A setting that looks like it's based on ancient China. I'm about to transport a prisoner, a high-ranking woman, but the focus of the dream is on the people I ran into guarding her cell, two men I'd known during what I think of as 'the bloodstained war.'

The dream moves into a flashback to the war: I was some kind of government official, something to do with money. It kept me out of the fighting at a time when most men my age were soldiers, and I was conflicted about that, especially since my job required me to work closely with the military. Those two men guarding the cell had been soldiers who briefly acted as my guards while I was traveling through a dangerous area. During this flashback, we met a priest who I'd kept in contact with since, and I'm thinking about the major contrast between how earnest and naive he was then and how cynical he grew to be.

(I woke up. I went back to sleep for one more hour.)

Modern western setting, I'm playing the role of some teenage guy. I'd gone back to my hometown by the sea, thought I was just passing through but got into some kind of trouble and wound up stuck working as a camp counselor as some kind of community service. I'd resented it, wanted nothing more than to get out of town, but as I stuck around I've wound up being a lot fonder of the place than I expected, like some kind of cheesy family movie plot. Also my ex-girlfriend is working at the camp and maybe isn't an ex- anymore. And this is the last day of camp. So I'm in a good mood as I'm riding my bike back to camp after running an errand in town, getting stuff for the ice cream party at the cabin tonight, looking around at the streets and remembering dumb kid pranks and rivalries and shortcuts around here, when I happen across an octopus in the middle of the road.

It's still alive, though it doesn't look too good, it's not moving much. We're just above the beach here, so I scoop it up and return it to the water, and it perks right up - and immediately crawls right back out of the water to cling to a rock. But at least it's not in the road anymore, and it can get back to the water if it wants. It left burns on my arm, like a jellyfish, which I think of as the normal result of picking up an octopus. When I get back to camp my maybe-not-an-ex sees the burns and goes "oh, you didn't," and yes, letting myself get burned was dumb, but what else was I supposed to do?

During the night I had been having dreams where I couldn't move at all or open my eyes very much. I had woken up and decided to lay there for a bit. Soon I had fallen it of bed and tried to stand up but whenever I did I fell down like lag in a video game. I held out my hand and tried to close the door without touching it, and it closed. I was dreaming!

I kept trying to stand up but it was still glitch isn't up. I wondered if this was happening cause I was in between the two worlds, awake and asleep. So I yelled "Fall asleep!" And I could finally move a little more. I yelled it again, and soon I could jump out the window. I jumped out and glided to the ground, the blinds were wrapped around me for a second, but were soon gone. I was finally outside.

I still didn't know how to fly but I looked up and like, brought my weight up and soon I was flying. I turned around to see the ground and saw that I was flying backwards so I got a little scared that I might crash and turned back forward. I controlled my flying by tipping my shoulders to the way I want to go, and how much I tipped the, was how much I would turn.

I was flying around for like five seconds when I heard a lawnmower and I saw someone mowing their lawn. I flew over to him and pick him up by his armpits, and started to sing "A Whole New World" suddenly an Arabian man appeared and started to sing in the background with me. I realized my voice sounded awful so I shouted "Play A Whole New World" and amazingly it started playing after about a minute, the guy faded out and so did the music and the scene slowly shifted into a pure white building with rafters.

I left the building which turned into my local mall. I saw a girl from my school hanging out with a girl I didn't know, and I went over to her and started to feel her breasts. I lifted her shirt up, and started to kiss her but I started waking up. Before I realized it I had woken up and almost yelled "Fall asleep" but it was too late.

Lesson here is that I cannot have dream sex ever, cause this always happens. This is also my first one in a couple weeks, so I broke my dry spell.
I also have if this was a WILD or a DILD or what...

Me and my sister are about to enter the house, when we do a bunch of people are there celebrating something. We go straight to the bathroom for some reason and we look in the mirror. We have ridiculous hair, her head is the color of rust and it's a square afro thing, and my hair is sapphire blue which is cool but the style is poofy crimped shit that's ear length and parted down the middle with straight as hell bangs swept over my face. We then desperately try to fix it but people are calling us to come out, so we panic but then we realize they are calling us by different names, they call her something like stebens, and they call me hay, and we bust out laughing, and my sister goes first, Then they call hay again and say they wanna see my new hair so I turn on the sink and try to wet my hair down but it wont get wet so I take out the part as best I could then walk out.

I was in some sort of computer room, when there was some reference to my email.

This seemed kind of strange to me, because we were looking at something different (can't remember it).

So thanks to OpheliaBlue for helping me with my DILDing, I did reality check. But the thing is, I woke up during that. My eyes were still closed but I was lying in bed. It felt like I was dreaming though, because It was still playing out in my mind. Sort of like a hallucination.

Long story short, I was so close!

So The lucid portion of this dream was just making out with this girl, but I log my lucids, so I'm logging this dream even though it was a really short bit of lucidity.

I was on a beach in Hawaii. We are trying to arrange to move there IWL. I was with my son. It was a black-sand beach,
though the beach was actually rocks, some black and some brown volcanic rock. I wanted to start throwing the brown rocks
into the water to slowly make it a real black-sand beach, but that was going to take forever.

We saw a boy my sons age in the water by himself. We seemed to disturb him as he started walking away to the beach on the
other side of the water. We went in the water, though I didn't feel the water. We made it to the other side. The beach was
made entirely of rocks that were starting to crystalize. These were like rocks I found on a small natural sand bar at
a simple creek IWL. They actually were terminated stones, though very few were clear.

Anyway, I started looking at all the rocks. I was very impressed. Then the boys mother came around as did her husband. I
liked her though. I talked to her about her work. She was in real estate, so I talked to her about what I used to do in
real estate. Then I started talking to the guy. I asked what he did for a living, but he wouldn't tell me. I think I
bothered him talking to his wife.

The dream transitioned to where I was driving away from some house at night. I passed some lawn bags and went back for them.
I wanted the leaves in the bags. I went back and eventually, somehow at some point I ended up at a house with the girl that I
was trying to get to my whole dream.

Dream Skip

I was watching something on T.V. The program showed a table with space on it using crystal balls as planets and broken
mirrors to shape other planets. It looked almost exactly like a table I had started working on, except the one in my
dream had a galaxy close to the middle of the table.

I couldn't believe anyone else would have the exact same idea that I had. I started collecting my crystal balls to
put in the table I created so I could show someone that I really had the same idea as whoever was showing the table
on T.V.

I went downstairs to where my table is and ended up seeing this chick in bed. At first she was dressed, but then she
had opened her shirt and dress/robe thing. I lay down perpindicular to her and saw her naked body. Her breasts were
a C cup, very attractive, and she had a strange bit of hair on her vag. I started making out with her and then realized I was dreaming.

I made out with her for a bit and worked on putting it in her. I continued working on putting it in, but my lucidity was gone. My dream simply continued from this point.
Then my dream ended , but it was resolution to the rest of my dream trying to get to this girl (that guys wife from earlier).

I also find it important to have even these short bursts of lucidity to program your mind FOR lucidity.

recap: dreaming i cant sleep, v interrupts me, lock her out, lz sleeping over, weird apartment, allison has a cat tail

note: i woke up at about 4:30 to do a wbtb, stayed up for half an hour but then I couldn't fall asleep for over an hour, will not be doing wbtb when I work early in the morning

I just want to sleep!
Im tossing and turning in my bed just trying to get some sleep. My big sis L is sleeping over and I don't mind her in my room because she's quiet enough. But my other sis V, was being loud and annoying and wanted to join us. I kicked her out my room and locked both doors. My room has two doors? At some point I wake up and I realized it was all a dream. Which gave me some relief that I finally fell asleep. I look at my clock and see I have less than an hour to sleep.

I easily fall back asleep into the same 'dream'. I'm walking around the apartment now trying to make sense of why its different. The kitchen was in a separate room, that room was flanked on both sides with a living room and a hallway in the front of it. Making a U shape around the kitchen. I've never seen that layout before so it confuses me.

My niece is running around and she's as fluffy as kitty and her tail is just as long. As L combs her I try to remember when we first realized allison was different. When did she get that cat tail? She must have been born that way and everyone is okay with it. But then I start to have clear memories of my niece without fur and without a tail. Now Im confused and cant make heads or tails of it.

My 'dream' alarm rings and now its time to get ready for work. The time doesn't make any sense either. Based off my clock, I have to be at work in 5 minutes. Why would I give myself so little time to get ready and drive over there? Whatever. I start digging through my closet for something nice to wear. I find a baby-doll style t-shirt that I really liked, naturally its a shirt ive never seen before in my life. I think about how late I am for work and then I wake up.

I could have slept for two more hours.....

In my living room, there are a bunch of flat blue cards on the ground. Upon closer inspection, they are cutouts of old nickelodeon cartoon characters. My mom is sitting in a nearby chair. She watches me, and I suddenly understand that these are supposed to be some sort of gift.

Yippee skippee, mom.

I start rifling through the cards, and my mom gets that I don't really like them. She asks, "What's wrong with them?"

"Crap," I think. "You're treading on thin ice here, William." "Ummm, what are they supposed to be?" I ask.

"They are collector's items!" She says. "They will-"

Suddenly my choir director, Nina (see Music is Life) bursts through the door, hands me a box of Ritz crackers, says, "Here you go!" then runs out.

I put the crackers in the cupboard and head further into the kitchen. There are four girls sitting on the floor. The have what looks like spaghetti sauce all over their mouths. "What have you been eating?" I ask.

The all reply, "Miranda."

WTF?????

I grab one of my blue cartoon cards and open it. I pour out some sort of spanish rice on my green plate. There is only one bean in the whole thing.

One girl cries, "Ew! That's just starch and beans!"

Weird Dream, involving a movie about a guy trying to become a big-shot selling TV Dinners. It seemed like a combination of Mad Men and Casino.

Woke up at 3:21 without alarm. Go back to sleep.


I had dinner with my friends, hung out for a while. Then saw a scene from The Office in third person.

Woke up at 6:30 with alarm. Go back to sleep.

Dream I don't remember.

Wake up at 9:45 with alarm.

I was in the street on the way to my room. Calamba. I see Lucy Heartfilia there. We stopped by a store to buy ice cream. I arrived in my room in the apartment. There's a ghost? An old woman on the 2nd floor asked who was downstairs. I told her (or did she ask me?) it was Charle.

I "wake up." Everything is just a little too dark, so I do a RC. Sure enough, I'm dreaming. "Cool! " I think. I proceed to say, "Clarity now!"

Instead of popping into focus, my dream (yes the dream) begins to shake. With the shaking comes an intense drowsiness.

"WTF?" I think. I do another RC. Yup. Dreaming 100%.

But, something about this dream feels very off. This feeling is very weird, it wasn't like something inside the dream was off, but something about the dream. I knew I was dreaming, I knew I was actually just lying in bed, I knew I could do anything, but there was something. That something scared me.

I realize that I have to change the dream scene. Fast.

I think of a beautiful, glowing, blue underground palace. With this in mind, I spin around.

Instead of exploring an amazing palace, I wake up. I do a RC. Yup. Awake.

This is going to be a short summarized log, i don't feel like typing today.

Last night, i got to cosplay as spike from cowboy bebop, and i have to admit, i looked sooooo good. But then i messed up the hair and the charm went away. I also met Shinobu from the -monogatari series, the vampire girl was pretty attractive until she turned herself into an old lady.

Dream recall from today's naps.

Dream 1:

I am at home, doing something on PC, then i am interrupted by someone questioning about my nap and look at the time, it is 1:00 or close to that, but i already went to nap at 2:00, i start feeling the dream too, so i am dreaming. Dream is slightly unstable, i go to balcony and jump out, i feel my wings and start flying around, the place looks mostly similar to waking life, but to the left there are some buildings that don't present IWL. I end up flying around for a few minutes, getting in some wind currents a couple of times, looking around and trying transformation. I also notice that sky is being like background texture rather than actual sky, weird, haha. Then dream fades as i wake up moving around the room in chair, i get confused and then wake up properly.

Dream 2:

I am on the bed in some grey-ish room and i think that's my room, there's some aquarium with fishes right above doorway, it's weird, i start reading some magazine and then look at aquarium again, now there's pretty big and really weird fish of green-yellow color, and it has 4 big frog-like eyes. I end up multitasking between reading and watching it, at first it just stays in one place, but then it slowly starts phasing through aquarium glass. Then it teleports to the left from me, onto the wall, and then onto my head, everything goes dark. I feel that i am dreaming and vision fades back in and room is shaking for a bit, also it is darker now and... there's same DC that attacked me few lucids back, i say something to him and give him "Don't even think about doing it again" look and he gets scared and sulks in corner, then says something about what i am doing not being a good idea. I go to window and look outside, i am apparently in some kind of skyscraper building. Then dream fades out.
I wake up but in different room of my home, the one with chandelier. I get up and let out a bit of roar, go on all four and jump through window, ending up partially phasing through it, i feel wings and try to fly through, but i get stuck for a bit, then as i phase through i end up falling onto the floor of some different room. Brown walls, bookshelves, green/red carpet and some small lights. A bit confused, i jump and fly through window again, this time ending up outside. It looks like it's autumn, since all trees have yellow/reddish leaves, and also there's really huge fence. I try to fly over it but dream fades out and i wake up twice.

I Had a dream that I was writing a script in the morning for a play that I had to perform in school with a buddy that was due that day. Even though the bus picks me up at 6:30, I remember looking at the time and it being later (6:48) because not only was I running late, but so was my mother. Once I got to class, and once I had to perform, I remember that it was in my backyard and the audience where hot girls that were grown up from my old old school. I didn't regonize them because I have not been to that school for more than 5 years, but they sure did like the play. The play was short and had lines that were short. My partner who might of been Kenny was replaced my the teacher because he could not read the script due to my handwriting being so bad (Go figure) who was saying comments through out the play such as "Very Weak". But, at the end, I remember them cheering (And not Sarcastically) about the play. I remember one girl saying that she wanted to take me home or something. As I walked inside to fix my hair, (took off the mask when it ended which was outside) I was talking to Ross and I remember telling him that I don't know any of those girls.

Woke up with a weird shaking of my left hand upon wake-up. Did a reality check, but I was awake. No dream recall.

Sorry for the late entry, I took a 3-Day break because life was really busy.
I didn't stop refining my technique, though.
So far I found out that to get lucid I need at least those two things:

-8 hours of sleep
-Waking up in the night naturally

This is my entry from yesterday night, didn't have time to write it because I wasn't home all day.

1st: I dreamed about buying my own house in some weird city. The house was really beautiful, it looked really small from the outside but once I walked inside it was much bigger (dream logic ftw). For some reason right after I've seen every room there was a huge crowd of people in front of my house. There was a riot and they wanted to fight me.
I immediately thought to myself "Wow, my dream is epic!" and got lucid. I decided not to really interfere this time and just let the dream happen. Some weird guy with a hat appeared in my room. He looked like Twisted Fate from LoL and he also had playing cards. He wanted to play poker with me. I sat on the table. I didn't do ADA or any RC's all the time so I lost lucidity at some point. The dream got even more weird from here on.
The window in the second floor bursted. Some kind of Chimerae monster appeared. It was covered in flames and tried to attack me. Suddenly another Chimerae appeared but this one was covered in ice. They both attacked me but I evaded them and tried to beat them somehow. At this point the dream changed and I was now being told the reason for this weird dream.
Apparently I was some kind of Doctor (Doctor Who?) and all those creatures are from different dimensions and centuries. Weird...
I woke up.

Interpretation: I always wanted my own house (wish), the card guy was from LoL and those creatures reminded me of a hero from HoN. I actually never watched "Doctor Who?" but my sister always tells me about the show.

2nd: My recall from this dream is almost completely gone. I just know that I did parkour with another guy and got lucid for a few seconds.

Had another fragment about me playing some kind of game where I had to destroy my car as fast as possible.

Somehow my lucidity was really low that night, probably due to tiredness and exhaustion from work.
