      MONTULU, THE GREAT DESTROYER OF NOTHING!

      I am Montulu, the Great Destroyer of Nothing. I am a giant monster inside my Temple of Nothing on the Green Moon. I grow a beacon out of my head, a beautiful green and gold light. “I AM THE GREAT MONTULU, DESTROYER OF NOTHING. I SUMMON THEE!”
      I shoot a dark energy beam to earth to draw dreamers to me.
      I see many. I morph into Juargawn, my cat beast self, and am a little angelic and demonic. Atras waves his arms and runs to me. “Hey man. I think I did it? Did I? Is this real? Is this a dream?”
      “What do you think?”
      “Well everything looks real,” he says doing a nose pinch RC.
      “No... wait- I am dreaming. What are you doing in my dream? Is this a shared dream? Is this your dream? Are we in Mexico? Are you an alien? Why do all the people look like animals and aliens and superheroes? Why does that guy look like a talking plant? I am so confused! What is going on? This is amazing! Am a dreaming?” he says looking at his hands. He skin begins to change to a sky blue. “Oh my god!” he disappears.
      Windhover appears standing next to me. We are leaning on staffs looking out at all the people. She is wearing a thick white robe with light green on the inside. She has a white wooden staff with leaves growing out of it. She seems tall and very ancient, like an elf queen that has lived for thousands of years, and has very slow emotional changes.
      “How long do you think it will take, until we realize we are always dreaming, Nomad?”
      “Lifetimes, probably, but at that point, we’ll finally have evolved into full awareness of the fourth and fifth dimensions, and we can exist in all five simultaneously in complete harmony.”
      “Hm.. that makes sense.”
      She suddenly morphs into a tall woman that looks half Asian and half white wearing a business suit. She sits down at a desk and starts drawing. I create some holograms which dance across the desk. “What is that?” I ask.
      “Oh, it’s my visual DJ. I keep this in my dreams to help me remember things I want to draw.”
      “What’s this?” she asks, referring to the holograms.
      “That’s me, that’s MoSh, that’s Raven, that’s you, that’s Xaphor.... look...”
      She looks at the holograms and claps her hands.
      “How silly and amusing!”
      “Oh, pardon me, I said that in Korean, and yet... I perceive you understood me?”
      “Yes.”
      “Really?”
      “That is how things work in dreams. I am allied with an entity that translates all languages. I take the Babelfish from my ear, and it morphs into a fairy. She divides herself in two, one green, and one red. The red one flies to Windhover, and flies around her head.
      “Hello, Fairy! I am waking up. Bye Nomad!”
      I bow to her as she fades.
      Raven flies down on a broom. “Hey Nomad? What are you doing? I was at Hogwarts. My students, some of them have greatly accelerated and are teaching me things. They have learned how to dimensional travel.”
      “That is amazing.”
      “Oh, I went to Denn, kicked some orc ass, then I told them, hey, be cool, why don’t we have some brownies and red wine with the humans and such. I infected them with a love virus. It was awesome.”
      We high five and laugh.
      “So is this shared dream project thing... oh, look at all the dreamers!”
      There are many people below running around like ants. Some are building things, some are battling.
      “Hey, you!” I shout. “All of you!” They look up at me. “You are all dreaming!”
      Most of them do RC’s, and a lot of them wake up. A few of them run up the pyramid. I see Loaf standing in the corner looking up at the sky in silence.
      Atras runs up the pyramid, and speaks to me out of breath.
      “Oh my God, Nomad, I did the go back to bed thing. I re-entered. Did I remember the dream though?”
      “I don’t know. Did you write it down?”
      “No? I don’t know.” Atras smacks his head.
      ‘Why don’t you relax and enjoy the dream?”
      Atras sits down and looks at the dreamscape. Flying cars and flying saucers flit about over the jungle canopy as the sun sets on the City of Nowhere.
      “It is pretty amazing,” Atras says.
      I smile and walk to Loaf. “I like this world. The other wold sucks. It’s a piece of shit.”
      “I know how you feel,” I say.
      Raven stands next to us, and we silently share healing energy as the sun goes down, and the earth rises.
    2. Loaf in the Hotel, Computer Files

      Notes:
      This was my first dream with a DV member in it.
      I was in a hotel room. This hotel had high ceilings, at least five or six feet higher than an average ceiling. The room I was in consisted of a flat dark maroon carpet, and beige walls. The door that connected the room to the hallway was centered in the wall, not to the side. On the opposite side of the room were two tall, skinny windows that each had a brown wooden border around them. On either side of the two windows were a bed, and both beds had red duvets and a brown frame, which looked a little old-fashioned. The headboards weren't solid, but instead they were an arc with round carved columns below it.

      There was a mother, a father, and a young girl (probably around the age of three) in the mother's lap. They were in between the two beds, leaning up against them. They were asleep, and then I turned around to see Loaf behind me. He was wearing a pale red sweater (yes, more red), and acting as if it were cold in the room, placing his hands in his jean pockets. All I did was say, "hey," and then left the room. I did this by turning to the right, and, on the wall adjacent to the main door, was a hallway. This darkly-lit hallway was short, only a few feet long, but it led to another room. I walked through and entered the new room; it was half the size of the one I'd left, and only had one bed with the same red duvet.

      I looked at the bed for a while and then heard someone walking towards me. I spun around to see my sister in a bath towel; apparently she was completely surprised that I was in the room. "Sorry!" I exclaimed, and the dream skipped to a new setting.

      I was in my basement. My basement, in the dream, consisted of a light gray Berber carpet and was pretty large. There was an entertainment center but I paid little attention to it, because I was sitting on a swivel chair, at a computer desk, and looking at the computer screen. It was solid blue at first, the backlight making it appear brighter, and then my account popped up on the screen. There was a folder opened up, windows-style because that was my operating system, and the files were listed alphabetically in the same typefont and size they'd be in real life. I saw that there were a few of my own files, but most of them were titled something like the following:

      I distinctly recall seeing the phrase "Best Buy" in the file names, as well as other real companies, but I can't remember those. I deleted the files and then closed the folder. When I got the feeling that they weren't completely deleted, I opened it up again with a single click of the mouse in the middle of the screen. There was now a sidebar on the right-hand side, along with all the files I'd just deleted, back in the folder. On the sidebar, there was a screened-out folder icon and a file name centered below it. Underneath that, it read something like "do you wish to permanently delete this file?"

      I clicked "yes", because that was the only option.

      I am standing on a hill, and teaching Loaf how to summon. He summons DC dinosaurs which look like the one on my didjeridoo. He then summons lightning to destroy one, but it only slows it down. He is annoyed, and I chuckle.

    5. Interview With Vampire Loaf

      I have my own talk show. I am in my Vampire Form. It's set up like Oprah.

      Loaf is my guest for the show. He is also a vampire. I am wearing a nice black suit with no tie, and have jet black long straight hair with a violet tint to my pale skin. Loaf has short straight dark brown hair with red streaks in it, and his eyes are red. He is wearing a red cape and has a red weapon in his hand.

      Nomad: Welcome Loaf to the show.

      Yaay!

      N: Ok, well you can put down your weapon, Mr. Loaf.

      (nervous laughter)

      N: So, Mr. Loaf, what kind of vampire are you?

      L: I am a Red Vampire, which means I feed off of red energy. It's mainly anger, rage, things like that, but it could be blood.

      N: Interesting.

      L: I like sentience. It's delicious.

      N: Uh... Okay.

      Loaf looks at me and grins hungrily.

      L: I see you are a dark energy vampire. You feed off of darkness.

      N: Yes.

      L: Why don't you give me some energy!

      Loaf leaps upon me, trying to get at my neck. I try to toss him away. He bites my arm. I get enraged.

      L: Mmf... that's it. Red energy.

      I calm myself, and flick him off.

      L: That was all I needed.

      We return to our chairs. The audience is mortified. I slowly bleed dark energy out of Loaf throughout the duration of the interview through eye contact.

      N: Alright. So, tell me more about the different types of vampires.

      L: Well, there are vampires that desire each type of energy, light, dark, red, green, blue, anything. Ones such as green vampires you would probably describe as elves or maybe parasitic plants, but they all feed off of green energy. The power of vampires comes from pull, or gravity attacks. Vampires will drain your energy, then use it against you. We can also get energy from other sources, so sentience-draining is unnecessary.

      N: So, tell me what you are doing here...

      (A viewscreen pops up)

      L: Well, this is my regular dream self sitting at school, blah blah blah... And look, there's me, the vampire aspect... creeping into regular Loaf.... haha... oh, look, now Loaf is a vampire. Time to kick ass and drink blood. HAHAHA

      Loaf starts kicking the ass of some weird teacher-demon and a security guard-demon.

      Well, that's our show...

      The audience apparently ran out. The crew claps hollowly.

      AW SHUT UP.

      NOTES

      Raven and I meet up at the base of the Tower near the entrance to BanYanLand.

      Along the way, a bunch of other dreamers appear: MoSh, Loaf, Tigress, mowglycdb, and Walms. Mosh is wearing a white robe with a hood and green trim. His eye are two green gems. I ask him why he's wearing the robe.

      He grins at me: I AM A SPACE DRUID. His eyes sparkle, and lightning crackles across his teeth when he says it.

      ok.. these are supposed to be notes.

      We meet Bobby AKA DJ Sabertooth, AKA Saber. He is a giant were-saber-toothed tiger in a green smoking jacket. He is smoking a giant joint. We hop in a flying car, and he gives us a tour.

      He talks about the ecology of the place, and how he set up everything to go in circles.

      He says it's a prototype for a self-sustained Tree-House-Farm. Wow! Permaculture.

      EXACTLY.

      There is a silk factory, silkworms... koi... He says the silkworms are weaving dream fabric.

      The place is HUGE.

      One. Giant. Tree.

      We become ant-people and crawl all over the tree.

      Bobby and Raven laugh maniacally. MoSh is confused. Loaf freaks out. Walms doesn't seem to notice. Tigress shrugs. I gnaw at the tree.

      ****

      This dream was so long... I think about an hour... but I don't have time to write it all down.


      08/10/10 The Pod Tree

      Note: I fell asleep with my light / sound machine as I usually do, with the intent to accomplish a couple of goals. My goals included meeting with Nomad on the moon to share some energy with him because he said he has been so worn out lately, MoSh said he would help with this. Second I planned to go and view another dream from the past, another of MoSh's dreams, and then I had plans to locate Blake and maybe have an Oblivion dream with Tigress if I could get that. That seemed like a lot of dreams for one night, but I figured I would just get in what I had time for. I fell asleep and slipped into my WILD…

      I didn't even have to take a look around to realize where I had entered the dream, no hesitation, I headed straight for the front door of MoSh's house and knocked. No one opened the door, but there was a voice behind me, and when I turned I saw MoSh there with Asuka. I asked MoSh if he was lucid, he said he was, I asked if he was going to remember the dream, he said no. Asuka pulled a Gibbs on him (a slap to the back of the head) and told him that he would remember the dream, not an option. I opened a portal to the moon, to get to the BanYan tree near the base of the tower, and it opened. MoSh and I went through the portal, but I was surprised Asuka didn't follow us. The portal closed behind us.

      I followed MoSh over to a tree, a huge tree that was standing at the base of an even bigger tower, I stood there and stared at the tree for a few minutes, It was a huge tree that had numerous pod type structures connected by walkways in the branches, it was a pretty amazing looking tree… I was thinking that would be a cool thing to have in an RPG… a huge tree with all those different pods in it, it looked big enough to be an entire city in the tree. I went over to the tree, I spotted Nomad near the base of it, he was talking to someone that looked a bit familiar… Nomad was talking to someone who appeared to be part human, but mostly tiger… Nomad seemed to be enjoying talking to him, MoSh and I went over to the two of them. Nomad asked if we remembered his cousin, Bobby? Who now goes by Saber? I said I remembered seeing him once before, in a previous dream. I told Nomad I was there to give him some extra energy, MoSh was going to help with that… I saw there was a fox there with us, the fox came over to me and sat there, looking up at me… cute! It made me want to pick up the fox and hug it… So I scooped the fox into my arms… the fox allowed that… and I was petting the fox when MoSh was trying to get my attention, he said if I was through snuggling with Pablo maybe we could do what we came for. Snuggling with Pablo? I looked closer at the fox I was holding… yup. The energy signature was Pablo's… I asked if he was going to share positive energy with Nomad. The fox licked my nose… I set the fox down and then we went ahead and did healing spells to transfer positive energy to Nomad, golden energy formed and filled all of us there… it was a very pleasant energy.

      After sharing energy with Nomad, his cousin, the tiger man, wanted to show off what he had done with the tree, the BanYan tree, which had once been Nomad's moon house and now had reached the scale of a small city. We looked through some of the various chambers inside the pods, and it was really an awesome place… it had everything, pods with various rooms, pods with natural habitats, pods with healing areas, many of the pods were much larger on the inside than they appeared to be from the outside. Some of the pods seemed to be there for production, growing crops of various kinds, some I recognized and many I didn't, pods with various animals and insects that were producing cloths… Saber said they would be sold in the city in the biodome and Nowhere, free, of course. There is no need of money there… MoSh seemed impatient, I thought about that for a bit and I remembered there were events from the past he wanted to take a second look at, so I told Nomad that MoSh and I had something to do, but we, or at least I, would be back to share more energy with him later.
    7. Samael, Serenity, and Loaf

      It's only a bit after 6:30 as I begin typing this, so I suppose I should still be sleeping. I'm just way to amused at the dreams I had to get back to sleep, though.

      1- A Final Deed
      Samael and I are roommates at some apartment. I am not myself; I am an ex-vigilante woman who has been diagnosed with incurable cancer. Samael asks me why I don't help people anymore, and I say that I have lost faith in the world.

      There is a new girl who has moved in next door, and something about her interests me. I suggest to her that she should speak with Samael. The next night, I am sitting on a bench outside our apartment when the new girl and Samael arrive together from a date they just had. I am delighted to see how well they are getting along; they're practically soulmates! I'm glad that I got to do one last good deed before I die.


      2- Annoying Class
      We are supposed to be taking some test, but nobody is following instructions. I am talking to my friend Samantha, but she keeps switching back and forth between herself and Serenity. "Hey, I was reading your dream journal, and we both dreamed about a lemonade stand last night," I say to her. (Actually, I say tennis court to start with, then correct myself and say lemonade stand.)

      "Oh yeah, I read about that."

      "Oh, you did! I remember now that you already commented on it."

      In the middle of our conversation, the teacher comes over and says I need to be checked out by the dentist. They strap me into a chair, give me laughing gas, and perform rather painful tests on me. After it is over, one of Samantha/Serenity's friends is laughing at me, saying that the gas made me act retarded.


      3- A Slice of Loaf
      I tell my brother that I am excited to get home, because my friend Loaf is going to be staying with us for a while. I explain that he just had his tonsils removed, so he probably won't feel much like talking.

      I walk into the front door, and Loaf is laying across my couch eating a bowl of chocolate ice cream. He looks like he's about 15 or 16, possibly older, and he has no hair. My mother has been taking care of him. "Hi Loaf, how are you feeling?"

      "I'm in pain," he says happily.

      "I would imagine so. Did the surgery go well?"

      "It hurt."

      "You mean you could feel it while they were operating on you? Didn't they put you to sleep?"

      "Yeah, but I could still feel it." He explains that while they were operating, he dreamed of a woman stabbing him in the throat.

      My mom begins to as him a lot of questions about lucid dreaming, such as what got him interested to begin with.

      Later, I get attacked by some creatures in a cave, and Loaf rescues me.
    8. #64. College

      I need to get into the Ixburg Apartments. I pull out the screen from a window on the second floor. Before I climb in, I'm distracted by a group of people in the parking lot. I recognize the character from Bum Reviews, but he runs away as soon as he sees me.

      I'm Marty McFly, in a mall, talking to Lorraine, his mom. I'm either in the future or the past, and I consider the fact that my chequing accounts shouldn't be working nearly as well as they are.

      I'm in dorms in a school. I have a top bunk. There's a ventillation shaft leading from above my bed to the library, and I take it there and back a few times in the middle of the night. Someone catches me once, and I look back and see that the tunnel I crawled through was too small to fit a person.

      I wander through the library during the day. I pick up a book and am amused to note that they cited Encyclopedia Dramatica as a reference (I can read in dreams).

      Apparently I've transferred to ACAD in Calgary. I'm mad that I've been put down as a first year, and I realize that I have to do the paperwork to transfer all of my credits from my other school.

      I talk to a guy in the dorms. He introduces himself as Josh or Joshua, and I mention that one of the DV members is named Josh/Joshua. He says that he's actually Loaf (he pronounces it "loof"), isn't that a weird coincidence? Then I run into Serenity and MoSH, as well as another girl I don't recognize.

      Now I'm staying with roommates away from campus, and I have to find the Student Services table so I can change my courses around.

      I'm following a story about two men who were intrepid adventurers in the wilds of Saskatchewan. I float down a cliff, following the story (the DCs can't see me). I realize that I'm dreaming, and I also notice that I'm barefoot. I think that the easiest way to get around that would be to shapeshift into one of the dogs, and I could follow the story better. I trot along the side of the river, trying to catch up to the group, but I notice that the setting is fading into white, and I feel myself starting to wake up.
