I had a dream at first talking to my friends at night and my dog appeared and it had crystals coming out of her back and i was like woa they were calcite i think the person in me said and that they came from atlantis i could feel the vibrations from the crystals then i said im going to meditate.I actually woke up in sleep paralasys and could feel the vibrations and hear them i just relaxed and after a while the vibrationes went and i could hear a harmonic crystal sort of vibration it was beautiful sound,i then felt my non physical body move out to the left i then started moving in a slow circular motion i could now see my room as it is for real and i started to circle the whole room expanding i then the room to outside my house by going through the wall and once i was out i stopped and then suddenly still in my lying down position shot off into the sky i was going so fast i was like wow!! i could defenatly tell i was in another dimension i could see a trail of asteral colours behind like purple bluey and the sky was soo spiritual i then shot down and went through this hole like i was being warped as i came through the other side i could still see the other side. the warp was the sea i think with whirlpool i came through it then closed and i was heading into wat looked liked to be honest another dimension like i went through 3 layers of dimensions. i then lost control and woke up with wat seemed me having my first breath of life again it was so nice. would of gone somewhere more but my brother and his gf got up for college which made me loose connection and shot back into my body. I know this was an outer body experience not a dream. some will say it was sleep paralasys well yh it was untill i went past that stage i woke up feeling so happy and energetic and also feeling like i was going to cry pls feel free to comment and share your experiences this was my very first OBE ever and was not expecting it either until i got the vibrations
06.01.2011I am winner (Non-lucid) NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID I was in a hypermarket called prica (it has another name now but it still had that one on the dream) with J and Jv. There were some ps3 move games outside (I've never played them but that was the idea) and J started playing one. Then I decided to play the same game on a different machine. I had to do a lot of kicking in the game and Jv began bothering me so I told him togo away. I paused the game and I saw Nic, who was looking for Nés so I told him where he was. J got a score of 62 in his game. Then I saw Ul, but I decided to ignore him. I finished my game (I remember having to move the controller following some arrows, sometimes quickly, sometimes slowly) with a score of 155, which was still not very high, although I'd played on hard mode. _________________________ 06.01.2011Above the influence (Non-lucid) NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID I was on a sort of school trip with my brother. My cousins were also there although they had come on their own. Then I met a bad guy who told me that I had to search a mine for this really valuable gem in exchange for him paying some debts I had. I went into the mine with my brother and I found a diamond and a red gem along the way, but these were not the gem that the bad guy was looking for. I kept following the passageways that had a sign reading "start" but I didn't reach anywhere. After a while I reached a crossroad and my cousins were there. There were two paths to choose from, one that read "with sex" and another one that was a shortcut without sex. My cousins went to the sex one and my brother wanted to go there but I told him that we didn't have any time for that.
I woke up at about 02.00 and fell back asleep. I am in my school. I ask my friend if I'm asleep. I can't remember the answer, but I realize myself that the answer is yes. "I'm dreaming!" I yell. I decide to race with my friends. We go into position. I start running before the others. The go after me (shouting I cheated). They almost catch me, but I'm the first at the end of the corridor. I tell them to continue the race. We run down the stairs and they manage to catch me. Now I'm the last, running as fast as I can, but still I am not fast enough. Finally, when I'm losing, I use my lucid powers and run at super speed, winning the race.
Terrible recall.. Something about being at work.. with one of the kids, MC.. I think he was kicking me.
My internet at my house has been out for a couple days, as people weren't around to pay their bills. Therefore, this is going to be a pretty long update - 5 updates since the last time I updated! 12/26/2010 - First Person Shooter and Real Time Strategy I was on a space station. I entered a large room and picked up a couple weapons (one of them was a gun like the ripper in Unreal Tournament). I entered a large chamber that was open to space. I recall looking up and seeing a number of stars and the planet that the space station was rotating around. I saw a large creature that was channeling what I can only assume was the power to destroy our galaxy. Needless to say, I engaged it. Since we were open to space, there was little gravity, so I was able to flip around all of the elevated floating platforms in the area. I began flipping about, him remaining stationary while shooting beams of energy while I was firing my Ripper. Sadly, they were ineffective. I switched to another weapon to continue shooting him, but there was a tingling sensation as his channeling began to become powerful. I could feel the hairs on my arms begin to stand on end. I landed on a platform high up, and spherical orbs of light inside a ring began to converge on the center of the platform. I knew it was too late. The disks circled the platform..the orbs shot out and then converged. There was an ear-deafening boom...and the galaxy was gone. I woke up. 12/28/2010 - Helping a Brother I returned home again, and sadly my dream recall suffered, as I was sleeping on my house couch again. I remembered that Eric had asked me a few nights before to wake him up and make sure that he went to the airport to pick up his girlfriend. I assisted him in waking up and helped him get all of his stuff together. I then woke up, realizing that this was a false awakening. 1/2/2011 - Dream Fragments - Free-running and Lightsaber Duel I had two dream fragments this night. I know that in my 3rd dream of the night, there was a lightsaber duel, but I can't recall specifics. I also recall that I was free-running around an Arabic city in my 4th dream. 1/4/2011 - Zombies (again) I was traveling through an abandoned city with James, Lane, Shane, and I. Lane was wielding double pistols. I was carrying something tech related, but I didn't actually have weapons (bad call, I know). James was decked out in odd vagabond clothes and double Uzis. Shane had a shotgun and a metal bat. We fought our way to a safe room that was in a room high up in an apartment complex. It looked like a hotel room, however. There was a device outside the room that apparently controlled the heat exhaust for the entire building. I was concerned with the level of energy that the building was putting off, and realized that if I were to change the settings, we could conserve energy - but make ourselves more visible to zombies (apparently they have heat vision in this dream). The setting I picked helped us save energy. However, a zombie ran up the fire escape to confront us. I ran inside. I slammed the door behind me with the zombie's upper torso and arm stuck in the doorway. I shouted at Shane to come over, who readies his bat and bashed the zombie's head in when I opened the door. Lane and James then ran out of the room upstairs in order to apparently take care of more zombies. Shane shotgunned the zombie's lower jaw off. I changed the setting on the device, and once I had changed it James and Lane returned. Lane was bloody and said that he had been bitten. I saw his inventory with 17 bullets in his double pistols. We yelled at my brother to make sure that he wasn't bitten either. Lane hands me his pistols and takes off his arm guard. I wake up to a text message. 1/5/2011 - Australia My dream started with an intricate flyover of the white, sandy beaches of Australia. We (myself and I'm not sure who else) were having a good time on the beach. We talked about all of the animals there and I recall looking down in the water and vividly seeing an eel that I walked across in order to not get shocked. I wanted to take pictures, but I forgot my camera back with my family. I was really devastated. I started to call my mother in order to ask where the camera was when I woke up. I stood up and glanced around. I then made my way to my computer tower to look for my camera. I realized that it didn't make much sense for me to look for the camera and I did a reality check, but it was just me sleep walking. Tonight I'm going to try to record three dreams and attempt to wake up enough to WILD during that third dream cycle. We'll have to see how it goes. This next weekend is going to be stressful, as I'm going to be doing conferences and retreats, so I might not write in my journal for a couple days!
So i tried the task of the month-"stand next to a thunderstorm and get hit wth an electric bolt" i dont know if i did it right because i created my own thunderstorm, i was standing on the side of a mountain with my hands raised looking towards the sky,as i began to make the clouds twirl and the wind gust,the whole sky became a green blue grey mess of clouds and down below i could see a small town(the 2nd task at hand) so i beagan o make the electricity crack across the sky and light up the heavens,it was so loud and scary but i didnt feel vulnerable at all,as i stood there watching the rain poor more and more this big flood came from the otherside of the mountain and washed out the little town. everything was pretty much all gone but i had no control of the water,so i'm sorry to the villagers/town people who lived there. any way as soon as i seen the town being flooded i felt this electric vibe all around me,kinda like when i begin to charge my hands to shoot electricity, i just didnt try and control it and then BAM!! i got hit with a jolt of lightning and this happened 3 times,everytime i was hit with the bolt of lightning my vision would go to black and white instead of our normal colors,it waas so cool,i didnt know i could do that,i never dream in black and white. and when i began to wake up i would calm my excitement down and then i could stabilize the storm. the weird thing to me was the B/W color and the fact that everytime i would almost wake up i could feel my left middle finger burning and then when i was fully awake my finger felt like it was on fire for about 10 minutes after waking. so i didnt get to trample the town but i did flood it out,guess i will try and trample the town tonight. thanks for the suggestions. i've been a giant before but i've never tried being ten times my size,sounds like fun. so sleep well and stay awake in your dreams. I am walking in a park setting with a lot of people my own age. No specific dream sign sets me off to become lucid, but I have this weird feeling and it dawns on me. I glance around to see what my mind has created, mostly admiring the people. After that, I fold the plane of the dream itself like Ariadne did in Inception. This was definitely amazing. Next, I begin to lift cars with my mind by pointing one at a time. A tan car refuses to be lifted so I go over to investigate. Right about this time, I begin to lose lucidity. The setting begins to morph into a small house. There's a crazy old lady who attacks my brother and me. edit: Now that I think about it, to remain lucid, I kept rubbing my hands together.

05.01.2011Luner Discovery (Non-lucid) NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID I walk outside to see a large rust colored moon on the edge of the horizon to the north west. I look towards the south west and notice another moon on the horizon, this one is light blue and just as large. I run inside to grab my camera and as I'm inside my mother tells me to hurry up before they vanish. When I return the moons are fading but as I look up in the sky I see several smaller moons high up in the sky forming a diamond pattern all around. It was amazing! Fragment: Running around torch lit castle at midnight.
2nd lucid dream I have ever had! I've been trying to gain lucidity for a while now and last night I hit the mark. I was in a supermarket with my girlfriend shopping. We where seperate by a waste high frezzer ben on the end of an isle. I looke at her then at a guy close to her and I realized that I was dreaming without any reality check. I said aloud "this is a dream" and my girlfriend or the guy near us Didn't respond. So I squeezed my nose and breathed in deep, taking in the dream air and truly enjoying the fact that I wa dreaming. Immediatly I got excited and jumped straight up in the air with the intentions of flying (in my first lucid dream I couldn't even get off the ground!!!) I jumped all the way to the roof and felt myself starting to sink back down. At that point I willed myself back up and hovered in that position. Not knowing what to do at that point I looke below me at all the people and couldn't decide what I wanted to do at all!!! I was so excited about flying and the feeling was so exhilirating I lost track of the lucidity and sank into another dream.
1/5/11 Last night I had this intense experience.. This time I noted it inside of my phone.. I was tired last night and went to bed.. quiet night and I fell asleep.. for some reason I woke up.. or so I thought I did.. don't know but opened my eyes to see someone over me as if ready to lunge towards me.. what I saw was a warrior over me.. I saw he was sleeveless and had a worn leather like breast plate on.. His hair was over his face since he was looking down and had a sword on one hand I felt the cold dark air felt warm .. I immediately started screaming and kicking.. I look again and see it was gone.. so here I am sitting up waving my arms in bed.. I had texted my bf and fell back to sleep.. so he shows me the text he got when he came in.. it said " I just work up screaning.. weird". Same exact spelling .. I was trying to say " i just woke up screaming but that is what I texted to him..lol.. Weird dream.. A warrior
So, I find myself at my friend's house. For some odd reason, it's my house in this dream. Hm, weird. So, we're all sitting inside, my family and I. Then, we have to go do yard work. Ugh! So, we go outside, and everything is in place as it should be. The porch, patio, garage, and...what the hell is that? I see that there is a dirt rink being held up by bricks. My dad says we need to remove the bricks. Oh dammit...that means...I get to see......centipedes. *Shiver* I hate those damn things to no end(I really do, trust me). So, we begin to remove the bricks. The torture begins. Slither, zoom, wiggle, ehhh...no end to it. Then, as my mom removes a brick, a half-foot long one comes out. It crawls onto me. I nearly have a heart attack(probably in real life too). I grab, and chuck its ass. Phew, that was scary. Next, I get the balls to move a brick. I move and...HOLY MOTHERF***ING SH*T P*SSER!!!!! No joke: a ten yard long centipede that's only an inch thick comes out. I nearly pass out. It starts to crawl upwards me. Oh sh*t! I hit it, and it crawls away. Phew. We go inside and watch a movie until I awake.
My mum had just cooked curry for dinner and my sister and I were about to start eating it in my room. There were a few flies flying around so I had to keep hitting them away. I got up for a second and when I got back there were a couple of little birds, crickets and flies on my food. I was trying to hit them away but they wouldn't move, and the bird pecked me. So I put my bed sheet around me, as I only had boxer shorts on and went and got the fly spray. When I got back the birds had gone and the animals had almost finished my food which had turned into bones, with a tiny monkey now eating it aswell. But I still sprayed them all, even though the fly spray had very little left. When I put the fly spray back, I walked past Orlando Magic basketball player, Earl Clark. -------------------------------- I was at the park and saw a really hot girl with her boyfriend. I sat down near them pretending to be calling someone. They soon noticed and walked across the road to outside the fish and chip shop to see if I'd turn around. I did, still trying to make it look like I was calling someone. All the time I was thinking of what I should do to her. -------------------------------- I was then outside the fish and chip shop when I saw a series of monkeys walk past me all chained together, alot of monkeys. Some were walking backwards, some had their heads the wrong way around, etc. So me and a couple of other people walked around to see where they came from. We saw a big pit with big white plastic bags, which stunk. One of the people with us said that they dumped either chained monkeys or baby kangaroos there, like we saw before. He then got a bag out of somewhere and threw it in and said, 'see'. Then a baby kangaroo started walking near us. ------------------------------------- I was running past a main road when a car drove past, the lady in the car waved at me, but I had my headphones in and was looking down so pretending I didn't see her. ------------------------------------- When I was at the park I saw an advertisement for something stupid. And you had to pay for it which I thought was insane. ------------------------------------- Me and other people from school were waiting around for something. More people were gradually coming. None of my friends were there yet so I had to wait. Then my mate came and a bunch of us started talking. The thing we were waiting for had arrived and we were all in some sort of room with a teacher. People were sitted around on desks and we began kicking a ball around. I was trying to impress the girls with my kicking style. I somehow found out a couple of people of people added me on facebook since we started this thing included LA Clippers basketballer, Blake Griffin. I thought to myself, 'he must see how cool I really am now, we're gonna be best friends now'. I also remember the teacher saying something about jumping over a desk, so I took it literally, and jumped over the desk, thinking I was cool. ---------------------------------------- I can't remember how we got there or WTF was going on but me and a bunch of other people were kind of walking through a TV guide. Like, we were stepping on it, and I had a birdseye view of it. The guy who's TV the tv guide was from' Mum had locked all the rude channels and everyone gave the boy shit and was saying how nothing good was on.
I'm not sure where I was, but apparently I had a new cat. It was this little chocolate point burmese. It was very fluffy and cute. I petted it. It was really soft. --- I was apparently with school on some trip. I was supposed to be a model for something, but that got delayed. I remember walking down a hall and asking Mrs. B. about when I would start with it. She said that they were slightly delayed. Then, later on, we were about to go into this room and do some assignment that I wasn't too enthusiastic about. To my luck, Mrs. G. was there and she pulled me out and told me that they were ready for the modeling thing. I went through all these staircases and giant rooms. The rooms were quite grand with elegant, darkly stained wood staircases and walls. There was a rich dark green carpet everywhere.' When I got there I was told to take my clothes off. I took them off and I was in a purple bikini. I thought they were going to shoot me in that. Then they grabbed some other clothes and told me to change into them. Then the dream ended.
There was something about glitter. I remember seeing something obscene written on a purple glittery sticker. I wanted to get one. Someone was making them. --- I was in DW it seemed. There was some sort of battle. I was on some rocky cliff looking over some plains. Can't remember what happened, but I remember traveling to another area. Wow, school is really killing the recall D:
I think I had a hypnagogic hallucination last night. It was kind of like when you think you're almost asleep and then jump 'cause it feels like you're falling, except way more extreme. It felt like my hand touched a pot of boiling water. I jerked my hand back, but I'm not sure if I did it physically or just mentally. That was the first time I tried to go lucid on purpose, and i don't remember any dreams, but that was pretty cool. I'm pretty sure I have lucids all the time, but i only remember going fully lucid once (or maybe twice?) in my whole life.
