dream fragment

- I was with four people in a little village and it was nighttime. It was sort of like a video game but wasn't. They were teaching me about it. They told me that if I closed my eyes I could get to a different version of the place. I closed my eyes and saw faint outlines of another little village, and when I opened my eyes the people were gone. I was confused, but closed my eyes and tried again. This time I focused on the image behind my eyes, and suddenly found myself inside it. When I closed my eyes there, I saw the original place faintly. In the new place it was daytime. I saw my four friends standing there and they congratulated me on figuring it out. They seemed to be glowing slightly.

This new land was amazing. Everything was very bright, the sun was shining and everything seemed to have a golden glow to it. All the colours were really bright. It looked a bit like some sort of friendly town in a game or a cartoon. It had brightly coloured puffy houses, yellowy cobblestone roads and lots of trees and flowers. The general look of the buildings and colour scheme and stuff reminds me of a picture I drew the other day, to give you an idea. I walked over to my right onto some grass and saw a little black and white cat sitting on the step of a huge lilac mansion. I approached the cat and said "hi!" as I reached down to pet her. To my surprise, she responded, "hi". xD I understood that the animals there were capable of speaking English, but most of them didn't very often. I went back to my left a bit and saw what looked like a really big guinea pig with a pink heart on its chest sitting in the shade of a tree. I approached her too, but she ran away. I did coax her out eventually and pet her a bit too.

All the trees were full of really delicious bright fruit. I walked through the town with my friends just looking at everything and knowing I could come back whenever I wanted. There was sort of a set path through the town and you would exit at the end. When I got to the end, there was a small waterfall in a really lush forest area with a cherry tree nearby. I ate a few cherries then went into the waterfall and went back into the normal world. My friends were waiting for me there. When I told them about the delicious cherries, they laughed and said everyone said that.

I'm sure I was with N at some point as well, because I remember thinking it was odd but nice that we were only apart for 2 weeks. I knew it was a dream in the back of my mind and was a bit sad, but decided to just focus on enjoying it and keeping it stable. I seem to remember feeling a black and white couch but I don't know where. I felt like it was going to be a really long dream. I only thought about this for a little bit though, most of it wasn't lucid. At one point also I waited for something longer than necessary, and then got a bit annoyed because it was a waste of dream time.

After I got out I remember hanging out with my friends (I don't actually know who they were) and there was this other guy talking to one of them. He was asking, "is there a train in the land? is there a choo-choo?" and my friend said there was. Then my friend asked if he had some kind of device, not sure what. The guy hesitated and then said, "my imagination...?" which was what I was just thinking, but then my friend was like "besides that."

I really enjoyed the place in this dream and I hope to revisit it in a lucid dream someday.


- I had another short dream where I was in my house and I saw a small creature dart across the living room floor. My cat went to investigate and so did I. Over by the vent under the window, there were 3 rats trying to hide; one was white and grey, one was light brown, and I think the third was white. They were really cute, and I moved my cat out of the way so she wouldn't hurt them. I was going to try to save them, and I was thinking about how would be best to do it.


- Another tiny fragment where someone like cast a spell on me or something and then was like, "there! now you're a really good singer!" I sang a bit but couldn't hear much difference.


- Also written in my DJ: "also possibly something about a hotel". I don't remember this though.

I remember being in Mrs. R's class and sitting up front.

Something else about some race I was in.

Something else about colliding energy with someone else to make things normal again.

I remember playing this game where I was Scrooge McDuck fighting against some human, and I tried to use the same combos. I also remember some random guy hitting on my sister.

In RL I got sleepy twice, but i never went to sleep like I normally do, maybe my blood levels are finally getting back up to what they're supposed to be.

November 23

The first part of the dream that I can remember started in a bathroom. I was walking into this filthy restroom that was littered with wet paper towels. Everything was damp from god knows what, and although I do not recall the smell, I can imagine that a horrible stench hung in the air. A few other people were with me, but I can't remember who that may have been at this point in the dream. I think that the reason that I was there was because I had to pee (which is interesting, because when I woke up from that dream, I had an overwhelming urge to pee.) and needed to find a suitable place.

This restroom was so disgusting that I decided not to use it. As I turned around, I noticed a table with a black backpack on it. Now at this point I know that there were other people with me, yet I can only remember two of them. One was named Joel and the other was Sam. As I opened the backpack and began looking through, the room I was in changed.

The restroom became a large room, about 50 feet by 50 feet. The floor was literally covered in a layer of discarded clothing. The table still stood, and directly to my right, there was a large wall made of ceiling to floor windows with a door in the middle. People began to come through the door. They were some of Sam's friends. This is when I learned that I was inside of Sam's house.

I continued going through the bag when someone pushed me down to the clothe covered floor. He told me that they were making everyone leave, and to see what was in the bag, I would have to hide. We began covering ourselves in the clothing that surrounded us in an attempt to conceal ourselves from everyone else. When they left, we got up and went back to the table. At this point Joel tried to stop me from going through the backpack, because he thought it was unethical. I brushed him off and kept looking anyways. Inside i found a school issue, yellow TI-84 calculator with the "school property" writing scratched off. I began telling everyone what I found and that this bag potentially belonged to a thief. This is as far a I can remember in that dream. Odd one, it was..

The other night I had a dream about this guy who I believed to be the love of my life (sounds cheesy, I know). I can't remember much of it because I have a terrible memory. About half way through my shift at work I started crying because I started remembering my dream and quickly realised he wasn't real; I'd never find him again.. It was a sad day.

Anyhow, there were three parts of the dream I remember:
1 - He was sitting amongst a group of people in one of those fold up chairs that you would take to the beach or something. He had blondy/brown shaggy hair and although I can't remember his face, boy was he amazing. I remember us just looking at each other and giving small smiles. His brother was in a chair too; he had short black spiky hair. I'm so frustrated I can't remember more..

2 - The second bit I remember is me and my mum sitting in chairs across from him and his brother over a glass table outside. It reminded my of the one at my dads, but it wasn't. We were talking about the gig I'm going to today actually, but in the dream it was coming up. My mum asked if they were playing at the gig and they said they weren't, they were just coming to see. This made sense to me because it's near where we live and heaps of people are coming to it cause it's a really good local line-up. Anyhow, he and his brother were in a band though. It wasn't focused on what type of music or anything, it was just a fact as if it was something I knew for a while.

3 - The last scene I remember, although I know a lot more happened within the dream, was me standing near a bus stop or the side of the road for some unknown reason. It was bright and green and just beautiful. The place reminded me of those American movies in the suburbs where huge green trees line the streets. I can't remember too much of this part cause I'm getting it confused with another. He was there with me and he kissed me. And it was the most amazing first kiss in the world, and just felt natural and not dramatic and stuff.. It was perfect

So, for those of you who care to know, this is why I'm on this site. I want to learn to LD so that I might be able to see him again.. I want to remember what his face looks like, I want that place with him to be an escape.
Call me crazy.

Dream 1: In a car with my girlfriend. It is dark outside -- very dark. She is driving, and I notice her speedometer go from 60 to 80 to 110 to 143. She is going so fast and still we can't see very far, even with her headlights. All of a sudden, a corner comes up, and she screams and turns really fast. We enter the grass, and she tries to turn the car back the other way. It starts to tilt while we slide, and then it begins to roll. As my door is about to hit the ground, I realize the impact would most likely break my neck, and I wake up as the door touches the ground.

Dream 2: just remember being in a school, something to do with some sort of obstacle course or something, and lots of my friends around me. They all seemed to be surprised to see me.

Took a much needed nap late this morning and had this weird dream...

I was sitting in a house that was built on a side of a mountain.. the door that was on the left was open and there was a long set of stone stairs... guess it was for people to enter through the area. The house had these big windows and no curtains. I am sitting there on a cream colored couch and trying to watch was on this old fashion t.v.. had the antennae and everything.

This old man walks in telling me I was living in the middle of a portal as he is talking I am pretty much not paying attention and I see this weird figure coming down the steps outside.. as it came closer it was an Alien and I began to freak out.. there were children in the house and I was trying to grab their attention so they wouldn't get scared at seeing this figure..

It was tall skinny.. the typical grey/green alien the usual depiction of what some consider an alien to look like.. so this creature walks pass the house and towards the far left and I see this mountain with deep oval like holes on the sides of them.. strange to see a rock mountain with such design and this alien went to the 2nd last hole and disappeared..

This man is still talking and I cut him off.. he is wearing a long red robe.. out of no where I have a picture of the mountain in my hands and he points telling me those are different dimensions within the holes.. and the way one can only enter is if they have been through other planets.. as he starts talking which I couldn't make out the rest .. this big headed grey/green alien is coming down the steps again..

Odd

The man tells me to be careful because this alien is able to grab someone to bring into one of the holes.. I am getting nervous freaking out.. and the alien is starting to stare into the house..

The guy starts talking about a flying dragon trapped in the space between our sky and the earth's ozone layer.. how this dragon never lands and travels around none stop.. but how it can swoop down picking up living things..

Next I find myself climbing through one of the holes and looking back at the house on the hill...

Weird.

Clean transition into the dream state, but I'm not sure if everything is truly go time. I arrive in the middle this busy interstate with cars everywhere. Koamea is there, and she's in hurry. She jumped into vehicle, hot wired in a few seconds got out and said "lets go" while hurrying off. "Wait hold up, I don't even know if I'm ready". As soon as I took one step, I woke up.

Dream
I was in college but it was like a primary school because there were little kids and helper there. I went to my teacher and told him that I needed to do some work in my sketchbook. He helped me and I had done 8 pages. As I left I saw a little being stuck-up and rude and what-have-you.

Had a cool dream last night. Posting late so I'll tag it as a fragment.

First I was in an airport, flying somewhere with my mom. I walked through the terminal trying to find the correct gate or plane. I got on this plane going to LA as I thought it was a connecting flight to where we were going.
I then thought, oh no what if I got on the wrong plane! I remember being scared, and wondering if the company would reimburse my ticket when we landed.
Fortunately the plane stopped at another gate after taxi and this led to another plane,I remember being really relieved. I took the exit on the side instead of getting on the real LA plane and saw my mom there waiting.

I'm not sure if this counts a second dream, it felt like a different part to the first one. In this dream I was a jedi, I was actually Anakin Skywalker which I discovered later. I remember one part where I was battling some guys with blasters and was blocking their shots. Then I remember being mad at my mom for some reason and pointed at her angrily with my lightsaber(which was off). She said "Don't put that thing at me!" in a very angry voice.
Later I heard my master was in danger, I kind of made up this situation so this dream was sort-of lucid. As I was running I had a communicator and kept trying to contact Obi-Wan calling out "General Kenobi, General Kenobi!" and finally "MASTER!" because I thought he was in danger or hurt or something.
So I come up to this shallow pond with two kids in the middle, it looked like they were in trouble. As I approach them they say "your master is over there." I turn around and see Obi-Wan in his Jedi robes waving to me. I say "thanks, but I'm gonna help you guys first." They say something like you'll never make that jump, but I use a force jump and grab on a tree and reach the middle of the pond where they are stuck. I grab a hold of them and start swimming back to the shore. Then my alarm clock rings and rudely wakes me up!

To preface this dream it's helpful to know that about a month ago, my good friend and roommate moved out and disappeared without telling anyone where he's going. That comes into play.

I'm at some sort of campus and I'm determined to find my roommate. I first go find his brother and ask him. I ask him what the status of my roommate is, and he replies "deceased". I sit there shocked for a moment and then ask him to elaborate. He tells me that he knows because he hasn't contacted him for a while. I tell him that my roommate hasn't contacted me since he left a month ago.

Eventually I decide to confront his teachers, hoping they might know something. I know that my roommate contacted them just before he left (something to the effect of "I'm not coming back") so maybe they'll know more. I go out on the front yard and all of the teachers are trying to use some sort of pipe to recycle. It's huge, black, and it's taking up the whole front yard. A little investigation reveals that apparently a corporate big-wig has made some sort of policy that the teachers don't like. I help clean up a little bit and go on to find my roommate's teacher. He is apparently that black guy from the Matrix.

I ask him if he knows at all why my roommate left and if he had any information on where he might be. He says that the roommate had increasingly sucky grades and had been planning to move there for some time. I tell him that's impossible because we were very good friends. We get into a bit of an argument. Then I stop because I realize I'm looking at effing Morpheus. And then I'm like "wait, this guy's in the Matrix".

I don't think I realized that I was dreaming, but I did realize that I could do anything I wanted. Possibly a result of the Matrix coming to mind. I don't know. In any case I start flying around. I can only go slow at first, but I start to learn to build up speed. I realize that I can't go too fast because I can't really imagine what flying really fast looks like, and I can't "render" my surroundings fast enough. Flying loses all coolness when you're just in a vague void.

There was a bad guy I shot energy blasts at, and I remember conjuring him from my imagination. Also, I was on a bed with some girl and we were playing a sort of board game. There were two different types of tiles. One required us to fight each other and the other type allowed us to make out. My mom watched, which was weird. Also, I seem to remember something about a Homestuck fan or something?

DJ Log: November 22 2011 – 7:45AM (USA Eastern)

1. I am walking around at the office and hear a strange sound. I walk into our accounting/HR person's office and she has a deer fawn hanging out in there. It comes over to me and tries to climb up and lick my face, just like a dog.

2. I am working in a small room with two other people. We are setting up a bunch of telephones on a relatively small table. I keep saying that there is not enough room for 8 phones on this little table, but one of the other guys insists that it has to be done this way.

3. I wake up and realize that I am still logged into DV chat. I look at the screen and see that several more people are online. GavinGill, Erii, and Saltyseadog are rambling on about things and Seroquel is still online. I look at my desk, but there is no keyboard. Then I *really* wake up to the sound of a phone ringing and go to my computer to find that Seroquel is still online, but the other 3 are not. Also, there was no phone ringing.

I was royalty back in the 1700's when someone cast a spell on me so that I would have no friends.

For real, in waking life I ordered in ear beats by Dre tour earphones off eBay. In the dream, they arrived earlier than the estimated arrival date and so i opened up the package. I remember some sound I kept hearing as I looked at them and stuff. I found that they were super low quality and seemed to be falling apart like clay sort of and the cables extended out of the headphones. I really dont know much more but it was a kind of weird dream but a fragment.
