      Dream 1 - The Train

      I was on a train. You know, one of those passenger trains with the multiple cars. It was very cozy yet airy inside, and there were maroon leather seats on either side of the car I was in, almost like a luxury bus. There were also round tables covered with white tablecloths near the back of the car. It had very large windows so people could look outside; these windows made up nearly the entire sides of the car.

      I became lucid almost immediately. I exclaimed out loud and did a little dance because I hadn't been lucid in a few days, and immediately decided to do something (although I wasn't sure what yet). I wanted to exit the train but I knew it was moving, pretty fast too, but I didn't want to go all the way to the conductor and ask them to stop it manually. That would have been silly. So, I punched a large hole in one of the windows (no one was around to witness it) and looked outside for the first time. The train was not on a track, but in the middle of traffic, moving along smoothly with the other cars. There wasn't much traffic though, so I jumped out, landing on my feet in the middle of traffic.

      I looked down the lane and saw a forest-green colored car zooming towards me at around sixty miles an hour, so I leaped on top of it, causing a large dent and feeling the top of the car implode. The car stopped abruptly, as soon as I touched it, but I didn't get thrown off. I then jumped off the car and onto the sidewalk. I tried to do the second jump stylishly but I failed miserably. I had to balance myself a bit, and almost felt pain as my feet contacted the cement sidewalk. I walked it off.

      I spent the rest of the dream flying around because that's one of my favourite things to do.



      Dream 2 - "Why'd you do that?!"

      As soon as the train dream ended, I found myself in my bedroom, all tucked into bed. My room was situated downstairs; I was in a queen bed with mint green covers, a polished dark brown nightstand beside it, and an oak artist's desk in the other corner of my room.

      I was suspicious of this, though, because something felt wierd. I got up a bit, still covered in blankets, and looked at my alarm clock. The first time I looked, it said 1:00. Nothing strange at all. However, I looked back and forth a few more times, because sometimes in dreams my clock tricks me. Caught it.

      The next sequence of numbers was 2:00, 3:00, and then 4:04. I immediately got up and said, "a second lucid dream!?"

      By now I was pretty excited but I knew better than to go around destabilizing the dream. I went out through the door to my room and ran upstairs, towards the front door to get out of the house. Through the window next to the door, between the blinds, I saw that it was dark. But I knew, through expectation, that I could make it light outside. Before disregarding the window, I looked at the door and expected it to be light outside. I turned the doorknob and it was light. Perfect.

      I walked down the driveway and was about to fly away.


      Then my mother woke me up, and I was back in bed. I was sure I was awake, so I asked, "why did you do that? I was in the middle of a lucid dream." A few moments later, I woke up for real.

    2. A Three Lucid Morning

      Woah, I'm glad I decided to go back to sleep.

      1- Puppy with a Thousand Names
      I just bought a cute little dachshund puppy, but I can't come up with a name. Everytime I think of one I like, I forget it and come up with something else. To start with I'm calling her Doris, then Matilda, then Samantha...

      I teach her how to play fetch.... She's just so cuuute!


      2- Battle of Fire and Water
      I am surrounded by evil monks. My master is wounded; this battle is in my hands. But how can ONE win against THOUSANDS? I am barely able to keep them at bay with my fire magic, and my mana is running low. I quickly drink a potion which restores my power. But what good will it do? How can I defeat them? "Get them away from the floodgates," my master instructs. After a few failed attempts, I do as he says. Water rushes out of the gates and they all drown.

      3- Playing with Time Warps

      I am with the Doctor; he is a bit impatient with my cousin, so he decides to screw with her head a bit. He creates a time warp, and she walks up to him just as he is talking to a past version of her. She freaks out and runs away. Our laughter is interrupted by the sound of marching. A whole legion of warriors is coming out of Wal-Mart!

      "You of all people should know the dangers of playing with time warps!" I accuse as the army advances on us. "Look what you've done!"

      The general wants us both dead. Before he gives the order to attack, he randomly stabs an arrow into the head of a dwarf standing beside him. Okay, what was the point of that?

      The battle commences. I have a sword, and am actually doing a really good job of killing the soldiers. This is fun! The army is actually a mixture of humans and enslaved dwarves... I end up killing the arrow-dwarf's brother, and he wants revenge. (How is he still alive with that arrow sticking out of his head?) I knock him underneath a car. Now he can't sit up without the arrow hitting the bottom of the vehicle. Looks like a very painful way to be stuck...

      The scene changes; now I'm working for the General. I get an email about something detrimental to the General's plans. I can't let him see this... This could be the key to getting rid of him once and for all.


      4- Expectations (DEILD)
      Darkness. I'm not in SP anymore, I guess I woke up. But I RC anyway and become lucid. Yay! Only now, I can't open my eyes. Hmm... I take my sleep mask off, which has transferred over into the dream, but my eyes still won't open. I use my fingers and try to PRY them open... still no success. Oh well, I'll be able to see through them in a minute. I wander around the house blindly until I can see. I feel sort of confused though... For some reason I think I'm invisible.

      I go in my brother's room, where Steven and Matt are listening to the radio. I want to mess with them, so I throw something off the dresser at them. Apparently I'm not invisible, after all.

      My attention turns to the radio. Everything it is saying makes perfect sense. The commercials and the songs are all in real life clarity. Do they have this playing IRL? If not, my subconscious is awesome!

      I go outside. It's really dark, but I ignore this. I'm already having problems with staying in the dream, I need to stabilize this before I worry about the lights. (Or lack thereof.)

      I'm thinking about Leroy all of a sudden, and a man suddenly appears in front of me. Thinking it's my dream guide, I abruptly lose all my self-control and leap at him, giving him a big hug. I see a bit too late that I'm wrong, that this is just a random DC,
      and I wake up.

      ((Oops. I'm glad that wasn't Leroy, after all, since I had to go and act like that. Again.))

      5- A WILD within a DEILD
      I DEILD back into the dream. Yet again, I'm having the same problem with my eyes. I briefly consider ripping my eyelids off, but decide I don't really want to find out what that would feel like.

      I walk out of my room, into the hallway. I still can't see, but I am able to tell where I am just as easily. This dream is still really unstable... Maybe if I WILD within the dream, into a different dream, it will fix things? Worth a shot, anyway.

      I lay down right there on the floor, close my eyes (they were open, despite my blindness) and enter SP. There is a vague sensation of rolling around, and then...


      6- Exploration
      ...I am fully lucid in a new dream. Better yet, I can SEE again!

      Now I suddenly feel as if I need to prove myself for some reason. Maybe I'll go fight that werewolf... I head off toward it's lair. It's still pretty dark out, and there are random people along the road. Once I reach M's house I run into two mean looking dogs. I think they may have been in the pack that tried to kill me in another dream... "Hey, little doggies!" I say fondly, using passive control to make them like me. I pet them. "Wanna come help me kill a big bad werewolf?" Apparently not, they run off. I turn and fly toward the south. I'm near where I'm supposed to be; the warehouse where the werewolf lives is somewhere back here.

      Now, however, I'm distracted by the mountains beyond that. I had read something that The Cusp posted about dream mapping, about how there are certain borders on the edges of your dreamworld and that it's impossible to get past them. Well, I'll just have to see about that for myself. After a lot of flying and climbing, I make it over the mountains... only to find more mountains in the distance. Gah... I'm not going that far.

      Below me, there is a city. Since I'm here, I might as well check it out. I jump down, right in the middle of the road. Cars are coming at me from all directions, but I am unconcerned. It's fun leaping over them. A little tiny car drives by... I wonder what kind of person would drive something that small? I catch up with it and sit on top, riding through the city.

      I reach the lower district and get off. I am surprised by the variety of people, and how real they all look. Everything is so detailed; how could my mind possibly come up with all these different people?
      The dream fades, and I wake up.

    4. Old House Fragment

      I false awaken into my bedroom in my old house. I know one of my friends is taking me to a concert later in the day, but it's really early, and my first instinct is to jack off and kill some time. I grab a porn story printout from my bedstand and go to my basement, but I can't focus due to all the the noises and creaks down there. I spend the rest of the dream trying to stop those noises, turning various switches on and off to silence the washer, dryer, and buzzing fluorescent lights. Here are about ten consecutive failed RCs, as I realize these switches seem to take random effects on the machinery.

      Sleepwalking at a Swimming Pool (DILD)

      NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID

      I know the dream I was in was extremely long and involved but can barely remember enough to make it worthwhile typing it out. I remember the lucid part though.

      I suddenly found myself sitting on a wall at the edge of a swimming pool. I was on holiday with my family somewhere warm. The first thing I did was reach down and feel the wall with my hands to increase the vividness. It worked, but not significantly. I got up and walked over to the diving board, past my dad in a deck chair. I then had a false awakening. I actually dreamed that I had been sleepwalking along the side of the swimming pool, and that the scenario I was in was actually real life. I don't know how my subconscious managed to trick me into believing I was sleepwalking, in the middle of the day, at a crowded swimming pool. All I remember after "waking up" is thinking, "God, it's lucky I woke up, imagine if I had drowned!"

      Canary Escape:
      I was interested in putting some lettuce for our canary who was sitting in his teal and white cage. I put the lettuce on top of the cage on the left side. He went to eat it. I turned around for a split second and turned back and he is now standing outside the cage on top of the lettuce and he is starting to eat it. I noticed this and told my mom.

      Work yet Again:
      I am at work again doing similar tasks to my previous dreams and to RL.

      Thoughts: Would have been interesting to have a LD, but, I've been lazy on my RCs lately and changes are changing rapidly on my end.
    7. Kidnapped, Knife Fight, Blood

      I guess one could call this a nightmare, but it didn't quite start out like that.

      I woke up on the top of a bunk bed in a tiny plain hotel room. The flooring was dark, pale blue carpet, and there was a hotel-sized white-paned window on the other side of the room. I caught the false awakening and momentarily became a bit lucid, but it didn't last.

      I got up from the bunk bed and went down the stairs. There was no one else in the room, but there was an open door leading to the main part of the booked hotel room (where the fridge and chairs are). I peered out and knew I wasn't supposed to be here. I saw a man with a black t-shirt and blue jeans sitting at a small round wooden table, drinking from a mug. He looked slightly scuffed up, although not much. He also looked fairly strong, like someone who'd just gotten back from the gym.

      He saw me right away. "Hello," he told me, rather normally. "Don't be shy. Come out and I'll make you some breakfast."

      I decided to play stupid and say, "I have to get dressed first." There must have been a suitcase or something of clothing in the room, because he said, "sure". I went into the room, closing the door, and found a small shopping bag filled to the top with clothes, but I wasn't actually going for them. I was going for anything that could help me escape.

      My gaze flit around the room and I saw a coach purse, exactly like the one I own in real life. It had a very long strap that I could use to climb down the side of the hotel.


      I looked out the hotel window, clutching the purse, and saw that our room was situated at least thirty floors up. The strap didn't even go half the distance to the ground. Crap!

      Suddenly, the man walked into the room and froze when he saw me by the window with the purse. "What are you doing?" he asked me.

      "Getting out of here," I shot back at him. I made a run for the door, went through it, and he didn't do anything to stop me. He pulled out a long, silver knife instead. I looked back as I ran out the door and into the hotel hallway; he was watching me calmly with the knife in his hand. I didn't look back as I ran down the stairs to the lobby.

      There were only one or two sets of stairs and already I was on the first floor...? Anyways, I got there and no one was in sight, but there was a phone at the reception desk. I took it and crazily tried to dial 911. The man suddenly appeared, slipping around the corner and holding the phone box. "You're crazy!" I shouted to him. The machine rang and then a voice answered. "I'm being kidnapped and threatened with a knife!" I told the woman on the other line. "Help me, I'm-"

      I couldn't get an address out, because the man found the phone outlet and unplugged it, then cut the cord with his knife. I gaped and backed away from him rather quickly. "Don't leave," he told me forcefully.

      I took one more step back and my foot landed on a gun. My eyes widened even more (is that even possible?) and I reached down and picked the gun up. It was dark gray, almost black, and heavy. It was loaded. "Back the f*** up!" I told him, looking for the exit. Suddenly he reached into his pocket and pulled out his own gun. I shot him in the chest, killing him instantly. His eyes began to bleed and there were bruises appearing all over his body. He was still standing up straight but his eyes were closed, and he was completely still. Then another person, looking very much like him, appeared with the same ghastly imagery. It frightened me so much I woke up.

    8. Dreams That Fool Me

      Synopsis: In two different dreams I question if I am dreaming, but the dream keeps fooling me!

      Night Time Note: I wake up! I remember my first dream of the night. But by the time I grab my pen, roll over to jot down on my pad - I don't understand it. My logical mind didn't understand the dream and I could see the memory of it just fading. I close my eyes and struggle to retain the memory in some way I can understand it. I quickly write with my eyes closed "Know landscape is weird?".

      I vaguely remember talking to someone about a landscape. This person pointed out to me that this landscape is weird. This person seemed to understand that this was a dream!

      Dreams That Fool Me
      In the next dream....I was at school again. This time I had worked hours on a lengthy project. My teacher sneers at it, muttered something disrespectful and walked away. I felt deflated! I could never please this teacher
      . As the class starts to critique I'm lost thinking in my head "What if this was all a dream?". I put my hand on the wall, and I pressed up against it just to feel how solid it was. And I kept sighing, "If only it was a dream! That would be so sweet. I hate this class!" I shake my head instead and tell myself, I'm only wishing that it is a dream. I woke up shortly after deciding it was all real.

      You bet I woke up annoyed!


      I had another dream that also fooled me. As I walked home I magically had two Kitties! Kitty number one runs indoors, but Kitty number two is running around outside. I try to chase her down to bring her inside where it's nice and safe, but I lose her. Oh well, I least I still have Kitty number one. It goes completely over my head that there should only be..ONE Kitty.


      Something is very strange. I can't quite put my finger on it, but I know something is very strange. I question if I am dreaming. I turn on the light switch. At first it did nothing. Then after a long time, the light finally turned on. I knew that switches worked strange in dreams, but I told myself this is normal because we've got some bad electrical wiring that really does cause a delay. This is a difficult reality check for me. (In the
      waking I have to try several times to turn on the bathroom light.)

      I go to my room, but I feel even weirder in here. Claustrophobic! I also have trouble seeing, it's so foggy in my room. I feel really uncomfortable and go back to the living room. I tell myself I'm just being paranoid since I'm home alone.


      I'm writing in my journal, and again I question if this is a dream, because something feels wrong. I recheck what I wrote, but it's perfectly normal. I can read it just fine and I can reread it again! I tell myself, if this really was a dream it wouldn't be possible. Writing is weird in dreams right? But I kept holding the pen in my hand and examining it, something was odd but I couldn't figure out why.


      Mom comes home and tells me she saw Kitty outside. But it goes over my head. Instead I start complaining that I can't see in my room. She checks out my room and confirms she can't get the lights to work at all. She described my room as being 'foggy'. To hear someone else call my room foggy, something in my silly head starts to click!
      I must be dreaming!

      Just as I become lucid I wake up. I'm disorientated, I don't recognize this room at all.
      Where am I? I try to recall if I'm spending the night some where, but I don't remember visiting anyone last night. My gay uncle comes in the room and I become fixated on his bright green fingernails! It's the color I've been trying to become in my dreams.

      I wake up shortly after, annoyed the FA fooled me. But remembering something is better than remembering nothing.

      I DID IT!! I finally was able to WILD from a fully awakened state!

      I went to bed last night at about 11:30pm. Woke up (due to awesome dreams about being in love with this incredible girl) at 5:47am and decided to try a WBTB and WILD so I could visit that girl again. I stayed up for about 10 minutes, fully awake. I even splashed water on my face. But at the same time, I stayed away from things that would make falling back asleep a difficult thing to do (i.e. screens).

      After that, I lay down on my back on the floor with a t-shirt wrapped around my eyes and ears to encompass myself in total blackness and silence. I was very alert at this point, and concentration was easy. I consciously relaxed everything, starting from my toes and moving up to my head, and then counted down from 10, telling myself that I would be very close to lucid dreaming by the time I hit 1.

      It almost worked. I felt that beginning sensation of disconnection with the conscious mind, and knew I was close. But I still needed some help. So I visualized a hand reaching down out of the blackness and pulling at the center of my brain. That went far better than expected. Instantly, the hand drew back, but the difference was, now I was moving along with it! My eyes started to move rapidly; I was entering REM, the place of lucid dreaming. Unfortunately, my heart rate increased very dramatically at the shocking success of the visualization, and it was like I fell from the height the hand was holding me back into my real body, and my eyes stopped moving so fast.

      I tried to just go back through everything again right there, but somehow I just couldn't. The hand wouldn't pull me back with it anymore, my eyes would never move very fast...I didn't even see HI anymore.

      So then I got up (or at least I attempted to; one of my legs had lost its circulation, so it was like rubber and I couldn't stand on it, so I had to pull myself into bed with just one usable leg ) and tried the same thing in my bed. By now it was 6:30. Time was running out. I thought the change of location might be enough to get me in. But after a couple minutes of no luck with that, I just thought: "How often do I fall asleep on my back? Almost never!" And then I just got into the most comfortable position I could, re-relaxed (which was a bit more difficult to concentrate on this time, but I did it) and then watched the oncoming HI and waited.

      In a very short time, things started to shake, I felt myself slipping away, and next thing I knew...

      I was sitting up in bed. I didn't really need to RC; I knew where I was. But I didn't want to take any chances, so I did a check and found myself to be dreaming. I jumped down from bed and started going around the room slowly. I felt the walls, I looked out the window, I looked down and could see myself standing there...it was all incredibly realistic. I ran all over the house, then calling out for this girl, hoping to find her around a corner. But I never did.

      BLACKNESS!

      I was back in bed, wondering if I had woken up. Did a reality check, and tested to still be dreaming. This time I flew outside, doing a corkscrew simply to see if the dream world would continue to function realistically if I were upside down. To my amazement, it did. Once outside, and with my orientation corrected, I hovered in the air, looking around me. I laughed with pleasure when I saw how realistic everything was...there was even a road construction crew out in the distance, just like in real life. I was going to fly off to the girl's house, then, but...

      BLACKNESS!

      I was back in bed, and wanted to get back to work, so I did an RC as I threw myself over the edge of the bed and on to the floor. I remember thinking: "The people on DV are going to have a fit when I tell them my reality check was throwing myself on the floor to see if I fell through!" I did fall through, however, and attempted to teleport as my body passed through.

      Where I ended up was not at all what I had intended. It was some kind of restaurant with old-looking wooden rooms. Many of my friends were there, and even some family members. One of them was asking me to go fill up three drinks. For some reason, this temporarily caused me to lose lucidity. I tried to get the drinks for them, but the soda fountain was made from obsolete equipment, the cups were difficult to find, and the method of payment was so strange I never did figure it out. It was something like this: you'd put a couple coins into a slot on the desk, and then there was this tube with rings around it. You'd slide all the tubes to the right to correspond with how much money you paid, even though it wasn't sufficient to cover the cost of the drinks. Everyone around me said that was all I had to do; they never compensated for the extra cost. I got annoyed with them for not understanding my point that it was a bad system, and for their annoyance with me for not being able to figure it out.

      BLACKNESS!

      Back in bed, lucid once again. Threw myself on the ground as a reality check. This time I ended up teleporting to some farm where two pirates were standing in front of me. They were threatening in graphic terms to tear me apart and kill me. I just smiled at them the whole time, and then used descriptive commands to transform them into girls about my age. "Shorter. Skinnier. A bit younger." With each command, they would automatically be transformed. (This is, by the way, a method of dream control I've used ever since I was 4, when I had my first lucid dream) It took a couple minutes to get them both looking right, but the results looked like they'd be good.

      BLACKNESS!

      Now I was getting a bit ticked off at my frequent blackouts and false awakenings. I did one solid reality check and then tried once again to stop all the nonsense and find the girl I'd come into the dream to find. I looked all over the house, tried to call her on a phone, but I just couldn't get her to show up anywhere! So again, I tried teleporting.

      This time was very different, though. Rather than be presented with a new, weird location, all I saw in front of me was a panel of buttons. There was one for each location I'd been so far. I pushed the button for the farm and was dropped there immediately. The pirates were still girls, now also in normal clothes instead of the pirate stuff they had had before. And for some reason, one of them had aged about ten years, while the other remained exactly the same. I invited them to come to the restaurant with me. I'm not sure why, but I just had this feeling that they'd help me find this girl that I was looking for.

      "No thanks." The younger one said. "I kind of like it here. So peaceful and quiet. Especially at the lake! I think I'll go there right now. See you later!"

      The older one was fine with coming, though. "Good enough," I thought. I put a hand on her back and prepared to teleport...

      BLACKNESS!

      There was the restaurant...we were there.

      BLACKNESS!

      There was a static image of several dream characters.

      BLACKNESS!

      I was in bed, I did a reality check. I could still breath through my nose, but it was partially blocked now.

      BLACKNESS!

      Then I sat up in bed for real. It was 7:30am now...I'd been in a dream for nearly an hour.

      The blackouts sure were annoying, but I'm really glad I've found a way that I can WILD from being fully awake! This could even work in the afternoons...which would be really awesome indeed! Then I'd have a couple chances for LDs every day!

      I'd say WILD has now become my focus once again. Wish me luck! I'll keep you guys posted on what happens

      It's hard to guage the times this morning, because I woke up alot over the course of the night.

      10:30am
      FA. I woke up, and checked my watch. I somehow slept in until 2pm! At first, I was upset, because I wanted to reset myself back to days (even if I have to switch yet again on Saturday). I vaguely thought, "No, that can't be right." I woke up for real and saw that it was 10:30am. One day, I might learn to use a FA to my advantage

      Hannah and Rudy, sitting in a tree...

      I was hanging out with Hannah. She was telling me there's someone she likes. She pointed out this guy who was an albino (and had slightly reddish eyes). I had a false memory tell me that was Policeman-Rudy. My brain was confused. Rudy doesn't look like that!

      [Field of WTF]
      I'm observing Rudy and his partner in a field. It was snowy (and presumably cold, but I don't ever feel things in my dreams) They were checking up on people. They passed this one homeless guy who was huddled down and sleeping. Rudy told his partner to get the guy a blanket.

      They kept going, and saw these two guys who were just generally looking like they were up to no good. The one cop started cuffing the one guy and Rudy was about to cuff the other. The second cuffee made a bird-like cawing sound.

      I looked off into the distance and saw this bird swoop in. It was a large and very exotic bird. It came down to eye level with me and hovered, beating its wings. We stared at each other, and I reached out slowly and pet its underbelly. It was okay with that.

      I saw the cuffee use the distraction to attempt a getaway. I seemed to be the only person to see it. Do I chase and tackle him? I'm a bit confused at what happened, but it ended up not playing out.

      There were a group of people around now, looking at this bird. I said, "I pet it, and it didn't try to bite me, not like this dog is doing." I suddenly had this gnawing puppy on my finger. I pulled my turtle necklace out and she told me it doesn't have a clock on it. I said I didn't know what time it was...

      Staff Meeting

      I was in a classroom, late for a staff meeting. It seemed like everyone had gotten these scratch tickets and pick 3 numbers, and I missed out on getting some. I asked Kirby about it, and at first, he thought I was suspiciously trying to get an edge up, but I said I just got here. This woman came 'round with a tray. She said I could have 1 of each scratch ticket and a chocolate bar.

      I don't remember much about this, other than recognizing that people were kissing others that weren't their partners.

      80's yoga
      I encountered some women doing yoga poses in horrendous looking 80's spandex workout outfits.

      Should I re-dye my hair?
      I was looking in a mirror and wondered if, when I get my roots touched up, should I refresh the entire colour? My hair looked fine, but I noticed the red was looking a little brassy. I looked in another mirror and saw that the red was completely gone, and I was left with this horrible orangey-blond hair (dream sign = colour-changing hair).

      Mn oudste zus & ik waren op terugweg van Disneyland Resort Paris. De droom daarvoor ging erover dat we er waren. Op een landelijke weg kregen we ruzie, op deze weg waren geen andere wagens of personen. Mn zus zei dat ik uit de wagen in mn rolstoel moest. Toen ik uit de wagen stapte om naar mn rolstoel te gaan besefte ik dat ik droomde. Ik ging dan maar snel bij mn zus vandaan & liep een veld in. Vanaf daar besliste ik dat ik opnieuw wou proberen te vliegen. Ik begon te zweven & vloog heel snel naar boven. Het was donker maar ik kon erg ver kijken, ik zag de lichtjes van verschillende steden. Toen wou ik snel een grote afstand vliegen. Toen ik aan het vliegen was dacht ik eraan om naar de maan te vliegen. Helaas verminderde mn snelheid & verloor ik hoogte. Ik vloog over een gebouw met Egyptische spullen & verloor nog meer hoogte. Om verder te kunnen zou ik door een muur moeten vliegen. Ik wist dat dit kon, probeerde dit ook & het lukte me. Door de muur vliegen gaf een lichte druk op mijn lichaam waar ik de muur passeerde. Daarna verloor ik nog meer snelheid & hoogte, toen werd het helemaal zwart voor mn ogen waarna ik nog twee keer vals wakker werd.

      My oldest sister & me were coming back from Disneyland Resort Paris. In the dream before that we were there. On a country road my sister & I argued, on this road there were no other cars or people. She told me to get out of the car in my wheelchair. When I stepped out the car to walk to my wheelchair, I realized I was dreaming. I went away from my sister & I walked into a field. Then I decided I wanted to fly. I started to float in the air & flew very fast higher and higher. It was dark but I could see very far, I saw the lights of several cities. When I was flying I decided to fly to the moon. Unfortunately my speed reduced & I lost height. I flew towards a building with Egyptian stuff & lost even more height. To continue flying I had to fly through I wall. I knew this would be possible & I did it. Flying through that wall gave me a feeling of a soft pressure on my body where it passed the wall. I lost more height & speed. All became black before my eyes, after that I had 2 FA's.

    12. My Anti-Social Dream Guide

      Sometimes, my dream guide really irks me. But yay, lucidity!

      1- Scary Lucidity
      I am listening to a song on my mp3 player that was written by someone on MM. It's very creepy... Makes me think of Alice in Wonderland. Eventually I get tired and turn it off, intending to go to bed. As soon as I lay down, the song starts playing. Ugh, not THIS song again. Wait, didn't I take my earbuds out already? I sit up and RC. Lucid!

      Suddenly it is very dark in my room. I vaguely think about lights, but I cannot focus enough to make the darkness go away. An aura of fear, of pure terror, weighs down the air, making it somewhat difficult to breathe.

      Annoyed, I walk to the center of my room and stand perfectly still. I picture what I will do to any attacker, even Leroy (who I know is behind this), for coming to me in such darkness with the obvious intent to scare me. But it's just so freaking dark, I can't hold the dream together.

      2- A Dream of Wakefulness
      I am in MM chat, telling everyone about the lucid dream I just had. Moonbeam tells me that the person who wrote that song is banned from MM, because he stole our "void game." I am appalled. How dare he!?

      Later, I am a guy wandering around a college campus. I hear a "Hey, you," behind me and turn around. A girl is standing in the doorway, looking at me. "The manager told me to look for a Junior, and you're the only Junior around here. Even though you look more like 17 than 20. If you want to join our ranks, go meet Nelson by the band house."
      ((This is pretty much an exact quote of what she said, as I woke up afterwards and wrote it down as quickly as possible.))

      3- Alice in Dreamland
      I am cleaning out my grandmother's house; apparently she's moving. We fight all sorts of strange things in there, my favorite being some type of primitive war machine. It is a cart, with a catapult attached to one side, a removable spiky club attached to the other side, and spikes in the front. Useful for both long ranged attacks and ramming into enemies.

      Later, I am no longer myself, but a girl named Alice. I am standing in a graveyard with friends, sanctifying the grave of our deceased friend, Whisper. I say a spell which animates the concrete Angel used as her gravemarker. It now has her spirit. She thanks me, and offers to help in times of need.

      I am following some weird storyline as I wander further into the graveyard, away from my friends. A narrator says I will get attacked by the thugs who are after me, and my friends won't be able to hear my cries for help. The rational part of me realizes that I could leave now before the thugs find me, but this Alice part of me isn't aware of my future predicament.

      I see my (Alice's) father walk around the side of the church.

      Rational me: *gasp* My father has something to do with those thugs!

      Alice: Hm, I wonder where he's going?

      As I sneak closer, I spot the thugs loading some things into a car. Too late to hide: the short fat one has spotted me! I run, and he give chase. How can he run so fast!? I see my friends over the hill, leaving the cemetery. As predicted, they cannot hear me calling to them.

      Suddenly another of the thugs is standing in my path. This one, however, I know to be friendly. "Alice!" he cries out as I collide into him. He catches me and holds me with my back against his chest.

      "Being... chased..." I pant. Shorty walks up to us.

      "Neil! Good, you got 'er! Let's take 'er to the boss!"

      Neil doesn't move; I can tell he's debating with himself about what to do. Set me free, or follow orders? Right now, I don't really care which one he decides. I know that he'll save me eventually, if not now. Besides, I'm feeling very comfortable in his arms... "Neil, what are you waiting for?" Shorty growls impatiently.

      Neil suddenly lets me go and puts himself between me and the other thug. "Go! Run!" I don't want to leave him, but I must follow the storyline.

      "Thank you," I say, taking off down the sidewalk. I think I am going to get away, but at the intersection I am intercepted by another thug, who looks like Fabio. Damn it! Neil got in trouble for nothing!
      ((At this point, my mom's phone goes off, waking me. No fair... I was going to end up having a romance with Neil...))

      Well I feel stupid for not going lucid last night...I thought about lucid dreaming multiple times, but I never thought about doing a reality check or even just questioning my surroundings' authenticity...even though I was in anything but normal places all night long.

      Even so, my dream recall is improving once again, as I can remember three different dreams this time. None of them can I remember in full, but it's definitely progress! And actually, as far as detail was concerned, there wasn't a whole lot to remember...strangely enough, all of my dreams last night were very simplistic in colorization and geometry. Buildings were flatly-colored boxes that occasionally took upon a bit of a texture when I got close. Vast fields were flat planes with little shading, never mind individual blades of grass. There wasn't even much of a sky to speak of; just a solid hue that eventually faded into existence somewhere off in the vast expanse of the dreamworld.

      Anyway, on to the dreams.

      Dream 1: I found myself to be Peter Petrelli in a city that was in big trouble. Huge mechs with guns were approaching the city boundaries, and it was clear what they intended to do: wipe out anything that got within ten feet of them. I used my various powers to rally up soldiers and pedestrians alike to help in preparing defenses for the place, but the mechs struck before we could finish putting the last reinforcements in place.

      Rather than let everyone be crushed with fear from the apparent failure, I used Mohinder's power (which false memory told me I had acquired) to jump across rooftops and freerun in impossible ways in order to reach a wall that was hanging in midair by a crane. In one motion, I jumped, pulled out a knife, cut the crane's cord, and then hung on to it as I watched the wall collapse on top of the approaching mechs.

      That did raise people's spirits for a while, but it didn't exactly change the tide of the war. It took a long while, but eventually everyone had been killed...soldiers and regular people alike. They just couldn't survive without powers like I had.

      So it was just me and the mechs. I refused to give in, even though it felt as if there was nothing left to fight for. Somehow or another I took out one of the remaining mechs, and eventually I got around to another. Then it was down to just one mech and me. But this last mech was the biggest one of them all. I hid around a corner and tried to peek around to watch its movements. All I got was a bunch of bullets nearly hitting me in the side of the face. Its reactions apparently were incredibly quick, too. I hid for quite some time, always dodging its presence...but sooner or later I got tired of waiting, so I jumped up onto the roof of the building in front of me, ran across the top, and then jumped for the mech, crying a vicious war cry all the way. We collided, and...

      I honestly have no idea how that dream ended. Seriously, that's all I remember. I know there was more to it; I didn't wake up right then, but what happened is lost on me.

      Dream 2: Had a false awakening. And a flood of false memories. My brain told me that I had been in a science test lab for a couple days and that they had developed a machine that could record your memories in full audio and video as you went to sleep. When I got out of the test bed and unhooked a bunch of sensory cables from my head, I went to the machine and started to replay the video from the beginning. I could hear my thoughts wandering and see a few minor images fading in and out of the blackness that began the sleep cycle. At first the thoughts made some sense, but then, gradually, they began to make less and less sense, and be less disorganized. Before long, my thoughts were all very scattered. Then things went silent, and the dream began to appear on the monitor.

      What was really interesting about that one is that the video was accurate to real life. As it 'replayed' everything for me, I honestly did remember thinking some of the things it had recorded. I think I honestly did tap into some deep and hidden memory of what went on as I fell asleep, and was able to bring it back in full detail in the form of a monitor inside another dream. Fascinating, actually.

      Dream 3: There was a huge family get-together. We went all over the place; restaurants, parks, possibly even a movie theater. And then we decided to go on a joyride in a big plane. Except as it turned out, only my dad and I were on the plane once we got on board. Other than that, it was totally empty. The plane took off and I looked out the window, and suddenly this great frustration grew inside me.

      "Flying is so much more enjoyable in a lucid dream." I said. "You don't need an airplane to fly, then. You're just free. It just feels frustrating to need an airplane; to be flying, but not out in the open."

      At first I tried to just enjoy the ride anyway, but I couldn't. I told my dad (who was also the pilot) to land, and I got off, angry at my inability to fly how I would prefer to.

      Dumbo...if you'd just realized where you were, you could have flown!!! Argh...
    14. False awakening

      I woke up at (in reality) at around 5am so that i could pay for my bf's gas for work, went back to bed shortly after. I had to be to work for 8am. Then my dream started..
      The only thing i really remember is waking up (in the dream) and looking at my phone, and it was like 9am already and i was like #*$! wait no... this is a dream... this has to be a dream, i never heard my alarm go off.. looked at my phone again and it still said it was after 9 am. in my dream i called my boss appologizing, i knew it was really bad that i missed because in reality i risk getting fired if im late one more time.. It just sucks that in my dream i was so certain i was dreaming, and i even double checked my phone and it still clearly showed i was late.
      I thought it dreams we can't see numbers or clocks clearly, that they should look distorted. I even felt a bit of depression because this dream felt soo real, and was so vivid.. it was like i was in the future in another demension...

      Thankfully i woke up for real and i still had time to get to work.

      Noodles
      I was at my elementary school making noodles. I went off to some buildings on the side and talked with a random DC who told me about her past. I realized that she was a pedophile and ran back to the group. I tasted the noodles. They were good.

      Writing down dreams
      I had a false awakening and started writing down the dream I'd just had. When I woke up for real I could still remember the dream I'd been writing down, but I was too lazy to write it down for real.
