    1. Gold Sky

Damn. Best lucid dream by far.

I don't really remember the beginning of the dream. I was in the old house I used to live years ago. I knew that I was dreaming so after doing a RC I wanted not to waste the precious time. At this point my awareness would be like 60%. I looked outside the window and saw the moon, but it was not the moon we all are used to see at night, but a big pale white moon. My awareness was higher than my other lucids so I took my time to make sure that it was stable and to appreciate the new world. I said: 'Okay, let's flight to the moon', so I started to run and then jumped with the intention of flying like a plane towards the moon, but I doubt just for one second and it make me fail my attempt.

Okay, let's try something else while it keeps stable, I said to myself. I looked again through the window and the landscape has changed; my old town was not there anymore. Now I was in what I would say a 8th flat. At this point my awareness increased to a 96% so what I was feeling was something totally new to me. I looked at the things in the room; the table, the chairs, the TV... I wanted to touch everything, and the more time I was feeling that reality the more amazed I felt. Went outside to see what was going on in the new city and what I saw was totally unexpected. A lot of buildings, skyscrappers and lights made me close my eyes to adapt to the new scene. I saw no one in the city and only could heard the light sound of the wind. The city was decorated like we were on Christmas, but with ice statues and figures. I took one of the decoration figure and left it thaw on my hand, as the slightly temperature made me shiver.

'Wait, I haven't looked at the sky'. Holy shit. The sky almost made me cry because of its beauty. I almost couldn't see a piece of dark in the sky because of the amount of planets floating up there. The white pale moon was still there, but a little bit bigger and surrounded by even bigger planets. One of them made me make a weird sound. A big, big, big planet was standing there, while it seemed to release a purple gleam. It was like it was alive. I took a sit and looked 'till the end of the dream. 'There are other realities, now I'm completely sure of it'.

When I woke up tears started flowing down my cheeks. I was not because of sadness, but of happiness. I suddenly got a feeling of insecurity because of how small we are compared to everything. I felt so vulnerable. But it was not a bad feeling at all.

    2. Shooting stars

      by , 09-26-2013 at 06:46 PM
All the stars are falling. At first it's just a few shooting stars; then the sky's full of them, as if every star in the sky is moving, and there are more stars than I've ever seen. It's incredibly beautiful. I'm thinking it must be the Pleiades (I'm reasonably certain the dream got that mixed up and actually meant the Perseids), and thinking about how in previous meteor showers the sky was always clouded over, so this is my first time seeing the whole of the 'Pleiades.' I see the image of a ringed planet form in the motion of the stars, filling up the sky.

I try to get someone, a woman, to come and look at the stars with me, calling it the greatest sky show or light show, and she says she's seen plenty of light shows, local fireworks displays, and doesn't need to see any more.
    3. The Space Room...

      Tuesday, 18th of October 2012

Enooooooormous lot of dreams last night. There was one about being chased by a Terminator-like entity which was shooting at me with a minigun and I decided I needed to get out of town.

The main one was me being in space. Except 'space' was a giant room that slowly gradient-ed into being darker and darker, until the walls and floor disappeared and turned into empty space.
I walked out onto it (there was apparently an invisible floor) and was scared but excited, knowing that at any moment I could lose the ability to breathe and could freeze. I actually reckoned that the air and temperature from the rest of the room was probably seeping a little way out and making it possible to breathe a bit.

While out in the space-ness, I came across a tiny (golf ball sized) version of Mars and its two moons floating around. I began playing with the little planet and pushing it around, changing its orbit, moving the moons, and sending it across the vastness.
Eventually I looked up and saw that in front of me, the blackness had become a thin band and was being replaced by exactly what was behind me. I decided that it was space-time bending around itself and being all wormholeish.

TLDR; I basically played God for a while and was surprisingly sensible about the whole thing. It was awesome.
    4. Strange Force (LD #1)

by , 03-31-2012 at 01:58 PM (Lucid Time!)
I was going though some dream at school about picking up some gym clothes for a friend or something. I walk into the gym and immediately get blown back by some powerful force.
I tried to get up but I was paralyzed except on my right arm.
Someone grabbed my left arm and told me that I was dreaming. I have no idea who. They started dragging me along the floor.
Whatever was in my schools gymnasium we had to get away from it as fast as possible. Even though I had no idea what was in there, I started throwing fireballs into the gym. The fireballs looked small and weak.

We got to the end of a hallway, and whoever I was with said we had to go out the window. I thought of another power to use. I told myself that when I clapped my hands there was a sonic boom that would break all the windows. I tried to imagine it happening and what the windows would look like after they were destroyed.
But whoever I was with found that the next window was completely missing and we went out that way.
I somehow wound up on the street outside of my school with some of my friends. I told them that I was dreaming and that I wanted to try some flying. One of them got out a plastic skateboard ramp and told me to run of it and when I did I could start flying. I looked to the sky and saw several planets that I could fly to.
I ran at the ramp from a ways away and tried to launch off of it. It totally failed. I just jumped and landed on the pavement. I made no effort to stabilize the dream as I began to wake up at this point. I woke up.

Future me: That dream character was Lia you idiot.

Further Future Me: Her name is Manei.

I fell asleep on the couch apparently and went up to my bed. I decided that since I knew that I was in a REM cycle I could do a WILD. I tried to lay still and count to relax. Then I remember trying to create some nonsense as in a free-falling WILD. It cut off at some point when I fell asleep non lucid.

It was short, blurry and made no sense but it was a lucid nonetheless.

    5. The 12 planets...17th February 2012

      by , 02-18-2012 at 09:09 PM
I'm in an apartment quite high up. I look out of the window and I see a planet go past, it's in the sky and I panick. I go outside and there are loads of people looking up into the sky and they are just watching, I stand still for a moment and watch too. I see more planets come into our atmosphere, they come one at a time about every 5 minutes. All the planets look different, we all realise something is quite wrong about this and then the last planet comes. They now all circle earths atmosphere and we can see them all. I hear a man shout "the 12 moons have now come to a stand" I now think "ohh shit" and I now begin to run...I wonder where I can hide so I don't die but I can't think of anywhere!!!

    6. Strange Planets, Parties, and Trips

by , 11-27-2011 at 05:57 AM (Dreams from the Deep)
      Sleep Time: 1:30 a.m - 10:15 a.m

      "Solo"
Lisa and Eric have gone to a strange planet. We are all sitting out on the porch of an unfamiliar house while they are discussing this trip. Lisa is saying the planet was very eerie and half-covered in lava. She says the name of the planet is Solo.

      "Backyard Party"
I am having a party in my backyard. My dad is there along with some other people I don't know. We are singing Stu's version of "Allentown" from Hangover 2.
After the party is over I start to go inside. As I open the door, a black dog appears behind me and tries to get in. I am pushing it away with my foot as I wake up.

      "Disgusting Trip"
I am on a trip with Holly, Melissa, and Alana. We are shopping in a giant mall. We go outside and see a small swimming pool the size of a bathtub and a regular sized hot tub. Some random guy walks by and throws worms in my hair. I'm not sure what's happened but my friends are pointing at my hair and look really freaked out. I immediately jump in the tiny pool and then in the hot tub to try and get the worms out of my hair. I am completely horrified and disgusted. I find some shampoo somewhere and proceed to wash my hair in a sink with it.
    7. Basic Task of the Month - September

      by , 09-08-2011 at 04:54 PM
I did the advanced task yesterday and this is the basic task completed (ironically this event happened against my will):

I was on very nice sandy beach with lots of people lying down, trying to sunbathe. At first I did the same, I sat on the warm, white sand and looked into the distant blue sky. Strangely, there were two enormous celestial bodies in the direction I was looking at but no-one found it the least bit odd. At this point I sort of knew that this was in fact not reality. Upon realising this, I thought "what the heck, lets just go nuts" and started sprinting towards the water. As I was closing the distance between myself and the water, the sky darkened rapidly and soon brilliantly lit stars filled the night sky. The moon also came up overhead and illuminated the entire ocean. The water was now emitting a sort of bioluminescent blue. I carried on running, and as I reached the edge I tried to jump into it to make a splash. But to my complete amazement I just bounced and slid on top of the water; I didn't even sink into it one bit. I touched the water to ensure that it had the properties of water, which it did. I tried to use my weight to force myself into the water but it simply didn't happen. I found myself on the surface and not even a bit wet. So I stood up and started walking. Within seconds I fell because the surface was extremely slippery. I tried a few more times, managing to stay upright for mere moments before toppling once again. Eventually I gave up and decided to do what penguins do - belly slide. It was definitely the most fun I've had for a while. On that surface I experienced little to no friction and I just kept on sliding. Eventually this dream world started to fade and became more and more blurred.

      I woke up and sighed.

    8. Planets

      by , 07-24-2011 at 06:55 AM
I just joined today, so my first entry will be about one of the many vivid dreams I remember from my child hood. These are short, but I will try to write descriptively.

I was around 7 or 8 yrs old. My comforter was dotted with space ships, planets, satellites, and stars; if you looked at the whole blanket, there was details of you being inside of a space ship, looking out into space.
Before I fell asleep, I had a small dim lamp lighting my room while I studied the blanket marveling at the planets and details in the satellites. It was a summer night and I after turning off my lamp I fell asleep to the smell of lawn freshly cut that night~

      ---- Dream: Planets

I dreamt that I had woke up to a sound coming from down stairs in the kitchen. My room was completely dark except for the hallway outside my room, which was barely lit from the hallway night light. I trotted down stairs and investigated what might have made what ever sound it was that I heard. Standing at the base of the staircase, I peered into the darkness and saw nothing.
Giving up on the sound, I wandering into the living room and looked out the big picture windows we had with a couch butted up against them. As I waddled up the couch and gazed into the sky, Jupiter was RIGHT there! HUGE. Bigger than a pizza pie! About 10 times bigger than the moon. Behind it I saw Saturn and its rings. They moved about each other, coming nearer and further away from Earth.
Soon Uranus and Neptune slide into view, Venus and Mars close behind. Pluto was like the Moon, but look a bit bigger and greyer. At this time I am kneeling on the couch and pressing my face up against the glass to see it all better. Mercury was there as well, but like Pluto, was nothing to interesting to look at.
The harder I looked at the planets the more detail I saw in the planets, just like my blanket. The red dot on Jupiter swirled around and around, blackness being mixed in with reds and oranges. I fixed my eyes upon the rings of Saturn and remembered my brother; he saw them through his telescope and it was his favorite planet. I studied as hard as I could so I can tell him about it, but just then things were starting to fade. The planets I wanted to look at got smaller and started to zip away. Three big trees got in the way and suddenly I found my self laying in my bed wrapped up in my space ship blanket.

Before going to bed I was watching "Through the Wormhole with Morgan Freeman".

I have now had a dream narrated by Morgan Freeman!

The dream was kind of like being in an IMAX where you are fully immersed in the image.

Unfortunately, I do not remember most of the dream, but the coolest thing I remember about it is this:

Morgan Freeman: "...however, looking at this this star..."
*the camera moves through a kind of zooming animation of space towards the star*
"... it has an Earth like planet orbiting in the habitable zone around it called "Marvin"..."
*The camera is rotating around a small Earth like planet, there is water, greenery visible on continents, and clouds visible in the atmosphere.*

I don't remember very much after this point, but I thought this was interesting.
