I was in a Mario-type game, in the real world. I was jumping. Then there was a rex creature. I stomped on it and it became smaller. Koopa invader. It was in our college, out in the front of the coliseum. I was assigned to attach the "flags" (more like spears), that the creatures were after. I felt hesitation. I was told to attach them right out in the open. Shouldn't we be hiding them? I attach some near the bookstore. The sky is darkening.

A replay.

I was at some area that looked like my old high school, and someone was coming to get D, J, and I. We all split up, running our separate directions. I want to say what or whoever was chasing us, was closer to me, like any other chase dream, but something happened. Suddenly I had the cape from Super Mario World.



I didn't have a single thought being captured after sprinted, and went air born. I was up in the air about fifty feet, looking down at everything. Slowly I glided back down to the ground, and decided to try it again. I took a few steps and moon jumped into the air, and grabbed on to the corners of my cape. I pointed myself towards the ground, and took a nose dive at the earth. Just at the last second, I leveled out, and my cape was full wind. It threw me back up higher than I had originally started. I even thought about how different this version of flying was compared to my normal lucids, but I don't think I was lucid...I was just enjoying things. I took another nose dive at the ground, and tried to smash it, but I woke up before impact.

I was playing Mario World. I was in Yoshi's Island, in the number 2 spot, I think, the one on the right of Yoshi's place. When I moved to the 3rd spot on the island, I found out that, aside from fire flower and cape, if Mario takes two mushrooms, he can float like a balloon.

I then reached the 1st spot of the Donut plains. In first person mode, I got a feather and tried to fly. I was on the upper portion of the Vanilla cave, where there's a puffin whale chasing you all the time. I turned into a balloon to fly away from it.

I was in Libertad market, where the Bata, Mandalagan and San Agustin jeeps pass by. I was facing east; it is early morning, around 7 am. I realized I was dreaming. I tried to fly, and I flew a few feet of the ground, and landed on the roof of a store. I told myself I'm dreaming, and was so happy, and I said "fly." I can see great details of the area, but the colors are like very detailed. I told myself to be aware. It started to get hazy. I commanded "clarity." I felt my headache, and chest pains due to my asthma (in real waking life), and I woke up.

NOTE: I slept around 12:30 am, hard-of-breath, and I thought I wouldn't be able to sleep. Played some music and motivational CDs in the background. Focused on counting, but fell asleep almost immediately. I watched LP: Shadow of the Colossus on YouTube before sleeping and completed the entire series. I woke up from the alarm around 5:30 am. I didn't turn it off, and went back to sleep, trying to focus on a scene, for a MILD.

First DJ entry! I've been ill, and so kinda delirious. Here's how last night went...

The dream started with me in school, in the middle of a maths lesson.
(I didn't realize until afterwards that my lesson was in a French classroom) I then remembered that it was half-term, and thought to myself "What the balls?". Then everything started to fade to black,

so I looked at my hands and yelled 'Clarity NOW!'. All of the DCs in the room just stared at me, and I thought "Well screw being in here", and decided I was gonna fly. I fell out of the window, and I just sorta flew, Mario 64-style.

Gravity decides to be a B!+[# and sends me plummeting to my doom.
Hit floor.
Wake up in bed.

I'm sick in the bathroom, and have diarrhea. I wash off and go back to sleep...

I'm at a roundabout that I walk through almost every day. I somehow instantly know I'm dreaming, and wonder what to do next. The world starts to fade, so I focus on my hand again. It doesn't work, and I wake up.

Back out of bed, into the bathroom. More sick, more poop.

I'm back at the roundabout, but this time my cousin is with me. I still half-know i'm dreaming. Theres a giant floating panel of TV about 20m away, with the Sky TV guide up. (Like the advert with King Arthur) So we watch it. It turns out to be pr0nz, so we walk off. I wake up.

I get up for my day normally. No sick!

I went to go visit my grandparents who happened to live in South Dakota in this dream. When I got there, I met with my grandparents, my dad's wife, my step cousin Dylan and my friend Courtney. We set up this huge projector-like screen and started playing a Wii game on it(New Super Mario Bros. :3). I introduced Courtney to Dylan and made sure we all knew each other. Then out of nowhere, we were at my house playing the same game as before, in my living room. Courtney was playing the game this time while sitting on my lap and I kept getting her killed

This isn't the first time i've had a dream about mario, I have another that I wrote in my dream journal a couple of weeks ago.

The setting for this level of mario was in space, dark, starry and beautiful, but the level illuminated well. I remember finding coins ontop of a large wall, where my friend Toby was. I then modified the level to build the wall even higher, making it out of something reminiscent of Minecraft obsidian. I then remember finding a group of the aliens from Toy Story, who followed me around. The level then swapped to a side on view, where I had to use the aliens and make them all illuminate, and each had a timer. As soon as they all lit up in a square, they spouted coins.

Mario, Bowser and... Pingus??? Twist of reality (DILD)

NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID

I was living in a vacation home, so I figure I was enjoying some days off. There were some kids player a videogame and they wanted to play with me.

The game was some sort of Mario Bros 3D. They kids created a stage themselves and challenged me to beat it without lossing a single life and with a time attach challenge.







As I was playing, the kids were on my way, so I needed to push them back. I was playing the game with a wired controller on a old school 32'' TV. The graphics were pretty good for the old the TV was.

I was passing different steps of the game. I recall some neon green, semi-transparent platforms that moved up and down, left and right and in circles. I recall I was jumped from a platform to another one, but I could not see the next platform I was going to jump, so I had to trust on luck.

Suddenly, I got to a very high platform. On the top of that platform, there was a square, and that square had a hole. There were big round boulders that fell in that hole. I decided to force Mario to jump in that hole.

Suddenly, the vision of the dream pointed to the TV. Mario came out to the TV flying. I could hear the flight music from Super Mario 64. Mario flew away on the window and I still had the controller, wired to nowhere right now.

I felt I could jump over the window and fly and follow mario. I thought I was in a dream so nothing would happen, but I decided to follow the plot.

Suddenly, Mario was now bowser, and he was flying to the back of a building.







Suddenly, Bowser started to grow to a ridiculous size. I could hear his loud roar and he started to break a building.

I could see over the window there was a different bowser, with a suit and he was pissed. Suddenly, the big bowser shrunk to regular size. After a few seconds, the major of the town, who was not human but I do not recall what it was, came with a few body guards, bears in suit I think.

There was a cage, similar to the ones on the zoos. This cage had two layers of bars and a small spot to pet the beast. The placed bowser inside this cage, but he was now a penguin with the skin of an Ape, but he was all black. A sign of warning was placed next to the cage.

The beast was sad, and all wanted was love. The beast was called Pingus.

I was in a room.
A strange circular blockade, built with these big pillows completely surrounding me.
In the middle was a also a circular blockade built with the same pillows.
Directly across from me on the other side of the middle blockade was a man.
He looked awfully crazy.. Like he wanted to kill me.

He started chasing me around the circular "play area", but could never catch me as we were running the same speed.
However I knew that if at one moment I took my eyes off of him, he could fly directly across the middle, mimicking a Boo from Mario.

I was playing the first Super Mario Galaxy game on the Nintendo Wii. I was playing it with a girl, however I have no idea who she was. I think she was a stranger. We were on a very simple, basic spherical planet, and she was showing me an 'easter egg' secret to the game. She did something which resulted in a purple ring being created around Mario, which allowed the player to play all other levels in a different mode. Much like my Minecraft dream, my dream was the monitor, therefore I didn't see myself actually playing the game.

I dreamed of a 2d mario side scroller with cel shaded graphics. I was playing as the princess and jumping over fire. I turned into mario to fight the boss, a fatter mario. I jumped on his head like 50 times. He was tough but I won.

I dreamed of an old high school acquaintance.

Ok so I finally had my first ever lucid dream since I've been keeping my dream journal. Here's how it went: starts out in my house nothing too unusual going on my foster mom and dad are in their room laying down and I'm walking around the house, in the living room there is a large woman working a bar that sells some delicious cakes, she seems to like me but I'm more interested in the cakes, when there's is only one left she tell me she can't sell anymore so i go to my sisters room and find my friends psp. Finding his psp in her rooms bothers me because i'de been asking to borrow the thing for ages and he wouldn't let me so i pick it up and start battling (He had the new birth by sleep kingdom hearts game; fitting for something in the dream world.)eventually i go into the game and start running around, though it's no longer kingdom hearts its more mario/zelda themed and i have a sword, Somehow i run into my friend Butters in the game and he wants to try a sword trick he's figured out we do the trick and somehow i think the trick is relevant to a reality check so when it causes me to appear back in my parents room from the start of the dream, i realize hey it worked and start walking around the house seeing if i can gain some dream control. I try to make some grapes appear to see if i can do it and there are like three, another interesting thing to note is that my friend came with me from the game back to the house (along with a few others) but in the transition he turned from Butters in the game part to my friend randy once we got back to my house.

The Hoppy Brains Frog (non-lucid)

I was at a castle. But the side wall was gone and some grass and trees and a river outside. There were some watersides too. I was with BroX. I looked at my hands and they were normal but I tried to fly. I was able to lift off a little bit but fell back down.

BroX and I continued to perform feats of dream control, mostly flying around a little bit. He disappeared and reappeared.

Then, my view turned 2D and I was watching as we jumped around the castle like the original Super Mario Bros. We jumped and spin like a tornado.



Back outside and back to normal, a frog was hopping around. I grabbed it and moved its mouth while supplying the voice. "I am the Hoppy Brains Frog" or something like that.

Edit: Oh yeah. At one point, the top half of my vision was gone and felt like the dream was slipping so I rubbed my hands together to stabilize and it worked.

2. I was at work with people that don't work there. I was taping up some pipe and then it was lunch time. I ate a hot dog. Eww. A hot dog.

This night my streak came up from 3 dreams to 6 dreams in a row. Had I taken the time to write them in the middle of the night, they prob would be more detailed.

Dream 1: Phillippe shows me a big garage door in the middle of the school yard. Its a secret door noone can open until a certain class but we manage to open it and see there are chickens inside and also a weapon. Im scared, because I know we could get caught. We promise to not tell anyone.

Dream 2: I am at home with my friends. I explain to them and to my mom about the door. There is a big chunk missing here, and I just cant find it. I think I run in a big busy street, I show a pokewalker to someone and I talk about how the weapon is only for girls. There was also vampires and bats in it at some point, since I remember very well a single image in my head.. All I know is that at the end Julien comes to me when im playing a Mario game (Sunshine?). It is on pause. He picks a controller and I explain him how to run, jump and such. The level is some kind of Bowser level. I jump over electric rays connected through balls.


Dream 3: Now it is time for the famous class in wich they show the chickens. It is very rainy and dark outside. Phil talks to me about how he paid a dealer to open the door. Im like: What?! You paid a dealer?
Our teacher is a big black woman that is similar to Dr Bailey (Grey's Anatomy). Before going inside the school, she looks at me with a suspicious look. Im freaking out. Were busted I tell him. He answers everything is fine, he planned it all. When the class starts, she comes to us and we form a circle around her. She asks Olivier(black), who is apparently with us, how to kill a superhero. He answers correctly and pulls out a color code paper out of his jacket. The teacher takes it and thanks the guy. Then an another dude who is a chicken pro comes in to help Bailey with the chickens. We go open the doors and a ton of chickens rushes out.

The guy talks about how if they stay there too long, they could die. So I help him take the chickens out but he tells me we have to get them IN. I look around and see tons of chickens in cages. Some of them also wear scarfes.

I was in an unidentifiable apartment building; the walls were light cream and the flooring was beige-colored Berber that was softer and a bit fluffier than it should have been.

The lighting was normal as if all the lights were on in the apartment. I knew it was morning without even having to look outside the one small window positioned on one side of the room.

On the side opposite the window, there was a fairly large L-shaped desk made from smoothed oak wood complete with a dark purple chair. There was also an older gray laptop and thick books going from one end of the desk to the other, without being held up by book holders. What was strange about this setup was that there was a motorcycle next to the desk, a black one that was around a third larger than the actual size. Because of this, it was at eye level with me.

It looked like the motorcycle in the image below, except with a few modern curves and longer handlebars.

There was also a fire embellishment on the side of the main body that looked pretty much like the real thing: abstract, orange and red. I didn't look to see if it was on the other side too, because the desk was in the way.

The most distinguishing feature of the motorcycle was that it had three-dimensional flames coming from both wheels. They weren't real flames, but I knew I designed them and "drew" them onto the bike. They erupted from both wheels but although they were the color of flames, they weren't very flame-like. It was as if someone used a pressure-sensitive brush on Photoshop and tapered it off... Times fifty. It looked cool, but not realistic.

In front of the motorcycle, a 15" television screen appeared, held up by a tall, flat, dark gray machine. It was straight against the wall and created a ninety-degree angle as it ran along the floor, propping the bike up on top of it. I got on the bike somehow and the screen showed a beautiful lake with mountains on either side, dotted by roads. It was from a first-person perspective, as if I was on a boat on that lake.

The next thing I knew, I was actually on the lake, riding along the surface of the water on the motorcycle. The fact that I went from being in an apartment to on the water didn't faze me. I pulled back on the motorcycle and it revved up, now traveling in the air, upwards. I got to the side of a mountain and continued to travel along it, still in the air, and ran into a group of three pink piranha fish, cartoony and styled like the Cheep-Cheeps in the Mario Games. They were pink, had a white flower-shaped underbelly, and a small yellow fin on each of their backs and tails. I ran into them and they bounced away slowly, their eyes now black "x"s.

I came across another group of them with the same results before the dream came to an end.
