    1. ??th ??? 2012 First Lucid

by , 03-12-2013 at 03:03 AM (Scionox's Journal of Dreams)
I managed to recall this lucid fragment randomly yesterday when i was going through my old dream memories, and i had it before i got into lucid dreaming, making it possibly my first lucid experience, unless i had one even earlier and just can't recall it.

I was at home and then suddenly HUGE blades were retracting from the walls/floor/ceiling, i was dodging them at first but then i started thinking, 'But this is a dream', and started ignoring them while they were going through me with no damage at all. There was that recurring chandelier thing and then i woke up.
    2. Don't Even Think About It!

      by , 03-10-2013 at 10:56 PM
There is nothing scarier than starting out at my house for me. There is always something scary about this home I'm living in. It was dark at the time, and I was walking all over my home looking for something interesting. Nothing much happened really. I only remember two unique moments. The first one happened when I first realized I was lucid.

I was in my background, there was now light outside. I'm standing behind my sister's bedroom building. I'm standing there wondering. Eventually I wondered too much and thought of something/someone I met before in this same exact place. I thought of a dark, scary reaper. I immediately stopped thinking about it but when I first looked up in front of the garage, I saw it.

At first, I was scared that I had to see this reaper again and even seeing it again brought back the memories I had when I first had nightmares about this thing a few years ago when I first found out about Dream Views(2009). It was a pleasure meeting the reaper again. I ran up to reaper and before I could do anything, it disappeared(I might not remember correctly).

I thought about another great idea to do while I was lucid. Well, it wasn't the best but now that it happened, I thought it was worth to do. At first, I wanted to have sex but I was already tired of doing that(I'm guessing), so I I thought about trying to summon Quynh, the most childish and bitchiest girl I've ever met back in high school, but I still admire her. The first technique I tried using was, "I'm going to yell out your name and move my right hand back and hope you will be there." Surprisingly, it worked! Not only did it summon her but it looked a little bit like the REAL her. Though, what I really wanted was to see her just the way she was back when I first met her in piano class. She was really beautiful before throwing a lot of hate on me. But she's Vietnamese, so I suppose that's why she doesn't want to know me anymore, she'd rather go out with one of her own or someone who's not so in to her...

    3. 8th Mar 2013 Quake 4, Darkness, WILD in a dream, wings and flight,Transformation into dragon attempt

by , 03-08-2013 at 05:31 AM (Scionox's Journal of Dreams)
Recall from today's naps, some success, also not much of non-lucid recall due to me trying to DEILD after waking up from non-lucid. Also wow, i did successful WILD in a dream(which counts as DILD i guess?).

      Nap #1:

I was in game that looked similar to quake 4 and was shooting some stroggs with my hyberblaster, cleaning room after the room. Then there was very dark passage where i got ambushed. Then everything went black and i spontaneously go lucid, i try to imagine different location and teleport to it, but there's no success, i try a few times but i am still stuck in darkness. Shortly i feel something touching me and 'hugging' me, no clue what it is. I try to teleport again but no dice. After a bit i see some white/cyan wall for an split second and then i wake up the room is different and the lamps are broken so i realized that i am still dreaming, but i can't move for some reason. Shortly dream fades out.

      Nap #2:

Can't recall much about this one, i recall finding out that one of the forums that i was previously on, which expired, has been restored and functioning also there were some troll users getting banned on it. Later i was browsing some other forum that was apparently about Trigonometry Wars shmup, in one of the threads the author was having some problem with a different game he was making. Later i noticed that my PC was overheating.

      Nap #3:

I was home and there was major revamp of furniture positioning, people were annoying me and PC was loading extremely slow due to some problem. I got tired of trying to fix everything and ended up just lying in my bed, trying to WILD...
I awakened in my bed and i know i am in a dream, i take off headphones and i can still hear binaurals, that confirms it. I get up from the bed and while getting up i am concentrating on touching it with hands for stabilization, sound of binaurals shortly fades out as well. I am looking at the room and it is pretty accurate to my room in waking life, also it is daytime. I go to the balcony door and on the way i am repeating 'I am dreaming' a few times for additional lucidity and stability. I started ramming the door, had to do it twice like i did in the other lucid dream, though this time it just opened instead of breaking, i am fine with it since i want to do something more major for TOTM anyways.
As soon as i get to balcony i take off, i immediately feel the wings, and this time i am better prepared for it. It's still not easy though, i start flying in circles for a bit and then far to the right(if facing balcony from outside), being unable to get higher. I note that the building is very long and as much as i was in flight, it didn't ended. I finally figure out the movements and start getting higher, my target is the roof, since i need a good big open place. I reach it in a bit but it is very small somehow, i take off again searching for different roof.
Shortly i reach some red brick building, i note that my flight is pretty stable now. The roof is sloped, again not fitting for my goal, but i find decently open plaza-like area down below near this building. I also try taking a look at wings, but for some reason the angle at which i can rotate head is rather small. I land and look around, there are people walking around this plaza but i don't care. I start thinking up the way to reach my goal: transformation into a dragon, and i decide to try just concentrating, imagining transformation and shouting 'Dragon form!'. I try it for the first time, no success. Then second time, still not working. Then i try for the third time! I feel my right hand becoming different, i look at it and it's mostly normal but slightly bigger and clawed looking, it becomes normal shortly. I become more confident and attempted for the fourth time. I concentrated much more as well and i got it, my hands became clawed and black scales appeared all over them, but a second later, dream abruptly ends.

I woke up in my room and dad was annoying me about something, so i forget to do reality check, then shortly i wake up again, this time properly.

Worth noting it was my longest lucid up to date as well.
    4. Greatest Night Ever!!!!

      by , 03-07-2013 at 05:50 PM
Last night was the greatest night of Dreaming in my entire life! I had six, yes six, lucid Dreams last night. A combination of DILDs and DEILDs, mixed with 2400 mg Lecithin and 100 mg B-6 taken immediately before bed. I have never had even close to this type of success before and I must attribute it equally to my training as well as my supplements.

Last night I flew, I fucked, and I fought. My hands were, at times, grotesque and other times normal. My girl chatted with me about race car numbers and how she was seeing them differently than I, which was one lucidity trigger. I encountered that serial killing doll chucky, and I watched a man run as fast as a race car. I had a few false awakenings that I didn't realize at the time. I was so deep I felt like I was in inception. I also watched my girl fly away like a pro which triggered another lucid.

I flew for the first time last night, although I only got a few feet above the ground. While I was flying, I thought about going to space and as my DreamScene started to change I got nervous and had second thoughts. So I closed my eyes and willed my Scene to remain as it was, with me closer to the ground than I was headed for. Space is a challenge for me because of my fear of heights, which is also why I flew so close to the ground. I also don't have much confidence in my flying ability yet. I Dreamt so much last night that when they were over I figured it had to be time to wake up, it was only 5:30. I had only been asleep for roughly 5 hours, and hadn't even reached my peak REM stage yet! This is an incredible breakthrough for me and I'll just have to remember next time I'm lucid that there are many other things I wish to try. You can bet ill be using this supplement combination again very soon.

Thanks to anyone who read this!
    5. 7th Mar 2013 Short DEILD and Weird fragmented dream

by , 03-07-2013 at 02:34 AM (Scionox's Journal of Dreams)
Dream recall from non-lucid naps, dunno why my recall from naps is so fragmented recently. Also yay for somewhat successful DEILD.

      Dream 1(fragment):

I recall being home, near exit door, arguing about something with family and then eating huge amount of honey mixed with something else.

I woke up with closed eyes after that dream and decided to try DEILD. After a while of not-moving and trying to imagine last scene from the dream i heard weird noise and some dream scene started 'spinning' into view, i recalled scene from the end of previous dream again and now the proper scene was 'spinning' into view. I was in place but dream scene itself was frozen in place and it was hard to move, then it faded out shortly.

      Dream 2(fragments):

There was weird 1-2 year old child that i have found at home.
Then later there was something about two people trying to fish out the dragon out of some river. Suddenly i was one of them and there was some trick that to fish out the dragon it was needed to get fish and prepare it in some specific way. We were both failing and then dragon appeared from the river and just flied away. It was green chinese dragon.
Then i was myself again and i was returning that child to some demon family he was from apparently. They looked like normal humans except their skin color was grey. We then talked about why people hate them, and that dragon was there as well. Shortly we were all watching some cartoon about some lumberjack bears or something.
    6. 6th Mar 2013 In-dream drink induced lucid dream anyone?

by , 03-06-2013 at 03:01 AM (Scionox's Journal of Dreams)
Pretty fragmented dream recall from non-lucid naps, also was lucid for a few seconds at the end.

There was something going on about GTA-like game and in game there were some military characters that were saying something about forever being stuck in military. Later there was cook character that was saying that he's forever stuck being cook and that he had to make 95 cakes per day or something.
After that i went to kitchen but it was apparently restaurant. There was lot of very expensive tableware, partially made of gold. The owner of restaurant suggested me to drink alcoholless champagne and gave me one for free. I drank a bit and got completely and utterly drunk, everything was wavy and i could not even drink properly.
I somehow got lucid from that, knowing that i am in dream, but was still drunk, also my pants disappeared( ). Dream faded out shortly as well.

Worth noting that i haven't been ever drunk IWL.

    7. 5th Lucid

      by , 03-04-2013 at 07:48 PM
I fell asleep last night at around 1am and had a regular dream or two. Woke up at 5am and stayed up for about 10-15 minutes and went back to bed. My final waking time was 8:30am. Basically last night I had kind of an unintentional wbtb. In the time during my second sleep I had a couple, long non-lucid dreams. Just a side note: I have not been doing any rc's lately or anything besides having a thought or two of LD'ing in the back of my head daily. The night before last I was having a dream when I just randomly said to myself, "I am dreaming" and that triggered quick lucidity but as soon as I realized it, the dream had faded to black. I am not counting that as an official lucid although I am impressed with myself for getting to that point. That night I also had an unintentional wbtb, as I had fallen asleep on the couch and went to my bed later in the night.

So here I am, in my non-lucid dream. I am standing on some bedrock looking at all the waterfalls that stretch down the horizon. It is dusk outside. The dream is vivid and clear. I see a billboard at the top of one waterfall closest to me, thinking "why the hell would someone put an ad here?"

Anyway, I looked around for a few more seconds and randomly just say to myself "I am dreaming". I get that awesome rush you get when you find out that you're dreaming and run and jump off the bedrock into the water below. Below the surface it gets darker and darker the deeper I go until I'm falling into black space. All of a sudden I'm completely still. I open my eyes and I'm back in my bed. The room is completely dark and for a moment I'm thinking I really did just wake up. I lean up and see an industrial white light on the wall by my bed, which is not there in WL. Without question, or doing any rc's, I know this is still a dream. I get up slowly, pulling the cover off. I sit on the edge of my bed for a few seconds thinking about how my goal in this dream is to anchor myself in and engage all five senses as much as possible. Idk why but I put it off and got up and dug through my drawer for something but I dont recall what it was that I was looking for. After that I pace around my black room for a minute or two. For some reason I felt very tired and my eyelids were heavy. I was fighting the urge to close my dream eyes for the fear I'd lose the dream and wake up. I decided to do a rc just to see what my hands looked like in the dream. They looked normal, but my focus was zooming in and out, clarifying then blurring, like a camera trying to focus. Through the dream I never let myself forget I was dreaming, and that seemed to keep me in longer. I then Looked at my phone to see what funky characteristics it had. I turned on the screen and a red samsung came up with weird quotation marks, like "SAMSUNG" and then something appeared below it. I figured, fair enough. I walked around my room a bit more feeling sluggish and half asleep. I finally had closed my eyes.

A couple seconds passed and I opened them slowly, hoping to be in the dream still. But what I see is daylight instead of solid darkness, and I can see everything in my room. I lean up to do a rc. My hands look normal, none of that zoomy shit. I plug my nose and can't breath. Great, I'm awake! I decided to get up and write everything down in my dream journal. This LD lasted about 5 minutes. My record before this was 20 seconds. Talk about improvement!! This time though I didn't just take off and fly and wake myself up out of the excitement, keeping my cool worked.

I'm kinda impressed with myself for have lucid instances in the last two nights. I'm sure they had to do with my wbtb's. It seems all I gotta do is say "I'm dreaming" and voila. I will do wbtb's the next couple nights and see how it works out.
    8. The Drugs and The Glass In My Hand

      by , 03-04-2013 at 05:58 PM
California highways are really beautiful, but not when you feel like you're being followed while trying to get back to your home.

I pulled off the main highway to resolve some issue, perhaps read my map...I'm not certain, but the men in the white pickup that pulled up behind me seemed very threatening. He glared at me over the steering wheel as if he was daring me to make a strange move.

The passenger was the more malevelent-looking of the two. A long bald head appeared around the corner of the windshield and smiled a toothy grin, yellowed teeth filling his face like a diseased jack-o-lantern.

"All we want is the pills! Give us the drugs and we'll let you live!"

I was reluctant to give up the pills as I knew they were expensive and important. I reached into my pocket and pulled out several foil blister-packs, each containing four pills of the medicine the evel man wanted. I suspected they were for pain but I never saw their name.

"All of them!" He seemed very impatient as he said this.

I walked over to him and handed the pills over, all but two.

"Let me keep just these two! They're important, at least let me keep these!" I implored him.

He nodded in an allowing way and I pocketed the pills, relief flooding over me, and I turned back towards my car for the walk back.

I found the gravelly road I was on appeared to be covered with broken glass, large pieces littering the entire area. I can't imagine how I didn't notice that before. One step told me I could never walk back safely so I decided to float/swim back to the car pushing myself with my hands.

The shard of glass sticking out of my finger and the painful sensation brought me to lucidity and I examined the orangish-brown glass in my finger before pulling it out. I stared at the mark and it sealed immediately.

Knowing I couldn't propel myself with my hands or feet because of the glass I instead chose to float my way back, a hovering figure sitting cross-legged in the car. The feeling was pretty cool knowing I could float so easily, and I made it back to the car safely.

Something happened after that but I don't recall it well enough to describe.

    9. Murder Scene, Target 2

      by , 03-02-2013 at 09:03 PM
I must have forgot how this scenario started. I only remember becoming lucid and then remembering.

At the Target store, I was first lucid when I was walking around the mall at the furniture section. The store was set out so differently. Around this area, I found someone interesting me. She was a girl and she was all alone just looking at the items on the viewing tables. I wanted to try and kill her but there was something that just didn't feel right. I don't know what it was, so I left that area. I also remember rubbing my fingers on to one of the viewing displays to try and get a good feel from the lucid experience.

I walked back up front to the store where I found someone I just had to murder. She was someone whom I never met before. There were a lot of people around watching, but I didn't hesitate to strangle her with my bare hands.

I walked up to the woman, grabbed her and started beating her to death with my right hand. She showed no resistance against me but after a few hits, I stopped and remembered that I was still lucid and I could do some other good things. I let this woman go and slowly walked out to the front of the store. Walking out of the store was a little bit hard for me only because I usually lose lucidity when I walk in to new areas. It didn't happen this time though.

I walked outside under a big roof next to the store. There was really no where for me to go so I walked to a group of people sitting in a table in the area and started talking to them. We seemed to have a nice, friendly conversation, until a teenage girl walking towards me sat with the group.

    10. 1st Mar 2013 WILD - Some DC distracting me from goals

by , 03-01-2013 at 08:15 AM (Scionox's Journal of Dreams)
Seems like my recall of dialogue from dreams is not good, even from lucid ones.

I 'wake up' on my bed in my room and take off headphones, i still hear binaural beats, confirming that i am dreaming. Dream was pretty unstable and it was hard to move, so i did stabilization by feeling the bed with my hands and also by rubbing hands. I recalled my goal to find a way to change location and i recalled that i wanted to try running through walls. I get up and try running into one, but dream fades out before i get to it.
I am on the bed again, i know that i am still in the dream. As i get up i hear some loud, booming voice shouting something about nature, creating some sort of shock wave and thrusting me upwards, i suddenly feel wings once again and manage to stop my motion before hitting the ceiling and. I get back to the floor and shout some thing along the line "What was that about", the voice responds: "I AM ___ OF NATURE OF EARTH"(Can't recall the underscore'd word). I accidentally close eyes and dream destabilizes again.
I am on the bed once again, this time with pillow somehow stuck on my front. I do some more stabilization and then get up, and as i walk i shout "Show yourself!", the owner of the voice from before appears in front of me in blue glow, but since i was walking pillow that stuck in front of me hits him and falls off. The owner of the voice appears to be midget of less than an half of my height. We greet each other and talk about something for a bit that i can't recall at all. Then i decide to attempt to run through wall again, but as i get close to the wall, some sort of forcefield slows me down. Midget starts running around the room while being completely invisible(I dunno how, but i 'felt' whenever he was nearby). I was trying to catch him, but as he becomes visible he's not a midget anymore and in fact he's somewhat taller than me, also he's wearing some sort of industrial working suit. He ignores me and starts connecting something to big speakers on the desk(I don't have speakers in the room IWL, i use headphones), and saying that it's something special. I accidentally close eyes again, but this time dream remains stable. I decide to reattempt my goal again, but as i run to the wall i get knocked to the bed from the side(possibly by ex-midget). Dream fades out.

    11. First Lucid dream this year

      by , 02-27-2013 at 11:34 AM
Finally I got a lucid dream!

      Bedtime: 01:30
      First wakeup: 08 : ??
      - wrote up the fragment and wrote "/I'm dreaming" and "/Thanks for dreamrecall" (but in my language) -
Final wakeup: 09:50, right after the lucid dream.
      Supplements: none

      Elevator and street (Lucid dream)
Me and my friend Mattias was in some kind of building. Not sure why we were there, but there was massive of people that followed us. We started to run and came into an elevator.
I quickly pressed in a code [4-1-1-1] as I remember that would get us up to the top of the building rapidly fast. But it didn't work, instead it became only a number 1, which made the elevator to go down.

When the elevator just had stopped, I told my friend to wait as I wanna see if this is a dream. So I ran towards the elevator door that was made of wood, and jumped with my head first. I went through the door and appeared on a street.

I had no idea what I would do now. Somehow I just chosed to drive MC in the traffic.
BUT, the weird thing was that I felt my legs in the bed, it was like pointing down in a 45 degree angle. It felt quite great to swing to right and left, except for the feelings in the legs.

I started to wonder if I really are lucid dreaming or just day dreaming. I tried to listen and focus on the sounds, and I started to hear bus and other sounds you may hear in a traffic. The sounds felt very real and that made me more sure that I wasn't awake, that I really did lucid dream.

I then stopped and thought of try to fly, as I remember that's a goal I have. But I had hard to stand straight up because of the feelings in the legs.

I then started to wonder if I am breathing, that what if my body just stops breath. So I tried to breath but I didn't feel any air. I got worried and thought I might just try wake up.
I tried to open the eyes, but it simply didn't work. I tried to roll aside, but that didn't work.
Started to get panic and I shouted "HELP!", but only a small sound came out. But some seconds later I woke up.

I also noticed I woke up on the other side of bed than in the dream I thought I were. I always sleep the 'correct' way in my bed. But in my dream I had my head where I have my feets, and my feets where I have my head.

      That's it.

The black cat with puke/vomit (dream)
There was a black cat outside my apartment (the cat seemed to be mine and I had to forget to take in the cat). The cat had vomit/puke on him, spots here and there.
I took him in to my house (to my room that looks like my real room that I'm in right now).
He wanted to go outside, so he tried to escape through my airing gap near the window. But he didn't fit through and I catched him. I was going to clean him but wasn't sure what other than water I would use.

      And there dream recall ended.

      Malin and her friend (fragment)
Me, my gf Malin and her friend Josefin was in my gf's livingroom watching some kind of movie. My gf had fixed her gelé nails as she said she would do. They were blue. But they wasn't that long, and it looked just like she had put on nail polish.

      That's all I recalled today.

    12. My first Lucid Dream

      by , 02-25-2013 at 09:52 PM
I am laying in my bed just trying to fall asleep. I notice that there are colorful images floating in the darkness of my eyelids which I have noticed in the past but never to this extent. I'm fascinated so I watch them swim in my vision. A very round and mirthful face drifts down from above and fixes itself in the center of my eyelids. I find it slightly peculiar that it is so prominent in my vision when my eyes are closed. It slowly starts to float off to the side. I watch it as it leaves my vision..

I wake up. I'm laying in my bed but everything is SO bright. My sheets and the light coming from my window are the most brilliant vivid white I've ever seen. Suddenly I realize that I must be dreaming. I excitedly pinch my nose and try to breath. I expect nothing to happen like every other time I've checked - BUT I am able to breath! At this point an exultant triumphant feeling wells up inside of me and I have an ear to ear grin. I try to prop myself up on my elbows to look around but it's like I don't have any control of my limbs. I roll over and try to push myself up but my arms just seem to sink into my bed.

I actually wake up. I was slightly disappointed that it only lasted what felt like a minute and a half, but that feeling didn't last long. I FINALLY was able to become Lucid after a few weeks of trying.

    13. One New Message

      by , 02-25-2013 at 05:40 PM
      I bet i'm newer than you!-mqdefault.jpg

      * ADA + WBTB + MILD after 7hrs sleep this night. Was up for about an hour. Ate a banana and drank cup of herbal tea before going back to sleep.

I'm in a small living room but I don't recognize it. I'm mindlessly walking over to a table with an old answering machine that sits next to a telephone. I start playing the messages on the answering machine. Evil sounding noises start coming form the answering machine and I think to myself 'Evil' and I am suddenly very scared. I wonder how evil could have infected my answering machine. Suddenly I realize this doesn't make sense and I become lucid.

I test this by looking at my hands and predictably my hand looks distorted. It always seems to be a different distortion and this time the odd thing is that my index and little finger are only about an inch long while my other fingers are the normal length. I am positive I'm in a lucid dream now.

I make my way out of the room and down some stairs to the front door. I walk outside and looking up a hill is a large windmill. I try to do my lucid task of trying to run very fast. I think about running very fast up the hill. However I seem to be stuck and actually walking very slowly dispute my efforts to run.

My vision starts fading to black and I wake up.

    14. 25th Feb 2013 WILD - Suddenly Different Room

by , 02-25-2013 at 03:57 AM (Scionox's Journal of Dreams)
Not as much success than previous WILD entry there, but still interesting. I originally planned to do TOTM but i guess i forgot about that mid-dream...

I am in my bed, eyes closed, i feel different somehow and binaural beat i am listening to is ending(it's not looped), i take off headphones and the still head a bit of ending, thus confirming that i am in dream. I get up and recall my goals, i remember to stabilize, i try feeling the bed and i also rub hands. I look around and i am suddenly in a different room of my house now. My next goal was to try phasing through balcony door, but i get a bit puzzled since i am in a different room. I notice a door 'leading outside' that's placed there instead of windows that are there IWL. I run towards it and imagine phasing through it, but door opens by itself as i touch it, so i end up falling.
Mid-fall i try to teleport towards balcony, but fail, then i end up accidentally closing eyes, but after i open them it don't seem to effect the dream and i am still falling. Suddenly i feel the wings, so i slowly glide to the street.
I look around and there are alot of people walking around, i notice that some of them look like my family, but nobody really notices me. At this point i presumably forgot my goals, so i decide to just explore. I also decide that it would be good to move faster, so i start running quite quickly, there's at least a few meters between steps. Dream starts fading out and i wake up.
    15. Levitator

A group of friends and I had just walked out of a convention center after attending a non-specific event, when I decided to hop up into a cross-legged position and levitate in mid air. It was as simple as that! The group I was with watched in amazement as I effortlessly floated through the air, accompanied by a low-hum levitation noise.

I floated towards a crosswalk and had to stop and wait for the "walk" sign to turn green, and noticed I was starting to bump and scrape the ground. Keeping the levitation going was a lot easier while mobile for some reason. The sign turned green and I scooted right along like some futuristic hover car from 'The Jetsons.'

On the other end of the crosswalk I came out into a wide, empty parking lot. It was here where I decided i wanted to pick up speed and fly. For a second a fear of falling out of the air and dying crossed my mind, but then I remembered I was in a dream and started to pick up speed. It's such an amazing sensation, feeling the air rush past your body, feeling the acceleration of some invisible force push you faster and faster! As I picked up speed, I started to unfold my body out into a superman formation and lift into the sky. Unfortunately, I only went a short distance before waking up. It sure was a refreshing way to wake up though!
