    1. Frustrating night

      by , 07-28-2011 at 05:25 PM
I know I kept jumping from dream to dream, but I guess I was too tired this morning to remember any of them. I feel pretty exhausted.

    2. What?

      by , 07-07-2011 at 12:03 PM (Life's Recollections)
Last night I had substantially less success with the technique I used, as this morning I couldn't fall back asleep, and I also couldn't recall a single dream I had, not even a fragment. Not the worst thing that's ever happened to me or anything, but it's disappointing.

    3. Becoming Tired In My Dreams

      by , 06-05-2011 at 07:17 AM (Dark_Merlin's Dream Journal)
Last night, my recall wasn't so great, because I'd been out to a party and been drinking. It did seem to influence the setting of my dream though, and I experienced tiredness within a dream for the first time. I didn't wake up after my first sleep cycle which is unusual for me, but I'm going to put that down to the alcohol.

I was at some kind of a massive sleepover at someone's house. They lived in an enormous mansion, and there was at least 20 people staying the night. This dream went for a really, really long time, though I don't remember much of it. I was sitting in a small, dark room which had loads of TV screens and gaming consoles mounted on the walls. A lot of people were in here playing games and talking, we were all sitting on stools. I remember being really tired; my eyes were sore and I was getting annoyed at Toby. Everyone got up, and started to go to bed. Michelle told me
"You need to catch some Z's"
Toby had just driven some car, and was talking about how he had changed his mind about how he didn't want to drive an old 'shitbox'.
When everyone started to leave to go to bed, I started to get quite nervous, thinking that as people went to sleep I'd be stuck not being able to get to sleep with people snoring, but I thought about how I could lie down and use WILD and meditation to get myself ready for sleep.

As I thought about that in the dream, my consciousness transitioned into my waking body. It took me a few seconds to realise that I was in bed, and asleep and not dreaming, but I immediately noticed that I was in SP. It was quite deep, and it felt wonderful as I stayed calm, let my breathing stay slow, and tried to just look into the darkness of my eyelids to transition into a DEILD. It eventually faded, and I rolled over and wrote down this dream.

    4. A Quickie..

by , 05-28-2011 at 03:55 PM (Land of Amanda's Head)
This is one of my usual brief encounters with the lucid world.
All that happened was I walked into my bedroom and immediately said out loud "I am dreaming!" I became happy and walked to the kitchen where I spun around a few times which was a bad choice because my dream body became groggy and I pretty much faded into a regular dream right after.

      Notes
Went to bed at half past 11pm. Woke up at 6am. Horribly tired all day, barely able to keep eyes open. Don't remember dream, but when I looked in the journal I keep by my bed I found a couple messy notes scribbled down under today's date. I've copied the scribbled entry exactly here.

      Entry 007
      I own a fancy car.
      I have a disciple.
I'm corrupting him. Teaching him to lie and steal.

      DILD

Today I had a DILD after deciding to go back to bed in the morning. I was talking to a friend in a dark room, and at certain times I would look them in the face, and realize I had mistaken them for abided one of my friends from school. This happened twice before I decided to reality check. This time when I looked at the clock like I always do, it would only change one minute every time I would look at it. I found this bizare because normally when I look at a clock it flashes letters numbers and pictures. What happened next was new for me to. Upon lucidity, I started crawling out of my room (which I guess was where I was before, except by myself now) because I was so tired. I could barely keep my eyes open, it was like I had just woken up from the middle of te night. I remembered my goals and started licking things, I only licked two things... haha. I then heard my mom and asked her if she was my dream guide. She said "no." I kept calling out for my dream guide as I crawled down the stairs. I then asked my little brother who was on the computer, resulting in him blowing me off like he always does. It was interesting though, he gave mumbled something about how I should deild, then noticed I was waking up, and started spinning in a circle to no avail. I tried to deild waking up, but didn't maintain awareness, slipping into another dream. A false awakening where I woke up where the dream left off. This makes me think the whole experience was just a dream about being lucid?

      It was weird...

      NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID

I wad driving in the freeway. My wife was next to me and we were talking about some psychic exercises I was doing. My wife recalled some psychic attack I did to someone in waking several months ago. My wife told me, "I love your dark energy." I do not know where the heck this comes from... I am a good guy and a spirit of light! I guess my darker ego showed up in the dream. I found funny what my wife told me.

It was very hard for me to drive. I could not drive straight in my lane and I would change lanes without wanting to. I also could not keep a constant speed while driving. My vision was very blurry and I felt extremely tired. We arrived to some sort of mall and I saw everything super blurry.
I felt it was not normal for me to be so tired, having a big time driving and such a low vision. I checked my hands. My index finger was very thin and long. I knew I was dreaming, but I needed more proof. I asked my wife to please check her hand. She also had six fingers. I decided to take a flight to make my dream stable, however, my lucidity was not great. I followed the plot of the dream and lost lucidity.

We entered the mall and my wife was mad at me for some present I gave her or something I do not recall well. She suddenly told me, "Yeah right, go get one of those 75% discount sunglasses like you always do." Funny, I have never bought my wife sunglasses in waking, I wonder why I dreamed that. I told her I was not going to buy any sunglasses this time.

I wanted to leave the mall, however, it had no windows, no doors and the roof was made out of steel. All I wanted to do was to leave. I saw some sort of reception and saw an exit behind reception. I could see the sun coming from the outside.
I turned lucid again, it was night a while ago, it was impossible to be day so fast. I walked towards the reception and said, "12th floor, please." The receptionist told me, "There is a private party there and you have no ID." I told her I just wanted to go through the door to be able to exit the mall, I did not plan to take the elevators. She informed me, "We are going to need an attorney to witness you are indeed just exiting the mall." I replied, "Oh, come on... This is a dream, I will wake up eventually!" I had no dream control on this particular dream. I saw some guys approaching the door. They were granted access. I got next to them and ran outside.

A guy asked me how much did I charged for a Tarot reading. I told him I was dreaming in that moment. The guy was surprised. Before I decided to take a flight, I lost imagery of the dream.

I had a FA in my room. I had a ton of e-mails from Amity, however, when I tried to read one, it would not open. I also started to write down the dream in my pillow and read some scripts about meditation when I woke up for real.
