I am on my motorbike and am racing against time. /I am with my father and notice that we arenot wearing helmets. I find this a strange occurance and perform a /rc. I realise I am dreaming however the lucidity is low and unstable. I feel a tremendous pull to down "deep within" the dream. something I have never felt in ld before. I then awake. recall and fall back to sleep. Starting out with a small low level ld this early into the game is inspiring and lets me know that I will be able to pick it back up again with no hassle. The pull was a very strange sensation, one that I have not felt before. it was if I were being pulled right in the very essence of the dream it self, not down as such more within. this also felt very natural like it is something that I should know about and follow, however I awoke. Could this be a new level that I have not seen before? or was it something as simple as my body waking up and my dream making sense of the sensations. we all know how quickly the outside world can impose on the dream.
My son is headed to camp this summer with the scouts and I've decided to accompany them on the bus. I know I don't have enough money to actually participate in the camp but I felt like I should come along just the same. The bus arrives in camp and a sharply-dressed staffer boards the bus to give us the orientation directions. After pointing us in the right direction we all head towards the barracks that will be our home for the next 11 days. I must admit I'm fairly upset that my son has brought a huge radio with him and I'm chastising him since I know it won't receive anything anyway. Besides, we're in the woods and I'm sure people would prefer to hear the sounds of nature versus the boombox he is toting around. Of course, my son protests, and I decide to back off as we enter the main room of the common area. Immediately I realize how weird it will be to have co-ed sleeping quarters but in all honesty that's not important right now. I see that another parent is there with her son and she is getting him ready for his ceremonial swearing-in as the leader of the contingent. I know he's not ready for the position and isn't up for the responsibility but I keep these thoughts to myself. Turning around in the cramped cabin I find my son has placed his radio on a nearby dresser and has turned on the music. To my surprise it is picking up radio stations just fine, but even more surprising is the TV I see mounted to the wall as I look up. I can't believe that we're in this remote location and the camp has hi-def TV. My son starts eating a bag of chips and unloading his stuff from his pack. I call him into the hallway and I'm fed up with his constant eating so I start yelling at him though I'm not really upset so I lower my voice and begin talking to him in a more conversational tone. It's good that I did lower my voice as the raised tones caught the attention of the camp scout-leader and he looked worried. My attention returns to my son and then pauses as he turns to ask some of the scouts entering the room about their snacks, bags of chips and goodies that are loaded up by the armful. "We actually got there at just the right time, "says Kevin, one of the taller and older scouts. "The line was empty when we got there but by the time we were leaving there were fifty people lining up. I'd suggest getting your snacks now while they still have some." I look at my son, knowing he can probably wait, but then I think better of it and just encourage him to head up and get his shacks now. He heads out of the room and I decide to follow him. The main area of the camp is slightly muddy from recent rains and hundreds of pairs of boots tromping through the square. The mud continues up the steep hill that leads to where the scouts are all headed to get their snacks. The hill is grassy and has clearly benefited from recent rains but the boots of the scouts have turned the trail into a slippery and muddy path, despite many flat steps cut into the hill to prevent erosion. I'm especially impressed with how green this part of New Mexico looks and how nice the air is and I'm glad we're far away in a remote area of the state, distant from all the cities and urban areas that plague our home. My thought is barely finished when I come to the top of the hill and I see the distant vista of downtown Baja, New Mexico, the largest city in the state. I nearly gasp seeing the tall buildings and sprawling city laid out before me over the next ridge. My son clearly knew more than I did when he decided to bring the radio on this campout. Even more strange than the view is where the path now leads; We're on top of a parking garage, a muddy trail leading from the hill to the far corner of the cement parking lot. In the corner sits an older man and his friend, two chairs and a white plastic cooler their only equipment. I approach as my son finishes his transaction and I get a brief glimpse at their offerings. Cold beverages fill one side of the cooler and various other snacks sit on the ground at their feet, slightly hidden by the open lid of the cooler. I'm a bit put-off by this sight and I had hoped for better from a camp that could afford to put HDTV in the camper's rooms. It's time to head back to camp and I see one of the other scouts from our troop nearby, also ready to head down. "Let's race!" I call to him and the next thing I know we're both racing down the muddy hillside. I can't believe how fast I can go and after taking a particularly large step I know I'm dreaming. I can see that I'm about to land in a rather muddy spot so I pull up my feet and let my momentum carry me a distance of nearly 25 feet beyond the mud, a great moment of control and satisfaction. I want to wrap up the race in a grand way so I turn sideways and slide down the rest of the slippery hill of mud, a feeling of exhilaration that is as close as I can get without flying. Naturally I win the race. Now that I'm at the bottom I start to take a look around and I find the camp actually lies on the edge of a suburban part of Baja, the tree-lined streets almost giving the impression of some small town in Tennessee. Slightly in front of me and to my left is a old, brick firehouse, now abandoned, and a pair of railroad tracks lies between me and the building. A couple of cars navigate the nearby neighborhood streets. I feel so odd having a camp this close to the neighborhoods of the city. To complete the odd scene, a motorized contraption straight out of the late 19th century appears, an oddly-shaped machine with spinning wheels and a sputtering steam-muffler. The conveyance is clearly designed to travel on both train tracks and regular roads, overly-complicated with gears and flywheels that make approaching it seem dangerous. I watch as the machine rides the rails around the building and then enters the road on the far side of the building. I take this as my cue to follow the driver and I suddenly find myself in a Chevy Blazer, an older model that is both cramped and over-powered. My daughter is driving and I know she is planning on passing up the strange contraption we are rapidly approaching. My cousin-in-law leans in behind me to tell me that, "Everything will be okay, we can easily pass the machine. This Blazer has a V8 engine and is more than powerful enough to catch it." We pass up the machine and continue along a road that slopes down towards an intersection ahead, though my daughter shows no sign of slowing. I can see the slightly-obscured stop-sign and I yell at her to stop before we hit something. On cue a man appears running across the road, as far from a crosswalk as he could be, his diagonal path on a clear intersection with ours. I brace myself as we hit the man and he goes spinning up and over the hood, though he shows no real sign of injury and continues on his path. "Okay, " I'm thinking, "that was weird." We turn left at the new road and I realize we're heading deeper into the city of Baja, a place I've never been and I can only vaguely picture on my mental map as in the northern part of New Mexico. I still can't believe how green it is, but even that pales in beauty to the snow-capped mountains I see to my left, illustrating how high up we are in elevation. To my right is a wide meadow that is clearly a park used for sports like Frisbee and impromptu games of touch football. The air is warm, perhaps 60F, but there remains a little snow along the edge of the field. Every part of me is marveling at the beauty of this place and I start considering what it would take to move there from Texas. Sensing my desire to look around and get a feel for the place my daughter stops driving and parks the vehicle right in the middle of the lane, a bit further out from the curb than one would normally park. I watch as she leans out of the door and sprawls out over the pavement, her head in one lane and her left arm stretching out into the next lane of traffic. A car is approaching and I pull her arm back quickly to avoid it being in the way of traffic. My pleas to get up go unheeded and I can't believe she would go to this length just so I can look around at the trees and mountains, a scene I know my mind has created but clearly a place I want to explore. Unfortunately I wake up, remembering a location and experience more pleasant than I could possibly describe.
Dream recall from today's naps. Today is the false awakening day, and also glitch day. Dream 1(fragment): I was playing some video game and there was location in forest. Dream 2(fragment): I was in some dark city place. Dream 3(fragments): I was at different room at home, i was doing some things and then went to sleep. Family was distracting me and i couldn't fall asleep, everyone was moving furniture around and bed was becoming smaller and smaller. Then i went to different room and was doing some other stuff. Then back in bedroom furniture placement was again messed up. I finally went to bed and for some reason i was hoping to meet Chandelier again. And so it happened, there was loud noise for a few seconds, then it repeated again, and again this time with image getting through, and again and then it was here. I was surprised that it worked but then... I wake up in another room, my hands are weird so i am dreaming, but before i can get up, my vision freezes and desyncs from everything else i feel, i am confused. Wake up again, the lights are on, but aren't on, like some kind of lighting glitch? I get up and... Then there are like four more short false awakenings with similar glitches, variations and furniture changes, after that i wake up properly.
Dream recall from today's naps. There was some character selection screen, i was fiddling with settings. There was some reptiloid character face selected and i was able to use points to make custom mask/helmet from tiny pieces in very detail. After some time figuring out stuff, suddenly i start having weird physical sensations, i want to touch something and dream fades from game screen to my room, with dad right in front of me. He's not moving, like a statue and has no eyeballs. I go to balcony and try to run through door. The door becomes elastic and bounces me back, dream destabilizes quickly. I shout some stabilization commands and destabilization instantly stops. Suddenly something grabs me from the back and starts flying back and forth, at first i am confused but then like 'why not' and i start passively controlling movement of it. Shortly we fly a bit too high and go straight through the ceiling... and we are back through the floor in the same room. Shortly dream destabilizes again and i wake up.
05-30-2013 -- [A halfway short but fun one.] Hints of computer gaming, perhaps a little Runescape, and find myself in a cross between the Goodwin's family room and my room at BMs. Having a discussion with some people connected to the game, and notice the decor of the room seems to be BMs sewing room as well as my room, and one of the guys backs into the sewing machine, and it starts to sew up the pants he is wearing, while getting all tangled and mangled. Meanwhile I am sitting there petting a dog? Sheep? It seems to be a cross between a bijon, a greyhound, and a sheep, and I am not sure what it is, but it is friendly, and loves to be petted. BM comes in and says JM loves that thing, whatever it is. He comes wandering through, as well, in a rather curmudgeony mood. As he walks away complaining about things, I realize ... wait a minute. He's dead. He died six or seven years ago, back in ... 2008, was it? I'm dreaming! I decide if I am dreaming, I am not going to let him interfere with me, and I am going to have some fun, so I walk up to BM, drop my pants, and tell her to have at it. She says no, rather angrily. I tell her JM is dead, and remind her he has been for years, but she still refuses. In addition, he comes wandering around again. I stare at him, reminding myself he is dead, and trying to make him disappear, but he just won't vanish, even though he is dead, and finally I get angry, and decide if neither of them are going to cooperate with me, I'm going to go elsewhere and have some fun, dang it! I walk back to my room and start searching for my shoes, and then pull them on. I'm just about finished with that when BM walks in the room, and I think she is going to lecture me or yell at me or something, so I hide under a table, surrounded by a couple of racks of dresses, but it turns out she came into her sewing room just looking for a needle. I accidentally shift the table around a bit and apologize to her about it, and she's cool with it. Seems as long as I am not trying to do anything with her, she is not upset with me. So I walk out of the house, looking for my car. There are probably a couple of dozen cars parked around the house, most of them older models that look quite broken down, and I find I can't really remember what car I am driving now, as I have gone through so many of them, recently. I walk past more and more, some of which I can remember driving in recent dreams, some I can't, but none seem to be currently driveable. I vaguely remember recently driving something in a 40s or 50s roadster with small wheels and a very low profile, from some dream that involved some sort of meeting in the Brookhurst moon park. [No idea if it was a real dream, or just a dream of a dream.] I climb through a sort of cross between a small garage and a sort of storage shed, with more dead, scrapped vehicles, and come out at the next store neighbor's, which seems to be almost a sort of junk yard. As I walk up, the neighbors don'k know me, and are sort of unfriendly. Since they don't know me, they tell me I am probably in the wrong place, and want JMs place ... it's "Over there." with a point back where I came from. I explain I am looking for my car, can't find it, know it has got to be around here some place. Kind of a worn old roadster. "Oops," comes the unapologetic reply, and one of the people leads me over to a large car crusher, which he opens up, and pulls out a large cube of metal. They've crushed my beautiful ... well, my running car! I'm devastated for a few seconds until I remember, it is all a dream, and I decide I can fix this! They just stare in amazement when I tell them this, but I grab the car's mangled bumper and kind of shake it out like you might shake out a wadded up shirt, and the car snaps back to mostly it's old shape, though it is kind of wrinkled. I smooth out some of the wrinkles while talking soothingly to the car, and it is getting in better and better shape. The tires are really mangled, though, have lost all their rubber, and at the moment are tiny, looking like the damaged castors off an old desk chair. I start gently rocking the car back and forth while continuing to mutter smoothly at it, and it starts to kind of regrow the rubber on the tires. The tires are getting fuller and fuller, and even the wheels are getting a little bigger, and soon, instead of looking like chair castors, they are looking more like the wheels from a child's wagon, which are certainly an improvement on where they were. I keep rocking the car, and trying to grow them into something more like what you would see on a 40s or 50s car. Meanwhile, I am kind of stroking the hood, which is a faded, dull black with what seems to be an old, torn decal of Jim Carrey as the Mask, and as I start to gently rub along the hood, both the decal and the paint job are becoming whole and glossy and shiny, then I wake up!
Non-Lucid Lucid I found myself with my mother in Boston. For some reason we decided that it would be a good idea to keep my car in a garage for the night, and I would take the train back to my house in the suburbs. It fastforwarded a bit, and I pulled up to a parking lot that seemed to be in the middle of some place in Texas or Louisiana. It was a really backcountry place, with wooden hand painted signs and ancient gas pumps. It was midnight, so the store was closed, and there was only one cute redhead "working"; after pulling up for service she talked on her cell phone about some gossip for another two or three minutes until I revved my engine. She gave me a dirty look but hung up and we chatted, I dug around my wallet for a tip, handed her three ones, then got out of my car. I decided to take a look around the outside of the shop. I found some old hard bagels that must have been fresh a morning or two before, and the icebox had nothing but cobwebs. I started to get a little suspiscious, and on cue a hick truck filled with a bunch of young guys pulls in and up next to the redhead in my car. I shift uneasily, and then panic when I hear my car accelerate and kick up dust. Two of the guys have taken my car, and the red head and the other two guys are laughing their heads off as they peel out of the "parking lot". I become furious and chase after my car down a dirt road, its nearly pitch black but I sprint after them anyways. Suddenly, I begin to transform into a werewolf, and a grim satisfaction that I will tear them to shreds sets upon me... But then I realize that I this is definitely a dream! I feel the lovely electrical sensation I get, but my vision goes darker and darker. Before I awaken though, an old-school tutorial voice comes on and instructs me to fall backwards and have faith. I do it, and the next thing I know I'm in an upstairs bedroom of a gorgeous house. "Congratulations, you have escaped waking up! Kind of like how this guy escapes!". All of a sudden I become aware of a young man in plaid pajamas, wrapped lazily in masking tape. He tears it off dramatically, tells me we have to leave, and runs downstairs. Everything is incredibly vivid. As we reach the front door I look around. White walls, cathedral ceiling with a chandelier, nice artwork and antiques, and the calm lighting of an overcast morning. He falls to the ground in exhaustion, and says "we've escaped from the bad guys!" To add a plot twist, I pull out a gun and aim it at him, only there is no gun, just my hand pretending to hold one. I try a few moments to conjure one, but I can't - so he looks at me like a crazy person and pushes my hand away. I decide not to waste any time with him, and I can feel my real life arms starting to hurt, so I know I don't have much time. I walk into the main room of the house, adorned with a covered grand piano, more gorgeous furniture, and several windows and sliding doors that illuminate the room naturally. I investigate the piano, and on top is a decadent cake next to a bouquet of white roses. The cake is covered in white frosting, with a little rose pedal on top. I take a bite, and it is the most delicious cake ever (this time with 100% less calories!) It tasted like the most delicious and fresh Twinkie you can imagine, crossbred with a Krispy Kreme donut, and covered with delicious frosting. I took another huge bite and began to laugh at how awesome it was. Then, I realized that the roses were edible too! I bet the whole house was edible infact; however I began to wake up a second time, and decided to wake up peacefully with the best taste ever in my mouth.
Dream recall from today's nap. At one point in dream i was trying to nap but i was getting distracted by family literally interrupting me, i was annoyed and told them to go away then i continued nap, but got this weird sensation of unstability, i took off headphones with binaurals playing and went to balcony, dream faded out.
I have continuously been trying to pull winning lottery numbers from a lucid dream. I can say that I came very close! In my dream I was driving and there was a huge billboard that had the winning lottery numbers displayed on it. As soon as I drove past the billboard I remembered "oh yea, I'm dreaming- I should turn around and be sure to remember those numbers" Only to find that when I turned around, the billboard was plain white and the dream would not show me the numbers again! Oh well.. I'll keep trying
Dream recall from today's nap. Got lucid but waking memory was almost nonexistent. Also dream was pretty long, but i can recall only few fragments. I was near some kind of movie theater. Then later i was at home and there was some stuff going on. The room layout was entirely different and i was watching some movie and was talking with somebody about sleep. Some family members were distracting me and it was getting late, so i went to sleep but couldn't fall asleep, there were also two pretty big cats yawning and i was watching them, thinking that it could help me fall asleep. Next day i was looking around some room and some objects were changing location randomly, especially sconce. At first i was thinking it's just hallucinations but after a while position changes started becoming more noticeable. Shortly i realized that i am dreaming, i walk down the corridor while rubbing hands, dream becomes somewhat more stable. I walk into the room, dad is there. I walk to him and for some reason i have urge to scream at him very loudly. I walk right up to him and scream at him for a good few seconds, it is very loud, haha, and also it echoes through whole building. Satisfied, i walk down another corridor and soon dream fades out. I wake up and look at the time, did i slept for like 20 hours or something? Then i wake up properly.

This was my first EVER dream i Wrote down in my Dream Journal I will be Posting on here Daily... Many Thanks From -TheKindDreamer
Dream 1(fragments): I was at home, but most of the home was like underwater and i could breath underwater freely. The structure was pretty confusing too, like completely different and with alot of height changes and vertical passages. Also it used mostly red color. Dream 2(fragments): I was on some kind of a mission, at some point i was flying through dark elevator shaft and was searching for something at some indoor farm place. Then there was some kind of AI Machine, or something like that. Dream 3: I was at home and i was on PC, i was chatting with OmkAR and some other people about some Beyond Dreaming stuff, and apparently i had some books on that(I am not even into that IWL). While having discussion i was browsing some other forums, and there was some forum with black theme and it was about money, but there was almost none posts because newer forum was opened? Soon i was pretty tired and went to sleep. I woke up and there were like four PCs in my room, and also there was some dude on my PC. I was confused at first but then i started thinking that it's someone from that site. He then started talking with someone over internet and shortly asked me if i am ok, i say yes and he says that means his job is done and he exits the room. Then two radio alarms start singing(I don't even use alarms IWL) and i turn them off. PC randomly shuts down. I stop for a second and think what's going on and what was that all about, and then i realize that i must be dreaming, i look at my hands and there are 6 fingers on my left hand, they are like 'in pairs'. I go to balcony and it's nearly on ground level again. I jump over the railing onto the ground. It seems like outside area is very unusually open and fully asphalted, there are some cars standing or moving around. Shortly i start flying and feel wings, i attempt transformation again but no success. I accidentally close eyes, but decide to keep them closed for a bit to try teleportation, i visualize some place and, i have weird movement feeling but then i wake up twice.
So my wife is 37 weeks and pregnant and apparently very uncomfortable at night time. So when she goes to bed she has been keeping me up for an hour or two lately (note a bit of cold streak). Last night I kept falling asleep and she would wake me, this probably happened 10 times. When you do this it normally puts you in some FAs. So here is how they start. sleep. Laying in bed for 10 minutes and then the light turns on. I look around and can see, but my eyes are closed. I start to open my eyes and think that I will wake up and just go around the room with my eyes closed. After I leave the room I wake up. RC. Back to sleep. I am in a castle. dreaming again. I see some kids playing baseball in the courtyard. I jump down and see an old man teaching them. Old man: you can't just go around doing whatever you want in dreams. Me: yes I can. Old man: these kids are better than you. Me: I can hit any pitch they throw (apparently not very understanding right now) I hit 2/3 pitches and then I grab one of the children (age 1-2) and it is a little boy. Old man: I am better than you. Me: you raise one. I raise the others. Mine will be better. I take off in the air and fly into outer space really quickly. The scenery outside of the castle is all just clouds (unexplored territory on a map. Castle is really freaking huge. Not on earth, but a flat land that goes on really far, even from space I couldn't see the whole planet. Wake up. RC. Back to sleep. I had a few more false awakenings i think. Didn't catch them. I am in the castle again. Aparently I didn't bring the kid with me, but I was infiltrating the old man's castle. Apparently he had been training the kids to be ninjas. I am walking through an arcade and I realize that none of the games are real and I am dreaming. I know that there are about 11 ninjas hiding. I decided to not use dream powers, except foresight. I all of the sudden knew where each of the ninjas were and how they would attack me depending on how I go (read blink for more info). I step across a game and a ninja with two swords attacks. I jump to the side and grab his sword. Twist it around and he loses his hand and head. I drop the sword, I would die with it. Two jump me with curved knives. I ducked and kicked one of them onto the other. Stole one of the knives as he flew over. The two of them got up and attacked me at the same time. I slipped between them and stabbed them both in vital places that would drop them. I kept walking down the hallway to the bathroom. The rest of them were in there. I jumped into the stall and kicked the toilet out. As soon as two jumped in they got blown away by the water shooting out. I grab a bomb out of the dead ninja and drop it back into the pipes. I grab three more ninjas and throw them into the stall. Run out of the bathroom and the dead bodies fly out as I exit around the corner. I then woke up.

Dream recall from today's nap. I am surprised i managed to fall asleep especially with people randomly entering my room and jumping by the room's door, and no i was not dreaming about people jumping by the door(did RC), it's just my family is like that... sometimes... Anyways, i was trying to fall asleep and suddenly somebody enters the room again(HI starts), at first i am like 'Oh come on, not again' but then i get familiar feeling of being in dream, i hear voice and shortly somebody starts trying really hard to wake me up by shaking. I open the eyes and ofcourse nobody's here. Dream seems to be a bit unstable so i rub hands, as i rub them i notice an increasing number of fingers, i think there were 7 or 8 fingers when i stopped rubbing. Dream became more stable, i take off headphones and get up. The room looks a bit different but mostly same except for a few furniture locations. I go towards balcony, door is open. On my way i start barely feeling what seems to be another body, i try to ignore that, but as i reach the doorway i get stuck paralyzed and my feeling of the body gets 'desynced' with how i actually see my dream body. I try rubbing hands, i can still move a bit but lack of sync of what i feel with what i see confuses me, haha. Also i notice that the balcony is completely on ground level and there are people walking and the cityscape does not looks familiar. Shortly dream destabilizes. I wake up in the other room, chandelier is missing lamps, i find it confusing and then i wake up properly.
5/25/13 1. After I am mugged , me, a family friend, my mother, and a guy I do not know wake up. Each of us is in a different location. I am near the man, who is on the floor naked for some reason. Each of us cannot remember much, and we slowly find each other. We begin ranting about May 15. We discover that all of us are talking about the same thing. We go back to my house, and we find a nest of bees. The man does a search and identifies them as bees with hallucinogenic stingers. We conclude that after I was mugged, we went to an event involving May 15. There, we were stung by the bees, tripped out, and forgot everything. It is night, and we are in my house avoiding the bees. I actually go to them and aggravate three of them into stinging me. I do this to have more hallucinations. We sit there and wait until morning and until the high wears off. Then, we call animal control and they confirm this hive of hallucinogenic bees as the last on Earth. They drive away with the intention of safely mating the bees and re-introducing them to the wild. After it is all over and the others leave, I consider doing a reality check because of the situations bizarreness. I do, but it isn't working. I complain to my mother about it. "It's okay; I'm sure you'll be able to figure out this is a dream all by yourself," she said. Satisfied by not allowing my lucidity, she bears a sinister grin. I force my eyes open to wake up.
Date: 24 May Total sleep time: 7 hrs Pre bed: SJW, 100 mg B6 WBTB: 2x200mg peppermint oil tablets Dream quality, lucidity and recall: My dreams were extremely vivid today, I dare say, more vivid that real life. I believe this was the reason why I got a number of lucid moments during the night. While being aware that this is a dream, I continued to engage in the dream, soon losing lucidity. My recall has been rather poor again, which made it harder to figure out how it all happened. Sleep schedule: I had trouble going to bed on time last few nights, but avoided taking sleep aid supps (mel and valerian) for a number of reasons. Messing up my sleep schedule has made me feel very sleepy and possibly affected my recall. Dream zero: lucid, happiness, no other memory Fragment1: some kind of game, rocks, I am walking around Fragment2: my parents at some event Fragment3: FA, in my bed recalling the previous dreams and happy I just had a lucid. I am between dream and waking state and I realize that this review is taking place in my head. I drag myself out of the dream and wake up to dream journal properly. WBTB: upon wake I notice how sleepy I am. I try to recall the lucid, but only remember the feeling and no other details. I hold the memory of Fr1 and fr2 in my mind. I go to take some peppermint tablets, then back to bed. I quickly fall asleep forgetting almost everything. Fragment4: I want to make tea, I am looking at an unused teabag of green tea, which becomes a box, containing two black teas and one green. On the green one is written "blue goddess" and also "hotel memorabilia" Dream5: We are at some party and it is really late. Lucid moment. I meet a classmate that I like and I want to tell him something. (something like shared dreaming attempt residual that I keep on doing in some lucids). I tell him to come with me in the other room for five mins, but he refuses. I am thinking about my dad coming to pick me up when the party is over, etc. Another classmate of mine (f), we talk with her, she is one of my best friends. She shares that she is really unhappy with her life, and so on. Very emotional connection with her irl and dreams. She begins to cry, and I embrace her, we stay like this for a long time. Another friend of mine (f), comes and joins us and three of us are holding hands in some silent act of consolation...Lucid moment. Memory gap. We are arranging to meet at our new dream apartment, which looks really nice. Fragment6: someone has bought a toy, it is a car that behaves like rat because it can climb on the windows Fragment7 DILD: I am in the suburbs, a familiar place but it looks like it is in the past, so I become lucid. Someone is after me, I am running, climbing a fence. . I think I was trying to figure out a way out of the situation, but I cannot remember anything else. Dream8 DILD: I am on the street and see a small boy and his mother. The vividness is incredible. He throws large stones at me, I am worried that he will break my ipod with the stone, but it is ok. He continues throwing stones, while initially concerned about my safety I realize this is a dream, so no need to worry that much. The stones are very colorful, lots of them on the ground. I pick up one and go menacingly to the boy. I can't bring myself to throw one at him, so I decide to threaten him instead. I do so, in pseudo French. It is really hard to express whatever it is that I am trying to say, so I end up making strange words that don't exist. At this point or a bit later I lose my clarity. I go over to his mother and begin apologizing about my French. Dream9 DILD: Family and other relatives are discussing politics, I try to remain impassive. I am indulging in a chocolate cake and then drink some mayo salad that grandma has made. It doesn't taste as usual, and I say it out loud, grandma is a bit offended. Family is leaving somewhere. I am on the bus station in my hometown, cross on red light, and continue on my way to our old home. As I am walking, the dream kind of jumps forward, so I find myself in front of our door. I think to myself "Why did I decide to walk, when I know I could just teleport here?", Hmmm, teleport here? I am aware that this is a dream now. I still want to go in the place so I start unlocking the door. Then suddenly I hear a slightly scary metal sound, like movement of keys. I remind myself not to pay any attention to it, and that it will disappear. Instead it gets louder, comes closer. I concentrate on unlocking the door, but even as I move the key, the door won't open. I begin thinking why is that, the sound is now really close. I decide to face it, and look down the stairs. Pfuu, it is just my dad! He comes and opens the door and we are in! I am in the corridor with dad, it is dark, and kind of...too dimensional. I am talking to him, but it is hard, and my voice sounds really distorted. I try again but the effect is the same. My prospective memory finally activates, recalling the first two of three step task, interact with a DC, ok. Then eat something. I see a small plant in front of me, and think no! I head to the kitchen to look for food. It is dark, the furniture is different and I cannot remember where the fridge is. I finally find it. At that moment dad comes with some strange foamy orange juice cocktail drink. I take it and think for a while whether that counts as eating something, then have a drink. Before I can enjoy any taste, the dream totally falls apart and I am back in my bed. I remain still and wait a bit, but nothing happens, and begin to think too much, so I wake up. Note to self: maybe be a bit more patient next time? Comments: I have been getting more of these lucid moments but I really don't know how to account for them in my private dream count as well as on DV, because they are kind of short and I'm having problems with lucid recall. At the end of the month, I probably will be including a total count, with a reference how many of these are micro-lucids. Before, I counted every lucid I had as plus one, but now I look more at the length and quality. This is getting so confusing. Anyways, I still think it is a very good progress for the past two months. If my dream control ever gets really good, one day I would like to go back and relive those dreams and remember them in full detail.
