I go to bed at 10:50, intending to get up with my wife's 6:30 alarm. A few hours later I wake for some reason (no recall) and return to sleep. At 3:10 a kid makes noise and wakes me. I jot down a fragment then return to sleep. At 5:50 a kid wakes me as she uses the bathroom. She's coughing once she returns to bed, so I take her some water. I can't seem to get back to sleep, and I hear my wife's restlessness and know she can't either. At 6:15 she gets up and showers, and I fall asleep while she's in the shower. Beer in space I'm on a very traditional star ship (or maybe a space station?), walking through the corridors. It's a very traditional design, with identical gray corridors meeting frequently. I'm totally lost, but that's OK: I'm wandering around the place trying to get a feel for it. Now I see the officers in the conference room, where everyone is looking out the windows. Captain Picard looks out last and gets a disgusted look on his face when he sees what the rest do: a giant brown beer bottle floating in space, spinning slowly. As the label rotates into view, everyone can see it has a goofy picture of the captain, and the name of the beer and its catch phrase are poking fun at the captain. Everyone immediately knows this was done by Q. Scanning stations I'm watching as defense stations around the world are doing some kind of scan. As I'm initially watching, there are 5 stations, but the number keeps growing as the dream continues. At first, I'm watching from inside some kind of control room. I'll see a quick clip from one control room, then I'll see a clip from a different control room in a different station. I can tell I'm seeing different stations because the people in the room change, but the room itself stays exactly the same. I'm surprised they'd use such an obvious trick to try to save on production costs; even the camera angle stays exactly the same! The last room I see is being run by a stocky Russian woman, and everyone is speaking in (what I identify as) Russian (though I can't understand a word of it). Now I'm looking at a map of the earth that has all the stations marked out on it. I see red arcs appear from every station to every other station, then start to shrink. I assume that whatever is still under the arcs still needs to be scanned, and the places the arcs have shrunk away from are already scanned and determined not to have anything interesting. At the hotel I'm in a nicely appointed bathroom. It's long and thin; one wall has a long row of sinks followed by a long row of urinals, while the other wall has only stalls. I'm walking back from the urinals towards the sinks. Initially I think I'm alone, but then I realize there's a woman at one of the sinks closest to me. I'm very surprised to see a woman in here, but I just walk around her and go on my way. She's doing something at her sink (washing her teeth, maybe?), and there's stuff on the floor around her (towels?). Now I'm in the (impossibly huge) foyer of a hotel, standing in the middle at what I first assume to be a concierge desk. I'm with other people I know, and someone is talking about coffee. I realize that this isn't a concierge desk but is rather a tiny Starbucks. While he's getting his coffee, a woman in my group who's standing near me tells her friend that she's never had Starbucks and wonders what it's like. I tell her that Starbucks coffee is too heavily roasted, almost burnt, for my tastes. Now I see a couple of people with small plates of food. I look around to see where it may have come from and realize that on the other side of the Starbucks is a small table with lots of fruit on it - I specifically see strawberries and chunks of pineapple. Despite being right next to the Starbucks, I think it's actually provided by the hotel, so it's probably complementary. I think about going and getting some. Unclear traffic signal + Flying and pumpkin hunt I'm driving a car of some kind, maybe an SUV (I've never driven an SUV IRL). I'm stopped at the top of a hill, waiting on a ramp to join with a larger road that's down and to my left. Between the large road and my ramp is a HUGE board that reminds me of a scoreboard at an athletic event. Most of the middle of the board is taken up with rows that look like they should be holding team names and scores; around the edge of the board I see more than one set of red/yellow/green traffic lights. Initially, the board is completely blank. Nothing is on the rows, and all the lights are off. Eventually one of the greens on the left-front of the board turns on, but since it's away from me I assume it's for the other road. Other lights start cycling, though none on the right. Up to this point I've been alone at the top of the ramp, but I still start to get concerned that maybe one of those lights was supposed to be for me, and I'd hate to hold up traffic. As I'm thinking about this, I realize that a motorcyclist is going around me, tired of waiting for me to go. I check my mirror and am horrified to see a long line of cars waiting behind me. I decide to ignore whatever the strange sign is trying to tell me and just go. Now I'm on a three-lane, one-way street. Somehow I'm aware of the driver behind me not liking the left-hand merges he has to do on this road. I think nothing of the strangeness of knowing what another driver is thinking/talking about, but I do try to figure out what he means. If you're switching left, you merge left; if you're switching right, you merge right; so what's the big deal? I can't see how this road changes anything. I start to get a vague sense of "wrongness" and decide to do a nose-pinch RC. Initially, it only seems to deepen the sense of wrongness; something's not right, but I can't quite put my finger on it. I keep doing it, eventually realizing that, yes, I'm still breathing through my nose (left nostril only), even though it's pinched. I do it a couple more times to confirm that, yes, I'm really dreaming. Now I'm standing in front of a house on a kind of rock path made of very coarse white gravel and small rocks. The scene is very fuzzy, and I know I need to ground myself in the dream. I start by looking at my hand, but it's badly out of proportion, and I really want something to keep me here and not convince me I shouldn't be here. I kneel down and pick up one of the larger chunks of white rock. As I feel its solidness and hard edges, look at its shape, and study the sparkly flecks in it, the dream becomes crisp. I stand up and recall my goals for this dream: the basic challenge to cut open a pumpkin and see what's inside, and my personal goal of better flight. Nearby, I see an open door into what looks like a small shed. I look inside to see if there any pumpkins here. As it turns out, there are two: a medium-sized one on a table to my left, and a small one on a counter near the back. I don't like the look of either of them and continue on my way. I remember reading about someone finding a pumpkin patch and decide to check if there's one behind the house, but there isn't. I change my mind about the pumpkins in the shed, figuring that any pumpkin will do, even if it's sickly looking. I return to the shed and take the larger of the pumpkins, but in my hand it changes into a collection of small orangish guards connected by strings. It's useless to me now, so I leave it. During this first part of the dream, I frequently stopped to re-ground myself. Sometimes I studied my hand (slightly different each time), and sometimes I picked some part of the scenery to look at. From this point onward, I forget all about doing any further groundings. Somehow I end up back in the house. I'm in what's probably a living room, though since the house is completely empty it's hard to tell. I'm standing on hardwood floors, and in front of me is a wall that's mostly window. Even the doors are mostly glass. I'm getting a bit frustrated with not finding my pumpkin, so I decide to move onto flying. After all, there's no reason I can't fly and look for pumpkins at the same time. I decide to start out by jumping. Last time I tried jumping in a dream, something really strange happened, and I want to see if I can do better. I manage to jump all the way to the (fairly high) ceiling, then gently float down, That was fun, so I do it again. But, jumping isn't flying, and it's time to fly! Now I'm outside (not sure how I got here), flying about head-level off the ground. I know I'm flying, not just gliding like I have in previous dreams, so I know I can go as high as I want. I head up to about roof height, then come back down to head-height. Now I'm flying along above a field. To my right is a high school athletic field of some kind (baseball, maybe?) with a high chain-link fence around it. I see a few small groups of people talking near the fence. I know some of the people in the groups, and in one group I see Amy. I feel sad, thinking on how we used to be good friends but that she left all her old friends (including me) behind. I decide to give her a scare, so I fly by her and somehow pick her up in my wake so that she's flying behind me. Her additional mass slows us down, but I don't mind too much. We fly down the street into another neighborhood. I see Sarah H. standing by the street, and she sees me and gets an amazed, incredulous look on her face. Now I'm in another house, in a small hallway. The outside door (some kind of side door) is behind me, and a set of bi-fold doors is in front of me. The doors remind me of the bifold doors in my wife's parents' old house that hid the washer and drier. I decide I'm done trying to "find" a pumpkin, and I'm going to add one into the dream. I know that asking DCs for something tends to work well, so I decide that I'm going to find a DC behind these doors, and that that DC will help me get a pumpkin. I open the doors and walk through to find a mother and daughter working on laundry. The mother looks like an old-fashioned washer woman: she's wearing an off-white blouse with a darker off-white skirt and has her hair pulled back and up in a floral handkerchief. I think the daughter is wearing something similar. I see that the mother has a rather tired, hard-bitten expression on her face, but I go ahead and ask her for a pumpkin. She gives me a look that says "I don't know why you're in my house, and I don't know why I'm talking to you at all" and eventually drawls that there aren't any pumpkins around here. Behind her, I notice a small table designed like a pillar, and I see that it has a small misshapen pumpkin sitting on it. I consider calling her on her lie but decide not to. I look over to her daughter to see if she'd be any more help, but then poof I wake up.

10/17/14 9am DILD After a series of normal dreams, I fell asleep after my alarm waking me up again (maybe pressing snooze is a good technique for lucid dreaming?! always seems to trigger one) and entered a lucid dream. I was in my living room and really thought I had woken up, but for some reason, it entered my mind that I should check if this is a dream, even if I thought it was silly because I was awake, and to my surprise, it was a dream! I forget how I checked it was a dream. Maybe levitation, but I don't think it worked when I tried to jump up. Even though my RC didn't work, I think just the process made me realize it was a dream by the tunnel vision I had looking at the floor. From there, my mind sent me back to my room and I was standing by my bed and looking at my lamp. I knew lights didn't work in dreams, so instead I said "bright" and after a few tries with variations of the word, it works and the room was slightly brighter. I went back into the living room and tried to turn on the light knowing it wouldn't work (and now that I think about it, I actually don't have a light switch where I tried) and it didn't. My mind sent me from room to room and from a standing position to my bed quite a few times as I struggled to wake up. I went out to the kitchen and saw my two cats, one grey and one black, and then noticed a third, white cat. We only have the grey and black cat in waking life. I knew all the while that this was just a dream and took the opportunity to bend down and pet the third cat. Finally, in bed, my alarm goes off and I wake up. Probably should've explored more instead of trying to wake myself up and just let my alarm do the job! The whole dream I was very aware that I was dreaming, more so than the usual FA lucid dream. I had fun looking at my environment as I was trying to wake up, instead of the usual panic of feeling like I'm half dreaming.

In my dream I was in the woods. There was a river there and I was on the riverbank. It seems like I was on a journey with this other guy trying to get somewhere. All of a sudden a flash flood caught us unaware. There was a rush of water coming down the river and there was nothing we could do in time. We couldn't get out of the way. I ended up clinging to the roots of a tree to keep my head above the water. It took a minute like this, but then I realized I wasn't in danger. I let go and concentrated on levitation. It worked, I rose up out of the water and just hovered inches above it. This was fun, and I started flying low over the water, heading downstream. Just a foot or 2 above the water I sped along flying above it. Eventually I came out to the sea, but I continued flying low just above the water like this. It just look so amazing flying like this.
1. [Non-Lucid] I'm sitting in my wheelchair and I have a black iPad on my lap, I'm listening to music with headphones plugged into the side of the iPad in the jack (the screen is white and seems to be slightly elevated). Fragments: I am struggling immensely to put into words what exactly happened last night.
Dream - Lucid I was trying to get something on my computer. Kayla was trying to tell me what to download. I think I ended up downloading some sort of virus. Someone helped me to get what I what I was actually looking for. I was then riding on some sort of scooter thing with Chris and this cartoony-looking chameleon. I was wondering if I was engaged to Chris.
I'm going to abstain from typing up this one, because the whole thing was laced with family/personal issues so I won't go for it. Just so that I can remember the dream, I can share with you one funny moment. My 11 year old cousin attempted to drive and ended up in a ditch. And if you're wondering what happened to my nightly lucidity, well I had a bad headache last night and just wanted to get to sleep, lucid dream or not.
Someone had this bracelet thing with a stone bit on it I think made from Jade. I on multiple occasions would drop it and have to find my way back to finding it. I can only remember a couple.. One time I got somewhere and realised that I did not have it on me, I then had to catch a bus/train/tram back to get it from the side of the road. When I couldn’t find it I had to catch a bus to get help from the person that owned it. By the looks of it they had an amber bracelet thing as well. We reached the side of the road where I thought I had lost it and she ended up spotting it straight away. On another occasion I dropped it into the snow and had to search for it once it had nearly melted. This may be from the night before but I remember having a dream about going up the mountain with Uncle Duncan, Karis, etc. Except the mountain was extremely narrow. The car would tip and it was just generally a scary(ish) dream. I can also remember another skiing dream whereas there was a gigantic mountain that you would catch the ski lift up to. I’m about 70% sure these were not related.

I'm in the kitchen, I'm going up to the living room, I see a broken plastic on the floor and everything is somewhat messy, I think that a stranger entered the house, I start to feel afraid, then I realize I'm lying on the floor face down, slowly rotate my body to try to put me face up, I realize that I can not move me, I have fear ...
Before: I set my alarm for 3:30. When I wake, I remember 0 dreams. I stay up for a little too long and when I MILD, I can't sleep. I fall asleep an hour and a half later. Dream 1 I have a dream about Cross Country where I have a race at my high school inside. I think that is weird because all our races are outside and it isn't supposed to be at my high school. I join the race right before it starts and everyone seems to be messing around. People are running backwards and doing crap but I still can't seem to catch up with the kids. I finally pass everyone and I'm in first. I keep running and I seem to take a wrong turn and am back at the starting line. I ask the dude if I can join the next race and he keeps saying it already started. I go to the basketball floor and look at the track above, which is a lot more expanded than IWL. I see Z on my team winning, and my friend W is right behind him. J is in a pack of kids and keeps sprinting, then jogging really slow. His strategy was working somehow. I am then in the library and my friend JD is there along with a bunch of other kids. He is a really good kid IWL and never gets into trouble but in this dream, he kept on getting told off for misunderstandings. I was telling everybody that I hadn't gotten enough sleep the night before, so that's why I did bad. (I couldn't fall asleep after doing a WBTB) JD goes over to a couch where his sister and her friends are and he hugs her. Her friends all join around and the librarian calls our XC Coach thinking JD is hugging random chicks. I say that she is his sister and the sister says that also but the librarian says that JD has gotten into enough trouble already so he deserves to be punished. The coach comes in and takes JD out. He has a tough time suppressing his tears and he says "one minute" to a random older kid. (He wouldn't of cried IWL. He isn't a baby) Everyone says "ooooohhhhh" and laughs a little. I leave the library and am in my cousin's house. I go into his computer room and lay down trying to sleep because I'm tired. I then think there is an evil in the house so I quickly leave and am back at the library. No one else is there so I decide its time for me to leave. I pack up some stuff and hope a car is outside so I an cover ground quicker. I wake up and am disappointing I didn't have an LD because if I'd had an LD at least it would be worth not being able to fall asleep right away. Dream 2 I am leaving my garage and open my car door. I realize I'm dreaming. I sit down in my car seat and wonder if I'm actually not dreaming because everything seems pretty real. I do a nose plug RC to check and it works. I turn on the car and it turns on like it does IWL. I remember my goal to find my Dream Guide to teach me how to LD more and to teach me how to fly. (I'm going to use him/her to help me learn most things I can do in dreams) I start driving and my neighbor stops by me, so I stop too. He has one of my brother's friends with him. I get out of my car because they do and they have these large things used to chop tree branches. My neighbor throws it at me but I dodge it. I am kind of scared. There is a car between us. MY brother's friends throws his and I dodge that too. I pick one up and throw it bak and it hits my bros friend right in the chest. He looks surprised. My neighbor somehow has another one and I barely dodge it and it skims my head. That continued for a little bit and then I woke up. Dream 3 I was at a basketball game and my (dad?) was trying to get me. I was sitting in some bleachers with friends. Then we are at a hotel and I go into another room with someone and our two companions are in the other room. We are on a quest, and my companions are like form Lord of the Rings. When we start heading back to the room, I somehow know they will be gone. We see that the room is crystallized with ice and they are indeed gone. There is a dark cabinet in the corner of the room now, and I know that that's the cause of their disappearance. I already for some reason know what it is before my companion explains it and says its bad news.
I was at a cafeteria that I was unfamiliar with. As I sat down at a table and stare at my food I was approach by my head captain for the special investigation unit. He told me hello and how was I doing. I responded to him by saying I usually never answer back to a response that ask how am I. He ask why and I told him it's because I don't think the person really gives a damn whether how you're feeling or not. It's just way for an approach. The girl at my table stare at me and made a clear face that she didn't want me to keep talking because I was not only ruining her conversation but was making things awkward. My head captain then said he does not agree with what I said. I look at him and said what's your reason for disagreeing with what I implied? The girl at the table decided to take some of my ice in the cup of water I had in hopes that it would make me leave the table. My head captain ignores my question and gets up from the table and leaves. About a minute after I decide to go. I'm walking and finally found the police department and waited for my badge. I sit down and just thought of a lot of things that did not make sense in till the lady working called me and gave me my badge. I then enter the other half of the city and watch the other officers yapping or fake aiming with their guns outside. I for some reason was in different attire. I was wearing work out clothes but the more embarrassing tight and short kind. That's when my head captain approach me again and ask me how was I liking the police department and being a detective? I told him it was nice and that apart of me always felt like I belong here. He then ask me for a round of gulf. I agree and got up. The gulf however was a feather. I try to place it right but it keep falling off. That's when I tried to improvised by using a knife to place on it instead the object flew to my captain and slice apart of his finger. My head captain and I tried to the blade but with no luck. There was dabs of his blood covering parts of the road which confuse my eyes to track the blade. That's when I step on the knife which cut my foot. I told the head captain I recover the knife however I also got hurt which made me ask him if I could wash my foot? He allows this while I went back to the building. But instead of the police department I was in the living room. I began walking as I see unfamiliar people. I then proceeded in going to the kitchen and notice the trash bin was directly place in the middle with the whole are clean out. The trash bin was much larger than usual. I realize one of my other lucid dreams have done this so I knew I was dreaming and analyze that it was night. I wasn't interested this time and decide to lose lucidity. I then enter the restroom and wash my hands and stare at myself in the mirror. My face was correct but my hair style was different. It was very vivid so I left the restroom and open the front door as I begin to hear my grandmother complaining at me. I walk as it is still dark and failed to notice my father in the car. I get in the car and ask my father if he grab all on my tools? He responds with yes and I woke up. Lucidity Time: 6 seconds.
Non-Dream Dream Dream 1: I am jogging in my old neighborhood on Capitancillos Rd. There is somebody else jogging close to me and we start to compete with each other. I am amazed at how easy it is for me to run long distance at very high speeds. This other person keeps catching up to me and then falls back. After a few rounds of this he fall back again and then I get hit hard in the back by something and fall to the ground. It turns out that this other person had caught up to me again but this time purposely crashed into my back. I finally catch a glimpse of his face and it is CH, someone I mildly picked on when I was a kid. He tells me that because of what I did to him he is going to make it so the drug I am developing at a major pharmaceutical company will fail. I'm not sure how he does it but he actually pulls it off. This upsets me to the point of crying to my wife - this drug was to be the next big blockbuster and make the company billions. I "wake up" and frantically write this dream into my notebook in great detail. Then I wake up for real. These false awakenings where I am writing in my dream journal are very common for me. In the past I would always do the plug your nose and try to breath trick as I wrote in my journal which allowed me to gain lucidity. I will have to remember to do this in the future. Dream 2: I am in a department store buying clothes. At checkout I tell the cashier that I would like to pay for the stranger's clothes behind me, thinking that I would do some random act of kindness. It turns out that the clothes added up to thousands of dollars. The cashier asked me for a deposit of 10%, or $400. The person that I was buying clothes for left so I wasn't sure what to do. My brother is also in the store and he is incredibly tall. The night before I did something similar in real life by purchasing Del Taco for a random person behind me in the drive through. It wasn't quite $4000 though! Dream 3: I am having lunch at a cafeteria with my friend KC. I go to the counter to order some kind of drink for her. When I bring it back to her she makes fun of me and says something like "who gets fruit punch flavored drinks these days?" She is also being very loud and embarrassing.
So I haven't posted here for a while... I did have a few interesting LDs but I'm too lazy to write 'em down... but now I'm feeling like getting more serious about lucid dreaming (I have a few goals in mind). Also it's been over three weeks since my last good lucid dream. So yeah. I'm feeling as though this new "arc" of my lucid dreaming journey (lol) is going to be a lot more focused towards exploring the dreamworld, and experimenting the way they effect the real world (and the other way around). I'm thinking about improving muscle memory from dreams (makes sense if you think about it), and using symbolism to improve my character in general (by fighting impersonalizations of some aspects of my subconscious... because it's not fun otherwise ) So I'll begin with this: Last night I had a dream in which I was doing parkour and calisthenics with some friends; I was doing some muscle ups, which I eventually became noticeably good at (slow, smooth...). The rest of the dream isn't important (or interesting ). AND TODAY I went to my weigh training class at school (I know, there's a friggin' weigh training class at my school 0_o) and I decided to try a few muscle ups again. Now usually, I bring one arm up slightly before the other (not struggling in the bar for 5-10 minutes either, but you know, not a perfect form). BUT THIS TIME, I was able to actually do them both arms at them same time, without kicking or whatever, several times (like 6 good form, and then it got less good). So that's it. Also I'm obviously not saying that I gained muscle in my sleep, but rather that I developed a better muscle memory and technique.
Commentaries Dream Semi Lucid Lucid This dream was already posted by me in another thread, but I think it will be good to add this one to my dream journal also. I am just walking around New York, sightseeing. I have walked around the city on the sidewalk for quite some time, seen all the skyscrapers. Eventually I find my way to a run-down Brooklyn neighborhood. As I explore, I wander into a dead end side alley. It is between two buildings. (the most vivid part)The buildings are literally brown boxes with windows. Some of the windows are boarded up, others have balconies and clothes are hanging from the balconies. There is also a sting from the top of one building to the other and it has clothes hanging from it. At the side of one building in the alley there is a huge dumpster and next to it a rusty old truck that looks like it's seen better days. Anyway, I notice a door at the end of the alley. It opens, and this alien person comes out of the building. He is wearing a black business man suit. He has blue skin, yellow eyes with vertical slit pupils, big white mustache, a scar under his eye, and strange bony projuctions from his lower jaw. He comes to me and gives me a metal sphere the size of a basketball. It is engraved in strange characters and geometric designs that glow light. He gives it to me and tells me to "read it". That's when I woke up. I'm a good drawer and after I woke up I drew his appearance on a paper. Click to see it.
Black: Non-dream Blue: Non-lucid Red: Lucid Note: There were a lot of friends that know, used to know, or haven't seen in a while. Through out all these dreams I seemed to see a whole bunch of them. Dream 1 - Bad Drivers (before 05 00 - birds started chirping about 30 minutes after I woke so it's a rough estimate). I am in my university, heading to field (the field is much larger, and has a dirt wall on the left) to meet someone. I remember that my old biol group is meeting too, and I don't want to meet them so I consider running up the side of the dirt wall to get past them. This train of thought is interrupted, as I'm walking I see a crowd of people and a truck just speeds towards them. I SWEAR this truck hit a person, but when is passed there was no one who was injured... I look off to the left and see a bus speeding towards me and the crowd! We all scatter to avoid it, I turn around heading towards a construction area where they're setting new pavement. I remember walking back knowing that the bus has passed, I seem to somehow be talking to a construction worker, I talk weirdly, as if I had a foreign accent... Haziness ensues until I'm walking down the ramp inside the cafeteria building (I remember that it seemed more club-esque style, black walls and dimmed lights etc). I am utterly shocked, because at the bottom of the ramp is my best friend D! He's looking at his phone, I haven't seen him for about a year so I just run towards him and bear hug him . He's apparently gay too, and I hug his boyfriend so he feels welcomed or something. Dream 2 - Lucid #3 (07 00ish) I'm in my high school walking along beside a bus (I used to bus back and forth from school). I see ahead of me my old friends, and M who I used to be really tight with but he moved away. I'm overwhelmed with the same happiness I had when I had seen D in the previous dream, I start running to tackle-hug him, but I stop. The feeling spurs a déjà vu effect, I realize instantly that I'm dreaming. I don't even do a reality check, I start to float and fly away (this has happened at the start of every lucid I've had). I stop myself, telling myself to stabilize the dream first, I'm rubbing my hands together but I can't really feel it. The same thing that happened in my last lucid happened again, I seemed to have my eyes closed, and I knew that once I open them I'd be awake. Bam. Ruined it again somehow. Note: Stoked to have my 3rd lucid, but I need to learn to make them last and make them stable. Dream 3 - Talking to friends (08 30) I seem to be walking the usual route I take to university, talking to J1 who I don't usually walk with. I tell him that I had my 3rd lucid dream last night, he is impressed and then another friend walks past and asks us what we're talking about. I tell J1 not to say anything, I feel embarrassed about sharing it now (this is probably related to when some people walked in as I was showing J1 some poetry junk I was working on). I see J2 and I'm happy to see him (he used to get bullied and I used to stick up for him in high school), we start talking and I tell him we should go meet with J1 who's standing on the bridge looking into the river (still in the uni, this is all pretty accurately place for the dream world).
I became lucid at some point in my dream and I started flying. I looked down and saw many small deep lakes in a very rock terrain. I flew down to one of the lakes and dunked myself in the water, then immediately flew back out. I flew to the next lake doing the same. After four or five lakes, I landed on the grass beside one of the lakes. I decided to practice a skill. The first thing that came to mind was to walk on my hands. SO I stood with my hands above my head and bent down into a handstand. On the first try I over did it and ended up rolling onto my back. I chided myself a little telling myself that I was in a dream now and that gravity didn't exist. So the next time I made a perfect hand stand. I then started walking all around the lake. I was surprised how fast I could walk on my hands...and how nice it was to not get tired.
