dream fragment

I made breakfast for two of my brothers. Just some bacon and pan fried toast. Forgot what we were talking about, but one of them started cleaning up.

I was inside my house, but it looked different, maybe a different model. Then I walked outside and I saw in the distance, a huge volcanic explosion. Miniature explosions kept getting closer and closer. The closest one landed a giant puddle of orange magma in the yard. Then there was this dog. It was a little Chihuahua. It ran up to me and was burnt everywhere. I went back inside. Then out of nowhere, a girl that was made half of magma, and mostly human being rose out of the magma puddle. I locked the door because I didn’t know what she was going to do. She didn’t act like she wanted to hurt anyone, but she kept calling us to come outside. I said, “It’s a trick don’t do it, lock all the doors and window quick!” I had thoughts of maybe it being the devils army when these beings came. I went back to my room which was changed, I didn’t grab any thing wood for I knew it would melt. I grabbed a metal plant stand and two gas masks. I only had two gas masks. I heard of where bubbles of gas can rise and kill people. The door swung open, and I yelled “GAS GAS GAS!” I held my breath till I put the mask on. She was standing there. Then the dream faded. That concludes this dream.

I have been struggling with basic dream recall, but I am up to at least remembering a fragment every time. This one made me grin.

First some background: my other hobby is Fishkeeping, and in Fishkeeping there is a practice called "culling" which is the euthenizing of fish that for example would die any way (putting them out of their misery).

In this dream, I was culling dreams. I was evaluating and sorting them to figure out which are not worthy of recall, etc. this was definitely not a lucid dream, and I just remember a fragment of it, but it made me smile, and hope that my mind is on its way to re-embark on this lucid dreaming adventure.

Fallen asleep during recall, again, oh well, i guess next time.

- I was driving a car around a car park. The car park was pretty much full and I couldn’t find anywhere to park. As I was driving down a lane the car stops responding to what I tell it to do. It then starts to control its self. It then started to spin around on the spot. I noticed that this shouldn’t be able to happen as there definitely wasn’t enough room to do this a second ago as the nearby cars were too close.

I figured that this was a dream and too check it I did the nose pinch RC. As I expected I could breathe through it and I became completely lucid. I tried to get the car to stop moving but I woke up as I was trying. I looked over to my alarm clock and noticed that I should have been up about an hour ago. I rushed up and went to go make a quick breakfast. As I was running down the stairs I woke up again. (I thought to myself that I thought I just woke up. I did a quick RC and found out that this wasn’t a dream and that must have been a FA.)

- I was in my kitchen getting myself ready to go out as I was going to run a shop my dad had bought. I could hear my brother and sister arguing about something upstairs.

So I'm in the bathroom pressing the door tight as I can because there is a velociraptor on the other side trying to get in. I yell at everyone that we've been breached but everyone is asleep. Finally I lock the door and check the other rooms. The bedroom window is open and my brother starts climbing in. I just gave up. He said something about how news reporters were coming. My team lost but I was the best one on it.

First dream I had me and my friend James were hanging out. This guy had stolen his stuff and was selling it at a yard sale. Apparently the bad guy was either Jim Carey or a guy that looked like him. So we steal it back and Jim Carey says to call 911 and we run away, but we already have a plan for escaping. We have ropes and we jump down this well to a sewer and Jim Carey says "You gotta be KIDDING me!" and we run through the sewer to the other side and on the other side we have to climb out then climb up this big wall. The wall looked like storage crates you see on a ship or plane and we had to claw into the metal on the way up. Half the way up the wall we hear Jim Carey fall down the well and scream all the way down. We assume he is dead and that is the last of him. My friend James was using a crowbar and he threw it down for me to use after, I had trouble climbing up the wall so he went back down to help me, and saved me before the metal bent too far and broke. This was all during the day. The crowbar fell on something that was coming out of the wall of the same material, so it could rest almost half way up the wall while still laying there for me to use to climb up the wall. Once we got to the top there was a door into a room. We opened one of the coffins of James relatives and she was really old and also very rude. Her eyes and hair were disgusting and her eye kept getting tangled into her hair when she talked. She kept talking about how bad a family member James was and that was the end of the dream.

The second dream I had I was going from door to door in the neighborhood first trying to ride my bike. I kept riding it through peoples garages and when a garage closed I had to bike around their house. Eventually I ended up with a boogie board and I got a running start then slid on the boogie board all the way into a pool where a bunch of people there. I saw my old Co-worker Sam and a bunch of people there and that was the end of the dream. The pool was way too crowded.

I also had a dream me my friend trey and my brother Joey were in the basement playing call of duty. My brother said we are all atheists here even though my brother is not an atheist in real life. Don't remember any other part of that dream.

I recall something was happening indoors/in some room.

Going to try something next time i'll go to sleep(not nap though, generally have no problems recalling them), let's hope it works and recall gets better.

Elevator and street (Lucid dream)
Me and my friend Mattias was in some kind of building. Not sure why we were there, but there was massive of people that followed us. We started to run and came into an elevator.
I quickly pressed in a code [4-1-1-1] as I remember that would get us up to the top of the building rapidly fast. But it didn't work, instead it became only a number 1, which made the elevator to go down.

When the elevator just had stopped, I told my friend to wait as I wanna see if this is a dream. So I ran towards the elevator door that was made of wood, and jumped with my head first. I went through the door and appeared on a street.

I had no idea what I would do now. Somehow I just chosed to drive MC in the traffic.
BUT, the weird thing was that I felt my legs in the bed, it was like pointing down in a 45 degree angle. It felt quite great to swing to right and left, except for the feelings in the legs.

I started to wonder if I really are lucid dreaming or just day dreaming. I tried to listen and focus on the sounds, and I started to hear bus and other sounds you may hear in a traffic. The sounds felt very real and that made me more sure that I wasn't awake, that I really did lucid dream.

I then stopped and thought of try to fly, as I remember that's a goal I have. But I had hard to stand straight up because of the feelings in the legs.

I then started to wonder if I am breathing, that what if my body just stops breath. So I tried to breath but I didn't feel any air. I got worried and thought I might just try wake up.
I tried to open the eyes, but it simply didn't work. I tried to roll aside, but that didn't work.
Started to get panic and I shouted "HELP!", but only a small sound came out. But some seconds later I woke up.

I also noticed I woke up on the other side of bed than in the dream I thought I were. I always sleep the 'correct' way in my bed. But in my dream I had my head where I have my feets, and my feets where I have my head.


That's it.



The black cat with puke/vomit (dream)
There was a black cat outside my apartment (the cat seemed to be mine and I had to forget to take in the cat). The cat had vomit/puke on him, spots here and there.
I took him in to my house (to my room that looks like my real room that I'm in right now).
He wanted to go outside, so he tried to escape through my airing gap near the window. But he didn't fit through and I catched him. I was going to clean him but wasn't sure what other than water I would use.

And there dream recall ended.


Malin and her friend (fragment)
Me, my gf Malin and her friend Josefin was in my gf's livingroom watching some kind of movie. My gf had fixed her gelé nails as she said she would do. They were blue. But they wasn't that long, and it looked just like she had put on nail polish.




That's all I recalled today.

in this dream I find myself in school again which looks sort of like my elementary school and I don't remember much but I have to do some school work. I try doing it but I struggle with it a bit, I get pissed and just put it off because I'm planning on ditching school to start a music career. But I'm hungry and I want the cafeterias hot pockets so I am forced to wait untill lunch period starts. the unfortunate thing is that I'm a senior and seniors get lunch last so I am forced to sit through the torture of lectures and pretending to do homework all the way until the last lunch period which pisses me off since I just want to get my food so I can drop out of school and start a music career. I have a false awakening and my mom comes in asking what I dreamed about And I told her that I had another dream about school where I revisit the time I decided to drop out of school.

(Note: this is like the seventh or eight dream where I'm in school and I'm on the verge of ditching class and dropping out to persue a music career LOL, the funny thing about it is that everytime I plan on ditching school, somethings always stopping me from doing it right away. I've never once had a dream where I actually do drop out and walk out of the school, no theres always something keeping me there a while longer)

I would have got better recall if i had not fallen asleep for a bit during it at first time.

Dream 1(Fragment):

I was playing some RTS game that looked like warcraft or something. There was base defense mission of sorts.

Dream 2(Fragment):

I was looking through lots of sketches while being in the school, people were distracting me from that ofcourse. Also there was something about Biology class.

Dream 3(Fragment):

I was playing some mission in KKND2: Krossfire, somebody was telling me that i waste too much units on destroying stationary turrets.

I left the school running and looking for some girl. A. was sitting outside, at least I thought it was A. so I called her name twice. When she turned around, I noticed that this isn't A. but some other girl, and I told myself I was dreaming. Then, probably out of fear, I insulted her so she got up and started chasing me. After a bit of running I wanted to fly so I did. I managed to see the panorama of my city, it was beautiful. After that, I wished that I could see the Earth and other planets up close. After a bit of trying, my wish came true. There I was, right in front of our planet, looking at her in awe, and then hugging her and sending her positive vibes. After a while, my mother came in and tried to wake me up because breakfast was on the table. Eventually I woke up. What I didn't realise was that this was only a false awakening. The dream went on, without me being conscious.

I remember being at a party, and recognising a bunch of friends. Then I was dancing with a girl, whom I did not recognise. After that we were talking with some other people, half of which were the friends I recognised. I remember the dream being very pleasant and feeling good while in it.

I dunno why my non-lucid recall is so unstable lately.

There were two detectives dressed as dogs that had puzzle piece come up on their neck whenever they talked. They had to investigate some sort of dog hotel with entrance from the roof. At some point there was one big dirty dog that attacked them.

So, I decided to do another ridiculous supplement test this time. I took 80 mg of melatonin at 9 PM, and I washed it down with thin mints, for good measure. The result was interesting. First of all, my first dream of the night was lucid. That's pretty odd, especially considering the melatonin... not that I really mind. For the rest of the night I noticed that nothing overly trippy happened, except that all of the dream scenes were very, very vivid and had mostly bizarre video game themes. I was also a bit delirious whenever I woke up, which caused me to lose one or two dreams from memory before being able to write them down, so I actually had quite a few dreams this night. And I could've had even more, but I had to wake up early again, so....

#1 - I've Yet To Make This One Work >:T [DILD]

I remember being at a school and walking down a hallway somehow having control over what was playing on the intercom, and I was using it to mess with someone by blasting loud music whenever they started talking. Eventually I got to the class I was walking to and became lucid. I wasn't incredibly aware though, because I kept texting my friend N throughout it, and I can't remember what we were talking about now. At first I just stabilized a bit, and then I kept trying to summon a joint or a pipe into someone's hands so we could smoke, but it never worked. Eventually I just sat down next to one of the guys there and started cuddling with him, but soon afterward I woke up.

And yes, let it be noted that 80 mg of melatonin was not enough to stop me from waking up several times throughout the night.

#2 - Dream Fragment [Non-Lucid]

I think I was playing as a video game character, or maybe meeting one, who was super violent and was accused of attacking someone over one thousand times "outside of battle"...? Or something like that, and I believe there was a scythe involved too, but it's hard to remember exactly.... I almost lost this one, I just barely was able to grab ahold of the memory.

#3 - Bobolo [Non-Lucid]

I was trying to help my cousin K with a school paper based on some kiddie game website called Bobolo that was specifically about some kind of disease or diseases, and I was slowly realizing that this topic wasn't really going to be usable to make a very good paper, but I didn't want to point that out to her because I felt bad that her paper was due the next day. What I remember of the website I could most quickly compare to Maple Story, but I wouldn't say it was exactly like that. There was also some set of medical record scans that I was able to unlock and look at at one point, but I wasn't able to make our what any of them said.

#4 - I Would Definitely Play This Game [Non-Lucid]

I was with my cousin G, who was living at some kind of trailer house I'm unfamiliar with with his immediate family now. We were in his room and I was playing some video game with pretty strange maps. I'm fairly certain that the way I was walking around and the character I was using were based on Phantasy Star Online, but the maps had colored grid squares with area effects that were very clearly (I even remember thinking it at the time) based on geo panels from the Disgaea series. The way the character jumped also reminds me of a Mario game thinking back on it now, but not enough to say it was based on that. I was excited about something on it, but I can't remember what now, and then I logged off and talked to G about watching kids do something pointless (the conversation is pretty hazy in my memory), and then I left the house. I got in my car and started trying to figure out how to get home while blasting some really crazy dubstep song which actually sounded pretty badass, but just as I was starting to find my way the dream faded.

At this point I woke up and, after I got out of my mildly hypnotic state, my libido was running pretty strong. I rolled over and started basically molesting my body pillow for a minute, but I tried to do this passively so the energy would wear off and I could fall asleep again. Eventually I started drifting and had some light hypnagogia, I think of some text or something? I didn't make note of it, so it's hard to remember. And the same with not long after, I rolled over and had more hallucinations, I think it was some kind of ladder pattern running horizontal across my vision, or something... but then my mom came in and woke me up because I have stuff do. Ah, well. Not a bad night.
