Lucidity Dreams Real Life Side Notes Dream Fragments Opinion I know this isn't a dream, but I just wanted to make an entry so I know where I am, chronologically, plus it's good info' for anyone interested..! About a year ago, I'm just guessing though, I heard about an e-book called ' The Phase' by Michael Raduga..! So I found and downloaded it, since then I've read it from cover to cover numerous times..! Now I've tried a couple of his techniques half heartedly, but I've noticed recently that I've been having some minor success..! This book is a wealth of information that would benefit amateurs and pros' alike..! Now my major problem with lucid dreaming is continuity and motivation, I have the need for instant gratification, so when I try at something and fail, I usually give up..! However, saying that, I'm now going to put my utmost effort into getting results from these methods..! The author claims that if followed to the letter, results can be gained from 3 to 5 days, I'm not expecting that, but I'm going to see what I can do..! I truly believe it can be done, despite never having done it, I have however experienced some of the phenomenon associated with getting there, I know I've seen through my closed eyes, I've experienced hyper relaxation, SP and other things and I have no fear of letting go..! It's been suggested recently that I may be afraid of letting go, I actually long for it, maybe that's my problem..! So, I'll keep you all informed within these pages and if you're reading this and you haven't read 'The Phase' yet, it's now available as a free app's for most devices..! Cheers, Nicho..!
Second entry for today. First were 3 dreams from tonight, this is for LUCID Basic TOTM - Microscope Sleep 9:20pm-6:30am 7:25 am - 3x300mg Alpha GPC 8am - 2x4mg pure Galantamine 8am - nap 11:30 - woke up after a long lucid and lots of non-lucids after After falling asleep for a while and imagining my body sitting up or turning, I turned to my left side. I was preparing myself for a task - I wanted to find an airplane, grab a hold of it's wing and fly with it like that, and look into a window, wave to passengers, and even get into a plane. I got into a WILD. TOTM: I'm flying through a building with large rooms and halls. Looks like byzantine style. Lots of arches and arched ceilings, windows without glass. Had a feeling it's some department store situated in historic building. After lots of exploring as I'm flying through a doorway, I see a salesperson and I remember the looking through microsope task. I ask her where does she keeps her microscope. She says right under her desk. We walk over there and she looks for it for a while. It looks different than I expected when she sets it on a desk. She says I need to put my finger into a little hole so the device can collect my DNA. I'm like no way, I'm not doing that. She grabs a needle, pokes her finger with it and literraly pulls out a tiny string of DNA, haha. I look into the microscope, not knowing what to expect. There is just blackness at first, then a black and white face of young Harry Potter appears. I'm like pffft, realy? After thisI get to some house. I'm feeling frisky and I'm following two boys in hope of getting some action. Second scenario with same goal - I'm in some private show rooms, something like a bordello. Someone is trying to talk me into being a performer, but I'm worried I'll be recognized. So they offer to put me into a full body suit with a face mask and all. I agree to that. I don't remember the last non lucids I had before waking up.
I fell asleep at around 12am last night.When I woke up I forgot I wasn't supposed to move or open my eyes though. I still attempted to have the WILD but got impatient from waiting once again. Instead of thinking of the HH I imagined what I want to dream about and felt like I was getting closer to falling asleep. I also repeated over and over that "I'am dreaming" while thinking of my dream guides. First Dream My sister was making macaroni and cheese with rice but I did not want to eat it. She told me to not be so picky and to just eat it. I took a bite and asked her if she was going to have another baby. She said yes and that she hopes its a girl than started talking to me about a receipt of mine. This than led to a scene where a small anime girl was keeping a realistic looking doll and brain washing girls to being her friend in an orphanage. Second Dream I started off non lucid somewhere I don't remember. There I was talking to someone about something. When we exited I ended up in a a world that resembled the plains area of Minecraft with its block like surroundings piled high at certain parts. Except the colors of the sky and blocks were brighter and looked as if they were colored with color pencil. I became lucid at that time and became excited. I made what seemed like a gravity jump and thought "I'm dreaming! Ohhh and this is the Minecraft place that Jade likes to go to". I than made another high yet slow jump downwards after landing on a block because I was on what seemed like a high cliff of blocks. When I landed on the leveled ground I saw dream characters moving from one place to another and decided to follow one. I made another high jump but this time at a fast speed and got close enough to the character. But than the character wanted to attack me because I guess he was in game mode.I looked around until I saw under a piece of land that looked like a arched cliff, there was a river below and a tree bridge in between the left side of the arch cliff and the right.(Sorry its kind of hard to describe it) I was facing the middle direction of the bridge and jumped than flew a bit so I could reach the tree bridge and grabbed onto the arms of the bridge. After climbing up I took note of a dark cyan wooden table that was small and rectangular on the tree bridge. But I couldn't think of how to put it to good use so I just walked a few feet of the tree bridge until I ended up in a building. I was standing on a platform where there was a bright window to my left and stairs on my right leading upstairs and downstairs to a different floor of the building. There I reminded myself not to get side tracked and tried to water bend out of nothing since there was no water around. When I waved my right hand in the air nothing came out."Its not working!" I said worried. I tried again but nothing so I looked around and saw a metal cable hanging from the corner of the wall which put me to plan B. I put my hand in front of the metal cable and moved it slowly closer to me. Than I saw white plugs hanging from it which was perfect. I grabbed the cable and put my hands in front of the plugs, not on it, moving my hand in a motion as if I was telling the electricity to come out and a few yellow sparks appeared. I wanted more to come out though but than in the corner of my eye I saw a girl in a white sleeping gown look at me. I wondered if she was there to distract me or not but decided to just focus on my tasks and she will go away. She than ran away and I looked at the plugs trying to make more electricity come out but I came to a realization that I already did what I had to do even though It wasn't big in size. I than hurried to the white wall which now had no window and put my hand through it."Yes! But I need to do something else now" I said than went through the wall with my whole body and ended up at my house. I was in the bedroom upstairs now laying down on a bed. In my opposite direction there was another bed and my aunt was there talking on the phone with someone about how annoyed she was. After looking in that direction for a bit I noticed that Dawn was now laying on the other side of the bed. He looked like his anime form but was white in outline and kind of faded in a dirty green like color. He started talking to me about his presence and than Eye came in and chimed in on the conversation. I wasn't really paying attention to what he was saying though because I was itching to to do something else for points. However, there was a small problem. When I looked down and under my covers I wasn't wearing any clothes and even though it was a dream I didn't want to walk in front of him naked. I thought about what to do than just decided to get up. When I looked up at Dawn I acknowledged something he said to me with a "Yeah" than got up to see what I could do. I went to a door next to my kitchen and knocked on it to test out going through something again. The third time I put my hand on it, it went through. I could feel a broom inside than pulled my hand outside thinking about how I already did that "Going through object" task. But than just as I was about to turn I thought of Dawn's presence and he pulled me back with his telekinesis and grabbed me.I wondered what he was going to do but he just held me from behind and hugged me tight.(His arms did not look like a white outline/faded dirty green now) Than he walked while hugging me and made my "stay at home clothes" appear on me. I was now wearing a green striped shirt with pajama shorts.He walked me towards the kitchen in the direction I wanted to go in. I opened the fridge(not the freezer part of it) seeing kool aid juice on the top along side some other green looking drinks, the water container and a can. "There's no task that says to drink something" I thought than closed the fridge with Dawn still hugging me from behind. Turning to the counter next to the fridge i saw what looked like a small 8 cm sandwich with italian bread, ham and cheese. There was also crumbs and a small tiny 2cm piece with ham and cheese in it.(Yes, I looked at a ruler to describe it in number xD) "Not my favorite thing to eat but I just need to eat something!" I thought than grabbed the smaller piece and put it in my mouth chewing it quickly and swallowing. "Tastes like a ham and cheese sandwich" I thought than suddenly Dawn turned me in the other direction and hugged me tighter. "Uhhhh....Does he want me to remember this hug or something?" I thought. I waited to see when he would let go and we lasted there for like a minute. "I want to do more but I also want the hug now..." So I stayed there until he walked me back to the room where he ended up throwing me on the bed and jumping on my back and squished me. I felt a bit of pain when he did that and because of him I ended up waking up. An entrepreneur is making the environment very unsustainable, he was supposed to stick to another location and idea but instead he made a kind of recreational zoo. We tried to stop it, it was a bit apocalyptic, we got drinks and everything, but it didn’t feel right. Later in a follow-up dream, I saw how the park was created. Two giants were standing and sweeping the area of hay clean with scythes. One giants was tall and slender, (three humans tall), the other giant was broader and shorter. They also served. Then I was back in school. I was getting a test about a famous musician, violinist, bard of history. I had to read a text, I read it vaguely without grasping it. The first question was about who designed the Eiffel tower. Other answers were more difficult. The teacher left and another student screamed tips and tricks across the classroom, like read the text! So I did, fast reading though, skimming for answers. The bard visited an emperor. Another question was to describe his personality. Very emotionally tempered and who helped him in his travels. When the teacher returned, I had a little discussion with her. Why do we need to know this? Why is this relevant? The usual questions with an imposed curriculum. Before getting my answers I woke up earlier then my alarm was set to.
I was with my girlfriend on a train. We had come a long way to get here, from a different country. The train stopped, and I got out and swept her off her feet, carrying her out of the station and past hordes of couples who's girls would immediately feel less special. Classic. We sat down at a cafe table and some old friends arrived.
Created Tuesday 02 August 2016 Spellbee's Summer Lucid Competition 2016 - Entry 4 Not many things recalled this time. Besides the lone DILD, I only have scraps for a single dream. Of the DILD, I probably would have gotten more done if I didn't try to show off as I did. Darnit. Scrap Group 1 Woke up on the floor of an unknown place. A look at a mirror revealed terrible rashes on my scalp patterned as mattress seams. My brother, Steve, nephew, Arun, and friend, Stan, turn up. A conversation on lucid dreaming and dream control ensues. D'oh! 30 minute WBTB, which instead becomes an hour and fifteen minute long WBTB. Dream 1 - Summer Lucid Competition 2016 - Day 4 Scene 1 - Black Energy Orbs The visuals were clear. I falsely awakened in my room upstairs. On stepping out, I find a surprising figure arriving from the master bedroom: my maternal grandma, who's since passed for several years now. She was wearing a light blue dress with floral patterns. Her presence instantly gives me awareness. I greeted her, but am reluctant to start up a conversation (still reeling back after a previous dream incident). She smiles back. Next, she hands me a plastic bag full of trash and asks me to dispose of it, to which I agree. I then jump right over the low wall and fall all the way downstairs. The dream blurs up, and I lose myself momentarily. When I come to, I'm right back in the second floor. Grandma was still standing around. She asked me to remind mom of some mundane thing (groceries or medicine or something). I nodded, and jump back downstairs again. This time, I slowed my fall, and muttered "deeper" to keep stability and anchor myself, which did the trick. Downstairs. Several figures were around the living room, but I ignored them. As I was making my way out, I thought to summon energy. I tensed my right hand and yelled to do so, but nothing seemed to happen. Tried again, this time keeping my hands out of view and straining myself further. When I looked, I found a reflective black orb of energy floating over my palm. I made it dance around in the air for a while. It rolled off view momentarily, and when I tried bringing it back, it was gone. So, I repeated the trick with both hands. I tossed the spheres, and willed them to orbit around me in a cross pattern to store them for later, but again, once out of sight, they vanished. Ah, well. I go outside to a much different neighborhood. Instead of a housing complex, my home was located directly in a suburban street. Anyway, as I walk around, I see my younger brother, Jonas, driving a convertible version of his vehicle along with several of his friends. He stops to tell me stern news about dad. That dampened the mood. The dialogue drags on a bit until he leaves. As I go on, I find a number of figures gathered around a corner. They were reclining and standing on a few disjointed platforms placed over a shallow, muddy pond far below, all covered by a wide green canopy. Many were Japanese kids (hinted at by their conversation) of highschool age , including an effeminate guy in a pink shirt and several girls. Just realized a storm had commenced. I crept on an isolated platform, only to find it was slippery and dangerously unstable. Around that time, Jonas drove by the area. He momentarily glared at me before driving off. Ah, whatever. To keep from falling, I seated myself crosslegged and floated up towards a railing nearby. I couldn't squeeze between it and the canopy, and so had stop flying to hang on and climb over it instead. Not too clear on much else. A transition afterwards. Scene 2 - Castlevania - The Arcade Game The visuals were slightly blurred. Not too sure where I was. I'd lost awareness by this point. Someone nearby was playing a supposed beat-em-up Castlevania game on an arcade cabinet. This had the protagonist (not clear which one) fighting monsters while on a craggy beach at twilight. He soon fights the boss, Scylla, who appeared quite different. In this rendition, she had the body, arms, and tentacles of a humongous squid/octopus, the many long necks of a hydra, and giant heads of what would otherwise be conventionally attractive women with a variety of hair colors (at least one blonde, one brunette, and one with black hair). To damage her, the hero needed to outlast a tentacle assault until the creature swooped a head down to bite him. The dream faded and ended soon afterwards.

I'm off today so slept 9:20pm - 6:30 am Had 3 distinct dreams. DR1 10:53pm I am in a huge place. It's a shape of a swimming pool, with all corners rounded and it's made from yellow/brow/greenish dirt and sand. Has a feel of foundry or some other place that has huge machinery and railings on the floor, walls and a ceiling and deals with molten metal. Somehow I'm flying near the ceiling, or I'm on some machinery being taken to the other end of this room. Trying to figure out something, how to fit some equipment to the one already there or something like that. DR2 2:57am I'm looking at some emails that were lost till now. They were send in May (I know in a dream it's already August) but they were delivered just now. I'm reading them. One says something about mom of some kids not being comfortable with some social events done on behalf of her kids. 6:30am I'm with a large group of people in New York. They seem to be owners of some grocery store and other ultra rich people. I don't feel right among them, they seem to think I belong there. One older lady speaks to me in Yiddish and I'm thinking now they will realize I'm not one of them. Everybody has a bike now and they give me a different bike. It's ultra slim frame and wheels. They are designed for street races. I'm testing it out as we all start to bike as a group. I'm testing the hand breaks, righ is the back and left is the front brake. I keep my feet down a bit before I sit on the seat to see if it's not too high. We bike through some snow and ice and kids are playing street ice hockey there. Looks like a sports park, because another group of bikers come in opposite direction so I'm not worried that we will disturb the players. I clearly see the snow and ice on the ground and I wonder why, since it's not winter.
02.08.2016 (Non-lucid) NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID I was walking through a forest. I saw a weird kind of moth on a tree. It was actually kinda cute. Then I realized there were hundreds of them everywhere and worms too. They were crawling on me. I tried to run but I couldn't. I had to crawl out of there. They were attracted to a candle I was holding. My mom had a hair hanging device you could use to have any hairstyle you wanted. For some reason I decided to go with long, greasy hair; rockstar-like. I was wakeboarding and a kid was driving the boat. He resembled a cousin of mine. I remembered my dad tellig me not to let him drive the boat. He was gonna crash against some houses so I had to pull as hard as I could on the chord and managed to change the boat's direction. I kept pulling myself closer to the boat to board it and stop it.
02.08.2016 (Non-lucid) NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID I was selected for a bottom tier fighting tournament. It was like a mix of MMA and wrestling, as you could use kicks, punches, and grappling, but if you pinned the opponent you atomatically won. I was put against a 30 something year old who had a limp. I felt bad but I wanted to win. I asked the organizers to let me compete in the top tier as I hold a black belt, but they said it was too late. I was called to the ring. The ring was a huge arena with different rooms. I went into a room that was like a desert. My opponent came in and the fight begun. I took him to the ground easily and thought of pinning him, but then realized that if I scored a shitload of points on him they might let me fight in the top tier. I proceeded to score all kinds of points on him. From jumping knees to the face, side kicks, punches, etc. He couldn't land a single punch as I was way faster than him. The fight ended 120-0, I won, but they still didn't let me fight in the top tier tournament.
02.08.2016Alien Discussion and Movie (Non-lucid) NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID Me and Kate from my physio class were about to watch a movie about aliens. We both agreed that aliens existed and could possibly contact us at some point. However, she held the belief that they would not be friendly towards us, whereas I rationalized that if a being is smart enough to travel across star systems, and possible galaxies, they would probably be smart enough to find a more efficient way to reach their goals through a non-violent way. Kate then used the analogy of Europeans vs Native Americans, and it made a lot of sense that I could be wrong. The movie started, it was about 4 humans stuck in an alien ship. The aliens resembled huge bugs who used plasma rays to kill.
My sleeping schedule was completely reversed and I managed to sleep for twelve hours recalling two dreams with extremely similar themes, however they were not continuations of each other. Outside Thoughts/Side Notes Non-Lucid I was in this world very similar to Borderlands 2, except it was against other people and in this giant world and you had to stay in these checkpoints in a 1v1 for five minutes, whoever was in one for a total of five minutes first won, and I was really bad compared against the other player who was really good at it. Weapons with different abilities were strewn across the map and I started with this weird shotgun that shot acid bullets. I managed to kill him and the gun "leveled up" turning into a normal assault rifle. I also noticed how the opponent seemed to have leveling up guns as well. Every few times you managed to kill the other player, the gun you used to kill would change and in addition everything had low amounts of ammo. At first I was being destroyed and I struggled to find any ammo. I had a couple of weird rocket launchers but since they were all empty there was nothing I could do. I managed to get to a checkpoint but after a minute of being used the checkpoints disappeared. I was at a checkpoint very close to winning and then my opponent came after me. I panicked and next to me was a sniper, I was thinking it wouldn't be good enough to work but it said it had a 5x weapon zoom so I picked it up. It was a sniper without a scope and looked almost identical to the Longbow. (A legendary weapon in Borderlands 2 that I recently farmed to get). I slightly kicked myself for not becoming lucid after seeing this, I had that specific thought in the dream too! Instead it was colored blue and when I fired it, it shot like a rail gun (It fired out this massive burst of electricity extremely similar to The Tempest from COD 3) and one hit the other guy resulting in my victory. I don't recall what happened after that, I'm quite sure that dream had just ended. My other dream seemed to get inspiration from Borderlands 2 as well, since one the classes has an ability that can create a sort of bubble shield. In addition it seemed stylized quite a bit like Overwatch. I was again in a video game setting. I was playing around with my friends and every character could change their weapons and abilities. For fun we did a 1v8. I was up against all eight of them. The battlefield was centered around my house (strangely). As soon as it started I started panicking, the entire other team consisted of a special character that used snipers and turrets. (Inspiration from Borderlands 2 about the assassin and commando?). My class was commando (Which normally uses turrets). They were all lined up trying to snipe me but I managed to dodge them. They then all simultaneously deployed their turrets resulting in a massive wall of bullets. In a last ditch effort I threw down my shield and all of the bullets were blocked. They all tried sniping it desperately but the shield held up without a scratch. (Can't remember what happened immediately after) I managed to avoid all of the bullets being fired at me and killed off a few of the other players. In the end (More lost details) I killed off the entire team resulting in my victory in such an unevenly weighted match. I was quite proud but the other team claimed that it was a fluke and in a rematch they would win. I accepted the challenge happily, except for some reason the game ended up 2v7. The other teammate I had almost instantly died off and I was left alone. I was cornered by one guy with a shotgun so I threw down my shield. He tried to walk through my shield in an attempt to melee attack me to death. I threw down a second shield within the already existing shield to stop him. It was difficult to kill him but I managed to do so even if he brought me to low health. I stayed within my shield for longer until suddenly another guy with a shotgun started attacking my shields by shooting them a ton. I felt confident they would hold up but suddenly they shattered to pieces. I was very close to death but I managed to escape. I decided the shields were now useless, and that instead I would use another ability called Psycho. (This ability is also a ton like Borderland 2’s psycho class.) In the end I switched my shielding ability with it and duel wielded some axes. All remaining six members surrounded me about to kill me, but I used the ability and grew in health, size, and damage. I went on a brutal rampage slicing them apart but sadly it wasn’t enough and the three remaining members of the other team killed me. I'm a bit happy that I was able to recall this much. I can't remember if I had woken up after the second dream kept continuing, but I'm quite confident that the second dream occurred after the first. In addition when I first woke up I wasn't able to recall any dreams but a few hours later in the day something triggered my memory and I suddenly remembered all of these details.
D1- At school im giving extra lessons to some kids. For some reason its to one of the brightest kids but its really simple stuff. I am going through the workbook when a really big hulking kid turns up. He gets really upset and then angry I go up to him and despite some trepidation give him a big hug, this fixes things. [Personal target for competition: Hug a DC ??] WBTB D2- back in dream at school. All the teachers are in trouble so the headteacher tells us all to stand in line and tells us off because weve been naughty. After in the staff room S reminds me of the bad behaviour of a child. Apparently they jabbed me up the bottom with their finger Oo (new one on me ,lol) He carries on lecturing me about being strict with my new class. D3- There is a group of people who have taken on super powers but they are kind of evil They change into looking nasty with a bluey green tinge to their faces. They are rampaging across London. Other groups plan on stopping them. I am telling people that they are not zonbies as they do not know but are people trying to take political control of the country. D4- At my parents house it is night time but they have left an old style big radio with luminace front outside on the garden fence. It is blaring out music and I am worried this will disturb the neighbours. My mother says not to worry the neighbours are either deaf or dead around here. (It has been very noisy here until the early hours but that is normal here in Spain) Indoors there are loads of cats. One that I am supposed to be looking after , I an angry with as I think it has made a mess. It turns out it has had a baby kitten. 2nd WBTB D5- There is a giant either glass with a very wide top, spanning the view or its a fountain as its so massive idk. I remember I need to do my tasks and the first one that comes to mind is summoning a team member, as Elainey mentioned this one saying she doesnt know what anyone looks like. I summon lunagoddess and she appears, all very beautiful with long wavey blond hair, only trouble is my subconscious obviously thinks all goddess are big and she appears in the sky taking up all the room. Her head is above the giant glass thing in the sky. I now wonder what to do, no way am I saying anything is wrong to her. but I have the idea when you summon someone you go on adventures and stuff and shes just this like head in the sky so I try again. This time there are four new lunar goddess all wearing red tops and white shorts but human size so thats good. I then think of another task. For some reason I think the tasks are in my journal, I open my journal and the lines on every other line start peeling off. They curl up like some of the architectual columns in Barcelona. They then float off to become sails on a big galleon floating in the sky. I realise this is part of a power rangers episode and that I am losing lucidity. I think think think for another task. I ask luna goddess what time it is She says time to get new underwear Oo I wake up.

Morning of August 2, 2016. Tuesday. I am one of the main partners of an unknown male (who seems to be in a safari outfit at one point) who has been designing and developing a huge strategy game that is played in a wide area with a number of larger pieces. Its playing field is a little larger than our entire house. There are a number of unusual scenes in this very long dream, most of which I can only summarize parts of here. The game is somewhat like a more complex version of the “Age of Empires” computer game, the only computer game I have played much over the last few years. It features major situations throughout history all occurring in the same time period, it seems. In one scene near the beginning, the man is talking about how the nuclear plants (of about three inches high), one at the base of a miniature mountain, are the only game pieces that cannot be physically destroyed. He demonstrates this fact by throwing a couple “real” grenades onto the playing field, right onto one of the nuclear plant buildings. After this, I look inside one of them and see what seems to be a few horizontal layers of metal, each layer about a quarter of an inch apart. Apparently, this is done because the game’s nuclear plants are somehow “real” and relate to the game’s resources. There is a scene involving seemingly modern British royal guards, and one game character going through a sort of red and white striped toll booth but for people who are walking. This seems to be one of the main features of the game at one point (but features and ideas about the game keep changing, including the layout). In one scene I am holding a couple male characters that are about half the size of a Barbie doll. They seem somewhat lifelike. The situation seems up to me as a leader becomes a slave and a slave becomes a leader - though this seems unexpected on the presumed part of the characters (which at this point may somehow have some sort of sentience). I place the leader in a miniature coffin, though he is not “dead”. This is only for a time. I soon take him out and the game continues, though none of it has any actual continuity. At one point near the end of my dream, I notice that the entire playing field on its perimeter is shaped like a very odd jigsaw puzzle piece, the border having that peculiar jigsaw look all the way around, though the playing field itself is of an odd irregular shape though slightly like the shape of a pistol overall. The jigsaw shape is as such to fit in with the other components and when a person has all of them, they represent the entire world. I think there are possibly five or six main components but possibly a lot of individual add-ons. It would seem that the complete game would take up the area of at least five houses. I remain in a sort of awe about the man’s work.
I remember I was at nondescript beach resort. I was there for some kind of convention for Skyrim there. I remember making a daedric sword out of styrofoam and delivering it to the convention (don't remember where the convention was taking place, but it was this huge building and seeing the inside it looked like a school science fair, except everything was Skyrim themed, obviously.) I was going back to my room when I recognized the dream sign of being at the beach. I went inside of one of the rooms and saw it was much bigger on the inside. There was a hot tub and a swimming pool. There was this rock formation in the swimming pool made out of brown rocks that had water flowing down into the pool from it. The walls of the room were all bamboo and wood. I think the bamboo was alive because there were branches with leaves on them that became the ceiling. Also the only light in the room seemed to be coming from the bottom of the pool. I knelt down by the side of the pool and felt the tiles for some stabilization. I then noticed that I could see my reflection in the water. I somehow got the idea to bring Manei into the dream using my reflection. I tried to focus on changing my reflection into her, and it worked. The reflection solidified and she came up from under the water. She looked a little funny as she retained a few of my dream-selfs facial features, but it was her all right. I remember the two of us stayed in the pool for awhile and we were talking for awhile (twas about something personal that I was meditating on yesterday, for offline DJ only...) I remember she was talking to me about the seven sins and desires, but I remember thinking to myself that I wasn't going to bother "taking that back with me" when I woke up. We tried to make a whirlpool in the hot tub by walking in circles and it worked. We tried going the other way and felt the current push us for a bit, but it stopped. There was some significance to the circular motion of the current we had created. I remember at some point I was asking her if she could touch the bottom of the pool, because I couldn't. I told her that usually she's taller than me and she said she could stand with her head completely out of the water. I remember looking underwater thinking of the dream goal to go underwater and look. (Forgetting that I was supposed to do it in a lake or ocean.) The pool was really boring, it just had a sloped bottom consistent with the surface. It got really deep in one end, I think there was a diving board. I tried to think of dream goals I had set for the competition. I remembered one of them was to build a sand castle. I could go back outside and do that very easily, but for whatever reason I didn't do it. I then thought of the water-bending goal. I tried various hand motions but it didn't seem to affect the water at all. I tried more of a mental focus just moving the water with my mind instead of hand motions. I think I might have stopped all the waves on the surface of the pool, but I didn't ever think that I had really succeeded. I remember asking her for help. She said she would show me waterbending and proceeded to splash me in the face the normal old fashioned way. "That's not waterbending." She proceeded to spit a mouthful of water at me. "That's not waterbending either." (Come on, this was one of the first things you ever taught me.) I began thinking that the dream might be too grounded, too much like reality, and I'm going to need to introduce a fantastical element before I can unlock fantastical powers. I backtracked on my own thought and figured that Manei is a fantastical element, not real in waking life, and she's been right here for like ten minutes. Why isn't it working...? A chubby guy with a big beard came in and said that I had won first place in the skyrim science fair whatever for my styrofoam Daedric sword. He asked if I really made it in 15 minutes. I had only been dreaming for about that long at this point, and through some error of logic I said yes. He said that the Daedric sword was a level 1 sword and the easiest to get in the game but I corrected him saying you can't get one until about level 40. I started talking with the guy about Skyrim but realized I was losing lucidity, so I stopped talking to the guy and he went away. I think I falsely remembered a dream goal to ask a dream character to tell me a joke and wanted to hurry up and do it before the dream ended. I asked Manei to tell a joke. "What planet is the butt of every joke?" She asked it with a big smile like she thought it was gonna be a really good one. "Uranus." (I made that joke up when I was like ten.) "I can't think of any more good jokes, my tummy keeps grumbling. I'm so hungry, I could eat a birthday cake as big as you! The next dream is Bartholomew, i'll eat it there!" I false awakened in the basement of my house. I saw a painting of a giant butterfly on the wall. I closed my eyes and opened them again and the butterfly was real and the painting was blank. It started flying toward me. I thought to myself "It's just a false awakening, don't be tricked by it." I was about to stabilize and keep a good thing going but I lost the dream. and woke up. It was 5:00am. I waited about half an hour for reentry but decided it better to just get out of bed. It seems that I'm not in top condition for lucid dreaming or even recall lately. I recall only a fragment, it was a rainy and dark day. There was something with repairing car and drinking water.
