I was going to write about another longer dream I had, but I'll post that one next. For some reason I feel I should write about a dream fragment I had some years ago. Other things happened before and after this fragment, but it was more clear to me than the others. I was standing on the edge of a large lake surrounded by mountains. A forest grew from near the banks of the lake to the base of the mountains. It was beautiful. The water was a bright blue, the leaves of the trees a spring green. The sand and dirt beneath my feet were even a nice shade of yellow and light brown. Out of nowhere my peaceful environment went crazy. The wind started to pick up, blowing the tops of the trees. A large fire started in the forest on the opposite bank of the lake from where I was. The harsh wind fueled it and the flames grew. The water level of the lake started to rise until my ankles were wet. I scrambled up the bank to get away from the rising water. That's the end of that fragment.
Brown something. I can only remember something brown texture. Could have been. Meat, as it was a positive smell with it.
This one's a tad confusing as I'm not sure if I was fully dreaming it all or if I was half awake. I was lying in bed, my mind feeling sluggish, and suddenly became aware of a presence beside me. I turned my head and saw a figure standing beside my bed, though I was unable to move my head to see more than the mid-torso. It was a man dressed in white and I'm sure he was wearing a tie, though I cannot remember the colour. I waved my hand at him in a shooing motion. "No, no, go away! Go away!" I cried. It was at this point that I suddenly jolted upright and woke up to find my heart was racing and I suddenly craved some form of light in my dark bedroom. I'm reasonably sure I actually said the whole 'go away' part aloud and actually moved my hand too, which is why I wonder if I was half awake for this.
10.10.2013Preparing a meeting. (Non-lucid) NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID This was one of those nights were I have extremely long dreams, with tons of dialogs and scenarios, and you wake up knowing a lot happen, but being so much you can't recall at all... Not the "no dream feeling" but the "huge long dream feeling" that you can't just recall. This is all I got... lousy night haha. I was told by a client to prepare some sort of psychic meeting group, so I started to plan in the street for some reason. I also wanted to look for venues to be able to hold the meeting. One guy wanted to give me a hard time for some reason.
Only Fragments: Girl with curly hair, I'm kissing her, Guy asks me if I cut my hair.
Thursday, August 29 8:00 am WBTB Induction attempt *fell asleep too soon * Interesting dream fragment where my mother is driving us somewhere, and the song 'lights' starts to play on the radio. (The song by Journey, not the one by Ellie Goulding). When the song is finished, I start to complain about how there is no difference between that song when it first came out, and now. I complain that there needs to be a new rendition that is different because the song is so boring (which I don't REALLY feel, so why I would say that in my dreams, I have no freaking clue, LOL). All I can remember really, is my mother and I arguing about this, as she tells me that the song is a good song and should stay the way it is, not be changed. Wish I could remember more, as this was a rather funny conversation
I do sooo well remembering my dreams for over a week--and then twice in a row my recall dips. Oh well, it's just a phase, right? Here is my very small fragment that I didn't remember until I'd been up several hours, while outside with the family pet. Saturday, August 24th, time unknown I'm at home, in the house. It looks exactly the same, as far as I can recall, as it does in real life. I'm petting one of our dogs, Angel. Like in real life, she has this little tumor thing on the back of her neck. As I pet her, my fingers brush the tumor, and it starts squirting blood all over the place, drenching my face and hands. She is okay, not like bleeding to death, I just caused it to start squirting. It stops a few seconds later, but my face and neck is covered, and I'm feeling a bit grossed out and shocked. I run to the bathroom to clean my hands and neck, and I notice I have some of the blood in my mouth, and I'm holding up my tongue, looking in the mirror, trying to scrape it off the bottom of my tongue. That's all I can remember of that dream. A strange one!
Tuesday, August 20 8:00 Mom and dad are on some sort of long trip while I'm at the house, with Tori, one of our dogs. The thing is, our "home" is different than it is IRL; the layout is completely different, the landscape is different, and the yard has a large metal fence enclosing it. When my parents finally return, I have to do some sort of work outside--but it's very late, and eventually I come inside. When i do, my grandpa is there; he's lying on the floor like he's drunk or something... And that's all I remember :s ~SilverWolf~
This qualifies as a very, very wierd and cool dream! I just wish I could remember more of it btw, last nights WILD was an epic fail. Yet again, I FALL ASLEEP before I can get anywhere *sigh* Friday, August 16, 3:00 am I dreamed I'm on the forum, LOL! Here I am, in the dream journal, writing down a dream that I was having (a dream I'm fairly certain I've never had IRL, by the way). The 'dream' I'm writing is that I am a TIE fighter pilot--you know, from Star Wars. I'm cruising around the Death Star, not in combat or anything, just flying around, which is really awesome. But as I write this down, I switch back and forth from ACTUALLY being in the TIE fighter, to at my laptop, back to being in the TIE! It was really awesome, that. I'm pretty sure there's more to the dream that I don't remember, though. It was really cool to transition from writing about a dream to being IN the dream; I wouldn't mind doing that again ~SilverWolf~

Wow. Well i've been out of the loop for a long time and my dream recall has been deteriorating as a result of studies and stuff, so i thought i'd commit myself to this dream journal, mainly because my handwriting in the morning is literally unreadable and actually resembles hieroglyphics in a way, so trying to de-cipher it later in the day was always a nightmare, so i thought typing it up would fix that problem. So without further ado, my first (partial) dream to kick off this journal; 15th August 2013 Fragment: It's the middle of the night, i'm in my bedroom and it I was asleep. I opened my eyes and slowly looked to my left. I saw that there was another bed next to mine. I looked a bit further and noticed a baby in a diaper sleeping on the bed. It's feet began kicking, then it's skin turned a sickly grey colour, then i woke up. Comment: That was it really, that's all i remember from last night. Hopefully my recall will improve in time. Overall i thought the dream was a weird one, clarity was somewhere between 'poor' and 'average'.
So I'm doing the wake up every 90 minutes thing to catch myself dreaming, so I can write down dreams in this dream journal, and therefore I can improve recall. Except THIS time, when I woke up, my tired mind tricked me into believing it could remember what it was dreaming WITHOUT writing the dang dream down. So, when the alarm went off, what did I do? I moronically believed my tired brain in my hazy state, and rolled right over, going to sleep. So, here's what little I remember, thanks to my rebellious little brain telling me I could rely on it for it's superb (riiiight) memory. August 14, 2013 3:00 am All I remember is that I was in a deeply wooded forest. It was pretty dark in there too. Was it a scary forest? A happy forest? A forest with little polar bears sipping root beers while balancing on rubber balls? I wouldn't know because I stupidly did not write down my dream! when I woke up. So anyone reading this, don't repeat my mistake 8:00 am Got in an argument with dad about something. It felt really important to me inthe dream, but I cannot remember just why we were arguing. I do remember he'd said something realllllly offensive to me, but I just don't remember what it wass; only that it made me very, very upset. Hmmmmmmmmm.
Though I remember almost nothing, I will still post the one sentence description that I **can** remember. Maybe my brain will take the hint and decide to cooperate with this dream recall thing if I keep bugging it August 13, 2013, 8:00 am All I remember is my dream had something to do with walking in a blizzard of some sort. Another dream fragment from earlier: Something to do with the hamster Rolo again. I don't THINK it bit me like in the last dream I had about her, but I'm certain she was present in the dream--I just can't remember it, darnit!
Legend: Dream , Semi-Lucid , Lucid Train of leadership: I remember the dream starting out with me on a bed surrounded by a group of other people, and then one of my friends calls me and i answer my phone and start talking to them. After that, i see a small town out in the middle of a desert like place, the town is being watched by one of those titans from 'attack on titan' but the titan is waiting for me because the town is controlled by a rebel group and i'm their leader. I then see myself standing in a suburban area at night, debating what i should do. Then i decided i should face the titan head on, so i get on a train with other people of the group and start heading out that way. ( this dream had a lot more to it but since i was really tired, i didn't attempt to wake up when i should have and etc. )

Opening Statement Well, I'm back, and it's summer again. Yes, I know, not the most energetic opener, but can you blame me? After all, it's been an entire hum-drum year of school, which is painfully good at giving me no time to focus on Lucid Dreaming. Seriously, I've had to re-brush up on everything! But, more to the point, I'm back again, and ready to redo and relearn everything! Of course, you know what that means... Time for dream fragments! Legend (Not that we need it right now) Black = Dreaming Blue = Awake (I've changed blue to meaning awake since being aware of dreaming is generally taken over by Lucid Dreaming.) Green = Lucid Dreaming Entry I was in an odd city (think old British Architecture, with a sepia-toned light shining on everything), with a small group of people that I regarded as some sort of sqaud I worked with. One of them shouted at me to 'get ready', which I must of contemplated a bit before being interrupted by a Combine Helicopter blowing half the city up to crap. For no explained reason I suddenly left my body, and got right up behind said helicopter. Oh, quick note, if you didn't know, the Combine is a giant army of aliens hellbent on conquering everything, and are the main antagonists of Half-life 2. I had quite a good view of the copter, but I couldn't really do much else besides watch it. Of course, though, this didn't matter, because my mind got bored and decided to whisk me away to another dream scene. In the same type of city, albeit a lot cleaner and happier looking, a group of apparent friends and I were standing around and doing people things. Amidst these people things was socialising, and socialise we did. Me and a particular female of the group (interestingly, I can't remember any of their faces in the slightest) connected pretty quickly, by which I mean we were suddenly intimate. Literally, just like that, we were in love. I can't imagine why, considering we didn't even exchange any greetings, but logic has no place in dreams, now does it. So, we walked around, I fondled her a bit, and then my brain realised that it was morning now, so time to wake up, and watch some more Squid Girl. Ending Comments Well, wasn't that... That. I think my favorite part of this whole thing was waking up and watching Squid Girl, because that's possibly one of the greatest shows ever. Wait, what now? I'm supposed to say something about the dream? Oh, umm... Combine Helicopters are neat, I like their shooty noises. There, happy? Anywho, I'm going to start looking for patterns in these dreams, maybe find a recurring theme to use for a Mantra, or whatever that diddley's called.
