    1. 17 May: Early beginnings of the Matrix crew

      (...) I am on a bus or tram and I spot Morpheus in jeans and jacket, talking to some guy, both standing on the corridor (larger than in real life buses or trams). They end up discussing and fighting and people on the tram freak out, running away from them. The tram stops and people get out in panic.
      I sense that agents are coming and I warn Morpheus that he must go. The other guy was not on the side of the agents, because he also runs away as fast as he can. I help Morpheus, by guiding him through the streets that I seem to know well. Then a large grayish van cuts across our path, the door slides and Morpheus hops in and invites me along. Inside it there is one guy driving and one guy on the back that welcomes us. They take us to their headquarters.
      The van parks at some garage and they welcome me to the facilities. Outside the van, a girl passes by, wearing a denim jumpsuit and a red/black checker shirt and short hair and I recognize her to be Trinity. She talks briefly with Morpheus, informing him of the results of her latest assignment and she doesn't seem very happy about it. He says something like an ok and tries to encourage her. Then he tells me to go with her.
      I accidentally hear the two other guys mocking her because of her tomboy looks. I am amazed by their silly behavior and think that one day they'll regret it.
      She enters a locker room to shower and change and lets me know that she heard their comments. She was already upset she didn't get much success on her mission and on top of that she confesses she has no self-esteem and finds herself skinny and unattractive. I tell her that one day she will be a great looked-after warrior and she will wear really cool vinyl outfits and be the object of fantasy of all those men who now look down on her. She doesn't believe me and she smirks. Then she enters the shower.
      While she is showering, I write an encouraging message to her on the steamy mirror and I go outside.
    2. ToTY: The Trinity Test

      So, I've just taken up ToTY, but since I joined late, I had to move faster than ever. That's why I love WILD, which will allow me to LD more than 1 time a day...
      ...now, let's begin with the dream.
      As I enter the dream, even if I WILDed, I didn't realise it was a dream. I was just floating around in a void... until the dream started to form around me, causing lucidity. While I was gazing at the colors and shapes, there it is. My dream, formed.
      The shapes around me seem futuristic, and my immediate thought is just to to fly. As I was looking around, I see a nuclear power plant, which makes me remember ToTY...
      That means one thing. PORTAL TIME! While in the portal, I can see the dream reforming, and finally, I reach my destination. The nuclear test zone. I immediately thought to ask them to drop the bomb so I could get under it, but they've got ahead of me. The nuclear device was falling, and I couldn't be happier about it...
      The next second, the atomic bomb hit me.. I felt a slight tingle, then a force, a kind of air pressure, pushing me down.. I was able to stand up, but hardly. Fortunately, in 5 seconds it stopped, and everywhere was just white. After 10 second, some gray entered the white, extending, expanding...
      The gray surrounded me, then floated away, making me realize it was just smoke!
      All of the DCs there looked amazed at me as I was walking to them, but while I was waiting to be greeted as a hero, they started to shoot me... which resulted in some old, good, fireballs kicking their asses... after some fighting, my dream started to blur a little, and they actually throwed another bomb on top of me, confusing me even more... I began to hear a faint BEEEP which got louder and louder until
      I woke up, because of my alarm... Sadly, this wasn't a WILD, but at least I did one of the ToTY taks...

    3. Surviving the First Atomic Bomb

      Got the first part of the TotY done! Hopefully I can push through and finish all of them this year

      I was, once again, snowboarding, only this time it was at my local mountain. I was at the eastern most part of the mountain, which isn't even open yet, and was riding up the chairlift. There was nobody next to me but I was with a big group of friends who were scattered throughout the chairs near me. I got off the lift as usual and started to head towards the park. This time it was different though. There's normally a fence with a small opening you go through, followed by a couple rails, some jumps, a few more rails, and then a steep section with large jumps on top. This time, however, there was a very large grouping of rails right at the top of a hill, and a picnic table off to the left.

      Me and some friends decided we would hit the table first, and headed over to it. I went first and did a simple 50-50 (just riding straight over it) and rode off the end. The rest of my friends did similar stuff and nobody went really big. We stopped right after the feature and started to hike back up so we would have enough speed to hit some of the rails that were in the middle of the trail. It was set up so that, looking downhill from left to right, there was an "S" rail, and two flat rails. Behind those were a cannon box, a butter box, and a flat-down rail between them. At the end of the group was two tire bonks and this red trash can type thing that is actually at the mountain.

      My friends all went before me, and most did 50-50s on the rails to the right. I went down and did a front board around the "S" rail, and a tail press on the butter box, popping off the end. Then I avoided the rest of the features and stopped to wait for the others. However, this seemed awefully familiar to me. I thought about it for a second, and I remembered last night's dream at the other mountain where I did tricks that I knew I couldn't do. At this point I realized that I was likely dreaming, but wanted to be sure. I asked my friends to hold up for a bit while I checked something. I took off my gloves and my facemask and did a nose-plug RC. To my suspicions,
      it worked! I could breath in through my nose and was in yet another lucid.

      The first thing that popped into mind was a sex LD, which got me angry due to the fact that I always think of that first. However, I knew I had to stabalize the dream first, so I rubbed my hands together and took in my surroundings. Rubbing your hands works very well when it's cold out and they warmed up very quickly. They felt a bit abrasive but not to the point where it would hurt. After denying my want to have another sex LD, I though of the TotY. This time I remembered that it was 2012 and there were new tasks. The first one I thought of was beating Neil Armstrong out of the space shuttle, but for some reason I didn't feel like doing that one now. Instead, I picked experiencing the first nuclear bomb detonation.

      Remembering how last dream ended, I kept my eyes open and just snapped my fingers, picturing an empty desert with a small bunker. I also imagined an old, decrepid house in the middle of it like there always is in those old atomic test videos. In an instant I was standing in an old house that looked like it was about to fall down. There was a couch in the room with me, a fireplace, a painting of a nuclear blast (how ironic ) and an old pin-up calendar. I stepped out onto the front porch only to have the sun shine directly into my eyes. Damn, it was bright out! Once my eyes adjusted I looked off into the distance and tried to make out the bunker that I presumed the scientists were in. Once I found it I trained my ear to it, trying to hear what they were saying.

      "Well gentlemen, it looks like this is it. We don't know exactly what's going to happen, but I would suggest praying to your God." Awesome, a new ability, super hearing! I had never done that before. It seemed fitting for them to say that. After all, during the actual testing they didn't know it the explosion would ever stop. They thought it could go on forever, splitting atom after atom, destroying everything in existence! I continued to listen in as they began their countdown. "Launching nuclear missile in T minues 10, 9, 8..." I looked up to the sky, expecting to see something flying towards me. I didn't know what a nuclear blast would feel like, and I was a little worried myself, but I rubbed my hands some more and kept reminding myself, "This is a dream. This will be fun!"

      "5, 4, 3, 2, 1, launch initiated." Here goes! I squinted to try and see around the sun and I noticed a small shadow several thousand feet in the air, hurlting straight towards me. As it got closer, I noticed it was literallty coming at me! I closed my eyes and felt a quick, sharp pain in my forehead. After a few seconds of silence, I opened my eyes to see that the missile was sitting on the ground right in front of me! I wasn't really thinking clearly and just sort of kicked it, trying to get it to do something. Big mistake.

      There was instantly a bright light and I felt very warm. Not hot, but a comfortable warm. I was still in the dream, 100% aware of everything, but was in a massive pile of smoke. I sprinted as fast as I could in one direction until I could see again. After only a short second, I was out of the smoke and was looking back at the explosion. It was a classic mushroom cloud and I noticed that the house I was in was nowhere to be found. I looked to my right and noticed the bunker the scientists had been in. I listened in on them and all I could faintly hear was cheers and a few high fives, as well as some sighs of relief.

      Unfortunately, that blast must've really shooken my dream, because everything was fuzzy. I couldn't really hear specific things and everything was muffled, like I was inside a glass box while everything else continued as normal. Then, suddenly, I felt a massive shaking of the ground. I looked over to where the house had been and noticed a big crack in the ground. WTF? What was in that bomb!? The crack raced towards me and I turned the other way and ran. I don't why I didn't just fly away or teleport, but the crack caught right up with me and split directly beneath me. I pulled a scooby-doo and ran in place for a few seconds before falling down the crevasse. Before I could even get my senses, I felt a massive rush of force go up my legs, along my back and into the back of my head. The next thing I knew,
      I was lying awake in my bed. Just to be safe that I was actually awake and it wasn't a FA I did another RC and checked the clock a few times. Nope, I was awake

      At least I got the first of my TotYs done
    4. A dream, within a dream, within a dream, within a FA!

      This one was looong, and ended with me becoming lucid briefly!

      It all began with some sort of an excursion with school. We were in some kind of an open room, in the side of a mountain. I think I recognise it from a video game I played a long time ago. I was looking over the edge of one of the gardens and accidentally dropped something, a ring? It fell but I knew where it would be. A girl from my school had also dropped something, and so we asked the teacher there if we could go find it. I got delayed by something, I had to talk to them for a long time on some sort of platform before I was able to go down stairs. It took a long time, and I never actually ended up getting the item I dropped.

      Change. I, and four other people are trapped in a facility. There was a lot of the dream I don't remember, something about some sort of red liquid, which foamed up in our mouths. I made a plan to escape and take everyone with me. The whole facility is actually floating, outside the sky is red and cloudy. I remember finding my way into a security tower, which overlooks a landing pad which resembles that of one of the Star Wars movies. I jump out the window and fly away, knowing I'm going to get spotted before I escape. The man who runs the facility sees me and alerts the guards. I see a phone, it looks like the Nokia blackberry copy, on top of some sort of water tank. I know it's the man's. I maneuver to grab it, and I know I'm fading out. I desperately try to read the two messages in his inbox, and try and commit them to memory. I read the first one, but I can't remember what it said.

      Change. I'm in an underground facility, the walls are made of stone. I'm Neo, and I'm with Trinity. I immediately recognise that we're in the plot of a movie. We walk to the end of a small bridge with overlooks blackness. There is a small stone door, on a stone ledge, small enough to crawl through. On it are the letters 'SMDSI May Live', or something similar to that. I immediately remembered that it is a movie, and told Trinity that it is the title, 'She Must Die So That I May Live' I told her to wait in the lobby, and turned the other way. I felt horrible.

      Change. I think I must have had an FA in which I got up and went to the toilet. It's either early morning or late afternoon, and overcast, because there is a soft grey glow coming in through the window. I look up in the mirror, the bathroom light isn't on and the only light is that which comes through the window. Oh goodness, not again. My mouth was full of the red foam from one of the earlier dreams, and it was blocking off my hearing. I tried to spit out as much as I could, it made my hearing come back buy my mouth still felt full. I look up. What the!? I had hair which went down to my shoulders, and my face looked like that of a woman. Since when was my hair this long, I don't remember! I did the nose check RC, and could breath in.
      It took a second to click, but I was dreaming! I looked into the mirror, and morphed my looks back to normal, my hair shrank back to it's regular length, and my face morphed back to it's regular shape. I got excited, and tried to stabilise the dream. I yelled at the dream telling it to stabilise, and remembered to use my senses. I rubbed my hands together and looked at the kitchen. The light was on, an older style bulb. I knew to take note of my environment and I looked at the light, it was in a chandelier, which was actually made of a glass floral punch bowl we own, but warped slightly. The kitchen was also bigger than it is in waking life. I wasn't controlling my breathing, I was still too excited.

      I wake up in bed, in full SP and try to re-enter, but my mind is too active. I'll get it soon.

      Notes:
      I have no idea where this dream came from! It was very long and extremely clear.

      I was in the food court of some mall. It was a larger room with normal-height ceilings, and was lit well. There were a few nice half-walls to divide up the room into smaller sections, which were then filled with square tables and chairs. The tables were fastened to the ground through thicker poles like in some restaurants, and the chairs were just the regular kind, like something you'd find in a cafeteria.

      There were restaurants lining the walls, and I was situated in front of one of them. It was a fast food type of restaurant with lots of signs and menus against the back wall, and the counter was a few inches lower than it should have been. There were four women standing behind the counter; all four of them were dressed in a pale red t-shirt, and had a navy apron on. They also wore navy visors. One woman had blonde hair in a hairtie, and another had brown hair down to her shoulders. The other two had black hair - one's was straight, and the other's was curly. They looked between the ages of thirty and forty.

      I became lucid when I looked at them, shouting "woohoo!" before calming down. I was lucid enough to be careful of overexcitement, even though I've never woken up from it before. Unfortunately, having forgotten about my current dream goal, I decided to mess around with the dream characters in the food court. I walked up to the counter of the restaurant with the four women and asked them, "how many of there are you?" as if I was very surprised, hoping to get an interesting response.

      "I'm one," the first one said.
      "I'm two," the second one said.
      "I'm three," the third one said.
      The fourth lady didn't answer, but instead a voice from inside the restaurant somewhere said, echoingly and omnipresently, "I'm six."

      I raised my eyebrows and walked away, a bit humored.

      Then, I began to walk towards a woman that was sitting down at a two-chair table by herself. She had dirty-blonde hair down to her shoulders, and was wearing a light pink cashmere sweater, with sleeves that stopped at her arms. I leaned over, putting my elbows on the table, and held an imaginary microphone in my right hand, holding it out to her.

      "You're not real."
      "I know." The DC shrugged it off.
      "What's it like to be a dream character?"
      "It feels real to me."

      "Great answer!" I exclaimed, though I was admittedly a bit disappointed in the reply.

      I walked away, down the food court and past other restaurants and tables, and exited it, as if it were a store. I emerged into the atrium of a mall, and apparently I was on the second floor. There was a big hole in the middle, with the entrances to stores on the sides, like in some mall setups. There was a rather flat escalator leading down to the first floor, not as angled as a normal one. It was probably only at a 20 degree angle to the ground. I walked towards it and superjumped down, taking two jumps to get almost to the bottom. I then walked off the escalator, which turned out to not be moving. None of the DCs walking around the mall noticed.


      I'd now lost my lucidity. About ten feet across from the escalator I'd just came down on, there was another escalator leading back up to the second floor. I ran up it, exerting hardly any energy to do so even though it wasn't moving either, and on this side of the mall the floor was flatter pink carpet - I was in the children's clothing section. I saw a 7- or 8-year old girl walking around with her father, but I ignored it.

      The dream skipped, and now I found myself in the changeroom waiting area of the same section of the mall. This room was small, about five feet by five feet, and there was only one door leading to an actual changeroom. The walls were white. I was sitting on a lighter wooden bench; my dad was beside me. I became vaguely aware that I was dreaming so I got up, turned away from my dad (who was talking about something nonsensical), and told him to be quiet.

      "So, the train is in the park," he said, and laughed loudly.
      "Shut up!" I told him angrily.

      I was trying to turn him into a plate of cookies, but his noise-making was ruining the effect.

      After telling him to close his mouth a billion times, I got fed up. I groaned and looked at him, rolling my eyes in the process. "You suck."


      The dream skipped again, and now I was outside, the time of day probably being in the afternoon. I was in a city, on a smaller grassy hill. There were normal, taller city buildings around me - apartments, condos, and nice large houses. At the bottom of the hill, which wasn't that steep, there was a relatively large burrow made of grey brick and stone. There was grass, some street lights, and a sidewalk on top of it. The entrance to the burrow was low and only two or three feet high, which made me a bit uncertain about going into it. I looked past the burrow, towards my left, and my gaze caught The Matrix's Morpheus and Trinity on a balcony of an apartment complex. The building was rectangular and rather normal looking, if such a thing existed in a dream. Trinity walked into the sliding doors of the apartment, but Morpheus spoke.

      "Where are we going to meet?" he called.
      "Under here," I said, continuing to look at him.
      "Understreet, or underburrow?"

      (There's no such thing as understreet or underburrow!)

      "Under this burrow, dipshit."

      I then proceeded to look away and bring my attention back to the burrow. I walked to the right and went down the hill a few paces, realizing there was a much larger entrance. I went inside and it was pretty dark, but the floor and walls of the cave (which were made of huge chunks of shiny, wet grey rock) reflected some light from the end of the burrow. It was more like a tunnel than anything else, yet it was only seven or eight feet long. There were some Korean or Chinese students in blue jeans and t-shirts who were taking pictures with Kodak cameras, but I walked past them and emerged from the burrow.

      It was now night, and I had walked out onto a beach. The sand wasn't hilly, but pretty flat, and felt soft under my feet. At this time, I wasn't sure if I was wearing socks or shoes but I didn't care. I walked down the empty shore (except for the water and sand) for a little while and then came across a forty-foot high cliff made of dark brown rock. I stopped and looked out at the water, and then the moon, which was relatively glazed-over and hazy. The sky was dark navy with grey patches, as if there were low-hanging clouds.

      I heard someone walking up to me. I looked and saw a small Asian girl, probably around the age of six or seven, coming towards me. She was wearing a plain, sleeveless, yellow-beige dress with accents of white half-circles lining the bottom of it. She held out a rounded rectangular bar of light pink soap, and I took it. It didn't feel slippery or, really, like soap. It just felt like a smooth stone, but not as heavy.
