Fragment: I was playing Wizard101 and changing the colour of my clothes before going on a big quest.

Dream 1: A group of barristers were discussing the difference between legal terms like murder and manslaughter and the like. This was sparked by a recent tv interview where a celebrity admitted to murder, however no one was sure what she had actually done.

Dream 2: There was a big 'dropper' style puzzle full of fire and pitfalls everywhere. I just make it through to the bottom, almost getting crushed.

Dream 3: I am in a forest when suddenly a huge swarm of flying dinosaurs comes screaming over the tops of the trees and I run for my life. I end up somehow in a kid's playground and then meet up with my parents. I then went over to a group of adults and talk about socialism for some reason.

Dream 4: I was at a fancy boarding school somewhere far away in a shared bedroom. Some guys came in and told me that there was a formal event on tonight, so I got up and joined them. We got in and lined up for some food. We joked around with the guy serving the food and they all decided to get drunk together. I decided to go home instead, however when I got home my dad asked me why I didn't stay and stuff like that.

Fragment: My mum was asking me if I had enough money for something.

Fragment: At university there was a nude woman singing.

Dream 1: I was at Sargon of Akkad's house waiting with about half a dozen people for a tour. We were in a lounge room of some sort, but the door to upstairs was locked so the tour guide left to get a key. Meanwhile there was a toilet out in the open on the floor and a woman used it, then I followed suit. We eventually got let in upstairs and went through a room with computers and audio equipment.

Dream 2: I was sitting in a large room with two double rows of desks with chairs and computers. I was sitting in one next to my brother, with other students taking up the rest of the space. We were in a test but had a lunch break, however we had to eat in silence. My brother kept on talking though, so I got pretty annoyed at him not being punished.

Dream 3: I was watching the tv where they had a report on the Euro soccer tournament. They were talking about how the Australian team could be included in the next one, and were discussing the players and coaches.

Dream 4: I was in some giant adventure. I was stuck underground with my mum, however we managed to crawl through a cave to emerge in a building. There was a news report about some giant game a crazy person was playing, where the map was divided into 6 parts and she had already taken over 2 of them. I think we had to stop her by rescuing people from the other areas.

Dream 5: I was at my high school's gym playing some variant of two player basletball. The balls were large and squishy, we each had one and a hoop on our backs sticking up and had to shoot our ball in their hoop without them doing the same on us. It was pretty intense.

Dream 6: I was at a night time athletics competition and was running in the 800 metres. I thought it was 4 laps but it was only 2 so I mistimed my sprint. After the race we meet my Grandma who wanted us to run earlier so she could have done something else.

Dream 7: I was playing a video game. At the end I got to modify a girl's clothing to my choosing. I was then given the option to pay money to train her in a pokemon gym style way, which I declined.

Dream 1: I was at my house and a large tiger was stalking outside the back door. I looked out the window and tried opening the door a few times but couldn't get outside. Eventually I went over to the neighbours house, where it turns out it was a giant zoo owned by an Indian prince and he was missing a tiger. I told him about it being in my back yard and he thanked me.

Dream 2: I was at a talent show. There were a lot of really weird acts, like people pulling string through themselves and playing music on strange instruments. I was involved in an act where we had to beat a little kid who ran around really fast.

Dream 3: I was playing League of Legends and learning how to play it from a friend who was with me. I complained about having to pay a lot of money to progress quickly.

Dream 4: A music label was releasing some new music and I was part of a group who they played tracks to and we had to guess which band they came from. I thought one song was by Ne Obliviscaris but it wasn't.

Bad dream recall of a non-lucid nightmare about my mother n law. But I've been worrying about her & had anxiety over going to see her today for the first time since she moved in assisted living.

I was in a town by a beach. My room was huge and looked like it was built or decorated resembling a Reinassance room. There were huge red curtains and the bed had a golden frame with an elegant design. It was nighttime and I was ready to go to sleep. I turned a nightcandle on next to my bed and laid down. I knew there was something about to happen.

A breeze came through the room and it put out the candle. I got really chilly and then I felt movement underneath my bed. I held still, and a light, raspy voice said "Missed me?". I thought I imagined it so I just shut my eyes and tried to fall asleep. My heart was racing. The voice said "don't worry, I won't harm you". I felt as if I knew this voice from before. I asked "who are you?" to which the voice replied "your friend, the monster who lives beneath your bed" followed by a high pitch giggle.

I was frozen, I didn't remember knowing of a monster living beneath my bed but it didn't sound angry or evil, just a bit creepy. I decided I wanted to face the Monster, to know what it looked like or what it wanted. I sprung from my bed and laid on the floor, as I lit up the candle. There she was, her hair dry black and was parted down the middle, each half falling forward over her shoulders. Her face was pale white and looked as if the skin had been torn off, and she was wearing a wide Cheshire cat smile. Although creepy, she had this friendly aura which made me feel comfortable.

I asked her if she had been underneath my bed this whole time and she went on to explain that she only existed while I slept, and that her soul wandered aimlessly when I woke. I was confused because I was awake yet she was there. She noticed my confusion and stayed giggling again. Everything went dark.
I woke up.

I was at some aunt's house and thought it was christmas for some reason.
Anyway something was repeating over and over again. I was trying to do something, gymnastics? yoga?
then I was transformed into a form of energy, I could see third person view my outline in this strange yoga position
but inside I was an orange flowing energy, quite runny like orange honey or lava but not hot. It was cool feeling and nice.

Then it dawned on me that I was in a dream and I said "I'm dreaming!" a little too excitedly. I was perplexed at not being human in my dream but being this wonderful but unusual energy.
My mind started to race, "Quick what should I do while i'm lucid","Fly!" I thought. So I flew but I moved within the outline only, so it was more like everything else moved and I stayed still, "Zoom" then I thought um, what now? and was happy and wondrous of the energy.
then BOINK! I was waking up.

Last lucid was caused also by slow dawning due to physical sensations of a repeated event (key turning).

Characters: My crush, Mark, a driver and someone I forgot

The dream started in a van near my school. I all of them. The driver is very fast, but can stop easily. The van gone out of control so he parked it. Then we, crush, Mark, and the one, went inside a building. We planned to separate, I and my crush on the one car and the rest is on the other one. BUT we should communicate every 30 mins. 2 of the phones are half charge and the rest are no battery at all. We separated. My crush will drive, while I hold the phone. Then my crush know a shortcut, which leads to highway I know, but very dangerous! We finished crossing the shortcut. And found ourselves in a familiar highway. It has many car. But safely exited the highway. The other group called on the phone. When I tried to push ANSWER, the dream ended.

Preface:
Bed at midnight, no sleep until at least 3am because of body soreness. Took echinacea drops in water again before bed.
Body is hurting again. Workout is challenging me and making me extremely exhausted these days.


DR 1
I could feel my body slip into a deep calm. My body went numb and I did not move. All of a sudden, I could hear lots of things going on around me. My niece was talking to someone- a man. I didn't open my eyes for a long time, because I felt lazy and I didn't want to move. I felt a light vibration and I wanted to stay there, because it was soothing. I realized it was prompting me into lucidity, but I didn't want to do it. (?) I felt too relaxed and preferred to stay right where I was.

I kept hearing my niece's voice- asking the man, "are you sure that's supposed to go there?" I didn't hear the man's reply, just murmuring. When I finally opened my eyes, I was in a bed in a different place. The walls of the room seemed grey (or was it just dark?). I looked around, but I didn't move my head. There was some talk about a party, and then nothing.

Excessive exercise is really bad for dream recall.

1. I was playing a computer game about a white mouse that fighted another animals and monsters with swords, bows etc.
2. I was in a big facility, maybe mall or sth. I was with a Spanish guy called Fernando but he missed and I started looking for him. I found that some hallways led to football pitches and there were changing rooms beside. I asked footballers about Spanish guy. They didn't see him. I turned back but forget about guy cause met my university classmate. Then we met a girl, talked a little. After that I turned up in the same facility. I was walking to some room when a man wearing a suit poped up. I knew that he was a secret agent. He had a handgun and he wanted to kill me. I managed to cover and somehow knocked him out by the door. Then a woman came she was a politician and agent's superior. She became very upset when she saw him lying on the floor. Then I woke up.
3.I was walking by the street with my friends. Then a women came and asked us about some mechs. Don't know what she wanted to know but we did't want to tell her. Then somehow I turned up in a place looked like a court. And I was tortured by electric shock. I didn't like it at all. After that I managed to get out. While I was crawling through the window a women came in the room. We began to talk. She felt remorse for the bad things she commited. I didn't blame her but she started to cry. When I was trying to comfort her another women appeared at the corner of the building. So I said Good bye and ran away.
4. I was a prisoner. We were doing some roadworks and we were up to sth. We hid our shovels under the ground. While we was walking to our block we heard that new inmate arrived and he was a prison officer before. Convicts thought that he wasn't gonna stay alive for a long time there.
5. Saw my friends racing on the Biathlon World Championships.

I was solving a mysterious and unusual case. It was really dark, whole the town was seemingly overnight. I knocked to door of some house and after a while an asian woman in early twenties opened and let me in. We were sitting in a dark room, the only light that came inside was from a street lamp. We talked for a while about that strange case. I told her that every clue led me to her house. After I gathered all information I could, I left her alone and went to the streets.

Then I found myself in some old storage and industrial buildings. I felt that I was in grave danger, being chased by someone or something. I escaped, running through dark corridoors, rooms, alleys and then through sewers I got to subway station and escaped. Later I found myself in that buildings again, but this time I knew exactly where to escape.

Next night after solving the whole case I went to a chinese noodle stand and talked with chinese man. I told him that I'm leaving the city in search of a crystal katana sword. The man was surprised that I knew ultimate secret and asked who told me about it. After a while of consideration I said "MoonMan". Then he gave me a beautiful white flower that had blue glow inside it. I quietly said the name of that asian girl I met when solving the case, said that I might stay for some time and went to her. I gave her the flower and said "I know that this flower can't surpass your beauty, but take it." Then I said that I'm staying in the city and asked if she'd go on a date with me. She was silent, after a while she said that she has troubles speaking. I said that she should call me and say whether she want's to meet with me or not, then I went away.

I found myself in some old barracks, it was really dark. There was a really huge, open cistern down to the bottom of earth, full of muck. There was a platform with crystal sword, glowing with blue light. I decided to not risk it and leave the room. I opened door and saw that chinese noodle seller. He was really scared. I couldn't move - something was holding my arm. I turned back and saw a huge, white skinned humanoid with circular maw full of teeth in the middle of it's head, with two small eyes above it. The monster lacked left hand. I tried to free myself and scare it with roaring, but when it didn't worked I just punched it in the maw.

Everything became dark. I saw a text saying "The monster disappeared. No one knows how it was able to get through 890 345 600* metres of solid rock."

*The number can be inaccurate, but it's close I think.

I was at a hospital and they wanted to draw blood from me but when I saw that needle I was very scared on how big it was. I decided I didn't want to do it so I left the hospital. I ran into Julie at some kind of a house party. one of my old friends walked up to her and spit something into her face as a joke. He then grabbed her and tried to get her to go with him. he seemed as if he really liked her and was attached.someone else came in tried to grab Jewel and get her attention as well. I thought wow she is very popular. I went back to the hospital and I noticed all the lights were down. so I thought I will just come back another day.

2 cats shape-shifters.
There was a hole beneath toilet in Mom’s house. My dog saw it and started to crawl down it– it lead to the basement. One of the cats started to come down too. The cats liked like giant Abyssinians.

I worked for a guy, I think a chef. It seemed like my husband sometimes. I was outside and there was a yard sale. This was on a road where we lived when I was 10-12, in a house where the worst things in my life happened. A guy pulled up in his car and through the rolled-down driver’s side window inquired about a poster that was for sale at the yard sale: He asked if it was the kind made on pig skin. I assumed he meant vellum. I can’t remember if I answered him. This guy owned a ‘greek pastry’ place. I saw this guy again later and my boss/husband told me to just stay away from him. The guy also told me to stay away, it seems that there was some kind of rivalry going on between him and my boss/ husband.

Preface:
Bed at 10pm in attempt to catch up on much needed sleep. I also took echinacea drops in a few ounces of water.
I did not end up sleeping, because I could not get comfortable.
I was still sensitive to noise (???) I even put in ear plugs but I kept waking up.
My body was aching because of working out and practice. I began to develop a slight headache.
At around 1am, I decided to take something for the headache and went back to sleep.
Decided to sleep at the foot of my bed after many failed attempts at sleeping or resting.
I was finally able to fall asleep during the early morning hours before my alarm at 6:45am.
Recall is not good; I was so tired and I didn't jot anything down.

DR 1
I had been kidnapped by a man. I remember sitting on the floor in a cell (?), but it was rather large. The room was white, the floors were white/grey. I couldn't really see the bars around me when I was inside. I could only see them as a third person. I was scantily clad. The man would tell me to do things- like "bring a dish(?) or plate(?) here" and "there". And "go sit on the floor". I was not the only slave. There were others. We were not "frightened", but more "broken". I felt like my spirit had been broken.


Side Notes:
This is the 2nd dream this week with a kidnapping.
I felt very submissive in this dream. I don't generally feel like a slave IRL, but I suppose it mean being a slave to many responsibilities and still trying to do what I want to do.
The colors white, and grey

Preface:

Sunday night was a nightmare on its own. After meditating for about an hour, I couldn't get to sleep at all. I thought this would help me quiet my mind and get into a lucid, but it had the opposite effect. As I fell into sleep, everyone and everything woke me up. I felt more sensitive to noise. I woke up all night long and slept maybe a couple of hours. As a result, I can only recall one fragment:

Someone is holding up a circular shaped rock with a gem (?)in the middle. They were holding it in front of me and I was confused.

This was a long one, and it is broken into two parts: Pre-cavern and post-cavern. I'll get to it.

Pre-Cavern

I do not have a solid opening or closing for this part as it was basically a massive amount of dream fragments, but I know their nature and beauty. The dreams were about myself, the american, collaborating with the humble Japanese on the design of a brand new aircraft, back in the beginning days of flight. The dreams had this beautiful quality to them of collaboration, where I would get tired of working, and then a small burst of inspiration from the Japanese would drive me to forge on and build, and in doing so I would grow and become loved.

Then I woke up, after a final dream where I built the plane, and even after waking up I lay in bed to thank the Japanese engineers and say goodbye to them in my post-sleep daydream. They responded. It was nice.


The Cavern

I returned to sleep, and found myself in a very different situation. I am in a dark cavern. The walls are only a few meters apart, and about 10 feet up is a silver cable made of pure light that runs from one end of the cavern to the other, about 50 feet. At each end of the cavern, a small blue portal the size of a rabbit sits silently, and in the center of the cable are two mounts attached to it, objects with foot long strings of light dangling off them, with cherry sized baubles at the end. I touched the baubles and they get excited, moving the mounts across the cable as if in perfect frictionless suspension. I grab both baubles and swing them ahead of me, which causes the mounts to glide ahead. They move faster than my walking speed so I just watch. They get to the end, hit the little portal, and come out the one at the other side. This excites them a bit and they speed up. The one in front slows down a bit, and when the one behind it hits theres a 'crack!' and the front one shoots forward to the portal, comes out behind and shoots the other one. In a matter of seconds, both of the bauble strings are travelling across the cable at the speed of sound, blurring together and passing through the portals many times a second. I realize now this is a powerful source of magic, so I resign to study it carefully using the patience the Japanese have taught me.


Post Cavern

I wake up suddenly. I'm in a dark bedroom so I go to the window and open it. I'm at a mansion in the woods, similar to the T-House but much larger. There is snow everywhere, and my dad is in the courtyard. Suddenly my brother comes in.
"You're awake." I am confused. Of course I'm awake. He tells me I've been sleeping for three days. I tell him about the cavern but he is confused. Suddenly my family is gone. I hear people talking so I go down near the courtyard. Three powrful beings are having a conversation in a room I'm next to, talking about how they've all come back from collecting powerful sources of magic and await my return. They speak of the cavern, they know I was there. They are going to use the power of all these magic places to kill everyone. I hide under the stairs, fuck those folks there is no way I'm joining them. I concentrate my hardest and manage to turn into a small animal, though I can't remember which. A cat comes by, which I know is another one of the magicians in disguise, and I act as a regular pet and cuddle with the cat. It is weird to know I am cuddling up with a dark wizard but I have him fooled. Then, someone says they will go kill my family and I perk up, losing my cover. They laugh, it was a trick to get me to come out of wherever I was hiding, they could sense I was near.

I talk to them for a while about the cavern, and eventually we are all in a room. The wizards are two men following a woman, who is pure evil. The men just like power. At one point they transform into Sasuke and Rick, and at that moment I turn on them. I open a portal from the place of the baubles and they come flying out of it at light speed, since they've been gaining speed this whole time. It vaporizes the men, so open a back portal and slide the bauble mounts back onto the light beam and push them, closing the portals and allowing them to go gain speed in that nameless place for another time.

At then end of the dream Anna showed up. I wanted to do something, say something, but the words would not come out. Those actions are reserved for reality.
