    1. First lucid!!! FINALLY!

by , 08-12-2012 at 12:14 AM (Strange dreams and experiences)
Anyway, I was taking a nap on my bed when I had a dream about being in some city doing something... (thought I can't remember what.) All I can gather is that I was near some building made of bricks. I woke up with SP, and I couldn't move. Instead of waiting until it wore off, I decided I would just go back into my dream and try to become lucid.

It worked. I re-entered the dream lucid. I did a RC just to double check (nose plug) and sure enough, air went through my nostrils. All I can remember is that I started running, running at high speeds, having a blast. I repeated to my self several times, "This is a dream, this is a dream, this is a dream!" as I ran. If I were to rate my awareness level, I would put it at a VERY unstable 7/10. Unfortunately... it was very VERY short lived.

I lost ludicity. Next thing I can remember is.... that I was in this... weird... hospital place. For some reason, my therapist was my Doctor... and he told me I had Syphilis. He told me that I had to age 38 to live. My mom was there with me, and she was angry at me for getting syphilis. What happened next is kinda fuzzy... but what I DO remember is that I was in this sort of... wooden tree-house-shack thingy majig. It was a bit hot (I didn't actually feel it... but... actually, how did I know it was hot?) and it was full of kids who I went to school with. They all seemed to have the same thing I had, syphilis. I think I talked to some of them about something... but I don't remember what. Anyway, I climbed down out of the tree-house, and discovered I was in some sort of plaza like area, the hospital on one side, a pharmacy on the other, a random building at another, and the street at the final side. I walked back into the hospital a few times, and checked out the pharmacy roof-top a bit (I don't know how I got there), which soon after, I woke up in SP once more. However, instead of trying to go back into a dream, I decided I should wake-up.

      Lab Meniscus, Movies, Calculus (Non-lucid)

      NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID

I slept around 3AM or so, because of some party (when I didn't really party lol), and talking on the DV tinychat with another forum that went on it by accident (and some were actually interested in lucid dreaming too! And their forum name would be abbreviated as DV as well!).

Funny how things turned out that way. I honestly thought I wouldn't remember any dreams, because I thought I would have to wake up in 3 hours time to pack some stuff to go back to my apartment, but I slept maybe for 7 hours, with a short WBTB in between that, so I guess that helped with the dream recall. Then again, I didn't remember any dreams before during the WBTB though.

I'm happy that I got some decent dream recall with the horrible sleeping pattern I had to deal with from the late night party.

I remember things starting out in a room that looks like the one I was in during my Junior year for Chemistry Pre-AP. The lights that would flicker abnormally was there, and I sat at the seat (or close to it) that I was in in waking life before a few years ago.

It had black top, and a think but durable wooden base to support it, the flooring had a vanilla type of color to it, where you can see the reflections of the lights above it if you really looked into them. More people started to come, and then I tried focusing on who the teacher actually is.

I can't remember her face exactly, in fact, I don't even thing it qualifies as a human being. All I remember was seeing an entity with body parts with different shades of purple. I knew she was a female, and I knew she had a wacky hairstyle, and I think she was even floating at some point.

All I do know was that when she talked to the class, her voice was awesome, and she was an awesome teacher as well! I believe all we had to do was watching a movie for the rest of the class time. As the lights were slowly turning off, I rest my arms on the table and watched the whole movie throughout the class time.

This part coming up is what confuses me.....

There's a dream shift where I have to go to another science related class
(or maybe I'm at the same classroom??? It's so hard for me to tell...), and after some random searching in the hallway, I find one that looks like the classroom I needed to go to.

I look at the seating arrangement, and it seems we're doing some kind of lab activity where teach table is designed for a specific lab method for experiments.

I blindly go to a seat, but I think someone informs me that based on what I did before, "Dot Picking" or something like that was what I was assigned to do. It felt weird that dot picking would be an appropriate term for a method to use for an experiment, but I just went with it.

I sit at the table at the right section of the classroom, and I forget who my partner is, it was probably a randomly generated dream character, since I didn't get any kind of hunches that it could be some dreaming life counterpart to waking life.

We had a Graduated Cylinder, a little bigger than your usual one, and we had to fill 1 Liter of some blue liquid. I get up , go to the left side of the classroom where there's a set of lab tables with the same black top as the one I'm assigned to, and I get ready to pour out the blue liquid.

As I'm pouring it slowly, I tried to use common sense lab procedure and fill it all the way until the meniscus hit the 1 Liter (or was it 1 mL?) mark. I swore this would be the easiest thing to do in a lab, but as I ask my random dream character lab partner if I filled it to 1 L
(I'm just going to go with Liters), they keep saying "No."

I tilted my head downwards, zoomed in very closely at the meniscus, and I could've sworn it hit the 1L mark! It's barely there, or maybe my perception in the dream was skewed. After a constant series of "No" "No" "No," I forget if I gave up on it and let the partner do it, or maybe I finally did.

Now I know how Patrick the Starfish feels in Spongebob when he opened that Pickle Jar.....because I would be screaming with joy if I could fill it to 1L in this dream.....

I think we had to mix this blue liquid with something else to give this weird muddy color, but that was based on my assumption of looking at someone from another table shaking their liquids together.

Not only that, I wasn't cognizant that they shouldn't have been shaking it in the first place....you can just shake chemicals like you're a madman! This whole classroom was contradiction to all basic lab procedures, and I went with this horrible logic to!

      Shame on me....

There's another dream shift, because I honestly don't know how I go here, but now I'm at a university/college type of lecture room where we had a few minutes before class would be over. I think it was 2 minutes to be precise, but boy, those two minutes felt like freaking 5-10 minutes while I'm in here.

There's some random Asian kid who wants to show off this movie he made with the help of family members and friends for another class project. As he starts it on the computer, it shows up on the big screen emitting from the projector.

The background was black where he and his relatives and friends acted in, and how they go about "acting" was so weird. The guy would walk, and someone would walk in line from him, and then try to lightly hit him with a paddle that you would use from a canoe.

      What??????????????

This movie is SO LAME, but I kept quiet of course, and then it had random scenes shifting from different angles.....it's was like trying to make turning on an mp3 player the most dramatic thing you could do in life.

      Loooool.

Anyway, I eventually just ignored whatever showed up on the screen, and waited until class was over. I can't remember how I knew when it was over, but I eventually left the classroom, and had the thought that I had to go to one more classroom.

By this time, it felt like I was wearing white dress shirt tucked into some long black dress pants that I was wearing. I think I even wore a red tie, along with some fancy black lace-less shoes that were slightly bigger than my actual foot size.

I could feel that the front end that my foot could barely touch bend a little as I began to run lightly to my random destination. I could feel a slight breeze hitting the long sleeve dress shirt I was wearing, and something tells me as I'm dashing towards the long hallway, I had to change my direction and go upstairs.

I head upstairs, and kept going up maybe 1-2 more levels until I saw that two people were just standing there in the middle base before you could go to the next set of stairs. I wondered why they were waiting, and then turned my head to the right to see that there's some kind of maintenance work being done.

The stairs were completely gone to get the next level I needed to go to, and I saw that through the entrance to get to that level, there were normal people (as in teachers) inside their rooms, so it definitely wasn't shut down. The mediums that they used to extend to the next wall was some kind of long and yellow object.

It seemed they were going up into the insides of the ceiling to fix something. I see a man wearing a dark blue dress shirt and jeans, and also had construction helmet on as well (probably orange or yellow).

He's going down a ladder slanted and on the wall, and I get the urge to just walk on these series long yellow objects to get into the level I felt I needed to go to. Before I do, I remembered some features of the two people just standing there watching them do maintenance work.

One was female, she was wearing a pink dress shirt, with the bottom ends not buttoned up. She wore some kind of vanilla or khaki colored shirt underneath the dress shirt. She had long Khaki dress pants as well, with tan brown lace-less (I think they were lace-less) shoes.

She was a blonde, and based on her visage and body weight, she looked like she was in her late 20s or early 30s. The outfit alone looked like she could be a teacher in this school building, and she also had a brown purse hanging on her right shoulder I believe.

She was slightly chubby, she looked like that kind of mother that would try to work out, has a decent body ratio, but still ends up feeling chubby because of children and stress from work or something lol. These body features of hers, even though they were covered up, were actually appealing to me.

Now for the other person, the male, I forget how he looked like...I was more interested in the female's body and facial composition. Her face had an apricot/peach tone to it, wasn't pale at all, and I think she had some makeup, but not a lot, just for enhancing her cheeks a bit.

Anyway, somehow I work my way into balancing on the long and yellow objects (I think they were 12-20 inches wide, so that was a fairly thin path for me to walk on) and get to the floor level. I look left and right, and as I'm turning on the right side, through peripheral vision, I could tell that the setting for the dream was either close to afternoon time, or during early morning time.

The floor I'm on has a blue carpet layering to it, the walls are plastered with a very light sky blue paint on it, and I believe at some point here, I asked someone for directions to my math class. The man looked familiar, but I can't remember his name from the High School I attended years ago.

He was Caucasian, looked like he was in his early or mid 40s, wore a light gray shirt, had a little beard growing on the sides of his jawline, probably, and he probably wore dark blue sport shorts with a gray lining going vertically on the sides....or maybe he just wore long light blue jeans...not sure....but the sport shorts is what came into my mind at first.

I forget what he tells me, but I acknowledge him trying to help me, and he goes on his own way. I wait for a while at the room I think I'm supposed to go into. I even decided to go in a little to peek in, and noticed that 5-15 feet in front of me were 1-2 computers out on a light gray table top with thin metal black legs supporting it. The computers themselves are black, and they looked like one of those Dell PCs.

The whole room has dark and cool colors. The lighting isn't as bright as it should be, and the walls themselves had a lighter version of blue, just like the walls outside. I go back out, and forget what I did in the mean time, but eventually, I see an older man come into the same room I went into.

He's wearing a white dress shirt like I am, red tie, and black dress pants. He looks a lot like my Geometry teacher I had in High School. Let's call him McReynolds.

      I quick ask the man,

"Mr. McReynolds?" and he turns his head to the right to see who it was behind him, but I don't remember him saying anything. He went inside the classroom, and I followed him, and I showed up a piece of paper I randomly had. I turned out being the schedule for all my classes, and when I gave it to him, I explained to him why I came in all of a sudden.

I told him that I moved to another school to take a few courses, and then came back here to finish the rest, so that's why I came in on short notice. He nods, and I asked him a question about how Calculus would be like for me.

I can understand why I asked him that, because I'm nowhere close to being a math prodigy, all I would do to pass the class is memorize a few derivatives that I know WILL solve and answer, and leave that work ethic just at that.

Surprisingly, he tells me in a confident tone that a smart guy like me won't have too much of a problem with the course, since Calculus 1 would just be generic formulas and such.

I think he's overestimating me here....

After listening to his words of encouragement, I forget what happens next.
    4. Flowers, Drugs, LoL, Flamethrowers, Montana and Bugs

      by , 08-11-2012 at 08:02 PM
We were in a field training. It was very intense physical training that involved destroying a field of flowers. They were flowers of the same shape as portrayed in A Scanner Darkly, the film, which I had watched the night before, except instead of being just blue they were also red and orange, and they grew very, very large. So we would destroy these flowers, then we would all pass out from the exertion. I was covered in sweat as if I had just been swimming, and gasping and taking deep breaths, but I felt incredible. After destroying the field, a song would come on, and I'd lay there no my back and sing it as loud as I could. This was the rest period. Because the field would soon grow back, and we'd do it all over again.

I was taking experimental drugs for some institution. A lady said that she would be offering free meals to people who were part of the study. She stated that she was a vegan, but that she would cook whatever. I took her up on her offer, and ended up going to a restaurant with her and her husband, for some reason. While we were there, I started to have some kind of freak out episode, but it wasn't because of the drugs.

I only remember a fragment of the next dream, but I was playing mid top lane. Brand came in to gank, I believe, and the guy went hard on him. Brand died, but I swooped in to pick up the kill. Dunno who I was playing, but if I had to guess, I'd say Cho, and the opponent may have been playing Urgot.

I was trapped in a stadium. There were a ton of people in a ring down on the field. The question was asked, "Who is not ready to usher in a new era?" or something like that. Everyone who raised their hand got flamethrowered, so of course I kept my mouth shut. A surprising amount of people raised their hand. David McClane was there with me, and so was Kevin. They had both also not raised their hand. They were talking about something, don't remember what. I remember that my seat in the stadium was facing away from the field, for some reason. I think it was going to turn into a Bane-esque situation.

I'm living here in Montana, but that apartment is different. I've gone down the road to some shop and purchased a double barrel shotgun of odd design, and I've been practicing shooting with it. My landlord is doing work on the apartment, and when I wake up, he says hello to me. He and the guy who are doing the work walk into my room, and notice the gun, and compliment it. My landlord asks me where I got it, and the price. I tell him where it was, some place down the road that also sells used furniture and shit, I walked down the road and purchased it earlier in the dream, actually. I also tell him the price, which he said was really good for that quality and type of gun. I walk out of my room, and as I do so pass Leo, who is heading into Mekhala's room, which is across the hall from mine. They seem really happy to see each other, and are about to have sex, I believe. I then walk to the lobby, which is basically an open courtyard, and apparently my apartment is now beside a beach. I had a book with me. I remember thinking that I wish I had some money so I could fully experience the area, and a car so I could fully explore it. I turn to walk out of the lobby, and pass a little stand that is set up cooking food, that is just really a grill in the open with counter space built around it. Everyone is smoking weed down there, the cooks, the patrons, everyone, and a cloud of it hangs in the air. I make mental note of the fact that this is yet another way in which this place differs from Birmingham. As I walk out of the lobby, I come to a steep grassy hill. One of the cooks walks out near me, she was a lady who I knew at whole foods, I believe, and we pass a gated courtyard area on the back of the building that you can see into, and there are some cabinets there. She comments on how she wishes he would leave food in those things, and then we both comment on how we both live off of cheap pasta and cheap pasta sauce, and we laugh, and I keep walking up the hill.

I'm in the same apartment as I was in the last dream, but it's riddled with spiders. Like, thousands of them. Not only spiders, though, but huge person sized bugs. Disgusting things, kind of like the bugs you fight in Skyrim but pale and flesh colored. And... squishy. Dunno how else to describe them. There are also bugs that look just like the aphids from A Scanner Darkly, and they come in varying sizes, from super small to people sized. There are webs EVERYWHERE. The walls, ceilings, floors, some of the bugs are trapped in them, literally everywhere. They don't bother me, though, for some reason. It was as if I was maybe a little annoyed by them, but not disgusted or terrified of them, and I knew that they needed to be there, so it was ok. Spiderman lives here, and he's talking with his girlfriend about something. She's complaining about all the bugs, actually, I believe. Spiderman -- who I think was being portrayed by Christopher Nolan, and looked just like Batman, but it was understood that he was Spiderman -- brings up the topic of mating with the larger bugs at some point or something, for experimentation purposes. His girlfriend seems pretty disgusted by it, naturally.

Used SleepCycle to wake me up after about five hours and forty-five minutes of sleep, and started doing WBTBs. Most of these come from that WBTB chain period. No lucids.

      Approaching the Void [Trip Report]
      Salvia divinorum
      Date: August 10th, 2012

      Dose:
T+0:00: 1 hit, smoked, Salvia divinorum (100 mg extract)

Last night, after my parents went to bed, I decided to get out the salvia I'd been holding on to for a while now. The extract I have is standardized to contain 100 mg of salvinorin A per gram, and if you know anything about salvinorin A then you'll know that's a lot! I wanted to be cautious as it had been at least a year and a half (if not more) since the last time I smoked salvia or really did anything like it, so I loaded a very small amount of it into one of my bongs that I've found to mask the taste and (usually) harshness of just about anything very well. This is significant, because salvia tastes pretty nasty and you often need big hits to get appreciable effects out of it. After filling it with water and preparing myself, I grabbed my torch lighter and took it all in one inhale.

I've read many reports of people smoking salvia and saying they always get a slow come-up, or they gets lots of psychedelic-like visuals over reality. While salvia has given me those things before, the first time in a session always hits me like a train with no warning whatsoever, and is nothing but pure dissociative ego loss. I was sitting upright on my bed after I put the bong down, and by the time I let out the hit I was already slipping away. My first thought, which I actually voiced, was "I remember this now." I think I at least mostly understood that when I said it. There was this feeling of approaching the void that salvia always gives me, like I was about to be unplugged from reality. Of course, higher doses actually put you in the void... but that's another story. I wasn't really sure whether or not I was hallucinating at the time, but I do recall that the left door to my room closet and the front-right corner of the bed (from my perspective) had now taken on distinctly humanoid personae, and I spent the rest of the trip talking half to them and half to no one in particular. I felt that they were trying to explain the situation to me, and I responded "Oh, I guess I should wait my turn. I'm supposed to just lie down like this?", after which I knelt down forward on to the bed, not actually fully changing from my sitting position. Immediately after I shot back up and asked "Wait, I'm in control of this, right?" This was a meaningless question, my ego's last attempt to save itself. At the time I wouldn't even have been able to tell you who I was. I felt (mistakenly) affirmed that I was indeed in control, and I so I got back down and rested the side of my face on the bed. I believe I was just waiting for the trip to start (a strange sensation I often get on low doses of salvia), but then shortly afterward cognition started returning to me and I realized that it was already ending. I got up and had an increased amount of energy while walking around, and I couldn't help giving in to the strange feeling of gravity constantly pulling me to the left and ended up twirling around a bit. Shortly thereafter, I returned to full sobriety.

This trip was weak but significant because it reminded me of something that I used to know, but that had been lost to hazy memories and too much drug use: With salvia, you either go for broke or you go home. Like I said, my first time in the session is always just an experience with the void, and afterwards I tend to get more powerful sensory hallucinations. I wanted to see if I could work around that by starting small, but I forgot that not experiencing that feeling all the way just makes me not want to do it again because it feels like I'm still going to have to break through before I get to anything worthwhile, so I might as well get the discomfort out of the way in the beginning. I won't be forgetting next time.

    10. Visit from Dead Grandmother 2 *LUCIDS* in one DILD/DEILD

by , 08-11-2012 at 03:52 PM (Xanous' Dream Journal)
Bedtime about 10:30PM WBTB natural no alarm 5:00AM sleep 5:30AM-8:15AM
      LUCIDITY in red

At a church function potluck with mom and younger sis. The chruch was odd like a big confusing house. My mom found some lockers with a bunch of locks. You chose a locker and there are locks with keys available. Some with combinations. She chose a combination and tore the combination sticker off. She put her purse in. For some reason I have my laptop in its bag. I feel the strap on my right shoulder. There is confusion here and I can't seem to figure out what I am doing. I notice poster on the wall and some kids playing near by. I see them in peripherals only. I slap the poster and it makes a realistic noise. I feel a hole in the wall behind it. I pull the green thumb tack and look. It looks like a little geocache hidden in the wall. I decide to leave it alone and replace the thumb tack. I walk into the dining area and find my mom and sis. Mom waves at me. I now have this giant white down jacket. I don't know were to put it. I start to just throw it on an end table but Mom points and says, "There is a place over there."

I turn around. I see my dead grandmother (nanny) standing with the crowd but facing me. I was so focused on putting my jacket up that I almost walked past her. What made me do a double take was the fact she was wearing a crazy Lacy bright white dress. She looks ghostly. I thought maybe she is a ghost.

I don't know when it dawned on me I was dreaming. There was no ah ha moment. No excitement. I was just shocked to see her standing there. I remembered the last lucid several years ago right after she and papa died. I got to say goodbye and it was a profound experience, real or not. So I take advantage of the moment. I slowly walk to her and hug her. I am shocked that I could physicaly feel pressure against me. I say, "Oh! Grandma, you are here." I kiss her on the mouth. Unusual but not sexual. Still hugging her I say, "I'm sorry you died."
Her reply was giggerish. I said, "what?" Gibberish. "What?" I speak louder this time. More gibberish but she seems like she is trying so hard. I got the general idea of her saying comforting things. Then it all fades to black.

When I find myself back in bed. I Don't move I don't open my eyes. I Don't even think. I just stay in a clear and relaxed meditative state. I feel a very slight twinge of SP. Then floating. I feel my right leg float up. I almost woke at this. I stay very calm. There is no excitement only observation and curiosity. I thought about my previous SP transitions. So I let my leg float. Then I visualize or imagine my right leg joining. I am nearly standing on my head in bed. There is no feeling of gravity. I think about the floor touching my feet. That seems to help. I feel my legs flip over the side of the bed. My head is still attached to the pillow and arms feel pinned. The moment my feet touch the floor I force myself stand up straight. Yes! I am happy that I transitioned. I realize FA was not an issue. I notice my eyes are still closed so I slowly open. No stop. I feel my real eyes slightly part and see unfocused ceiling of my room. I think, "Ok fine. I can just do this blind until I can see." I feel along the wall and open the door. And see the dining room. I guess forgetting about the vision problem made it go away. I see water dribbled in a trail from the kitchen through the dining room into living room. I wonder what the kids had done. I figure they must be up already. Then I realize it doesn't matter because I have dreaming. I had no real plan so I just walk outside naked. I enjoy the full unrestrained freedom of my LD and started running down my sidewalk. I feel a little modest now. I look down to see if I am really naked. I sure felt naked. I saw my bare skin but I thought I saw underwear. For some reason I had a huge pregnant belly like my wife. "Whatever". I feel my crotch and there is fabric. Also the whole time I have a piece of the comforter blanket from the bed around my neck and flowing behind me like a cap. I looked around briefly and was a little surprised how acturate my mind was being. The neighborhood looks almost perfect to RL but everything had a slight tinge of red color. I noticed a strange Doberman tied to a tree across the street. It was grey with glowing eyes. "Ah there's it is." I am happy to have some reasureance that it was a dream. I was starting to think I was going to have to apologize to the neighbors for "sleep walking" naked. I continue my run down the street as the world fades to black.

I think about trying deild but I was pleased with myself. I felt I passed a milestone with transitioning and was distracted by memory of my nanny.

      Fragment
My unborn son. Wife holding him. Me starring at his face for the first time. He has his mother's eyes. Reddish hair. And my mouth and chin. I reach out to hold him full of pride and happiness.

    11. Sat. Aug. 11

      Victory

In our last confrontation with this portly, evil wizard, we left him for dead. But something feels unfinished to me, and I decide to go back into his old home to see what really happened. Inside, I see a few grotesque, mummified corpses--remnants of our last encounter. Nothing seems alive. I guess it really is over. But then I watch in shock as one of the "corpses" starts standing up. It's the wizard!

Before long, the mummy effect wears off, and he's back to his usual corpulent self. He explains that he was just playing dead, waiting for me to return so that he could get his revenge. We begin to battle. Somehow I force him to start balancing heavy objects in the air. I keep increasing the weight, until finally after I add a piano, his wizardly powers can't take the strain and he collapses, his powers spent. He's still dangerous, though, and I need to break his focus somehow if I want to have a chance to defeat him. I remember that he keeps a pot of explosive powder on the coffee table--perfect. I knock it to the ground, and the resulting "bang" and flash of sparks give me the opening I need.

      Shower Regulations
      Spoiler for Shower Regulations:
      Prank War

A group of younger kids is having a prank war with a group of slightly older kids. Somehow this involves an underground train, and a room behind the tracks from which you can't escape if there's currently a train passing by. In the most recent prank, the younger kids dared the older ones to steal from the adults the supplies needed to make a special kind of warm alcoholic drink. This includes hot coals and ethanol, basically. So the bigger kids sneak into the outer room. They can't see any hot coals, and the adults might turn around at any moment, so they frantically grab a dark rock and some hot ashes, hoping that when they heat the rock with the ashes, it will be as good as a coal. What they don't know is that the little kids were plotting to get them caught.

      Frags:
      • At some point the words "lucid dreaming" came up, but I don't remember the context and apparently it didn't make me lucid.

    12. Broken Bird Eggs Fragment

      Dream - Lucid

All I can recall is walking outside on a sidewalk on a sunny day seeing tons of broken bird eggs scattered all over the ground. A voice said it was a dangerous time for birds. It was dangerous because all the bird eggs were hatching, so the baby birds were in danger of falling from the nests.

    13. I got a gun! Aaaannd it's gone.

      by , 08-11-2012 at 02:01 PM (Dimension X)
This dream was actually pretty awesome. First of all, sometime in the beginning of the dream, I had gotten a handgun. It was really shiny. Almost chrome. I was in my high school, and I went into the gym and there was an assembly. We were all watching a movie. Then I got the attention of one of my friends and showed him the gun and he was like "Damn... o.o" And then I showed another friend, (and keep in mind, we're sitting on the gym floor), and he said "Ummm.... You should put that away..." As I was about to, someone kind of far away brought out a gun to show us, and lifted it right into the air while they were sitting down. I gave them a thumbs up, and they threw the gun to me and I caught it, but then I noticed someone out of the corner of my right eye, and tossed the gun to my friend (The second one I mentioned), and he caught it.The person I noticed out of the corner of my eye turned out to be a police officer. O_O All the while, I was trying to put my handgun away, but it was in plain sight. The officer saw my friend with the gun in his hand that I tossed to him (which kind of looked like a rifle or shotgun) and he took his nightstick and basically just bonked him on the head with it. It didn't seem like he hit him hard but it knocked him out. The officer then said something like "No more of that." and then kind of started to report the incident to everyone out loud. "We discovered an entirely different weapon on top." (meaning my gun) But before he could knock me out with the nightstick, I woke up. Kind of felt like I commanded myself to wake up too. Almost like I was lucid at the very end of the dream. What I find strange is that.... The officer's voice... I don't even know that voice... It's said that in dreams, everyone we see is someone we know or have seen one time or another... The officer... I swear I've never seen or heard this guy before until this dream. When I woke up though, I started looking for my gun for some reason. ...lol ...So yeah, once again, another semi-lucid dream. I'm having a lot of these now. Perhaps it means I'm close to becoming regularly lucid?

    14. Zombie Island

by , 08-11-2012 at 12:07 PM (In Dreams)
Before I went to sleep, I read Orcs and wrote some stuff down in my notebook for a map of mine. The last thing I had was a cup of tea and a mint biscuit. I tried to WILD but fell asleep too fast.

In some sort of clothes designer’s studio with some well dressed staff, I and another guy are challenged to a drinking contest of sorts. They fill three shot glasses with a liquid that looks like scotch and gave one to me, one to the other guy and one to a model with very frizzy hair. The aim is to drink it and last the longest without panicking for some reason. I outlast the model and my “friend”, the latter diving out a window while the former runs out the door.

My memory is fuzzy at this point but somehow I end up clinging to my friend who is hanging outside the windows, climbing them. We pass a clown on the phone who has taken a shower but kept the makeup on, two mafia guys arguing and finally a woman that pushes us off the wall.

We’re back in the studio when someone mentions that there’s a trip to Zombie Island coming up. Some fat guy with glasses offers a thousand pounds to come, I can only offer five hundred. So I go to speak with the guy organizing it in a crowded street. The fat guy comes too. The organizer is very tall and seems to be a floating large suit in a crowded street of businessmen, none of whom find this unusual. He reminds me of the Slenderman. I look at his reflection then look back and he is there. Shorter now, his overall appearance seems to be a cross between Montgomery Flange from the Mighty Boosh and some English aristocrat. He says Zombie Island is leaving via steamship.

Back at the studio again, before the trip to Zombie Island, I am turning green in the mirror and apply makeup so I don’t look like a zombie. However, I get into an argument with a makeup artist and turn myself blue but decide to leave anyway.

I woke up after this, too early, and decided to try MILDing. It might have been a false awakening. Either way, MILD didn’t take.

    15. Zombies

I drank too much last night so this is all the dream I can recall. I guess I will WBTB here in a bit. I got to decide MILD or WILD.

It was like playing this strange video game were you run around collecting things. I was trying to figure out a puzzle when I hear a loud voice say, "There he is. I have found him. Kill him!" Then a hear the sound of a bunch of zombies moaning. I am so nervous I feel my entire body shaking. Not really scared though. It was like a video game. I almost run down some stairs then I run up stairs. There was some power ups and I needed to find a place to stand off. I was met by a hoard of zombies. I was overwhelmed and I woke up.
