    1. The Scottish play

      by , 12-14-2014 at 09:05 PM
I'm sitting at the foot of the banquet table at the McKittrick as the Macbeths come down the stairs. They're drunk. Lady Macbeth's laughing, leaning against her husband. There may or may not be others sitting around the banquet table with me - I have a vague impression of shapes in the chairs, but they're insubstantial. I'm not sure how visible I am, for that matter.

Macbeth picks up his lady and carries her to the dais with her legs wrapped around his waist. He takes her to a chair set against the wall, not at the table, and as he lets her go he says something into her ear, much too quietly for me to hear. As he walks away she says, suddenly serious, "I doubt it." He comes to stand over the banquet table, clumsy movements, overconfident attitude. I'm enjoying watching him, and the sense of anticipation.
    2. Backlog, 11/27: WILD #6, 2 DILDs + DEILD

      by , 12-14-2014 at 08:51 PM (Threecat's Dreamtime)
Feel WILD set in, roll off of the mat. Am falling/flying for some time, but keeping my mind blank as I do. I am soaring around a house (my mom's house?), and the characters from the Simpsons live inside. I try to enter via a window, but accidentally break a window with my head. Scene instantly becomes hyper-realistic (not cartoon-like anymore) and the characters vanish. I have the feeling that, like a big oaf, I ruined this part of the dream. I walk inside the house.

Inside, I try practicing my dream control via perspective by crushing my bedroom door frame top to bottom. Nothing happens. I attempt a few more times, but still am unsuccessful. I leave the house and wander about. Yep, it's out in the country, just like waking life. I think how I will write down in my dream journal that this was a very long, very stable, very boring LD. Not much going on, and no DCs around. I decide to relax and see what "dream memories" come up (such as why I might be here, etc.). I
wake up. Do some MILD and back to sleep.

Walking with my sister-in-law to a school for young kids. I am examining a wall mural the kids have done. I realize that it has something to do with Theravada Buddhism. I suddenly think, "The girls go to a Buddhist school?" I nose pinchand can breathe. My sister-in-law confirms my suspicions and says that the curriculum here is inspired by Theravada Buddhism; the kids are taught to be mindful of their one precious human life. Excited, I decide to see what the inside of the school looks like. I find a door and open it. Behind it is another door. This is funny to me, and undeterred, I open this door as well.

Inside, people are eating food and talking. I see a coworker eating. I look around, trying to decide who to talk to. There is a large man, with no shirt and a hairy chest, sitting in a sauna-like area and talking on a phone. This guy seems fairly impressive, so I decide to talk to him. He sees me waiting, then puts his phone away and greets me. I say I have a question about dreams, from a Theravadan perspective. He nods, then seems to consider my statement carefully. He then says,

"Well, suppose you have a tikkoku. That's kind of like a cocaku. You see?"

I say I don't quite see. I then think that I will tell him he is dreaming. He tells me he is unable to lucid dream.

"Pinch your nose!" I say. He shoves his finger up his nose perversely, and then begins tugging at his nostril. He becomes smaller and more imp-like. My own nostrils start to feel affected, and I realize he is just my own mind being overactive. My body unaccountably becomes aroused, and seeing this, the DC lunges at my crotch. Sigh. I hug the DC and tell him it's OK. He calms down quite a bit. I blank my mind and he stops moving altogether. Can't remember how but I soon
wake up. Lie still and DEILD into next dream.

Mario Bros. screen with Bowser, too. I know it is a dream, and begin my slow fall (something that happens often to me during WILD and DEILD). I hear water (currently in darkness) and begin imagining a beach (trying to create scenery). I also begin imagining the opening scenes of FFVIII, along with the theme song, Liberi Fatali:

Scenery generates into a desert canyon (pretty close, sand, right?) with shallow water flowing along the sad swiftly. I am carried along on into a gorge/cave. Above, I see a hole in the ceiling, and fly up to investigate. Halfway up, I realize I am effortlessly flying, and begin to fall; I climb up a bit, and then fly the rest of the way. The hole is too small to get out of, so I begin scooping the rock away with my hands. I hear an evil laugh above; outside, there is a stormy sky, with a gray dragon flying above me. I feel terrified--at the dragon, at the feeling that the dream wants me to fight the dragon, and that the floor of the cave is so far below me. I remind myself that this is just a dream but it is not helping much. However, I decide to fly up and face the dragon. I am trying to get out of the hole when I wake up, heart pounding and very relieved. MILD and then return to sleep.

I am at work. A coworker comes up to me and asks me if I got an email. I say I did not, and ask what it was about. He says something that I can't understand. I ask him to repeat, and while I understand more, I still can't quite catch his meaning. I say, "something else someone wants me to do, right?" concerning the email. He looks embarrassed. Turns out the email concerns him getting promoted. Whatever. I reenter my work area, and food is laid out for everyone. A coworker has already begun eating. This seems vaguely against the rules, and I am about to reprimand her when I realize I'm dreaming. Sweet! I pop a piece of fried tofu into my mouth. I also shout, testing out my dream voice. It re-echoes oddly in my head. I wake up.
    3. Doctrinal Dispute (NLD)

      by , 12-14-2014 at 08:23 PM
I was sitting with two women friends (no one I know RL) across a table from the Dalai Lama. One of the women was showing us pictures of a guy she said had just died. The pictures were a vertical strip of three, like those that come out of a photo booth, only larger format, about 3x4 I guess, vertically aligned. What was more striking was the figure in the photos, which didn't look human, but like a skinny reddish angry muppet with an open howling mouth and a shock of hair over its eyes, a bit like Animal but more gangly.

I recognized him at once, though: "That's Kelsang Gyatso," I told the other women. "He's like a dissident, except in relation to mainstream Tibetan Buddhism. It's over some stupid doctrinal dispute." Then I remembered that the Dalai Lama was sitting right across the table and I blushed and apologized, since obviously the dispute was important to him and I hadn't meant to offend. "I just meant it seems stupid to people on the outside."

The Dalai Lama gently admonished me, "It is better not to say things that you might have to apologize for." I felt like retorting, "I know, but I'm not enlightened," but recognized that he was right so I just nodded in acknowledgment.
    4. Part 1: Lucid Dream Healing of my Son's Plantar Wart - Dec 13, 2014

      by , 12-14-2014 at 07:25 PM
Apparently it’s possible to heal using lucid dreaming, so I decided to give it a try. My son has had a plantar wart on his left foot heel 3 years now. We’ve tried everything under the sun, except the surgery, to remove this wart, and it’s still there. It’s about 8 mm in diameter. Last night I asked my son if he would agree to let me try and heel his plantar wart in a lucid dream tonight. He was surprisingly real receptive to the idea, and was excited about trying this! He’s 17 years old, very open minded, and trusts me. Here’s what happened:

In this dream, I was hitch hiking on a highway, when I came upon another hitch hiker who had a data transmitting device for the military. It had water damage, and we were trying to fix it. Suddenly a brand new military truck appeared beside us, fully loaded with electronic equipment to send, receive, and relay data. Several dozen people also appeared. The dream was crystal clear and extremely vivid. I knew instantly I was dreaming. I remembered the mantra I said before I went to bed, “I will realize when I’m dreaming, and I will heal my son’s plantar wart.” I had repeated this for ten minutes, and then turned the lights out and went to bed.

A dream figure came right up to me smiling, while I was holding my poodle in my arms, and I said, “I have to find my son, so he can help me do something.” He nodded and continued smiling. I called my son’s name once, and he instantly came walking around the backside of parked truck. I immediately handed our dear poodle over to my son, and asked him to follow me over to a grass clearing beside the highway. When we got there my son took off his left shoe and sock. I didn’t even have to ask him! I got so excited about doing this I woke.

A couple of hours later I was having another lucid dream, where I was showing my son how I could push Netflix movie icons out the top of the flat screen TV and turn them into CD boxes. My son was looking at this with amazement and curiosity. I then remembered my mantra, so I told my son, ”Let’s try this again!” He immediately sat on the floor and took off both shoes and socks. I grabbed his left foot and held it in my right hand, I then said, “Let’s heal the wart on your foot through consciousness and love!” I tried to shoot a beam of light from my left hand at the wart, but all I got was a small ball of light that stayed cupped in my hand. I focussed and concentrated to create the beam of light, but then the ball of light disappeared. I lowered his foot to the ground, and felt where the wart was, but it wasn’t there. I asked my son if the wart was on his left foot (I started to question myself)? My son lifted up his left foot to feel for the wart, and he said, “I can’t feel it.” He seemed frustrated, and then I woke up.

I went and described to my son this morning what had happened during the two lucid dreams last night. I felt that I hadn’t done the healing correctly and I’ll try again in the next lucid dream. We did some rehearsals too, so I’ll have it all straight in my mind. Next time, he will hold his left foot in the air, so I can shoot light beams from both my hands at the wart. I still need to figure a better healing phrase to say while I’m doing this. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

    5. Big Bad Wolf, Locked out of Dorm, Canyon Dogfight (Lucid), That FA that everyone hates.

by , 12-14-2014 at 06:33 PM (Lucid Time!)
I was watching a documentary about a movie being filmed somewhere in northern Greenland. (Though it looked nothing like that, in fact the flora looked nothing like earth. In the background were these weird trees with tube-like leaves, and these massive green and red stalks, easily 50 feet tall.

The director of the movie was talking about how these parts were beautiful but the local tribes rumored there to be some kind of wolf demon who lived in the woods. He said that a couple of guys had disappeared though. I began hearing panting and growling like a monster was coming in the background.

I began to hear a low growling/panting noise and I woke up. I looked around all paranoid like a little kid half expecting there to be a giant wolf/monster in my room. I thought about how I once heard that nightmares like this occur because of our primordial fear of such creatures. After a minute, I got past it and went back to sleep.

I had a rather long and extremely dull dream that I had been locked out of my college dorm room. I walked around campus and eventually ran into S. We went to the Cafe and he bought a whole bunch of food and ate it. (So... accurate to RL, he loves food.)

I eventually went to see campus security and pointed out that I couldn't even get back to my dorm. I pointed in the direction that it was supposed to be and there was this huge, old skyscraper with a clock tower where my dorm was supposed to be.

"I can't get back to my dorm, there's a giant skyscraper-
      Wait."

Lucidity hit me like a sack of bricks. I started to wake up. I told myself I would DEILD. I found myself in a supermarket.

What followed was a really odd semi-lucid dream where I was in a supermarket, but the shelves in the supermarket were phasing between that and a desert canyon. There was a dogfight going on in the canyon between a number of white and black aircraft of various sizes. It was some kind of real-time-strategy game, but I wasn't playing, just observing.

In the end it turned out to be some kind of hologram and I remember the canyon changed back into the supermarket, but all of the tiny aircraft were still there.

I then of course had that FA that everyone hates. You know, the one where you dream that you wake up, get your computer, go on Dreamviews and start typing up the previous dreams. I can remember writing my DJ entry in an odd way, though. I wrote it as this long list trying to keep track of every point that happened in the previous dreams. Also, in the dream I remember writing up one or two more nonlucid dreams that I no longer recall now.
    6. Forwards and backwards

      by , 12-14-2014 at 06:19 PM
Hellish nights sleep. I ended up on the settee....

      1) My wife was standing over me , dressed all in white. She had a grumpy face and said 'Get up to bed' - I then woke up and did just that.

      2) I had a bag of bird food. I opened it in the sink for some reason. I had a bit of bother, and then I found a fag end. I was worried it was one of mine. I examined it and it was my brand, but not one of mine as it didn't have the 'Push button for freshness' thing.

    7. Chinese Sorcery and Winter Antics

      by , 12-14-2014 at 06:14 PM
Morning of December 13, 2014. Saturday.

The first part of my dream reveals that an icy winter is in what should be Australia, as the setting is our Barolin Street house, though reflecting an American winter (in reality, it is quite hot here and there has certainly never been deep snow about). There is very deep snow and ice everywhere, unrealistically so as there is implied traffic now and then, which would not be able to get through otherwise (even though cars and trucks apparently go by at times with no implied difficulty - however, this is not fully resolved with actual imagery, which seems to “reset” at least once). The scene seems to be later at night, possibly around nine o'clock. At one point, I stand in the doorway of our porch admiring the winter scene though realistically I would not be able to get to the store should we need food or supplies.

The large black dog from a previous dream (of yesterday) seems to be in this one but not as much as a nuisance. In fact, when I become aware of the potential of it being a nuisance (it seems to have been on our porch for a short time), it runs out into the snow and into an unrealistic rut (I say unrealistic because even though there appears to be a parallel set of ruts as if vehicles had traveled through the snow, the wheels would likely have to be five feet high to clear the snow depth in the middle). Additionally, I am semi-lucid, but not enough to take full control or fully acknowledge I am dreaming, only trying to work out if the dog will be run over, due to the fact that the rut is too deep to get out of should a car or truck suddenly drive by. After a time, I am fairly certain that an approaching truck will get him, though I do not actually see it happen. I am vaguely aware that a snowplow had gone by even though there is no visual evidence that one had.

This brings me to again reflect upon just how oddly distorted (and “illogical”) some dream scenes are. The “too deep ruts” remind me somewhat of when an arm came through a window from outside to annoy me even though I was on the second floor of a house (and how in a much older dream, a giant monster appears outside from around the shoulders up in a first-floor window, implying he would have had to be standing in a deep hole to validate the perspective).

My dream shifts to where an unwelcome visitor is in the house, though at this point, it seems I am in someone else’s home (unknown). The man seems to be a salesman and is holding documents relative to his sales talk, though the seeming resident of the house is in another room. A couple other people are sitting in chairs, though the salesman is standing near an armchair that a somewhat disinterested listener is sitting in. I make a comment about why he thinks he has the right to come into someone’s house and start talking in this manner and trying to get people to buy something they may not need or want. For some reason, I become more annoyed at his arrogance and imposition (even though, again, it does not seem to be my home) and direct small transparent flames from my fingertips to set the documents on fire. Once the fire is burning more of the paper, he hurries out, dropping them, but the fire goes out after completely burning up the documents he was holding.

After this, there is a second scene of fire production where I am outside in a park (seemingly afternoon) and again set fire to some papers someone is holding. In this case, it seems to be a homeless person who is curious about my pyrokinetic ability, though he does not seem to see it as all that unusual. A couple other homeless people appear. I burn more papers, but sometimes notice it takes more concentration to produce a bigger flame.

In a third scenario, I am in some sort of school that vaguely resembles part of my old middle school. An old Chinese man is teaching pyrokinetic martial arts. The rules must be followed as closely as possible. However, at a couple points, someone else has to remind him of something (relative to a certain martial arts move or general task) because he seems to be slightly senile, yet somehow still a powerful teacher. I do a few martial arts moves, on my own as well as with a few younger people, gracefully directing fire from my fingers at the same time as other fluid moves occur (which reminds me vaguely of the recent dream with my wife and a cobra “dancing” in perfect harmony, precisely doing inversions of the other’s moves). There are two hall-like areas with a set of shelves at the end near a more open area. The shelves apparently contain various props for pyrokinetic tasks.

I boil water several different times (in a couple different areas of the building) by sending cylindrical heat rays through all of my fingers at once. This part of my dream is the most vivid. I can even feel a sort of “wind” moving about my hand as well as seeing hollows in the water’s surface where more pressure is blowing down as bubbles appear and I actually hear the water beginning to boil quite clearly. It seems like some sort of competition, though I eventually lose interest and would rather make fire (and burn paper) than boil bowls of water. I mostly use my right hand in all the scenes - or at least it has the most energy to direct my mental intent. I contemplate “burning” the water, but that seems vaguely implausible.

Continuing the martial arts scenario, I burn newspaper pages that are held up by someone else. There is another seeming contest, though one has to go through a specific cluttered hall to get to the room instead of going through another clearer way. This irks me somewhat as I am already losing interest and realize I am only a visitor to the school rather than a long-term student. Being annoyed by having to go around clusters of chairs, I instead rise in the air and fly over that part of the hall, kicking some of the chairs over as I go just to express what I feel is needlessly problematic if one would be walking through the hall. Rather than “perform” more for a visiting audience to give publicity to a school I am not enrolled in, I then fly very fast out of the building, deciding to return home, knocking more chairs over as I zoom out through a window.

Fire and ice has been more common in my dreams of late (at least in combination). In fact, I had just mentioned this type of dream on a forum yesterday, though someone else had started the thread.

    8. Just fragments

      by , 12-14-2014 at 04:32 PM
I was in a living room I don't recognize, like a mixture between several ones I've seen. It had a blue-grey carpet and two couches against 2 separate walls, and one side led to a kitchen. there was a fireplace and tv on one wall, and beside it was a hallway. my dad was on one couch on a laptop and little dinner table playing hearthstone, my sister was on another couch doing the same. the game was like hearthstone, but wasn't, it had different cards and was called caravan.

Another fragment I was laying in my bed and was worried if someone had broken in to my house, I kept my eyes closed and grabbed a fighting stick by my bed, but something in my mind knew that I couldn't get up to defend myself. (When I had this I thought I was awake, and I want to say I had sleep paralysis cuz I could barely move & this morning I kept waking up and having sleep paralysis, but when I found myself in the real world, only a sword was by my bed not the fighting stick that I thought was there)
    9. My First Lucid Dream!

      by , 12-14-2014 at 04:06 PM
I read about DEILD technique here in DreamViews about four days ago, but I wasn't really able to try it in the past days...

I was having a normal dream, were I was in my house talking with some guy that was trying to sell me a house. I was not paying too much attention to the guy, but I saw a spider web, but just a little string, so I start pulling it down. When I look up to the place where the spider web comes, there was like 30 spiders in there, and they start coming down, so I was trying to move out, and then I felt in to the ground. So i wake up.

In the instant I woke up, I remember all what I'd read about DEILD, so I dind't move or open my eyes. Then I was remembering and trying to continue my last dream story, and I start feeling really weird sensations...

I was seeing the image of my dream, but the other thing that I saw was an image, more like a yellow siluete of some eyes, and I also heard a buzz, and I felt my heartwas beatting pretty fast.

Then I just turn in my bed, and I thought that I had lost the dream. (I was thinking that I should make a reallity check to verify if I was dreaming) I plug my nose to see if I can breathe, and I was able to do it, so I do it one or two more time, because I didn't believe it...
I realized that I was in a dream, so I stand up, and I felt a lot of cold, and it was to dark, so I remember reading that you can make the sun appear, just with trying to feel warm, so I was thinking in warm stuff, and in the feeling you get with the sun...
And the night became day, but not a sunny day, but at least I was able to see clarity in my house. I was walking in my house doing the same reallity check, because I really couldn't beleive it, so the I went to my parents bedroom, where (in real life) my sister stay yesterday. I saw my mom and my sister, but I couldnt see their hole face, I just was able to saw the chin, then I get close to my sister, and she grab my arm, I was sacared, but then I was able to see her hole face, she was with a sleepy face, so I just said to her to go back to sleep, then I get out of that room, and I wake up.

In clonclusion, it was a really weird feeling, because I entered the dream in a different way, because I was expecting to enter in my last dream, and realize I was dreaming, in that dream, but instead my lucid dream start in my bed, like if I wasnt dreaming... So I was thinking I haven't made it, but in fact I was already in my dream.

    10. I didn't wake up before I died.........

      by , 12-14-2014 at 06:29 AM
I feel like I spent 10 years of my life in the three hours that I slept last night. I was so embeded in the reality of my dream that I couldn't figure out whether or not that was reality or not. I became lucid off and on without actually knowing if I was. It was a total out of body experience and I wondered briefly if I was surely going to die if I could not get back to my real body, my real self. I've been shaken by this dream all day and cannot begin to describe how intense it was or how deeply ingrained it is in my mind even now.

Last night I dreamt of my life 10 years from now. But I feel like I dreamt the whole ten years in a span of three hours.

I was finally out of college, had my doctorate and was a traveling pharmacist and executive for a large corporate pharmacy chain. My girlfriend was now my wife (a careful detail I left out as I was explain my dream to her on the phone at 3am this morning), and not only my wife--but pregnant. My little brother was living in our penthouse apartment, trying to make his way through his first years of college himself. My girlfriend was gracious and accepting of his situation and didn't complain about his presence.

One night in particular she was having bad pregnancy sickness or morning sickness. I was still in pant suit when 3am rolled around and she decided she was hungry. Having stayed up the entire night with her, I was doing all I could to accommodate her. Some unfortunate topic came up about her not wanting me to fly for some reasons that I refused to listen to--I was dead set on making that business trip. We ended up having a petty argument. As an attempt to make right for the foolish words I said, we made up, and I made my way out of the house and to what a burger at three in the morning to fetch her all the things I knew she'd love.

What a burger in hand, I drove to the local doughnut chain. I arrived and they were closed still, not yet opened for the morning. I saw that the back door was open and helped myself in. I was greeted by a bunch of pimply faced teenagers who were already serving me allegations and threats. I begged them to fill my order in desperation, upset that they wouldn't fudge the rules just a tad because they'd truly be open in another 15 minutes. I was also stressed because I knew I had a flight to catch later that morning and wanted to get back to my girlfriend and enjoy the few hours I had left with her. I finally ended up convincing them that I was from corporate within their chain and put the fear of God within them. I got my coffee and doughnuts and went back home.

The airport was chaos. Flights had been canceled. Some sort of conflict overseas. Not safe to fly. I ignored the buzz of anxiety in the terminals... I was oblivious. I got bored in the air port and spent my time in the bar. I ended up drinking too much and had way too much fun, I even hijacked a baggage vehicle to help me make my way around the chaotic airport terminals. This behavior was very unlike me and in retrospect. My girlfriend kept calling me and I kept ignoring her. I felt weird... I was too inebriated. I answered my girlfriends calls--she said she was concerned my flight had already taken off without me. I thought that was preposterous. She didn't want me to fly, bottom line.

I ended up boarding my plane, uncertain that I was even on the right flight, but too prideful to say otherwise. I was regretting my decision to drink.

The flight had been long and boring, I was now sober and pondering over how I had neglected my girlfriend. I would never do that in reality. (I don't understand how I took her for granted in my dream. Perhaps I still feel guilty for the one major mistake I ever made in our relationship. )

Suddenly the whole plane shakes from violent turbulence. But it only shook once and then nothing else happened. It was odd and very much unlike what I was used to experiencing. As alarms beep, I rush to fasten my seat belt. It's weird because it has shoulder straps. I'm fumbling to get them locked in place. I was doing okay until an elderly journalist in the seat across the aisle says "God help them, they're too young." I knew he was referring to me and the other passengers. My anxiety immediately peeked as I fumbled to fasten my seat belt--made difficult by my shaking hands. I could hear the engines failing, I couldn't believe this was happening. I refused to accept reality. The plane nose dived and I rushed to pull the straps too on my harnesses. I knew that they were useless. I felt intense realistic pain as my body flew out of the sear against the straps of the harnesses. I tightened them and started shouting questions.

I knew I had gotten on the wrong flight. I knew my girlfriend was right. I knew all the answers already to my own questions. I knew that the plane had been shot, and I knew we were nose diving towards death. I started to freak out internally. I started to yell at myself to wake up. That this is just a dream. That I was asleep on a shitty couch at my moms house and that I had to work tomorrow and an equally shitty job. That my girlfriend was real but not my wife. That I had to get back to her and make sure not to say all the stupid things I did in this dream and promised myself I'd never take her for granted.

The plane struck water. The cabin filled. So did my lungs. I embraced death.

When I really did wake up, it felt as though my soul had been shot back into my body. I woke up panting and sweating. I didn't go back to sleep after that.

    11. Lots of short dreams

      by , 12-14-2014 at 04:28 AM (The Kestrel's Dreams)
      December 13, 2014

      More Boring than Homework

I was in a crafts class or homework session of some sort, working on something. I finished the work early, and left. But it was boring, whatever I decided to do, so I went back to the class.

      What a Nice House

I was in a foreign place. Or at least a different state. My family was on vacation there. An elderly woman was driving me to the house my family was staying in for the trip, and she said "Was für ein schönes Haus." We pulled up to the house, which was in a large lot. The whole town seemed western-ish, but the house was so out of place.

      YOU KNOW WHAT THIS MEANS?!

I had to call one of my old high school friends, K, to tell him something important. But he never picked up the phone. So I called like five or six times, and finally left a voice mail and as I was leaving it, he answered. I forgot what I told him, but his response was: "YOU KNOW WHAT THIS MEANS?!?!" He asked what we would do next, and then the dream faded.

      Wrong Number

My best friend from high school called my phone, and I was really happy because we haven't talked in a really long time. It turned out she had called the wrong number. I was sad because she sounded really disgusted or something. I asked her to wait a moment and we talked a little, though I'm pretty sure she didn't really want to talk to me at all.

      REALLY Don't Wanna Get Up.

I had a false awakening in my room. I sat up, got out my iPad and started reading manga. My roommate walks in, sees me, and says, "wow Kestrel you REALLY don't want to get up do you?"

      Turkey and Peacock

Here I actually woke up, fell back asleep, and had a longer dream. I was in a room with one of my students, who has ASD. I had the feeling of being responsible for him, and was trying to get him to fall asleep, for some reason. The room we were in was really bare, and had a dark blue-green feeling to it. It was a bit murky, or so,etching. He eventually fell asleep, and I stood up to leave. As soon as I opened the door, there were tons of people in the hall, leading into the living space. It was like a version of my apartment, but much bigger and with different flooring and walls. My brothers, cousins, some of my students, and other people ranging from age toddler to about 20, were all there. One of my cousins came up to me and said the adults were all out to a party of some sort. We older ones were all supposed to watch the younger ones for the night. Her hair was all curled and up in a prom-do, and when I commented on how pretty it was, she said it was always like this at school.

Two of the people there were actually people I went to elementary and middle school with. They were playing some kind of epic battle game with some of the other boys there, and I tried to cross the "battlefield" without getting too much in their way.

Once crossed, I was at the front door. The room had shifted to be like a larger and slightlyx different version of the Quaker meeting house I attended as a child. I was looking out the windows and big glass double doors, and one of the littler children suddenly said, "look, a peacock!" I hadn't seen one, but when I looked back there was a peacock right there. It was pretty, but also a little plain as far as peacocks go. I look a little to the left and see my craziest cousin outside, trying to get closer to the bird. I try to tell her she'll scare it away, but she is just being her usual wacky self, approaching the bird with weird motions. I see a little further off a turkey Tom.

At first I thought it was all okay but the turkey and the peacock were looking like they were going to fight each other. I called my cousin to come inside, and we watched as the peacock flashed his beautiful feathers to look big and threatening. The turkey also puffed himself out to look bigger. The peacock started pecking amt the turkey, until it ran off. The peacock was alone now, but still looked like it wanted a fight, so I made sure to close the door firmly so it couldn't get inside and hurt any of the children.

      Dream 1

I was in a room with a old friend talking about the universe.

      Dream 2

I was walking down the street wearing a green coat and a green scarf. Somehow I ended up inside a house where a family was caring for their kids. There was a man there trying to teach a girl with a ruler that supposedly had a special mark on it. There was also a old man there with someone else. I was offering him chocolate covered cheerios I saw from a food channel. I ate some too. Even though I haven't tasted chocolate covered cheerios before it was surprisingly delicious.

      Dream 3

I was inside my house and my dad was carving a tree. I asked him what he was making and my cousin said plantains. I thought it was weird that my dad was making plantains with a huge tree( without the leaves)but I didn't say anything about it. After looking at a pan on the stove I heard my other cousin say something really weird. She said to my brother to go downstairs so she could kiss him.

I told her she was being stupid but she just told me to mind my buisiness and went downstairs. After I followed her i saw that the setting was different, sort of blurry and distorted and realized that this was definitely a dream.
I decided to look for Eye or Dawn but all that showed up was two annoying dream characters. I thought one of them was Eye and tried to get its attention but it just kept flying around and laughing.

I tried getting away from it when suddenly a girl showed up with the other DC. It began taunting me and tried to scare me by putting needles through me. When the girl saw the needle went through me and didn't hurt she said "hey!! Why isn't it going inside of you?" I I felt good that I could use my dream control to defeat her but than i let a needle stick on me by mistake. She was pleased with this and said "That's better~" I ran out of the house and tried calling for Dawn in the streets. I saw someone running in the distance and ran after the DC.

As we were running up a hill people were singing my name and singing about me trying to find Dawn. When I reached the top everything turned black and numbers appeared. The numbers were 3, 30, 10, 7, 17. Something like that. Than I was watching a scene unfold. A lady entered her bedroom and saw a dirty blonde come out of the sheets where her husband/boyfriend was. She asked if the lady under the covers was cleaning up under there. The dirty blonde said she was just doing her job and left.

After that the scene shifted and I was on a bed in the house. I bit my hands to try to wake up. After I reappeared on the bed though I just decided to stay in the dream. I could hear a Lady screaming at someone in the house. I tried going out a window because the lady sounded scary. At first it didn't work but after a few more trys I was outside. I was in a huge place where people parked their trucks and cars.(Parking lot of a factory maybe) There I saw two men talking about cooking I think or driving and after flying around for a bit I woke up.
