      Dream one(fragment): I think I was glowsticking on the beach and then a storm was coming so I was trying to get into a hotel before I was blown away.

      Dream two: The earliest point I remember is asking my grandma where my husband was. She said he was in the basement cleaning, but when I went downstairs it was ambies there instead. She stepped outside for a moment an there was a guy out there with her. He seemed young, and was flirting with her. Part of me was jealous that she was prettier than me, but then I figured it didn't matter bc I was an old married woman, lol. Then a piece of paper blew out of her hand. It was important, so I ran after it. I end up jumping on boxes to the top of the roof then jumping off the roof to get it. When I gave her back her paper, I was telling her not to let go of it again. The guy came up behind me and slipped his hands around my waist under my shirt and pulled me back into him. I yell out, "what the fuck are you doing?" And pull forwards away from him, but his hold on me is firm. He replies that his hands are cold and he was warming them up and kisses me lightly on the forhead. I'm not happy with this though, and I tell him he doesn't even look 18 yet so he needs to get his hands off from me. He laughs and tells me he is definitly 18, then I ask since when. He tells me since a long time ago, but then I wake up.

      Still don't have enough vitamins in my system so it'll be a few days of short entries for a while. Oh, and entries from my phone b/c I don't have time to get online much yet

    2. 5/28/12 DILD: A Party of Sorts

      I was in a dream. I remember it having some sort of red theme to it. All of a sudden, a thought sprung through my mind. "Wait, is this a dream? I could be dreaming!" Excitement rushed through me. But then the dream started to fade, every time I would blink I would see my room, illuminated by the morning sun. And then, the dream was gone.

      "No!" I thought. I layed there for a second where I awoke, staring at the wall. But then somehow, a pixelated line ran across my line of vision. "What the heck?" I thought. "Wait... what if this was a false awakening?"

      I did the nose RC and I was lucid!
      From where I was laying, I sat up and tried to get out of bed as slowly as possible. I stood up in my room. It wasn't as vivid as I had hoped.

      I wanted to stabilize. But I forgot to do the crawling technique. So I just looked up at the ceiling and shouted, "Give me more vividness!" Nothing. So I tried again. "Vividness, now!" Then I tried, "Clarity, now!" Nothing.

      I don't remember doing much in my room, or how I got outside. But I remember walking up through the grassy field, not really looking at anything but trying to find my Dream Guide. I felt that I wanted to fly just a little. So I pushed off the ground as hard as I could, but I didn't really get anywhere. It was just like jumping on a trampoline really. So I tried again, this time with more gusto. While in midair, I closed my eyes and imagined me floating. Sure enough, when I opened my eyes, I was hovering about 2-3 feet above ground. "Pretty cool," I thought. But then again, I've always done this in dreams. I glided a bit up the field, then landed.

      I saw a group of people inside what looked like a plastic space ship looking thing. I entered it, and yep, there were indeed some people dining. I saw a group of people and decided to go talk to them.

      I approached them. They all looked at me. I can't remember what I asked them, but I think it was something about my Dream Guide. They shook their heads. I also asked them about one of my fears and how it could be solved. One of them sighed (a fairly skinny lady with brown hair, and wore a red dress with dangly earrings to match), and mumbled something. I don't remember what it was.

      The dream sped forward again and I was at my school, still lucid. The same woman in the red dress was here, but she had a sour look on her face. She didn't like me for some reason.

      There was a ton of people on one of our soccer fields, probably having a party. I saw a group of people and I walked up to them and see if they would tell me something. I don't remember the things they said to me, though.

      I remember running up to the soccer goal, and a soccer ball was in front of me. I yelled, "Soccer!" and I tried to kick the ball as hard as I could. But something stopped me.


      I then lost lucidity. I thought that I had woken up at my school. "Darn it!" I yelled; unaware of the people still around me.

      I never regained my lucidity, and woke up.

    3. Starting to work on my dream recall

      Tried to dream about supernatural by watching it before I sleep and thinking about it as I fell asleep.

      What I remember dreaming about: I was in my room and it was quite a bit like my room but there was an entire SWAT team outside. Two of them looked up at me and I was wearing a Bane mask and Hulk gloves. I remember a lot of white, it might have been snowing. I went to my bed at some point but there were a bunch of ants all over, which is really disturbing.

      Next thing I know I'm downstairs and I pull this paper off my mom's diet pills and throw it away, it had Cleveland Brown on it, I think. My mom (I think) took it out of the trash and said something about someone needing it.

      Then there was something about driving that was like playing videogames but that part I can't remember. After that, I was in a kind of basement to do something that I can't remember. We (idk who, but I wasn't alone) walked in and there was a really small bear and I said something 'cause I was freaking out and someone else said something along the lines of there is nothing to worry about and they or I just pushed the bear down and it was out, I don't think it tried attacking us. We pushed or carried it into a nearby room and whoever I was with was gonna give it a shot. I remember a bird in a white? cage somewhere after that that I think could talk and I know there were other animals but I can't remember those. The next and last thing I remember was negotiating some sort of deal with someone in a hotel/office and I notice these guys are kinda following us and eavesdropping but they think I don't notice and they really aren't being very conspicuous but I knew somehow. After whatever deal I was making with whoever, I went up to one of the guys and I think it was Dean Winchester, not Sam, I don't know for sure but I know it was one of them. I asked him for an Aerosmith (possibly a different band but I'm pretty sure) discography and he said he had one out in his car. So we went out and I think Sam was already out there and Dean had locked himself out of the WHITE VAN. Not an Impala. Good detail to remember. I think I woke up after that, I might have realized I had been dreaming.
    4. First WILD Experience (Layer2 LD) -> False Awakening -> Layer 1 LD

      This is a very exciting entry for me, I've been attempting WILD for about 2 weeks now, taking naps almost every day for practice only to get halted at imagery, but all the sleepless nights and naps paid off last night

      Last night began normally, I woke up after each REM cycle and after my 2nd REM cycle I attempted WILD
      At first I reached the patterns and began having conscious thoughts soon after. After attempting it I was unable to fall back asleep. I went downstairs and spent about 30 minutes on the computer watching lucid dreaming videos on youtube and as I became tired again I made my way upstairs and attempted WILD for a second time.

      After reaching the imagery for a second time I recall having a few conscious thoughts that passed and soon all my thoughts were remaining passive, the last thought that I had was "this is a wild" and soon after I felt like I was falling through my bed, the feeling was unmistakable and I immediately became aware that I had transitioned into a dream. My awareness remained crystal clear and I recall saying "clarity" out loud continuously. At this point I felt like I had awareness of my body still in bed and during my entire lucid dream I was imagining that I was mumbling in my bed and my girlfriend was talking to me trying to wake me up.

      While I had this awareness my feelings began changing from a falling sensation to a rising sensation. Soon after, my vision was encompassed with a vast rolling mountain range that had meticulous landscaping, all the grass was perfectly mowed and there were rectangular boxes that had planted flowers filled with vivid colors all though the mountain range, my vision began rising uncontrollably almost like a Hollywood movie camera that is on a rail.

      At some point when I was repeating clarity to myself my dream split into slides and the dream became separated in layers by colors, at this point I had the feeling that I was losing my dream but the slides pieced back together and formed an even clearer picture. The level of detail I experienced in this dream was incredible!

      My view peaked and the camera began to roll down and to the left slowly, at this point I began thinking again that I was losing my dream. It took a fairly long time but I after a struggle to stay inside my dream I found myself waking up and talking to my girlfriend about my experience, she was telling me how she could hear me mumbling and attempted to wake me up. I was discussing my experience in detail with her for awhile and after discussing the details I recall moving away from her and there were other people that showed up within my dream.

      At this point I instantly recognized this as a false awakening because I thought to myself that I should be in my room and there should not be anyone else in the room. As I realized this I said "clarity" to myself again and my whole dream scape turned to a pure white backdrop (I sleep with a light canceling mask) and shortly after I woke up in my bed and confirmed that I was not talking to my girlfriend previously.

      This was a truly amazing experience and I am looking forward to expanding my control within my dreams!

    5. Failed Wild, Long Dream, Someone named Kitty (Semi-lucidity)

      I am in a store area, milling about. I see people I know, and people who know me see me. I go to the bathroom in a cramped metal stall that I barely fit in, while people continue to approach me (side note, Why to people always approach other people when they are on the toilet in dreams, I know it doesn't happen to just me.) I finish and head to the exit, not seeing anything I particularly want. As I approach the exit, someone catches my eye. a short, plump girl being followed by a persona taller than I am. (Persona: manifestation of a person's personality in the Persona series of video games) I walk up to her out of curiosity and ask what she is doing. She says she is buying books. We start talking. She says her persona is of the chariot arcana. I see a list in my minds eye of the arcanas, and see the picture of the chariot arcana, noticing she is from persona 2? (I'll have to look that up, I've never played persona 2) We talk for a bit, while she looks for books to buy. She offers to heal me with her persona. I agree. She commands, "Persona" I start to see nothing but a dual colored void. then two personas emerge from the fiery walls of the void, kitty's persona, and Mitsuru from Persona 3, I am shocked to see her, as this is about the fifth time I've seen her in a dream, but the first time I've been semi-lucid. They perform Cadenza, a healing spell from persona 3 that requires two persona's. They disappear, the flames fade, and I am returned to the scene at the store, overcome with a powerful love for all things. I fall to my knees and hug kitty for at least a minute, nothing seems awkward about it. I regain my senses, and allow kitty to regain control of her movement, She seems happy, and ready to make her grand exit. She walks through an exit to the store that is too small for me to get through, and on the other side says something that I don't remember, because I was thinking about how easy it would be to follow her, plus I had forgotten her name at this point.

      I shrink my body so I can fit through the exit she used, and hop into the passenger seat of her oversized car (that might have been oversized because I was tiny.) I ask her to remind me what her name was, as we pull out of the driveway with me halfway in the car with the door open. "Kitty" she says. we continue to the checkout and talk a bit more, she doesn't seem mad that I ruined her grand exit. I want to continue dreaming, but I don't want to forget this experiance. plus, I realize, I've been supposed to wake up for some time now. I give a mental sigh, and wake myself up so I can write down this dream.

    6. Epic batman game?

      I was with about 4 people, and we were playing a Batman game, first person. we needed to kill some guy, who was ridiculously overpower. The "map" was HUGE, and there were inside and outside areas. There were different power-ups and weapons scattered around the map, that you needed to kill the guy. I found out i could float in the air, and that helped me with kicking the guys ass.

    8. The Dream That would Last a Life Time

      Dream Chapter 1:The Dark Space


      Dark, Void, empty. As i describe a Dream in Space.I ask my Self, what should i do. I dont know if im flying, standing, walking. I notice a white dot. It was almost noticable, as i stare, it becomes brighter and brighter. I almost Cry that my body becomes wet. them i see 5 dimmer lights as i pass the brightest light. Then as the light dimmer, i ask my self, does i really see it or feel it.

      Dream Chapter 2: The Green Man


      Is he DEAD?, The Green Man ask,I said I don't know just leave me alone. I feel pain as he throw me. I fell into a bed, then suddenly i woke up.I remember the Green Man, and searching him around the room. "Where is that green man who thrown me"

      Dream Chapter 3:Searching Unsearchable Clues


      I went outside as my quest begin. but "hey where's my shoes?" i get back to the room and find it,"here you are" but the other one not there," Is it left or right" "Dad did you find my Left or right shoes?" My dad replied "You don't need one. "Stupid Dad, he thinks im stupid".

      Chapter 4Daddy Knows Worse


      Hey Dad, did you see that Green Man? Dad replied "If you find him, its getting worser" what do you mean?. Dad replied, It doesn't mean on me, its about you."What are you talking about you sound like your not my Dad" Dad replied "Did i said im your Dad?" Them i feel cold. Then the scene changed. Im in a middle of a street.

      Dream Chapter 5:Im dead?


      Im not a traffic enforcer, im just a student. Why am i in a middle of the Intersection. I see a car with a plate no. 1M-D3AD. soo creepy. I feel my heart has stopped!But i remember something "Dead is not like Dreaming" but Brain survives 6-12 minutes after all vital organs has shut downed.
      This doesn't make sense if im dead, why i still have thoughts, feelings.

      Dream Chapter 6:Your Dreaming!


      As the Traffic getting worser, a driver shouted! get out of there!
      The Green Man need's to me you at the library,I ask "Where is it" the man replied "I dont know,but you know it!" But the library is just a couple of blocks away from the intersection, i don't know but i just got there. I see a computer besides the Librarians desk, i search it, i dont know the browser but, i notice a nature wallpaper "probably "Bing" as i realize it now. I searched "Green Man". Results are not clear, the text, numbers not clear.The Librarian Turned off the computer, Then the Monitor turns Black and i see my self in it "Hey who are you you old man" "Why are you staring at me" He said "YOUR DREAMING"

      Dream Chapter 7:The Green Man Turns Blue


      "You mean Lucid Dream?" Old man replied "Stay calm if you want know something". "Look at your hand's if its Clean" But i know what he means, it was dirty and Irregular. Thanks Old man, by the way, who are you? Old man: " I am you, you are me" them the people in the library stare at me. Its getting more clearer and clearer that is was almost realistic. Then the old man turned into a real me. a young man.Stop starring at me! I need to find that Green Man. "The Clone of Me said" "You dont need to find him" His here in front of you." It is you who is being chased, you cant find him because you dont know who you chasing at, it is you. I asked "Why me?" he said "Because your Real life dream is all in you "Destiny is not a matter of Chance, it's a Matter of choice. Then i sat in a Corner remembering my pass when i was a new born child in the first Chapter of the Dream, i Understand the real meaning of "FREE WILL" because free will and choice that make us live everyday.
      It is a will to Live why we are still lived today.

      As a wake up it's almost 7 AM. i think my dream has just last 30Mins in real world, but as I asleep, I was almost a Lifetime of Question in real world. But it takes only 30mins of dream to answer it.

    9. The Experiments and TotM...

      Took a Galantamind pill at 8:45am and was convinced that I was gonna fail coz I was awake for so long.

      There was basically no non-lucid portion here; for all intents and purposes it was a WILD without the WILD. I'm also starting to get better at controlling that 'ever forward' sensation of lucid's where you kind of have half control and the other half is just pulling you around. Or is that just me?

      Anyway.

      I got out of bed in a house that was completely different to my own. "Aw yeah!"

      It was kind of unstable and I was really keen not to wake up so I was just strolling around and chilling. There were people sleeping in beds in all the rooms but I didn't explore too thoroughly.
      Mum came out but I basically ignored her and kept walking around. At some point in my exploration, a miniature gorilla thing came out of the doorway and I immediately thought "Hm, why not?" in reference to the basic TotM (better late than never!) so I just jumped at the little guy and appeared in his body. I looked at my arms and legs and it was instead like I was wearing a gorilla costume and still had my shoes on. I decided that wasn't good enough so I did a backflip out of his body and jumped out the window to start my journey. I was higher than I thought and a bit surprised, but I'm getting much better at flying so I kinda fell with speed into the ground across the road.

      SMASH!

      I slammed down into a toy tricycle and then ate some grass. (Mzzck mentioned something about this stabilising technique once, and it's completely infested my dreams so I can't help but do it!)

      I looked around at my surroundings and was, as always, humbled by how amazing the dream world is. It was a beautiful day with birds singing and lovely warm sun. Where I was standing was out the front of a garden nursery and I walked in and looked at some flowers before mum came out of the house and said something to me. I took that as my leave and jumped into the sky.
      It was really 'pully' and I didn't have any physical control; kinda like I was on the end of a fishing line or something. But I just went with it and flew backwards and forwards before going extremely high. Probably around a kilometre.
      There was an ordinary town below me and I couldn't help but think that down there, a million DC's were just living out their odd little lives without me knowing.
      Anyway, I asked to be put down and began descending on the suburb. I landed in an ordinary back yard under someone's clothesline.

      A group of young people were playing with their dog and they didn't seem to notice me. After they went inside, I followed them in via their laundry door. It was really empowering to do this. Like breaking and entering without any consequences! I walked through their house following them but when I turned a corner into their living room, some dude came around at the same time and looked at me. I jumped straight into his body and this time felt it be more successful. It was like I was his shadow and slowly closed in on him.
      I walked after the other group and met them in the bathroom.
      It was two girls, who, on closer inspection, were two of the same guy in drag.

      I put my arm around them and looked in the mirror and saw that I was still the other dude. Success.

      At that point I felt myself breathing in real life and realised I was waking up. Lay still for a DEILD.



      I came to while washing my face in a basin. I looked in the mirror to my left and pulled a weird "yeah!" dream face then went out.
      I was in a courtyard out the front of a house. It was quite quaint, if not a little cluttered. They had a grape vine running along a trellis on the roof. I instantly began searching for a prism so I could do an experiment with the sun I'd seen earlier. I have no idea where this idea came from- guess I'm just a naturally experimentative kinda dude.

      I looked in a toolbox and found one but it was all scratched and curved instead of straight. That's never gonna work. I tried to reform it but it was unsuccessful so I went into another house and found a proper one in a kid's bedroom.

      Strolled back outside and sat on the road, appreciating the sun and it's warmth again. The sun was behind a tree which was moving to keep blocking it so I walked up the road a bit to get a clearer view. There were a group of thuggish looking guys ahead so I threw some sand at them for funsies and then commanded them to just watch what I was doing instead. I got the prism and positioned it so that it cast the spectrum onto the sidewalk. It was a pretty successful representation, but was obviously just my mind creating it; I don't think light actually exists in dreams to be altered. I played around with the prisms positioning and it went through a range of pretty incredible things. At one stage it was a glowing, ringed, rainbow planet among a multicolored nebula/aurora. Then it split back into the colours except each one had a different world on it.

      At that point I entered a dream within a dream, which told the backstory of these different planets. When I came back, I was in a slightly different position at a building site.

      I remembered that my brother had asked if you could do stuff like bending roads in dreams so I decided to give that a go. I was standing on a gravel pathway with wooden skirting boards and forced it to begin bending. Instead of being smooth, it was quite destructive and began cracking and breaking while changing direction. Like it would in real life, I suppose. I decided I wanted to try on a proper road so I went off to find a good curved street. Now that I'm writing this, I realise I could probably have just made a straight road bent instead. The things you think when you're actually awake, huh?

      I went back up to the road and was jumping around clapping my hands, which I take to be this dream's version of a hand-rub stabilisation. It actually worked really well because as well as the physical sensation, it also gave off sound which helped.

      As I walked down the road there were a bunch of trees that had been chopped down so I gracefully jumped from log to log just for the sake of it. As I was doing that, some girl in a crowd said "I want to be an actor".
      "Do it!" I replied, "you're beautiful!"

      Feeling cool about myself I kept going on my way.

      I couldn't for the life of me find a curved road. Every one that looked curved was straight when I got there (I suppose that means I was being successful in my attempts!)

      I went on quite a long journey down streets and came to an avenue with beautiful green and red trees arching the road, which I jumped up and grabbed the leaves of. The buildings here had really interesting architecture and shortly I came to a squat little building complex. There was a delivery guy at the back of his van getting boxes out so I happily walked past and pushed him into the back!

      I came to a sign that said something like:

      But it wasn't exactly that.
      To be honest I don't remember what it said. I just wanted to draw a sign.


      Anyway I went to the right and was at some kind of learning institute. I kept looking round and round for curved roads and ended up in a dodgy back-area with loading docks and stairs and underpasses which eventually turned into a very L.A looking crowded street.
      There was a girl standing near a billboard and I went up and said "Pretty smoggy, huh?"

      She said that it was actually the 'bloom' and when I looked closer the smog was millions of little glowing insects. At that point I decided I'd better wake up otherwise I'd forget all this stuff so I woke up watching a YouTube video. And then I actually woke.

      Whew! That's a long one.

      Looking back, I realise that most of the lucid dreams I've written have been due to Galantamind. That shit definitely works, but I do worry that I've become reliant on it!

      Better than heroin I guess!

      Messing around with other girls (Non-lucid)

      NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID

      I remember earlier in this dream I was messing around with a girl in my grade named Ashton. I wasn't exactly doing sexual things, but I was acting a lot more touchy, I had one arm around her waist and the other arm around her legs, because she had fallen somewhat and I caught her, but I held my grip there. Later in the dream I kept messing around with a girl in 11th grade, named Katlyn, who I am good friends with. I was being very touchy again. We were supposed to be cleaning out our lockers for yearbook class, even though we dont have any lockers for that class, but whatever. In waking life, Katlyn is in yearbook class with me. Like I said I was being very touchy and I was tickling her on her sides and I remember I kept getting real close to her face with my face. She didn't seem to mind though, which is funny. I feel bad for having these dreams, because I have a girlfriend in waking life. :l

      Beating the fuck out of a dude, lol (Non-lucid)

      NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID

      I was at my mom's, and I believe I was the only one there. I was already outside and this dude comes walking onto our property. I asked him what he was doing, "Oh, I'm just visting, I just want to see your alpacas." Suddenly he started laughing, like he was planning something bad, he took off running, and I chased after him. He was running for the alpaca gate! We ran for a good amount, he was ahead of me for awhile but I caught up to him, grabbed his brown backpack, and threw him on the ground. I started punching the shit out of him in his face, stomach, throat, you name it. It didn't seem to hurt him whatsoever. I went on a rampage and onslaught of jabs and crosses but eventually the dream skipped and I was somewhere else. Something else was happening but I don't remember what. The dude was there, so I went up to him, leg sweeped him, which knocked him on the ground, and I continued to beat the shit out of him. That's about all I remember though.

    11. May 27th 2012. 7 Dream, dreaming binge.

      So, these are a collection of dreams I had last night, this morning. I didn't wake up at all last night, don't even remember my alarm. I woke up kind of early, planned to stay up then went back to bed and had a lucid dream.
      These are kind of in order of vividness/lucidity.

      Dream 1
      I wake up pretty early, 6:00ish, and walk around a bit, for 15 minutes. I decided to go back to sleep, I didn't feel like I had just waken from REM sleep, although looking back, it kind of does seem like it. I lie down in bed and close my eyes. I get sleepy really fast and enjoy the comfort of my bed. I roll over my bed in go into sleep paralysis(?) This is strange because I never had SP happen in any other position but my back. It was in my head this time, a familiar buzzing noise and intense vibrations. I roll over and come out of my SP. I go back into SP on accident again, but on my back. I'm the calmest I have ever been during SP, and I peacefully watch my Hypnogogic Imagery. I don't remember what I originally saw, but I tried to visualize a grassy, sunny field. My eyelids turned into the blue sky, this was very enjoyable and peaceful. I began walking in my field I created and I saw this window-type thing. It had a dream inside of it, and I had no choice but to enter the non-lucid dream.

      Dream 2 occurred earlier in the morning
      We are a the bus stop, me and [my brother] We are drinking some illegal drug in liquid form, may be opium tea. The Bus driver knew what we were drinking, and had a talk with us, we try to escape the police. I am at my uncles, in his room. There is a jar on his desk labeled, "Poison" I think it is a very strong alcoholic drink, and there are what appears to be ghosts swimming inside the jar. He says he needs it for his pain. I am back with my drink again, it is deep brown and is in my tan pitcher. I add some nestle hot cocoa mix to it to make it last longer. lol? I boil it down in a pan until it is brown and caked, this resembles opium even more. It also resembles half cooked brownies stuck to the bottom of the pan. I eat it all and I realize I am out of my drink and need to buy more. Although I think it is relatively cheap and has many servings. IRL I buy this instant peach iced tea mix, that is also brown, has many servings and is cheap, probably what the drink was based off of.

      Dream 3

      [Friend 1] Gave me his hang glider. He said he bought it with his own money, and nobody knows about it. wait, wtf? He says he uses it to fly all over Brunswick and Topsham. Topsham is my town I live in, Brunswick is the neighboring town. I was playing around with it and wrinkled it a little bit. I thought to myself it would unwrinkle itself, but then also thought that humans also wrinkle, but never unwrinkle themselves.

      Dream 4
      I was on my front porch, when I spotted a prescription bottle through a hole in my porch. I picked it up and the medicine had a weird, but simple name (sodium or calcium something) My father walks over and tells me that the bottle is his, and the medicine feels like a painful orgy. I have already stuffed the pills into my mouth, and I'm now spitting them out onto the ground in big white chunks. The pills were round and represented percocets, sorta. My father was trying to explain that they weren't abusable, and he just needed them for his pain, he said he was in a lot of unbearable pain. Although he says they aren't narcotics, he seems like he's trying to justify the use of narcotics.
      Really weirded out by this dream, "painful orgy", is such a weird analogy, but it seems like it almost fits for a narcotic drug, I'm not sure why, haha. This also adds to my reoccurring dreams about drugs.

      Dream 5
      My mother was telling me my father couldn't see me anymore, he may come up to see me for one of my appointments though, because it required shorter time.
      Not sure what this dream is about, it is separate from the last one though.

      Dream 6
      Me and [GF] were cuddling on her hammock, she was laying next to me, and we could have been making out. She tells me someone is watching us, and I feel like we're doing something bad all of a sudden, and then she tells me she was just joking.

      Dream 7
      I am with my brother at an E3 show or something, and these people are talking about video games, and different types of video games. They show us the group called the "Elder Scrolls", and it has all five games together. My brother reminds me to watch this trailer of a game coming out, which combines Morrowind with Skyrim's Graphics. I tell him I will, but I secretly planned not to, I told him I wasn't a fan of video games.

      This is strange because I really don't play video games that often, but I have been playing the elder scrolls series a lot recently, especially Skyrim and Morrowind. The dream may represent my guilt for playing so many video games recently, I try to stay away from them and do other things.

      The Importance of Keeping A Dream Journal

      It is relatively common when the subject of dreams is brought up that someone will say, "I never dream." Of course we know this isn't true. At the other extreme are individuals who claim, "I remember all of my dreams." This is also a delusion. In all instances, we simply don't remember the dreams we forget.

      Keeping a dream journal takes effort. Those who truly believe that they remember all of their dreams have the perfect excuse not to do it. It is easy for them to conclude (and I have personally heard it expressed), "Since I remember my dreams when I wake up, why should I keep a dream journal? It has the same effect, doesn't it?"

      Well, actually no. It does not have the same effect. Once you awaken to the realization that many, more accurately most, of your dreams are forgotten, you will either decide to keep a dream journal, or you will never improve your dream recall. Without adequate dream recall, there is very little chance that you will become a lucid dreamer. If you are unwilling to pay, you can't play. By keeping a dream journal and following a few fundamental rules, you will be granted access to a vast inner world with very few rules at all.

      Keeping a dream journal sounds much simpler than it is.. The strong urge to slip back into sleep when a dream is still fresh in your mind is a formidable adversary. Equally insidious is the almost irresistible belief that you can wait until morning to record the details of a vivid dream. Not only will you forget the details of the dream, it is even more likely that you wont even remember that you had it.

      In most cases, we only remember our last dream prior to awakening unless some waking event triggers the memory of an earlier one. Most of us have experienced this phenomenon. You must admit that without the coincidental event that stimulated the memory, you probably would never have recalled the dream. Consequently, the wisest course of action, when you wake up in the middle of the night with good memory of a dream, is to get it recorded while the getting is still good. Believe me, at the time, you will feel certain you will remember it. You won't.

      You can easily prove this to yourself. Some night, when you awaken from a clearly remembered dream, force yourself to jot down the key points along with a few unusual details. Go back to sleep. The following morning, dwell for a little while on all you think you remember about the dream before referring to the notes you scribbled a few hours earlier. I predict that you will be surprised to discover that there were significant elements in the dream that you had forgotten.

      Once you have gained respect for a dream journal's effectiveness in improving dream recall, you will be prepared to recognize a secondary benefit which is especially important for lucid dreamers. A dream journal will reveal personal "dreamsigns," a subject which is best covered in Stephen LaBerge's books. Briefly stated, these are objects, places or events which tend to occur repeatedly in your dreams. For me these include car trouble, violence, airline crashes, tornadoes, unusual attics or cellars, and provocative girls. Following Stephen LaBerge's advice, every time I experience any of these in "waking life," I immediately do a "reality check" to prove that I am indeed awake and not dreaming. By adhering to this simple discipline, you will certainly one day do a reality check when confronted by one of your dreamsigns - and lo and behold - you will discover that you are dreaming!       Keeping a dream journal has other benefits. From a philosophical perspective, wherever you choose to put your attention, there you are. Expressed as a maxim, if you pay attention to your dreams, your dreams will pay attention to you. Just the decision to remember and document your dreams will increase your dream recall and, it follows, your likelihood of having a lucid dream.

      A good dream journal takes time, and for most of us, time is a precious commodity. If you are just starting and working to increase your overall dream recall, try to record each and every dream you remember. Even the ones that appear to be nonsense are initially useful. Once you have established a reliable routine and have identified your primary dreamsigns, you can back off a bit. Being experienced at lucid dreaming, I admit that I don't record every remembered dream. I quickly assess and rate my dreams. It is easy for me to distinguish between dreams that I consider significant from those that are confused, chaotic, or an apparent expression of my apparent hoard of fears and anxieties. I record and seriously reflect upon the former. I only briefly reflect upon the latter.

      If you sleep with anyone you care about keeping, you will very likely need to negotiate alternative arrangements on the nights you target for dreaming. This is one sacrifice that keeping a good dream journal typically requires. I also recommend spending a minor amount of money on a voice recorder (or use that feature on your smartphone). Writing out a long dream can sometimes make it difficult to get back to sleep, and you won't have to worry about trying to translate what usually looks like hieroglyphics the following morning. I reach for my recorder, conveniently placed. I begin drowsily talking. The next day (or whenever) I play it back. Listening to it brings the whole dream back into memory as though I just woke up. I then type it with acceptable grammar and spelling, and it gives me the opportunity to add retrospect impressions and comments.

      Well, I'm going to try to do these once a day, once per nap, idk. But I kind of want to put my favorite dreams from this month that are written down in my notebook here, not sure what compels me to do this, but w/e. A disadvantage of my journals are the fact that I cannot read my handwriting most of the time, it may also be easier to re-read my dreams in order here. I also do not remember the circumstances behind these dreams, I forget if I was trying to lucid dream, or if I attempted a WILD that morning, etc. The following are all none-lucid dreams btw. I also will not use names of my friends or family, instead I will use codes like "[Friend 1]" But "friend 1" might not be "friend 1" in separate dreams unless I say so.

      Dream 1.

      I am with [my GF] We were making out in her garage, but we had to move because people could see us through the window of the house through the window of the garage. We are leaving and [female friend 1] says something like "Oh My", I say hi, and she walks off. We head towards [GF]'s backyard and we see [Female friend 2], and she walks past us. [Female Friend 1] Sees her family near the bank in our town, she gets a ride with her family and leaves. We are back in [GF]'s backyard and we see a variety of mushrooms, they appear to be the psychoactive Liberty Caps, Morels, and False Morels. [GF]'s Friends are picking up the false morels put them into their mouths, I tell them they are poisonous and the other mushrooms were the real mushrooms. [Male Friend 1] Messaged me later that evening and asked me if I was doing drugs again, if those mushrooms I was looking at earlier were psychoactive or not.
      (Note: I used to study mushrooms, It's interesting to me that the Morel and False Morel were in my dream, the Morel is a very desirable mushroom that is often hunted and sold for quite a bit of money. The false morel is poisonous however, and can even cause death. I wonder what this is a symbol for.)

      Dream 2.

      I am with a few older women, none of which I know. Some of the mothers of these older women are also here. I tell them I want to try heroin. (Note: I don't) They look at each other for a few moments and then say to me, "Oh, you want to shoot?" They take me into this room, which resembles my aunt's bedroom, and eventually into her bathroom. They pull out this massive bong and tell me to take a hit of codeine. (Odd, codeine isn't smokeable, although opium is)

      [My sister] is remembering a party she had with a couple of her friends, there is a flashback and it shows her friends partying. I know her house has changed, because the flashback had different carpets. There is a hipster man with a beard sitting on the couch, with a bracelet on the floor near him. The bracelet looks likes its made from string from an old wool blanket and is yellow and red. [sister]'s female friends are over again and resemble those from earlier in the dream with the codeine. We are watching some movie. I feel like they are all contestants to be my date, and its really weird. I keep wanting them to do things with me, (Note:If you know what I mean ) But they don't seem interested in that. I am now in a bathroom, which feels like a private and a public bathroom combined, kind of like a dorm restroom. There is a woman showering in the stall next to me, and a man walks past my stall, and I think he can see me through the crack of the stall door.

      (Another odd dream, with a lot of symbols, it seems like. I don't know whats up with the opiates and single women, the dream seems to be about harmful self-indulgence, not sure. The dream has mostly females, and has multiple relatives houses in the different scenes)

      Dream 3

      I was trying to buy a pill from someone at my school. I talked to [Male Friend 1], but he said he didn't have anything. I talked to his twin brother, but he also did not have any drugs. I talked to [Friend 2] Who finally said he had something, I forget the name of the drug he said. He wanted 20$ for the single pill, I haggled and he sold it to me for 5$ instead. I felt bad because I was using my girlfriend's money for some reason. My dealer changed into a woman, and was someone I knew, not sure who though. She handed over the pill and was a capsule, orange and white. She said it was an Adderall. I immediately put the pill in my mouth and began to suck on it so it would kick in faster. The capsule burst and I tasted sugar. (First time I had ever tasted anything in my dreams) I started yelling at the girl and asked for my money back, because I knew she had replaced the contents with sugar. An older adult, a tall woman, (an authority figure) walked up to us and asked if everything was ok. I, for some reason, told her the truth and I was worried if I'd get in trouble. She resembled me therapist, although my therapist is a man, not a woman. She said everything was confidential and I would not be in trouble.

      Later in the dream I was complaining to my friends what had happened, when the girl who dealt to me over heard and looked at me, she was making faces at me like she was making fun of me. I made a face at her and she looked away.

      Conclusion

      All of these dreams are within a week, and they all have a common theme, drugs. I have some experience with these drugs. I have taken shrooms once, and adderall once as well. I took the adderall a week ago actually. I never used codeine or heroin though, although I have used hydrocodone and oxycodone, with a prescription. I smoke weed somewhat often, to be honest, and I will try something new like a pill or something every 2 months or so. I wasn't feeling too guilty about the adderall last week, and its been years since I had done shrooms, and a while since I had done any opiates.
      Anyways, I found it odd that every drug was different and each represented the 3 large groups of drugs.

      Adderall-The Stimulant
      Heroin and Codeine-The Downers
      Shrooms-The Psychedelic

      Strange, right? I'm not sure if this represents something or not, or even if these dreams are part of a trilogy. There are also a lot of women in my dreams lately, including my girlfriend, which is normal. Anyways, I will link back to this Entry when other dreams follow the pattern.
