It was crappy LD but I'm surprised of it anyway. I don't know why but my skills are going worse somehow. I mean... first ones were more vivid and bright, I could do more, and now I'm more often in darkness even I'm focusing on stabilization. Non-lucid parts Lucid parts My comments #7 LD - Severe fatigue I had FA in my bed again. I did RC casually and was surprised that I'm actually dreaming. It was dark but behind one of my windows was day. I was rubbing my hands and saying commands. My room was poorly furnished, I touched the shelf. I was trying to make it more stabilized and bright, I felt like my eyes were really tired/sleepy and almost closed. I saw a bit tho. I was only able to make a day instead of night in the 2nd window by turning away. I vanished in the darkness. I was in my bed again, FA. I knew I was dreaming somehow but my eyes were even more closed than before. I tried to open them and I opened them in RL. I fell asleep again and had another FA but I didn't get lucid. I was in a different house tho and it was vivid dream - that's just mean brain!
I had a brief LD this morning. As usual, I forgot the exact moment I realized things were odd, but I remember they were not too odd, I just somehow managed to tell it was a dream, so I had to test it. I did something I never thought of awake or a sleep, I decided to hit the dream character I was talking to . It was someone I was buying something from. I thought if nothing happens when I hit him, then it is a dream. I hit him on the head many times and the bat went through his head like he was a ghost . It sounds crazy to me now, and I have no idea how I got this idea in the dream. I also remember being in some family's house. I wanted to leave them, to do some adventures, but they were saying goodbye and being nice, and I thought I have to be nice and take my time saying goodbye. It is crazy, I was very aware I was dreaming, but I cared about their feelings, and couldn't just leave them, so they wasted my time, and eventually I woke up. Anyway In this dream, I acted a little bit odd. Let's hope next time, it will be longer.

Now this dream had a seriously weird start. I think there was something happening before I got lucid but I don't remember it. I was in some kinda camp close to a small creek. There were tents and some structures which I guess were placed to dry clothes or so. I had some self made "arsenic meat" with me, it was in an aluminum pot and was essentially raw meat in a clear liquid that consisted mostly or to some degree of arsenic. It smelled abhorrently chemical and I know that I accessed a Wikipedia page on arsenic via some kind of direct neural interface, no intermediate electronic device needed. On the page it talked about its psychoactive properties (not existent in real life as far as I can tell). Either I ate a piece of that or the smell alone was enough to induce said effects and I experienced visual distortions and some degree of control over these. That promptly made me lucid. Spoiler for TL;DR: I had sex with my wife: Though I became lucid I didn't really remember my goals or anything, instead I instinctively summoned my wife and had some forceful but pleasant sex with her, it was way shorter than in real life only a few minutes. And we were in an impossible position too. The sensation caused me to have a wet dream as well... After that I had a FA but I did not wake up. I was in my home, and for once it was spectacularly close to my actual home, only minor details like color were off which is super rare. I was standing in the bathtub and was fiddling with a tarp that had seemingly become dirty when my wife and me had fun. I had also worried about my wife getting pregnant since we didn't use any contraception. And the tarp was mostly in the toilet... the weirdness of it all snaps me back into lucidity, I do the nose pinch RC. I go onto the bed in my bedroom, and my wife was also there, talking about something. I know I half consciously listened but since I knew it was DC I didn't pay it too much attention. I thought about trying shared dreaming but ultimately didn't try. I jumped outside, I'm pretty sure from my balcony. I look at the sky and... it's obviously bright day from all my surroundings yet it's actually night in the sky, it's black and I see the stars. (I only saw it in the dream but found it weird after I woke up and thought about it, this mix between night and day at the same time is new to me.) I thought about flying up but didn't want to spent too much time in a black void, so I improvised and filled the space partially with a beautiful green nebula, it worked quite spectacularly. I fly up into the sky, aiming at the border of the nebula. I was rather disappointed to see that the night sky was only a texture several kilometers above the planet. Instead of fixing it I turn back towards earth and spin it around to take a trip to Japan. It takes me a moment to find it, and it's not a normal earth globe either but I managed. The globe was... it was still a perfect sphere and the countries had roughly the right shape but it was vastly scaled down, so that each country was only barely a large city. I entered Japan on the east in some kind of harbor and went westwards into an industrial area. I remember seeing some soldiers and then I used a weird high precision zoom interface to inspect my surroundings. I see some products and wares and eventually find and pick up a lead-pouring game, you know that Sylvester tradition thingy. Right then I'm violently yanked out of the dream and wake up. And incidentally I realize I had this dream right on time to finish my first TotM (I had this dream only hours into February), and I didn't know the task by then either.

I was in a room in a surprisingly normal appearing house, it was rather dark and the only light that was present were from the stars and a planet that appeared unnaturally big in the night-sky. It had a mostly yellow surface but it was possible to make out details without a telescope. This immediately made me lucid and I reality checked. Just like in a previous dream I tried to break the window I was looking through, oddly enough again without success. I just opened it and jumped out, it took me a moment but then I took flight towards the planet. The dream told me it was 4 parsecs away but that's not a realistic unit, it was more likely maybe... several times the distance between earth and moon? Something with that magnitude. I accelerated to FTL speed and reached the planet within a matter of seconds. I worried about decelerating properly but actually managed to do it perfectly and had a soft landing. The plants and animals there were loaded as 2D sprites at first (typical case of dream WTF) and were replaced with actual 3D representations a moment later. I don't remember much details about them, I think because there weren't many details. As far as I remember I was on some kind of beach and the water was to my left. Then comes a somewhat hazy segment, I'm pretty sure I traveled to another planet but I don't remember much about that. On this other planet (which I think was grayish-green) I saw a really weirdly shaped moon, which was very close and on crash course (stellar stuff, it might have still taken months for it to hit). The shape was a bit like a thimble, but with other details. There were more of those in the system, and then I also saw a damaged Tactical Borg Cube (it was wrongly labelled as destroyed). I went close towards it but suddenly found myself inside without entering it, where I fought with some turrets. After this I woke up.
There was a fountain in the bathroom leaking water into the floor. I put a cup under it to catch the water that was leaking before I went to bed. Me and my boyfriend were in the bed looking up stuff on my laptop and my laptop got a virus so I turned it off and set a password on it so my boyfriend couldn't use it. I woke up in the middle of the night and the water had built up and started spewing out of the fountain so me and my boyfriend kept running and getting more cups to try to catch the water. Then I went into the bathroom trying to fix the hoses of the fountain so it wouldn't leak. I was sitting in the bathtub in the water trying to fix the fountain beside the bathtub and then somehow the end of the power cord fell into the bathtub while the fountain was still plugged up and I jumped out of the bathtub because I thought I would get electrocuted and I was scared to try to get the power cord out of the bathtub. I looked at my feet and legs to see if they were burned from being electrocuted but they looked ok. I wondered if I had died and didn't realize it so I decided to do a reality check by trying to stick my finger through my hand but then I got distracted by my image in the mirror. I was naked but my boobs were bigger but I didn't think much about it and just wondered if I was pregnant or something. Then I was looking at the bottom of my left foot and there were bunches of little blisters on it but I just thought I got them from walking a lot. That was the first time I tried to do an intentional reality check in a dream and it didn't make me lucid so I guess I just need to practice reality checks more when I am awake and pay more attention.
This happened a while ago but i wanted to post it anyways. I was sleeping in my room when a thunderstorm broke out. For safety reasons I was moved to sleep in the living room a floor lower. I laid on a mattress and fell asleep fast. I was dreaming about me being in a forest at night with some friends walking around on the ground and climbing some trees, idk . The dream was very vivid and i still remember the feeling i had when i walked face first into a spider web. I had just heard about lucid dreaming at this point and I knew the "hold your nose and breath"-method but also the one about looking at your hands. Suddenly in the dream my friends were nowhere and I was walking down a road still during nighttime. I felt an urge to look at my hand and I did so, only to realize that my hand had like 7 fingers all being kinda blurry and very long. It looked extremely weird and made me panic since it was my first LD. I started running kinda to escape the fear idk. After running for some seconds I woke up. Lying on the mattress in the living room. I was looking around to make sure I was safe and everything looked safe and sound. I was a bit out of breath and wanted to wake my girlfriend lying next to me for some reason. When laying my hand on her shoulder it was STILL looking just as weird as during the lucid dream. I paniced yet again feeling my heart pounding faster and harder. I woke up just after this and looked at my hand first thing, just to find it being normal again. My first LD experience kinda scared me, but it still drew me in since the experience was so unique from anything i had ever experienced before. I am excited to learn more about this mystical universe
I think it was about 9am when I had this, it was pretty short but still pretty awesome! I am walking around town aimlessly, looking around at the bright shop displays and colourful fronts. It's quite busy, which is perhaps surprising given the weather - grey and wet, as is custom in the UK. As I am absent-mindedly walking about, I notice that a man has been following me for quite a while. Realising this, I shake him off by taking winding streets and getting away from the city centre. I end up walking up some stone stairs, which lead to a beautiful building whose architecture reminds me of a cathedral. Looking around, I see that I am surrounded by these. By now, the sun is out and warming my skin pleasantly. I take my IPod out and reach for my headphones in my bag. Seeing them, a thought occurs to me; I shouldn't have my headphones seeing as earlier that morning, my best friend had let me know that she had taken them (this was real). This prompts me to lucidity, and I check my hands over to confirm my suspicion. Sure enough, although my left hand is normal, my right hand has an extra finger. I am now completely certain of the fact that I am in a dream, and begin to take in my surroundings properly. I run my hands over the stone buildings, appreciating the texture. Satisfied, I concentrate on my LD goal. (In a particularly striking dream which I had over 3 years ago, I lived in a beautiful villa in the South of Spain. My aim is not only to revisit this villa, but to establish it as my LD HQ.) Closing my eyes, I concentrate on this house as hard as I can, hoping to teleport there. This approach fails however, and so I set out to find a door. I am hoping that if I truly believe that beyond it lies the house, I can use this to get to it. Before I can find a door however, I am woken up. It might be small, but still, success!
So... in this dream I was driving a car from the backseat as if it was normal. Then the police stopped me and I freaked out a little, realizing that this was probably illegal. The whole weirdness of the situation made me do a nose pinch reality check, and the policemen (there were 2 but I only properly saw the face of 1) gave me a strange look. I didn't believe this was not a dream so I did another nose-pinch reality check, this time it worked and I knew I was dreaming. Now the policemen gave me an oddly satisfied look and then the scene switched, and I was suddenly in some kind of artificial cavern underground, though natural light came in through places in the ceiling. I spent the rest of the dream really taking in the details touching and manipulating the sand on the ground, appreciating how real everything felt.
I went to bed at 11:00, and woke at 4:00. I took 8mg galantamine, 500mg choline bitartrate, 600mg Alpha GPC, and .5 mg melatonin. I tried the WILD instructions from "Advanced Lucid Dreaming, The Power of Supplements", but after awhile gave it up and set my intention to recognize the dream state and let myself fall asleep. honestly when I read that it seems ridiculous to take all those pills. I got lucd, but I have had lucids without supplements that were of higher quality. I also noticed a great intensification and increase in the vividness of my NLDs after taking the supplements. The melatonin made it very easy to fall asleep. I will experiment further, but am not terribly impressed. Total time lucid was about 1.5 minutes. Dream seemed sort of "washed out." I had an average level (for me) of lucidity, could not remember goals, could not remember to locate my sleeping body, etc. dream follows: I wake up and it's completely dark. I suspect I may be dreaming so I do a nose pinch state test. I am dreaming. I test again because it feels so cool. I can't see, and can barely move. I rub my hands together, pat down my arms and chest. I say "more clarity! More ️lucid awareness!" Several times, I feel increasingly alert, but it's still dark. I feel "in" the dream so with great effort I get out of bed, there is a strange and distinct "peeling" sensation as I stand up, like I am a Sticker being removed from its backing. I stretch out my hands and feel my way around the room. I bump into a wall with a distinct noise and sensation. It's still dark. I wake up again, in the same room but now it's daylight. It a generic bed and breakfast room. I get out of bed and walk over to look at a brocade-ish tapestry hanging on the wall. "This is what I bumped into last night" I think. I walk out of the room into a sort of dimly lit lobby area. It looks like a foyer in someone's home. There is a pair of French doors to my left. I realize again I am dreaming and walk over and push both my hands through the glass pane, past my elbows. They move through as though the glass were water. I push through further moving my head and shoulders through the glass to mid chest. Then I rotate my body so my chest faces the ceiling and my back is facing the floor. I think I am going to grave the pane above me and pull my legs through the glass. I see a short old man in the lobby. He has in a hat and leather jacket and looks like a mildly elderly Italian gangster. I immediately have a strong desire to karate chop him?? I instantly dis-entangle from the door contortion and cross the room to him, preparing to chop. He looks at me somewhat blankly. I realize what I am doing and stop. I look at him and say loudly " I love you man! I love you!!" His face lights up and he looks so happy, he starts laughing and I wake up I woke up and wrote it down, it was 6:05. i went back to sleep for a jumble of very very vivid fragments.

Had my second lucid yesterday. I was not expecting it but it's definitely a welcome thing. I have also been trying WILD but can't seem to really get the technique down. I was having a nap and my body was feeling heavy, I felt like I was hit in the face by a by a ball and very clearly saw a room, it felt like for a second I was there but the feeling went a way and the picture disappeared. Non-Lucid Questioning Lucid I was at school with my dad and sister. We were walking through the school grounds and I saw a couple of my friends there. I wanted to talk to them but my dad was getting really annoyed for some reason. He lead me to the home economics room where there were some staff cleaning. My dad walked over to a bucket and started to pick out and throw away huge amounts of rotten eggs. The staff began to notice and they all protested to what my dad was doing. I was sitting opposite to him and I picked out one of the eggs and looked at the yolk. It was a sickly grey/green colour and crumbled in my hand when I touched it. The staff told my dad they would get all of the good eggs and send it to him. My dad refused and began to cut up all of the egg whites into small squares and put them onto a plate. I decided to leave him and go explore the rest of of the school. On my way out I heard one of the staff call me moo, this puzzled me but I decided to ignore the feeling and leave the room. I made my way towards the basketball court and noticed that the school was completely deserted, I came to the conclusion that everyone had left. I passed some lockers on my way to the court and saw one of the people from my class there. He called out to me but I ignored him for some reason and kept on walking. He stopped me as I reached the basketball court and began to talk to me about his day. I wasn't really paying attention to what he was saying but I snapped back to attention when he asked me how my day went. "You wouldn't believe how insane my day was...how was my day?" As much as I tried to think I could not put my finger on what had happened before now. I decided to do a nose pinch check just to make sure I wasn't dreaming and sure enough I breathed through both nostrils and everything shot into focus. I said aloud that I was dreaming and the person from my class immediately morphed into a random DC that bolted away, shoving me in the process. I stumbled backwards but managed to regain my balance, noticing that the stability of the dream had been completely ruined. I thought about rubbing my hands together but hesitated and woke up. I'm really happy about this one. I managed to do the RC because I found something to be strange inside the dream and I feel like that's a real accomplishment. I hope that the competition coming up this friday will motivate me some more to have another one, that would be awesome. It's kind of unfortunate that the stumble completely shattered stability. The dream was quite vivid and andfelt quite stable and I was going to try to do something before I was shoved. I don't know why the DC freaked out like that though. - Have my second lucid dream. - Have a conversation with a DC - Fly. - Find my Dream Guide.
non-dream dream lucid Once again, I was awake to some insane time. Went to sleep around 5 in the morning. I am in some yellowish transparent tunnel. I walk through for a bit until I somehow teleport to my sister's kitchen. I look around, and the kitchen is a bit larger than waking life. There's carpet on the floor and a sink next to the fridge (fridge is on the back wall in waking life). All of a sudden I become lucid. I increase awareness, and it feels like real life. I look into the living room, and the carpet is gray, and it looks like a DC is watching TV? The window curtains are closed but you can tell its day out. I walk into the living room and all of a sudden I'm walking a dog on a leash in a park of some kind. It's day out, and there's a few trees around but for the most part it's clear. I'm walking on a road, with some kind of ditch running along side it. All of a sudden I see a bunch of cats in the ditch. They're all playing with each other. I kind of lose lucidity at this point, but I still have a bit of awareness. I look at the cats and it seems most of them are white. There's a few kittens around here as well. I then see dog shit on the path. This is all I can remember. I recall other images, too fleeting to actually integrate with the plot. I recall becoming lucid another time but can't remember it. I also seem to remember something to do with SNES games. I would like to note that when I had woken up from the dream, I remembered all this much more coherently, but if you could get me out of bet at that moment to DJ it I'd be impressed. despite all that, this is the most immersive dream I've had a loooooong time. I might edit this post later if I remember something new.

Today I had a fairly interesting dream in which I even became lucid! What a darn fuck I've been awakened to instead waste more life, time and health in the company... Anyway, I was in some rather huge complex which was located in the sky, far above the clouds. It might've been roughly inspired by a documentary about the Sony center in Berlin I saw yesterday in the company. The construction largely consisted of mostly golden metal strands, with mostly glass and/or transparent materials for grounds and walls, so the clouds could be permanently seen from anywhere. I remember there was some event going on, and for some reason Sasuke could be heard, expressing his hate for purposeless people. I was distrusting the elevators I used and eventually one elevator stopped one level below the place I wanted to go out on, just that there was nothing there yet, so as the doors which were transparent anyway opened I looked down onto clouds and a long fall. I was somewhat scared (not much though) and then the elevator started dropping. It was a really long fall though, so there was plenty time to stop it, and I was talking about fixing it with some voice, and eventually it was fixed in time. I already was close to the ground where an astonishingly awesome panorama greeted me. It was rendered at first in the old FF8 style, I was probably on some cliff, close the ocean. Ahead of me was a big yellow platform on which I controlled some characters in FF8 style, I think there was another platform behind it, smaller and slightly to the right. Further ahead was either another island or a part of the one I was standing on, connected through the land I saw at the edge of my vision to the left. My vision also seemed to be wider than in real life. Where the beach of the opposite piece of land would've been was a stone construct with water pools and creeks, with repeating patterns. I've been taking in the awesome sight which grew increasingly realistic, making me lucid by sheer awesomeness and feelings! My fear from the situation with the elevator before turned to its opposite and I jumped down the cliff, gently gliding, until the alarm wakes me midflight...

I saw my water necklace on someone at work but they were using it as an earing. I did a reality check and counter 6 fingers several times but didn't realize I was in a dream.
I was in a big enclosed public space like a mall and needed to use the restroom. I found the ladies' room, which was a relatively large one with around nine stalls in a single row. I found a stall that was clean and was about to go inside when another woman barged right ahead of me. The next stall I checked had an unflushed toilet, as well as the one after that, and the third one was clean but had no toilet seat. I decided to use it anyway. I stepped into the stall and then remembered, "Wait... aren't dirty public restrooms one of my dream signs? This one isn't particularly dirty but still, I'd better RC." I counted my fingers and saw nothing unusual, then focused on the sensation of gravity and it also felt completely normal. I remembered the time that I had failed an RC under similar circumstances and decided I'd better make extra sure. So I focused on levitating, really putting a lot of effort into it, but my feet remained firmly stuck to the ground and even the sensation of gravity or my bodily awareness did not alter or feel any more dream-like. So that was how I knew I was awake... until some time later, when I actually woke up, and wondered how the RC could have failed so completely. The gravity RC is usually very reliable, and even on the rare occasions that I don't levitate promptly, I'll notice that gravity or my body don't "feel" right. On this occasion the illusion was perfect!
Non-lucid Lucid First dream I had during the night was a dream of me scrolling the DV forums (wish I did a RC then) and after that I woke up Second dream, I went roller skating and saw a guy I know from school in it, one thing I noticed was that I was EXTREMELY short as well. Somewhere in the dream I went off with some random guy with long sandy blond hair, talking about something whilst walking amongst beams and ropes. During our walk, he managed to slip and fall and broke an arm. Next, I appeared in a massive house, I had a pet tiger who didn't look like a regular tiger, he was fat and round and had a head was the size of a boulder and he often growled like a dog. Somewhere during that part of the dream, I got upset over something (can't recall what) and I started seeing copies of the same person and I thought they were stalking me. Later in the dream, someone gave me a tour of a room where they head heaps of pets (from cats, dogs, a pelican (who was super aggressive). Next I was in my front room of my house with heaps of birds and somehow ended up in my room. I went to turn on a light and it lit up some kind of billboard hanging on my wall and I thought, that's not what the light is suppose to do, tried to do finger through hand, didn't go through, but as soon as I plugged my nose and breathed out "I'm dreaming!" I think. I stop myself, since I became a little excited and my dream started fading. I shouted "stabilize!" but the dream faded out Woke up in my bed, with my laptop sitting there (false awakening), thought that can't be right, did the nose plug again- - I became lucid again. But as soon as I plugged my nose and became lucid, I started falling into nowhere. I saw text flying past me, then it went grey and I just kept falling and falling, I tried to concentrate on teleporting somewhere by imagining a door to the Great Hall in Hogwarts, I even tried demanding vocally "take me to Hogwarts!", which didn't work so I thought what else can I do in a lucid, jokingly thought sex, then a sound of a voice message being activated intruded my dream with someone starting to talk about sex and I thought "I don't want this" and I felt myself losing lucidity as well so I forced myself awake. Woke up, and saw the remains of my dream being sucked away right before my eyes at the speed of light. It was a failed attempt at controlling, I'm still unsure if I dreamt of being lucid at one point, but I definitely became aware at some stage. The only good thing is that I managed to get a RC into my dream, which is something I'm quite proud of. It means I'm getting there . Will try again tonight.
