I was lying in bed, waiting for sleep paralysis to thrust me into a dream (even though I was already in a non-lucid dream!). I was able to curl my hands up into fists and wiggle my toes, which struck me as being slightly odd, but only in an interesting way and nothing else.
Even though my eyes were closed, I could see through them. I also had a second pair of eyes looking down on myself from above, near the ceiling.
I then heard a woman's voice begin to narrate, almost as if it was telling me what to expect in sleep paralysis. It was a slightly kind voice, as if in a commentary. It began by saying, "in sleep paralysis, remember that nothing is real. Everything is in your mind". The voice continued describing sensations as they happened. The last thing that happened was the covers at my feet being pulled away, and then the voice said, "you may also get the sensation that there's the shadow of something looming over you." At the same time, I actually got that sensation down by my feet.
I then found myself back in bed with no feelings of sleep paralysis anymore. My arms were also both at my sides again, and not under my pillow. I slowly got up, did the digital clock RC with my alarm clock, and it was negative: no dream. I did it a few times just to make sure, and also performed the nose-plug RC, but still no dream.
