thing I noticed is that feathers were scattered all along the floor. The mother was standing in the center of the entry way. I was worried that if one of the kids had allergies from the feathers the allergic reaction could be lethal. Suddenly the mother collapsed on her knees looking very pale. She barley managed to say that I had to get the feathers out of the house. Damn I thought it was the mother who had the allergy. As I ran to move her out of the house I woke up.

Dream 3- The worlds weirdest Biology exam

This was probably one of the longest dreams I have had yet. Because It was so long I can't remember the correct order of these fragments.

The main story surrounding all these fragments is that I was staying in an old mansion with my classmates. The mansion in this dream was apparently the former home of Marry Queen of Scots. To pass our Biology exam we had to eat a Pice of Mary's corpse. I should probably play Nazi Zombies in the afternoon.

As we were briefed about how we would eat the corpse, I looked up at the sky. At first there was nothing, then stars in the hundreds filled the sky. They were dazzling. Instead of the blue dots we see in the sky it was almost as if the sky filled with hundreds of suns while still being able to maintain the darkness...

My room mate and I were not happy about the Idea of having to eat a corpse or the pizza our teachers decided to bring in so we agreed on getting some ramen during the night and just fail the exam. We ran down from the mansion at incredible speed. The forest we passed was just a blur. When we finally arrived at a convenient store we grabbed some chopsticks, broke them and then filled the ramen cups with hot water...

Before going out of the mansion I was about to pick up an umbrella until I looked at it closer. The face on the end of the handle was Marry queen of scots. Her face was pale as if she was dead. I think there may have been blood painted on her face but I am not sure. There was also a strand of human hair on it. This freaked me out and made me leave the umbrella where it was... I still don't know why the hair freaked me out more then the dead carved face.

I was in a theme park the next day after the exam. I was talking with my friend again at the theme park next to the mansion. He was complaining about how the rides were old and no fun to ride. I then woke up...
    2. Scary dream escape

      by , 01-30-2011 at 05:04 PM
Hadn't had time yesterday to post them, so here they are.

      #1 -semi nightmare-

Me, Mike and Amedeo (both friends IRL) are in Goes on the way home. Mike was teasing me because he would be home earlier then me.
So I took a faster route and I could hear Mike say "Damint, now he's faster!".

Suddenly, it starts to rain very, very hard, but I continued down the road on my motor driven bicycle.
The out of nowhere, I'm pulled into the air, onto a rooftop and I'm some weird freaky combination of a bat/vampire and a man.
Then I would fall of the rooftop and the dream would repeat itself, starting from the rain, for quiet some time.

I woke up quiet afraid after this dream, which happend before my WBTB

      #2

I don't know exactly what happend, where I am, but I am with my dream girl in what seems to be a bathroom, without a shower, bath an toilet. Only a mirror and some cabinets (the one I have in my bathroom).
I know it is all part of a (epic) story, but I can't remember it.

We can use magic, and she is better at it then me. We have some kind of a remote, with allot of buttons, with which we can change the power of our magic.
She tells me to press "Double", which will double our magic powers. I tell her there's also a "Max" button, but she tells me that would be to much.
Then a strange man comes into the bathroom, he felt evil. We send him away with our magic. I tried to create fire, and although after the "double" button it went quiet well, she was still so much better at it.

Suddenly we are both naked. I saw her cloths lying on the floor, but I can't see mine, they just dissapeared it seems.
She comes closer to me and kissed me on the cheeck, then she looked at the mirror. I see she has an beautifull body.
I feel the urge to touch her, but somehow I make the choiche not to, because somehow, it doesn't feel right.
She had to leave, but she tells me she will come back.

      *blank*

I was transfered to another person ( It seems like I'm some kind of apprentice), because "she" is gone.
The new one's a bit nerdy, black hair, glasses and kinda workaholic. She doesn't talk much because she's always bussy.
I walk past her working space and see she's out, probbably on some break, when I see her bra laying around. I resist the urge to grab it and keep on walking.

In this deam, sometimes a could decide what I would do.

      #3

Me and 5 other people are on the run from the cops. The only thing I know is that we did something wrong in the beginning of the dream.
We run around some house, and I hope there's an helicopter in the garden.
There isn't an helicopter, but there are 3 jetskis. Where all jump in the water and just when I climb on a jetski, we see 3 more. So now that everyone has a jetski, we make our escape. We dive underwater and ride them for some time, sometimes breaking the surface for air.

      *blank*

I'm explaining Mike how we made our escape on jetskis, and I show him how we went underwater and sometimes had to break the surface for air.

    3. The Scary, Alien, Puppy

      by , 01-30-2011 at 09:51 AM
Hello, everyone! My scary yet enjoyable nightmares start here: I woke up and went outside my room into the hallway. (Dream, also at my grandmas house) Suddenly, a huge object crashed into the house. To make things worse, I could not move and barley speak. After about 6-7 seconds, a small dog came out of my room. It was very colorful and had HUGE eyes! I very weakly said,"Grandma... Grandma... ." She obsessively could not hear me. I woke up.
      The End
    4. Batteries

      by , 01-30-2011 at 09:04 AM
Hello, everyone! My nightmare starts here: Me and my brother, Killian, were going to our grandmas house to get new batteries for our Game Cube controller. We get there and our grandma gives us some batteries and we go home but on the way there, unsuspected maintenance is needed on the road. So we ride our bicycles down this eerie forest. We go over this big hill and I fall of my Bicycle. The batteries fell out of the controller and suddenly Killian yelled,"Run MrPWNGE, Run!"(Not my actual name, lol)
I look up and see the grudge but she was a he and he had a knife!
i was stubbed and woke up insistently. Thank God!!! lol
      The End
    5. My Epic Nightmare

      by , 01-30-2011 at 07:25 AM
Hello, everyone! This is my epic nightmare: I woke up in bed (Dream, also non-lucid) and I noticed one of my big stuffed animals (Lion) were gone. I go outside my room and into the kitchen and see him sleeping in the laundry room. I slowly walk to my parents room and I don't see them anywhere. I walk back out and trip on something and hear a growl. Take a wild guess what that is. I don't even have to look around, it is clearly my stuffed animal lion. I do a back flip and the dream go's into 3rd person view, also it becomes slow-mode. It then zooms at the lions mouth and my finger, nearly a inch away from biting it off. right before the back flip ends, I do a back-wards kick so I can kick the door open. Kind of a matrix nightmare, isn't it?
After I kick the door open, I close it as fast as possible. I then go to the back of the room to open the closet so I can hide in it. apparently, my family had the intention to do the same! I found everyone, my two brothers, my mom and dad, everyone. They were all just hiding there. About 6/7 seconds later I woke up scared to death! (Hey, give me credit! I was 4 or 5 when this happened! You my think it's funny but to me it was no laughing matter, lol) I was scared to sleep after that but I eventually got over it. One more thing: Read this again with Inception music (cough Mind Heist) and see how epic it is!!!
      The End
    6. Dream about the Rapture

      by , 01-29-2011 at 07:17 PM
      non dream dream lucid

I was sitting in my room. Everything seemed normal. I left my room and went to the living room, thinking my parents would be there. They were'nt. I went to my little sister and little brother, who were playing in their room. I asked them where mom and dad were. They said that they were probably in their room, watching a movie. So I went in to their room. They were not there. It looked like they had been, but they were not there now. I panicked and called them on their cell phones. Neither one answered. I called my older brother, Zach, and he didn't answer either. I ran back to my brother and sister and screamed, "The rapture happened, we were left behind!" then I noticed they were no longer there. They had gone too. I didn't understand why I'd been left behind. I've been a Christian all my life. I loved God. I was ao confused. I cried and screamed and kicked everything I could. Then I saw my bible, sitting on my bed, and I cried harder. I went over to my window, outside it was a sickly yellow color, and I prayed to God to give me a second chance. I knew he wouldn't. I had missed it. Now I was doomed to the same fate as everyone else who had been left behind. I walked to my school, and went into the band room. My best friends, Emily, Daniel, Keygan, and Jared were there (Jared is also my boyfriend). Both Emily and Daniel are Christians like me and they knew what was going on, but like me they didn't know why they'd been left behind. I looked at Jared and Keygan who were confused and said, "Guys, Jesus came back and took all the Christians. It might seem bad now, but it's gonna get worse." Jared embraced me crying and said, "You were right! All those times you told me about God, you were right! Why didn't I listen to you!?" I hugged him back and said into his ear, "Give your heart to God, he's the only one who can let us survive this. Please. Do this for me." Jared nodded, still crying uncontrollably, and he gave his heart to God. Keygan did too, and he was crying. I reached into a bag I was carrying, it had bibles in it, and I gave one each to Keygan and Jared. Emily and Daniel had one with them. We left the school building and went to my house. We all cried and prayed. I held on to Jared, sobbing into his shoulder. Emily, Daniel, and I didn't know at all why we had been left behind. Jared softly kissed my cheek in an attempt to comfort me. Then they all went to their homes. I felt so alone. My family was gone. I had been the only one left behind. I loved God just as much as they did, but I was so confused. The next "day" we all met back in the band room and discussed who the Anti-Christ might be. We had no idea. Suddenly, someone was in the room with us. He looked evil and we ran from him, going through a corn field and ending up at my house. There we stayed for "days", not daring to leave the house. Outside there were people cutting down the little woods that was near us. We held bible study every day, it seemed to be the only thing keeping us alive. One "morning" I "woke up" and looked outside, the trees there were gone now. Jared walked up to me, and I told him, "What if this is all a dream? If it is, I want to wake up NOW." the dream went fuzzy, causing me to go lucid, and I told myself to not wake up. I looked at Jared with teary eyes and said, "This is a dream. When we wake up, everyone will still be there." Then I embraced him, kissing him slightly. He asked me if he and the others were dreaming too. I said, "I don't know. But if you are, then I hope you have learned from this dream, and that in the waking world, you'll give your heart to God just like you did here. I love you. I'm going to wake up now." Then I grabbed his hand. And I saw myself fade away as I woke up. This was one of the most vivid dreams I've ever had in my life.

    7. Waking Up INTO a Nightmare

      by , 01-29-2011 at 04:36 PM
[taken from my dream blog at Oneironeer | Exploring Dreamspace)

So I haven't blogged since January 26th, but I've had some "activity" worth mentioning. I was super stoked about my seemingly close NILD (Nap Induced Lucid Dream) variation of a WILD, and although I started this week off swearing I wasn't going to lose sleep and attempt any crazy dream techniques, I was SO looking forward to doing the Wake Back To Bed method of setting my alarm just before my last REM cycle and going back to bed concentrating on lucid dreaming.

My friend and I have been discussing our dreams with each other via text messages, as he lives a couple hundred miles away, and it's been encouraging to have someone else who's almost as crazy about all this as me, to bounce experiences and ideas off of. We've discovered the Airplane Mode on our phones, because we keep sending each other horrible pictures of creatures and fictional mutated profiles and creepy audio clips to scare each other in the middle of the night.

I prepped for Wednesday night. I've read to hold off on Vitamin B until I awake around 4:30 a.m., and to go easy on the melatonin just before you first go to bed. So I took about 6mgs of melatonin. However, feeling like I might've been coming down with a cold, I may have taken some Nyquil also (I don't remember). I wrote in my Day Journal (prime the brain pumps) just before bed, and I was set.

At midnight, I was out like a light. Between the melatonin, sickness and possible Nyquil, it was a DEEP sleep. However, at 1:00 a.m., I opened my eyes, kicking and screaming at the following visage...

I do not remember waking up. I simply remember a strange, asexual mime trying to get WAY to close to me. As I heard it in my head, it was cooing or softly voicing it's displeasure in my feet in it's chest and throat. "OooOOooEEeeeEEooo???"

In the FAR back of my mind, I was glad to be tossed into a horror-based nightmare, because they always tip me off to the fact that I'm dreaming. I then become lucid, and take control of the dream. The creature looked almost as scared of me as I was of it, and it didn't seem like it wanted to hurt me -- but I needed to get it AWAY from me so I could take control. Something strange began to happen, instead of shifting or becoming hazier (or waking up), the dream was becoming MORE vivid. MORE real, despite the strobing lights and darkness.

I could hear my wife calling out my name and screaming, "No! Stop! Stop!", which angered me a bit. Why would you WANT me to STOP attacking this thing, don't YOU see it?! I got REALLY worried. Had I broke Sleep Paralysis and been flailing in our bed? Had my dream research flipped my lid? The creature was now at a legs length away from me, so I screamed to my wife, "WHAT?!"

"It's Matt." I looked at the thing, and didn't understand. At first, it looked like a clean, zombie version of the character Lutz from 30 ROCK (a show that's been turning my brain to oatmeal, as we've been watching WAY too much of it before bed). But now I could see, it was some strange version of my friend, and he was doubled-over smiling and said, "It's just a dream!" and started chuckling. My wife replied back, "It's just a dream," and I thought, "Now my DREAMS are mocking my attempts at lucidity!", but I soon realized that it was my friend, either in a False Awakening... or in waking life.

      "Do you wanna get beat?"

He started laughing and my wife said it again, in disbelief, "It's just a dream." I still didn't understand. A charlie horse in my leg started to tip me off and the Rocky shirt my friend was wearing certainly wasn't scary. I could then smell him (ah, the last sense to wake up).

"Supriiiisssse," he whispered. He then mumbled and ran out of the room, leaving my wife and I in the dark. I groaned at the pain in my leg. Chuckled a bit. Breathed. Turned to my wife and asked, "What just happened?"

I used the bathroom, texted my friend, "Where are you?!" and he replied, "In my car, I think I peed my pants!" and I finally really realized...

That had all just really happened.

Now I present to you, the video he filmed of himself scaring me into a near convulsion.

    8. Wait, what?!

      by , 01-29-2011 at 01:17 AM
Part 1: The mood starts off in a dark stage like area. Only dim candles light the room. My family and I are sitting in the seats when I realize something dark and gloomy sliding along the walls. The candles, one by one started to fade into darkness. The sounds of a zombie apocalypse rising were coming into play. I guided my family out of the stage area, but they seem not to notice all the creepiness of the atmosphere. It scares me and pisses me off at the same time. My parents are there, my sisters are there, but NOOO. I'm the one who has to half shove them out of the imaginary door. This is where I do my reality check. I can't see my hands, I'm not touching anything, but there are two blurry arms in front of me and my family is making a sort of shoved motion. So we get out of the building and the outside is sort of like a cultural city/marketplace. Judging by the colors, I'd say that the time was about 5PM and the sky is beginning to turn orange. I see a bunch of random people and due to the dream logic, they are my "family." Some of my real family members are in there, but the rest are just random. Two dogs appear, one a yorkshire terrier, and one a much bigger version. Both are making that menacing zombie sound and showing small, but sharp teeth. I guess you can say they've been hit by the zombie virus or whatever. Even though I sort of know I'm dreaming, I run over and stand next to my family defensively. The two dogs run off and I follow them in a quiet and short pursuit. We arrive at this random, fancy house which my dream logic currently says belongs to my Uncle Vien. Vien is up in the bathroom taking a shower while I'm raiding the kitchen looking for something to feed/satisfy the dogs with. You can hear the two eating and killing Vien's real life dog, Cassie. I look through more cabinets and I hear them run upstairs over to the bathroom. Barking begins and I'm viciously tearing through the fridge and even looking at the oven. All I find are pots of cookies and milk. More barking appears and the sound of Vien's voice in the shower is ringing in my ears. "Bad!", "No!", and "Stop it!". I can hear their paws/claws slashing and hitting the glass of the shower door. The running water and the shrieking of the glass is pounding through my eardrums. I finally hear them give up and go down the stairs in record time. I think about trying to climb up the island, but assuming that Vien was safe and that they've been calm, I decide not to. They appear before my eyes and they're looking as innocent as can be. The virus must have left them, I suppose.

Part 2: The area switches to the lobby of an apartment complex. The dogs are still there and I catch sight of my real family going up the stairs, including Vien. The dogs and I follow them up and Kingdom Heart music plays. On the roof of the complex, the sky is full of night light and stars. We spot off in the distance a floating ship with spinning blades on the bottom, allowing the aircraft to hover above. Shadow like monsters and dropping from the sky and it suddenly feels like I'm playing a game of Kingdom Hearts. The dream ends when we are finally surrounded and about to face our ultimate doom. This is sort of like a nightmare to me. It wouldn't be if my family was actually trying to make an effort to save themselves, but all the work was laid on me. So that was pretty much the only pressuring part.

    10. Yearly Clown Trap

by , 01-28-2011 at 05:44 PM (The Mailman's Lounge: A Rest Stop for Dreams)
      28.01.2011
      Yearly Clown Trap (Non-lucid)

      NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID

I'm watching the movie "It". The scene changes and I'm a kid in a store with my mom and sister. The evil clown from "It' is trying to trick kids so he can eat them. The doors close and lock and the evil clown says he has trapped us because we don't love our families. We try reasoning with him but he won't listen when we realize it's hopeless we all start crying because weare going to loose each other. The clown says we do love each other and we are free. The store turns into a dark blue room with tables of stuf fon them. He says we can have anything we want. I realize this happened last year and the year before that. I get a lot of textbooks, the first book in a series and a chest. I find my friend and he has the second book and we agree to trade once I finish reading the first book. I go down the hall because my mom and sister are waiting outside for me. I stop to get a yearbook like I did last year. I wake up once I get in line.

      Side Notes:
-The reason I realized this happened before is ebcause it was a recuriing dream that I have every year. The last time I had it I woke up right after I got the yearbook.
-I have a lot of recurring dreams which I'm trying to figure out the menaing of. I think this ties in with my fear of the clown from the movie "It".
    11. A Secret Room, Nightmares and the Many-Fingered Hand

      by , 01-28-2011 at 01:02 PM
I had attempted to WILD, but rather fell asleep. The earliest I remember with any clarity was of walking down a road, and seeing a man on a horse (among others with carts and horses) outside of town. As the man passed behind someone else his horse disappeared, as I expected it would. The man -a gaunt, ill-shaved fellow in his thirties with long, stringy, black hair who wore a long coat, carried a stack of manuscripts, and kept a key on his person- walked along what became a dark hallway lined with damask wallpaper. He stopped at a black painted wooden door, and brought out the aforementioned key. At this moment he saw me watching him, and attempted to walk away. I stopped him and expressed that I wanted to see the contents of that room. He looked at me -worried yet sly- and asked me "Do you really want to see what's in that room?" I remained standing there with him understanding that I desired entry. At this point he approached a door and opened it for me. I began to walk in, but saw that it was not the same room, and that he was merely trying to trap me. I resisted, and made my way again into the hall. He seemed satisfied that he was winning, and I woke up. I was a little angered at having been befuddled by this shady character, and immediately went back to sleep (a task requiring the whole of twelve seconds). This time I was fully lucid, and keenly aware of my surroundings. I awoke (or rather asleeped?) into a dark room. I felt myself becoming frightened (a thing that only happens when my body temperature rises too high). I was having a nightmare. I attempted to get into a more lighted area by approaching a small row of dim lights, and closing my eyes right in front of them (causing a red glow through my eyelids). This did not work; when I opened my eyes, the room was still as black. Very nearly after this, I managed to "wake up", but upon doing a hand check, I saw six fingers on my right hand (I did not count but rather saw two groups of three). I saw my father who told me that I had been dreaming. Knowing this, I asked him to make sure that the blankets be removed from my waking body, that I may cool. He said it was done. I then saw my mother, and showed her my hands. I then counted my fingers. At first I again saw six fingers. But upon counting them, I counted seventeen fingers on my right hand alone. My fingers became a sort of green, black, and purple seaweed, still functional but very strange. At this point I awoke, but experienced a haze and sleep paralysis. I attempted to fight it off, but to no avail. So I submitted to returning to the dream, but then breathed more heavily and truly awoke (at least I passed the hand check and wrote this article).
    12. Quite marijuana, vivid nightmares every night.

      by , 01-28-2011 at 01:00 PM
As well I have been a heavy Marijuana smoker for the past 13 years and have stopped about 3 weeks ago. In the first couple of weeks I increased the amount of alcohol that I have been drinking as most people do when giving up. Whilst drinking more i was still not recalling my dreams but was waking suddenly through the night with no apparent reason. I have recently taken the alcohol out of the equation and for the first few nights I found it hard to fall asleep and when I did it was very light restless sleep. I have now entered into a very dark stage with the most scary nightmares in which I feel trapped and helpless! So much so that it has prompted me to find this site and look into it in more detail.

The first dream that I dealt with was in regard to an issue I had with some neighbours a few months ago. They had a party with a group of teenagers who started banging on my windows and doors. As I came out to tell them to keep it down I was attacked and when retreating back inside they then turned their attention on my house throwing plant pots at my windows and tearing pieces from my neighbours fence to try and break in to my house. This obviously left me feeling vulnerable and threatened. Since this incident I have had various visits asking me to borrow my car, telling me to sort them out drugs and more objects being thrown at my windows and doors.

In the dream I had one of them (about 14/15 years old) come into my hose demanding musical equipment from me, I had no control over the situation and could do nothing but tell him that he wasn't going to have my equipment. There were friends of mine there who were doing nothing about it. They didn’t seem to be too bothered or threatened but I was feeling scared and threatened by the intruder. I wanted to grab him and throw him out of my house as I was twice his size and age but for some reason could do nothing but tell him he couldn’t have my things. I then woke with all of the details vivid in my head.

2 nights ago I was dreaming that a friend of mine who runs my local pub and is also giving up alcohol was sexually harassing my 4 year old son. My sons mother (we are separated) was absolutely fine with this and could not understand my upset, anger or concern. I was trapped with her taking sides with this friend who was sleazing over my son. I spent the whole dream trying to separate my son from this harassment and take him somewhere safe. There was no explicit contact between my friend and my son but the intent was there. This is all I can recall about this dream but it seemed to go on for a long time I was hugely disturbed upon waking.

The dream That I had last night was probably the scariest I have ever had. It is a bit blurry but I can remember some details clearly. I was again with friends (don’t know which ones) and they were forcing me to watch a scary film which we were a part of. It didn’t feel like watching a film, to me we were in the film and it was real. There was an evil figure like Freddie Kruger’s bigger scarier brother crossed with Satan. I was trying to leave but my friends who were also scared were forcing me to stay and "watch the film". We were all hugging each other trying to escape the Dark figure, not being chased or attacked but his presence terrified me and we just had to sit and watch. I eventually woke up from this hellish place and when I returned to my dreams I was part of a cult who's objectives I cannot remember but again full of darkness. I remember a themed party which seemed familiar in a jail or concentration camp of some sort. Again there was the constant theme of fear and intimidation. I was highly recognised within this cult and was helping them achieve their dark (but unknown) plan. Again When I woke up I had awful thoughts and memories of a bad night sleep.

Sorry if all of this is so vague but I have come into work today and am not feeling myself. Admitadly I do feel a bit better after writing all of these details but still a bit worried as to what it all could relate to. I can obviously see the first dreams relivance to not feeling as secure in my house after the incidence with my neighbours but the rest as all a mistery.

Ay comments or advice would be much appreciated.

    13. First Ever Nightmare: Zombie Apocalypse

This was actually some years ago, but because it had actually scared me into waking I never really forgot it. I haven't had a nightmare before the incident or since.

I was in a city, I couldn't tell which one. It was just full of sky scrapers and destroyed streets with several abandoned cars everywhere. I was alone, as far as I knew, with a shot gun and an assault rifle. I don't remember what had set off the hoard of zombies (this was way before left for dead and sometime after the first resident evil movie came out, but I have been exposed to zombies before, so I'm not sure where this originally came from.), but soon, they were seemingly coming out of no where. As more and more surrounded me, I started backing up into a building. I ran out of Assault Ammo pretty quickly, but I don't remember any of them going down. (I'm a great shot in video games, so this really freaked me out) As they got closer, I used my shot gun, since I already knew that shot guns had a limited area in which they were useful.

I ran out of shot gun shells just before they reached me. As the world narrowed into their hands and bodies coming over me, I awoke with a start.

Rolled over and went back to sleep.

Ok, so when I'm tired, and get awoken by something, I open my eyes once to see what had awoken me. If it's nothing I consider life threatening I roll over and go back to sleep. I never got back into a deep sleep that night, but it was enough for me to remember.

On a deserted stretch of Saskatchewan highway, after I wake up in the back of an empty car surrounded by empty cars, I watch a figure approach from the distance (I don't expect him to attack me until the door is opening and I can't wrench it shut and I barely remember to break the dream into a thousand million jagged pieces of glass).
