Eh, barely any recall again, i hope it gets better. I recall seeing sky/open area and also there was something about electronics.
Everything starts out with a road trip with lots of girls to the beach. When we got to the hotel a dude just oppened a door and so i decided to follow him, there was a waterslide to the pool (a detail is that we were at the 12 floor,so it was high as fuark),i did manage to get alive in the pool somehow. When i got to the pool i was like:"Fuck yea! that was awesome. might just do it again.". so i was heading toward the stairs (dafuk. get to the 12 floor by the stairs),and i quite got lost and was sundely in a random appartament. There were some random people ive never saw in the appartament, for some weird ass reason i was talking in english (my dreams normally are in portuguese). Then after that i found a friend of mine Luisa and she told that was her dads appartament, she was getting me to meet her grand parent who was a funny guy btw. When i said i had to go and that i didnt know where is the freaking door to get out she took me to the front door and when i was leaving my grandpa just showed up infront of me with a pack of condoms that had a picture of Duke Nukem in them (WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK!?). Without saying a word he transformed into Aslan from Narnia chronicles, when i thought to myself that it was weird i woke up!
I don't really remember my first set of dreams much since when I woke up, I went straight into some others, but... A lot of it was an FPS, but I don't remember much except that I was using an assault rifle from Halo, and as soon as I complained about wanted a battle rifle, I found one on the ground. I then laughed and said, "ask and you shall receive!" or "speak of the devil!" or something like that. Later, I'm walking down this hill that I had gone down before when I was on a hunting trip with Arthur from Merlin. I wasn't Merlin, but I had the same job. I was trying to collect the grouse that he had shot, but I was finding them really gross since they were dead and had been for a while, and was having a lot of trouble even picking them up. In my next dream, I entered it with a WILD straight into my kitchen, where my Mom was standing in the room and my brother was sitting at the bar. I walked around the island and stood at the other side of the bar from my brother, looking around. My vision was getting pretty annoying. My brother said something but I shushed him and said that I wanted to focus on becoming more clear/lucid. I looked at my hands, but they seemed tiny and far away. I focused on making them seem closer and more realistic for a little bit, and it was working a little, but then I decided to work on my surroundings instead. For some reason when I looked at things from a certain angle, I wasn't able to see below my glasses, like when a game glitches. I was really annoyed by it, but I didn't even think to just take off my glasses.
I was in a sort of building that had a labyrinth,i remember that there were lots of people in the getting inside and so i got there too. When i got inside they were diving us into mini groups and so i saw a whole bunch of people from my old primary school. After we got through the freaking maze trying to kill us 6 we finally got into something that looked alot like a grocery store, for some weird reason i was going for a bunch of chicken covered in honey. Then when i got out of there i went into a store of cloth. There was a friend of mine that i havent seen in about 4 years now and so he was selling cloth. My mother just got inside the store about 10 secs after me shouting at me and saying that i couldnt work in that store cause i dont have any experiences with the market. In all these weird occasions i didnt ask myself if anything was wrong, woke up feeling dumb.
Alright, so this time I decided to take 500 mg of L-arginine before going to bed to see what the effect would be.... This one wasn't based so much on neurochemistry research so much as just going off of anecdotal evidence. Vivid dreams are not infrequently reported with L-arginine. My trial with it was interesting.... My first impression was that it had been unsuccessful. I awoke after roughly seven hours of sleep without memory of any other awakenings and no dream recall at all. You know, often even when you don't remember your dreams you can still remember that you experienced something, you just don't know what it was. Not so with this... I had a totally blank slate. I remembered thinking a couple things, but that's it. I wasn't even sure if those were actually parts of dreams or not. I also woke up very much "in the mood", another reported effect, so I figured that that would probably be the end of it and I wouldn't really get anything out of it because I generally have a hard time falling back to sleep in that case. Then I rolled over and passed out very quickly. And here's... what I got. Emotional Responses [Non-Lucid] My memory first really steps in when I was locked in the bathroom in my house in the dark, lying in the bathtub. Probably related to the fact that I took a bath last night, but there was no water in it in the dream. The fact that it was almost pitch black makes this part of the dream a little hazy in my memory, but otherwise the dream was quite vivid. I had some memory of what exactly was going on.... Basically, there was this evil witch, or some other dark force, who was haunting our house, and she worked by using illusions to play with your emotions and lure you into her traps. I guess that's what was going on here, because there were bats flying all around the bathroom and I was freaking out. Likely inspired by the fact that I watched The Dark Knight Rises last night, too. I kept trying to imagine the bathroom door opening up hoping that it actually would somehow, and trying to get the bats to do things with my mind because I guess I realized that it was just another illusion, but it wasn't working. Finally I took a chance and overcame my fear and just ran for the door and made it out to the hallway. I met my mom there, and we both ran out to the main part of the house. Let me give a quick description here.... At the end of this hall, immediately to the front and left is a little walkway after the front door, and just beyond that is the living room. If you go right and follow the walkway to its end you get to the kitchen and eventually the laundry room, and just beyond the kitchen in the same direction as the living room is the den. Finally, there's a bar in its own little square design placed directly in the four corners of these rooms, so you can continuously walk through all four of them without changing direction if you just walk around the bar over and over again. Got it? Alright, so basically, my mom and I went right into the kitchen and my mom started frantically searching for things on the counter. All of the lights in the house were still out except for the distant one in the laundry room, and she started telling me to look for the "seven-fruited" something.... I can't remember exactly what it was, but the point was that it would hold seven souls, or seven fragments of the witch's soul, or something like that that would basically mean that she was somehow weakened without it, and it would be actually be just some basic household object we wouldn't just have immediately suspected. My mom ended up running through the den into the living room and searching through presents or something beneath a tree that didn't look like a Christmas tree but was exactly where ours always was, and I followed her because I was afraid that she was going to get caught in an illusion somehow since she was freaking out. I started looking around the house to make sure nothing was going on since she was lost in her own world. I stepped back on the walkway where the hall ends and looked down into the kitchen again. That's when I saw him.... My cat that just died in waking life was sitting on one of the machines in the laundry room and just staring right at me. Somewhere in the back of my mind I knew this was wrong, but I was struck with an overwhelming desire to run up to him, and I called out to him as I did so. (Yup, I'm the dumb girl that dies in this horror movie.) As I was looking at him this weird phantom double of his face kind of burst out at me and made me feel kind of like this trance state blip, and then the scene had changed. We were in some creepy kitchen that I was unfamiliar with and I was a little nervous, but I didn't care. He was sitting on the kitchen counter now, and I ran up to him and started holding him and petting him, but something was wrong.... He felt real but he was totally still and lifeless, and his head was really turned or twisted to the side in a bizarre way. He didn't try to move or respond to anything that I did and I was becoming emotional, and then I felt this ominous feeling starting to creep up on me... but then I woke up. I'm not sure if I'll be trying this supplement again yet.
So basicaly in my last period of REM,before the dream even start,i was day dreaming and while that i told to myself that i was dreaming. After that i fell asleep without my awareness but every time i toldmyself in the dream that i was dreaming i got to my bed (FA). I was not in full controll but every once in a while i thought to myself:"Why the heck am i worried about this? i'm freaking dreaming dude!". I've got a feeling that the more i practice, the more i become close to taming my awareness during dreams and consequently becoming lucid. I'd call a good day at the DW. (dream world)

7:50 AM 3/9/2013 Lucid, Dild, Awesome, 15 Minutes or Less, Very Vivid, And Easily to remember all of my dream Dream: Woke up and thought I was up for real but then realised it was a false awakening because my feet could not move through my blankets they were kind of trapped, so at the point I knew I was dreaming, so now I closed my eyes and thought of a landscape to teleport to then opened my eyes then I was still in my room tried a second time, still in my room, finally a third time and it worked and I was at like a very small island with big rocks and stuff, then it was very dark and snow was everywhere, so I imagined the sun coming up and I made it come up and all of the snow melted, then there was this huge ball of rocks and dirt so I imagined building a McDonalds there cause I was hungry, and I built it and then made a cheeseburger appear on one of the tables, and also I had about 15 DC's and two of them were about my age one a girl the other a boy, and then there were other blobs of dirt, so I was like, now its time for the rasengan then I was like rasengan! In my right hand and it apperaed there spinning and boy this was the best part of the dream then jumped up and attacked that blob of dirt and it was gone! Then I jumped across a huge cliff to another side and it was cool, then I was just wondering around this island and I saw other people and some other cool stuff, then I made a clone of my self, and mad it in bijuu mode, where I'm all glowing and a can make more powerful powers, so then I was going to do the tailed beast bomb then I woke up, so it was awesome having my first lucid dream ever, and I hope to have another one very soon. There is more to I remember but can't really explain it so I pretty much can remember the whole dream
Original entry dated Feb. 19th, 2002: Last night I had a dream that I visited a tribe in some sort of jungle-type place. One of the tribe elders had died and I came to attend the funeral. I believe I was an ex-member of the tribe, or else the daughter of an ex-tribe member - in any case, I had become sort of "civilized". I know that I was blonde. I couldn't quite understand their customs, and was an outsider. At one point, after the funeral, I wound up climbing a MASSIVE World Tree-like jungle tree to get a hibiscuslike red flower. I can't remember why. It was used in some sort of medicine. I just remember that all of the colors in the dream were very, very vivid.
I remember a dream I had earlier tonight: I was a teenaged boy (so definitely not myself). I had runaway from home, and had started being part of a bad crowd. The people I hung with appeared much older than me, and hardened criminals. I had a sense that they would not stop short of murder. I felt that I was I over my head, but a self proclaimed mentor tried to persuade me that I was where I belonged. Interesting re-occurrence of self-proclaimed mentor idea
Oh this is so fustrating. I just had it! And it was cool, and kind of a combination of previous dream fragment, but different. I thought I had stabilized it, but then when I shifted and got IPad it was gone! Definitely airplanes, this time military ones (after the fragment earlier tonight the mental image I got was of a large commercial airplane). Definitely also standing in for dreams. Well since I can't remember what, I will improvise: dreams are like airplanes because ... Flights of fancy Flying is common in dreams Why military airplane this time? Getting ready to fight? The enemy? Myself? My low self-esteem (which is not nearly as low as it was two weeks ago) I don't know, don't remember. Argh!

A very hazy lucid dream... I became lucid at the end of a nightmare before this. I find myself in the middle of a grassy plateau between a circle of mountains. Knowing that I'm dreaming, I begin to jump with the intend of jumping high! I think it works. I see two giant Mario-like hammers that are trying to hit me. One nearly hits me, but I put my hand in front and smash it away. I decide to FUS ROH DAH! Then I realise, a Skyrim-like dragon would be great. I put my hand over my eyes and expect a dragon to be in front. This works as well! I jump over the dragon, and hit him with my 'FUS ROH DAH' a couple of times. I can't remember a thing after this. I might paint it as I have been recently thinking of painting my dreams like the famous surrealist painters like Dali!
In this dream I remember discussing with someone about dreaming. He or she (don't remember) was saying that they need more dreams of X (unfortunately forgot what between wake up and writing). I remember saying that I have lots of that in my dreams, and suggesting they borrow some from me. Sort of like someone borrowing sugar from a neighbor. Upon waking I found the concept of borrowing dream elements from others to be an interesting fancy that my dreaming mind came up with. The X could have been airplanes I think because whenever I try to recall what I get a mental image of an aircraft. Though in my dreams I do not actually dream of air planes, so it would be hard to lend my dreamed air planes to someone else. LOL Upon waking my iPad brightness wouldn't adjust, so I did an RC but I seem to be awake. Still feel very groggy though.
I was watching some TV show about conspiracies or something. They were talking about this small group of people that owned a well on top of a small mountain, somewhere in northern Michigan. The well looked like an oil well because there was this tall steel structure, like an old-fashioned oil well. There was also a building right next to the structure to control the drilling process. They were building on an expansion to the small building next to the well. The conspiracy that they were talking about was that someone seemed to be siphoning off water from their main line. (The main water line from their well led down the mountain and into a town.) They figured out almost immediately that someone had built onto their water line so that the new expansion to the building would be reliant on the water from the well that they ran. There was this pipe running through the wall that split into three pipes. It was around this time, that I went from watching to being engaged in the dream. I was able to turn the valve on one of the small pipes inside the new part of the building. Sure enough, water came out. I tried drinking it because I wanted to see if it tasted like minerals. It was surprisingly pure. Then, a bunch of other people showed up. Apparently they were having a party for the daughter of the people that owned the well. Their daughter, or so I was told, was trying out to be an Olympic swimmer. But she had not been picked to go to the Olympics. But her family had wanted to show that they were proud of her. So they threw a part and had a cake and some snacks. They also had a mannequin displaying the swimsuit that she would've worn had she gone to the Olympics. I talked with some of the people at the party. Most of them didn't seem to have much to say until I started talking to the daughter, the person who had wanted to be an Olympic swimmer. I think she was about 20 with short black hair. She seemed really nice, but as soon as we began talking, I woke up.

First thing I can recall is being in my doctor's office. Of course, as n most dreams, nothing is right. The interior of the building is appointed much like so many medical buildings...utilitarian furniture and carpet in shades of gray and brownish-orange. I'm on the ground floor of the building and behind me is a large waiting area, a large skylight illuminating the far wall and a patch of floor near the door that leads to the patient examination rooms. Something drew me to a desk in front of me, slightly closer to the middle of the building. A man (possibly a doctor) and a woman need to find their way to my doctor's office and I know I can help. I tell them... "I have an app on my phone for that. I can help!" The doctor and I both pulled out our phones. I watched him press a small recessed button below the screen of his phone and the display lit up with the time and some other useless stuff. I pressed a similar button on my phone and a map of the building appeared on the screen. Drawn on a white background was a pattern of the building in black and red lines, and peering closely at the screen revealed the names of doctors corresponding to where they were located in the building. At one end of the U-shaped building was the area behind me, Doctor Walker's offices, which was where the lost people needed to go. Following the map I saw the entire shape of the building, the map auto-rotating to reveal the other levels and the offices within. The 3-story building was quite intricate on the map though it was only three stories at one end of the building. I felt I had done a good job drawing the map, especially since I had done it on my phone with my finger an a drawing app. An overwhelming urge to build the structure came over me and I leaned down to my Lego box to begin assembling the necessary pieces. I started with a green base which I attached two large supports from the farm-kit my daughter had in her Lego box. I was slightly bothered because they were tan but I wanted them to be red. I knew there was nothing for it so I continued building, adding pieces to link the supports together. Unfortunately my building skills in the dream were less than stellar and my construction kept falling apart. My frustration is all I recall, though I believe the dream continued on. Oddly, drawing a map and working with Legos are both dream goals of mine for future lucids. I hope I can work these elements into a lucid dream.
Some fragments from non-lucid naps, have been concentrating more on DEILD attempts than recall on waking up. Nap #1(fragment): I was on the balcony and there was old woman on the streets, she was shouting at me trying to tell something and she looked like a school teacher that died ages ago. Nap #2(fragments): I was in some tropical area searching for something, then there was something about war and then Indian people were attacking everyone and i was talking about something with some princess. Then there was something about coal and then there were some dogs and cats that were massagers.
