    1. Dreaming, but not asleep?

      by , 11-06-2010 at 03:14 AM
Yeah, weird as hell being dreaming, but not asleep, or even paralyzed. In fact, I recognised I had slipped into dreaming, but when I did an RC, I did it in real life, waking me up! @_@ Odd.

Shortly after, I had what many would call an 'Out of body experience' and flew around my living room a bit. Having a rather nice throw back as "A small of two pieces" played as well. Lost consciousness after... Sinking into my carpet.

    2. Nov 5 2010 - Running

by , 11-06-2010 at 02:45 AM (Mah Journal)
I was at a big green field, just running in it. It felt so great. So fresh. I felt my muscles working beneath me. I wasn't even getting tired a bit. "This is great, why don't I do this all the time?" I thought (if only running was that easy -.-).

      ---

I was with my mom somewhere, and we had to get home. We waited for a bus. As we got on the bus we took a transfer. It had blue on it. I think we got on the wrong bus or something; I remember watching closely where the bus was taking us.

      ---

I was in my house playing my guitar. LI and I think CH and some others were there. They were playing their cellos and violins and whatnot with me. We were supposed to be playing together or something. We were in my living room. We decided to move to the bed room to start playing. LI wanted to touch my guitar or something, but I didn't want her to and I was getting annoyed.

    3. 11/1 Scamming

      Scamming
      Non-Lucid
I am on a beach in a small bay. Its fairly hot, and extremely sunny. Families with children are scattered about and teens are playing frisbee to my left. To my right is the ocean. Across the bay, there is another beach with more families, and at the top of the beach, there is a small building with large windows, though I can't see into them. Beside the building there is a parking lot with really nice cars.
      Jump
A DC child approaches me, and I ask him what's in that building on the other side of the bay. He tells me the 'Scammers' are on the other side, and that I should go and check it out. I'm wary of these 'Scammers' but go to check it out anyway. I walk down the beach and into the water. There are several families swimming around, I avoid bumping into the playing children, and climb up onto the sand on the other side of they bay. I approach the building and go inside. There are double doors, exactly like one of the side entrances to my old highschool (Another reason to be cautious about this place ) I pass a front desk, which the attendant is either missing or is not paying attention because I am not stopped. I walk down the main hallway and see a large room full of well dressed college age kids listening to someone give some kind of lecture. I slide in the back of the room and sit down to listen for a bit. There are diagrams of robot vacuum cleaners drawn up on a chalkboard, beside the diagrams are paragraphs of information, stats, and features of the individual models. Some kid asks a question about the sensing unit on the vacuum they're talking about, and it had something to do with crystals. [Things get hazy here] There is something later about a pool cleaner robot that looks like a red dragon on wheels with a clear belly where debris is stored and bristles on it's mouth for cleaning corners. I get up and leave the class and begin walking around the halls. There is something going on about a stolen memory chip. I see the person who stole it running down the hall, and around the corner. Following closely behind is 2-3 security guards yelling for him to stop. Somehow he is killed or knocked unconscious, and I am alone in a supply closet or possibly an elevator with his body. I check his pockets and find the memory chip as well as a Walther P.99. I pocket the pistol, but keep the chip in my hand. I wander around looking for the exit, and find a restricted area. Of course I enter the restricted area. I walk down the now narrow corridors watching for security cameras, still holding the stolen chip in my hand, with the pistol now in the other. I come up to a secretary desk, and standing around it is older versions of the college humor staff (LOL) Pat, Amir, Sarah, and Jake are all talking, and greet me when I approach. I notice that Jake has long white hair, and is sitting in a wheelchair. I hear a woman shouting. They're looking for me and the chip again. A DC (A girl I used to work with, Brittany) runs up to me and tells me that I have to hand over the chip. I raise my pistol and put it to the chip. I've got a hostage now. The data on the chip is apparently worth quite a bit to them, so I figure this is a good way to get out. I start walking backwards towards the exit with the chip still held hostage, all the while Brittany is trying to get me to hand it over, walk away, etc. We get outside and stand in the parking lot. Brittany points to a car and offers to do something with it, (Maybe supe it up so I can escape with my life or something like that) if I just hand the chip over. She points to a car that sort of looks like mine, I figure she thinks it is mine, but I tell her that's not even my car. She thinks I'm trying to trick her, but it's really not my car. (It was pretty crappy) I wake up.
    4. My Longest Dream Journal Entry EVER.

by , 11-05-2010 at 10:28 PM (The Lab Notebook)
Awake, Non-lucid, Lucid, [Commentary made while awake]

[I apologize in advance for how much of the page this entry takes up. It was my longest lucid dream to date, though, and I wanted to make the best record of it I could.]

I'm at my old high school, outside the entrance to my mom's old classroom. The open-air entrance on one side of the classroom and the semi-enclosed atrium on the other side are reversed from the sides they're on in real life. I'm listening to an old woman [Betty J.? Aunt Edie? I'm not sure] talk about life. I also remember reading some text about how in the old days, we just lived together with love and respect for one another as a matter of course, without any need for external forces like social programs to manipulate or engineer good feelings between people. [Yep. That sounds like my mind, all right.]

I'm playing PackRat. [Again. I am so sick of dreaming about PackRat, and I know perfectly well that the only way to stop dreaming about it is to stop playing it. That'll happen at the end of this year, I hope.] I discover that the reason an old collection cannot be completed is that they created all the cards, with artwork and everything, but never actually made them available to players.

I'm looking through a rack of envelopes of photo prints, organized by the subject of the photos.

I'm reading a novel on a shiny, black electronic reader. The last page of one chapter has a small illustration of a rolling, bouncing boulder on it
[this illustration is from a particular PackRat card]. The electronic reader has small, rectangular “previous page” and “next page” buttons in the lower right corner. It also has readouts in the lower left corner of the screen that show remaining battery life and how many inches from your eyes the screen is. It says that a distance of at least 9 inches is recommended. I see my reflection in its surface and am surprised to discover that I'm wearing glasses. [I don't wear them in real life, but I might have to, someday.]

I go to say good night to my dad. He shows me that he's discovered a way to screw this cylindrical part onto his guitar so that it still has its protective plastic cover.

WBTB at 3:58 A.M. I stayed up for 10-15 minutes, taking notes on the dreams I recalled so far. Then I listened to the second half of my binaural beats file and continued doing affirmations, this time including remembering to stabilize my dream as one of them. I then spent about 45 minutes being kept awake by my coughing and sneezing, but eventually, I managed to get back to sleep. I think I even experienced sleep paralysis for the first time ever; I remember a moment when it felt like my body was vibrating or shaking really fast.

When I find myself in House #1, I immediately know I'm dreaming. [Since I was lucid from the very beginning and can remember a little bit of the sleep paralysis, I think I may have just performed a successful WILD, even though I didn't originally intend to.] This time, I succeed in remembering to stop and take in the scene before doing anything else, in order to stabilize the dream. Once again, I gaze around in awe of the fact that my mind can create such a detailed and realistic environment. Everything looks real, even though I know it's not. I walk around the house a bit, and when I get to the sinks in the bathroom and kitchen, I look at the faucets and quietly expect them to turn on, and they do, without my touching them. [I think that's pretty cool.]

I go out into the study, which looks pretty much just as it did in reality, except that the space inside it is entirely filled with spiderwebs. I turn back and go back into the house, with spiderwebs sticking all over me. When I come back in, I accidentally let a spider into the house, too. It has a big, nearly spherical body with stripes in two different shades of gray. I squash it while it's walking along the wall in the master bedroom. Then I discover another, even bigger, red spider/crab thing on the carpet, and squash that one, too, saying something about how sorry I am for making a stain on the carpet. [The carpet I squashed the spider into was light brown and semi-shaggy. House #1 never had carpet like that; that's the kind of carpet we have in House #3. I didn't notice this until after I woke up, at which point I found it highly amusing that the details of the carpet had been off in one of my dreams and I hadn't noticed. ]

My mom is there in the house. [I don't really remember the specifics of this part, but] I lie down on the bed in the master bedroom and get under the covers so that my parents won't see that I'm quivering and shaking in the throes of SP. [I don't even know.]

I decide I want to leave the house and go explore other parts of this dream world, but I feel obliged to take leave of my parents first and tell them where I'm going, but I want to keep it a secret from them that I'm dreaming. I say to myself, “If I told them I was going to school, would they believe me? Given the setting, they might.” As I say this, what I have in mind is that I'm going to pretend to be setting out on foot for my junior high school. [Funny; that was the only school I ever took the school bus to. I did walk from my house to the bus stop, though.]

I walk through the side yard toward the front gate. I find my parents in the corner of the yard, where the wall with said gate in it meets the wall of the neighbors' house, doing some kind of yard work. I say, “I'm going to school. Bye, Mom!”

“Bye, (Emiko)!” says my mom, and it sounds exactly the same as it always does when my real mom says it.
[Obviously, an unaltered memory.] “Have a good day!”

“You, too!” I say, or something like it. I walk out through the front gate and down toward the street. The neighborhood seems more spacious and spread-out than it is in reality. Now that no one is looking, I begin flying, taking off from the middle of the street and traveling parallel to it and upward from it at an angle, like an airplane taking off.

As I fly higher into the air, the dream and my dream consciousness start to fade away.
Now, having read the DEILD tutorial, I had some idea of what to do. I lay absolutely still in my bed and concentrated intently on the dream I had just been having, willing myself to start dreaming again. It worked. [First successful DEILD, too! I was really on a roll last night!]

I end up in a group of interconnected, upstairs rooms in a building somewhere. I seem to have flown there. The rooms are white, and there are chairs, upholstered stools, and bookshelves in them. From reading a plaque on a wall near a doorway, I learn that these rooms are reading rooms dedicated to a strange alternate take on Christianity, centered around an alternate set of gospels written by different people. [I didn't recognize it as any sect that exists in real life.] One of the rooms has an analog clock on the wall. It doesn't have numbers, just a circle and two hands, all made of the same rough, gray metal. Even though I already know I'm dreaming, I deliberately look at the clock, glance away, and then look at it again to see if the hands have jumped. The first time I try this, they seem to be in pretty much the same position they were in, so I try again. The second time, they've jumped to a totally different position. I am pleased with myself; again, I was expecting that to happen, so it did.

I leave these rooms and start walking down a flight of stairs. The dream starts to fade again, but again, I manage to stay in it through sheer willpower.

The stairs end in a wide hallway. There is a set of double doors to the right, leading into a room. Judging by the decorations and items outside these doors and inside the room, it looks like there's a wedding going on. Am I the bride? I wonder, but when I enter the large, rectangular room and see the retail-style displays of clothing and stuff, I think, Oh, good. Just a fair, then. I see a real-life friend
[I forget who] to my right, who says to me, “Cute dress, (Emiko)!”

“Thank you!” I answer, even though I think this is an odd thing to say, because all I'm wearing is a damp, clammy black blanket wrapped around me. It feels like it's made of swimsuit material. I continue further into the room, turning to my left and walking that way. I look down and to the left, between two racks of clothing, and see another real-life friend, Eleanor B. She's wearing a royal-blue bridesmaid dress
[the one she was wearing the last time I saw her in real life, which was at the wedding of some mutual friends]. I call her name twice to get her attention. She looks up, sees me, and stands up to talk to me. I come over and talk to her. When I take a closer look at the clothes hanging on the rack we're standing next to, I say something like, “And are these the new Christmas sweatshirts from Target? Cute! I want!” The sweatshirts are white and have patterns on them of snowflakes made up of narrow lines, either in shades of pink or shades of teal. They also have hems and seams in those colors. I take one pink one and one teal one off the rack and carry them with me. They feel soft.

I leave that room and find myself outside. In the distance, I can see big mountains with snow on top of them. I continue exploring and somehow
[I don't remember the exact route I took] make it into an old Japanese temple (or residence, or something). It has a very old, very traditional room with tatami mats on the floor. I pry off each of my sneakers in turn, using the toe of the other foot (suddenly, I'm wearing sneakers, I think). [Yes, I actually thought that while in the dream. Now that I think of it, I think I was suddenly wearing regular clothes, too.] Leaving my sneakers (the exact same ones I have in real life, I note) out in the passageways, I enter the room with the tatami mats and walk around in it. I can feel the mats and my socks under my feet. I say aloud to myself, “Wait – we're allowed to walk around in here? Oh – of course we are; that's what I was expecting.” Yet again, something is so because I expected it to be so. [In all my real-life experience visiting historical tourist sites in Japan, we were never allowed to actually enter the rooms with the tatami; we were only allowed to look into them from the outside. I always wanted to walk around inside them, though, so now, in a dream, I got my wish. Cool.]

Outside of this room are some passageways that are all painted a dusty shade of teal, and have wooden signs hanging in them. I walk around in here for a few minutes. One of the signs says “Telephone,” and indeed, there is a pay telephone on the wall in a wooden box. It looks like an old tourist facility.

One of the doorways within these passageways leads into a spacious, modern restaurant that I recognize as the one inside the onsen
[hot spring] that I visited while I was living in Japan. There are a few people sitting at tables here and there. I walk through the restaurant, looking for one of my real-life friends [I don't remember which one now]. I don't find her there, so I decide to head for the restaurant's exit and go somewhere else.

The way to the exit is through a long passageway with a wall on the right side and an upholstered bench on the left side where guests can sit and wait for tables, which separates the passageway from the rest of the restaurant. There are two people sitting on the bench. As I approach the door, I think, What shall I do next? Task of the Month – cell phone – oh, yeah! For a split second I think of getting out my cell phone to text somebody, but then I remember the new Task of the Month for November. I turn to one of the two DCs sitting on the bench, the one sitting nearest the door, who happens to be a black, pregnant woman. “Hey, can I tell you what I'm thankful for?” I say to her.

“Okay.” She straightens, sitting forward on the edge of the bench, listening to me.

“I'm thankful for my family, and
[something else I can't remember now], and my computer, and for being able to come here!” I say. [Meaning, to the dream world.] Unfortunately, the dream starts to fade again just as I'm finishing my sentence.

FA in which, instead of being me, I'm Cobb. Mal is there when I wake up, the real one.
[They're characters from Inception.] We talk about something, probably the dream I just had. [I don't remember now exactly what it was we talked about, but dude. That was a really weird FA.]

FA in which I count my fingers while they're spread out against the legs of my jeans. When I find I have a sixth finger on my left hand, my reaction is, “Oh, damn. Gosh-darn it!” Apparently, I really want to actually be awake. But I'm still feeling sleepy, so I lie down, sprawling over the sides of the white, wooden bench I'm sitting on.

When I woke up for real, I just lay there for several minutes because my body still felt heavy. I recalled my dream and was pretty impressed.

      --------------------------------

      Side notes:

That was the longest lucid dream I've ever had. I'm also very impressed and pleased with the number of times I succeeded in controlling what happened just by expecting something to happen. I really got the hang of that skill last night. Finally, I'm amazed that I managed to stay lucid for that long, and to force myself to keep dreaming so many times when the dream threatened to end. Wow!

Walking around in some mansion, saw appealing and indulgent person. Later I had to climb through a whole bunch of things before coming upon her again, when she indicated another of her roommates would oblige.

2 nights ago, we were in speed boat fleeing with remains of "bad guy" we had to take care of, after he broke into our house. We wer running from the bad guy yacht in some kind of harbor. I noted shortly before the breaking that the neighbor ha been fixing their screen door (something I need to do after the wind storm) and I felt relieved that it was gettingtKen care of

Dream Spartiate had some came over with some backyard type golf game. He was owning me.

Dream about rejoining the army. SGT R was there, and she wanted to re enlist as infantry. She was talking to one of the female recruiters and said "well how did you end up combat arms". And I pointed out that she was most likely an engineer, and I was right. She then asked me was I still interested in joining. I told them, as long as I got to keep my old job I would do it.

    8. John Lithgow's first lucid, almost beating Vader in a sabre/force duel, shapeshifting into a wasp

      by , 11-05-2010 at 12:39 PM
      non-dream - non-lucid - lucid

05/11/10 The dream starts off with me waking up (FA) with a firm intention on playing World of Warcraft again, so I can get used to the new talent/gear system before the release of cataclysm. When I look at the computer I notice my monitor is standing on the floor. I have some sort of false memory forming that I can't remember the details about, but it makes sense that it should be there. However as I put the monitor on the desk I notice a plant on the desk, this is not unusual, however what is unusual is that it is half of a plant that I have recently moved away from the desk and I actively tell myself “this is not right, you are not supposed to me there” which results in a spurt of semi lucidity that quickly fades. There is something else that I can't remember.

      Skip

I was at the recording of a TV show, reminded me of a Friday night show-type-of-thing. There were 3 people and I only recognised one of them, John Lithgow. He was wearing a big funky looking purple hat that eventually he threw on the floor, proclaiming that the place smelled like shit, his hat caught fire and he stamped it repeatedly, eventually extinguishing the fire only to find the hat covered in turd
(an evolution of the old children prank although I felt like it was done intentionally). We leave the studio and this old woman, John and I go for a walk, it seems really absurd to be holding hands with the woman who is also holding John's hand as you would when taking children out for a walk.

I gradually become lucid during this, and I spend some time just looking at the scenery. When I have had enough I proclaim to the woman that since this is my dream I want to do something else so I take off in flight, but the old woman grab one of my ankles (not sure how, might have been some sort of tentacle, mental or otherwise) and slam me to the ground. I get loose and take off again this time flying backwards to keep an eye on the lady. She doesn't seem like a bad person she just think it rude leaving like that when this is the first time John Lithgow is lucid (WTF!?) in any case I think I ramble something like we need to show him what it is really like so flying might not be a bad idea. I am satisfied that my flying abilities are spot on, no wavering in the power.

I call out “MITZU!” and fly towards the place where the recording of the show took place. I am happy to see that she is in the queue to get in. I land next to her and find her eyes (I have to check that it is really her, still not sure about my abilities calling out for people) sure enough the lovely yellow eyes are looking up into mine and I go to kiss her on the cheek, she turns her head in a similar motion and I end up kissing her mouth instead, it doesn't become awkward, so I just continue to ask “so what are we going to cover today?” and I feel the dream fading and just manage to think “damnit!” before I wake up.

I am in a first person shooter level or something of the like and we are 3 party members, here one is a little boy that can't help himself and is an easy victim (this is important as Darth Vader seems to be drawing power from this person at the crucial time when I am trying to finish him off!) I am running around trying to figure out what is going on until I face Darth Vader with a staff type red light sabre (suppose you could call it a light staff, just doesn't sound right) and I figure out what is going on and turn on my own two (so pleased that I am dual wielding blue and green sabres in my first Jedi themed dream). He kicks the shit out of me the first time. I quickly re-spawn and soon I am facing him again, this time I get him to almost no health in pure sabre combat until both our weapons (both of mine) breaks. Now it comes down to force on force skills. I have a bit of a health advantage as indicated by the bars next to our heads and I manage to catch him in a force choke that takes his bar to completely drained without finishing him off. He catches me in the next and I can see (and sense) that in that particular skill he is stronger than me, however I seem to have a speed advantage and manage to catch him in the next, but it is unstable and his health is increasing. The non-verbally explains that it is because of the boy, either he is drawing life from him directly or my concern for him makes me weak. In any case it is a draw and I just remember feeling anoyed about the boy before I wake up.

I am in a capture the flag type game, and the map is long as hell. This seems not to be a problem as I can transform into a wasp at will. I am heading out on a mission as a wasp and I have to avoid some green clouds in order to not get sick. I manage to do this. I fly to the furthest flag and hide in a corner trying to overtake it, but quickly realise that Mark is in the house next to it also contending it. Damnit, he is a formidable foe! I transform into a wasp and fly into the house and starts flying around him stinging him a couple of times to get him out where I could transform back and surprise him. There seems to be friendliness about the whole game. After having stung him 4 times he taunts me to do it again, I don't dare as I know I don't have many stings left before my sting will be permanently in Mark. I dare not sting. And he starts swinging at me, a lot! I really want to get out of the house so I can transform back, but Mark seems to be blocking the way, damn! I wake up.

Notes: Although I hoped to speak with Mitzu, the themes of the following dreams seem somewhat “guided”. Seeing as shape shifiting isn't my thing and I have never performed a force choke (or wielded a light sabre for that matter) before. In particular I remember the shape shifting as me activating a skill by pressing a mental button, activating it. Recently I was shifting between human forms as well so this might be me learning how to do this, albeit I am not lucid while learning it. This might be a good thing as I have a very limited conscious imagination and hence need my subconscious in control to make it happen (hope that makes sense, it does to me anyhows =P). Also it is nice to notice the scenery checks finaly working for DILDs =) (the plant on my desk)
    9. Manga museum, sports camp

      by , 11-05-2010 at 11:57 AM
      Good morning, everybody.

      Dream #1

I was in a bedroom with a woman who looked like the woman from the band Republica, but with a lot of red-dyed strands in her hair and copper-tan skin. The room was dim, as if lit only by a very small lamp. It was also bare, with only the bed for furniture. The bed had no blankets.

The woman was naked and writhing around on the bed. I got on top of her and had sex with her. We had sex in a couple different positions (although I seem to have finished shamefully quickly).

We lay on the bed. The woman looked at the walls of the room. They were filled with manga sketches that looked professionaly done. The woman either asked me why I liked manga or whether I thought manga was an art. I told her I definitely thought it was an art.

I tried to express how I'd seen comic artists draw, and how that alone would have conviced me. But I was unable to bring out the words to say that. So I told the woman that I'd show her.

We got up (the woman -- and I -- may have remained naked throughout the dream) and walked out of the room. We were in some basement. I knew this basement had been made into a manga museum. It was like the house of which this basement was a part was on a college campus. The house held rooms for students, like the room the woman and I had just been in. And the students had volunteered their rooms while they were away (on vacation) to be exhibit rooms for a temporary manga museum.

The basement was very dark, lit only by a strange, dim, red light. There were four doors for "dorm rooms" on the wall to our left. The room we were in was like a big common area.

I told the woman I'd find her some classic manga and show her why I thought it was art. We went into the door at the farthest end of the room. We went inside.

The room was also dim, barely lit by a red light. The place smelled terrible! I looked around. It looked like a normal college boy's dorm, nothing out of the ordinary. But the smell drove me crazy. So I left. The woman stayed in there, looking through some manga on a thin, tall bookshelf.

I walked a couple rooms down. I may have thought about switching on some lights in the place. But I didn't want anybody outside to know the woman and I were here. I figured if they knew we were here they'd all want to come in. Then the place would get crowded.

I went into another room. This room was supposed to have manga from a very early period. For some reason I kept thinking about Golgo 13. I thought there was something in particular about the brushstrokes in manga that were just perfect. But you'd only know it deeply if you saw someone actually sketching things out (with a pencil?).

I probably spent some time in this other room, looking at manga and individual pages of drawings.

At some point, people started coming down into the manga museum. Morning light may also have started to fill the rooms.

      Dream #2

I was with some group of kids at a sports camp or a summer training vacation. We had been out on a large, grassy field, doing some kind of fun training, possibly with a giant robot of some sort.

We were now all in a bedroom, on a bunk bed. There were a lot of us boys on the top and bottom bunks. We probably weren't sleeping. We were probably just hanging out and goofing off before the next training thing we had to go to.

I lay on the bottom bed. I was a little disappointed by this sports camp. It was all about football, and I was more interested in cross country.

There was a black boy laying just at my head, sideways to me, like we'd form a T. Another black boy hung over the top bunk, talking to the boy on my bunk.

The boy said, "When they got that new cross country coach, things really changed, right? He got some of those kids who were no good at football. Nobody thought football players could run long distance. But he sure showed them.

"Man, it's too bad tou didn't see my last race! I was really proud of myself. When I started, I thought I was gonna get a lousy time. But I got my best time ever!"

Somebody called all us boys out to take a bus to our next training event. So we were getting up. The boy on the top bunk climbed down and walked over to a dresser. I stood up and went to the dresser, too.

I hoped nobody would ask me about my times in cross country. They'd been horrible. I didn't want to actually say my best time out loud and be laughed at. I kept thinking of the time 18:38 in my head, even though I knew that was a faster time than my fastest time.

The boy from the top bunk and I stood before the dresser. I pulled open a drawer. I pulled out my wallet and something like a wadded up sock and a skinny, tall comb.

I regretted that the boy saw me take my stuff out of the drawe. I didn't like people to know where I put my belongings. But I also didn't want people to know that. I wasn't suspicious of anybody. I didn't want them to think I was. But I just had a fear of people knowing where I put my belongings.
    10. 0/3 Wed: Ugh

      Baseball
0551: C. I am playing baseball again after a long time. I start with batting practice and my swing is all wrong. I'm not holding my wrists through the swing. But the coach corrects me and it gets better. Then he instructs me on bunting. I realize I can't run as fast anymore either. The catcher is complaining about catching all day and his knees hurt. Then the coach tries to strike me out with some crazy screwball pitches.

      Disturbing
0728: Ugh. This dream was weird and disturbing and it ruined my whole night. I don't even know how to describe it and I can't recall much detail now. Weird about my family and camping and people dying and accepting death and abused women.

was anxious from previous dream and couldn't sleep and ending up staying awake for hours

      Movie, Cat, Alarm
1231: C. It's a movie with Sara Jessica Parker. She is dating a man and they are staying with his folks. A brick falls in the house and causes a chain reaction which hits the main character in the mouth and knocks out like 10 teeth. I have a false awakening in a bunk bed in the same house as the movie. There is a cat and a mouse and I am trying to keep the cat away. It is very vicious and has very sharp teeth and claws. A false awakening again to my phone alarm reminder to pick up the friend from the airport. But that should be in the evening. Is it really that late? Wake for real.

    11. Dreams From Morning of Nov. 4th

      by , 11-05-2010 at 04:58 AM
I had two dreams, I woke up and remembered one, then fell asleep and had another. They were both Video game dreams

So the first one, I seemed to work for a Video Game company... not sure where the building I was in, was... but whatever. Anyways it seemed to me that we got the case, manual and a short description(Or something) of a game, and then we had to make the game... There was a Star Wars game, and I got bored of working on it, so I moved on to another. More happened... but I forgot... so Thats all I really got.

Second. My cousin wanted to rent video games, and for some reason I didn't want to, and tried to make excuses why we shouldn't. So they wanted to rent a wrestling game, with aliens in it... I searched through all known wrestling games (I had a large book that seemed to outline what games existed...) I found that there were no wrestling games that let you create aliens... there were ones with aliens, bt you couldn't create them... so I figured we shouldn't go. Then later they thought a Hitman game, with co-op. In my dream I remembered all the real Hitman games, and that none have co-op(like in real life) so we shouldn't rent one. That's all I remember though..

    12. Dream of Nov. 2nd

      by , 11-05-2010 at 04:52 AM
I was in a school. I know I was there in another dream, it wasn't a fake memory. I asked my friend if she wanted to hang out after school, I didn't get a response at first. I went into a back room, and came out, I was then mobbed by some people I asked to get out of my way. Then I found my friend who wanted to hang out. I had to go to my house first, on the way we talked:
      "How are you?"
      "Fine"
      "So... see any good movies?"
"I haven't seen many 'popular' movies"
      "So... see any good movies?"
It was snowing out, I slid on the ice once. When we got to my house I go what I needed and left. My friend was concerned that my dog might be too cold, but I said he'd be fine, he wasn't going to be in the basement (He's not allowed) Then we were going to a restaurant called "Coffee and Cigarettes" .. like the movie. Either that or we were going to watch the movie, OR we were talking abut it, when we were talking about movies... could have been all three, but I don't know.

    13. Dreams of Oct. 29th

      by , 11-05-2010 at 04:50 AM
The first was around 6:00. I was setting my short alarm, that I set to try and LD (CrazyInsane Tut). I set it how I normally do, and retired to my bed for the night. I closed my eyes, and opened them, my real alarm was going off. So I was confused at first, because how real my dream was, it seemed as though I got no sleep.
I tried to LD for awhile, but gave up, because it wasn't working, though I believe I know what I need to do now. I was just a bit too awake.

Second dream. I was in some mall type area, there were some students from my school there. I went into a movie store with one of my buddies, and looked around. (This next part was either in this store, or some other store before or after... not sure the order) The back area had some comic books and stuff, and there were comic book news papers. I thought this was kind of cool, but it was like about whats happening in the comic industry, so whatever. There were also some computer games. The sign said there was the original Mafia game, and I thought "Oh yeah, the PC version is supposed to be better.. huh" but Mafia was not there, there were some other games which I do not recall. anyways once I left this store there were some set up things, that had some moves and some, I like, Dungeons and Dragons type action figures, which I brushed off because I thought they were silly. I went across the street type area (I dont believe the mall was indoors, it was like a mall, in the middle of nowhere. I remember falling for some reason. Later, I was in my kitchen, but there was an extra table, and it was in the middle of nowhere. The dream soon became my campaign to make people watch "I'm Not There" I thought "I've only seen the trailer, and it's my second favorite movie!" then I remembered that I had seen the movie multiple times. I remember carrying two very large newspapers, that were rolled up, and on my shoulder, I was walking down a hill. They both had a section on "I'm Not There", I believe they were the same article, just in different parts. These were my propaganda pieces that I would lay down before the people! I left them on a table, still rolled up, but at the right section so everyone could read it. I left once once people started gathering around it. When I came back, the people had left the newspaper, and were talking amongst themselves about something else. They ignored my efforts! Well now there was someone no-one liked, he 'knew everything' . There was pizza, I couldn't find it at first. I needed a plate, the pizza was too hot. I grabbed the jelly blue pizza, rather than the normal, even though I thought it was blue peppers, which grossed me out. I stated how it was like those watermelon sugar-jelly candies, which then someone said "haha, just put it in there" pointing to the candy dish.

Here is the best I could to make the Newspaper that I carried around:

So the middle Image was there. The very top one is as close I could get, she was looking left, and had her hands out holding an award of some kind. and the last one from I'm Not There, I dont know what picture exactly it was, or if it was a real one, but it was one for the movie. close enough. and there was the text, and the giant title.

    14. Nov 4 2010

by , 11-04-2010 at 11:09 PM (Mah Journal)
Finally had some decent recall; my sleep has been really messed up.

I was at the ranch. I was helping out or something, there for some reason. I was inside a building, and watching some people coming in from a ride. I saw JA there and admired her beauty. She was a little stockier than in real life, but she had a clear buckskin coat and gorgeous black mane. There was another horse or two behind her.

Then we started getting this bag full of ragged-looking blankets. There was a baby there or something, and we had to remove the blankets. I wanted to make a joke about how the place could be a daycare, but I held my tongue.

      ---

Had another dream but forgot it now... if i remember I'll post it.

    15. College

      by , 11-04-2010 at 11:02 PM
I had a dream that I went to college at ASU. I enjoyed the freedom and I liked my classes, I remember that I was taking a religion class as my humanities course. I remember wondering why I was at college while I was waiting for a couple of my friends to show me around. Then I found out that my acceptance letter was meant for someone else and I had to go home.
