    1. Crazy dreams but got lucid!!

      by , 02-26-2014 at 05:22 PM
I toss over in my bed thinking to myself, why the hell do i set these alarms for 5:45 in the morning.....Its way to early for this crap....It doesnt even usually work.... But heck ill give another try....I close my eyes and think to myself in my next dream i will be aware. I will be aware I'm dreaming. I keep thinking that and presto i fall asleep

      Dream 1
      Lucid

I find myself in a black abyss, there is nothing there but darkness, I look around and see nothing and I begin to think to myself. This is so weird it makes no sense... wait a minute... im dreaming....wait.... IM DREAMING! I feel the rush through my body and know i need to act fast as I'm about to wake myself from getting to excited. I look down and see my hand I begin to feel my hand. The sensation of my skin touch skin was amazing the most awesome feeling ive ever felt in a dream. (I never feel things in dreams) I think to myself i need to find something to look at, but there is nothing but darkness. I begin to rub my hands the sensation growing stronger. i can feel myself slipping mroe though as I now feel myself rubbing my hands together in waking life. I try and make it more clear so i can find an object to touch so i say Clarity now! Clarity now!! the darkness begins to go away as a light fills the air I see the outline of a tree but as I do the dream ends.

      Dream 2 Not lucid

I'm driving a car in a city. I see several dream signs but don't think anything of it at the time as I'm trying to pay attention to the road as there are so many one way streets.

      Dream 3
      Not lucid

Im in a bar/auditorum setting. Im going upfront of this group of people and about to sing joyfull joyfull with another friend who is goign to play the bass at the same time.

      Dream 4.
      Not lucid

I found myself at a campground at a beach with my bestfriend. I went around the park and saw different campers and buildings recogining some and saying Oh thats where so and so is at. I finnaly got back to our camper and went into the bathroom and the toilet for some reason was also part of like a bath/shower unit. I went down into the thing and took my pants off andp ut them out side the door. I then was about to take a shower or use the toilet when my friend and his wife started asking me questions. I panicked and looked everywhere for my pants but i couldnt find them i was pulling my shirt down and went walking about the camper lookign for my pants and finnaly i was like wait they are outide the bathroom.... and sure enough there they were. I put them on and walked out and asked my friend and his wife what they wanted. She said they needed some kind of creame that is like suntan lotion but for sunburn. im like you mean aloe vera? she was like no no no its more like sunscreen but its for after your burnt. im ike ummm do you mean toe cream? she is like ohh i didnt think of that and left.

      Dream 5
      Not lucid

I was inside an old western relm / medivel relm there was zombies but i never really saw them I just could hear hem behind boarded up windows. I saw a person i knew and went to go help them as they were with a bad person. they went into a bar and so did I but when i was in there it turned into a field. As i got closer to this group of people i saw them have 3 weapons. The first one had a yellow handled hatchets, the second guy had a giant battle axe that was brown wood handle and dark grey blade, the last guy had throwing axe that looked like stainless steel or just polished steel. As we got closer the guy with the hatchet threw it at us, but to mysupprise he threw another and another and another after abotu 6 tosses he finnaly ran out of axes I then saw the guy with the throwing axe was getting ready to toss his axe he tossed it and it came circling around towards me i quickly grabbed an axe from the ground and knocked the axe otu of the air. I picked it up and looked it over, it was beautiful there was a design in it how it was cut and it looked badass. The threee guys retreated behind a bar and the field vanished and turned back into a bar scene. I looked down at the axe in my hand and flung my wrist to see how he tossed the axe to get it to be like a boomarang. After messing with it i finnaly realized how he did it. I walked towards the bar the three men staring at me I tossed the axe and it went flying. It went rotating through the air and sliced through the first person neck it kept going and sliced the next guys next as well severing both heads from the body it sliced the troat of the 3rd guy as it began to circle back around towards me. I looked at the three men thinking how are they not dead? they are still standing....but as i thougth this they all fell down the first 2's head rolling off and the third one bleeding out form his throat. I walked over towards the bar but as I did a cop came in through the door. He walked over towards the bar and i tossed my axe behind the bar. I went to the front of the bar and then realized there was a severed finger under the bar and the cop was going to realize I did it. I got down on my knees and reached for the finger i could feel it but i couldnt get it nor did I want to as the cop was right there i pulled my hand out and saw the blood from the finger on my own hand. the cop looked at me and i tried to change the topic i said thats a nice gun you have. I have one to! I moved my hand to my hip and showed him my gun. He pulled his gun out and said dont you dare think about pulling out your gun. Im like sorry I thought you wanted to just see it. I stood up and a child behind me goes look theres a finger under the bar! the cop crouched down and began to look. I thought crap he is going to know... I have to take him out! I tackled him and pulled a knife to his heart. Holding it ready to stab. I had a flahs back and realizd though that I once tried to kill this man but I let him go. He was trying to better his life as he use to be a serial killer but clearly he was on the right track as he was now a cop. I pulled the knife away and said I cant kill you I didnt do it before and i wont do it now... He stood up and said oh your that man...you saved my life and put me on the right path. thank you. I will forget this ever happened as well. he walked away and i went behind the bar and looked for that throwing axe. I picked it up and went and sat at table with a lady and a guy. As I sat there i saw a table next to us with 4 men. They were scum bags and were some kind of boss's of gangs or something. I pulled my throwing axe up but thought wait.. How am i going to kill all 4 of them and nobody notice? The girl walked away and I thought to myself no... I will try and get them another day. I left the bar and ended up inside something that reminded me of my grandmothers house. There was several people there with (3 other guys) and they were talking about doing a big job. I was messing around with some sticker thing in the trash that was some kind of map. I peeled some of it off and put it in my pocket so that they wouldnt have the full map anymore. i sat down at the table and the guy to my right stood up to go use the bathroom. The guy across from me stood up and pulled out a pistol and aimed it off into the direction the other guy left. I thought Oh crap... they are going to murder him....i need to save him. I stood up and pulled out my axe and as i threw it his gun went off shooting the other person. My axe flew and hit him square in the chest. I looked to my left and the other man stood up pulling out his gun at me. I grabbed his wrist and pushed the gun to the side hitting it from his hands. I pulled out throwing knife and stabbed him in the heart. But i looked and saw i had hit myself and my blood was goign onto his body. I reached down and grabbed my knife and looked out the window. i saw 2 cop cars coming up. I thought to myself. how did they get here so fast? They are going to find out i did this... I grabed the axe from the other body and ran and turned off all the lights. A few of them wouldnt turn off so i left them on. I ran into the other room turned off the TV and other items I looked out the other window and saw 2 more cop cars coming in from the other side of the driveway. I went down into the basement thinking to myself. how did they know??? It just happened it was an accident i was simply trying to save that person life.... Wait they cant come in unless they have a warrent and why would they have a warrent?? i did nothing wrong prior. I went into the basement and went to the left side and found a secret door and opened and went in closing it behind me. there was an old cement staircase that went up a little ways and then turned into an old storage room. I t was a tight fit but i knew i could bunker down in there for as long as i needed. I sat there for a while not moving or making a noise. the room began to transform and it got bigger. Two people came in which i blieved to be my parents at the time. I told them I didnt mean to do what I did and that it was an accident. They understood and said everything was going to be fine. The scene changed and I was now outside with the man that was shot. He was saying how he felt guilty for what happend and he was turning himself in. he pointed to the right and said see thats my train. That car right there is going to be taking me away and will keep me locked up forever. I said to him but you didnt do anything. I did it I did it all you did nothing. If you turn yourself in Then I am turning myself in as well...

      End of dream

      Dream 6
      Not lucid

I foundmyself walking to a school bus. As we got closer the bus driver asked us if we could walk the younger kids to class and we said sure and had them follow us. I got close to the street and I turned around and said now what do we do when we get to a street? The kids yell run acrross! i said no.... you look both ways.... we looked both ways and crossed and went towards a house. The kids went in besides 2 that were on bikes. I told them to turn around and they did but the red bike fell over and the kid fell off hitting his head. I went over to try and help pick him up but he was moving all around and i coudlnt get a grip. i saw blood on the ground coming out of his head I thougth on no this cant be good. I picked him up finnaly and looked at his head and he had a very very small cut but no blood was coming out of it. I thought thats odd....But oh well at least he is doing better. I walked him over to the babysitter and he turned into a very small frog. I said well here is the last kid...he jumped onto a sign that said frogs and the baby sitter looked at him and said okay thanks. and started to walk away I said wait a minute he is a kid you have to look after... Here... i picked him up fro mthe sign and put him on the other side of the saftey child proof gate and put him down. There you go......She smiled and said thanks and picked him up.

      end of dream.

Inbetween the last 2 dreams i had a false awakening seeing and turning off an alarm at 7 am but i had no alarm set for that time.

Lucid #190: Menthol and Marriage, Part Three

I have another false awakening in bed, but I quickly realize that it's a dream. I hop up immediately and phase out through the wall onto our street. The scene is dark, and after I’ve taken a few steps along the street, it collapses into the void.

I rub my hands together and keep walking forward. No scene takes shape, so I start thinking of directing where I want to go. For some reason I remember my personal goal of traveling to the Taj Mahal. I imagine that it’s in front of me, but can’t quite seem to get anything to take shape.

Suddenly, there’s a hard transition and a feeling of backward acceleration like I’ve been yanked back hard by a long cord. I think “Hell yeah” and get excited about where this will take me. But I’m super disappointed to
find myself back in bed in a false awakening.

The room looks just like waking life, so I assume that the dream blew up on me. It feels very “obvious” that this is a real waking, but I try a nose pinch reality check “just in case”. I’m shocked and pleased when
I inhale a rush of air past my pinched nostrils.

Immediately I start floating upward toward the ceiling, OBE-style. The room seems brightly lit now. I marvel at how convincing this feels, and as I roll over in the air, I see Wife laying in bed right where she’d normally be. She looks really hot to me so I float down to the bed beside her, feeling very amorous. I say something super cheese like “Hey girl, you know what I want.” Even in-dream it dawns on me that I sound like a doofus and I chuckle a little bit.

Fortunately she’s not repelled by all of this and we get to enjoy a little bit of sexytime before
      the dream ends.

    3. Nice Throw

      Lucid #189: Nice Throw

I have a false awakening in bed, but there’s something very static about the background and my hands look hyper-realistic. I know that it’s a dream. As I think this, a small statuette appears floating in front of me. I turn it with my hands and it floats serenely in space, unaffected by gravity.

I get out of bed and the scene starts to get dark. There’s a window on the wall to my right that’s usually not there and I decide this’ll be my way out of the house. I pick up a padded foot stool (that looks just like one from my parents’ house) and chuck it at the window. My throw is utterly puny, though, and the stool falls to the floor. The lame attempt kind of embarrasses me.

Instead of fooling with this any further, I phase out of the window into the side yard between our house and the neighbor’s. Everything looks realistic but way too dark. I run out into the street and decide to fly.

I remember the pointing technique I had used in the previous lucid and I employ it again here, pointing into the air and expecting to fly that way. Again it works great and I take to the air. I enjoy some flight for a while but it begins to feel like the dream is fading even more. I rub my hands and things snap back into focus.

I look out to my left and see a fairly vivid industrial cityscape. Bright fire is pouring out of the top of one of the buildings, which looks like some kind of processing facility. I fly toward it to investigate but
the dream ends before I make it there.

    4. CL and the Beanstalk

      by , 02-26-2014 at 04:30 PM
Very close call on Task of the Year! I'll definitely have to go for this one again.

      Color legend: Non-dream Dream Lucid

Lucid #188: CL and the Beanstalk

I WILD into a scene filled with fleeting hypnagogic imagery which quickly fades into the void. I start waving my dream-hands in a repetitive motion, waiting for a scene to form. Nothing happens right away, though, so I start licking my fingers for a while to see if that works.

Nothing’s shaping up yet, though, so I try seeing how far I can stick my tongue out. I can feel it extending outward from my mouth seemingly on and on, and after a few moments I can vaguely see it extending away from my face into the distance. Curious how large I can make it, I will the tongue to expand and it balloons out in a huge, rectangular shape as large as a room. After a couple of seconds, I can see that yes, it actually is a room…

Now I’m standing high up in an office building, looking out over a city skyline through enormous windows. It’s late afternoon. I enjoy the sight of the skyline for a moment, rubbing my hands together.

As I’m doing this, a helicopter rises into view from below my line of sight, turns itself directly toward me, and opens fire with dual-mounted miniguns.

The office windows shatter and I feel myself being pelted with glass and bullets. There’s no pain, but each impact feels like a definitive hit. I know that it’s a dream but I can’t stop myself from shying from the window, crouching down, and nearly cowering. I hold my hand out toward the helicopter then swipe it quickly to the right, flinging it away from the building and out of sight.

The wrecked office is filled with random debris now, and I make my way past it to stand at the edge of the now-empty window. I recall Task of the Year (find and plant some magic beans, climb the beanstalk, and defeat the giant at the top.) My immediate goal is to get back to ground level, so I instinctively point to a lower rooftop perhaps 7 or 8 stories down and will myself to float to it. It works and I’m pulled smoothly down.

Now I’m really enthused about this pointing thing, so I point at the street below, once again pulling myself down. I’m filled with confidence after this, so I just start knocking out Task of the Year steps as quickly as I can.

I need bare earth, so I scoop the roadway aside, leaving a bowl-shaped hollow for my seed. I close and then open my hand, expecting the seed to be there. It is! (Looks like a pine nut.) I stuff the seed in the hole, cover it over with dirt and pat it down. A stalk immediately starts growing out of the ground and I jump onto it as it goes by. The stalk’s growing fast and since I hitched a ride so early, the plant’s doing the climbing for me.

I streak past the nearby buildings and head into the clouds. Immediately a shirtless, ape-like giant with a long beard comes loping toward me, about 100 feet away. I’m preparing to do something violent and decisive to make absolutely certain that I nail Task of the Year, but excitement gets the best of me. The scene collapses
into a false awakening back in my bedroom.

I need to use the bathroom, so I get out of bed, head in there, and start peeing. My aim is terrible and I keep hitting the seat, the floor, the tank, everything but what I’m aiming at. This really frustrates me and I assume that I must be super tired.

Just then I notice a strange, robotic laundry machine sloshing water onto the floor. Its label indicates that it’s some kind of diaper-washing contraption. Our kids barely use any diapers these days so I wonder why we have it and why it’s here flooding our bathroom.

My 2-year-old son R walks into the room, followed soon after by a sleepy-looking Wife. Her hair is standing up in all kinds of crazy directions, including one nearly two-foot spike that’s going straight up. “Your hair is pretty awesome right now,” I tell her. She giggles and checks herself out in the mirror. We have a good laugh about this until
      the dream ends.

      LUCID
*The dream started with me just lounging in my girlfriend's sisters kitchen. My teacher Lama Dorjee approached me pointing out a book that was on the table, saying what's wrong with this book. I looked at this familiar book of one that I own and noticed that the cover picture was different. I must be dreaming, I am dreaming! I became lucid in the dream state and it was because of my meditation teacher, awesome!!!

Then I ended inside of a car in a parking lot of an apartment complex. I got out of the car and immediately thought of the TOTM. There some random dude standing the parking lot, so I walked up to him and said can you show me my soul mate. He said yes I can, and started walking as if he was leading me the way. I asked what's your name man. He said essay, like how a Mexican would say it. I said isn't that a little stereotypical, as if I was talking directly to my subconscious. He looked at me and laughing he said yea it is. Then we arrived at an apartment door which seemed a little scary to enter, but I made a conscious thought not to tell my fear limit me in way in the dreams cape.

I entered the apartment and essay kind of disappeared. Then I noticed my meditation cushion in the hall of this apartment. Wow this kind of looks like my apartment I thought. As I thought this the place pretty much transformed into a strange version of my apartment. Then I walked into my room to pay a visit to my shrine. When I first arrived there was no shrine at all just a empty shelf were my shrine actually is. So I bowed one time and the offerings appeared. I bowed again then all this pictures of the lineage teachers that seemed very alive appeared. I looked at each one very closely. It was so amazing and I felt like a had actual contact with all of them.

There was one picture that really stood out, it was my resident teacher Lama Dorjee who caused lucidity at the beginning of the dream, he appeared to be Chenrezik. I didn't meet my soulmate but I did have an awesome dream! Next time I will try to call out to my subconscious for my soulmate.

    7. Just Can't Time it Right

      by , 02-26-2014 at 01:32 PM
Last night I didn't wake as often, but I also couldn't time myself right to begin attempting at lucid dreaming. It seemed like I was just wide awake, not feeling tired, then suddenly bam I was asleep. I had quite a lot of dreams but only 2 I could fully recall.

      Dream 1

I was at a large park in the hills near a deep forest, sat by a huge fountain. There was a rock formation nearby with a small path going behind it which everyone seemed to ignore since it looked like the path went nowhere. Then whilst nobody else was watching Randy Jackson came from behind the rock formation and asked me to follow him, telling me that Michael needed to see me. I followed him on a very narrow path that eventually led into the forest and there was a large clearing in the middle with big trees surrounding it and a huge treehouse complex on the surrounding trees. Randy showed me to one of the treehouse rooms which was Michael's room whilst he walked across a long bridge to another room which I assume was his room. I sat on a soft bed waiting for Michael to arrive, he was taking a shower. Eventually he came into the room having showered and dressed and was happy to see me, he had lots to say and lots of questions. He also wasn't just treating me like a random stranger but as if we knew each other and were already close. Then the dream ended.

      Dream 2

I was in some kind of competition for making the best and most fun pinata. We were divided into 2 teams, a yellow team and a blue team. The yellow team seemed to be having problems breaking their pinata but it was making very pretty effects blowing out lots of glitter every time it was hit. The blue team however made a pinata that was more easier to break and more rewarding with each bash. Next we were to slide across a long plastic mat with loads of rows of goodies at the end ranging from small bags of sweets, chocolates, large bars of chocolates, and other small things that I couldn't quite make out. We were to grab as much as we could whilst sliding. We were able to gather way more than actually possible with our arms. I noticed at the end though I had only collected small chocolates and lots of the other small things whilst everyone else had large bars of chocolates so we attempted at trading each other what we had.

    8. Fever dream 2014 - A Long Treasure Quest

      by , 02-26-2014 at 11:54 AM
Morning of February 26, 2014. Wednesday.

Due to a bad cold (first one in years) I was “locked” into a tremendously long and epic dream that seemed to go on for hours. It was too long to post every detail, but will summarize a few more interesting scenes.

A treasure hunter and I go through several adventures in America, it seems, to get a map, a couple keys, and other devices that will supposedly allow access to treasures in at least two locations. The map seems to suggest that one treasure is in a “lost graveyard” (apparently tribal and in an Africa-like location) but there is also an idea it could be in a cavern or deep forest or even in someone’s yard (or possibly in the middle of a public street or venue in an urban area - which would prove to be difficult to get access to). We discuss the legends behind these lost treasures which are mostly old coins from another century.

Because of tentativeness and delay on the part of the other treasure hunter/leader, I get very annoyed (after a long tirade of verbal abuse on my part) and decide to go off on the quest on my own. The others give me all they have regarding a potentially successful outcome including an enhanced mapping of some areas. However, two others decide to come with me (over time, though, they eventually become lost, as I end up on my own again). The two others seem to be old male classmates, Roosevelt I and Ray G (whose birthday was just recently). They seem to reflect a sort of 70s style in dress and hairstyle and one reminds me vaguely of Flip Wilson. At this point, we seem to be going down the steps at the King Street boarding house. My denunciation of the supposedly well-known treasure hunter and adventurer seems to create an atmosphere that he is little more than an average person with no real interest in new discoveries or with any inherent bravery towards the unknown.

The areas I travel through seem to be very unusual in how they somehow connect as a whole and in other ways, are like several different countries (including Africa, Japan, Australia, and the USA), rather in intriguing incongruous clusters, reminding me a lot of Disney World in Florida or perhaps Busch Gardens (I have been to both places in real life) - or more like a combination of both. The detail is remarkable.

In a restaurant (at least one wall open to the outside), I notice a partial setup (not strong or large enough to walk or climb on - more like a staircase railing without the actual staircase) that leads out and up to a cave-like entrance near the ceiling. I discuss features of the area with the female (unknown) owner. Apparently, most parts of that area of the town (or large recreational area) is closed to the public for now. Still, I will find a way to go wherever I want and announce this fact when necessary.

There is a small building that represents a collection of shrunken heads and other objects. The outside of the building is painted in mossy greens and browns and 1930s style circus art. It may be a public bathroom in part.

I am following one of the security guards (female, unknown) to see if she will unlock a door whereby I can get to the next area. At this point, I am closer to the first treasure area. I come out in a hall and notice she goes through a doorway. I go through the doorway and notice a very fetid scent. It is the dung of a large animal - several piles are about on the ground. It turns out that I am in a mostly circular cage that arcs around much of the building section. A large male rhinoceros approaches, charging me. I punch it in the upper part of the face as it comes within reach, and knock it unconscious. An animal-trainer yells at the security guard for going into the building. I tear through the cage as if it was paper and am in a new area.

A mime (in a black top hat and minimal makeup) doing some sort of combination of acted-out, pantomime “magic act” (with no props of any kind) and incidental dancing, I decide to lift into the air with some sort of power of levitation by waving my right hand. He goes about twelve feet in the air, then I drop him. However, he is not only not hurt, but seems to have enjoyed the act, as if he will then have a much larger audience. (In fact, more people begin to watch him.) “Did you see that?” he yells (speaking for the first time ever in any of his acts) as people gather around.

There is a section that seems to be made of small concentration camps of about five different cultures, primarily African and Filipino, but also Brazilian, and in a seemingly ancient tribal state. (In afterthought, I am wondering if these were real concentration camps or some sort of crowded living display of the past in the “park”). I walk past the area and end up near the other end. All of the people of all ages are extremely crowded in an obviously unhygienic way - so crowded, in fact, they cannot move from whatever area they are standing or seated. An older man of about seventy in mostly only a loincloth (but with some arm-jewelry) is seated (in informal cross-legged meditative style) near the middle area of the end (and with mostly younger males, probably relatives) and I decide to offer my “magic” and help. (I seem to have the ability to manifest food and other things, I think, and to transform some things.)

“Magandang hapon po. Kumusta?" I go on to speak in some sort of mixed-up Tagalog and complex gibberish and he seems impressed in some ways that I know his language so well (recurring), but does not want any of my help or magic for the group of people he seems to represent. I guess they "prefer” to live as they do - overcrowded, continuously hungry, and poor (or perhaps not, but just the decision of one man speaking for all - which is not a realistic or fair way to look at things, even though fairly common in movie scenes and in some real-life situations). I walk on.

There is a large hill upon which is a thick forest. The place is “closed” to the public, though. It is not the area where the treasure is at any rate, though I think it may have potential. It is in the middle of more carnival-like areas and small restaurants, most closed for the season. There are old graveyards which are also park-like (recurring) but I do not investigate.

Finally, I come to the area where one treasure is supposed to be. It is not a graveyard, cavern, or forest as originally envisioned. It is an open area in town (a closed outside museum setup, I think, but a few security guards and maintenance workers are walking about) with a large old-fashioned 1930s commercial sewing machine on display. Oddly, it is hanging down to about six feet from the ground on a platform from a setup of cables. Using the map, I try to determine where the treasure itself is to be found. However, the features do not match correctly. The sewing machine has nine main features and the map outlines eight. Also, one device or key I have does not interact with or fit into any feature of the antique sewing machine. This means it is either the wrong location, or the map is fake. I look through the machine after pulling it lower, taking apart some of it, but find no gold or silver coins. A manager of the display seems very upset but I magically restore everything to perfection. There is a loud humming sound and a feeling of achievement and completion and everyone is glad nothing was really damaged.

Soon, either John Larroquette or Alec Baldwin (could never tell them apart) appears in black as a sarcastic villain/nemesis (or competing treasure seeker), almost reminiscent of Mandrake the Magician, showing two old and very valuable silver coins (from the nineteenth century, I think - not sure of the exact type) he had just found, speaking in a glib but somewhat childish and patronizing way - apparently worth the “ridiculous” amount of ten million dollars and apparently the target of one of the maps, though I thought I had the only one. He rubs them between his fingers. I believe one is (original value) a ten-cent coin and the other fifty cents. I have other things to find, however.

The main theme of this turned out to be precognitive (the usual, of course) or remote-viewed or “postcognitive” (or even related to group telepathy) or whatever you want to call it (“Universal Mind” is what I call the Source for the most part - always “playing” in my dreams since earliest memory, sometimes to the point of annoyance). As I was finishing the last sentences here (in the last paragraph), my wife told me (without knowing my dream’s plot) that she just saw something on television where someone found an old tin of coins (in the USA) supposedly worth ten million dollars.

In afterthought. A couple more things I have contemplated. It is likely that the location was mainly integrated with Disneyland in California, the state where the treasure was actually found. My dream was quite specific in the “eight features” (shown as compartments on the map). In reality, a news article says the coins were found in eight metal cans.

      1. [Non-Lucid]
Sneaking into my Nans house to play a game that is hidden under the house in a sandy hole, so I crawl on in there and I'm underneath a panel with a mesh pattern with lots of little holes in (like a vent), then Nan walks in and stands directly above me, the panel creeks and sand comes falling from it (I also heard the sand), I freeze as to be as quite as possible, she walks away...phew.
Now I reverse crawl out of the hole and worried that I'll get stuck because its quite narrow, I see my Nans plasma Tv at the exit (The exit must lead into the living room).

      2. [Non-Lucid]
Something in space on spaceships. Possibly a game.

      (2/24/14)

I don’t remember how I got here, and I’m pretty sure that 5 seconds ago I was somewhere else. I’m sitting on the edge of my bed, in my room. But it’s not my room. The walls are brick and covered with various posters, the room small but cozy. Strings of round lights hang from the ceiling,, bathing the room in a soft yellow glow, and the bed is low to the ground and layered with blankets. Just how I like it. Something about beds reminds me once again that I don’t remember how I got here when suddenly my mom bursts into the room, startling me out of my confusion. I look at her, bewildered.
      “It was a placebo.”
      “…what?”
“You weren’t actually high. It was a placebo effect,” She says it matter of factly, like you might tell a friend you answered their phone for them. “I answered your phone.” “What?” “You’re mom called while you were in the bathroom. I answered your phone.”
“…Oh…” I say. And remember something about weak pot, but just as quickly as the thought has come it’s gone again and I realize I need to get going to class.

I stand and rush past her, just now noticing the sounds of car horns and busy streets filtering in form my window. I understand now that my room is made of brick because we live in the city. Walking down the crowded sidewalk I pass the remains of an old brick building maybe a little bigger than the size of a port-o-potty. Curious, I poke my head around the edge of one of the crumbling walls and see a man who looks an awful lot like Desmond form Lost sitting hunched over in the dirt, leaning against the wall.
Stepping forward cautiously I try to make out if he’s hurt.
“Hey,” I say softly “are you alright?”
He lifts his head abruptly as if surprised I stopped to talk to him. He looks a mess, hair tangled, face and clothes covered in dirt. His feet are bare too, and I frown as take in his disheveled appearance. He sees me examining his situation and holds his hands out revealing that he is chained to the wall where he sits. I’m appalled and I guess it was evident on my face because he shakes his head and smiles at me. And just as I’m about to tell him that I can’t get those chains off, he stands up and the chains just fall off. I’m staring in disbelief but the next thing I know he’s hoped up onto the crumbling wall and is looking down at where I stand awe struck.
As he stands there I realize he’s no longer covered in mud in dirt. His hair is fixed and his dirty clothes have turned to pure white, loose-fitting garb. He has an aura now too; shimmers around him like liquid gold and shines like the light of a sunset on water. I’m instantly calmed by his presence and know that I can trust him unconditionally. Part of me wonders if he is Jesus, standing before me here in all his glory. But then I remember this is Desmond I’m looking at and Desmond isn’t Jesus.
He smiles at me again, this time as if I am a child and he is showing me the world for the first time. I guess the open-mouthed expression of awe I was wearing gave him this impression. He beckons to me, then jumps off the wall. I step around the structure and follow him.

As we pass people walking down street, they don’t seem to see us. I’m not sure if it’s because this is the city and the people are used to seeing things as weird as glowing Jesus figures leading dazed college girls to unknown locations, or if Desmond’s aura is just acting as some sort of magic to mask our presence. Ultimately I decide I don’t really care either way.
I follow him until we reach a secluded boat house on a private dock on the water. He leans casually against the wall of the shed, then gestures out toward the ocean before him. On the Horizon, the sun looks hours form setting. I look at him again, he’s smiling that same knowing smile, so I look back out toward the water thinking there must be something here I’m missing. A strong breeze picks up, caressing my face and playing with my hair. Lifting my arms, I suddenly feel the desire to fly. I can feel the wind surging past me, and I imagine what it would be like to run and leap off the railing of the dock, taking flight against the breeze and soaring into the bronze sky. So soft I’m almost not sure I hear it at first, but then louder, a choir is singing a triumphant melody. Their voices are so strong and beautiful that my heart beats faster in my chest and my soul feels like its singing with them. It occurs to me in this moment that I have no idea where this beautiful and inspiring song is coming from and with a start, it hits me. Spinning around I turn back to the man. His eyes are twinkling now and I know it’s because he knows I’ve figured it out.
Turning back toward the swollen eye of the sun, I lift my arms and it feels like they’ve soundly sprouted feathers. Like Icarus. I know I want to fly, I CAN fly, because this is a dream, and in dreams you can do anything you imagine. So I imagine myself running straight off the dock and leaping into flight but then something Canus Lupis said in the pod cast comes back to me. “Before you go leaping off balconies and buildings trying to fly,” he said, “you should be absolutely SURE you are in a dream.” I falter. I know I am in a dream. I KNOW it. But if I leap out there and this isn’t a dream, then I’ll land in the freezing ocean and hitting that frigid water might just be enough to wake me up.
I chew on my bottom lip as I think. I know this is a dream, but better to be safe than sorry. The choir is singing so loud now that I begin to wonder if this inspiring melody isn’t coming from inside my soul. I feel powerful, indestructible, capable of anything. But decide that it wouldn’t hurt to do a breath check. So, taking a deep breath, I reach up to pinch my nose

And wake up in my bed.

      (2/24/14)

I don't remember how I got here, and I'm pretty sure that 5 seconds ago I was somewhere else... But this doesn't seem to matter to my dream self—staring out the car window as we drive past farm after farm after farm...
"Where are we going?" I ask, eying my mother as she practically vibrates in her seat from excitement.
"You'll see," she says, and upon seeing the skepticism apparent in my frown, adds, "don't worry, you'll like it."
      I'm not convinced.
We drive past another three farms.

About a minute later mom pulls into a dirt driveway for a rather rundown, two story farm house composed of rotted grey wood and just about nothing else. Sitting on the porch steps is my cousin Courtney. I'm surprised but pleased despite myself. Which is also surprising. I get out of the car and run toward Courtney who stands to catch my hug. She looks genuinely surprised as well, but also pleased.
"What are you guys doing here?"
"I heard you were having an event today so I thought we'd come support you," Mom says from behind me.
I take Courtney's hands in my own and whisper excitedly to her, "Will I be able to see all the pets that I've been liking photos of on Facebook?"
She smiles sweetly at me and squeezes my hands, "Definitely, they're all here, hanging around." She lets go of a hand to motion around her arbitrarily.
I smile back but can't help myself and my smile turns into a grin as I think that within the next hour I'll be frolicking with Daisy the deer and her two new foals. Courtney squeezes my hand once more then lets it go, successfully distracting me from my day dream...in my dream...
"If you'll excuse me," she says, "I have to go grab the things for the event."
She retreats up the steps and I turn to Mother expectantly.
"Courtney has been talking about this for months, whining and griping, trying to get everything set for it. I thought we should come and support her," She explains. I shrug. I'm fine with it. After all, if we make good use of our time I may have time to wrestle with Ringo the raccoon before nightfall. Though, somewhere in the back of my mind I know that there is a reason we don't visit Courtney more often. I just can't seem to remember what it is...
Courtney comes back with a box of dried leaves and tobacco paper, two other guys tailing her down the steps. One, I know, is her boyfriend. The other I come to understand as one of those sidekick type friends who is always hanging around but never really says much.
They sit down together on the steps and I sit down on the lower step in front of them, peering curiously into the box. Mother chooses to stay standing. Courtney takes some of the dried leaves from the box, rolls them into the tobacco paper, then hands to me what appears to be the last 1/5th of a self-rolled cigarette. It is... so tiny... I wonder to myself if I will actually be able to smoke it without burning my lips.
      "...What is it?" I ask.
      "Pot, " Mother says.
I look up at her, eyebrow raised. Her response is to gesture to the mini-joint pinched between my fingers. I shrug, put it to my lips, and Boyfriend gives me a light. I give the joint a pull and in a bright puff of smoke and light it disappears into oblivion. I blink my eyes, then exhale the smoke I did manage to take in.
      Nothing happens.
"I've never smoked pot before. This is... weaker than I thought it would be." I frown at my empty hand, still confused as to what the hell just happened.
Courtney just smiles, then hands me another one-hit-wonder joint.

We all smoke and talk together, and after a while I feel a slight wooz coming on and my head feels light like its being filled with helium. I can't decide if I like the feeling. I realize I have to pee and Sidekick offers to show me to the restroom. He leads me to the second story of the rundown farm house, which is apparently a loft, and points to the restroom across the room on the far side of the bed. I use it, and when I'm done I exit to find Sidekick tapping away on the computer, obviously doing something that requires a reasonable amount of focus. Not wanting to distract him, and not really wanting to go back down to the others yet, I take instead to jumping on the bed. The bed is soft and springy and with each jump I am launched ever farther into the air. At first I think it's just the drug, making me feel light like a balloon, which is causing me to believe that I am jumping higher and higher. But when my hands brush against the peak of the A-frame ceiling I realize with a start that I really am 20 feet up in the air. As I fall I honestly believe that I won’t live to see another day. But with an, “oomph!” and the squeak of springs I hit the mattress and sit up, bewildered.
“Note to self, never do that again.”
“Probably for the best,” Sidekick says.
He stands from his spot in front of the computer and starts to make his way toward the door. I swing my feet off the bed to follow him but before I can stand up the scene suddenly changes and I find myself in another room, my own room, by myself, sitting on the bed. I don’t remember how I got here, and I’m pretty sure that 5 seconds ago I was somewhere else… But before I can pursue the thought further my mom bursts in the door and I’m pulled back into the dream moment as I turn to her, startled, and wait for her explanation.

    14. Hara, demons, and falling stars

      by , 02-26-2014 at 12:18 AM
I've just started working in a shop run by two hara, training dogs, and I've been talking over a problem with the owner. The other har is someone the owner purchased, but I'm thinking you wouldn't get that impression from seeing the two of them interact; I think of him as aloof and 'leonine' and that he's 'best left to his own devices.'

There's two close friends who made some archaeological discovery many years ago, as a result of which, the choices they respectively made caused them to drift further and further apart. Now a girl's delivering a message to one of them, who has become a demon, informing him that the other is on his deathbed. He has only a mild response.

There's a woman looking at a 'falling star demon' - a spirit of a star which would have been considered simply a spirit when it was in its place in the sky, but a demon when it falls - and she refers to it as her assassin. The falling star is a sign of her own fate. I'm thinking about whether there are any choices to be made here, or which could be made at an earlier point in the timeline; any options other than her dying here and now.
    15. False Awakening 4th time

by , 02-25-2014 at 11:16 PM (Inner World حلم Gamma Waves)
I walk down these wide long brown stairs, it seemed to be in a huge school building. I look at the people on the sides staring at me or just reading books while eating. I made it down the last stair and sat next to this person he seemed to be studying. The cafeteria lady ask me what I would like to eat and I told her nothing. I then got up and left the building, that's when I woke up ( However I was still in a dream ) I thought about writing my dream down in my dream journal however I thought to myself, I'm tired and decided I'll do it 3 hours from now. My Father just arrive home as I heard him slam the door. He came in the room and I decided to get up to go to the bathroom. He then told me I needed to take a shower as he told me it's been awhile. I replied to him by saying I just got up and that I had shower since yesterday. I decided to look at the room and it look very early. As if the sky was just coming up, but I remember falling asleep in the morning so I found it to be odd. That's when I truly woke up.
