    1. Finding The Meaning

by , 06-19-2016 at 06:53 AM (Inner World حلم Gamma Waves)
I am in an odd style house. I see a person inhaling these weird smoke in himself. As he continue to do so the room we were in became quickly infested with this purplish greenmixture of smoke. It began to make me become extremely dizzy and ill. I had a difficult time walking and began to simply crawl. I could see the next room which was my father room as I enter inside making sounds of discomfort. I slam my hand on to the ground to make an attempt to feel solid but as I do this I feel nothing and hear that my hand has some how knock the front door waking my father up. I am surprise and try to touch my face but end up touching my chin. I couldn't understand why I could do the correct task I am asking from my body. My vision is screwed as If I am at the side of my own eyesight instead of the front. I began to forcefully focus and I got a good sense of clarity reverting my vision back to forward. My father told me to try and touch the glass on the counter. I tried but instead I ended touching the ground. I got up and look to the window in frustration. I turn to my father to explain the state of mind I am in and how it is difficult for me to stay like this. He tells me is there a way I can leave and then come back. I told him I am unsure and then I woke up. Lucidity Time: 1 minute

I woke up super early and remembered a dream or two, but didn't feel like writing them down, and had forgotten them by the time I woke up for reals. All I remembered is that Dizzy (my stuffed dog) had become GIANT.

    3. Over the Past Couple Days

      4/14/2014
      9:12 AM

Over the past few days I’ve been having a number of lucid dreams.
      Friday:
I went to bed at around 4 PM. I started having a normal dream, but after a while I realized that I was dreaming and decided that I wanted to wake of. I sat up in my bed and did a nose reality check which passed. I thought “I’m dreaming! I can do anything I want to now.” I felt dizzy and woke up immediately after.
      Saturday:
I fell asleep at 11:00 PM. I had a bunch of LD fragments that night.
In the first, “I woke up” and thought, “If I were dreaming, I could float right now.” I floated, but, being the fail I am turned upside down while floating! Lol. I then woke up or went into my next dream (I don’t really remember the transition for any of these.) In the second, I floated again. I went up a little high, fell fast, but at the very end I fell slowly. In my third dream, I was typing something into my computer (a google search to be exact) but the letters kept getting mixed up. That’s how I knew I was dreaming, and woke up right after. Note that for all three of these I was in my bedroom at night and I felt dizzy. I also have a memory of opening my closet and trying to get to a beach, but I’m not sure which fragment it was from.
      Sunday:
I went to bed a little past midnight. I started dreaming in my kitchen. My mother had woken me up to do something, and a man we knew was sitting in the kitchen, along with my dad. I looked at the clock on our stove and noticed that the time said 2:12 AM. I thought “Wow, I had no idea I woke up so early.” I glanced at the cable box for our kitchen T.V and saw that the time was different. I thought this was odd, so I looked back at the stove and sure enough, the time was messed up. I felt myself getting dizzy again, and knowing that this meant I would wake up I stopped moving and let the feeling pass. (I read guides on dream stabilization; which helped a lot. I then went to my back door (in the kitchen) and thought “I want a beach”. A beach popped up when I opened it. The water wasn’t clear, so I commanded it to be clear. It then turned into this gorgeous see-through tropical water (it reverted to unclear shortly after). I could feel the sun on me. I saw that some of my friends were there, but I wanted to be alone on the beach. My best friend then called out that she was drowning, so I thought “anyone who is drowning will be pushed to shore by the next wave.” I’m pretty sure it worked, but after that I lost lucidity.

      Odd mexico visit. (Non-lucid)

      NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID

I went to mexico because I needed to buy some cans of coke as my boss requested me to do. For some reason, I felt very tired and in a really bad shape, so it was even hard for me to walk.

After I cross the border, I was in some sort of wilderness, and there were some bugs around, until one, tiny white bug that looked like a leech bite me. I started to feel dizzy and feeling sick, as I had no idea what type of bug bite me and I felt poison.

I kept working on finding the cases of coke so I asked someone where to find some. It appears, that this someone was a psychic who tried to hypnothize me againsts my will, but she was not successful.

I felt that I would better pick up a cab and ask for directions, as I was feeling to uneasy. I asked the driver about a store were I could buy them. He told me to go down the street, three lights and then turn left. I wondered if they would accept US dollars.

I felt unsafe, so I went up to pick my car, like if I was going to cross back to the US. I wondered if I had my passport, as I did not recall picking it up before heading to mexico.

    5. 12th Jan 2013 Quake 2 Multiplayer

by , 01-11-2013 at 04:41 PM (Scionox's Journal of Dreams)
      Was taking another nap:

I was playing Quake 2 multiplayer with LV (one of my internet friends), and we were playing a map that had huge tall room with spiral sort of staircase, and it had various exits on different levels of it. At first everything was going as normal and i was winning, then suddenly i was dizzy and in game controls became screwed up, apparently i was playing now with PSX controller instead of keyboard and mouse, but still had to switch weapons using keyboard. I ran my player character to upper levels of room to get more powerful weapons, got hyberblaster but it was out of ammo somehow, also i noticed that blaster had charged altfire mode as well as normal mode. Then i found supershotgun and went down to continue the fight, apparently friend's player character had model of Heavy from TF2 now instead of normal model. And he was spamming taunt animations or something, and not attacking. At this point i got very very dizzy, could barely aim and all, ridiculous controls did not helped either, so as i got close, friend's player character started speaking some nonsense and the dream faded out.
    6. 2nd Lucid Dream Feb 13, 2012

I am in a classroom on a bed listening to a class discussion about historical figures, in English class. The people in the class are acting normal for the most part. The area I am in is a cubic room, very bright, and with a light design all around of a flowery decor. I go to the bed in the class and at first think of going to my dream journal, which isn't there. This is my first sign that I may be in a dream, so I plug my nose and instantly realize that I'm in a dream at this moment due to the breath I am still able to take through my nose. Suddenly my body is lifted up and I feel and hear the shock of electricity and thunder through and within my body. The dream is now very blurry and I feel sick (maybe because I have a cold in real life). I try to keep calm this time because I don't want the dream to end quickly like last time. I find this very difficult. I look around the room and it's the same room as before, but the people are now gone. I look and see instead the imprints of shadows sitting around me, I hear a faint static and thunder all around me, with these shadows only barely in my sight. I decide to do the spin around technique to try to add some clarity to the images around me. I felt indecisive over whether I wanted to change locations or just make the dream clearer. So the class becomes a bit clearer and brighter but only for a moment, then I am back in darkness. At this point the only light is a blue almost ethereal light as though the lightning is spinning around the room, engulfing it. I stumble towards the exit of the room. The door at the exit of this cubic room is a metallic dark green door with a bronze handle, it's size is rather normal. As I reach for the handle I hear a loud echo in the darkness reverberate through my body with a clear easily understood message. "Not everything is as it appears", the message brings another thunderous boom of static through my body. As I look out of the room, I see a corridor, almost as dark as the room I was previously in. I am now both very excited and incredibly scared at what I may see in this corridor, especially after the message that nearly shattered me. As I look around the desolate corridor, my focus is fading. I don't see anything frightening, but the message and feelings of electricity were definitely enough...I wake up, half paralyzed, with my heart pounding in a flurry. Still a very cool experience
    7. It's been awhile. I have been neglecting my dreaming. For shame!

      by , 09-17-2011 at 07:15 AM
It's been quite a while since my last entry. My recall has been off lately. I guess I have been distracted. It still hasn't come back fully, but I'm trying to make an effort to journal anyways.

      1. I am in an elevator with a couple other people. We are descending very fast. One of the other passengers forces open the door while the elevator is moving. I can see all the steel and concrete rushing past and feel the forced air. It makes me dizzy, and I press myself against the back of the compartment.

      2. I am riding bikes through Italy. The area is not like any city I remember visiting, it is more like a combination of several. I have a companion with me. We arrive at a beautiful beach, which reminds me of the beach at Viareggio. The sun is setting.
    8. Dizziness and Stairs

by , 08-30-2011 at 01:31 AM (Land of Crossroads and Memories)
This is a bit of a late entry, albeit my first dream journal entry, but nevertheless I remember some of my dream. I mainly remember traversing around the upstairs portion of a mix between my high school and college, it's main feature being a wide set of stairs that goes down to the first floor. I suddenly felt dizzy near the staircase and fell on my knees, just a few inches away from the stairs. I looked up and saw one of my previous teachers -- my Digital Electronics teacher -- and said hi to him. I had the knowledge of myself graduating, so my teacher looked a bit surprised to see me. He was wearing a red long-sleeved shirt and had khaki pants accompanied with black shoes; I then went forward and proceeded down the stairs, tumbling to the bottom...

... I then questioned the fact of not feeling any pain. At the bottom, I realized I was dreaming, but I hadn't reacted quick enough to my fading scenery. Upon waking up, I had done no attempt at a DEILD or a WILD, for the thought of doing so didn't cross my mind. In order to have stayed in my dream, I could've rubbed my hands together, or I could've stayed perfectly still when I awoke, in order to possibly enter the dream again. I didn't, though, but I must be wary of the options in the future.

Lucid #11 (wbtb1) in my room (WBTB)

      NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID

[/COLOR]I wake up At 11:30. I go to the bathroom, because of a stupid pimple. After 10 minutes i go back to bed. I do some breathing meditation and am going to try wbtb. After 40 minutes i turn on my right side and wait to get asleep. At some point i feel like someone is lifting my bed in the air and is slowly rotating it towards tha back wall. I felt my body crawling and my head hitting the wall.I am in a dream and lucid. I know it even though everything is still black. I open my eyes. I am in my room in the exact same posture. I sit up and hold on to my bed. The room seems pretty empty. There is only the wardrobe which is more wide and doesn't touch the ground. It's like it's hanging from the ceiling. The room is really bright. I feel dizzy and thing get blurred out and cleared again and again. They finally clear up for a while. There are many objects on the bed. I think of touching them to stabilize the dream. I reach for something that looks like my keys. I grab them and as i bring them close to me suddenly i can't pull them closer. So i keep staring at them, not sure what to think of. I slowly realise that what i am looking at is not my keys but the head of a person in a poster i have in front of my bed and i am... awake with my eyes open wide! There was no dream-fading-away part and i don't remember opening my (physical) eyes! It was a really strange experience but also interesting. First Wbtb.

Any ideas on what that could be? Anyone with similar experiences?

I woke up briefly and as I returned to sleep I felt SP trying to kick in. I went with it and soon SP had fully set in. There seemed to be no HI of any kind. There was a lot of noise...a familiar buzzing with a lot of muffle conversation. Several times the conversation volume grew to shouting levels, but I couldn't understand any words that were said. I soon felt my self rolling around my room. Once the rolling stopped, I stood up with quite a bit of difficulty.

The dream was quite blurry and everything seemed to be moving slightly (as if I were dizzy). I attempted to stabilize, but had considerable trouble clearing things up. I managed to get the dream decently stable and I walked to my front door and exited onto the porch. Upon exiting the house, the dream was fuzzy once again. I tried to stabilize, but nothing seemed to be working. I jumped off the porch and when I landed the the entire environment shook violently. I got the dizzy feeling and everything was blurry and mixing together. I stumbled my way down to the truck sitting in the driveway. I started rubbing the truck and smelling the air. I couldn't smell anything. I could hear a slight buzzing in my ear and I took a deep inhale and tasted the air. I couldn't taste anything either. After applying all 5 senses with a little focus, the dream cleared up a little bit.

It was still relatively fuzzy as I attempted to walk forward and immediately began spinning in circles. I couldn't stop it on my own, so I grabbed hold of the truck once again and I stopped spinning. I kept thinking, "WTF is going on here? Haven't had a dream this unstable in a while." The dream was once again so blurry that I could barely make out the environment. I jumped into the air and attempted to take flight, but just kind of hung in mid-air for a bit. The dream immediately became crystal clear as I was hanging in the air. I could move my body, but I couldn't move in any direction. I flailed around in the air for a while and attempted to force myself forward. This struggle lead to me waking up in bed.
