First dream I was in my home, messing up with router port forwarding settings. I couldn't get the forwarding done. Second dream I was in my old school. I was sitting on a bench and drinking juice during the break. The break ended and I had to go to the classroom. I entered it and looked for a spot to sit, but I forgot my backpack. I went to the corridor, left the juice under the bench and took my backpack. I sat on my place, in front of the class. We were just about to have a test. I saw persons from my new, and old school. The teacher was a female in her late thirties. She had a brown hair, and wore pale blue shirt, and jeans trousers. In the last moments I looked through the book and notebook, but teacher told me Why are you learning now? I can add everything to the test! I stopped to look through them, and waited. The teacher told that we're not going to make the test. She told me to go and sit in the back of the classroom. I went straight to the corridor, to take the juice. There was a security officer, who looked like Caesar. He was watching me, so I couldn't pick up the juice. I went back to the classroom. It was the second german lesson in the row. The teacher was shouting at me, telling that I'm not gonna pass to the next class. She checked work of everyone except me. When she asked about one specific word, I replied. She wasn't impressed.
Morning of March 15, 2015. Sunday. Although I feel somewhat as I do in reality with regard to some aspects of my dream journalism, I seem to be living back in the small squarish room on Loomis Street. There is a desk and large typewriter set up in the southeast corner. I am not quite sure of the dynamics of my living arrangement although I am at least somewhat aware of my present real-life status, including my wife and family, but am not lucid in any way. There is also no association with my relatives or older sister whose house it actually is in reality. The manual typewriter is about three times as high as the portable manual one I used to use in reality (mostly in Florida) and is a much older model; probably an Underwood from the 1920s. I am aware of writing out at least three dreams in the typed summary format I used to do on plain white paper back when around ages eleven to seventeen (in addition to the far more detailed handwritten entries where I actually fit four lines of printed writing between two lines of notebook paper as well as usage of the additional miniature black binder for the index). (However, also in reality, there was a point where my mother had bought me a very large gold-colored box of expensive white paper which also featured a large watermark on each sheet, which seemed a bit odd to me, as it was just slightly too noticeable - almost like undesirable oil marks, thus I preferred the cheaper paper, though still used the other.) As I am working and organizing a few things, an unknown younger female (about twenty) is in the room. I have no idea who she is or where she came from. She is dressed in old-fashioned clothes. She goes to my typewriter and takes all the blank paper I have left from the box. I complain about this but she eventually leaves the room, and heads out the back door. The stack of paper she takes is about an inch or more high. When I go outside (in what would otherwise be the residential backyard on Loomis Street) it seems to suddenly be in the 1800s and it seems to be a farming community for the most part, though some generic wooden buildings flow off to my right to the horizon (like something out of “Gunsmoke”). I find myself calling the female insane (mostly only after the people do not respond to my reporting her as stealing from me) and that something has to be done. No one else believes she is a thief or has any issues even though it is clear that she does. I tell an older (unknown) male that the responsibility falls on him whenever she gets up to more mischief (there is a vague association with Salem possibly regarding the late 1600s though that is not very defined). They seem to not know what I am talking about at all yet I still rant on and on until I wake up. I do not know where the “paper thief” went; I only see different people at this point, mostly on the right of my perspective with the male I am yelling at to my left. Curiously, the idea that I have apparently traveled back in time does not even dawn on me in-dream at the time.
Morning of March 15, 2015. Sunday. Dream #: 17,618-02. Reading time: 1 min 12 sec. My family and I (as we appear now) are living in the Clayfield apartment, though there are no other buildings around (as in reality), only a big featureless field. It seems to be late afternoon. I watch a small airplane flying overhead, viewing it from the window of our main bedroom. Zsuzsanna and our children are not around at this time. As an unknown female of about twenty years of age is walking westerly across the field in the opposite direction of our apartment, a Cessna nosedives, crashing behind her, though there is not much noise. Although it had not hit her, she is seen lying on the ground needing to be pulled away from the area by an older unknown male. I do not perceive that she is physically injured, she only has mild shock. The crashed Cessna remains in a diagonal position, with several small pieces on each side of it. I suddenly find myself in the area of the event when I had only been watching it from a distance from our bedroom window. An unfamiliar man asks me about it. There are a few unknown people present. There is no mention of the pilot, but I am not aware of one being present, alive or dead. I absentmindedly claim that the airplane stalled because he was flying it straight up. (I say this about four times to different people.) I describe how the same accident had recently occurred three times, involving Cessnas with identical appearances. However, I do not recall seeing any previous event like this. This dream is a typical projected vestibular system correlation event, one of the most common waking processes, usually unrelated to waking life. It is an association with resolving the imaginary physicality of the dream state. The process often renders falling, flying, and rising events.

Morning of March 15, 2015. Sunday. In my dream, my family and I seem to be living where we are now on W Street though the house seems connected to the neighbor’s house as if part of some sort of large apartment complex and at least some of the layout (such as the kitchen) is rotated perpendicularly in the direction of the other house (though our bathroom is rotated one-hundred-eighty degrees around so that it is on the east end of our residence). There is a large but shared lobby towards the north rather than a porch of any kind. Our entrance faces north; the neighbor’s entrance faces west. (This layout somewhat mimics the porch in reality, as our main door faces north and the computer room has an external door that faces west onto our porch. The in-dream lobby however is at least five times the size of the real porch.) My dream’s setting is later at night. I hear some noise outside and when I look out the window, I see two large flatbed trucks and a car, all of which are faced north and parked on our side of the street, the car being the first vehicle in the row. The two flatbeds are stacked with at least four levels of wooden chairs (and nothing else), though quite randomly at various scattered angles. The car also has chairs randomly strewn inside the back. Later, I hear hammering coming from the other apartment. At one point I look out into the fictional lobby and see an older male and female, who have a large dog, carrying a couple chairs into their place. Apparently, every single chair has to be hammered upon here and there to fix it up for their new home. I mention that they are okay in doing this as my wife and I had been listening to hammering on and off for over fifty-two weeks. There is a bit of sarcasm in my voice which I do not think they catch. Being that we only share the empty lobby with the new neighbors, this dream is atypical of similar shared dwelling dreams where there is more integration and consequently more annoyances. Later, my wife is in the bathtub and I think she is annoyed by the new neighbor situation. (In reality, the number of wooden chairs that were in the vehicles would not even have fit in the small house next door.) During the last part of my dream, I hug each member of my family for quite some time and feel a strong sense of love and hope. The positive energy dominates the rest of my dream. Hugging, and its extraordinarily realistic feel of weight and pressure and enhanced sense of touch in general (including a sincere sense of compassion and respect), has occurred in my dreams since earliest memory.

Afraid to Call SB is standing up from the table and pulling out her cellphone when a cop drives by outside. She puts the phone away hurriedly, expressing the fear that she might be arrested. We argue with her, "How could you be arrested for making a cellphone call in your own house? Come on, what would the charges be?" But we can't talk her out of it and she, still anxious, goes to bed. After she has left the room, I ask the others, "Is this normal?" meaning, does she act like this all the time? They indicate to me with their eyes and subtle nods that it is. Note: It's odd, this is a friend I haven't talked to in a couple years, and after I dreamed this last night, today I got an email from her... Turquoise Bob Look in the mirror, see that my hair is cut in a turquoise bob. It looks surprisingly good; I think I might keep it this way. It will be annoying to have to get it trimmed all the time, but I should make an effort. Should I get the color done professionally or do it myself? Decide on the latter, that's how I've always done it. Look online to find the color. How to get the hued variegated like this? Figure I need to bleach it white first, then can selectively coat parts of it with vaseline. Bus to Sabaville In some vast interior space, need to get back home. Find a shuttle that I think will take me toward where I saw the bus stop, but then it goes too far and in the wrong direction. I discover it is heading to a stoner convention. As everyone stands up to disembark, young man in seat in front of me (hefty, dark hair, pale skin) stares at me and asks out of nowhere: "Who are you?" I stare back, perplexed. "Why would you ask me that? We've never met before. How could it matter who I am? I'm a stranger, on a bus." My answer seems to have disoriented him. "Am I dead?" Sarcastically, I respond, "Could be. It happens sometimes." I leave, going in a different direction from the others disembarking the bus. Awed by the sheer size of this place. Don't see any internal columns or supports... what is keeping the roof up? Must be miles across. Find the stop to take the shuttle back in the other direction. Young woman there, think I've seen her before. "Can you tell me if this place has a bus that can take me back to Sabaville?" I inquire. "That's not where you should be spending your time." I assume she means that it's not a very cool place to live. "Well, it's where I need to get back to."
It was dream. I was in the city. I found lost friend, she was unhappy. We went to restaurant and talked and drinked tea. I felt somewhat happy, but also confused and uncertain. I remember only these few pieces of quite long dream.
There were three people on a metal cart with shelves. I'm saying the substance in a container is having a chemical reaction as it is bubbling over and I set it on the shelf of the cart. All of a sudden, the whole things explodes and the three people (I think one was just a head!) are electrocuted and then all of them catch on fire. I watch but know there's nothing I can do. I'm not even that upset. There are white (like Christmas) lights strung all over the place and all kinds of extension cords and wires and I unplug most of them for safety. (LOL) I them leave them and head upstairs. CRAZY!
I notice another part of the scene I was in change. I found my self in Father room waking up however a part of the room look different. Though this change was familar to me and I soon recalled I've been here in a lucid dream before. My brother who I now notice ask I have? That means I'm dreaming right now. My brother said we are? I said yea are you aware?, my brother seem shock that we're both were lucid. Stay calm I told him. My brother said lets go through the window as he made an attempt to slide pass it. It didn't work and he was push back. I told him it will take a bit more experience to accomplish that. Also the confusion may make you lose lucidity. I suggest it's better we take the back door. That's when we both agreed and left father room and enter the living room. I told my brother to watch what I'll do next. Saying that I'll make the lights switch work in the dream and that's when the real fun begins. My brother watch as I cause a dim blue light through apart of the house. Shall we go outside I ask my brother? My brother decline saying he wanted to see more of what could happen inside the house. That's when someone at the door open it. It was a woman that resemble an anime character. I told my brother look they are really here. I jog and quickly approach her. I then greet and welcome them inside. I then pointed my finger saying hey it's another anime character outside. My brother said really? I waited for him to come and see. We both saw a man with a huge sword knocking on near by peoples houses. I then told my brother we should go outside, there's a lot of things that happen out here. It was night as we begin to walk the streets. I however lost lucidity a long the way. Lucidity Time: 6 minutes
Went to bed at 00:15, Woke at 04:40, BTB at 05:20 with tACS electrodes on (and set to go with a time delay of 80 mins and activation for 6 mins->1 sec on,2 sec off at a subsensory level). Had a hard time trying to fall asleep due to stress. When the tACS went off for the first time I was still marginally awake but at the second activation I drifted off. I realized I was faintly seeing my hands in flight position over tall grass. I concentrated on my hands and gradually it got clear - still I was not there completely. I continued to fly, then landed and walked to a wooden house. Inside, there were shelves with toys. I picked up and admired some of them but still was not there completely. I had that familiar feeling of being half in bed - half in the dream. I opened the wooden roof and climbed up floor and I was in a modern apartment. Went out and I was finally fully in the dream - clear and live image! I was in a modern city road and decided to fly with the parachute control technique. It didn't work as good a the previous time thought... I took off and flew between the blocks of flats having some difficulty, and after a while I landed again and starting running and jumping in order to fly - superman style. Not much success with that either and then I entered a downward going tunnel. I walked down the tunnel, when at the exit I saw a giant octopus! I immediately turned around and walked the other way, but at the other exit there was another giant octopus! I said: I will change the scenery and appear at the forest of Peru. I closed my eyes, I heard a snapping sound and immediately i started hearing forest sounds. I was happy with this but right after that I was in bed and a FA took place with my kids and wife, before I actually woke up, quite happy for my first lucid after a long dry-spell ! (and possibly the first tACS induced - although it might have been the long WBTB that made it happen, we'll see... )
I was at work sitting down prepping something. Things were just a tad out of place but nothing seemed unusual to me in that regard. I did get a feeling like it might be a dream through so I went ahead and did the nose pinch RC and when a little air came in I knew I was dreaming. *That was my first ever successful RC.* I didn't really have a goal set up so I thought why not have sex? I went to a empty work area and was thinking since no one is here I should just make someone appear. I picked a woman I like from work. I close my eyes and then open them and she appears in good form. I proceed to get her half naked and carry on with the task. In feeling and appearance the dream started to fade a little so I closed my eyes and reopened them to better visuals but the feeling was still weak. I was losing lucidity at this point and the dream transitions to a normal work dream. I'm now back in a work area and am given a few work tasks. I get bored and start walking around. I know I'll get in trouble for slacking off if I get caught but still take the risk. I sneak out of work and go to a automotive shop across the street to hang out with people I apparently know who work there. Me and some other people sit at a desk in the shop just talking when a professional lady walks in and sits next to me. My hands suddenly seem wet and sweaty for no reason. The lady goes to shake my hand and freaks out when she touches the sweat. I think geez I need to wipe my hands off before shaking someones hand like that. She starts caking on disinfectant (lol) and I make fun of her for overreacting. She opens a door and starts washing her hands with a hose I guess to rise off the disinfectant. Water pours out into the parking lot and freezes into ice. A car comes speeding up, hits the ice and crashes into the building. When checking the wreck out I see across the road people from my job are coming back from lunch break. I think oh shit I have got to get back to work before I get caught.
As a new member, I'm going to put up some older lucid-based dreams on here. I have been recording for my own amusement since 2001, and a few random lucid moments occurred during that time. I will put up the lucid dreams I had thus far. --- I just had THE most realistic dream ever. I am wide awake and I have to write this down. I was drifting off to sleep. It hasn't happened in a while, but when I was in college I used to have alot of out of body experience-type things. Usually it involved mostly movement and sensations. In these type of dreams, for some reason I can't always see what is going on. I am not entirely positive it was an OOB experience. If its instead a lucid dream, and you are convinced in the dream world that its an OOB, is it an actual OOB or part of the dream? Anyways. I'll write what I remember. I felt myself, first off, drifting out of my body. More like wrenching myself out of my body in a good effort. I remember reaching my hands outwards because I really wanted to get out. Once I was free of myself, I floated above me a little bit in the same laying position as I was when sleeping. Then I slowly felt myself turn, in this same position, with my head facing where my feet had been and vice versa. It felt like someone was guiding me into this. The laying position then lifted up like a rocket preparing to launch, and I was flying off. I now remember seeing the walls around me zooming by as I went through them. The first sensation I felt after that was sound. What sounded like a steady car-driving sound, or the highway. I heard cars zoom past me and I wondered what I was experiencing. I couldn't move, and like I said I sometimes I can't see anything in these types of dreams. I was still in a laying position. I assumed I was in someone's car. I felt someone brushing my hair or moving their hands through it to clean it. They were trying to keep me looking neat, I guess. The wind in the car kept whipping my hair around a smidge, and they wanted to keep it nice and neat. I also felt at one point them lifting my bangs in an attempt to cut them short. Or maybe they lifted them but didn't cut them. I also remember someone pulling some of my own hair that was stuck in between my teeth out, as if they got stuck up in my gums pretty good. This part was odd. There was alot of hair stuck in-between the right side of my teeth, and they pulled them out with some effort. It reminded me of dental work. Next I remember being in a room and hearing people talking. I think I saw the room, I'm not sure. This part is blurry. Anyways, this "laying-still-while-someone-brushes-my-hair-while-in-a-moving-car" thing was going on for a while, and dream/spirit-me was getting really bored. I was hoping for something a little more interesting and this wasn't cutting it. I wanted to wake up and get back into another dream. I tried opening my eyes, because in the past opening them has wakened me from these types of dreams. This time I had opened them, and I saw instead slight glimpses of the environment around me. I *thought* that I was waking up, but then suddenly I was afraid of opening them again. Like I was unsure of what to do about the opening-eyes thing. So, I stayed in the dream. Suddenly I felt fingertips on the middle of my back, and then a strong person picking me up from my laying position. I thought it was an angel pulling me out of the dream. I was saying in my head "Thank you God!" over and over because I was sure this creepy kidnapping dream was going to end. It was starting to frighten me! Whoever was carrying me was reassuring me, saying it was alright. Also I recall a glimpse of me being carried through the threshold. But then, I felt someone cleaning my skin. Like every inch of my skin, cleaning something off of it. I still thought this was a process of leaving the dream so I still had hope. I thought then I was safely set in my bed/body again and I would wake up to reality. When I opened my eyes, I was in shock. Instead of the familiar darkness of my bedroom, and the sensation of being awake, what met my eyes was a bathroom. A yellow and white tiled bathroom. it was tiled in small yellow and white tiles so that it made a checkered pattern. They were really tiny ones, like mosaic sized, and they came up the wall halfway like some bathrooms have them. The walls were yellow. I stood in the middle of the room. To my right and parallel to where I stood was a smudgy, dirty mirror, like the kind in older junky hair salons. To my right, infront of me, was I think a sink. Directly infront of me was a tiny window, closer to the ceiling, with white curtains and yellow pattern on it. To the left and center was a toilet. To the left and parallel to where I stood was a counter or sink. It was an alright sized bathroom. Medium sized I guess. It reminded me of an old ladies bathroom. Someone who had done the decor in the 60s and then totally kept it that way through the rest of their life. It was nice for an outdated shitty bathroom. So, I was in total and complete shock, and I began repeating to myself "this isn't my house this isn't my house!" all scared. I started looking around frantically at the setting. I darted to the window but didn't look through or attempt to open it. I looked at the dirty mirror, and kind of saw me. It looked a little like me, but two long, inch wide strands of bangs were covering my eyes. They seemed lighter than the rest of my hair, which was cut kind of similar. I couldn't tell so much because the mirror was too high for me to see past my forehead. Also I was afraid to look. I didn't immediately see eyes so I freaked out. Dream-mirror-looking is never fun. D: I didn't want to stare long enough to see I didn't have eyes or something dumb like that. Also I think I was wearing one of the nightgowns I actually own. Anyways, I was immediately determined to get the fuck out of there. I opened the door, it wasn't locked. I knew there had to be someone downstairs waiting for me. As soon as I exited the bathroom, to my immediate left, was a staircase going downstairs. I took it. At the end of the stairs, to my right, across from a large, dark sitting room, was the living room. It had a curved entry-way that sectioned the room off from the other parts of the house. Inside this room it was also brighter. I saw two fat people sitting there. One was a woman and she was watching TV. Another was a man in a brown-tan shirt and he was reaching behind the sofa for something. He was crouched the other way. I tried to silently sneak out. The guy saw or heard me and ran after me. I took something metal and smacked him over the head with it. I went to run again for the door, but every time I tried running my head began to swim and I'd get really dizzy. Like the action was taking alot out of me. It was a struggle. Once again I had to turn back as the guy tried to approach me. This time I grabbed a long metal standing lamp that was set by the door and smacked him over the head with it. That really got him, and he fell to the ground. I debated going at him again with the lamp and getting him for good, but I was afraid of the other person in the next room getting up and helping the guy out. Also he wasn't knocked out. He crawled for something that was on the floor a little ways beyond the door to the outside. I didn't wait to find out what it was he was grabbing for. This time I walked slowly to the door. I knew running wouldn't work out well for me. I thought to myself: "Sometimes when you rush things you don't get anything done correctly." So I took my time and walked there. I was mere inches from the door. There was something small blocking it. Like a trunk or something. Something I could hop over easily. AND THATS WHERE I WOKE UP! FFFFFFFFF Its not that I am afraid (although I went to check if the door was locked lol), just amazed. Surprised. "What the fuck!?" and so on. I wonder whether it was a dream or something else. And I wonder if the girl was supposed to be me or another girl who was never so lucky to escape. I just don't understand. I am confused! I also feel like I'm never going back to sleep, Siigh End! ---- Scary as it was at the time, the complete realism I experienced when I opened my eyes and looked at that bathroom was amazing. I might as well had been in a real bathroom, in a real house. I sort of began to lose the lucid feeling in the living room, as I was smacking the guy in the head and attempting to run. But the majority of the experience was so so real. It didn't even feel like a dream, up until the end part. I wonder, was this a WILD? Obviously the first part was a little SP. Being in my body, struggling to get out, etc. Some of my SPs in the past had involved me floating above my body as I slept like how I did here. I feel like I kind of worked my way through this SP, and got myself a nice reward for doing so. Anyways, hope you enjoyed c:
1. Something disturbs me, and I get up and go look out my bedroom door just as someone comes in and passes me by. I see nothing out in the hall and turn back to look at the person – but there’s no one there. Then I realized that I was awake. I don’t know if the whole thing was sleepwalking or if some part of it was a dream. Inspiration: Probably from my door creaking because of the wind and me being paranoid. 2. Editing Kyou Kara Maou! on Goodreads. Inspiration: Was thinking about how the KKM! light novels weren’t in the MyAnimeList database and wondered about Goodreads. 3. Me and Rane follow someone into a waiting room of sorts. I’m wearing a long skirt and a sleeveless, light blue denim shirt I think. I lean against the wall as Rane sits down. She pats the seat to her right, the only one of the four along that wall that’s available, and I go sit down. I overhear someone talking across from us, something about a young girl (around 16) being engaged, and I see she’s obviously not ready for it and shake my head mentally. She had dirty blond hair in a ponytail. Then a dog comes up to me and I greet it like I’m familiar with it. Only it turns away when I try to pet it. But then I see another dog and think that must be the one I know. There’s another, bigger dog as well, and I decide to just pretend to ignore them and let them get to know me at their own pace. They’re all brown-haired, two are coarse-haired and one is long-haired (the bigger one). The last one comes over and smells my hands in my lap and I let it without moving. When I think it’s okay, I move them to pet the dog but it moves away. Now we’re standing at the door out talking to the man we came with. He’s asking us what food we want and gives us two options. The conversation is a bit vague, but Rane decides she doesn’t want the one, but instead ‘Cesserian food’. Mentally I’m a bit ‘hmmm’ because I don’t know if I’ll like it. Jump. I’m in a room where someone is cleaning up stuff, there are papers with things written on them lying around and I realize some of it might be important. I go over and grab my dream journal and a clipboard with papers on it. I’m in a bathroom that looks like the downstairs one IWL. I need to go but it’s totally clogged/gross and the seat is broke. I try to flush it but it doesn’t take care of it fully. I decide to try another one. As I’m heading upstairs, I decide to go the bathroom up here; I know it’s always clean. Jump. The man had given me some kind of item that was supposed to be a convenient way to transport yourself around. I was scrubbing at this pillow with a rag or something until I thought the area was big enough to use. Then I pressed myself down onto it and waited to be transported. …But nothing happened. (I was expecting to sink down into it and reappear somewhere else.) I remember getting frustrated before because I dribbled water down a little black and white notebook with words on the pages. I was annoyed and went to tell mom about it. She told me a bit about how it was supposed to work, and that you can get a marker that works for 2000 strokes. Inspirations: Thinking about going through mirrors and transporting through water. Thinking about my aunt and her husband. A mix of a story mom told me about my uncle. My aunt going into labor last night and mom leaving to go be with her made me think about waiting rooms.

I tried to take a nap today. At first, I woke up after an hour with nothing recalled. I tried going back to sleep, and only had two small tidbits that were actually notable. I was in this large mall or some kind of indoor flea market. It had a very country theme, as everything was made of dark wood. The place was so big, I had no idea where the exit was, but I wanted to get outside where there were more possibilities. I found a wall that looked like it went outside, so I decided to phase through it. I ran full speed at the wall, and then... WHAM! I hit the wall so hard, that I actually fell backwards to the ground. Man, I'm clumsy in my dreams. I got up, shook my head a bit, and tried again. This time I made it through relatively fine. I was in this parking lot under construction. It was really sunny, but it somehow started to rain. It felt refreshingly cool and incredibly realistic. I tried to use this to stimulate my senses and stabilize, but instead I woke up --- I DEILDed into someone’s house. It was apparently my buddy M’s, but it’s not his IRL. I had been having trouble the whole dream with dream control and stability, so I thought I’d try something new. I pulled an iPod Touch out of my pocket. It was a tad smaller than a normal iPod, but it would do. I was hoping that since I’m so into technology, my subconscious would easily accept me using this iPod as my remote control for the dream. I moved through some of the menus, but interestingly enough, it only had a few of the normal iPod functions, like music and a few simple apps. I tried turning on some music to see what it did, and suddenly there was music playing throughout the room. It took me a while, but I eventually recognized the song - the Alphabet song… It sounded like a very childish version that you might play for younger kids to help them learn the alphabet. Let’s just say I was hoping for something slightly more... energetic. I hit the “Next” button, but the same song started playing again. I kept hitting it, hoping for a new song, but it just kept starting over from the beginning. I hit some other button, and some other song finally started. It sounded similar, but it no longer felt ridiculous, so I just accepted it and moved on. Unfortunately, there weren’t many other functions I could find in the three screens of the main menu. Wait a minute, I know how to solve this. “Hey Siri.” The familiar robotic voice came to life, “How can I help you?” “Change the world gravity to 0.” The iPod switched to some other app, asking if I wanted to add a custom voice command. Of course it doesn’t want to understand me… Nothing else is working today, why would this? I pressed submit for this screen, and then took a few steps before jumping to test it out. Sure enough, I continued up to the ceiling. It felt less like zero gravity and more like I was just flying, but at least it was progress. I landed outside and tried again. “Hey Siri.” “Hey Sim.” This response seemed weird, I have no idea why it called me Sim. “Spawn a car.” “Okay, spawning car.” I expected a car to show up in front of me, but instead some text was floating just above the ground: Ob_New_Car_1: Texture missing. Are you freaking kidding me? My brain is missing texture files now? I fiddled with it some more until I woke up. I knew I should’ve gotten Android.

I was a secret agent for some company, specializing in dream infiltration. Me and two other agents were in this one dream, which took place in the streets of this city. We only had a limited amount of power to use dream control, which I could see on my wrist watch. I was semi-lucid, so I made sure to keep a close watch on the number, without realizing it meant nothing. I went to check it from the beginning, and it read 689. I wasn't really sure what this number meant, but it felt high enough that I was comfortable using some powers. We were walking to the place we were supposed to infiltrate, but I thought this took too long. I took off to fly, but after getting about 30 feet in the air, I realized this might be a waste of dream power, so I came back down to earth. I instead decided to kind of jog to my destination. I tried not to go too fast and waste power, but I kind of got caught in the flow, and my jogging turned into a kind of high-speed skating. I tried to take a sharp turn, but I had no traction, so I slipped, fell, and blacked out. I realized I was waking up, so I DEILDed back in, still only semi-lucid. I was now at my destination, a very large warehouse building right next to the water. I jumped up onto the roof, trying to find a way in, when I heard one of my partners shout through my headset. "Oh God, the Icarus men are here." I turned around to see him running inside the building, being chased by members of Project Icarus from Mirror's Edge (basically, super-strong, super-fast, free-running cops). I dropped down to a lower level of the roof, where a large window gave me a good view of the inside. I saw my partner being ambushed by at least 10 armed gunmen, who opened fire immediately. I could hardly stand to watch. But then, two Icarus agents jumped onto the walkway just inside the window. I tried to run out of sight into the shadows. Then another 2 started patrolling right by the window on the outside. I was pinned down, but for some reason, they didn't see me. I chalked this up to poor AI programming, but I was still too scared to make a run for it. I stayed here until I blacked out. I woke up at my old house that I lived at as a kid. I honestly don't remember much that happened here, but it ended with me trying to wake myself up from this dream. I tried closing my eyes and feeling my real body, but amazingly that didn't work. I opened my eyes and found myself in another room of the house, lying face down on the carpet. I tried again, but had much the same result. Finally, after three times, I managed to succeed (kind of). I found myself in my current house. My mom was waking me up early to go do some work at my grandma's house. I was kind of mad, since I didn't want to have to get up. I went downstairs, but she still needed to go upstairs and get dressed. I figured she wouldn't be down for a while, which would give me plenty of time to take a nap. I laid down on the carpet, and tried to WILD. I found myself in the same room, but my body was turned around the other way, so I knew I was dreaming (though not that it was inside another dream). It felt like an OBE, since I was in the same place I fell asleep, and my body felt kind of floaty. I decided to try to summon Vi, but then I heard my mom's footsteps coming down the stairs. Crap, that took less time than I thought. I didn't want her to see me floating around when my body was still asleep on the floor, so I hid as she came in the room, and darted out behind her. I figured I'd be pulled back to my body soon, since my mom was about to wake me up, so I just decided to wait it out. But then I didn't get pulled back. I heard my mom calling my name. I thought of my lifeless body laying on the floor. Oh crap, what if she thinks I'm dead? I rush back over to get back in my body, but it's not there. My mom somehow sees me. "Oh good, there you are. C'mon, let's go." I was a little confused, so I tried a nose pinch RC, but much to my surprise, it failed - I couldn't breathe through it. I concluded that I was actually awake, and then dismissed the last 5 minutes as just a funny coincidence. I went to put on my shoes to leave, when I woke up for real (actually, my mom woke me up for real, since we did actually have somewhere to go this morning). Side note: I'll be really glad when I'm not home for spring break, so my mom will stop showing up in my dreams just to annoy the crap out of me.
I was in a dark building, can't remember that part too clearly but I walked out through an emergency exit. I entered a sunny, warm wheat field that was cut in intricate paths. There were weird birds similar to cranes and flamingos scattered around, but not quite like them. I sat down to meditate but decided it would be dangerous, walked back and a Cheetah was prancing almost in my direction, I ran and it chased me but it was curious and playful. This cheetah a lot larger than normal, and it's shiny fur looked so gorgeous reflecting the sun and camouflaged through tall stacks of wheat. I recall turning out to stare at the landscape and saw the most beautiful thing I've ever dreamed. In the vast distant wheat fields a humpback whale leaped out far away and fell softly and silently down the deep golden sea.
