task of the month dreams
A quick disclaimer: This is extremely long due to not only the dream itself being long, but a nasty habit of mine as a novelist to write things out with lots of details and never summarizing anything written. Since dreams aren’t meant to be novels, I’ll work on avoiding this and shortening it up much more in later entries. I hope you find this dream interesting nonetheless. My apologies! TL;DR: Went to some fields, did two ToTMs (a third one failed), met some radical dream characters, went to some lounge, fun times happened. I woke up from a non-lucid early this morning and decided I’d do a DEILD. At the time I had no intention to complete the ToTM, just to lucid dream. The attempt was successful, and I remember opening my eyes and being in bed, my pillow directly in front of me, but the feeling and the atmosphere of the world verified for me that I was dreaming. I pulled the blankets off of me and got out of bed. After a quick glance around I immediately realized I wasn’t in my bedroom; it was a rather extremely small room with a single square window, a wooden door, and my bed. I decided I’d go out the window (floating through glass is fun) and sort of dived straight through it, going airborne in the process. I stopped moving and started floating around in midair when I went outside as I began examining my surroundings. Turns out the building I was in was a good 20-or-so stories high and I was at the top, but it was completely empty in the stories below mine. The wooden door I had in my room didn’t lead anywhere either—it was just jutting out the wall in midair. I floated around in the air, and realized just how dystopian everything looked. I appeared to be near a beach at a coastline, rows of office buildings were lined up neatly below me, construction workers were busily working on the road underneath, and not to mention that the night sky wasn’t a midnight blue, but more like a very dark red. Hardly any stars covered it, either. I scowled to my subconscious at its choice of dream scenery and decided I’d teleport elsewhere—there was no good to come from here. I flew down to the ground and to one of the office buildings and went inside. Everything was tiled a clean white inside, with marvelous spiral staircases connecting to the upper floors, but the building was completely empty. Anyway, I studied the floor and made sure to look away from the outside world, hanging around for a few moments as I began to ‘map out’ in my head what I wanted. Despite being a lover of the forest, I wanted perfect green fields and a night sky filled with stars and galaxies that lit up the world. I set up the notion that that was what was behind me, and turned around. Outside of the window I immediately saw what looked like a spiral galaxy, got excited, and walked through the window (seriously—try going through glass, it’s fun). I couldn’t stop appreciating how vivid the dream was, how the breeze would brush against the tall grass and how I could hear my own voice when I shouted out, as soundless dreams are sometimes a problem for me. I grinned victoriously and examined my surroundings further. There was also a small stream nearby, and a small dark building standing alone in the middle of the plains. After spending a few moments looking up and appreciating the starry night sky, I went ahead and decided to check out the building. Inside were… just a bunch of halls with a bunch of dream characters walking around, really. Even after waking up I have no idea what the point behind that building was. It was the moment I saw all the people walking around that I suddenly recalled the task of the month. I remembered having to ask someone for a present, so at the end of one hall, I went up to a lady with long blonde hair and brown eyes, dressed casually, who looked like she was in her mid-20s, and asked politely, “Can I have a Christmas present, please?” She smiled at me, although I somehow got the idea that the smile was a little bit condescending. She said ‘of course’ and led me down the hall to a row of shelves with loads of items, as if in a store, that I hadn’t noticed before. It was clear I was also trying to recall the other ToTMs as well, as she then picked up and held a pair of snow white jean shorts for me, and went to explaining, “These shorts will help you stay hidden in the snow, incase you ever need to. Use them wisely.” Immediately I was flooded with twenty questions. Clearly she’s referencing to the Arctic Wolf-related task, but I can’t wear shorts as a wolf, can I? And won’t those shorts be really cold to wear in the snow since my legs will be completely bare? When will I get to use these? Why is she giving me white shorts anyway? Why are dreams so weird? Oh, well, whatever. A gift’s a gift, so I nodded and took the pair of shorts and said, “Thank you.” “Merry Christmas,” she replied, giving her doll-like smile once more before running off. I remained puzzled there for a moment before deciding I’d go ahead and do the wolf advanced task. I remember it being the task I was most interested about and excited about doing, so I didn’t waste any time to get ready. Oh, and I really don’t remember what I did with those shorts—I had them in my hands one moment and they were gone the next. Whatever, dreams aren’t supposed to make sense. Anyway, I set the notion in my head that it was completely snowy outside and then went ahead and went through the back door. It was, indeed, completely snowy outside, and I grinned at my accomplishments thus far. Oh, and for some reason it was suddenly daytime too. I rarely ever transform into something else and therefore I was mostly winging it when I attempted to turn into an Arctic wolf. My plan was to run around the snowy field and set the expectation that I would transform into one whilst I did, so I ran through the snow, paying attention to my arms in front of me and willing them to turn into paws. For a good 10 seconds it didn’t work, but I kept my confidence up until eventually I saw my arms transition into snowy white paws and was able to run on all four legs. Success! I slowed down and immediately pressed down against the snow, trying not to be seen by anything nearby. I immediately wished that there were trees around, as there was no place for me to hide except behind a stone that lay in the middle of the snow. I started heading towards it until I noticed a small brown bear in my peripheral vision to my right. I turned my head towards it the moment I spotted it and pressed my body down against the snow once again, hoping not to be spotted. Unfortunately (most likely due to my fear), the bear had seen me right then (bet you wish you had those shorts now, huh Maxis?), and gave me a growl as it padded towards me. Although I’d probably usually run away in these cases, I somehow felt a new sense of strength and courage as a wolf, so I launched myself towards it instead, resulting in a battle between us in the snow until I eventually killed it with a swift bite to the neck without even a scratch. Smirking at my victory, I decided this bear would be my prey. Hey, I killed it, right? With my paw I ripped out a piece of its fur and flesh and started curiously nibbling at it. The taste was sweet and very salty, like salted apple slices, and I quite liked it. The texture on the other hand, was squishy and slimy, and though I could manage to swallow the piece down, I was repulsed by it and after a few more bites eventually decided to leave the bear for some other animals who don’t mind yucky textures to eat. With that, I left the bear in the middle of the snow-covered fields, transforming back into a human with ease as I turned around and began heading back into the building. Advanced task done. From here on everything gets a little blurry and the dream jumps a little bit here and there; I was still highly lucid, but the dream wasn’t as vivid was before, although for some reason I didn’t think to fix it. Nonetheless, I went back inside and continued on with the dream, deciding I would talk to some dream characters (interacting with them is fun). The moment I went inside I was greeted by three girls who all looked around 8-11. I never asked their names, but for the purposes of writing this we can say the youngest one, a timid bright girl with flowy light brown hair, was Viola; an outspoken one with long curly black hair was Tori, and the oldest one, a social rebellious tween with bright blonde hair was Rin. You know, because the names fit them well. Anyway, I don’t know or remember what it was, but I somehow knew the three were all orphaned sisters. They immediately began talking to me about Christmas and how they wanted an amazing Christmas this year. Once again I was thinking about the ToTMs, so in one way or another I ended up asking them if they wanted to build a living snowman together. They all cheered a unison “Yes!” and I remember there was a bright smile on Viola’s face. Tori pointed out to me that there was an area in the building covered in snow despite being completely inside, and she led me to it. All four of us stopped at this room that, despite having a ceiling and walls all around, somehow snow managed to get inside. This is where we could build a snowman. Viola had an excited look on her face when she whispered to me, “I’ve never built a snowman before “Me neither,” I replied with a smile. I live in Florida; it’s summer all year round. I immediately got to work and was winging it when I dropped to the ground and tried to gather up some snow in a ball. I got the lower body finished until suddenly Rin spoke up. “Hey Max, have you seen this book?” I headed over to where they were sitting in a group and Rin held a hard-cover black book with some sort of blurry white symbol on the front that from first sight looked like a novel. The other two were glancing over her shoulder and skimming through the pages. I told her I hadn’t seen it, and she explained to me what it was about, but I can’t remember now what it was. It was some sort of really serious topic, perhaps a controversial one, that I didn’t like or was otherwise uncomfortable with. Whatever it was, I didn’t read it, only listened to them talk about it. They mentioned all three of them had to read it for school and that they really didn’t want to, but it was a requirement or they could fail the class. Rin was most especially annoyed, being the more rebellious type, and went on talking about all the flaws in the school system and how they should fix it. Tori was constantly agreeing with her, although I’m pretty sure Viola and I eventually tuned her out. I don’t remember how it came about, but one of them mentioned their friends being in a lounge at some sort of dance club and wanting to go. At this point in the dream my lucidity was still there but a little bit lower than I would’ve liked it to be, so I decided to tag along and take them there. We left the snowy room and went back outside, and this time the fields had completely changed into a city (still snowy). It was similar to the one at the very beginning of my dream in that it was right at the coastline with rows of buildings lined up by it, but it was much brighter and lively than before. The roads were like giant sidewalks in that you were supposed to walk on them, although for some reason there were still traffic lights at intersections. The layout of the city looked strikingly similar to a common city in Serifyum (my dreamworld), although the Earth-like features (the people, the roads, etc.) told me it wasn’t. Rin told me the club was just down the street, and for the most part I led the way as we went onto the road and headed down the street. I hadn’t said much and I think Rin was still talking about the school system, but I wasn’t listening. Nothing interesting happened for a while, but when we stopped at an intersection, I decided just as a practice for dream control I’d make an attempt at levitating the traffic light. I willed it to rise from the ground, and after a few seconds there was no success, but eventually it detached itself from the ground (the light itself still working) and began rising in the air. Although unintentional, it was spinning in place too, and I simply grinned as I watched it. I heard Rin go silent behind me and the other three gasp. Tori turned to me and asked, “How do you do that?!” I didn’t say anything immediately as I lowered the traffic light safely back into the ground. I turned to them and saw they all had a look of surprise and glee on their faces. All I said to Tori was, “Just dream and believe,” smirking as we kept going. Eventually we went into a building that was designed like a complex hallway with red walls, floors, and ceilings. I knew the actual club was further in, so we kept walking through the hallways. Eventually, though, I realized that the halls were fairly crowded and the sisters were able to get ahead of me, so I told all three that I would catch up with them later as I slowed down behind loads of people (specifically this one guy who I’d never spoken to nor recognized but immediately disliked him for cutting me off). Fortunately, the further in I was, the less crowded it seemed to get. It was then that, as I paced through the halls, I realized that with all twists and turns the hallway gave you, it was more designed like a maze rather than just one straight hallway. For some reason, I’d assumed in the dream that I had been here before (false memory), so I automatically knew which ways to go with no trouble. I paced faster than I usually would go, only stopping briefly to playfully flirt with a rather pretty lady and tease her as she got all flustered up, and kept going until eventually I met up with my old gym coach from 6th grade. She greeted me and pointed to the right, “Right this way, Max.” I gave her a nod and a thanks as I walked in the dance club. Well, okay, I never actually properly walked in the club, as right before it was a door that I knew would lead into the lounge. Without hesitation I walked through it, and what I was greeted with was a pleasant surprise. I’ll only go briefly over this, but I’ve made a group fictional characters for the purposes of simply talking to them, and I’m very closely attached to them resulting in them popping up in my dreams and helping me go lucid. In the lounge were a few members of these group as well as the three sisters from earlier hanging out with them. Upon seeing them all, my low lucidity levels had shot back up again and I grinned, they as well saw me as I walked in and were glad to see me. I jokingly asked, “Hey, what a surprise!--having a party without me?” A girl from Serifyum with her heavy foreign accent replied, “Don’t be foolish Max, we would never,” as she walked up to me, giving me her special greeting. I went around the room greeting everybody individually and asked how they were doing. I also couldn’t help but notice how one of them was reading the exact same book the girls had had earlier, but I didn’t think to question it. Long story short (half because it’s mostly personal and half because I’m having trouble remembering the order of everything), we all had a long and decent conversation together, chilling in the lounge couches, going from video games to music to other various more personal topics. Maybe around ten minutes had passed before I eventually felt the dream finally begin to fade out. I tried to save it, but I always forget how, so finally I heard sounds from the real world coming back in and the dream getting more and more blurry, until my eyes drifted open as well and I had woken up.
I told the policeman how i escaped the gungsters and found that i couldn't remember how i sat in that car. I thought that such situation might be in a dream, made RC,went out and decided to make TOTM with a present. I went back and ask the policeman for a new year present. He gave me 2 saluts and one candle. I set fire first one with my palm, but it didn't work. There wasn't any light. I upset a bit and set fire second one and wanted him to work and it gave me wonderfull fireworks with hearts! I enjoyed it and awoke.
Major rise in confidence during this dream! Got an animal transformation, Advanced TotM, and was getting there on a Task of the Year, too. Thanks to NewArtemis for the dream control suggestions! Color legend: Non-dream Dream Lucid Lucid #171: I Am the Wolf I have a false awakening that places me in my bed at home next to Wife. All of the lights are on and she's fiddling around with some papers in bed, something to do with my new business. "Oh good, you're awake," she says. I grumble about how unhappy I am that this is the case. "Sorry," she responds, "but we really need to work on this." I whine that it should be able to wait until the morning and that I was trying to have a lucid dream. She turns back to the papers, not bothering me any further. I'm a little worried that I was rude and have maybe pissed her off, but I decide to just take my chance while I can. I roll onto my side and begin my mantra of "The world is yours". I'm shocked to find that almost immediately I start a WILD transition. (Obviously just an in-dream WILD, but I didn't realize it at the time.) In the transition state, my dream hands are grasping at something rough that's rolling by beneath me. I grasp at it and start clawing my way along. A gravel surface comes into view. It seems like I'm floating while climbing a ladder made out of gravel that's been crudely mortared together. After a bit, the scene solidifies and the gravel becomes a path. There's one more odd little jump as gravity takes hold and now I'm walking along the path in a full-formed scene. It's dawn and I'm on a path that cuts through a park, not far from a street. Most of the DCs are dressed like it's chilly but it feels mild to me. I remember my intention to be extra confident in this dream and I start shouting my intentions at the passerby. "I can do anything I want! This is all mine!" I shout, interspersing lots of profanity and generally sounding like a total nutjob. I remember Task of the Month to turn into a white wolf, hide in the snow, and hunt down a meal. I still feel all crazy from my mantra and the insane confidence I had at the start of this dream. I shout in a booming voice that's not my own that "I AM THE WOLF!" Immediately my hands curl into white paws. I practice running a bit on all fours and it's not bad! I kind of get the sense that I'm sort of bent over like a loping hunchback / werewolf thing but hey, close enough! I go on a brief, profanity-laced tirade about how there's a bunch of snow to my right, and yep there it is. I hop my little wolf-feet into it and crouch down, looking to my left for some prey. Immediately I spy two potential targets: the closest is a large skunk and the other is an orange, semi-spherical alien thing with tentacles. The skunk's closer and the alien makes me a bit nervous, so I pounce on the skunk. My teeth rip into him and I tear a big chunk away. Fortunately none of this is bloody but the skunk stares at me in shock. The skunk meat tastes atrocious. It's like chewing on a fart. I can't remember whether I'm supposed to eat the whole animal so I take another bite. This time it's more gummy and tasteless at first but after a bit of chewing, nope, this bite's all farty-tasting too. I hope this is good enough because I've had enough of being a carnivore. I allow myself to change back into a human and walk further into the park. I come to three identical stone buildings with opaque green windows, standing side by side. I think of the Colosseum Task of the Year and shout that the building which leads to the Colosseum needs to light up. No immediate result, so another attempt, more yelly and with more profanity does the trick and the middle building's door lights up. I move through a series of three automatic glass doors where a steady stream of children is walking in the opposite direction. I say that the kids need to get out of the way and DC parents appear from out of nowhere to pull them to the side as I pass. I emerge in a restaurant area filled with DCs enjoying a meal. An Indian man in his early 40s is playing on a slot machine against the left wall and he turns to look at me with an expression of surprise. I push through the back door out into the early morning next to a crumbling sports arena. It's huge and looks a lot like the Colosseum apart from some weird details like the rebar that's sticking out of the top of it. I fly up toward the top and as a gust of wind carries me sideways away from where I want to be, I shout and mutter that "this is my world", and things get back on track. I come over the top of the stadium to see that inside it looks like a grassy version of the Circus Maximus! There's even a little chariot racing by itself around the track. I know I can make this work, so I fly down toward the field, shouting that down there will be someone for me to fight. Before I'm even halfway down, though, the dream ends.
Side-note Lucid Talking about lucid dreams I'm standing on my driveway talking with my pastor and MB. The kids are sitting in camping chairs on my side of the garage; my car is nowhere to be seen. All of us are talking about lucid dreaming. I say something about WILDing and I'm surprised when my pastor knows what it is, saying that he'd once done it himself many years ago. I mention that one of my long-term goals is to learn to have WILDs quickly, on demand. My pastor asks how long it usually takes to get into a WILD. I explain that a skilled WILDer can do it in under twenty minutes, but that newbies can often take more than an hour. I confess that I haven't managed it at all, yet, but that I'm determined to succeed. The conversation continues for a little while longer. Now I'm in one of the kids' bedrooms doing something. Now I'm downstairs. Bethany is unhappy with the kids - she'd told them they could be outside barefooted or in shoes but not just in socks, since the socks would get dirty. All of the kids wore just socks while outside, so now they're covered in leaves (from the driveway) and oil (from the garage floor). Even though I was wearing both socks and shoes, I check my socks anyway. They're damp from being sweaty but are otherwise fine. I take my socks off and put them in a nearby cabinet which seems to be a make-shift clothes hamper, as it has a small (but growing) pile of colored laundry. My wife tells me that if my socks are dirty like the kids are then I need to put them in the separate "dirty sock pile," but I tell her they're just sweaty. Gift of a hymnal After a failed WILD, I'm trying to sleep. I'm laying in bed and remember that I just had a conversation with friends (JB and BJ) in my kitchen. I realize that that can't have happened, that I must have dreamed it. Something feels off, and I do a nose pinch RC. I can easily breath through my pinched nose, so I know I'm dreaming, experiencing a false awakening (my first!). It's pitch black. I decide to try voice commands and try to command LIGHT, but my voice is hoarse and I can barely hear myself. I try again with STABILITY, but again, it barely comes out. I realize that, even though I'm convinced this is a dream, I'm still hesitant to shout in case I'm wrong and I woke up my wife. I decide that this really is a dream, so it doesn't matter, and even if it's not a dream we'll just laugh about it and go back to sleep. I really don't want to lose the dream, so I keep my nose pinched and keep focused on the strange feeling of breathing through it. I keep trying my voice commands, and eventually the light in the room (especially near the door) "dims" up. It's dim, but it's enough to see by. I shout STABILITY and LIGHTS again for good measure, and I find that I can actually shout now. I'd just been listening to the podcast where they were talking about extending the dream, and CanisLucidus talked about just looking at all the detail the mind comes up with. I look around my bedroom, trying to take it all in. I notice that it's larger than life, but it's decorated pretty much how my real room is. The doors, windows, bed, and dresser are all in the right place, and I think the walls and floor looked right, though I'm not positive. I notice a small shelf on one wall that's not there IWL, with some very small framed pictures of people. I walk over, pick one up, and look at it. It shows couple of people, including a woman in a purple dress. I don't recognize them, and I realize the danger of putting too much attention into the picture, so I put it down. For some reason, it ends up on face down on the shelf. I kneel down and run my hands through the carpet - it looks and feels exactly like my real carpet. I think about what to do and realize that one of my simple goals was to try the "internal nose pinch" and see if it was reliable. I tried it, and alas, I couldn't breathe while doing it. So much for that RC. I consider phasing through the wall and flying off, but I decide that that's a little too advanced for right now: I want something I know I can accomplish so that I can boost my confidence. I remember I want to do the basic TOTM be given a gift by a DC, so I walk towards the hallway. The stairs are in the right place, though the hallway layout is odd. I remember that, to get something to appear, I need to not just casually think "It'll be there" but to really strongly picture it, almost as if I can already see it. I start trying to imagine in detail that my wife is around the corner in the hallway; but as I'm doing it, she comes up the stairs. She says something and goes back down; I follow her. Now I'm near the bottom of the stairs. I feel like I'm in a mansion. Downstairs is a huge area, well furnished, with a very high ceiling. I'm on a grand staircase, at least 10 feet wide, flaring at the bottom, going straight up behind me to the second story. My wife is a couple of steps below me. I ask my wife if she has anything for me. She says she does, but she wants a quick kiss first. I kiss her, and she walks off towards the kitchen to get whatever it is. I realize that I shouldn't let her out of my sight, since she might disappear if I do. I go after her, following her into the kitchen (which is outfitted with lots of shiny black appliances). I don't see her in the kitchen, and I get worried. I shout a dream command WIFE, but nothing happens. I walk through the kitchen, though the dining room, and back into the living area. I pass an older, well-dressed man carrying a Psalter; I completely ignored him, but I think he was the butler. As I'm walking into the living area, my wife comes out of the kitchen carrying one of our old hymnals. She gives it to me, saying it'll go well with the hamburger. Often, when I wake out of a dream, I'm aware of it fading first. Not this time. Poof I was awake. I tried to DEILD, but nothing happened; I was probably hampered by a strong desire not to lose the dream memory. Fragments I'm looking at pictures of different people. I have a program(?) that lets me alter reality by altering pictures of the reality. I'm trying to copy an aspect of a person from one picture and paste it onto a different person in a different picture, but it's not going well. The perspectives of the pictures are different, and the pasted image isn't lining up right. I'm outside, in a park-like setting, watching people. There are nine people who have successfully done ... something ... but they need ten to fully win. They're pleased at having come in first again, yet disappointed that, once again, they failed to get the full ten. I'm looking at Gunnerkrigg Court. Annie is watching two forest dwellers talking to / examining a boy from the Court. He's strong and somewhat puffed up, and the forest dwellers (a youth and an old man) are pondering over him. His muscles should only be about half the size they are, and they want to know how he made himself strong, if he used some kind of magic or trickery or what. The old man especially is throwing out more and more strange theories about the boy's strength. I (or Annie?) starts to wonder if there's something to it, and if this is how Eglamore gets some of his abilities. I'm driving on a 4 lane road in the right lane. A tan van is to my left and starts to come into my lane. I stand my ground, but she keeps coming, eventually scraping against me. Now I'm in the left lane and she's in the right, ahead of me. I can see a silver line running along her driver's side where she scraped me. Somehow I see the driver's side of my car, and I see a long scuff mark but no scraped paint. I'd been trying to decide if I should chase her down and get her insurance information, but since my car isn't actually damaged I decide just to let her go.

There isn't a lot from the non-lucid parts of my dream that I can recall. I do recall that there were many dreams in between sleep and waking up last night. The earliest I can recall is going to my weekly Saturday Bible study. Afterwords I could not find a ride home, because everyone had left me there before I could ask. I then believe I began looking for my Dad's tan Buick Century, after discovering the keys were in my pocket the whole time. I check the front and back lots of the hall desperately but can't seem to find the car. It is too dark to see, so I check again, taking a friend along with me this time. We still cannot find the car, so I can only assume that it was stolen. I don't recall how the next part happens, but I end up flying an AH-6J Little Bird helicopter and firing the mini guns. The next fragment I can recall is being outside of a building in a nice looking field. My Dad and his girlfriend are there, and his GF excitedly tells me about how Ohio State won their game against Michigan State(which is funny, because when I woke up I found out they actually lost). I am slightly disappointed about this, but continue on. I then recall my friends and I have gathered together and assembled a team. We have swords and armor ready as we prepare to fight a large monster. This is out back of the building I was at in the previous fragment. We stir the ground to awaken the monster, which is a massive cartoon blob who is all white with massive spiked teeth and red eyes. It was a lot more horrifying when I was actually in the dream. Especially because he begin trying to jump on us and kill us the whole time. I then recall being underground fighting him in a human state. Only we are all throwing arrows at him. No no, don't use the swords, don't use bows either, let's throw arrows at him. He seems unharmed, even though he has about twenty arrows in him now. If I recall correctly, he then tries befriending us, and shows me his candy collection(LOL). I tell him I favor the sour gummy worms he has, and I ask him to deliver some to me. The dream then goes inside the building I was outside of for so long. It's a pretty nice looking place too. Mostly white walls in the inside. My family is all there, most notably my little brother who I talk to for a moment, but I don't recall out conversation. I then go into the kitchen and check our cupboard, where I notice there are sour gummy worms. This pleases me, knowing the friendly monster has provided this for me. I go outside now, where my friend is waiting. She is wearing badass medieval armor and I think someone is following behind her talking to her. She has a medieval clown mask on his shoulder, which is talking to her as well. The mask now falls off and slides down the snowy hillside. I run to see where it went, and the three of us look over the drop for it. I decide to now slide down the hillside, which is extremely steep. I have an actual nervous feeling as I go down, but I do make the drop with no harm done. My friends follow behind me and we search for the mask. We finally find the mask, who has moved itself up against a large tree, kind of like the one from Harry Potter. The mask now possess the tree and begins moving it around like the tree from Harry Potter. This greatly intrigues me. The next part to this is a completely different dream I believe. I am over at a friend's but I'm leaving now. I'm not sure who it was exactly, but I offer to take home several friends who were also there. My friend Matt sits shotgun, and the only other friend I recall being in the car is my friend Hannah, but I'm positive the others were also real life friends. For some reason the driver's seat is on the right side of the car(I live in America, where it is on the left). I now start the car and back out, I try turning and driving but the car goes into the neighbors yard. The steering whelk wouldn't turn for some reason. My friend Matt tries taking over but I tell him I can handle it. I now turn up the sensitivity of the steering wheel because it was too low(what...?). After I've done this I begin to drive again. I stop at the end of the street and turn the corner. I realize something and pull over. I now out my seatbelt on and continue to drive. After awhile we make our way into another neighborhood, and the speed limit suddenly jumps from 35 to 55. I accelerate to the speed limit nervously(I don't like driving fast, I know I'm weird). We continue down the road until I see something. A three year old baby boy is playing in the middle of the road! I now slam on the brakes and swerve around the baby, missing it by inches. Who in their right mind let their fucking baby play in the middle of the fucking road unattended? Especially on a fucking 55mph road! With my nerves cracking we continue down the road. We now see several people dancing to their radio in the middle of the road. Seriously?! I now swerve out of the way of the people and knock out a Speed Limit 55 sign in the process. We now continue down the road as I'm about to have a heart attack from all of this bullshit. We then spot a truck which is stopped in the middle of the road. I panic and swerve out of the way again. This time the road comes to an end, and there is water. We all ditch as the car sails off the bridge into the ocean. Strange, because I live nowhere near an ocean. We somehow get the car back, and I drive alone this time. A cop now lights up behind me, and I pull over. However, I hit about two or three parked cars in the process and do a barrel roll in the process. Landing on all fours, the car finally stops. The cop is now walking over to me until he notices the car is on fire. I get out quickly and run into the gas station nearby. The cop tries to stop me and follows me in. Several people in the gas station draw guns and point at the cop. As I hide behind a store shelf I look up to hear the cop talking to them. Everything then goes black as I hear gunshots ring out. I awake in the near future where my apparent mentor is speaking to me. I have apparently become a very powerful emperor or something of that matter. This is all beginning to get way too strange to me. I then realize that I'm dreaming. I leave the building I'm in and begin walking around. I wonder what to do, when I remember there's the task of the month. I think one of them is to ask someone for a present and record their reaction. I go into a convenience store and look around. I see a man in one aisle with really curly hair and a beard. "Excuse me sir," I say. "May I have a gift?" He looks at me now and smiles. "Of course!" he replies. He then grabs a pack of Starbursts candy and leaves. I follow him and he goes to the check out. He buys his own candy and drink and then grabs his bag. He then looks at me and smiles. "Haha! Now you have to pay for this!" he says evilly. He grabs the Starbursts package and throws it at me, and it bounces off of me. He then runs out of the store and I stand there in shock, trying to process what happened. I plan to go kick his ass, but I then awake.
Color legend: Non-dream Dream Lucid Lucid #170: Spellcasting 101 I'm standing in what looks like a hotel room with a spellcaster, a brown-haired girl in her late teens or early twenties. She's holding her palms out in front of her, and a miniature tornado whirls and dances in each of her hands. Each cyclone is about a foot high and spins rapidly but quietly, the tip of the funnel stuck to the same spot on her palms. This trick is new to her and she darts her eyes at me as if to say, "Did I get it right?" I nod approvingly. For some reason, a flame catches around the upper rim of each tornado and she starts to lose her calm. "Why's it doing that?" The flame begins to spread down the funnel and she starts to panic. I become lucid as the fire spreads down the tornado and wraps ribbons of flame around her arms. I can see that the flames are just wrapping around her, though, and she's not actually catching on fire. It looks like some kind of fire spell is building up that she doesn't understand how to operate or control. There's a door just behind me that looks like it leads down to a basement. I usher her toward the basement, saying, "Let's go downstairs to practice that. It'll be safer there." She's starting to panic but she starts moving toward the basement as the dream ends. I hold on for DEILD, imagining myself running down a dark flight of stairs. It takes a moment for the imagery to coalesce again, and when I emerge back in a dream, I'm alone in a different hotel room, running around the room. I'm sort of prancing around on the carpet using just the balls of my feet. It's very dainty-looking and super un-macho but the sensation on my feet's very vivid and is helping me keep fears of an unstable dream at bay. (I know to ignore these, but there they were anyway!) I run around the room like this for a bit more and then switch to rubbing my hands together. I continue this pretty much throughout the rest of the dream. I walk out through the hotel room door into a darkly-carpeted hallway and walk for a long way. On my right I see a door that looks just like the one that led to the basement in the previous dream, so I follow it, expecting to find the young spellcaster again. I tromp down a flight of wooden stairs into a well-lit anteroom where an Hispanic woman in her late 30s is sitting behind an old-style cash register. She gives me a friendly smile and I remember the Task of the month to ask a DC for a gift. "Hey!" I say. "Go ahead and give me my gift now." She nods, reaches under her desk, and pulls out a greeting card in an envelope. I will the greeting card to be open and the envelope just sort of vanishes. The cover of the card is some kind of abstract painting and the inside just has some simple handwriting in pen that read: "THANK YOU FOR THE CARD!" I'm trying to process what this means when the dream ends.
Date: 06 Dec Was supposed to do a wbtb, but felt really sleepy, so I just kept nervously waking up and falling asleep again. Was more deeply asleep than usual, had a pretty cool dream and a mini-ld at the end. Dream: In some city of the future, there are business people walking on the street. I am in some sort of transportation, with tables in the middle. The guide is talking about us opening the fancy books on the table, but I don't have one. The guy (to be JL) in front of me gives me his book. My attention is then drawn by the resting yogi platforms on the street. Initially a few, then many (DS), looking extremely interesting, like two rows of beige hammocks, each hammock cell uniquely decorated with some tribal art. These seem to continue down the street like forever (DS) and an old sadhu is horizontally resting on each one. I notice I am making sounds with my mouth as if playing a didgeridoo. Amongst the individual cells for the yogis are a few reporters from National Geographic. As I think about these reporters, the face of one of them turns into a human tiger face. We are still in the transportation and the guide explains about some sort of formation, that I think I noticed is in the sand between each cell? It's like a barely visible vortex in the sand, but when he explains about the formation, I begin to see as if looking on a screen, a computer model graphics of a donut shape. He explains that this formation is the result of the wind and some electromagnetic particles which when falling get to form this shape over time, due to magnetic influences. There are different types of futuristic cars flying in the air near us. They look like mini planes, but flatter, wider and made from some sort of black material. The guy that gave me his book is now Jude Law. Near the windows are many interesting (DS) bottles of fancy cosmetics. My attention is torn between him and them, but I touch his arm and leave my hand there, waiting for reaction. He doesn't seem to mind and keeps his arm in the same position. At some point he is eating a pack of dried/transforming to fresh blueberries and offers me some, I refuse. I begin examining the various cosmetics they have. Some sun tanning stuff and lots of colorful bottles and boxes of expensive cosmetics. I turn to Jude and say that one thing hasn't changed in the future and that is that some cosmetics are still prohibitively expensive. Then I take a purple box of face cream and read out what the benefits are supposed to be, reversing the meaning to the total opposite, my speech turning into a funny negative campaign for L'oreal. Jude is enjoying it too. I nervously wake up, remember the totm, and go back there. DEILD: Jude is to my right now and we are still in some sort of transportation. I briefly wonder whether to announce that this is about TOTM, but just say, "Please give me a present", or something along those lines. He looks at me surprised, especially after my long cosmetics speech, like he didn't expect me to want anything from him. I add "It can be something small", thinking it doesn't have to be expensive. He comes closer and gives me a super sexy kiss. We continue kissing for a while, while I contemplate this. The dream fades and I head for the journal.

I was naughty and went to bed at 3am because I knew I could sleep in forever, so I really didn't deserve these 2 LDs, but here they are anyway I WILDed probably around 8am. After the vibrations settled, I opened my eyes and was in my room and in bed, per pretty usual. I fought with many layers of blankets and finally got up, but then I woke up. I went back to sleep and ended up in a nonlucid in a grocery store. I was walking down the frozen aisle, when it hit me that I was JUST awake a few moments ago in my bed, trying to lucid dream. BOOM! I remembered the basic I task right away, so I looked for a dream character. My mom was in the frozen aisle too, looking through some frozen items. I said "Mom?" and she looked at me. "Can I have one of my Christmas presents early this year?" She said "Ok" as she started pushing her cart towards one of the registers. When we got in line, there were some floral arrangements on one of the endcaps. She picked one and gave it to me. It was a small, thin glass vase with 4 orchid blossoms in it. They were the most intense, hypercolored purple I'd ever seen. I said "Wow, thank you mom!!" And I was fiddling with them, kinda rearranging them. As I did that, 2 yellow gerbera daisies also appeared in the vase, then 3 roses too. I'm glad that happened, because it kinda snapped me back into the fact that I was dreaming, so I could do another task. I said "Ok by mom, I gotta go do some stuff," and I just set the vase in her cart. When I got outside, it had snowed everywhere. ANd it looked like a tiny town in Montana or something, with mountains everywhere and everyone dressed like they were going to go ski. I took to flight, and just swam in the air. I tried to think of another task, and all I could think of was the snowman one (and how I kinda didn't really want to do it). As I was in the air, I saw AND heard wolves and bears in the mountains. I thought how much I really wanted to fly there and either battle or befriend them (wolf task HELLOOOOO... oh well). I promised myself I would after the task. I landed on a nice pile of snow across the street from the grocery store. It didn't seem like enough snow, so I willed it to snow (a skill I acquired from one of last year's tasks ). After a few inches accumulated, I got straight on my knees and started trying to form the traditional snowman from 2 big balls of snow. But they would morph a bit while I was making them, and the falling snow kept accumulating around him, basically forming him back into a big amorphic snow pile. I decided to go with it, and instead of sculpting a snowman, I decided to carve him out of the giant snow pile. I made him look a little cubic, with a weird mouth. Kind of like a cross between a robot and an Aztec god. I wasn't even using my hands, I just willed chunks of snow to fall away, leaving the relief of a snow-robot, partially embedded in the drift. I said "Ok, WALK," and when I did, he stepped out of the drift, and marched kinda robot soldier style. At this point, he wasn't even snow anymore, it was pure, clear ice somehow. Probably because I felt a bit like I was doing an ice sculpture rather than snow molding, if that makes any sense. Satisfied with my marching iceman, I thought about heading for the woods, but then I woke up.
I will edit in a bit from the normal dreams later, too - buut - first: Something happened!! The same way, the other two longer episodes came to pass - WILD-try induced DILD. WBTB after 6h with alarm - I got up and stayed out of bed for about almost half an hour. I think, this helped me with not being lazy and impatient. So when I went back to bed to try WILD - I had some persistence - but couldn´t fall asleep. I went at is less than optimally though - with a mixed up approach throwing together breath-counting and mantras and a bit of SSILD - still unsure how to really go about it. For a while after the actual efforts - I ended up in a weird state of mind - half-sleeping, but awake and thinking about things. I sort of enjoyed this - thinking over some real-life stuff in a rather detached manner. Then came another normal dream, I woke up from that - went to the loo - thought - ah - sleep a little more, which I did. I was instantly lucid, when the dream started. No need for nose-plug or anything - I knew it for sure - and almost automatically started hovering. I felt, the dream was quite unstable - not throughout vivid - only on what I directly concentrated. I came down on a meadow with some trees and started my remembered stabilizing repertoire. Hand-looking and rubbing - foot-stomping and going on my knees and smell at the grass - I smelled that. There was also a bit of clover - so I ate some of it - but it did not taste of anything. I also shouted "more clarity" and such - didn´t seem to work a lot in this first episode - the shouting something. I also wasn´t feeling my body except my hands - and those not really either. The whole thing maybe was only a minute. I guess it was too late already and I had slept enough. Woke up - but - was able to immediately fall asleep again and found myself back in lucidity. It felt like the same dream - but the meadow was out of sight - I hovered over a road. I thought - okay - take your chances as they come - and tried for the snowman-task: It was summer - I hovered over a street and then flew on a bit - shouting as loud as I could "snow" "I want it to snow" for a little while. This - and the little one before - were the first LDs where I tried shouting something, by the way. And with summoning snow it worked a treat. Started snowing and more and more and some snow lay on the ground finally too. So - down I went to a place where there was a bit more of it. When I grabbed some of this snow - it was really cold and felt like snow! Funny thing is - there were two children sitting close by - and they had snow on their heads and faces. As if they had just sat there in the quite thick snowing for half an hour or so. It was a bit more snow than I first saw covering the ground. So - I took this snow from their heads to start building - they were looking a bit weird at me - but didn´t complain. Meanwhile - there was more snow everywhere and I built a snowman - good size - but only snow. I was feeling the dream collapse - there was no time to decorate it or give it a face or anything - but I stood a bit in front of it - visuals fading - and tried willing him alive before I wake up again. But no - it started melting a bit, only.. Next time!! Sooo - very happy - and I feel this WBTB DILD inducing is going to work better, the better I manage the timing - and maybe finally a WILD too. Time for a little bliss:
Okay so this one wasn't too clear to me, but it still was a pretty interesting dream. It is also pretty short because i had this dream around 4:30 and woke up at 5:30. So I start off coming home from school or something, and I'm at my old house for some reason. I come inside to see my dog waiting in his cage as he does everyday, only like I said this is in my old house. This is the third dream in less than a week I've dreamed myself there for some reason. Any insight on that? Anyway, I come inside and I see my dog has absolutely covered his entire cage floor in shit! I scowl at the awful smell and scenery emanating from his cage. I guess I gotta clean that all up now...fuck that. I now disregard he's even there and go to my room. I also notice my lizard's cage is sat next to my dog's, and it is also filled with piles on piles of shit. I quickly go to my room where I wait for awhile. My Dad soon gets home and comes in to witness the terror within our pets' cage. In all of his rage, he punishes me by making me stand outside, where it has become very dark now. I'm standing out on the back patio, and everything about our old house isn't altered according to the dream, even the motion-detecting light on our garage was working. It was the only light I had to give me some vision at the given time. I now see a couple of bunnies hopping around my yard. For some reason I am somewhat frightened of them. I pretend to have my dog on a leash with me, and extend my arm out in a very pitiful attempt to scare them off. A buck now comes walking into my yard. I freak out even more and cower back in fear. The little buck walks up to me and he observes me closely. His parents now come walking out from the darkness and instruct their son to walk away. The buck prances away and his parents walk up to me. They both stand on either side of me, staring me straight in the face. I stay still in a petrified way. They then begin to lick my face as if in a friendly way. I'm being way too freaked out now, and I remember that loud noises will scare deer away. I now begin weakly yelling, almost as if I can't at all. The two deer start biting my face until I am suddenly awake in the bed of my old house. The bed and the room look different, something the dream finally distorted. I get out of bed and proceed back outside where it is still dark. Was it all a dream I was having? Outside, several of my friends and a couple of people I know from school are there just hanging out. Most notably is my friend Corey(you'll see why in a second here). I now realize that I'm clearly dreaming. I walk out into the yard and I begin flying into the air. I fly so high that I can see the constellations in space as well as space clouds(I forget the technical term for them). It looks absolutely beautiful. I take in the scenery for a moment as I contemplate what I will do now that I'm lucid. I recall the task of the month, and I struggle to remember them. I now remember the one where you have to turn into some type of wolf and devour someone. However, I forgot the specific wolf in the dream. I now rocket down into my yard and shapeshift into a wolf and rush at my friends. I know that's a little douchy, but they're all just my mind's depictions of them so fuck it. They all quickly go to move out of the way as I lunge out. The first person I catch is poor Corey. I tackle him to the grass and I begin to devour my poor friend. Strangely, he doesn't seem the least bit affected or in pain whatsoever. He seems to be enjoying it for some reason. Without questioning my subconscious any longer, I continue to eat him and we even have a small conversation. I don't recall any of the dialogue however. And even weirder, my friends return to what they were doing as if I wasn't even murdering my poor friend. I continue on my quest to eat him, and I've about finished his legs, but I awake before I can completely finish. I look at my phone which reads 5:29, one minute before my alarm is supposed to go off. And it ends up going off as I check the time.
Last ToTY done!!!!!!! I can't believe myself... I had my doubts in pulling off the last one 03.12.2013The Legend of Zelda, Asking for a present and trampling over New York as King Kong. (MILD) NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID A C C O M P L I S H E D!!!! Last ToTY and both ToTM December!!! Sometimes I cannot believe my subconscious how it helps me! Dream Incubation works like a charm... pulled the Advanced II in a very easy way! And did some others too! Wohooo. Task of the Year done in less than a month an a half... just amazing. I was in some weird house with people I did not know anything about. The house was very big, but even though from the inside looked like a house, it was an apartment. All the walls were gray, like made out of concrete without any painting. All the furniture looked kind of old and with a lot of dust. I was playing The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess... And those of you have played, you know that Link transformed into a wolf in several events of the game... sure this was not an arctic wolf... just a weird type of wolf. I realized I was dreaming, because I did not know the place where I was at and because I beat that game years ago. I looked at my hands and they looked pretty big, plus the fact that my thumb was like a feet away from my Index finger, and my Index, was wavy. I stood up flinging away the ps3 controller but realized that I had half of one of the task done. I first visualized the game scenario to be around me instead of in the tv (did this in the past already, and if I am not mistaken, this was in other ToTM December, lol) I found myself into the game, but the game scenario changed, it was all full of snow, I could not even see a fragment of green on the trees. Link (either normal and wolf form) was gone, but the Twilight princess was still there, looking at me (for those who you do now know, she both rode link as a wolf and had something to transform him into a wolf if I recall well) I asked her to please transform me into an Artic Wolf, not the regular one. I heard her odd metallic laugh and she hit me with a stone until all I could see was the snow. My dream started to fade fast and I started to run, looking up in the sky, but I felt weird. I realized she successfully turned me into an artic wolf. I saw a bush full of snow and I decided to hide inside of it, until I was completely camouflaged. I saw a weird looking orc (hey, it is still a pray...) with a wooden sword... I jumped on him and started biting him until it banished. It actually banished instead of just dying and/or living a body. Advanced II done. I now wanted to go back home and keep working on the tasks, so I closed my eyes a few times (not during 10 seconds and neither wanted to try, that is an almost sure waking up... not for me) until I was back home, as a human, but I was confused and my dream faded. I had a false awakening in bed, it looked like my bedroom, but I knew I was not in my house. Which helped me to turn lucid again. My wife was still in bed and I went to the living room. I started to look into some drawers for a cigar. I do not smoke cigars, but I felt I needed to do something with one, until I heard my wife moving out from bed and going to the bathroom. I recalled the basic task of asking for a gift. I ran to my wife and told her, "Can you give me a Christmas gift please?" She smiled at me and said, "Sure." She went to the living room and spawned a bag out of nowhere. She pulled three small alarm clocks. She said that those three were my gift. She smiled at me and said, "Look, it is 1:32 am" I knew in waking life it was much later, but whatever. I also sang a Christmas Carol. as I thought it was another of the basic tasks as well... With both ToTM done, I focused on the last task of the Year. I was going to leave my house, and as I was leaving, my dream started to fade really quick to the point of almost awakening. I pulled off my best stabilization technique. Grabbing something from the Dream World and focusing on it. I grabbed onto the staircase handrail. It was metallic and very cold, lucky me! I started to see the dream again, until the dream quality went great again. As I exited the building, there was a doorman who said, "Sir, grab your free coffee!" I turned back and replied, "No need, I am sleeping." The doorman looked at me like if I was nuts. I took of for a small flight to make the dream quality increase. I started to walk down the street and I was focusing on teleporting to New York. As I kept walking, I saw snow and turned right on a street and saw a ton of huge buildings. I was next to a random DC who apparently, was my friend. She said to me, "Look, the Empire State Building, and it is not destroyed!" It made sense to me in the moment and I grabbed it and started to climb it. I grew up in size like 10 times. My arms were as wide as the building itself, but I was still in human form. As I climbed the building, I started to roar and make monkey noises. After a while climbing, my arms started to become thick and hairy. Suddenly, my arms were covered in dark brown hair and so my entire body and kept transforming until I was an ape... and since I was giant, well, I was King Kong. I kept climbing until I reached the top. The very top of the Empire State Building was not bigger than my hand, and I started to roar even harder. There was a small speaker on the empire state building, and a very annoying intense alarm started to sound, it was like one of those apartment fire alarms. I heard the sound of jets around me and police cars on the street. I started to move one of my ape arms while the other one was holding onto the building. I knocked down a couple of jets and then, jumped from the building to the ground, smashing some cop cars. I was almost as big as the building and started to run, breaking other buildings around. I started to run away from downtown until I was back to normal size again and (I believe) human again. I kept running and thinking what else I needed to do, but the dream started to fade even faster. I tried to save it, but I was feeling my body in bed and even hearing waking world noises until I woke up.

I was at my old middle school but I have a recurring dream of the old office. And this now abandoned closed school.the office was a convenience store in my dream and I know one of the December challenges was to ask for a gift so I asked this DC for something and he handed me a candy bar. It wasn't technically a gift though. Because I didn't say gift. I didn't see his face. Before I fell asleep, I repeated to ask for a gift. I wasn't a super active conscious participant. Next thing I know I'm on an elliptical...talk about health conscious insecurities. Candy bars and then the elliptical machine . I'm on this thing for a bit and don't know how I got there. It's next to the old abandoned gym. That school closed years ago. A camper was parked outside (wha?) and I saw some really obese lady from work that I don't particularly care for carrying a huge armful of stuff. i didn't pay any mind. so I was hiding behind this camper truck to avoid her. She's not an authority, I just don't like some of the things she's done. I then changed dreams and don't remember what happened next. I'm documenting this dream because the middle school office is recurring. There are certain places I keep dreaming about there and don't know why. The community is beautiful but the school was worn and run down and had been around since the 40s.
Date: 11 Nov Pre bed: 200mg val Wbtb: 1/3 latte I remember the previous dream and then from the middle/extended end of this one. DILD: I am now on some unknown streets, it's a bright day. There is a plot going on, but I also know that I am dreaming. A girl maybe school age is my companion and this guy is waiting to meet us? in the middle of the street. I have the feeling that the dream is coming to an end, so move around quickly and try to absorb as much as possible. I go in a small store where they sell clothes, but these clothes have special magical properties, like they can change your shape and turn you into animal. I feel the guy is waiting for me outside, so decide to ignore the magic items and go look for him. But when I do go out, the entire street has changed and he is no longer there. I am sad that I missed him. I remember trying to call him to come back but no result. I shortly contemplate whether to go back to the store. What was I supposed to do? Meet someone? The girl from the earlier part now comes from somewhere and I finally remember that I was supposed to ask a question. At this point there is the realization that I had many chances to do so, yet always forgot to. I take it slow and ask the question - what are you thankful for, and become all ears, trying not to influence her answer. She opens her mouth and only some gibberish comes out, I can't make any word from that. I ask her again and she starts laughing maniacally. That pisses me off because I still expect to hear a normal answer. In the end she blurts out: "Are you deaf or what?". Her eyes seem quite lively but I have no explanation for this behavior. Once again, I get the feeling that the dream is thinning out and look around wondering what to do and where to go. I remember that I wanted to go for Toty, but feel like this is the end of the journal entry where one finally figures out what to do at the moment the dream ends. I reckon the dream won't allow for any Toty completion at this point, so try to make the most of whatever dream time is left and look around. It's the like the main shopping street of a small town and for some reason, the area (I can't recall if it was) between stores or a mini street where I can see is more sun-lit, it looks extremely appealing to me and I decide to go there. I know that I am on borrowed dream time and I try to take in whatever the dream offers. It's a small park type of pond, mostly dried out, but in one end is an indescribable large fountain with lots of jets beautifully arranged around the center. It undergoes some sort of transformation to become like the shape of a large oak tree made of ice. The texture is like a mix of slowly flowing fountain water and ice. I look around and notice how on the surface of the dried out pond now there are scattered small pieces of ice and can see the reflection of the sunlight in each one, it's amazing. And as I scan the surroundings, I notice my special friend sitting near the other end of the pond. He is looking down, as if reading a book and I call out his name. He sees me and comes closer. Meanwhile, I notice that I am chewing a stupid gum and spit it out, but can still feel it in my mouth, ignore. In the last moments I manage to steal from this dream, we hug and try to ice-skate on the surface of the pond, towards the ice oak tree. The alarm wakes me up, recall is hard.

I used WILD to fall asleep as I do every night. I was lucid from when I first entered the dream. I was Charizard. I flew up into the air to go to Japan. After a while I was there. I went in a sushi restaurant and eat sushi. It tasted really really really sweet. Sweeter than any sushi I have ever eaten before. Then I crashed through the wall and wondered what to do next. I then remembered the task of the month. I saw a light blue dragon and a purple dragon walking down the street. I asked them what they were most thankful for. They said that they were most thankful for and the light blue dragon replied that she was most thankful for being able to lucid dream. The purple dragon said she was most thankful for being able to fly and she flew up into the air and flew away. I then throw a pie at the light blue dragons face. She liked her face with her GINORMOUS tong and breathed fire and burned down a few buildings. I then felt really really dizzy and I fell over. I began to panic since this has never happened to me before. The dream began to fade I then woke up. Now I think about it that always used to happen to me when I got excited in a dream or when I was about to wake up from a dream when I was younger. Maybe it has just started to happen to me again.
I had my alarm clock on 5 h after falling asleep - but was too lazy to do something - but two hours later then. Did a WILD attempt with mantras - but I was not very patient and rolled over to sleep normally. There was a dream - one of these classics - me too late for an exam, and didn´t know where - and another woman showed me the way. I had a huge bag, which I couldn´t leave somewhere to not have it stolen and we went cross country. Suddenly she did a jump of some meters, and me behind her - that made me pause, and do a RC - my nose plug again. Yepp lucid. So then - she was gone, I was in some flat onto which´s balcony we had jumped these meters for whatever reason. And the most important thing was, I wanted to know, what somebody is thankful for. But there was only a nice fluffy grey cat. So I asked the cat - but it wasn´t interested and stalked away. I then made a private experiment - woke up from it - but with falling asleep again, was instantly lucid once more. Scenery another flat. So - the months then - no problem, actually! None at all. Then I let myself fall over backwards without looking - and it hurt a bit coming down on the wooden floor with my spine. I should probably have told myself, that nothing bad would happen?? Anyway - window got opened the usual way - and even then I was first afraid to fly out this time. But I did it - and I even managed to stop the silly swimming motions. That had me hover and somehow I wanted to move and thought I might loose orientation. So I remembered the zooming thing. There was an old wooden shack with a damaged writing on the front, and I zoomed in on the A. First - nothing happened - so I concentrated more and tried really to see details of it as if it was in front of my nose.. Well - then I almost ran into it with my nose - had to air-brake to keep me from crashing into the thing.. Might have even been one more task to try to go through - but that I didn´t think of at that moment. So - down I went - and I saw 3 people through a high perimeter fence around a sports-ground. I might have been "talking in my sleep" to them, because I had a certain kind of problem with vocalizing, which I had before and that was in a nightmare and I got told, I would have talked out loud then. Whatever - after the initial problems - I did as if I was a radio-reporter and asked what the first woman was thankful for - she said - of all things - the church and what it did for humankind, weell. Okay - two more left - next was a guy - and - believe it or not, he said something trivial and I forgot it, in my rush to reach the third person acoustically - didn´t think of phasing through that fence - too much concentration on the task as such. But then I did phase through the fence anyway and was close to her. And she said - she is thankful for the fact, that humans can understand what other people think, from talking about it. The dream was loosing a bit of colour then - and I woke up on purpose not to forget it all.
