    1. LD w/exhaustion, visited Chichen Itza (as described in International Oneironaut Project), met people

      by , 12-29-2011 at 04:47 PM (Hypatia's Dream Journal)
I was at a theater or opera house where costumes used in past plays were being sold. One item I recognized as a gown from the opera Turandot - I tried it on with the mask from The Fall and posed dramatically.

Around this time I became lucid. I immediately started to fly and felt the dream fade away. To counter this, I came back to the ground and started by spinning in place, since the dream was starting to fade. This stabilized everything succesfully.

Then, I wanted to practice what I'd read in the DV forums - that getting control over a dream is about assuming you can do something rather than questioning whether or not you had the ability. I practiced by making fire shoot out of my fingers. The first two times I struggled, but then practiced assuming it would happen. Then I was able to do it. I went from lighting my finger on fire to lighting my hand on fire, with mostly success.

Satisfied with the fire experiment, I wondered what I should do now that I was lucid. Sex came to mind, and I looked around at the people around me. Lots were beautiful women, so I chose one and started to caress her. But, I wasn't really feeling it. I should have sex with someone I actually know, I thought. I saw a friend in the distance, approached him, and kissed him. He reminded me of another time we'd done this, in RL rather than a dream, and I was mortified by the embarrassing memory (note: false memory, I'd never been with this person in RL).

Not feeling into the whole sex thing, and started to wonder what I should do next. Hey, I should go to Chichen Itza, just like the IOSDP mentions. I don't believe in shared dreaming, but trying their challenge sounded like a good next step. I visualized Chichen Itza, and a few seconds later I was at its base, gazing up at it. The sides were too curvy, so I stared at them until they were straight. I noticed a fence around the pyramid and noted how strange it was my subconcsious put it there. Now I'm at Chichen Itza, I thought, so I should probably meet the people here and try to remember them when I wake. There were about 10-15 people standing with me, so I went around to them to ask their names and remember their faces. There were four blonde women of varying bodytypes, and I remember one man with brown hair, a green barret, and a slightly pudgy figure. Another male was tall and had tousled brown hair - he looked only 17 or 18, and I thought he seemed like a student. I tried hard to remember names - even asked people to put nametags on - but the names kept changing and I had trouble remembering. One person was named Enzo or Anzo, I think. Another was Cho.
      I woke up shortly after.

Note: Haven't written here lately due to travel and holiday busyness. The night of the above LD I was exhausted from travel - tried sleeping on my back with eyes closed for 30 seconds, then gave up and rested on my stomach and was asleep in seconds.

    2. Lucid Stress

      by , 12-29-2011 at 01:28 PM
I was up late doing English homework but could not finish. I decided to spare myself some time for sleep and was at my old elementary school park. I knew immediatly that I was sleeping and this was all a dream, but all I could think was: I had to get up. I still have English homework. Usually I gain control in scary dreams or dreams where I am falling and before the climax, I force myself to wake up by peeling my "eyes" open (or more like farther open) or shaking my head. In this paticular dream, I could not wake up and I was very lethargic. It was sorta like having my will constantly being webbed away. I ran around shaking my head really fast trying to wake up. I ran to my old house down the street and saw myself sleeping in my old bedroom. I kept on thinking, I had to wake up, I had to wake up. My flawed logic said I could not wake myself up from the bed, for I was in dream form. So I woke up my step-dad thinking he would be able to wake me up. Then I realized my flawed logic, he was in my dream too! He could not wake me up either if he was in my dream. Then I woke up. This dream kind of scared me because I felt like I was trapped in my dream. A setting I was making up and was locking me in. Other than my dad, the whole neighborhood was empty, which was odd because it was noon. I couldn't gather enough willpower either to wake myself and it was quite a struggle. This had to be my most lucid dream, because I knew immediatly I was dreaming, I didn't have to check my hands or breathing, or notice anything strange. I was at the park, and I knew I was dreaming. It was very strange, but then again, school and stress do strange things to you.

    3. Running away from home, mud and famous with blog

      by , 12-29-2011 at 11:17 AM
I'm in the living room, standing next to my dad. He's on the computer and turns around to face me.
He asks me if I already published my blog. I give him the link to my blog with only 2 articles.
I go back to my grandma's house (I live there) and turn on my laptop. I feel a little uncomfortable because my blog is a little personal and shows a part of me I don't want my family to see.

I return to my dad and I see my mom is also there. She looks depressed and irritated. She isn't very friendly to me and complains about all the things she wants me to do. I shrug and don't respond to her.

My sister's (don't have one) boyfriend enters the living room allong with a man. Her boyfriend is chubby and looks like a bully, the man is huge. Both in height and in weight.
The bully tells the huge man he saw him before when he was really drunk.
I feel like I don't belong there and run away.

      It's completely dark outside. Pitch-black.
I arrive at a park. The grass, trees and bushes seem to emit a faint light but everything else is black.
I see 2 joggers on a path that surrounds the park. I see a different, really small path in front of me.
I decide to take that path and do my best to balance on it.

After a while, I forgot I was following a path and stood on the grass. I suddenly lose my balance and fall face first in the mud. It doesn't really bother me. I even feel safe down there. I see a worm passing by and at the same time a woman asks me if I'm ok. I tell her I'm fine and stand up again.

I see a video that is meant for me. 3 women talk about my blog and thank me.
One of the women is overweight. I tell myself not to judge her and as soon as I stop judging her, she loses all excessive fat and looks beautiful. I think that it's simply my own beliefs that make me see people as ugly or pretty.

I look at the comments on my blog and I see more and more quickly appearing.
I notice a comment: "Your articles are helpful and complete." I think complete means I provide all information for free instead of sharing only a little and selling the rest.
I see a graph of how many visitors I have today. It quickly goes from 0 to 600 and increases every second.
After that, I see a map on which I can see the location of my visitors. Most people are from Africa, South-America and Asia.

    4. Lucid Dream #56

by , 12-28-2011 at 07:35 PM (Warbenifit156's Lucid Dreaming Adventures)
      Lucidity: 6/10
      Vividness: 7/10
      Length: ~3 Min.

I was with another girl when I became lucid. We were supposed to go somewhere so I ran, I hit the walls and everything. Then I found a bathtub, we both got in and then for some reason she turned into a doll. I was like "whatever" and started washing her up. At times I had to do the rubbing hands trick to become more lucid, but I still gradually started to lose lucidity.
    5. Musical Influences

      by , 12-28-2011 at 10:37 AM (Am I Awake?)
So, I downloaded a 45-minute MP3 of some ambient music created supposedly to help you achieve lucidity while dreaming. While it didn't exactly work in the sense you'd think, it did make my dream(s) last night wildly vivid, all based on a mistake on my part.

When I started playing the track, I put it on loop, thinking it would just play over and over again until I stopped it. What I actually did was instead of putting the one track on loop, I put the entire alphabet on loop, so after the MP3 (which I so cleverly named 'Lucid.mp3') was finished, it didn't replay; it kept playing the letter 'L' on my Zune's library. Interesting stuff happened.

I'll now proceed to name the songs that played, and what I dreamed during them.

Lucky Ball and Chain - They Might Be Giants
Iy you are familiar with TMBG, you'll know they're pretty out there to begin with. This song has a very bizarre accordion-type almost country sound to it. In my dream, I was in an RV trailer, and it very very blue outside. Dark, but calm; like I was supposed to be sleeping, but woke up too early and got to see the night transition into dawn. Suddenly, outside, there were three blonde girls, wearing pink dresses, playing Ring-Around-the-Rosie, and... that was it.

Lucy In the Sky with Diamond - The Beatles
Holy goodness, guys. My dream matched with the lyrics, exactly. I mean, I was floating down a rainbow river on a boat made of some kind of green glass, and there were beautiful yellow flowers everywhere. Crystals (the kind you see in Final Fantasy, for any gamers out there) were rotating everywhere, and it was gorgeous. Then, I saw the three blonde girls again, only they were holding hands and flying around. They landing on another boat, and we sailed off together through the river and eventually into the ocean.

      M.M.I.X - Coldplay
This isn't really a song, so much as a transition to another song on their album, but it's a separate track. It's about a minute of some very ambient, fading-in noise. I don't remember the dream, but I do remember still being in the boat from Lucy, and hearing it. Then...

Magical Mystery Tour - The Beatles
Gosh, the Beatles while dreaming is... maybe the best thing ever. I was still in the boat from before, only everything was a lot faster and more whimsical. I liken it to an animated Dr. Suess movie. It was so happy and colorful. Those three blonde girls were still in the seperate boat, only now they were accompanied by a scruffy old blue man, with a white beard, who was now captaining the ship. He winked at me, and we all continued to sail down the river.

      Magnificent - U2
As soon as the strange guitar sound of this song began to fade in, my boat (and the other boat) began disappearing. We suddenly were falling into the ocean, and drifting downward, but at the bottom, there was a glowing yellow bubble. It looked like the underwater Naboo city where Jar Jar Binks is from in the Phantom Menace movie. (I feel ashamed admitting I was that easily able to identify it. ) But, once I was absorbed into the bubble city, there were automatons dancing everywhere and clapping rhythmically. They wanted me to join, and it looked like fun, but I tried explaining to them that I didn't like U2. They kept dancing and I tried to find a way out.

Maintain Consciousness - Relient K (Ironic, huh? Consciousness?)
It was at this point I think I began waning out of the dream state noticing I was actually just listening to music in my bed. My mind kept flipping back and forth between 'How do I get out of this underwater city?' and 'I need to take these dang headphones out and go to sleep...' (Guess which one was more fun? )

I eventually got lost back in the dream world, though, and another song started playing.

      Major Minus - Coldplay
This was probably the freakiest of all the song-dreams I had. It was also the first not directly related to the last. I was standing in a pink and orange cloud, and there before me was the the unfinished pyramid on the back of the American dollar bill. At the top was the All-Seeing eye, staring at me. The lyrics of the song probably had something to do with that. ("We got one eye watching you, And one eye on what to do, So be careful who it is you're talking to...")

I started running away from the pyramid, but every way I went, it was there, staring at me. Then, four or five radio towers sprung up from the ground like plants, and at the top, there were French soldiers holding muskets. They all took aim at me, and it was frightening, that I dropped through the cloud and felt like I was falling forever.

Making Things Up Again - The Book of Mormon Musical
It was at this point I realized it was all a dream, and I laughed at the song until it was finished, and took my headphones out, and went to sleep.

Anyway, that was my experience. I love the idea of being able to basically plan out a dream by the music you listen to. I need to make a playlist of trippy Beatles songs to listen to while dreaming, now. Oh man. SO fun.

      Just not 'Revolution 9.' I don't need nightmares. x]

    6. Castle of Darkness

      by , 12-28-2011 at 04:54 AM (Zukin's Dream Journal! <3)
      This dream was HYPER-vivid.

I'm standing at a bus stop. It's dark outside. It's cold. And it's raining.

"That asshole stood me up," a girl remarks, pissed off.

"Can't you just teleport to him?" Her friend replies.

"Fuck, I can teleport here and there, but not TO him."

She demonstrates to her friend how she can teleport around the area.

"I don't know how to teleport to where he is," she whispers, shamefully.

"Then we'll just have to leave without him. Screw him!" Her friend calls out.

Around this time, another girl enters the scene. The two girls start walking away and I feel inclined to follow them. I feel stuck to their presence.

The fourth girl tags along with me.

It's raining really hard outside and I can feel the rain seeping through my shoes. My socks are getting really wet. I can hear the squishing of water, and it really bothers me.

All four of us girls walk into an entirely new scene. It's daytime outside and it's snowing now.

One of the first girls smirks as she looks out past the sidewalk and into an abandoned lot. The lot has piles of snow buildup.

She turns around at us, smirking, and says, "I hear a girl committed suicide here. They say she left hundreds of suicide notes and buried them in the snow. Everyday she would make a new note, hoping that someone would find it and respond to her cry for help."

We start walking over the hilly, snow covered terrain.

Before my eyes, I can almost see the sad hills bursting out with her suicide notes, unable to hold back their paper tears any longer.

"I think they removed most of them," the other girl remarks and sits down in the snow. We sit down with her.

She casually brushes off the snow from the ground and reveals a letter that must have been left behind.

She opens it and grins, looking to her friend who seems to acknowledge her.

"I should have known before," she says, grinning, "that all of this really doesn't exist."

"Yeah? And?" Her friend encourages her to go on.

"And that really, none of you exist apart from my own mind," she continues, "that I am the main character of this narration, and all three of you are just the supporting roles here."

Her friend smiles at her discovery and adds, "Except me."

"Right," she replies, though I sensed uncertainty.

A character in the dream determined that I was a dream character in her dream, and it DIDN'T EVEN REGISTER WITH ME. WHAT THE FUCK.

I am now one hundred percent convinced that we could actively be senseless dream characters in other people's dreams. Because her telling me that didn't even phase me in the slightest. That's messed up.

"I think we have some things that we need to attend to," her friend adds after a moment of silence.

"Right! If he doesn't come to us, then we should find him instead," The Lucid Girl replies.

I eventually gather that The Lucid Girl and her friend are searching for her exboyfriend because he wronged her in some way. The fourth girl, who will be named later, and I are so far just tagging along.

We leave the snowy remains of the realm of the hills who are bursting with paper tears and come upon a castle almost hidden in the snowfall.

We walk through the garden and into the front door. It seemed easy enough.

      Until everything went HORIZONTAL.

"WOAH!" All of us suddenly scream. Instead of walking on the floor, we are walking on the walls!

"I think it's a trap to deter wanderers," her friend announces, "if we keep walking it should go back to normal."

We walk through the next door. Gravity returns to normal, however the surroundings of this room look worse than the first.

"He's been here. I sense it," the fourth girl, who has been relatively quiet up until now, whispers.

The room is dim. It has a checkerboard style floor, but the only things in the room are a broken TV and a ransacked armoire. The television is buzzing with static. One of the girls turns it off.

The room is dim and dark. The vibes here are not only strange, but disturbed.

"He's definitely somewhere in this castle," the fourth girl adds. I can feel that she seems to be bursting with psychic energy.

      "This place is a maze."

We walk out the front door and summon a ladder to access the second floor through the window, as we can't find any staircases which lead up to it.

The second floor is darker than the first.

"I feel as if he's not the only one in this castle," The Psychic One whispers. Indeed, I feel it too. There is a dark energy here. And it's lurking all around us. Following us.

I hear a strange noise coming from a nearby room. I split from the group to investigate it. The noise leads me to a bathroom and towards a drain. I watch as the drain regurgitates water and green muck.

The other girls wonder where I am and find me standing here in the bathroom, puzzled.

"What's wrong with that drain?" The Lucid Girl asks.

"Don't go near it," the Psychic One whispers darkly.

      "Why not?"

"That drain reeks with dark energy. Whatever entity is living in that drain will pull you down with it," the Psychic One replies.

The two other girls listen to her warning, but not closely. The dark energy coming from the drain lures them closer. The drain gurgles as it spits up water and green muck.

I can't take what I'm about to see. I try to pull them away from the drain at first, but their curiosity is peaked. The Psychic One tells me not to bother.

I run from the room, knowing also what is about to occur. And I don't want to see it.

I run out of the bathroom and past one of the mainrooms where the Psychic One is standing.

"Wait!" She calls out, but I run past her.

I run out to the garden where we came in. I am perplexed to find that it is night time.

And before me are hundreds, if not thousands, of twinkling fireflies.

They buzz before me in the garden where the morning glories bloom on a white trellis.

The fireflies surround me. They unite as one and become a beautiful blooming flower, which takes me on its petals and floats into the air.

I fly on the petals of the flower higher and higher into the sky and they lead me to the highest point on the castle - a single tower.

I see as the Psychic One becomes alarmed at my disappearance. She runs out to the garden and another army of fireflies takes her away.

They fly her across an ocean of lava and gently set her down on a single island amongst a sea of lava. On the horizon she can see a castle. It is a different castle. It is the enemy castle.

Both of us are concerned as to whether the fireflies were trying to help us on our journey, or if they are just another curse in the castle.

      Got awoken right then.

Was at kalees old house with her parents Kara Dustin and Leo. Her mom and dad were moving and I was kind of helping them. Her mom was mad at me for some stupid reason. Dustin told me to look outside at the sky. There was millions of stars shining incredibly in the bright sunny sky. There was a weird layer or the sky too. We talked about how it was weird that the sky was so different for the past couple of days. It looked like the woe could end at any moment but it was beautiful to look at. I left the house and went to my car. It was a convertible and looked really nice. I was happy o have that car because it was so nice out. I started driving when a kid on a bike got in my way. We yelled at each other and I told him how he was annoying everyone all the time. He did this the day before. A cop pulled over and we had to discuss the situation.*

    8. Scarecrow, mystery water and the facebook page

      by , 12-27-2011 at 08:38 PM
An unusual dream last night. Well, most of my dreams are pretty unusual as they are. This is going to be more detailed than my first journal, though.

I was looking across the street from where I live. Some sort of lemonade stand on my side of the street possibly, and the sky was clear while the sun a golden yellow. Across the street, somebody had set up a very real-looking scarecrow. It had been there for a couple of days. It was a moving scarecrow.

Across the street was some kind of teacher, maybe a chemistry teacher. He'd set up this scarecrow not to scare away pests from crops of any sort, but to scare students who misbehaved. Some kind of moving statue, or a type of effigy maybe. Just maybe.

WARNING: the next part is just slightly graphic. Reader's discretion advised.

The "scarecrow" very much resembled a male teenager, possibly about the age of 20. The other part of the moving scarecrow just a bit off, was golden in appearance and wore a suit of some sort, also human-like. The scarecrow-boy faced my side of the street, looking apprehensive. It was clear why. The figure in the golden suit was repeatedly kicking the scarecrow-boy in the crotch. A pained expression appeared on its (the scarecrow-boy's) face every time.

If you think that's weird, wait and see what happens next. Apparently the story goes that this kid always acted against the teacher in class, made wry jokes and all that. Saying goes that the teacher turned the kid into a scarecrow as a warning to others...or maybe made a replica of the actual kid...anyway, it's really hard to go into detail without inventing details.

For four or five days, the scarecrow was still there, doing the exact same thing it had before. I was doing something about the lemonade stand, and occasionally glanced over at that unusual scarecrow. Suddenly, it began to move differently than before.

The figure in the golden suit was kicking off-target now. The boy, or scarecrow, began to rotate. The next thing you know, the two figures were exchanging kicks at each other's crotch, and the boy, now clearly not just a scarecrow, was trying to disable the golden suit figure, without any success. After a few minutes, the scarecrow-boy was being pounded again.

A close relative of mine came over. "If that's a person", she began, "what an interesting person".

I paused, searching for the words. "It IS a person".

"What?" She was incredulous. And what made me believe that? I explained that I hadn't seen it (meaning proof it was a person) for several days, but just today I saw something change. Tried to explain, but she wouldn't believe me. Nobody would. For that moment, the scarecrow was doing the exact same thing it had been doing before, except the scarecrow-boy was now facing the suited golden figure. Must have been built into the mechanism somehow.

Just when I started to doubt whether this thing was really a person, the boy grabbed the foot that was rising up, paused for a moment, and delivered a really hard kick to the golden figure's jewels. No more roshambo, no more Russian Roulette, no more scarecrow. It was as if five days' worth of frustration were stored in that kick, as his blue flat-soled runner crushed into the golden figure and almost lifted it off the ground. It fell backwards into the dust or something.

I was standing in the middle of the street or something, not sure what to do. Help this kid who seemed first like a scarecrow, go inside to show proof this really was a person, continue selling lemonade? Moments later, the entire "scarecrow" returned to its original motion, doing its thing to scare misbehaving students. Anyway, I wasn't able to help the kid. Would have been too scared for my own *ahem* safety.

WARNING OVER - it is now safe to continue reading. Relatively speaking.

I went into the basement. It was dark, dim and damp. For days, my drinking water had contained these semisolid globules, that tasted exactly like water, but ruined the texture. Boiling the water did absolutely nothing.

In the basement, the water heater pipes were open. This half-tube, similar to gutters on a roof, was filled with water about to be pumped into the heater. I scooped up some of the water. Ice cold. Yet then I noticed something.

This wasn't water! Looking closely at it again, I scooped up a handful of these granules, somewhat like snow, but had the consistency of those clear hydrate balls that seem to disappear when you put it in water. But it felt like styrofoam. Looking closely at it, it seemed like some long polymer chain, or some scale replica of an unknown chemical.

Thin spaghetti-like rods connected the granules, which were greyish-white and greyish-blue. Maybe these were water additives?! Scooped up some of this gooey stuff, and placed it in a container. The rods disappeared when touched or immersed in water, and were invisible to the touch (don't ask). Maybe it was a scale model of the chemical contained inside the scale model of itself.

I put some in my mouth. At that temperature, it started to melt, with the consistency oAf Jell-o mixed with sand. So this was that discusting mixture that appeared in my drinking water, dumb city works. But what the heck was it?!

I theorized that the grey-white end "molecules" must bond to the water molecules through polar electropotential interaction. After that, the long chains separated, and later clumped into the water that you drank. Whatever it was...I don't need it in my drinking water, do I?!

Or maybe it was the chemist...

My computer froze. Or rather, it didn't. I was on my Facebook page, searching for somebody to add. I'd thought of adding someone named Mandy Moore, and after thinking about it, I did.

Mandy was a grade younger than me, and had a face resembling Rebecca Black. Given a closer look though, she didn't look so much like the singer of the earbug bad-lyric song about the American economic recession, one that supposedly says that we don't know whether the "weekend" will come. Well, it was Tuesday.

I had found Mandy attractive, and wanted to talk to her. However, I then realized she was friends with somebody who liked me last year and I didn't like back. Well, I figured that wouldn't matter much.

Soon enough, Mandy accepted my friend request, but she was offline. I waited for her to come online.

Minutes later, after the spattering of dream fragments in no particular chronological order, I woke up. It was around 4:10 a.m.

I set my alarm that morning for 7:30. It was unusual to wake up this early, no matter. I seemed to be developing a cold, and my sinus infection hadn't gotten any better. I kept coughing, and went to the bathroom. The lights came on, and they went off. 30 minutes later, I fell back asleep.

The following dream fragments were much less memorized, likely because I took care to remember the first set of dreams.

The early part, I held a saucer-shaped object in my arms as I dozed off into bed. It was a radio of some sort, able to communicate to a UFO disk. Soon I was inside the UFO, and ordered to program some sort of mechanism. The time was close to 11 pm. I started coughing.

Later, much later, I had some small fish I decided to take home as pets, about anchovy-size. I decided to wash them. Sadly, they all died.

One of the fish had the flag of Italy painted on its tail. Must be one of those artificially chemical-painted fish.

A bit later, I was inside a car, and one of my parents was driving. There was snow all around and the car had a bit of trouble driving uphill, and anyway, this wasn't the route we usually took by car. Usually I'd bike up this very hill. I looked at the time. Looked at the radio. Suddenly, I woke up, and the radio came on.

The radio program featured a re-run of a past conversation. I was glad what one caller mentioned, as it was talk radio.

Anyway, maybe it's clear why I had some of these dream themes. I had owned goldfish two to three years ago, but they all died due to horrible tank conditions. The consistency of the water granules likely resulted partly from an experiment in class we did a while ago using round marble-sized clear objects that seemed to disappear yet expand when put in water. As for the scarecrow, well...I leave that one up to you.
    9. Dream Girl

This dream started out in the halls of the high school I graduated from. I was in my current body, not my high school body, so I was a lot more in shape and confident than I was back then. I was just dawdling about in the hall when a girl caught my eye. She was actually an inch or so taller than me, which is usually a turn off for me. She had a fit body, blue eyes, and short champagne blonde hair just above the shoulders. Usually I'm not attracted to the short, super light blonde hair either, but the way she was wearing it made it very appealing to me.

I went up to her and started walking/talking with her down the hall. Her name was Eileen, a name I've barely ever heard in my life, but a pretty name none the less. We decided we should go drive around and hang out, and I was ballsy enough to put my arm around her as we exited the school.

It was evening and we drove around for a while, talking. It's crazy how in depth dream characters can be and how much you can learn about them. She was a midwestern girl, same age as me, and had moved out here with her parents. She loved rock/alternative rock/folk/indie and was into climbing/hiking/skiing; all the same outdoor activities I was into. She was super nice and very down to earth.

This is the cool part. We somehow made it into a house and she said something to the effect of "You haven't forgotten those promises you made to me, have you?" "Of course not," I said, "I have them all right here so I don't forget." I pulled out my phone (the same one I have in real life) and went to my notes. There was a page titled 'Promises Made to Eileen' with a short list jotted down below. I was confused on how the list got there, as I thought I was meeting this dream character for the first time.

I then realized that this was not my first time meeting Eileen! I had a revelation that I had met her in a previous dream that I had now forgotten. She smiled at me, extremely happy in my remembrance of meeting her before. We shared a great kiss, said our goodbyes and then I woke up.

This is one of the first times I've remembered a reoccurring character in a dream, and I must say I am very pleased with her. Now if only I could meet the real life version...

      Dream 1
I was at my old secondary school in a maths class. The time ticked on to half past three and it was time to go, there were some of my college friends there including a girl in a blue frilly dress with no back. I stood up to go and the teacher said to me "Are you all sure you understand the homework?" and very few people did. So the teacher kept us back and made us do a bit more work until it got to nearly 4 o' clock. I checked my watch and very nearly did a reality check since about 15 minutes had passed in what seems like 2. But instead I just thought that time must have passed quickly because I wasn't watching it. I needed to hurry since I doubted my friends would wait for me if I was too late. I walked out of school and appeared to teleport to a huge place (teleporting- 10 points), similar to that of a warehouse. The shelves went all the way up to the roof and there were loads of them. As I wondered down the narrow isles a employee at the place spotted me and called me over. He was up a ladder trying to pull something off of a shelf, I went and stood by the ladder to see that behind me was a large expanse of bare floor. He told me to stand nearby, so I did and looked back at the shelves. They were filled with old televisions, the big box ones. The worker then pulled one off a shelf and dropped it, the tv crashed to the floor below. He shouted at me saying that I was meant to catch it, So I went and stood next to the shelves. He dropped another one, a big heavy one and I caught it with a spine crushing catch. I put it on the floor and we carried on doing this for a while. Then he started to move forwards and my friend H.T ran round the corner to help, we moved all the tv's that I'd caught forwards as well. We kept moving everything forward so that we kept up with the worker, then I saw a thread of cotton wrapped around one of the tv's. I looked up to see the shelves gone and somebody weaving cotton, to the left of them there was what appeared to be a small tea shop. Outside the tea shop was Santa and the worker from earlier went up to him to ask him if they could use his beard for cotton and he agreed. The then went inside the tea shop. Me and my friend looked at each other before leaving the tv's and following them in. When I got inside I recognised the cafe, I was in Lincoln, in Stoke's cafe. I was asked what I wanted so I said tea. They gave me a silver sachet that was this size of my hand. I went and sat down next to my Grandad and his friends. I opened the silver sachet and found what appeared to be cream inside, this was apparently the tea. I tried it and it tasted exactly like whipped cream. (Eat something- 4 points) (Full dream- 1 point)

      Fragment (0.5 points)
I also remember going into a place like subway and asking if they could give me some bread cheap since it was near closing time, the woman behind the counter said "no but you can have a taster for free".

      Dream 2
I was in my room and my neighbour came to visit. He came into my room, saw my new shoes and said he liked them. Then he sat on my bed and had a chat with me. This was quite a long dream but I can't remember what was said. (Full dream- 1 point)

Time since dream: A few hours

I was in a cylindrical room made of gold and stone, with a pathway around the walls. There was a huge pillar in the center of the room. Around it was a pool of water going around the entire room. The pool looked pretty deep. I was on the pathway. I tried to get to the center, but I couldn't. So I went back through the door which I came, and into a normal elevator. When I came out, I was in a hallway. It had purple walls.

I saw another person, who came towards me, and said that he was exploring the place. We went into the elevator together, and went back up to the previous room. We went across the gold cylinder room to a bridge that went to the center. The pillar had a door on it, as if there was gonna be a boss inside. We went in, and there WAS a boss inside. It was some kind of tentacle monster that we had to bring down to the floor and kill.

So, we did that, and all of a sudden, the place started rotating. Not about its axis, but rather, turning upside down, like the 4th dungeon in Majora's Mask. When it stopped, we fell onto the floor, which had some kind of drainage pipe in the center. I examined the room, and found another door on the side. We went through, and found ourselves back in the cylinder room, except it was upside down as well. I looked up, and the pool of water was there, just floating. As soon as I saw it though, it came crashing down, into a grey mist. The next thing I know, I'm in the elevator again, but there is a window in the elevator so you can see into the room. The water is still coming down though, and the elevator shakes wildly and violently as it comes crashing down. The next thing I know, I'm in the elevator debris, along with the other guy. I climb out, and go back into the hallway. Then I
      wake up.

DV keeps bothering me so I decided to drop by and leave a DJ entry. This site is pimped out now 0.o

I could not figure out for what reason I was behaving like a total freak, but there was one thing I was sure of - everyone was scared. Of me. I heard hushed whispers and staggered footsteps as people turned away. "What are you doing! You know I'm not usually like this!" All this caused was more fear, and I could feel it, surging through the crowd.

Everything was covered in rust. The benches, the walls, coated with a red-orange crust. The wind blew flaked of it into my face, on my clothes. It smelled of flames, an explosion perhaps, but I didn't know.

      Did I do this?

Giant bottle of wine, high school odd friend

I was in a strange living room and an old high school friend, D, wandered in and i had the feeling he had come for an unannounced visit...i got up and when i went to greet him, he turned around and went back outside. i followed him and he was rummaging through boxes that looked like boxes i had seen in the past..maybe in storage, or the garage, he pulled out a huge bottle of wine out of one of the smaller ones...it shouldnt have fit in that box, i cant remember the name on the bottle, but he, my parents, who suddenly appeared next to me and I got in an arguement about the bottle, i wanted to drink it, parents wanted me to re-store it... " you can use it later" they kept telling me...the next thing i know, i'm chasing D all over the house and garage etc as he opens and rummages in everythng he could get his hands on... finally he runs out in the back yard and as i apporach him he gets a huge grin on his face and hops away backwards on one foot at very high speed out the back gate and disappears down the street......dream shift

I was island-hopping with my friends, quite literally: jumping and swimming around to get to the nearby islands. There was a big, gold buddha monument and buildings that looked like toys everywhere. My sister held my hand, as she led the way. We dove under. The water was crystal clear blue (much like swimming in the pool). It was beautiful. We resurfaced and waved at our friends. There also were boats and planes around, a cartoony-like image.

      ---
Upon arriving at a place that was dim and damp, with wooden floors and walls, I was introduced to my fiance. An arranged marriage or so it seems. I recognized him (Hyun-Bin), but in this dream he's just some random guy I met for the first time. We were told to answer slam-book like questions in the blackboard to get to know each other.
      ---
We were being chased (can't remember who I was with). We trespassed a building that was fenced all around. It looked like a school, a monastery, and a convent all at the same time. The ceilings were low. Walls were cream and maroon-colored. When we passed by a dojo-room with an ongoing martial arts class, we barged in and said we wanted to learn, thinking we could get away from whoever was chasing us. They caught us up though. One guy pointed a big pencil-like weapon (which is weird) directly at my right eye. I feared for my life, but I wasn't able to move either. He wasn't able to hit me because people around saved me.

    15. How I kidnapped a Japanese girl

      by , 12-26-2011 at 11:01 AM
I was on a highschool trip in France when I decided to leave a camping site. I went to Luzern, Switzerland, to find a Japanese girl I've met at IAESTE conference (in reality I met the girl, Yuki Motoda, 3 years after the actual highschool trip, and fell in love with her). I didn't know where to search for her, so I just wandered in the streets, asking random people about her. Most of them didn't reply at all. After a long long time I got into ZHAW campus. I walked in the corridors, asking the students about Yuki Motoda, but most of them didn't know her. I saw Swiss students doing various things - studying, eating their lunch, partying, playing volleyball. I almost gave up. When I asked the last girl in the school eatery about Yuki, she started to laugh. Then I noticed why. Yuki was sitting next to her. She was fast asleep on the table, wearing her favorite green pullover. I grabbed her hand we started to run fast. When we stopped, we were near some creaky, roof-less cottage in Alps. We went in and that was the first time Yuki said something. "Why?", she asked, starring at me. I didn't reply. We went to a cellar of the cottage. There was a horse waiting for us. I lifted her and set her on the horse, then I sat behind her. We left the cottage through some underground corridor. Before we entered the corridor I saw various warning boards. The only one i remember is "The corridor is safe to use, with the exception of blind riders." [Then an alarm of a car near the house woke me up.]
