    1. Beginning it again: lucid dreaming

      by , 12-13-2011 at 08:47 AM
Today i only got one last scene of the night, my friend telling her mother that he had already done his swedish homework and sort of "poured" his homework on her making "klak klak" sound at same time.
Not much but atleast it was something.

    2. 12/06/2011 - "Chocolate"

      "Chocolate"

I was in the woods, but I believe I was only watching this dream; disembodied. It was a backwoods slasher-movie type of scenario, with this huge, hulking mutant of a hillbilly cannibal lumbering around in a filthy shack. I had seen more of this 'creature' - for lack of a better word - earlier on in the dream, but I don't remember very much. I know that he had a double-barrelled shotgun that he carried on him, at all times, and his house was pretty much just carelessly littered with the carcasses of his past victims. And that he was ugly, and that the only word he ever said throughout the dream was "chocolate", in a low, neanderthalic voice.

Before too long, there was a group of three hikers, who'd come up a trail that took them into this freakshow's area. They soon found themselves confronted by this monstrousity and abducted at gunpoint - thrown into cages and held until their new host decided that he was hungry. The room that they were being held in looked like a lion's den. The rotting remains of his 'left-overs' thrown carelessly all across the room. It was a disgusting sight, and the hikers knew that they had to try to and escape as soon as they could. At first, they could only see the gory, dismembered remains of those who were there before them, but it wasn't until later that they figured out their mutant captor was actually eating his victims. One of the hikers actually ended up being eaten, but I don't remember it. However I did find out that "chocolate" was what he refered to his victims as, while eating them.

The last thing I remember is that 2 of the hikers had made it out of the ordeal alive. The other was 'turned into chocolate' - meaning he was eaten. (Actually, it wasn't until writing this, that I realized how much the mutant's calling his victims 'chocolate' sounded so much like when Majin Buu was turning people into chocolate on Dragonball Z.) The remaining two had spent the last few minutes running for their lives, through the woods, and had stopped somewhere to breathe, thinking that they had lost their pursuer. I was watching them, sitting on a downed tree trunk, just beginning to relax after the hell they'd been through. Then, I heard the familiar grumble of the word "chocolate," and twin shotgun barrells raised up into my perspective, as if I was the one behind the trigger. There was a loud blast, and I watched one of the men explode, from his head to his ribcage - ripped open as if the shotgun blast had been a grenade that went off in his body. I had just enough time to see the man beside him flinch from the crimson explosion, before everything went black.
    3. 12/04/2011 and 12/05/2011 - 1) "Tactical Entrapment", 2) "Halloween: Reincarnation"

by , 12-13-2011 at 08:24 AM (Oneironaut Zero: Dreamwalker Chronicles)
(Got some catching up to do. I actually just bought myself a 'sleep mask', because I figured a lot of my trouble with recall has to do with the fact that I'm waking up around noon now, usually, and light is always streaming into my room, interrupting my sleep. I've never slept with one of these sleep masks on, before, but I'm beginning to like it. My recall and lucid count has skyrocketted, in the past few days. I'm sure the melatonin and alternating doses of 5-HTP and B6 are probably helping. )

      ===========

      12/04/2011
      "Tactical Entrapment"

I was back in high school (maybe. At least it felt like high school), and some friends and I were talked into bringing out favorite weapons from home, for some kind of show and tell. We'd been told that it was perfectly fine, and we weren't going to get in trouble for it. Of course, as soon as we were about to start our presentations, the police busted into the classroom and apprehended us. We sure that we'd been sold out, and were going to be taken to jail, but they had other plans. They offered us a pardon, if we would be a part of a 'super-soldier' experiement and agree to be given a drug that was supposed to make us stronger and faster, after which, we would be properly trained for combat. Fighting what? I never found out. Even though they were police, they were very straight-forward about this procedure being completely illegal, but times were appearently desperate. There were others there with me, and we all took turns explaining what our skills were, if any. Not really just fighting skills, but what we were good at, in other areas of our lives. After this little 'getting to know you' session, we all eagerly took the experimental pills and began our training.

Later, we were all out battling in the middle of a desert. I remember 'scrolling up' to see a map of our area (as if pulling up the map on Skyrim), and seeing an icon of an enormous serpent, coming up in front of us. Shortly after, we reached the creature. I'd thought it was dead, because it just sat there, motionless, as we approached. After a certain distance, though, this huge beast sprang to life. It began slithering fluidly about the area, snapping at us with quick, powerful strikes and then burrowing away into the sand to strike from another angle. The last thing I remember is fleeing the scene, while a tangled knot of numerous, identical serpents writhed and tumbled itself around us in pursuit.

      12/05/2011
      "Halloween: Reincarnation"

I can't really peg whether this dream happened in an huge mansion, or a giant facility, like a factory or service area of a mall or something. I do remember that the place was crawling with supernatural creatures, from zombies to ghosts, and that the story centered around a mother and child that had something to do with a reincarnation of Michael Myers. I can't remember if they - combined - were supposed to be his reincarnated self, or maybe just one of them. In any case, I had to fight my way through all of these 'low-level' creatures, in order to finally get to them.

When I'd finally caught up to them, we were on the second floor of large room, like a lobby or a main hall. I had become lucid, somewhere during the chase, and was able to take out the mother without much problem - though I don't really remember doing it. The second floor railing had overlooked the first, and we had a short standoff near the banister, where she ended up falling over the railing to her death. The son, I remember perfectly. I'd picked him up by his collar. He'd been trying to stab me, before then, but really didn't pose all that much of a threat to me. I was still following the story line, though, so I felt obligated to get rid of the kid, somehow.

Not wanting to be too morbid about it, I simply tossed the kid off of the second floor balcony as well, compelled to follow him with my eyes, all the way to the bottom. I just wasn't quite sure how my dream would dictate the outcome of his fall. It was quite sickeningly realistic, though, with his neck snapping to one side as he landed headfirst on the first floor, next to his mother's body. My curiosity had been satisfied, but it made me a little remorseful. I didn't have time to dwell on it, though, as more of the creatures from before began to swarm around my position. Following the boy I'd just murdered, I jumped down from the second floor railing and landed on the first floor, bolting from the house, now that my mission had been done.

The last thing I remember while trying to escape is driving backward into a lake, and having to crawl out the window as the car began to fill with water. I don't believe I was lucid anymore, though, by this time.
    4. 12/02/2011 - 1) "Trainhopping", 2) Fragment

by , 12-13-2011 at 08:19 AM (Oneironaut Zero: Dreamwalker Chronicles)
      12/02/2011
      Dream One
      "Trainhopping"

The first thing I remember is being on an elevated train. It felt kind of like a monorail, in that it was on a single-railed track, and distinctly had that 'theme park' feel to it. Somewhere along our trip, the train malfunctioned. It began to break down and lose speed, but I can't exactly remember the reason why. It was in this moment, when most of the people around me were reacting to the failing train, that I realized I was dreaming. Looking out the window nearest me, I could see another elevated track. Ahead, I could see another train speeding toward us, on the parrallel railing that sat a couple-dozen yards away from ours. Even in this short period of time, I could see that the train was moving insanely fast. It wasn't a regular monorail, but a bullet train. I knew, immediately, that I would much rather be on that train, than the disfunctional PoS that I was on, now.

I levitated in the air and phased through the roof of my train, landing on top of it. I don't believe my train had completely stopped, but it definitely wasn't moving along at full speed. Ahead, I could see the other train nearing us, breezing along on its own, individual track. Both of these tracks sat so far above the ground that I don't actually remember seeing anything but an obscure blur of green fields far below us.

The oncoming train would be passing us soon, so I knew I had to hurry, in order to catch it. While it passed my train, I ran along the length of the roof - from one of the first cars, which I had been in, all the way to the caboose. At the last car, I lept from the train, in a vain attempt to clear the gap between the two of them. Of course, I fell extremely short, and I could feel myself begin to fall toward the ground below us. Again (much like the T-Rex fighting lucid I'd had a few days ago), I had to right myself, while falling. I 'pushed forward', to turn my downward freefall into forward flight, sloppily clearing the gap and just barely making it to the bullet train as it whipped by the failing one that I had been on, moments ago. I grabbed the outside of the train, sticking somewhere between the train's side and rooftop, and then crawled the rest of the way onto the roof. The speed of the train made being on the roof very intense, and I figured it might be better if I made my way inside. So, slinking back around to the edge of the roof, I eased myself over the side of the speeding train, and phased myself through the window, dropping silently inside the train car.

Unfortunately, I don't remember anything after entering the bullet train.

      Dream Fragment Two
I faintly remember something about winning a minor argument against my mom, and chasing someone through a nightclub or bar or something, with a pistol.

(This one was kinda all over the place.) I remember some choppy scenario about being in a haunted area of the woods, and exploring tombs while dodging spiritual entitites. Later, the group that I was with had all gone to Disney, and the park was upgraded with all kinds of high-tech rides, that seemed like they should exist in our present time (though I can't remember what all they were). While waiting in some of the lines, I remember that I was able to do these incredibly agile flips and twists over the railings. I got caught up playing around with this acrobatics, and wondering how this was possible, but not able to reach lucidity.

I also recall having a conversation with an old, washed up Veteran, who was pretty jaded and just wasting himself away into nothing, with drugs and alcohol. I'd been talking something with him about how he needs to turn his life around, and stop driving himself into an early grave by just not giving a fuck about anything. (I have an idea as to who this character might have represented, but it's confidential...)

I was in the middle of a sea of peope, standing outside of a very large, quite beautifully-decorated building. The building seemed to have an old, European archeticature, but I got the disctinct feeling that I was in a modern, U.S. city like New York. There was a police blockade that was holding everyone back, and the cops were practically interrogating everyone, before letting them roam about the area. It seems that there was a gigantic gash that had been dug into the middle street. The concrete was split, and the enormous crevice had to be about 100 ft long, and a couple dozen meters wide. The cops had surmised that the crevice was made by someone who had some kind of supernatural power, and they were combing through the crowds, trying to find the person that was responsible for it.

I don't know if they ever found them, though.

Side note: I have 777 likes...maybe that's what the casino dream was revolving around.

So I'm at this bar/restaurant with a group of people, but there's another group directly next to us with two girls and one guy. The girl I'm next too is talking to me, and we're laughing it up...and basically just hitting off.

She's had a few drinks, and I know I had...but she's like a few away from being gone. Anyway, I head up to the counter and this guy behind me spills his beer....like right after saying something stupid to me. I don't remember if it hits me, or just my shoes, but I don't worry too much about it. The place is closing, and I talk to the chick outside, and she's asking me about myself, and I tell her that I was in the army....I got out and now I'm back in. (apparantly I'm still in the freaking army in my dreams or I just assumed that I was because the area seemed so unfamiliar) I tried getting her number, and she was saying something like I could just go home with her.

She gets in the car with this guy who was with the group, and the other girl tells me to get in with her. I'm like...."are you're sure you're going to take me home?". "I live all the way out in Fort Irwin". She said "yeah". I was still hesatant, and wondering why in the world didn't I get to ride with the other girl. Worst case scenarios started running through my head, and I was just about to say eff it, and go, but I woke up.

    7. 2 Lucids and 4 Dreams (December 12, 2011)

      DreamLucidAwake

      Drawing Practice

It was a false awakening and I had emerged from my parents' bedroom in the afternoon. I was planning on going downstairs into the living room to draw pictures. On my way a woman in an assassin's clothing kicked open the bathroom door and ran down stairs. Although it was never mentioned, I can only refer to her as a goddess. I continued to walk down the stairs and went into the living room. In there the goddess from before was throwing daggers at another goddess wearing white robes. Despite the daggers and light magic flying all over the room, I made my way to the couch where my notebook was. As I was about to start drawing, the white goddess threw the dark one onto my table and it exploded. I then decided to move to the kitchen where I could draw in peace. I drew multiple small objects and then a sketch of a picture of a war general. The picture didn't look like anything fancy or describable. I think the battle managed to find its way into the kitchen and woke me up.

      Slap Me Awake

This dream was a short false awakening and a nightmare. It was the middle of the night/early morning and I had awakened to a man jumping into my bed. He got on top of me and held me down. He started slapping me and punching me while speaking insane gibberish. I woke up after about 20 hits or so.

      Slap Me Awake II

Same deal as the last dream. A man in dark clothing jumped on top of me as I was sleeping and beat the crap out of me. After just a few hits I suddenly remembered it happening before and became lucid. At this point I took a little more control over the situation and tried pushing the man away. I managed to keep him far way enough so he couldn't attack me. I tried to handle it subtlety by trying to make him dissapear. When I attempted this he gave me a wide eyed stare that seemed to pierce through me. His eyes seemed to be saying "I'm not going anywhere." Between his horrifying stare and the shock of my dream control not working I woke up.

For a few seconds I was in a state of fear after waking. Fear quickly turned into anger because I had allowed it to succeed twice. As I was falling asleep again, I wanted it to try scaring me again.

Slap Me Awake III: The Revenge

It was the same as the last time. Creepy man jumped in my bed and started to attack me. He only got in a couple hits this time before I became lucid once more. This time I decided to do it the old way. I pushed him away from me and kicked him off of my bed and onto the floor. I knelt down, gripped him by the chest, and threw him straight through my bedroom wall. I then opened my bedroom door and walked over towards his body. As he tried to get up, I jumped on top of him and started punching him as he did to me. I then dragged his nearly unconscious body back into my room. Thanks to dream physics, I was able to cram his whole body into my dresser drawer. I woke up shortly after. I had woken up happy and almost laughing at my triumph. Nightmare conquered.

      Horse Racing Peter Griffon

It was a pretty short and blurry dream. In the dream I was a black pony on top of a brown horse (big difference). To the left of me was Peter Griffon on top of a similar looking horse. That funny race music started to play and a gun shot went off. I don't really remember much of the race except that I barely won. I tried to a give a thumbs up but then I realized pony's don't have thumbs. Sadly they only have hooves.

      Horrible Shoes

Yet another false awakening. I came out of my grandma's bedroom in the middle of the day this time. I sat down with my family to watch some show on tv. In the show there were 3 detectives or police officers and they were discussing a crime. All of the sudden Man 1 took a notice to Man 2's shoes. He said they looked horrible even though they weren't that bad. Then Man 3 pulled out his revolver and shot Man 2 in the foot. Crime against fashion? I was then asked if I wanted to go to Walmart. I didn't have anything better to do, so I agreed. I woke up before I even got out the door though.

      End

    8. Weird 20th lucid

      by , 12-13-2011 at 06:38 AM
My dream started off in some type of hotel. Kind of unusual because there was a swimming pool in the bathroom and an unusual shower. (You will find out in a second).

This dream was weird because I thought it was reality and the shower in the bathroom acted as some type WILD device. I would stand in the shower and think of the type of dream I would like too experience and the shower would some how turn "reality" into a lucid dream.

      This is how it happened.

      (this is semi - lucid)
I was in the shower wanting a lucid dream. Being a 15 year old, I said in the shower, that I wanted to look very attractive and be right next to a hot girl.

The shower surprisingly worked it's magic and got me that lucid dream. I don't remember much after this but I do remember my self looking very attractive and there was a hot girl in a bikini right next to me.

The dream sadly faded and the next thing I remember was me back at the hotel.

(this part right here again is semi - lucid)
I am back the hotel and there is icicles around the swimming pool. I remember my self thinking that if I bring the icicle in the shower with me, it would give me another lucid dream because I had that icicle to look at or something.

That was my weird 20th lucid.

    10. 11 Dec: Blond rebelious girl in the 50's

      by , 12-12-2011 at 11:59 PM (Lucid-schizo-dreamer)
non-dream dream semi-lucid lucid false awakening

I am a young blond girl of good families, but quite rebellious. I have some questionable friends and I do things my family would totally disapprove, like inhaling hairspray whenever things get boring.
I have a friend from school who is not as fortunate as me - she is from a poor family - but I really don't care about social class of a person as long as he/she makes me laugh. We are very close friends and we spend as much time together as possible. She comes by my mansion when my parents are not around, but the butler never opens the gates to let her in - despite my indignation and calling him all the names I can think of - so when she rings the bell, I slide down from my bedroom window to the terrace below and from there to the lawn and run to the gates to let her in. We then have so much freaky fun doing absurd and sometimes dangerous stunts.
She makes me so happy, sometimes I even think I am in love with her.
One day in class I slide a box with a ribbon on top, from under my desk to hers on my right. It's a gift for her and I couldn't wait for the end of the class to give it to her. Unfortunately the teacher - quite a bitch in my perspective - sees it and apprehends the box. She asks me what am I doing and I reply with a defiant smile, showing no remorse, shame or regret. I am always like this: I never, ever, feel or admit, even to myself, that what I do may be wrong. I am that free!
Although I am such a rebel, I am also brilliant and even without any effort, I get good grades. But the only class I truly love is literature and the guy who teaches it is the only teacher I respect and who can get my fully undivided attention. One day almost at the end of the class he talks about some lady writer and reporter with whom I identify a lot. She is Anne something (a big weird germanic name) and I write it down to help me memorize it for when I wake up (didn't work though). He says he'll say more about her in the next class, but I am determined to look for more info about her as soon as I get home.
      ...
Later on, I am already employed. I work at some office, possibly a newspaper or magazine. I arrive about one hour late for work and I try to sneak in without being seen by the boss. My colleagues just shrug their shoulders, nod their heads, but don't say a word. Unfortunately my boss blocks me at the base of the staircase to the upper floor where I have my desk. He looks unpleased, but not extremely enraged, so I say I'm sorry and make up some really bad excuse why I'm late. He says he's tired of my pointless excuses, since I arrive late every single day, they no longer work. I laugh, he's got a point. In that case, why doesn't he just let me go to my desk? He does. Everybody in the office considers me a spoiled brat with no notion whatsoever of responsibilities, but they all love me and forgive me my manners.
A colleague tips me that a certain guy I have a crush on - a navy officer who is, by coincidence, non other than my RL friend Granger - is coming by today to meet the boss, of whom he is a friend. I know he loves me back, but he just can't deal with my rebel, careless attitude, which is just the opposite of him. I see him stepping out of a car, so elegant in his uniform and as he enters he immediately sees me. He hides his true emotions but he flirts with me anyway and I play along, dreaming of the day he might consider me worthy of his true affection.

    12. Action Man in MW2

      by , 12-12-2011 at 07:44 PM
      Dream 1
I was playing Transformers:War For Cybertron. I was playing as Starscream. I played this level again and again. I flew around the Iacon cities and went to a hallway kind of basement thing I placed a kind of fuse thing/explosive and opened the door to see Optimus Prime carrying a limp robot's body run out. I then continued to run around.

      Dream 2
Now I'm Action Man (the one from the 2000 animated series) in Modern Warfare 2 fighting alongside Sgt.Foley and other Marines. We took cover behind some broken walls and started to fire. I played this again and even noted that "this looks like Modern Warfare 2" there were some good guns such as a "shockwave pulser" which is what I dubbed the gun with a scope and long barrel, its "bullets" blew the enemy away. I also had the standard COD U.S Marine gun, the red dot sighted rifle.
    13. Gray Rod of Lust, Searching for a Gem and Pulling Out Psyduck from the Ground, Bio quiz, High School

      by , 12-12-2011 at 06:55 PM (Linkzelda's Dream Journal)
      12/12/11

      NON-LUCID

      Dream 1:
It’s daylight time and I had a gray rod with a circle on top that was supposed to lure girls to you. The whole dream was like playing Runescape, but no inventory screen and the mini-map was on the left.

Every time I tapped these girl with the stick, they came after me, and one lady told me I should try it on a lady with a chainsaw from Resident Evil 4. (LOL why??)

She had to walk forward, then turn left, and another left, and down in my direction. (I know the pic below is the chainsaw guy, but it best fitted the direction they were going).

Then they started chasing me because I was being a bit too playful to them.

      Dream 2:

I’m searching for some type of gem to put on a statue, but I didn’t realize I had to dig for one. The left statue had a gem but the right didn’t. I tried to form the right without a gem, but it broke into pieces when I tried 2 times. So I had to restart and grab some item that looks like detector from a random DC.

I find the location and said “Hey guys! It’s here!” Then I got a small creature to dig it, but they dug from the wrong place, so I decided to just use my hands to grab a green orb lighting up on the ground moving around. I pull the object up and see that it’s a Psyduck from Pokemon!

And I was holding it by its HEAD. I was a bit worried, I didn’t want to make any sudden movements, but a random flash of a forum thread saying to use “Sleep” on it helped me out. I used sleep and it passed out.

(What happens if you give Psyduck a headache)

(Now you know why I was realllly scared)

      Dream 3:

Some guy who I knew by the name of Ehsan posted online that the Biochemistry quiz was going to be moved to Tuesday (I already finished the introductory course for this class, but I was just caught in the moment).

I panicked because I didn’t study for the quiz, and I got really pissed too. Ehsan even showed me the update of the quiz moving back to Tuesday, and even circled it. I couldn’t read what it said, but I just assumed it was for Biochemistry.

      Dream 4:

I’m in High School and I’m having trouble knowing which class to go to next. I followed my old schedule since Middle School because 3rd period was my English class and 4th period was a Tech class. But then I decided I have to go to Art.

I saw over a window my Art teacher that I had as a freshmen in Cypress Springs High School, so I assumed that I would have to go to her.

(this isn't my art teacher, but just wanted to remember how the experience was looking at what's behind the window in school)

I go up to a random DC that looks like my AP Human Geography teacher in Mayde Creek High School, and I asked him if the time was for students to go to 3rd or 4th period, he said “4th.”

I thanked him and then I see a girl I had for AP English 4 in Morton Ranch, she was Hispanic (let’s call her E). She looks at me and I come closer, I didn’t do anything.

I was trying to get past these two lunch tables, one horizontally and vertically, so when I tried to pass by with people sitting, it was awkward trying not to bump into them.

After I get out of that, I run like crazy and accelerated more and more. (Like in this video)

My arms fling behind my body and then my whole torso goes near the ground like I was running like Sasuke trying to use Chidori on Gaara (without the Chidori and all the fancy hand jutsu ).

I kept going and going and going and that’s all I remember for that.

      Vicious's Dream

      (late again)
The dream took place in the world of the game Skyrim in the part of the first dragon fight

It took place on the same tower in the image.
When the dragon arrived to the tower (where i waited) i freaked out and let the guards that were with me take care of him while i hid inside the tower (there were actual guards helping in the game itself).
I also remember that the dragon made a hole in the wall near where i was hiding and breathed fire at me, that's when i woke up

    15. Dream-self says no to lucidity. =/

I didn't get much sleep last night. I remember one dream and pisses me off. I "woke up" on my couch and instantly knew I was dreaming before I even looked around. I knew I was dreaming because I could feel this dread and I want to say "fear" but it was just a heavy feeling, being in the dream. I've been wanting to become lucid, but when I was presented my chance, I didn't actually want to be in the dream. I was irritated rather than excited.

The second I was lucid I got up and walked to my front door; already wanting to wake up. I don't know why I went to the door, but I guess in the dream I knew it would wake me up if I opened it; so I did, and woke up.

It's like my dream-self doesn't want to be lucid. I felt completely different about lucidity when I was in the dream than I do in waking life. Any thoughts as to why this happens? Is my subconscious telling me that I don't need lucidity right now, but sleep? That is how I interpret it.

[Two finals down and three to go; wish me luck.]
