Im in some warehouse fighting chinease dwarfs guards with guns. But im not worried about getting shot beacuse I got super strength im graping them by the arms and throwing them into boxes high up. I realize this must be a visulization so I wait for my self to snap snap back to my real body but when I dont I realize im dreaming so I look at my hands right away but I cant see them it too dark all of a suden I only see the outline so I run to ware I see light in the warehouse. I stand under a industryal light bulb the kind that are realy long when I do I see my hands but it looks like im looking through a magnifing glass then out of nowhere my right hand disappears so I look at my left hand and it disappear too This piss me off beacuse how can I stabilize the dream if I cant see my hands I didt have a backup plan my hands Re-appear out of the corner of my eye but when I look directly they vanish I can still feel them but not see them The dream de-stabilize and I woke up and I voud to have a plan A B and C for next time.

The dream started with me in a business office building and I got on an elevator. the elevator was surrounded by glass and moved fast. Suddenly, it started spinning sideways around me and two other people out of control. We were still in place some how as if we were floating, but the elevator car wasn't rectangle shaped it was an oddly shaped polygon and would hit us over and over again even if we tried to avoid it. When we got to the first floor and other people started to watch in fear, I took my chances and dove off the elevator car and was hit many times on the way out. I lay out in the open and look back at the other two that didn't jump and the elevator was still spinning in place even though it wasn't plummeting down. The people looked up at me with fear in their eyes as the elevator car hit them over and over again and I could see them losing their strength. Then, some workers tried to run up and turn it off and two guys dressed like construction workers jumped in to save the two people and the people jumped out, but then right as the construction workers were about to jump out, this giant arc of electricity shot out and a boom went off. The elevator picked up speed and the workers started floating toward the top of the elevator car. Then more lightning and electricity and the people were being fried by it and I just stared in horror. Right when it didn't seem it could get any worse, flames burst out in every direction and the elevator car caught on fire and in this moment, the scene of all this chaos made me realize this had to be a dream. NOW LUCID!!!NOW LUCID!!! So I turned and looked at a clock twice and at a closer examination it did change (unlike most dreams where that reality check doesn't work), and my hands weren't misshaped. So I figured I'll just fly then. I jumped up and failed the first time, got mad, and then jumped with more grunting and frustration and I launched. I flew high above the building and outside was a magnificent view of a sunset with reds and oranges blended in and a 360 degree view of it with cities off in the distance. I notice the sunset is about to go away and I point at it like I would in Pocket God, and I lower my finger and make it dark and the moon comes up. Then I grab the moon and lower it until the sun comes up and I raise the sun much higher until the scene looks good. I then make it dark and make some lightning strikes and laugh while enjoying myself. I then think that I should try out a dream goal and I fly to a city in the distance and start to realize the dream is almost over when I get there so I just observe some of the city for a minute and my alarm goes off. Great dream, haven't been lucid in a long time so this was a great feeling.
Non-dream Dream Lucid Dream I had a couple of very vivid dreams last night. Dream 1: I am about to have either tooth surgery or surgery on my testicles and I feel very frustrated. I am at my old Anaheim house. My parents are being a pain. They said they are "really busy" and wouldn't make it to the surgery until really late. My brother is helping me find a suit to wear to the surgery. I am having a child soon. I woke up with pain in my left testicle. Dream 2: I am playing baseball and TK is my coach. I'm not in the field because I need to sleep. Dream 3: Bowling is in the olympics and LA calls me so I can watch it. Dream 4: It is my wedding day and my brother is helping me out with the tux. Even though it is the day of the wedding we JUST got fitted for the tuxes and we (me, my brother, and bender from Futurama) go to get them just 5 minutes before the ceremony is about to start. I mingle with some guests - mostly my wife's co-workers. Some older lady asks me where ___ (cant remember his name) is and I reply "sorry I have no idea who he is." She gets really sad and asks if he is dead and I say "I don't know" and I rush down to get my tux. After getting the tux, the trip back to the mingling area is very difficult. There is an obstacle course very similar to the show Wipeout. Every time I try to pass one particular spot I say "Is this really what it's like getting out of a prostate?" Everyone laughs (?!?). On the way up to the ceremony I realize that my worst fear has come true. We are minutes from the ceremony and my tux isn't on, we didn't practice our first dance, I didn't prepare a speech for later that evening, I really didn't know what was going on at all. Then I realize that everything will be ok and I am at peace. I reach the holding room where my wife is waiting for me. She asks me a question and I snap into awareness. I say "But this is a dream!" The look on my wife's face at this moment after telling her this is a dream is one of the saddest things I have ever seen. She is crushed. She really wants the wedding to be perfect and I do too. She starts crying and I say "It's OK, it's OK," but she runs out of the room. I fly after her for a short while but she has disappeared. Everything goes black. I try to fight it but I eventually wake up. I was lucid for about 15 seconds. I have no idea what triggered the DILD but I think it had to do with the strange timing of the wedding (nothing being prepared, etc...). Dream 5: I am a left fielder playing in a baseball game and I can't catch a fly ball. I misjudge all of the balls hit to me or lost them in the lights.

Non-dream Dream Lucid Dream I am at high school basketball tryouts and I block the sh*t out of my friend El. It was such an awesome block that I keep trying to play it back on my phone. I block a bunch of other people too. I get traded because of my parents somehow (not my real life parents) even though it is high school. At this point I "wake up" from the basketball dream and draw a picture of the scene where I block El to show my wife. I look down at the picture and it is incredibly life-like (and I am a terrible artist). At this point I realize it is a dream (false awakening). I am extremely popular at my high school. Every chick wants to bang me (and does). I walk into a classroom to learn about cows and they slaughter them and try to feed us blood. I don't want anything to do with it so I walk out with a couple of chicks to film a porno.

Red = Lucid Dream Blue = Dream 23-July-2012 10:00 I was participating in a martial arts class in a dojo I used to go to. A childhood friend I haven't seen in years appears and it becomes known that he is leading the class today (he has martial arts experience so that's not too strange). He starts guiding us through warming up and does to by throwing really sloppy, weak, punches. I copy but am not impressed. I start looking around and notice the room is a lot bigger than I remember. Some staff members are removing big plastic curtains to reveal the room to be huge! At this point I become lucid and decide to bail on the class and just jump up real high through the room. At some point I start flying to the ceiling and grab in between the ceiling plates. The plates are made of balsa wood and are colored dark brown or yellow. I notice the extreme detail in which I can see things. I try to climb into the room above the ceiling plates but struggle and fall down. During my fall I assure myself I can't be hurt, I calm down and start flying again. When I try get to the room above again I struggle again and decide to take a different approach. I tell myself the floor of the room below me is only feet away instead of dozens of feet. I let go and step onto the floor below me. Then I want to fight someone and know the person I want to fight is coming around the corner. A fat Chinese man with a stern look on his face appears and before I can punch him he walks into me knocking me to the floor. He ignores me and walks on, another fat Chinese person appears around the corner as I start to lose the dream. I wake up in my bed with sleep paralysis, the urge to move becomes so extreme I can't help but roll over and wake up. Why did the Chinese person knock me down without fighting me? Why couldn't I climb through the ceiling plates?

Very Brief lucidity triggered by big cats. I flew away and lost lucidity. Oh well.
Date: 18/07/2012 Place: My bed Time of getting into bed: 00.30am 100mg B6 before bed, also 60mg Ginkgo & 160mg Ginseng Waking thoughts in black Non lucid dreams in blue Lucid dreams in red Last night, I woke after each dream as usual to write in the DJ, but was so tired for some reason I didn't record anything. This is not like me AT ALL. I was ill during the day, and had a lot of painkillers so I blame this. However when waking for the day (11.30am) I was sooo tired I kept falling back to sleep, and as I did I had short, very unstable lucid dreams. I experimented with them a bit, I could fall asleep instantly and control the dream, the dream stemmed from whatever I was thinking about as I was falling asleep. It was quite fun. Dream 1 - non lucid 3 Indian guys on a motorbike come and pick me up. As I can't fit on the bike with them, 2 of them hop off and get a bus. We drive to a small, shack-like place, where I am taken upstairs and sit at a table watching a TV. The man who rode with me sits with me, and gives me an Orange to eat. I lived in India for some time, and often visited places like this to chill out. the locals would give me lifts on their bikes. I feel a hot breath on my knee under the table, and looking under I see a big bull sniffing me. He's not meaning any harm, so I ignore him and he walks away. Later he comes back, sniffing around for food. I throw my Orange peel to him and he gobbles it up, clearly very hungry. He then realised I have segments of Oranges, and comes towards me. I throw a few to distract him, and he runs after them, gobbles them up again and runs towards me, eager for more. I panic, thinking he will accidentally hurt me, my hands smell of Oranges and I'm scared he'll charge or bite me. He does charge, but I jump out of the way and escape. I fed cows in India when they wandered in the restaurants hungry. I also saw an anti bull-fighting poster before going to bed. Dream 2 - non lucid I have trained a cute kitten to do magic tricks with custard creams. People are watching and think it is amazing, but I have a secret trick that makes it easy. I make the kitten count out piles of biscuits, and everyone is impressed. Dream 3 - lucid fragments I wake up for the day, but I'm so tired I drift off to sleep, then wake up again after 5 minutes, and drift off again. I do this for about an hour, soon, as I drift off I have lucid dreams. They are short and very unstable and not vivid at all. More like thoughts or daydreams that move into lucid dreams. The following fragments were broken up by waking and conversations with RL people. I am sat on a bed, talking to a hot guy. I have full control, and know I am dreaming but the dream is not stable or vivid, I just imagine things happening, and they do. I have conversations with DCs mostly, the dreams revolve around trying to get laid as I am pretty horny. I start a sexual scenario and convince a DC to engage in it because I just 'believe he will' because he is part of my own mind. In which turns out to increase the vividness and surprises me because it is so realistic. I wake up before I finish.
I attained lucidity only for a brief moment before losing my awareness. I attempted at making the dream more vivid by using a technique on the DreamViews forum, simply closing you eyes. I'll start from the beginning. I was in an old, broken-down, haunted-looking house. We were filming a movie there using some cheap special effects and all of us (actors, camera-man and director alike) were teenagers, it just looked like we were having a bit of fun with a video-camera. Then it came to me, I'm lucid! I think my sub-concious may have tried to throw me off because the next thing I know the director is telling me to do something and I immediately followed the order. Before I could be lost into the dream again I realized that no, I'm lucid and I can do anything I like. The dream was a little fuzzy so I attempted to make it more vivid by closing my eyes and telling myself I wanted this dream to be more vivid. This had the reverse effect and I ended up becoming part of the dream once again, so now I know that method is not something I should be using again, or something to only come back to in a long time/with enough experience.

So its been years sense I've had this happen to me, I had been wanting it to happen again, ever sense I found it it can be used as a catalyst to have a Out of body experience. Then it happened to me this morning! but the experience was a bit scary, I went to bed around 2 Am, then woke up around 9 for about 15 minutes then went back to sleep. Then awoke in sleep paralysis. I could see my body and knew I was in sleep paralysis, the room I was in looked different than my room, reminded me of a hotel room. I couldn't move of course and I heard this raspy dark voice speaking from behind me and(this thing was saying something over and over but I can't remember what it was.) I could slightly see a dark... creature, could feel it behind me. I sent a large wave of telepathic energy at it to make it go away. I could also see my boyfriend next to me but his body was black. then he said something to me, which brought me back a little bit more than I woke myself up completely out of fear of the thing behind me. After I woke up I realized I was just in between the physical and astral plane and that was a shadow creature that feeds off fear. I really hope I can experience this again soon but not freak out and overcome the fear so I don't force myself into complete awareness. Does anyone have any tips for inducing sleep paralysis or experiences with the shadow people? opinions on what they are?
I was reading about how to identify if you are dreaming just before I went to bed. The book said that it would take many days of writing down dream journal entries to finally recognize if one is dreaming. Anyways, when I was dreaming last night I made sure I was paying attention to my surroundings. Everything was going good until I noticed a person in front of me with only one hand, and they had a mickey mouse type of glove on (haha!). At that moment, I knew for sure I was dreaming. Once I became aware that I was dreaming, I was extremely excited since it was my first time lucid dreaming. I immediately started to fly but after a couple of seconds, my excitement got the best of me and the dream slowly faded away. For a couple of seconds, I could feel I was being disconnected, so I tried to calm down a bit, but the world was getting darker and less vivid, and then I woke up. I really need to learn to keep my concentration in the dreams and make sure I don't wake up! The weirdest thing is that I know I have felt that feeling of lucid dreaming before. It is as if I have lucid dreamed before, but just did not recognize it to be lucid dreaming. Extremely weird night...
I became aware in my dream, done the reality checks, stabilized the dream. I think the dream started just outside my house and I summoned someone, I was going to try and fly but I decided to go up on top of my house to try it for some reason.. and thats it.. Im not sure if this just lasted longer and I can't remember it.
Im on my sister roof it baby blue and I sliped and fall im bearly hanging on the roof with both arm hanging on and my right leg tucked under me and my left hanging of the roof. im scard and start to wonder why I came up here, and thats when I realize im dreaming so I pull my self up easly . I see squirls on the roof but im not scared of getting bit anymore I jump off the roof and fall in slow motion . Whiel im falling I rub my hands togather and yell stabilize now I hear a airplane and see one flying realy high up I see billionds of stars and it beautifal when I hit the ground I yell stabilize agian but I wake up
NON DREAM DREAM LUCID Alright, I'm back. I totally suck, I know. I've kinda given up on keeping a consistent journal, because I just can't do it. But anyways, I'm back because I had an interesting lucid last night and I wanted to record it somewhere! FRAGMENT 1: I'm in a giant park with my friends. We find a softball that must have been accidentally thrown too far off the field during a game, so I pick it up and run to return it. I see a game going on, and there's a wooden play structure for kids. I jump on top of it but accidentally drop the softball into a very thin, wooden opening. I start crawling inside and get very claustrophobic. The space is very small. However, I end up getting the ball and returning it to one of the softball team coaches. FRAGMENT 2: I'm in a giant movie theater with my friend, her sister, her dad, and her dad's girlfriend. We're waiting to see some important movie. It's huge and filled with people. The movie hasn't started and the lights are still on. The seats are arranged in very random ways. Finally, it gets dark. The walls are covered with several small screens, but as every one gets quiet and finds their seats, the smaller screens move together to form a giant screen. I don't remember what else happened. FRAGMENT 3: I'm in a haunted hotel and there are lots of people there. As it starts to turn to night, everyone starts rushing back to their rooms. They don't wanna be out and about during the night. I run around for what feels like hours, but I cannot for the life of me find my hotel room anywhere. I'm running around with several other people (at some point, including my mother) who are trying to help me find my room, because they don't want me to be hurt. As we're running down the halls, we hear noises and screaming. (The way everything is set up kind of reminds me of the computer game Amnesia, and we're all just trying to run to safety to hide from the monsters.) So, yeah, those were a couple of dream fragments I had, but there was also a main dream I remember which eventually led into the first lucid I've had in a while. I'm in some sort of competition in the middle of the woods where two sleds are tied together with a rope, and you have to race with your partner to get to the finish line first. Somehow I transform into the cartoon character Pops from The Regular Show, and my partner is DJ from Total Drama Island. (I don't know, I have a brother that watches a lot of Cartoon Network, okay? ) I accidentally turn our sled the wrong way, causing us to go off course. The rope that attaches our sleds together gets tangled around a giant tree and now we're completely in last place. I've transformed back into myself (thank God) and I start pulling the rope and sleds down from the tree. DJ is genuinely pissed at me for making us lose. Eventually, we have everything back in place. DJ has transformed into a random man that I didn't recognize. We sit back down on the sleds and start moving downhill through the forest again. Soon our sleds turned into a canoe, and then we were canoeing down a river. I say, "Hey! I did something just like this in real life!" (Which is true, just a week ago I went rafting down a river for five hours...sunburn sucks) That's when I realize that this is not, in fact, real life, and I become lucid, confirming it with a reality check. The canoe has now transformed into what I can only describe as trays with wheels, although I refer to it as a train. We're (obviously) no longer in the river, but instead moving on a set of tracks through the woods. There's now a random lady with black hair in a ponytail sitting in the tray/train seat beside me. Now, if anyone knows me at all, they know that I love the TV show Supernatural. The two main characters are Sam Winchester (Jared Padalecki) and Dean Winchester (Jensen Ackles). Of course, I can't hang out with them in real life, so I gotta take advantage of this in my dream world. I shout, "Hey! Where's Sam and Dean?". I look off on the side of the trail we're riding down where I see houses. I assume they live in one of them. Nothing happens, though. I try again. "SAM! DEAN! GET OUT HERE!", but still, nothing happens. "Have you seen--oh!" I begin to say, but as I turn around, I see them already sitting in the seats behind me. "There you guys are!" Sam smiles and says "Yup." I don't know where the train is headed, but I wanna get out of this forest. So I say, "Train! Take us to...Miami!" The train suddenly changes course, turning right and going inside a building. It starts going upstairs, but I say "Train? Is this really the way to Miami?" The train seems to hesitate, before backing up and turning around. It goes up another set of stairs. "Is this the way to Miami?" The train keeps going. "I said, is this the way to Miami?" The woman with the black ponytail turns to me and shouts, "YES! THIS IS THE WAY TO MIAMI!" I get quiet. Turns out, we're in an apartment building right in Miami. There's a woman that lives in one of the apartments and we're about to go inside before I see a sign on her door. It states that we're only allowed in if we have at least five people. I'm about to get us all inside when I realize that the lady with the ponytail is gone. I would be upset, but I know that since I'm just in a dream, I can summon whoever I want to take her place. I look down the stairs that we had just gone up and shout, "Hey! Doctor! We need you up here!" Right after I say that, the Tenth Doctor from Doctor Who turns the corner and walks up, saying "Yeah, yeah, I'm coming," as he fiddles with his sonic screwdriver. I figure that if I should summon anyone, it should be him, because the fact that he happens to have a time machine may come in handy later. You never know. Now that there's five of us, we can go inside the apartment. I knock on the door, and an older woman with short red hair answers. She welcomes us inside after I assure her that there are indeed five people. After a moment of walking and looking around her small apartment, I notice that the random man on the boat/train with me earlier has disappeared. I don't care, though, because I have no idea who he was. Now the only ones left in the apartment are me, Sam, Dean, the Doctor, and the red haired woman. I ask the woman, "Hey, since we're in Miami, shouldn't there be beaches and sunshine everywhere?" She walks over to her windows and pulls the curtains open, revealing that there are no beaches anywhere. "They were all shut down years ago. Every pier is closed," she explains. Awesome. I have a plan, though. After all, I have a man with a time machine, don't I? I walk over to the Doctor and ask, "Hey, can we go back to before the beaches were closed and actually enjoy our trip?" He brushes me off, though, continuing to fiddle with his sonic screwdriver and saying, "Yeah, yeah, maybe later." I'm about to continue arguing when more people arrive at the apartment. I'm surprised to see my mom, her cousin, my two little cousins, and my great aunt and uncle. The red haired woman is apparently friends with me family, because everyone is hugging and acting happy to see each other again. Immediately, my great aunt and the woman move to the small kitchen and start cooking. My uncle helps, too. I spot my little two year old cousin, and he's still as adorable as ever, so I walk over to him and kneel down. I start playing around and tickling him and whatnot, making him laugh. After a while I get bored, so I walk back into the main part of the house. As I look around, I realize that Sam, Dean, and the Doctor are nowhere to be found. Nope, not letting that happen. "Hey, where's Sam and Dean?" I ask the red haired woman. She points out the window and says, "The Doctor is in the backyard putting them in the baby swings so they can watch Wyatt (my little cousin), you can go outside and see them." Well, this I wouldn't miss for the world, so I run outside where I see a children's playset. Sure enough, there's Sam and Dean, each sitting in a baby swing. It's the funniest and most adorable/pathetic thing I've ever seen. I walk up behind them and start laughing, but they don't seem to care. I say to Sam, "Aww, does wittle Sammy want me to push him on the swing?" to which he replies simply, "Yes." Well, I wasn't expecting that answer, but I say, "Oh...okay," and start pushing. Eventually I stop pushing and just sort of lean up on him and rest my chin on his head as I watch everyone else bustle around outside, setting up a big outdoors picnic table for dinner. That's when I remember that the Doctor is still around here somewhere, and I still wanna go to the beach. I spot him standing outside, still distracted by his sonic screwdriver. I leave Sam and walk up to him, angry that he's not paying attention to anything else. I say, "Doctor, you really need to pay more attention. Can't we please go back in time to when the beaches were open? This isn't a very fun trip." He just looks at me and says, "Sure, but can't we eat dinner first?" As I look over, I see the table being set. The food actually looks surprisingly good, and eating food in a lucid always helps stabilize, so I sit down and start eating. There's turkey and vegetables (or so it appears). I start to try to eat the turkey, but it's really hard to cut, and I ultimately fail. Everyone else seems to enjoy it, though. I'm about to give up on eating and just leave, but then I wake up. I just remember thinking, "No no no! I'm not done yet!", but as I reviewed everything in my head, I realized that the dream was very long and vivid and I could remember a lot from it, and that's a success for me. Yay!

14.07.2012Finally lucid again (MILD) NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID ***This post will have some spelling errors, since I'm writing it at 5:00, and I'm very tired. Sorry about that, please ignore *** I haven't been trying to get lucid for a good 3 weeks now, because of lack of motivation. I think this might be the motivation I need . I was in a relaxing room in my school, together with some friends. We were just fucking around, chilling, running and stuff like that. At one point, I think to mylsef, that I'd better get in the real classroom again. I then look for my friend, give him a highfive, and go towards the door. Halfway to the door, I feel this extreme amount of pressure on my body, and I fall down to the floor. The weird thing was, that I fell like a peice of paper, and not a sack of potatoes. When I got to the door, I raised myself up again, and walked out the door. When I walked out the door, I got a shock. I was on the highest floor, and I didn't remember how or when I got up there. I was standing outside the door, looking out in the hall. It was all white, and some guy was standing there, and painting the other side of it. For a second I was afraid he was going to do something to me, but I thought to myself that it was a silly thought. When I got to the stairs, it finnally hit me, this is a dream! The stair steps was really close together, and the staircase was bending and twisting, and looking nothing like the normal stair we have at school at all. All the way down the stairs, I was thinking to myself "I'm litteraly going through my biggest dream-sign right now. I decided to wait until I was all the way down the stairs to do the reality check. Counted my fingers, and to my surprise, they didn't look weird! So I looked away, and then at them again, and sure enough, my pinky was bend in a 90degree angle. I jumped up, as far as i could, and twisted my body until i was laying vertically in the air, and let myself drop. Right towards the floor, with all my weight. I plopped through the ground, just like I expected. Suddenly, it was black. I fell for about 5 seconds, before opening my eyes, and realizing I was laying on the floor in another classroom, filled up with my friends. I was laying on the floor, with a pillow under my head, and my arm under the pillow, while they where all sitting at their desks, on their chairs. When I got up, everyone cheered. They were like "oh my god dude, you did it! You are lucid! congratulations!!" I scouted the classroom, and saw all the people in the classroom. For a second I thought about jumping out the window and fly around for a bit, but I decided to do sexy times instead. I picked one of the hottest girls, and told her I wanted to talk to her. She said ok, and went with me out in the hall. I told her that she was beautiful, and started kissing her. When I was taking off her top, I also remembered we were standing in the middle of the hall, with people all around. So we decided to find a more quiet room. We found a room, with a single person in it. So I was like "You're out buddy", and he was like "okay.jpg". Boom, woke up. I woke up in my bed, and thought about how cool it was that I finnally got another lucid dream. I turned on my computer, and started writing my dream down. after awhile... Boom, woke up. So yes, I was actually writing down my dream, INSIDE my dream.. It's not the first time it has happend to me, but it's just as weird as the other times! writing the dream out like that, also made me realize some of the mistakes I did. For example: 1. I only did one reality check, should have done two. 2. I didn't do reality checks after waking up, which is one of the most importent things to do. 3. I didn't stabilize the dream, clarify the dream or anything like that, which I should've done. 4. I wasn't focused enough. I should've looked at my surrounding more, instead of just wanting to get some . Happy dreaming!
