    1. Weird friendly (?) nightmare

      by , 04-04-2011 at 03:26 PM
Ah.... It's nice to have a vivid dream again after long period of the block. Where do I start....
I went to bed a little late last night, around 12:30. Assuring myself that I will have a dream, I went to bed and fell asleep. In the dream, I was in a car. Specifically my dad's car (which is not around anymore; should've notice that). He was dropping me off at my friend's house for a concert. So I went in, but my friend wasn't there, in fact, it seemed like a warp to another room like a dentist office. So I talked to the receptionist (oddly enough, I was talking to the chair ==") and took out my laptop while I wait (for nothing). My friend came out and led me in. Inside, there was my SAT teacher. He said this is not a dentist's office, but a secret society research centre. He gave me a tour around the building and at the end, he led me to a small room. Everything like the void room from "Matrix" was white in there except a green dentist's chair. He told me to sit down. As I sat, the research people showed up and pulled out a big green cylinder and inserted the content into a clear bag with a strange, clear liquid in it. My SAT teacher then pulled out a stubby, small (around half an inch long and one sixth inch thick) injecting needle and said: "Do you want to join the society?" I foolishly said yes. Then he said: "It is required to make you weak while we inject you with the serum." Then he took the stubby needle and pressed it on my wrist. The blood continuously squirted out of my wrist. He looked at the monitor and said: "60%" then pushed even harder. And again about the two inches up my right arm. I did not feel a thing nor feared a thing (weird). I soon saw the words in 8-bit style saying "Press to convince yourself." I didn't know what that meant but I pressed by moving my arms slightly forward. Then I woke up. I could not realize it was a dream until I got out of it. I checked my hands and there were five with fingerprints and all. I shook myself out of my bed looked at my wrist. It was fine.
    2. Barely Lucid

      by , 04-03-2011 at 04:31 PM
Last night I had a dream that my mom came into my room for some reason at 2 30 in the morning. Then I told her mom, I'm dreaming..Actually we both are! And I became lucid for a few seconds. Then I went on the hunt for a quarter to show her that I could make it levitate. But by the time I got downstairs, the there were some kids I know trying to play a trick on me, and I think that took my complete attention off of being lucid, because I never got to flex my powers. I actually remember also riding on a bike with my friend later on, thinking to myself "anything is possible" and tried to sit sideways on the seat and pedal. but I fell, so I clearly didn't have the confidence that I would have if I was fully lucid. I even told some people in my dream about this. I said my mom woke me up at 2 30 ect and that usually when you wake up at that time of night, you are in the middle of a dream and thus become lucid. but I couldn't successfully get my mind to buy into the whole lucid idea. Very close though. Only lucid for maybe 1 minute.

    3. Spire of Thieves

      by , 04-03-2011 at 01:55 PM (Raspberry's Second Life)
      Awake Non-Lucid

I'm traveling, walking, so fast. So fast that the land -fields, trees and plants- blurs past. In my head I see a map with a highlighted route. Dragons, where are the dragons? There are only a few left. If the other creatures of this land can hide and survive, then haven't dragons done the same?

Silveria, in the north, that is where they must be. I recall seeing one fly over my head the last time I was there. But wasn't I warned away from that place? It has a bad feeling to it. But I must find the dragons!

I follow those in front of me. We get to a place where the path splits into two. They turn right, away from Silveria and the dragons. Why don't they turn left? Confused, I follow them.

"No!" They tell me. "Silveria is a bad place!"

"But we must find the dragons!" I try to say, but they turn their backs to me.

Soon we reach a city. The buildings are black and tall. People chant and crowd the streets. We slow to a normal pace. "I don't like this place..." I whisper.

I look over my shoulder, to see a giant black spire of a building. This jogs my memory. The City of Spires! Why do all my cities have such spires? It reminds me of Oblivion.

I ask my companions if the government resides there. They frown. "No, that is where the thieves are."

Thieves? But I am a thief! I turn from the group and quickly get inside. It is chaos, apparently they are about to be attacked.

I show people a card that shows I am a thief, and they allow me entry. Inside, I find my friend Paul. He looks confused and overwhelmed. I take his hand and take him into a corner, explaining the situation to him. "Stay with me." I say. "I'll keep you safe."

Eventually, the attackers break in. They're wearing all black, with silver chains wrapped around their bodies. I have near to no fighting experience, but for some reason it comes naturally to me. I find that I can jump impossible heights and distances.

I jump and spin, kicking an enemy across the head, killing them instantly. But as I look around, I see we are severly outnumbered. I turn to a dead end, where I find my fellow thieves hiding. I snarl at them to get their act together, otherwise they've doomed themselves. Then I run along a wall, jumpinp and landing against an enemy with my feet on his chest. We go down with a crash.

I back into a room. There's a girl there, who throws daggers at me. I dodge with an inhuman speed, and then pick one up and launch it at her with all my strength. It stabs her in the stomach, and she slides down the wall behind her.

I clench my teeth and lower my head. Every part of me feels tense and alive. I stalk out of the room and into another, where I find a group of sneering men. Letting out a yell, I jump, souring above their heads, landing in their mass.

    4. Trying to belong

      by , 04-03-2011 at 09:56 AM

There once was a girl who lived in a small town. She was sad because she didn't have any friends. Her mother told her that she had to come home directly after school and she wasn't allowed to play with the other kids. Then one day she said “tomorrow you can play with the other kids as long as you are careful.”

The next day the girl started playing with the other kids. They rode on their bikes and had fun, but the girl still didn't feel like she belonged. The others told her that if she wanted to truly belong to the group she had to help them with something.

In that town most of the people were poor, but there was one boy who was rich. His father was a doctor or something and he always had much better toys and clothes than the other kids. Because of that everyone hated him and the kids liked playing tricks on him. Now they'd figured out a new way to mess with him. They stole a wallet, some jewelery or something similar and blamed it on the boy. The only problem was that no one would believe that the boy had really done it. That's why they needed the girl's help. The adults would believe whatever she said.

So in the end she stood in front of the policeman and had to choose whose side she was really on. On the one hand the boy was probably really nice once you got to know him, but if she didn't lie she'd be alone again, so she did as the kids had asked.

    5. Tsunami sweeps away friends

      by , 04-03-2011 at 05:15 AM
From when I was in elementary school.

/T+0.00.00/ I am at a beach, possibly with family. The sand is the typical boring gray typical of southern California. It is sunny. Suddenly, the steely water begins to rush away, exposing more beach. As a giant wave begins to swell in the distance, I turn and see friends I haven't seen in years, most notably Nl. Gldfrb., running to escape the tsunami. I begin to run, climbing up the sides of what are possibly sand bags to prevent erosion of the beach, when I remember my family and panic sets in as I weigh the value of my life against those of my friends and loved ones.
    6. Evil dalmatian traps parents in urinals

      by , 04-03-2011 at 04:24 AM
      When I was very young

/T+0.00/ It is nighttime. I am in a brick labyrinth, but the walls are only tall enough so I can see a dalmatian, bipedal and cartoon like, with what is possibly a fire-helmet on its head. I have reason to believe it is malicious. I find my way out of the the maze and I am in a crowded amusement park. I am with one of my parents, I believe my mom, and the other, likely my dad is gone. We search for the missing parent, through gift shops, in and out of the different areas of the theme park, and I sense that the dalmatian is near.
/T+0.15/ Suddenly, my other parent, possibly my mom, is gone too, and somehow I know that both have disappeared in the bathrooms. I run to the bathroom and to the urinals, which are those ones that go to the floor. I know mom and dad are there, and I know the dalmatian put them there, but I don't know how to rescue them. I begin to panic.

    7. Visions of the future and an encounter with a very mysterious women

      by

non dream - lucid - non lucid

I occasionally have dreams where I feel I am in the future.
For some reason in these dreams, I'm usually in LA California, even though I've never been to the US in waking life.
There is no actual indication that I am indeed in LA though, I just know I am.
This dream was extremely vivid, I haven't had such a vivid dream since I started being busy with school.

I wake up in my king size bed in my house in LA.
It has white pillows and white sheets and it feels very smooth.
The sun is shining through the extremely big window in front the bed.
      The room is very bright.
I feel refreshed and get up. I'm only wearing boxers.
I go to the window and take a look.
The view is absolutely amazing, my house is on top of a hill, I can see all the way to the ocean from here.
I go into the bathroom and freshen up.
The bathroom is very big, and very modern and colorful.
I see myself in the mirror, I look good, I look happy.
(and slightly older than I do now)

I leave my bedroom and go check on my pets.
I have quite a few parrots in a very big outdoor cage.
The door of a room leads directly into the cage, I go inside.
The cage basically consist of a whole room with a grid instead of a wall on one side.
There is sand on the ground and a lot of different plants for the parrots to sit on.
I can feel a fresh breeze coming in through the grid, it feels good.
I play with the parrots a bit and go downstairs.

Here I enter another room which I have transformed into a habitat for my lizards.
I own about a dozen bearded dragons, and they are happy to have such a big room all for themselves.
I don't stay in the room for too long, the heat and the bright lights needed for the dragons makes me dizzy quickly.

I walk inside the kitchen / living room to grab a drink.
The room is extremely big. This house is a true mansion.
I feel like I really belong here, I absolutely love this house.
I grab a drink of orange juice and exit the room to go outside.
I am now in front of the pool drinking the juice.
The pool is quite natural looking, it looks a bit like a spring feeding into a pond.

There are a few beach chairs in front of the pool, and a bar where I keep a lot of drinks.
I often have guests over, and the bar is a huge success.
I decide to just lie down on a chair and chill for a bit.
As I approach the chair I see a girl already lying there.
She's my girlfriend, we live together.
She has long orange/red hair, green eyes and a few freckles around her nose, wearing a white bikini with a red flower drawn on it.
She's so lovely... so beautiful. I am so happy that she's my girlfriend. I am going to marry this women one day... I love her so much.
She makes me a sign to join her on the chair and turns her back to me.
I join her and hold her in my arms.

Her hair is my face, it smells very nice... a bit like lavender.

"Good morning sweetheart, how are you?"
      "Great! How are you?"
"I feel absolutely amazing, like life is too good to be real."
      "Like a dream?"
      "Yes, like..."

I'll be damned. I am dreaming!
I feel sad at first, I wish this was real, but then I realize how amazingly vivid this dream is.
I look at my "girlfriend", realizing I don't even know her name.
I can see the pores on her skin.
I can feel the heat of her body and of the sun.
I can hear the small waterfall in the pool.
I can smell her, even still taste the remainders of orange juice in my mouth.

      Wow, this feels so real!
But what does this mean? Why do I dream about a future in California so often.

      "Are you... real?"

I immediately realize that this was a stupid question.

      "Of course I am, Hyu."

I think about trying to unsummon her, to see if she's real, but it feels wrong and I decide not to.

      "Is this my future?"
      "..."
"You're not going to tell me, are you?"
"It might be your future, it might not be."
      "How so?"
"Everything is possible, after all destiny is governed by chaos."
"Even the slightest change will change the course of history, no-one can look into the future, we can only look into the past."

Well... she isn't a normal DC alright...

"So all future is uncertain because of the chaos theory?"
"Yes, but even though it is, time is relative."
"Future present and past, they're all the same."

I don't understand what she means.

"But how can the past depend on the future?"
"If this is the future, then by seeing this you will inevitable change your past and destroy this future by doing so."
"That is why you cannot see into the future. That is why destiny is chaos."

How true... I'm impressed that I can think this clearly even though I'm dreaming.
It must be because the dream is so vivid.

      "Who are you...?"
      "A girlfriend... a wife?"
      "..."
"I am what can be, and as such, I am chaos."
"You are quite mysterious aren't you?"

She turns towards me and looks me in the eyes.

"Just the way you like it."

Her eyes immediately remind me of Yuya's.
They are different but they also have that infinite detail.
I don't think that this women is Yuya, but they have something in common, I can feel it.

      "Tell me your name."
"That I cannot, because my name is a secret."
      "Why?"
      "Because it changes everything."
      "It does?"
"Everything does, every bit of information, regardless of how benign it may seem changes your whole of reality."
"Why am I allowed to talk to you at all then?"

      She smiles.

"Of course talking to me changes everything."
"Every dream changes everything, everything you experience will change you for all eternity."

"Then why can I not know your name?"
      "I told you, it's a secret."
      "But why?"
"Because I am keeping it one."
"Your curiosity is truly endless Hyu. And that's how it should be, that is how it needs to be."
      "I love you Hyu."

Saying that she loves me overwhelms me with emotions.
I am not sure what to say, but I do love this women.
The feeling is so strong that it is only barely bearable.
      She closes her eyes.

      "Now kiss me."

I close my eyes and kiss her.
The feeling of love is so very strong that I don't even realize that the dream is slipping away.
I just want to hold her, for all eternity.

Then I understand that I've woken up and open my eyes.
I can still feel the heat of her body.
Oh how I wish she was with me, here in my bed.
But I don't feel sad that she's gone, I still experience this feeling of loving someone.
I know that it will probably last until the end of the day.
    8. Power Trip

      Power Trip (DILD)

      NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID

I became lucid quite a few times during the night, but it's now nearly time for bed again, so my memory has seriously deteriorated.

I was taking part in a giant street battle. I think it was inspired by watching recent news reports of Egypt/Libya uprisings. I was part of the rebellious horde, leading an army of thousands up a hill to a monument. It was surrounded by a roundabout- it reminded me slightly of the Arc de Triomphe in Paris. All my army were wearing red, apparently it was our colour. The top of the street filled with government troops, and they started to advance on us. I began to charge, and the army followed. I screamed out a war cry as I pulled back my fist, which burst into flames. The government army had stopped in their tracks by the time we reached them, and I swung my flaming fist with all the force I could muster. It was like a small explosion. Several troops were blasted into the air, and more followed. I felt like Sauron (If you've ever seen that part in LoTR when he joins in the battle). Pure badassery was being dished out.

A while later, I noticed that a large coach had been inconveniently parked at the top of the street leading to the monument where all the government troops were. It had the unfortunate effect of funnelling all my red brothers-in-arms into their firing line. They were getting mown down, and had nowhere to go upon reaching the top of the hill. I pushed my way through the scrambling crowd, over to the coach. I lifted it up over my head. As I did so, the fighting around me stopped as people on both sides stared. After a quick psych-up, I launched it vertically. I assume it went into space, because it disappeared into the sky and never came back down. The reds cheered, as they were now able to run and find cover at the top of the hill.

    9. LD 2: Inception?

      by , 04-02-2011 at 08:23 PM (Starr's Dream Collection)
      NON DREAM DREAM LUCID

I'm sitting on the floor, next to my friend, J. We're writing stories or something. Suddenly, I notice my hand has a weird message written on it. In real life, I had written "DREAMS!" on my hand with pen, so that when I looked at it in my dream, I would notice it said something else. Well, it worked. Looking at my hand, I became lucid, because now it said something else. It still said "DREAMS!" on it, but underneath that, I saw the sentence "It's an oracle!" I performed a reality check, and sure enough, I was dreaming. J, who is still sitting next to me, suddenly becomes angry. Her face gets rounder and her eyes are further apart. She starts growling. I hardly have any time to be scared before I'm suddenly lying down in my bed. It's not a false awakening, because I still know I'm dreaming.

My vision is blurred, and I slowly and blindly step out of my bed, trying to walk around. That's when I notice I'm standing on the ceiling. Weird, I think to myself, as I slowly flip around and land on the ground the right way. I will myself to have clear vision, and I do. Not knowing what to do next, I walk over to my window and look outside. It's daytime. I randomly see Leonardo DiCaprio standing there, as his character Cobb from Inception. At first I'm afraid that he's gonna try and steal my thoughts and ideas like in Inception, so I try to scare him away. I do so by making scary faces at him through the window. He slowly backs off and runs away.

I almost immediately regret scaring him off because I wanted to interact with my DCs. So, I walk into the backyard and see him standing there by the bushes, towards the woods. As I begin to approach him, I am interrupted by my grandpa's friend, P, walking towards me. P is carrying my crying brother and asks me if I could help figure out what was wrong with him. I agree and take my brother, and P is gone. I ask my brother, "What's the matter?" Still crying, he says "The Xbox won't let me be Player 1!" I shrug and decided to help him, just because. Following him inside, I realize the Xbox is set up in the kitchen, and the TV is attached to the fridge. I don't know how technology works in the dream world, so I randomly press a few buttons on the controller. But it seems to work because he stops crying and runs off to go to the bathroom or something like that.

I start to go back outside but remember to check my hand, just to see what else it says. It still says "DREAMS!" and "It's an oracle!", but now it also has random scrambled letters written on it, too. I step outside, and as soon as I do, my vision gets blurry again. I suddenly hear voices around me and I know I'm near people, but I can't really see them. I recognize some of them as people from school. They are frantically warning me that I've entered the 2nd dream level, the dream within a dream. They told me of how there was an explosion and everyone was in danger. Looking at the ground with my vision still blurred, I could barely make out what I guess were supposed to be fragments of blown up bomb. I kept struggling for clarity and finally achieved it. As soon as I did, I remembered how Cobb was still outside, and I feared that he'd been harmed.

I shouted out, "COBB!" and ran over towards him. He was still in the same spot by the bushes, except he was lying on the ground, half dead. He looked weird. He was blue, with a bleeding face, cracked skin, and he was wearing a Native American headdress. I kept reassuring him he'd be ok, and he didn't respond. Suddenly, a group of about 3 or 4 people ran over to him (I don't know who they were) and revived him. He was fine.

It was now darker outside. Randomly, my best friend H appeared next to me. We were looking on our phones for a new tuxedo for Cobb, because he was going to Vegas for vacation, apparently. H found a snazzy looking suit and showed it to me. Of course, the suit model was Eames from Inception. I agreed that it was a nice suit. H disappeared.

I decided that I would once more try to change my appearance like I have in other dreams. I closed my eyes and made a mirror appear in front of me. I remember the mirror was one of those big full body mirrors, with an intricate design on the gold frame. I closed my eyes and told myself that when I opened my eyes, I would look like Zooey Deschanel, who I failed to look like in another lucid dream of mine. When I opened my eyes, the only thing that changed was my hair. Then I decided that since everything seemed to be going along with Inception, I'd try and change myself to look like Ariadne. This time, all that changed was my hair and my clothes. I even got Ariadne's little scarf she always wears.

I woke up. My first thought was, "Nooooo! That dream was too short!" But as I reviewed the dream in my head, I realized I was very lucky I lucid dreamt at all, and I had an amazing lucid experience.
    10. LD 1: Exploring My House

      by , 04-02-2011 at 07:51 PM (Starr's Dream Collection)
      NON DREAM DREAM LUCID

I am standing in my bedroom, and it's nighttime. I look at my bed, and notice something strange. I can't really explain it, but I see what looks like one of those colorful decorative window stickers kids make, but it was in the shape of a cartoonish old lady, and it was big. I realize I must be dreaming, because what I currently see is never usually there. I do a RC, and suddenly everything becomes vivid, because I can still breathe through my nose even though I'm pinching it shut. I'm not sure what to do, so I slowly walk out of my room and into my hallway.

As I'm walking down the hall, I remember reading about how reflections look weird in the dream world. So I poke my head into my bathroom and look in the mirror. The only thing that's different is the fact that I have lots of bangs covering my face. I shrug it off and continue walking down the hallway, into my living room. I'm standing there and I decide I want to try and change my environment. I close my eyes and concentrate, telling myself that when I open my eyes, I'll be in a completely empty, solid white room. Err, I failed. I was still standing in my living room.

Then, I wanted to try and change my appearance. I look in the mirror in the living room, and (probably because I had just watched Elf in real life) tried to change myself to look like Zooey Deschanel. Well, that didn't work either.

I also remembered how technology usually doesn't work correctly in dreams. So I see my laptop on the table and try to turn it on. It does, but the internet isn't working and Google is wacky. That's when my brother walks out of his room, eating an apple, and keeps bothering me, trying to figure out what I'm doing on the computer. I want him to leave me alone but he keeps irritating me. Yep, he's pretty much being exactly how he is in real life, even the apple eating. Suddenly my mom walks out of her room, and yells at my brother to go back to bed because it's too early. But she doesn't seem to see me.

      I wake up, very happy.
    11. Cruise ship for my cousin Zach's play

by , 04-02-2011 at 05:35 PM (High Quality Head Movies)
      Free Cruise!

*Note that this dream is not all that interesting*

I remember it started with us getting on a cruise ship that was all payed off by my Aunt Beth so that we could come and see our Cousin Zach as the lead role for a play. We had no luggage and never went to our room, but the ship never left the dock. We went around the ship and explored for a little while. Lots of big rooms, fancy statues, water fountains, and other kinds of scenery. I can't really remember much of the scenery in detail.

We went to the food court area and decided to get a table and order some food. The waiter then took our order and we saw a stage through a door that someone had just opened and we saw our cousin Zach's play was almost over. Our Aunt Beth was with us so we figured that we would go see the next play that was showing.

We never ate. Me and my brother went into the side room by the stage to see Zach and there were cameras set up and a line of tables with people behind them with mics (looked like a check-in for something). They were calling out roles for the play and then people would respond if they wanted that role. People were changing roles instead of picking the roles they had already practiced and dressed for. When it got to Zach, he was about to take his role and my brother said he would do it. Nobody reacted any different and the guy with the mic said okay and that all roles were filled. Zach went with me and didn't look bothered or confused by any of it.

We went to the table where our parents were and we told them what happened and my mom freaked out because my brother had no practice and it was Zach's role not his. We spent the rest of the dream looking for my brother and then I woke up.

From when I was a very young child

/T+0.00.00/ Me, mom and dad are in the woods, possibly camping. It is dark, despite being the early afternoon, possibly due to the canopy of leaves above our heads. There are hundreds of mottled pale tree trunks shooting from the earth in every direction. They ground is covered in golden leaves, some illuminated by swatches of light that have penetrated the unseen ceiling of leaves. It's quite beautiful. My mom and dad are infront of me, perhaps 20 or 25 feet, with my dad on the left and 10 feet away from my mom. We form an isosceles triangle, and I am at the most acute point.
/T+0.00.45/ I notice a snake, one of those red, white and black ones, on the ground near my mom's feet. I watch it uncoil, my mom gasping as she too becomes aware of it. I try to scream. /End dream T+0.00.50/
    13. A mystical forest

      by , 04-02-2011 at 02:28 PM

I am watching the news about a country where there is war, or a natural disaster, or both. The reporter is talking about how it is affecting the Finnish people. He says that it is a terrible disaster, because some of the Finns who were there on holiday had to be evacuated while they were shopping.

Suddenly I realize that I'm in that country too. I am floating in the ocean and I'm about to drown. Luckily there's someone there who is saving people. I help her lift someone up into a helicopter. When it's my turn to be saved all she can do is take me to a boat that I can hold on to. There is already a diver holding on to the boat. My rescuer talks to the diver in Finnish. They are talking about me, but I'm not sure how I should react to what they say because I don't think they realize I understand Finnish.

I manage to get into the boat and put on my bath robe. Then I sit there shivering. My sister, S., comes into the boat (that is a car now). She asks me if I've been swimming. I get annoyed at that and say: "does it look like I've been swimming?". To me it's obvious that I haven't and I think that she should understand that too. I think that I'll probably get ill because I'm so cold and wet, and immediately I start coughing.

We keep driving until we get to a garden. Then we get out and go for a walk. My friend C. is there too. She and S. start talking about how rude I am, and S. explains that it's because I'm really smart and I believe everyone else is as smart as me. I don't think that's true but I don't say anything about it.

I go back to the car. On the way there I notice that I'm wearing a wrist watch. It looks a bit like one I used to have a long time ago. I notice that the watch part of it is a bit loose. I think that it's a good accessory to wear on a beach. I get in to the car. I sit in the middle of the back seat. There I find a pair of sunglasses. I decide to put them on, but when I look at them I notice that there's some dirt on them. I scrape it away with my nail. Then I notice a horrible smell. It's coming from the watch. My brother and two of my sisters are also sitting in the car. They get out really fast. I follow them and ask J. what's wrong. She stares at me as if she can't believe I don't know the answer to that and tells me that it's the horrible smell. I answer that my sense of smell is very bad. I think that that's only fair if I am as smart as S. said I am. E. gets the sun glasses and gives them to me. He tells me to trow them into the forest. I do as he asks.

We start walking down the road. It has black asphalt on it. To my left I can see some hills. They are very beautiful. I notice that on one of them there's a road and there's clouds below the road. I point it out to J. and she agrees that it's very beautiful. I start to really pay attention to my surroundings and I notice that all the colours are clearer than I've ever seen them before. The air also seems cleaner than any air I've ever breathed before. I think that it must be because we are in the mountains in the northern part of Finland.

We continue walking and come into a forest. The trees there are very tall, but the ones closest to the road have been damaged and look sick. All the trees are conifers. The trunks of the trees are quite thick, but the branches are thin and stick out in clusters perpendicularly to the trunk. There are patches on the trees that are light reddish brown and where there are no branches. I pick up a branch that's fallen on the ground and notice that there is moss growing on it. Some of it clings to the branch and is white and some of it hangs form the branch and is green. When I look at the trees again I notice the same kind of moss on all of them.

We walk farther into the forest and the road becomes smaller and smaller. It turns from asphalt to a dirt road and finally it's only a path no wider than that one person can walk along it. I look to my right and up. I notice there’s a tree hanging in the air. It's branches has become entangled in the branches of other trees and they have lifted it up. The tree is hanging there with roots and all and I think it must be dead. I notice that there's an old house at the end of the path. It looks abandoned. Just before I reach it I notice some branches falling to my right. They look a bit like a giant spider and I think that there are probably lots of poisonous spiders in this forest. Then I notice that the branches actually are a spider. It is white and pink. It has long, thin legs and when it stands it reaches to my knees. I become terrified and hurry into the house after my sisters. I tell them about the spider and try to hide behind them. Then I see the spider running towards me. I start to scream. The spider continues running towards be, but when it's close to me it runs past me and in to the next room.

Then I start to notice what the house looks like. It is in fact abandoned and there's a lot of dust and spider webs everywhere. Then I notice another spider. This one is much smaller than the last one, but it's still huge compared to most spiders. It is black and yellow. I start to scream again and the spider seems to become afraid and runs away. I think that I've never seen spiders act like these ones before. There's another spider there and I try screaming again. Again the spider runs away. I scream a bit more just to make sure that all the spiders in the room have run away. A. tells me she has found the thing we were looking for and we should signal the others. This should be done by shouting something about dreaming.
    14. Magic users and Santa Claus

      by , 04-02-2011 at 08:32 AM
The scene start with the Rusoe family being taken away, and thus the magic is revealed to the government, the scene then changes to my school, where me and Mark is on our chase to find a way to get to safety, before the government finds out that we're magic users as well. At the same time, the school tries to get us to participate in a play, which is a high waste of time for us now, but we must avoid it without getting caught. For some reason the government has found a way to teleport three of their agent, who now look kinda like wizards. We are cautious who we trust of the non-magic users, because we know that they would betray us. As time is running out, we set up a trap to distract the two Cecilie twins that are on our tails, and we make it to the living room, where we are to prepare a magic to get us out of here. Alas, the agents have somehow monitored the couches in the living room, and we are caught. The scene changes to our friend Pyrus (who for the record in a Christmas elf), he wants to help us break free of the agents cages, but is now current in another room, similar to the green on my school. He is hiding in the toilet, trying to figure out a way to help them. But then he gets an idea. He will summon Gyldengrød, who is a more famous, older and wiser elf. Gyldengrød is summoned, and everything seems brighter now. But then, one of the agents teleport into the green to arrest them, but when he sees Gyldengrød, he is intrigued. Claiming that Gyldengrød is a famous drum elf, and Gyldengrød agrees with him, that he is a famous drum elf. For some reason a drum set is now in the green, and Gyldengrød is getting behind it. Now a nice song starts, and Gyldengrød participated, putting in more drum sounds than normal, and it sounds really good The agent is now on our side, after having listened to the music (which is also beauty full), and he suggest, that our best option, is to summon Santa-Claus, Gyldengrød then sends a little prayer, and we wait. Somebody tells Pyrus, that you know that Santa is on his way, when you can hear crows nearing. Pyrus listens, and he can actually hear crows! Henrik comes in, and for some reason he shows a picture of himself and his brother, with their father, except the fathers face has been torn out of the picture. He smiles, and makes us believe that his father is Santa. (very strange part) Santa arrives, and grants us the Christmas wish, to make so that the government never discovered magic, and thus all magic users are free again. A quick cut scene where magic families are gathered again, and everyone are happy.

Now, this was a wierd dream, it sounds more like some kind of movie, but it was actually a dream. I think I was lucid in some means, as to minorly nudging the dream around, but I'm not sure that I was fully lucid.
Pyrus and Gyldengrød are characters from a christmas movie here in Denmark, that I've grown up with, so they're not uncommon.
Mark and Cecilie are students from my school.
Rusoe family is a fictional magic family on Disney channel, the dream got much of it's plot from the commercial for next week episode, where the goverment will find out that they have magic, and will try to lock them up.

      NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID

With gusto, I sprint across the cool, black asphalt, brown sneakers propelling me forward with every pounding step. The horde looms in the distance, row upon row of agile, intelligent zombies. Knowingly, I dash forward, weaving through cars, crimson, white, and purple, cutting to the right with nothing but STAR, my trusty yellow Nitefinder, in hand. Nay, the zombies aren't on my tail; they're right in front of me.

They mock me, as I slow down, off to their rightmost flank. What could I possibly do with such a small weapon, they wondered? Was I even worth the effort of a charge?

Stopping, stepping back, I know they're right.

Well, at least about the former.

With a smile, I raise my arms, and lift a dart from the ground, twenty paces away. The zombies look in astonishment as the dart floats of its own accord, and their jaws drop when it fires through the air, nailing one unfortunate zed in the face.

      But still, they mock me.

      One dart won't be enough.

Both arms, and countless darts, rise at my command. My eye lit with a fiendish glint, I can't help smirking at their shock. Even as they charge, I'm alight with joy, as my darts rain upon them, taking out their front line. But despite my barrage, many of them remain untouched, and now they're upon me, here to devour me.

      FWIP.

A quick teleport puts me behind their ranks, where I continue to wreak havoc. Every time they get close enough to do something, I teleport away and attack from a different side. Eventually, it becomes too much for them.

They quit, walk away, deband themselves.

What have I done? Could it be I've singlehandedly ruined this Invitational.

My perspective cuts away. . .

      ______________

A girl walks along the same black asphalt I had run upon earlier. As she goes, she breaks the rear windows of every car she can. Another girl, part of the same horde I had just forced into ruin, goes to stop her, asking her what's wrong.

The first girl replies, “You know, when the game's on I can keep it under control; I can stay sane,” she rubs at her face, smearing the black ash covering her cheeks and forehead, “But now look what's happened. . .”

The second girl, yelling, remanding, starts: “That doesn't mean you—” but she's cut off as a knife pierces her pink skin-tight shirt and enters her gut. With a thump, she's lying on the ground, as the ash faced girl smirks and walks away. . .

      ______________

      What have I created?

Years have passed since that fateful day, but the terror, the crazed female killer, remains at large. As her creator, I'm tasked with her extermination.

      ______________

We meet on a field of dead grass, my sword drawn, a machete with a complex, elegant, two-handed, design, her knives at the ready. In a flash of steel, we clash, crossing blades, determined to end the life of the other.

      But alas.

      The dreams fades.
