I am in my dad's neighborhood, at the south end of our street. I'm facing the house on the hill on the other side of the street, and see a round table on the hill. My cousin J is here and he sits at the table. I look back and about 4 other men his age, all wearing Sun glasses, are sitting around him at the table. I get the impression that J shouldn't be there. The men start looking hostile when suddenly ropes fly through the air and end up piercing the skin on their heads. The ropes go taunt and the men are all strung up, hanging.
non-dream dream semi-lucid lucid false awakening (...) Walking by a street in a poor neighboorhood. I see a girl who used to be my neighbour and I follow her. I end up inside a lady's home, not understanding how I got inside until I realize she doesn't have wall on one of the sides of her house. I excuse for my invasion and try to go back out in the street, but it seems that all houses are interconnected open spaces and there's really no street anymore. Then it gets so bad, that I have to walk over people's beds, with the people laying and sleeping on it, because in each division, there's tens of people and there's basically no floor space, just beds packed together. I realize how lucky I am to have a gigantic home compared to them. Just my bedroom is bigger than this room where some 15 people live. Then I finally find an exit, to a back alley, but I feel vertigo when I see that this back alley is just a tiny stretch of dirt before a precipice. I almost fall down. But other people use it to go from house to house, no worries. I see my old neighbour again and I follow her, to find myself in a sort of communal open space where kids play. They are so sweet and we become friends so easily. I feel warm hearted. Then I am approached by a small elephant and a blue and white bird. So cute! I play with them and we end up cuddling together, the elephant hugging me from the left and the blue bird stuck between us, with his belly up and a look of absolute happiness and delight. I feel so much love.
Date: August 26, 2013 Method: WBTB & DILD Total Hours Sleep: 8-9 I was in a neighborhood looking at houses for sale. All the houses had a strange component…for every house being sold, something terribly scary went wrong in that home. How did I know? I was shown immediately (by vision or ghost) upon arrival to the house. Once I walked up the driveway, I saw a human being hanging from the door (like the person committed suicide by hanging). I would go to take a look at the next house for sale and see (by vision) that an explosion had taken place at the house, but the current sellers were always trying to cover up what had taken place. We went to another home and saw another ghost like figure giving me the ‘eye’ as to say, “Do you know that I’m haunting this home your thinking about buying?” I should have become lucid from all of this, but I was so wrapped up in what I was seeing…I was afraid and I woke up. Note: This was one of my most vivid dreams...I don’t ever have nightmares, so this is one of my new dreamsign.

I'm walking through a neighborhood and houses that look like my childhood neighborhood. I walk around a corner and see this what looks like a party going on or something or maybe it's just their family visiting, I continue on the sidewalk that goes in front of their house and I man stops me and say his son is misbehaving and he wants to know if I can hold his son a little further down the street by the pole, so I look down the street and there is huge wooden pole covered in people adds and numbers and such, so I agree, his son looks to be about 3 or 4 years old and is ion a white onezie. He hands me the kid, and then he hands me this laminated goldenrod colored paper that has a list allover it, I don't bother to read it but the guy says to hold it while I hold his son, so I do, and I walk over to the pole and soon after get bored so begin to read the adds posted on the poll. Then finally the dad calls back his son from me, but I realize the wind has blown the paper behind me while I'm walking back to the father, so I turn around and run after it and the father thinks I'm running off with his child and almost starts to go after me but then he sees me pick up the paper and walk back to him and I hand the kid to him and he thanks me.
Legend: Dream , Semi-Lucid , Lucid My sister had a party last night. As a result, i was woken up at various times through the night which really interrupted my logging but i was able to log the last dream before my final awakening. GTA Deathmatch Explorer: The dream starts off with me and some friends playing an adventure game with a setting that resembles cube world. I'm looking at a map. On the map are locations and the locations light up when you discover them. So as i look at the map, i plan which place i want to clear on my map next. I pick and as i start to travel, the setting changes to GTA. I'm now crossing a large stone dam. I get to the other side but i was forced to kill some cops as they would have discovered me otherwise. After i kill them, more cops show up and i make my way back up and across the dam. I notice that i still have 1 star no matter how far out i go, which means i must have really built up a bad reputation. As the dream continues, i join an online deathmatch game. It's starts off with me driving a fast car into a building, luckily, i jump out but find myself on the roof of a house. The setting was a neighborhood by the way. As i'm on the roof, i find a rifle and start shooting the other players. I get a lot of points for this. Eventually, the game restarts and i climb back on to the building but this time, i take the other rifle that was on the roof. I start using it, it's not as effective as the other rifle. I make my way down and start shooting from ground level. The neighborhood slowly turns into a land of fire as various buildings catch fire. At one point, i killed a reptilian. After that, i remember doing some combat at my dojo. Soon after, the game ends and i did decently. I ranked up to like rank 5. After that, my friends and i decided to play something else. As we were leaving the game, we noticed some people who were like rank 20 which was pretty high. Strategic defense: I was inside some real time strategy game and the setting was my farm. I was going through a tutorial. It had some elements of sins of a solar empire in which there were rocks on my farm and i could build mines on them that would produce copper. The rocks were as small as a bowl but i that didn't stop me from building a mine on it. I also managed to build dome shields to guard the mines.
Typical of recent dreams, I don't recall how the dream started. I do recall a memory of earlier events.. Fragment #1: I was parked in the driveway of a house down the block and around the corner from my house. I have never been inside this house in waking life, or given it a second thought. I was mentally reviewing items I had packed into a bag for a trip. A trip to what I thought of as the "Lake House" -I recall my GF was going with me, and I wasn't sure how I felt about it. She was not in the dream directly. I sat there in my car, making a mental inventory of all the items I packed. [There are additional elements of this dream I won't be posting.] Fragment #2: My garage was flooding with at least 6-inches of clear aqua colored water. I was trying to get something out of the trunk of the car that was (strangely) parked there. Suddenly this Mallard Duck comes gliding across the water towards me. He tries nipping at my fingers. I thought, "This is what I get for feeding the ducks." I apparently had done so earlier in this dream. -I don't feed ducks in waking life. Both fragments include memories of larger dreams. These could be false memories, but it's equally possible that I did recall the start of those dreams while I was dreaming. I do have dreams about lake houses from time to time, but I don't recall any dream in which I was packing for the trip. I'm at the stage where I don't recall dreams unless I sleep for 10-hours. I rarely sleep for more than 7-hours, so basically I don't remember any full length dreams whatsoever these days. I have recalled a few odd fragments. One dream that was annoying to the point that I wanted to forget it, and I did. There have been a few vague recalls of epic locations, but lost due to multiple morning alarms going off for work.

I've had vivid dreams the past few weeks. Almost 100% forgotten. A few lucid fragments I clearly recall: Fragment #1: I'm walking to the corner of Cherry St along the sidewalk looking at houses. I get to the corner house and it's huge. It has boarded up painted gray windows. I start looking around comparing houses and realize: "This is a dream!" I leap off into the air flying about 15ft up. For some odd reason, I head towards my house (I think to get my map?), I see the rooftops of houses start to fill my view. The dream piece by piece fades into patches of gray fog, and ends. Cherry is also the street I had my first trained lucid dream on. I've had several lucid dreams in recent years that started on this corner. This represents a small but significant breakthrough for my Map of Dreamland objectives. Fragment #2: I'm in a strange house. It is sunny out, probably around 2pm. My EX-GF is there. She is dressed very gaudy. Pink scarf. Thick makeup. Half slut, half goofball. Not her style in waking life, but she looked very real, and so did the living room area we were in. This detail is hazy now, but the topic of her current BF comes up. That he may not be thrilled I'm in their home. I decided to leave by going upstairs (to avoid her BF?). I essentially fly up the stairs. When I reach the top, I see something that makes my blood run cold... Inside her 2nd floor kitchen was a hazy looking ghost of a woman. Rotating around the figure was a candle and something else. There was a female sounding whirring noise. I barely looked at this thing for 2 seconds when I went flying away. Down a hall, into a garage, out a side door into the street. I got a good distance a way before I looked behind me. I was alone in a peaceful looking suburb. It seemed familiar and connected to my city, but does not exist in waking life.

7/31 I am riding a school bus in my neighborhood and it lets me off at one of my neighbors house(Morgan) somewhat far away. So I start walking to my house. Some one else is next to me now. For some unknown reason we start running because we have to beat the bus to my house while running I stub my toe and it starts hurting really bad so I fall down. Then I woke up

I typed this out already, and it didn't save. So here goes take two. I've kept a dream journal for years so I have more written down somewhere but this is my most recent dream. Today, an hour ago. -> It starts at my roommate's house, in her backyard where we've set up a giant projector to play movies against the back of her house. We've dragged all the furniture outside and arranged it to look like the living room. I'm sitting in a reclining chair with another person watching the movie which is black and white and makes the whole yard glow a grey/blue fluorescent color. Everything is there in perfect deal, the other houses, the fences, the cars driving by in the front, people's shadows moving in their windows but it's all a strange color. I can feel the person I'm sitting with's arm and it feels so real that I begin to wonder if I'm dreaming. -> Next we are in that same friend's bedroom with all of the same people around and I keep saying "I can't tell if I'm dreaming." Because I really can't tell and I want someone to tell me if I am. Her room is that same grey/blue color and everyone in the room is that color, except for one person who comes in and tells us he's going home. He looks normal, and when he hugs me goodbye it feels like a real hug so I'm confused again. I wake up for a minute but I can still feel myself being hugged. I fall asleep again. -> I am home, at my grandparent's house, looking out the window at the neighbor's houses and describing to someone the people who live in them. We decided to take a walk and as we pass the house that sits on the curve of the street- a really mysterious house because I've never once seen the woman who lives there- what looks like a SWAT team comes racing out. Suddenly, there is a war going on and it is then that I realized I've been seeing this dream from the point of view of someone else, someone who isn't me, someone who knows what is going on because he is for some reason a part of it all. -> At some point, I lose myself. At the gas station in my neighborhood, the two sides are standing off but I know I'm there so when they start shooting at each other, I find myself and try to get us out. While they're shooting and fighting, we get outside and I use this white powder/dust to shrink us down so that we can use this Thumbelina-esqu bumblebee motorcycle to get away. The enemy follows and we're suddenly fighting this unseen, shrunken battle while the lives of everyday, normal people go on. They don't notice as we fly through their yards and past their windows until the enemy decides to pour the powder over everyone, to drown the streets in it. Soon everyone is either too small or normal and everyone is mixed up in the fight and I've lost myself again. -> I struggle to find myself now in the chaos, while people try to get me to help them find other people or to help them escape and while I'm still fighting the enemy. The whole world as far as I can tell is covered in that white powder, like snow, and nobody can control what size they are. I almost find myself, I can see me right there but then I'm suddenly back in the chair in that yard, watching the black and white movie. And I wake up.
I am on the surface of a huge balloon or small asteroid about the size of a neighborhood. The whole surface is covered by houses tightly placed side by side, and their porches. I wander around this floating city. There are no streets and you have to walk around by passing through the houses or porches. Wondering around is like walking through a labyrinth. Houses are old, one-flatted, filled by green plants; vines ferns and bushes. Architecture is Tuscan alike. Some houses are empty, and others are full with people – like within a social reunion. It seems like somebody at my back – I never see his face – is constantly explaining to me what I see. This advisor lets me know that I am allowed to keep one of the empty houses. I wonder for hours, from one house to another. I can’t make up my mind. I wake up.
This one is fragmented, mainly because it's from a few months ago, but also because I never recalled the majority of the dream in the first place. I was in a neigborhood that doesn't exist, but seems to be a fusion of the neighborhood I live in now, and one that goes in kind of a circle around a small pond (in the dream the curve was very exaggerated, and the whole dream had a very curvy and off feel to it. Everything was warped far to the left, except my friend and I). So I was with someone I was friends with at the time, and we were just walking around the neighborhood. Something that I do a lot with my friends in waking life. The houses looked very big and expensive (and these houses reminded me of yet another neighborhood that a different friend lives in). In my dream journal, I mentioned something about that dream somehow being related to DreamViews, but I have no clue how. I don't remember such a thing. That's about it. Not very detailed, but I feel like entering some memorable old dreams will stimulate/improve my recall.
Dream #1: My GF and I were leaving my house. We were sitting in my car in the drive way and she had presents for everyone. She told me that she still needed to wrap more, and wanted to put a red ribbon on some of them. I looked around my block and noticed most of the houses had long bright red ribbons out front. I had the "brillant" idea: "Why don't we let my next door neighbor wrap your presents!" (In real life I've done nothing but exchange awkward waves with him.) Stationed in his driveway was a heavy looking sewing machine from the 50's, for some reason I felt it could be of use (with the ribbons?)... Note: My next door neighbor has not taken down his Christmas tree since he put it up before Christmas 2010. I have joked about this a number of times with my GF, and I have lucidly entered his house at least once (see Blackbird Flying. I also caught a reflection of myself in his front window in the lucid dream: Cloud Form) Dream #2: I was laying in bed when Fred walked over and laid down in my usual spot. He told me he had been working hard on the computer and his neck was hurting. So he needed to lay down in a special way using my pillow. Note: This is the second dream I have recalled in which Fred was in my bedroom as if he lived here. I also recently posted a dream in which I was in his and Katie's room (Stealing Mexican Food)

May 31, 2011 Lucid Dream 238: Funeral Fun Series: Friends, Episode 13 DILD I was at a funeral and all of my classmates from high school were there. For some reason, the funeral was taking place on the front lawn of my childhood home. Apparently, a girl from my class had died. It was "CW," a girl who only attended my school for a single year. Me, Cliff and a group of girls we knew, were walking around looking at the flowers and pictures and whatnot. The girls seemed uninterested in everything and were laughing and making jokes. I could see some close friends of CWs sitting on the porch, looking at the laughing girls with disgust. I walked over to the porch and sat down with them. I commented on how disrespectful some people could be and started talking about CW. I told them that I didn't know the details of her death and I asked what had happened to her. They told me she had wrecked her vehicle into a creek that was only a couple feet deep. Her pants were hung on the luggage rack, so she was trapped underneath the vehicle and drowned. One of the guys sitting there, GL, got up and dramatically acted out what had happened on a nearby vehicle. He hooked his belt loop through the luggage rack, clutched his throat, acted as if he was struggling to catch his breath, and then let his body go completely limp. It was quite an unusual scene, but somehow I stopped myself from laughing at his antics. Suddenly, I was now back in my old high school. My friend Ryano looked at me and said, "Lets get lucid!" I was a bit startled by this sudden comment and looked around my environment. I realized that I definitely shouldn't be in high school. I knew I was dreaming. I got out of my desk and walked out into the hallway. The teacher was yelling at me to come back in the room, but I ignored her. I ran down the hallway and noticed an extremely attractive girl sitting in the lobby. Knowing I couldn't fail, I purposely said the cheesiest line I could think of, "Are you ok? You didn't hurt yourself when you fell from heaven, did you?" She smiled at me as if I was the smoothest dude on the planet. I then decided to throw out my friend JTs drunken pick-up line, "Hey, you wanna f*** me?" With emphasis on the "f*** me." She stood up and began kissing me. I picked her up against the wall and slid "myself" inside her. Suddenly music began playing in the background. It was a very slow and romantic song and the lyrics went, "Now, now ba-by...love don't hurt...now, now ba-by...love don't hurt." I thought it was a bit odd, but I kept pounding away anyway. The dream started to fade, so I stopped and stabilized. I decided I was done with pointless sex and wanted to do some wall running, matrix-style. I took off running along the nearby wall and then jumped to the adjacent wall and began running along it. All in one smooth transition without touching the floor. I continued wall running up and down the halls. A few times, I lost my balance and had to start over. The bell rang and students began flooding the hallways. I decided to get a little mischievous. I started flying around kicking people, tackling random people, and even stopped to make-out with a pregnant chick, lol. At one point, I noticed I was wearing really tight spandex super hero pants. I started floating around the hallways shouting in a cliche super hero voice, "Make room for Captain Yoshi!" People began taking pictures of me and letting out some cliche "ooooohs" and "aaaaahhhs" as I posed in cliche super hero poses . The dream faded soon after and I wasn't able to hang on to it. I awoke. Series Details In the dream series, "Friends," I join the DC counterparts of my waking life friends and tackle the dream world. June 5, 2011 Lucid Dream 239: The Not So Shared Dream Experience Series: Friends, Episode 14 DILD I was sitting in a room with my friends Mike and Diddy. We were talking about lucid dreaming and Inception. I told them we should try to share a dream. I explained to them how to WILD. I then laid down on the couch and they both just laid in the floor. I closed my eyes and almost instantly, started seeing through my eyelids and sat up on the couch. Mike and Diddy were still asleep in the floor, so I woke them up and told them we were lucid. I told them to follow me. They got up and I dove head first out of the nearest window. We flew around in the sky for a bit and then landed in a large field. I asked them, "What should we do?" Mike said, "What do you usually do?" I replied, "I dunno, I usually do random things like make tornadoes, or fight things, or f***." Diddy wanted to make tornadoes, so I held my hand out and acted as if I was a powerful wizard. I shouted, "Come forth! Demons of the sky!" Suddenly, the sky got dark and lightning started flashing. A funnel cloud formed and touched down at the other end of the field. I held out my arm, concentrated on the twister, and started moving it across the field. As I slowly moved my arm, the tornado moved along with it. It seemed to lag behind my motions quite a bit though. I sent the twister into the surrounding woods. Trees were being uprooted and tossed around the area. Mike and Diddy summoned their own tornadoes and they started dueling with them. They were trying to bump each others tornado out of the field and into the woods. Mike's tornado had a red tint to it and Diddy's had a green tint. I then brought my tornado around and back into the field with theirs. I challenged both of them to a 2-on-1 twister battle. As their tornadoes approached mine, I split my tornado in two, by holding out both arms together and pulling them apart. I then moved the two twisters on either side of the other ones, and pinched together, swallowing them up in the process. The four tornadoes had combined to create one massive tornado that was under my control. I slung it through the woods with my arm, and it left a trail of destruction behind it. I told Mike and Diddy to follow me, and then I took flight. I flew directly at the massive tornado. Mike and Diddy shouted from behind me, "What are you doing?" I shouted back to them, "We are going to fly into it, come on!" I approached the tornado and could feel the wind resisting my flight. I was now flying in slow motion as I got closer and closer to the twister. As soon as I touched the funnel cloud, I was sucked into it. I caught a quick glimpse of Diddy and Mike as I spun around and around the twister in a violent manner. The wind was intense and my vision began to blur. I suddenly woke up on the couch that I had fell asleep in. I woke Mike and Diddy up and we started talking about how awesome the dream was. I was thinking, "I actually shared a dream...that was awesome!" A few moments later, I woke up in my bed and realized I had actually been dreaming the entire time and hadn't really shared a dream. June 5, 2011 Lucid Dream 240: Yoshi, The Train Conductor Series: Friends, Episode 15 WILD After writing down the previous dream, I headed back to bed. I felt SP kicking-in, so I just went with it. The transition was fairly short. My body started floating above my bed and I could hear some static and muffled conversation. After a bit, I saw through my eyelids and everything had stopped. I new I had transitioned into the dream. I saw someone walking toward me and noticed it was my friend Deej. I sat up in my bed and noticed he looked super pissed. He pointed his finger in my face and said, "If I was your parents, I'd whip your ass!" I laughed and said, "What the f*** are you talking about? Lets go fly!" He seemed to snap out of it and followed me out onto the back deck. We both took off running and leapt into the air. We flew around for a bit, but I was struggling with my flight control. I seemed to move perfectly in straight lines, but my turning was very slow and unresponsive at times. After a bit, we both landed on the road side. I told Deej I was going to pull a Kobe and jump over the next car that went by. I tried to imagine a car coming around the corner, but it didn't work. Suddenly, Deej shouted at me and told me to turn around. I turned around and saw a train coming up the road. It was a very odd sight to see a train riding through a neighborhood. I waited until it was just in front of me and I jumped into the air. I only jumped about half the height of the train, so I kicked off the front of the train to get an extra boost. I landed on top of the train and turned toward the front. I held out my arms and felt the wind blowing into my face. It felt really awesome. I looked around and noticed there were many bars on top of the train that looked like handles. I crouched down and grabbed two of the handles and began steering the train around the neighborhood. I could feel the physics of the entire train within my grasp. It was really cool how heavy it felt when I turned, and how I could feel the many cars behind me slowly following suit. I looked back and never saw the end of the cars. This train was huge. I decided to try and make it fly. I pulled up on the bars with everything I had and the front of the train lifted off the ground a bit. It was crazy heavy and I could feel the weight of the train in my grip. I pulled extremely hard again and this time I managed to lift the first few cars off the ground. I woke up as I strained to lift the rest of the train. Good morning, everybody. Dream #1 I was in a different family's house. I had been there for at least one day. I made some kind of agreement with the parents. After this I either left the house or fell asleep and made an out-of-body flight out of the house. I either drove or floated around the family's neighborhood. I thought about the deal we had made, and some kind of arrangements I would have to make. The sun eventually came up, and, as it was pretty bright, I floated back toward the family's house. The neighborhood looked nice, like some kind of upper class neighborhood in California, with white houses and palm trees, set, apparently, among rolling hills. I basically floated right into the house, right through a front wall, on the ground floor. The set up was a living room, then something like a half-room/half-hallway, then a big kitchen, then another room like a second living room in the back of the floor, and a few other rooms off to the left of that. Everything was lit with a kind of dim, blue-grey light, as if the bright early morning light were coming in through heavy, blue-grey curtains. I floated through the living room. I eventually touched down and began walking. When I walked into the kitchen, I saw the mom of the family. She was the only person up. She sat at the kitchen table, preparing something, possibly something for a baby. The kitchen table, along with the rest of the kitchen, seemed to be cluttered with household items, but not dirty. I was wearing a thin, powder-blue babydoll-skirt with tiny, puffy sleeves. I wasn't wearing any underwear, and I seemed to be at a pre-pubescent stage of sexual development. I don't actually know whether I was myself or some pretty-looking boy. Apparently I had made some kind of deal, either with only with the mom or with the mom and the dad, that I would dress up and act like a baby girl for them. Something had happened to the daughter. It was like the daughter was a product, like a doll that had broken. They needed to make up for this by using me as a baby-substitute. I can't remember the details, but it reminds me of TV shows when a puppy dies and the parents try to buy a new puppy to trick the kids into thinking the puppy is still alive. I didn't need to act like a little girl yet, because everybody was still asleep. Plus, there was apparently some specific event that I was acting for, and it wasn't until later in the morning. So I was about to go put on some regular boy underwear. But as I walked into one of the rooms off to the left of the kitchen, I decided that I wanted to wear diapers and crawl around and act like a baby around the mom. So I crept shyly back into the kitchen and stood right next to the mom. I asked if it would be alright if I put on some diapers right now. She seemed indifferent and said that would be fine. I walked through a left door in the kitchen. I was going to go around through the left room and then back to the back living room, instead of straight into the back living room through the back doorway in the kitchen. The diapers were in a cluttered pile of household items in the back living room, possibly near a fireplace. At this point in time I may also have been sucking on a pacifier. I may also have looked a lot more like a little girl than a man or a little boy. It was now also like the baby girl I was "replacing" was still around and perfectly fine. I thought, The little girl still has to use the diapers. The mom is indulging me by letting me wear more than I need for the time that the family needs me. It's really just wasting diapers. It's doing a disservice to the little girl, because she needs the diapers and I don't. And isn't it gross that I want to wear diapers before the event? If I'm so eager to jump into diapers right now, doesn't that prove I really like wearing diapers? (Side note: Sorry for the hentai character of my dreams sometimes. I'm not trying to gross anybody out. As for the not-so-hentai parts of my dreams, I think the family and California neighborhood themes come from my trip to the Paley Center, or the Museum of Television and Radio, yesterday. This is a museum where you can watch all kinds of old TV shows, commercials, etc. It's kind of like a mix between YouTube and a library. They also have a movie theatre where they run a specific set of TV programs all day long. So yesterday the movie theatre was showing the program An American Family, which was made in 1971 and is kind of recognized as the first "reality show." The family in that show lived in California. Even though the family was pretty dysfunctional, I kept wondering what it would be like to be a part of the family, in a positive way. I mean, they seemed pretty dysfunctional, but pretty glamorous, too. Anyway, then I watched some TV programs on my own. One of the programs I watched was a Nova special about UFOs. It was made in the 1990s, and one part of it involved an interview with a family in Miami whose children were apparently visited by aliens on a nightly basis. There were a little boy and an infant girl. But what reallly struck me about this family was how white their house was. The wall were blank, white, so bright. The carpet was white, the couch was white, everything was white! It was so unreal -- I thought I'd only see a setting like that in a movie or a dream. I think the family's house in my dream was a reaction against the purity of that house.)
