Lucid Dreams
I woke up and I could see my room through my closed eyelids. I got up and tried to jump through the floor into a void, but my body felt heavy and I was only able to jump halfway through the floor. A dog I live with, a Chihuahua mix, came into the room and dragged me out of the floor. I asked her to give me a massage and she asked me what that was. I said it was where rubbed my body to relax me. The dog took three long strokes with her head against my stomach and I woke up.
DEILD-I woke up from a dream and I tried to make the ocean appear. Instead, grasslands appeared which I was now flying over. I saw a stampede of cattle and heard western music playing. I tried to land by the stampede, but just before I did, I woke up. DILD-I was somewhere where I saw dolphins jumping out of the water. I jumped into the ocean to swim with them. I recalled Sensei's suggestion of stretching my limbs to get on one but I couldn't get it to work. I grabbed the dorsal fins of one of the dolphins and got on its back to ride it. It jumped out of the water and back in. So fun! I jumped out of the water again and stayed in the air for a couple of seconds before I woke up. DILD-I see blackness behind my eyelids. I hear a voiceover say "We are now flying over east Afghanistan". I hear a drum. I am now in a plane which is flying over a beach. "We must crash into the ocean" the voice over says. Yay! I eagerly wait as the plane sharply drops and crashes into the ocean. I make it out somehow and could feel something spiky covering my head which hurts a bit. I try to look for a reflection of some sort to see what it is. In the confusion, I now find myself in the lobby of an airport where I find a reflection near some pay phones. I see my hair is spiky and wet but nothing is on it. I look around and find an attractive young lady, a short blonde. I ask her to give me a massage and she accepts. I turn around and feel her hands rubbing my back. I enjoy this for a bit...it feels nice! I decide I've had enough and try to make out with her. She resists and pushes me away. I decide to let her go and she walks away from me to talk to a couple of other girls. They are not as attractive as they have too much makeup on. I try to transform into a dolphin. I don't make any progress and I wake up.
Managed to get lucid twice this morning. They lasted each about 30 seconds a peace. In one lucid dream, I tried to go outside and split the clouds to get some sunshine going. Unfortunately, dream didn't like it and attempted to attack me with a tornado. Crisis averted. I don't remember how the second attempt went. I got the lucid dreams after doing a DEEP 45 minute meditation during a WBTB period. All I did afterwards was go to sleep and literally just sank into the dream. I felt the dream forming. I said "I am dreaming" to make the images stronger and I was fully immersed. I don't know much about how dreams work but I now see the strong connection between the "Mind's Eye" and dreaming. This is huge for me considering I used to expect the dream to form behind my eye lids and thus focus for hours which no results. Could the next stage of mastery be me mastering the "Mind's Eye"? I am not big on woo spiritually like chakras but I might do some research between The Third Eye, The Mind's Eye and lucid dreaming. And of course, find a way to STAY LUCID LONGER.
Lucid Moment, Non-Lucid Dreams, Thursday, January 19, 2017: I walk across a deck and enter a small one-room shack. Talk urgently with a DC there just before a zombie breaks through the door. As I am attacked by the zombie, I become lucid and immediately wake up. One of those "No, screw this, I'm out." moments. It takes me a long time to fall asleep again. When I finally do, I dream of a blonde girl. She is very nice to me, and I wondered if she could possible become a girlfriend. After waking again, I feel that she could rather have been a dream guide. I dream of a man I admire. He is dying, and very aggravated with the world which failed to accept his vision. I hold him in my arms as he speaks. Then, his condition worsens severely and I wake up. Non-Lucid Dream, Friday, January 20, 2017: Some sort of cross between a shopping mall and a hotel. I meet some family staying there. A number of little adventures, exploring the area. At one point, I ride a bike through the crowded halls/walkways of the complex. Later, see a girl I think I know well, and take note of her shapely body.
20 Jan I find myself on the street with a decent amount of awareness. Hey, finally, I note to myself, I am actually asleep and lucid. I cautiously examine the trash cans and trees in front of me. I know there is no time to lose and I have to get the 3 step tasks going. Step one is telekinesis. I look around for a movable object. There a tire hanging from one tree but it as I try to TK it, it gets larger and larger and actually is now part of a construction and totally unmovable. Okay, let's try something else. I spot couple of leaves on the street which easily move but I am not convinced as it could be the wind. Finally, there's a ball that I tk around for a while. It's a bright sunny day and am in the middle of a small park. I recall I had another brief ld earlier in the night. It's time to get started on the next step of the 3 step task - use a device. Couple of DC boys hold what looks like a mobile, but I find it easier to use mine. I put my hand into my pocket trying to get the phone out. As I do this, I feel my physical eyes move excessively, which make the dream collapse. I believe I am back to my bed and give up (actually it's just the void with only tactile sensations). I have a short FA near a cool pool on a very sunny day and the music is playing "bai zi hua bai zi hua", one of my other goals. I walk around non-lucidly though and soon wake up.
I'm with D and it's night. I'm not sure what triggered my little lucidity but I decided to fly. It only went to be on a not so high altitude. It did not go to well. When I landed back to the ground,D kind of laughed it off. He said "You flew to get there faster!"
Vague dream about pianos. WBTB I become lucid. I yell something inperceptible and wake up.

Today I met my dream guide for the first time. It all happened while I was completing a task: searching for gold in an old house/warehouse. There were two teams and we were competing against each other as to who finds the gold first. I had several people in my team and only one of them survived. Turns out it was my dream guide who chose to stay unnoticed waiting for me to complete the task. At some point during the dream I realized it was not real, and in order for me to complete my task and beat the other team, I should create some sort of a secret door to the gold. The old house looked empty at first and I figured there should be a basement. I decided that the gold is there and I created my secret door in the wall in order to get there. Once the door appeared, the game stopped and we decided to divide the gold equally between the two teams. It was the end, task completed. Once everyone were done wrapping up, my last surviving team mate approached me and told me that I've done well. I saw the clue: the hidden door and used it to achieve my goal. He said that in every dream, there is always a clue that helps us to solve a problem, beat the nightmare or just escape into the next dream. He said that clues are everywhere even when you're running away from someone. It's useful to learn to notice them and use them to your advantage. He was a tall man, in his 30s, with glasses and a thin, big nose. He looked very familiar but I don't think I saw him or knew him in my real life. He looked very smart and had this "mentor" air around him. I felt secure and safe when I was with him. He took my hand and we flew very fast, up and up among the clouds. He said that in my dreams I can travel to, and see any part of the Earth. I imagined beautiful snowy mountains and they appeared below us, majestic and calm in their cold beauty. For some reason I knew it wasn't my imagination. It was a real mountain in some real place on Earth. Realizing that, it came to me that I could see what's happening on Earth, right this moment. I decided to fly down the mountain to its base to see what's happening there. I saw a little northern forest and a mother duck with its babies quietly swimming in the pond. It fascinated me. Once I was done exploring, my Dream Guide took me back to the place where we came from. This time there was a hotel in the place of the warehouse. He told me he wanted to see if I learned my lesson. I found myself inside the hotel and someone was chasing me. Remembering his words, I started looking for clues. There was an odd object at the end of the hotel hall that showed me to go right. I turned and saw a table full of snacks like chocolates and doughnuts. I decided that doughnuts were poisoned and tricked my enemy to eat it. Once he was dead, my Dream Guide appeared and seemed pleased. Once again he told me I did well and took my hand to lead me out of the hotel. On our way out one of the room doors opened and a guy appeared. He saw my Dream Guide and asked me what we were doing here. My dream guide answered he was showing me around, and the other guy smiled approvingly, disappearing back into the room. My gut feeling told me it was someone else's dream guide who happened to open the door to our dream. It was a tall, black gentlemen, with greyish hair and a kind smile. I'm very excited to meet my Dream Guide for the first time and am looking forward to seeing him again in my next dreams. I'd like to know where he's from and what's his personality like. I have a feeling it's going to be a good encounter.
I was having inception style dreams within dreams. In my dream I was laying in bed, the room felt a little bit like a mixture between our current house and our last house. I was setting my intention to lucid dream. D came in and started talking to me. I told him that he's waking me up and that I'm falling asleep and trying to focus. He had a lover with him and she was scoffing at me. I was trying to enter a dream where I was a dolphin flying through the air. I was even waving my hands back and forth as I was trying to focus on it. Then I enter a dream and am in a room talking to a man. I realize I've entered a lucid dream. I say my mantra aloud: Tonight I'm lucid dreaming! Then I repeat it with more power and authority. The dream ends.
The car park is full. Rows and rows of cars in all directions. I drive around trying to find a space. Finally there is a gap... but a large tour bus starts reversing into it. Then there seems to be a space on the right. I drive into the gap and park. After getting out of the vehicle and checking it is within the white lines, I notice something odd. Next to one edge of the space is what looks like a headstone. It is old and worn, the name carved on it is illegible. Nearby is a stack of rocks - a cairn perhaps, and now, in all directions, more graves. This is probably not a good place to park. I feel that parking here is disrespectful somehow. While trying to move the vehicle I end up flying in a huge hall, or maybe I have shrunk. The floor of this place has a large stone slab with the name Bathory on it. Immediately this conjures up thoughts of Elizabeth Bathory - the 16th century serial killer with vampiric-tendancies. Things go a bit abstract here - there is an unseen voice speaking to me, something about the Bathory family or a present day descendant. I recall saying "What's he done this time?" - as if it's someone I know, and they are always getting in trouble? Also, I am roleplaying as my character from a tabletop game. Eventually all this adds up and makes me become lucid. I float down next to a wall and my fingers slide against it to help ground me. Recalling the sled TOTY I phase through the wall and focus on there being a snowy mountain top outside. A snowstorm is in progress and it is bitterly cold. I summon a sled and jump onto it, standing like it is a skateboard. The sled starts to move down the mountain, quickly gathering tremendous speed. I estimate it is travelling around 80-90mph. It takes around 20 seconds to reach the bottom of the mountain. I make a powerful gesture with my left hand to shatter the earth and make a crack leading down below the surface. The sled continues sliding into the Earth through black rock cave tunnels. This continues for another 20 seconds or so, still at breakneck speed. Suddenly the floor disappears sending me tumbling through the air. I land in fast flowing water, dragged along by the strong current towards a narrow crack in the rock. There is not much light, just a gentle luminesence from mould growing on the roof of the underground river. I take a deep breath in to shrink myself enough to pass through the narrow gap without hitting the rocks. The tunnel abruptly stops and the water level drops, leaving me standing in a dark tunnel. At this point my vision spins around to show a massive boulder rolling down the tunnel, Indiana Jones style. Oh shit. I start running, my perspective external to my body, so that it shows me from the front and the boulder rolling behind, like that Crash Bandicoot level. The camera pans back to normal perspective and I continue sprinting with the rumbling sound of the boulder and the ground shaking violently. Ahead is a wall with two doors, one smaller and then a double width door. I punch the door handle of the smaller exit down while throwing my shoulder against it, stumbling through into an underground station tunnel. There are enemies here, squatting on the ground. They look like morlocks, from the X-Men comics. Rather than fight them I continue running and dodge past them - the boulder will crush them, and me if I stop. The tunnel becomes so packed with morlocks that it is difficult to find a path through. No... must... run.... I tumble into a false awakening in which my sister is poking me in the ear. "Stop it, no, don't wake me...."
I'm at college "studying" with a bunch of guys in a library. It must be the 50's or something because everyone is smoking cigarettes inside. Somebody lights up a joint so of course I'm excited, but I wonder if it's shwag because people back then really didn't have great weed. (How I didn't realize I was dreaming at this point blows my mind). I smoke and pass to the guy next to me who takes a hit then is surprised because it tastes way better than cigarettes. I leave and I'm on campus walking next to a girl and trying to do something on my phone, but it's difficult. I slowly start to wonder if I'm dreaming. I ask the girl next to me if I am, she doesn't know. I pause and think for a bit about it, and I become pretty sure that I am. I pinch my nose and blow through it and I succeed. Okay so I'm dreaming. I stand and think for a bit and I realize that this means I have control now. I'm obviously not as clear-headed as I'd like so I RC again while thinking about how I'm going to fly. As I blow through my nose, I start floating up like a balloon. After I'm higher than the buildings around me, I try moving forward, but I start floating down while I'm going forward like a blimp. I end up on the ground and try again. After a few running jump starts, I get the hang of it. Now I can fly. I fly through the hallways of a couple buildings busting through doors as I go. I end up in a Chinese style street market on campus. I stop and decide to ask some DCs how to increase my dream control. They start getting angry fast, I fly away. I try to ask my phone, but I don't have enough focus to successfully type out a search. I give up quickly and think about trying to teleport. I realize I have no idea how and no place I want to go, so I end up just flying around for the rest of my dream for fun.
I was having some kind of confusing dream about being at a luxurious opera house with my dad and singing. I was up on the balcony, obscured by an odd, curving screen so that the audience couldn't see me and realize that I was the one singing (in the dream I was already a famous singer, and we wanted them to think the person singing was someone else). Dad was being irritating and peeking around the screen corner trying to "encourage" me. As he kept doing this, I got more and more annoyed and started to miss whole lines of lyrics, until suddenly I grabbed the flimsy screen and threw it at him, completely giving up on my singing responsibilities. As his insincere smile became replaced by a more genuine mix of anger and his trademark disgust, I climbed onto the balcony railing and prepared to throw myself off it. My reasoning was, somehow, that falling to my death was the only way to cap off the entire experience. That said, although I made an attempt to tip and fall onto my head, I couldn't overcome my instincts to fall feetfirst. I somehow landed safely on the seats below as though they were a flat surface, and began to walk away from the whole thing, when I was struck by the incredibly obvious thought that "This whole thing is a dream!" For the first time in months, I was actually, truly lucid. I quickly remembered what I'd need to do for spellbee's dreaming contest. First, a reality check: Still walking away from the site of my failed suicide, I pinched my nose and breathed regardless, enjoying the sensation, the confirmation that I was really dreaming. Next... stabilization. The dream wasn't really unstable, but I said "Stabilize!" out loud anyway, accompanying the words with a sort of calming gesture. I found myself looking at a wall, unsure of what unrealistic things I ought to do next but certain that I could do anything. Still, I didn't really have ideas for what to do next. I was still striding swiftly away from the theater as I remembered my three-step task. First: basic summoning. I reached into my pocket and pulled out a pear, mindful of step two: eat the thing I summoned. I bit into it, somewhat surprised that the summoning had worked so easily. It really did seem to be a pear, and appropriately juicy. After eating it down to the core, I tossed it aside. Step three was to ask advice from dream characters, and there were a few of them passing me in a group. It would've been easy, but... somehow the idea of asking advice from strangers didn't sit well with me. Because that's what I saw them as: strangers, not inventions of my own head. I think I was beginning to lose my lucidity a little here. The dream began to take back over, but I had enough clarity of mind to attempt one last dreaming competition-related task. I wanted to go big: perhaps mass TK, something I'd done in a dream before. I wanted to pick up a house, but the dream and my lucidity were beginning to become a bit flimsy. Rather than pick up the house, I believe I picked up a toilet inside it and caused it to rattle around within. After that I lost my lucidity. When I woke up, I almost forgot that I'd even had a lucid dream. Managed to commit 20 minutes to writing all this out and now I'm going Back To Bed.
-1-A sister of mine was driving us west to a grandparent’s house to do some work and play D&D. On the way, I had a decent view of a forested, snow-capped mountain. This was viewed from a low bridge over a large, but calm river. -2(L)-I entered the dream spawning at my old house at night. I jumped through the ”window” (that didn’t care to exist) and landed on the patio. Next, I performed one half of my routine, solidifying a Layer 3 for the time being. The second half would have really helped keep me lucid for longer. I first decided to teleport across the street. *Snap* With a snap of the fingers, I was there. I preferred the other side, however, so I walked back to the side I was on previously. Next, I summoned 2 cars from the right. “Pause,” I said, with my hands in front me. Time then paused. I edited the vehicles’ speed, rewound time, and started it again. Then I summoned the rest of the traffic from both directions. Everyone had bright blue lights all over their vehicles, except for the SUV in front. I walked up to it and said, “This here’s a truck!” A DC said, “No it isn’t.” I then slapped the SUV with both hands, instantly turning it into a truck. After that, I commanded the truck to move and it did. A couple DCs were like, “Ah, what the f***?” All the remaining traffic slowly dispersed. Next, a story arc started. [Lost Lucidity Here] The driver of the SUV-turned-truck had a large rock collection. (still near my old house, but it’s daytime now) There was a large box of them. Later, we had moved the box over to a grassy part of my yard. I was eating a green rock, which tasted like bad chocolate. There were 2 Spocks to my left—one in a blue uniform, the other in a white robe. I asked the robed one, “Do you think it’ll become a story arc?” (referring to the lost green rock, but not the one I ate) He said something I don’t remember, but he ended with a nod after I replied. Lucid Time: ~8 minutes

I don't remember the non-lucid part of the dream, but I suddenly got lucid. I was in the middle of some large street, on some crosswalk. There were lots of car. I started walking fowards. There was a car in my way, so I decided I wanted to flip it. I put my two hands beneath the car and effortlesly flipped the car like a table. I continued walking until I reached the other side of the crosswalk, when I remember the three-step tasks. Luckily, I managed to reemmber the first one, telekinesis. I saw a woman across me and decided to TK her towards me. I extended my hands towards her and made her levitate and brought her into my arms. I let her down and continued walking on, until the dream started to fade. I tried RCing and touching stuff to stabilize, but lost the dream and woke up. Me and my family were staying in some huge, fancy hotel. I woke up a little late (I think about 9 A.M, almost 10) and decided to go get breakfast. I went into the elevator (which was huge, it had tables and chairs in it for some reason) and it started going down. I noticed I was wearing jusjt a shirt and boxer shirts, but decided I didn't care anyway cause it was breakfast and everyone was probably in their pajamas. I also remember some little kid being in the elevator. I them realized it was too late and they wouldn't be serving breakfast. When the elevator arrived at its destination, I went down some stairs and there were some bakeries where I could buy stuff. I got lucid at some point but everything was already fading away and I was feeling faint. I walked along some wall, touching it for stabilization but woke up.
I am in a bar? with two friends of mine. we leave and i get lucid. i move right phasing thru things. the girls go left. i start to follow them flying. i fly ahead of them and land again. there is a girl on a bicycle. i will her to stop. i hold myself on the sattle and will her telepathically to start moving again. she is pulling me some meters. i tell her to stop again. she leaves and i take her bike. i look behind me and my girls are coming slowly. the bike changes into a super small one person car i am sitting in. i tell them to bring me the cd with the music and they do but the cd is not working? the dream fades and i think i wake up but its a FA. i am naked in my bed with my sleeping mask on same as IWL. but the room is different. i lay there and the door to the next door is open and i see people. i dont want to get up because i am naked. i do a nose pinch and notice that i can still breath thru. nice still in the dream i jump up and dont care about my nakedness at all. i think i saw my brother sitting under a table (in a way you couldnt see him IWL because the angle of sight was way off). i approach the corner but he is not there anymore. i see a small rest of a cigarette but i know its a joint. i pick it up and smoke it. while smoking it (again i dont feel a effect) i remember the competition and i want to make some points. i want to do mass TK and aim some books and stuff. but no matter how i do it nothing moves at all. i am confused? is it because i smoke? i try it on a blanket and its slightly moving. i turn around to a table and there is a big glas half full with water. i try again and the water starts moving and boiling. the glass gets full completely but i cant manage to get the water out there. i decide to leave and jump thru the wall outside and fly away. the dream destabilize and i everything is nearly black i only see some dim lights far away. i fly there and rub my hands flying. again i think i woke up but this time i do a RC instantly and yup still dreaming. this time i am in a house (the one i was flying to) and there are two more people. in the moment i told them this is still a dream and i dont have to do anything they closed the door and told me to stay outside of the room. i just out of fun phase thru the wall and tell them something i dont remember and phase right back. there is a guy and i tell him i did in "previous" dream some waterbending and now i want to do some firebending. i summon some liquid out of my left hand into the right hand. i try to ignite it by snapping my fingers but it wont work. i tell him to help me and he do. my right hand starts burning. i want the fire to get to a fireball levitating over my hand. i have some problems witrh it and i take my second hand as support. i differ the distance between my hands and a fire/energy filament emerges between those hands and you hear electrical discharges. the ball between my hands gets bigger and i throw it against the wall waking up for real this time.
