Lucid Dreams
*coughs* i probably should have written this down a lot sooner. I remember fighting D..I don't remember much else....but I had a FA afterwords and found myself in a truck and woke up. I was also in some major city, and the previous dream was still on my mind, and that's when I thought that I could still be in a dream. I was at some arcade, kinda like chuck e cheese or something. I asked one of the DC's why they never let realize that they're in my dream, and she replied something to the nature of "it's because they're not as clever as you". She didn't seem like a DC at all. Almost sentient.
This is the second LD, which I remember from tonight, although it is very short - my fourth LD. I was being chased down a sidewalk by three cops, they were shooting at me and I realized how strange it all was - I dived behind a wall and did an RC. Realizing that I was dreaming, I figured they couldn't hurt me, so I tried summoning up two guns - which sort of failed. I looked down at my hands, and rather than holding a gun in each hand, my hands were transformed into a gun-shape and had weird colorations on them. I stepped out from behind the wall and fired towards the people chasing me - I completely forgot to stabilize due to the rush of trying to escape. I fired two bullets, one of the cops was hit in the chest. Sadly, by stepping out from behind my cover, I was an easy target and they shot at me. I was hit by one of the bullets and it caused me to wake up. I had a few other LDs that night, but I don't really remember them, so lucidity must've been rather low.
I figured I should get my DJ started now, as I had quite a few LD's last night (5 I think, but I only really remember two of them). Here is the first one of them - my third LD after joining this site. I was standing in front of a huge university-like building, it looked very old yet the architecture and the design were very well thought out. I realized that it looked like something from a game I knew, and did a nose-plug RC, all this resulted in me becoming lucid. I remembered about dream-stabilization (I forgot doing that in the first two LDs), so I looked around and saw a huge garden, in which I was standing, placed in front of the building. I looked up at the building and examined it closer, it was sort of U-shaped, with a huge spire in the center. It had a large round window on the spire, which almost made it resemble that of a church. I knelt down and felt the grass between my fingers, which still looking around at the garden and the sky. I remember being amazed at how real it all seemed - the vividness was so much better than my previous dreams. After stabilizing, I figured I would try to summon up a DC, since I couldn't see anyone around. I created a strong intent, that when I turned around a DC would be there. I was really happy when it succeeded, and I found an asian-looking girl behind me. I asked how old she was, and she told me that she was five years old. I stood rather perplexed, as it was obvious she wasn't five. She was almost as tall as me. I explained my confusion to her, and asked her how old she really was. This time she said she was 23, which seemed very likely - she also explained that the previous answer was based on a joke, originally in Chinese but she had tried to transfer it to English. I didn't really see how something like that would be funny in any language, but I started comparing it to the Japanese I know - which made me lose awareness of the surroundings and ultimately wake up.
Nap: Practice parkour, on top of rails and branches, swing around free. Fail at forward spin over rail. (Key's thing) Time was slowed... Outside. School?
Lucid: I was on my bed. I heard the lucid dreaming induction, and I realized I was in a dream. I "woke up" and saw the surroundings in a spiral. I can barely make sense of the view. I also forgot to take off my contacts, so I might have subconsciously included that fact in my lucid dream. I tried to "follow" to spiral, as I felt my legs move or float towards the wall, and beyond the wall. Then I was standing in my room, but everything is still out of focus. I got dizzy, and then I was back on bed. I thought I woke up, but I immediately went into another dream. Non-Lucid: I was in a room with a LOT of people I "know," or at least in the dream. I don't know any of them in real life, yet I felt some sort of kinship with them. We were gathering for something. We're a music or band. I'm not sure if we were setting up the place or bringing it down. After a while, a new set of people arrived. Another "band," but they're still part of the "group." One I distinctly remember has long, curly/wavy hair reaching past his shoulders. I think he wore red shirt. We rearranged the place, putting up some chairs. I checked the nearby room, but the chairs there are mostly broken down, or at least not good to support people. Then everyone's gone. Probably elsewhere. But "I" was "under" or viewing the underside of houses. I think it's the same house, but I'm looking at the "underground" of each rooms. I, along with a companion (not sure who, or whether it was a guy or girl), looked at how some of them have dripping "water," and how the spot immediately below it is wet. Some are clean. It seems they "throw" those wet stuff into a "hole" on the floor, and it drips down to the ground. Then some police arrived. They were looking for us. We had to hide. I saw a closet, and went into it with my companion. I hoped to remain invisible amidst the variety of stuff in that room/closet. I was in an office, with lawyers. We talked about something. A case? Then something about a 10-year-old girl?
BiscuitHappyz's Dream Lame internet connection + Little recall = (Super-duper) x inactivity regarding (DJn>1n) Fragment 1: I was talking with two of my friends from school in no solid setting. Angles were curved, I remember purple smoke, and people did not seem to have bodies. I was explaining to the floating head of a friend who is a massive pony-hater and massive Minecraft-lover that Notch had recently stated that he was a brony.Wait, I thought, it's Sunday, and this is a dream, so it doesn't matter if I tell them. Oh, well, I'll do it anyway. Then everybody attacked me. Fragment 2: I was part of the crew of a crashed alien ship. The ship consisted of black hull and glowing green tubes and antennae, composed into a rough tube shape. Me and two other survivors were sitting in a completely black room, which, on any other ship, would have served as a cargo hold, as it was the room that had the ramp outside. No airlock, I thought it was worth noting. The oldest of us was at a completely black counter, making omlettes. The youngest was at a completely black table, doing nothing. I decided to go outside and search for firewood. There was a cut, and I was a hundred meters up a hill from the crash site. The landscape was mostly flat other than the hill I was on, and the vegetation was only dead-looking, thorny, bush-sized plants. They surrounded the crash site, anything too close to it got incinerated. The sky was limited to a dome around the crater and the plants surrounding it. There was dark blue and stars outside of the dome. I climbed for several seconds, then the dream ended. The dome reminded me, for some reason, of dreamdimension's signature. He doesn't participate in the IOSDP to my knowledge though, it may be nothing. Fragment 3: This was certainly part of an epic full dream. Shame I can't remember it. I was on an anvil-shaped airship going at unrealistically high speeds with a girl about my age. She was blonde, and her hair was braided into a single tail. She was a wearing black, that seemed to be a theme in my dreams tonight. I didn't recognize her. I was wearing black, too. I also wore aviator goggles. We were either dealing with or being pirates. We were standing on an outdoors catwalk going in a loop. She acknowledged my presence briefly and then glided off into the globe of grey clouds speedily passing us. My view followed her circling the bottom of the airship. her suit had dark yellow wings under the arms, like those of a flying squirrel. As she flew, she threw away the rapier she previously held and it passed us in a blink. She traded it out with a cutlass take from a copper statue on one of the ends of the ship. She reached the front of the bottom of the ship and sliced two guards in one swing and flew, cutlass first, into the window. My view transitioned inside of the ship, watching the glass shatter in slow motion. She fell once she was in, and recovered with a roll. Suddenly, I joined her in the room. In the corner, she picked up some trinkets and put them a bag. She smiled stood up, and we moved out of the window. Mission success, it seems. The dream ended.

Non Lucid Lucid Date: 11/24/11 I was in my kitchen with my aunt and step sister. For some reason I thought my aunt was my step sister's mom, but then I thought about it, and realized that was wrong. Then I got lucid! I think I walked though a gift shop and through my lake house living room that had some friends in it. I saw a small window and thought, "I'll make myself smaller and crawl through!" so I did and tried to fly out of it, but I fell on the ground and landed outside. I was in this big, hilly field in the evening with a huge stadium filled with people. I plugged my nose and could breath, and I looked at my hands. Each hand had like seven fingers and they got short! I did this several times throughout the dream. For the first time, I tried to stabilize the dream. I rubbed my hands together and noticed my clothes. Then I shouted, "Increase clarity!" and the surroundings blurred and then clarified. I started walking around and tried to jump and fly Superman style, but I fell again. I had crappy control during the entire dream! I made a failed attempt to summon a gryffin to help me . Then my dad appeared and said how many possibilities were in lucid dreams. I think this was a seperate dream. I was in a sort of dark concrete tunnel with my sister, and I knew that I was dreaming. Her pupils got big and weird, and she tried to convince me that she was lucid too. Somehow I appeared in this kitchen and outside the window I saw an ocean with a big building in the middle of it. The waves were pretty lively, and I didn't want to try to fly out to the building because I knew I could fall. I'm pretty nervous about water in my dreams... Instead, I decided to look for the Dream World Academy. I saw this cabinet near the floor and when I opened it, I saw the dark blue ocean waves again. I tried to imagine grass and the castle being on the other side of the door when I opened it, but instead the waves only changed a little. At some point I appeared on a football field watching the Ohio State-Penn State game and thought, "Nobody here knows yet that Ohio loses but me." I was with my sister again down on the field and I lost lucidity. I was so psyched when I woke up! I finally had two stable lucids in one night!
I was in a mall. There was a lot of people rushing around. I don't remember how, but I became lucid. I flew up to the second floor of the mall. I'm pretty good at flying now, so I could do it with no problem. I can't remember much of the dream, but I do remember jumping off the building and being yelled at by the mall staff. I also tried calling the dragon. I stood in the middle of the mall and put my hand in the air. I called for it, but it never came. I guess I'll just have to try again next time. Either way, that's one of my goals down, having two lucids in a week.

This was most definitely a weird one, and oh the references I can make to Inception. It started off with me and three other people, who looking at it now, might have been Ed, Edd, and Eddy, but we were in an eerie looking house on a beautiful day in a field, though night soon came and things get quite creepy. A group of girl scouts came in to tell use to go look for something, and so we did. Along the way, many ghosts and other scary stuff popped out at us, and yet it all sempt very real, yet I didn't wake up, but we found what we were looking for, and I simply stayed in the lower part of the house, which was more like a cave with a single light really, but my brother was there, oddly enough, and he was just sitting there. Here's where the weird part comes in. I suddenly own this 4-piece device called a DreamNoav, don't ask, I'm not sure either, but what it did was allow you to completely edit your dreams with a click of a menu, in any case, it was just an easy lucid dream. I used it, and what do you know, I was suddenly in a luicd dream. I walked around a village for a bit, not sure what I would discover, but it was shaped in a bit of a circle, and I was alone in this place, unsure what to do really, and that's when, in my dream... dream, I woke up, though not in real life. Instead, I looked to my brother and began to tell him how useful this thing was, and he didn't care, a trait that passed on from real-life, it seems, though I tried to use it again, and I woke up in reality. So, a lucid dream, inside a dream, which was inside another dream?
This morning I had a lucid, after doing an attempt at FILD, which failed horribly.. It's been ages since I've really had one (or tried), so it was pleasant to finally have one, even if nothing too wild happened in it. I'll start off with saying that I set 3 alarms, of which I only remember 1, for waking me up so I could do FILD. I believe FILD is a very good technique, however it takes a bit of practice. It's extremely similar to DEILD, and is basically just a slightly different version of it. The dream started in my room, from what I remember. I was sitting at my computer and speaking to my brother behind me. He told me to look out the window, and as I turned to look, I realised that it seemed like we were moving through a city, like my room was really a car or a plane. I was (surprisingly) immediately skeptical and had a closer look and crawled out the window. My brother told me to stop, and I did a very quick nose pinch reality check, telling me I was in a dream. I jumped down on the ground, which severely changed the environment. My room and brother seemingly immediately disappeared. I was standing in the middle of the road in a large city, it was dark, but with lots of lights. I walked to the pavement. I remember reflecting on the concept that dreams usually hang on in our memory differently from how awake experiences do. I made a note to myself to try to be as aware as possible. I went on and walked into a couple, one of them was naked. Knowing it was a dream, I reached for her breasts, but she very quickly walked away. I made it into some kind of shop eventually, where a lot of naked people were around. They had facepaint, and yellow hair, as if trying to look like tigers. I thought this was silly and walked away. Eventually I got to a bridge of sorts, which I tried to traverse in a car. At this point, my lucidity was nearly gone. I still had the clarity of mind to know that I could stop any car and steal it (GTA style), and I did get on a car. I probably drove a hundred meters in it, got out. I think the bridge was blocked. Some guy I don't know had a boat which he invited me into, to go across the water to other side of the city. I got on and we sailed across. It was like a little river we were in, extremely narrow, and the boat was really just a large rubber tire. I questioned at the time why I didn't just get up and walked on the ground. Once we reached the other side, I looked to my left. My lucidity came back, and angry at the fact that I've wasted so much time doing nothing, I figured I'd teleport somewhere by closing my eyes. When I opened them again, I was in my bed. I did not do a reality check, and eventually fell asleep again. I don't think it was an FA. In the dream, I saw a very large building across the bridge. This building has also been in another dream of mine, which although non-lucid, I was also very lucid in. I never did write it down, but it invovled crawling around in tiny spaces under the city. Hard to describe. I dreamed more, but most of are fragments by now. The majority of them all revolve around some kind of large mall. A friend of mine and I found the workers entrance, where personel actually slept. Some guy came up an assumed we were new, so he wanted to hook us up with some work. My friend told me to give a good impression, by talking in a clear and deep voice. This seemed silly, but I did it anyway, and it seemed to work. I don't really remember anything else, apart from the mall seeming extradimensional. On top of being non-euclidean (like most dreams), it also made visually no sense.

NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID Good morning! Slept for a long time this morning and had plenty of dreams. Had a couple of beers the night before which must have resulted in me having some REM rebound. Got lucid but struggled to remain in the dream. 00.00: Sleep 12.30: Dreams and fragments *I'm standing on a dock, fishing. The lure I'm using is copper and is great for pike. My dad shows up behind me as I cast. "Getting anything?" he asks me. "Not yet" I tell him. I can feel something tugging at the line and I start to reel it in. I spot a big silvery fish in the water. "Whoah!" I say and pull it up to the dock. I grab the fish and put it on the dock, it's a very big salmon. I decide to let him go. A I catch yet another salmon, this one even bigger but once again I let him go. All of a sudden I can feel a big jerk. I spot the fish surfacing and it's enormous. I get a big scared as I pull it up to the dock. It doesn't give much of a fight but it's still heavy. "Can I just grab him in the gills?" I ask my dad. He nods and I do. It's the biggest cod I've ever seen. "This one's a keeper" my dad says and brings out a knife. I sit ontop of it as he stabs it in the head, killing it instantly. What a rush! I realise that fishing with a rod is not as effective as a net. I find some net lying around and jump into the water. I swim across the lake with a friend of mine, we're going to place the net across the lake. *I'm in darkness, just beyond SP. I start imagining a scene and an alley appears infront of me. It's pretty narrow, with cobble stones under my feet. I start going down the alley, taking a few turns here and there. 'Having a gang fight here would be cool' I visualize a few shots going off. A sharp right turn is coming up. The wall gets smattered with bullets. I stop and head back the way I came, entering a door on the side. It leads into another alley with a few people in it. They're all black and wearing blue sport shirts. 'I guess I'm with the Crips.' They're shooting at some people further down the alley. I decide to take them down. 'Fighting like Wolverine would be cool.' I run towards the group of people. They all shoot at me but I ignore the bullets and deflect some with my hands. With a closed fist I punch each and everyone once in the chest, piercing them with invisible claws. They all fall down but I don't stop. I keep on running through the alley, touching the walls. After a while I can hear my laboured breathing. 'I guess I'm fully in the dream now.' I enter a corridor which leads into a big hall of pillars. Two guys are talking up ahead. I imagine having a gun tucked into my pants at my back. I grab it and pull it out. It's a glock. I shoot them both, one of them dying but the other one doesn't go down. All of a sudden he's telling me to follow him. I grab the dead guy's jacket. It's white as snow. "Come on! We gotta hurry!" he tells me. I pull the jacket off and put it on. We start running down the hall, it's pretty big with a circular shape. The unknown guy runs ahead of me and keeps disappearing behind pillars. 'Focus! Gotta remain in the dream.' I worry about the dream coming to an end. However it doesn't, atleast not for a minute or so. We continue down the hall and it keeps changing each time we arrive at the same place we were at in the beginning. It's like we're going back in time, pretty awesome. *I'm playing the new COD game and my friend G is there. I take out a few guys with sniper. He starts whining about who's played the most. We check replays of all the maps recently played and draw the conclusion that he's been playing more. I play another game with a big shipwreck in the middle of the map. I get up on the ship and inspect it. *I'm at a dinner with my cousins all around. I get into an argument with my sister about something ridiculous. She leaves the table for a while and my mom asks me why I always have to get into an argument with her. I explain that she's the one who starts them. I eat some toast and start talking to my aunt. Her son is about to get a spanking. "This is embarrassing" she says and covers her face. "Meh, don't worry about it" I tell her. *My brother Morgan is wearing a Darth Vader costume. He's missing the helmet though and he asks me if we should get going soon. I guess we're going to a costume party or something. 12.30: Wake up Amount of sleep: 12½ hours Supplements: None That's it! I haven't felt like taking any supplements lately, atleast not until I've had a proper lucid off them. I think that lucid was just that, and I think I'm gonna take some G+C tomorrow morning. Perhaps finally achieving my task of finding my dream weapon and smash things with it. Keep on dreaming, HARE BRA!
??.11.2011New Terms (WILD) ★★★★★NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID New deal: you continue to protect her, but she gets to go wherever she likes and do whatever she likes. In addition, I’m no longer subservient to you or anybody else, and in return I’ll try my best not to kill you. Waking up, in my bed at home, though I know I’m actually on campus. I hear music playing outside. People laughing. As I get up, I see her at the foot of the bed, simple, flowing, white dress, knowing eyes, and beautifully styled, brown, shoulder length hair. “Mae?” I ask, just to be sure. “Of course. Come one, let’s go downstairs.” I extend my hand, and she takes it, giving me an anchor to the dream, as we walk down the stairs, out to the deck, into the cool night air. The hearty laughter of my father reaches me, and I know I’m entertaining guests. I stop when I sense it. Something isn’t right. Mae continues onwards. “There’s some people here tonight.” “Who?” I ask, suspicously. “You’re mother, you’re father, and. . . Hades.” she states it in a hushed tone, as if knowing the distress it would bring me. But instead, I grow cold, determined, as I move down, to the lower deck, previously obscured from view by a white, decorated, awning. The hot-tub gone, a long circle of comfortable chairs has replaced it. Mae takes a seat near the god himself, whose blue flaming hair and cartoonish appearance I can’t help smirking at. There are two open chairs, one between Mae and that slime-bag, the other next to my father. “Ahh, good to see you. Please come have a seat.” Grinning, he motions to the chair next to him. I take a seat next to my father, and make myself comfortable. The grin fades from his face, and the conversation starts to pick up again. I teleport to the chair next to Hades, making the point that I’m very much in control of the situation. “Why are you here?” I demand. “To make sure you understand the terms of our new agreement.” “What? I thought part of that was everything goes back to the way it was and I never have to deal with you again.” “No. . . That’s not the case. See, I’m here to remind you that we can still work with one another.” I see a few cats in the yard. “How’s Kaomea?” I ask casually. He goes silent, as I effortlessly summon death and wipe one of the cats from existence. I turn my attention back to him. “I take it these aren’t real?” “What?” he looks at me like I’m crazy, then realizes I’m talking about the cat, “Yours is the only realm that names those things.” “So, no, then?” “What do you think?” “I wonder what would happen if I did that to you.” The dreams starts to waver, and I reach my hand out, placing it over the god’s head, using his blue flaming hair to anchor me in the dream, letting him know exactly where he stands. He, and all his lackiess, stand up and start moving back into the house. “I think we’ll be going now,” he states, trying to retain his composure. The dream is still falling around me; the only one left on the deck besides myself is Mae. She approaches me, when I see someone watching us from the neighbor’s deck, about one-hundred yards away. “Who’s that?” I ask Mae, pointing in the direction of the newcomer. “Her? I’m not sure.” I teleport up to her and Mae is quick to follow. “Who are you?” She straightens her posture, “Me? Just a princess.” “Pfft, yeah, alright. Now, get the hell out of here.” “Is there a problem?” She asks snottily. Mae interjects, “You. You’re the problem, and I’m tired of your kind oppressing people like him!” It looks like the two are about to rip each other apart, so I step in, “Woah, Mae. As much as I’d like to see how you fight, this is my problem, I’ll deal with it.” “Fine. . .” Mae moves backward. The dream shifts, as the fight ensues. I find myself inexplicably in front of a monitor, the self-proclaimed princess on the other side. Odd, but I don’t care. Drawing a blade from my side, I immediately know how useless it will be, so I hurl at her, looking down, finding my true sword just at my feet. I draw it and see my foe, through the screen, transformed, grotesque, surrounded by purple energy tendrils in the form of snakes. She lashes one out at me, locking my weapon in place. “Chidori.” Unphased, I imbue my blade with screaming lightning and instantly cut her tendril. Pointing my katana, I try something new, “Chidori Stream,” and jets of razor sharp lightning fire from the tip of my sword as I slash her in half. Then in quarters; then eighths. Nearly dead now, in some sort of half-defeated limbo, I try something else on her. Striking with an open palm thrust, I exclaim “Hadoken!” A burst of blue energy erupts from my palm, immediately exploding in a blast of smoke and blood, blowing her into oblivion. The woman gone, the dream shifts back, and Mae is there, floating at my side. Unmoved by my display of power. . .

??.11.2011Initiate (Parts 1 and 2) (DILD) ★★★★☆NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID There’s so many of us. But still plenty of room to fight. One at a time, they all have to fall, else I’ll be the one to go down. Still, I can’t help enjoying the thrill of battle as I face my first opponent, a looming giant of a man, with sad, soulful eyes and the strength of a monster. With one hand he’s able to catch my true blade and hold it firm even as I charge it with screaming, vibrating, blue energy. “I’m impressed. You should be in pieces by now. . .” Time moves forward, as do my battles. The refined, razor sharp steel of my pure white, twisted-dragon-hilt katana, reduced to a blunt club against these foes. Tearing down my Vizard mask, with every strike I release a torrent of black energy, tinted red by my gleeful fury. Teleporting in and out, around my final enemy, I brutal beat him down with one wicked slash after another, into the ground, into darkness. * It’s over. Three of us are left standing, all of us drenched in blood. I realize we’re the same, though our methods may be different, and it makes me sick. “I’m done with this,” I say to them. “Done with what?” One of them asks, suspicion and paranoia in his eyes. “This,” I motion to the battleground around us, coated in warm blood and the bodies of countless slain warriors. Walking off, I catch one of them say, “And you call yourself an eight!” “I have no idea what the hell you’re talking about.” I comment back, not even bothering to look. ______________ Daffodil is her name. My knife enters her throat cleanly, and I slide it through quickly, smoothly, minimizing her pain. But as she lies there on ground, bleeding out, I see I’ve missed the jugular. I correct my mistake immediately, ending her quiet whines, her suffering, my first task. Now create yourself a human DC, and do the same. I hear his sick voice in my head. No, that’s stupid. I have no issue killing illusions of my own creation. You will do it, or you’ll fail. Him again. But it’s pointless. Then you fail. . . . Fine. But I do it my way. . . Calling out, almost immediately, I find myself a DC. A young boy named Jerry. “Do you like baseball, Jerry?” I inquire. “I sure do, mister,” he replies hesitantly. “I’ve got a friend who’s really into baseball. Excellent pitcher; throws a pitch the Japanese call The Great Equalizer. . .” And just like that we’ve formed a bond, Jerry and I. We walk for a bit, before I tell him I’ve got something to show him. “What’s that, mister?” I can hear he’s nervous as I draw my knife, the one I’d used a short time ago. “This is my knife. Nice, isn’t it? “What do you use that for?” “Oh, killing, mostly.” He steps back, fear on his face, and I know how much this is going to suck for both of us. So, with a flash, I activate my Geass, imprinting my will over his own. Now all Jerry wants, with his entire being, is to die by my hand. So I oblige, placing my hand on his shoulder and slashing open his throat. To quicken things, I drive my blade into his stomach and drive it upwards, destroying his heart, without breaking any bones. He’s dead before he hits the ground. Things begin to fade. . . Creative. His voice, sickeningly friendly, breaks the silence, keeps me tied to the dream. He was just an illusion. I told you already, killing DCs is meaningless. Really? Then I suppose you wouldn’t have any trouble killing a DC of your mother? I can almost see his twisted grin. Nope. To prove a point, I whip up a DC who looks just like my mother, cut her throat like the others, hit her onto the ground, and stomp her skull into bits, her brain into mush. I feel no remorse. You have issues. He seems stunned and taken aback. Like I said. Just a DC.
