I'm at a Safeway shopping center and a lady comes up to me and asks if I'll be much longer, cause the shops are about to close. I see a back pack which isn't mine but I take it. I've now realized that i lost my real back pack and try and find it. I'm home now, and I feel gutted that I lost my bag again, which means I lose my wallet again! I look around my house with no luck. I'm searching through something and its my brothers ex girlfriends stuff. I see some kind of device which is like a vibrator. Dad thinks he finds my bag and points at it. It ends up being that bag I picked up earlier. I walk back towards the shops and I see 2 cars. I see a piece of paper which has some stuff written on it. It's like a message board about lucid dreaming and people dare each other to complete something LD related. I'm in a car with Josh D and we're driving somewhere during the day. I notice that the scene is very weird, as if its bugged. As Josh is driving, we loop through a glitch. I think to myself, wtf am I dreaming, and think it may be a dream. I get scared as Josh is driving blind through the glitch. Josh tells me Jessie James broke out of prison and is on the run. I think he was the reason why the scene was fucked up, by using a smoke appear through out the dream. Josh shows me a video of Jessie James. Its news about him getting out of prison.
Hi everyone, I am writing because recently I noticed the amount of people who have lucid dreams, but can't control what they do in them. I've had lucid dreaming my entire life, and have dreams nightly, except I've taught myself to consciously acknowledge that I'm dreaming, and control my thoughts, actions, and words in the dream. Furthermore, I can alter situations, change who people are, and even have full on conversations if I want to, and it's all through techniques I was forced to develop in order to avoid the bone-chilling feeling of nightmares. I've written an eBook on the techniques I've developed, which include several detailed dreams that may be similar to ones you've had. If you're interested in finding out about someone else who has the same lucid dreaming experience you do, or if you want to learn how to control your dreams, check it out! It will be free to download until Sunday, "How to Control Lucid Dreaming" . Thank you!
I was at Jamie S house. We were trying to figure out something to do with lucid dreaming. It may have been a new technique? In the end, we figured it may of been impossible. We may as well just watch the rest of the demonstration, and hope for the best. I saw a spider on his couch. At first, I thought it may have been a white tail spider, but it just looked similar. I flicked it off the couch. I couldn't find where I flicked it, until I felt something on my hand. I quickly flicked it off before it could get it's fangs into me. I tried to stomp on it, but I think it had no effect?. I stomped it again with effect, it's blood and guts were showing. I wandered off and tried to find some paper to pick it up with. Dream Fragment Marliegh was laughing at how I spelt goal. I spelt it right, but she insisted it was wrong. I started second guessing myself and basically convinced myself that it was spelt as goul. This fragment seemed to have incubated. A ex girlfriend Marleigh had messaged me about a dream she had about me (wild sex supposedly). Also I was in bed setting my lucid dreaming goals. All this happened just before going to sleep. Tried to DEILD a few times during the morning with no success. I swallowed when attempting, which put me off. I've noticed improvement in reality checking when I awaken, in case it's a FA I had a average amount of water before bed, hoping I would wake up during the night. Never really had the urge to pee through out the night

I was crawling into my room. I was halfway in, then I got stuck. Then I was unable to move. I then looked up at my computer. It was at this moment I relized I was dreaming. It was off. I then saw a force field hover over my body. Then I felt and saw strong vibrations throughout my body. Amazingly, being so new to this I was able to keep calm. As they increased, I then noticed my computer displaying images while still being off. I remember It was like history was literally flashing before my eyes. It stopped and then I began to levitate. By this time I was so stoked I woke up (not in real life). My brother accidentally kicked me as he was walking down the hall. Probably because I was only halfway in my room. Then, It took a great amount of effort, I truely woke up in real life. I was so happy! After almost 2 weeks of trial and error, I had my first official Lucid Dream. It feels great. I am now a true believer in Lucid Dreaming. Once I get the hang of this, I will move on to Astral Projection! TECHNIQUES USED: DILD & BINAURAL BEATS
Its 10:30 am. i was late for univercity and had a class at 11:30 so i thought to attempt wild. I lie on my stomach and after few minutes i was in Hypnagogic phase. i see my appartment stairs, i am going down to the street thats when i interacted with the imagery and with light focus i forced my self in the hypnagogic imagery to look around, i looked left and right seeing the street in full vividness but then i pushed too hard and was pulled back, the imagery faded << i am lying still without movement >> soon i see my self on the road i again used light focus to will my hypnagogic self to stop a motorcycle, i stoped one motorcycle and ride it towards the bridge. i am making turns << and waiting to be pulled into the full dream>> but again i just interacted too much and it all fades. Iwanted to lie there and see how far i can go with this but i had to go uni and abondoned the attempt. But i did learn that how much interaction is needed for me to keep the passive imagery going, and eventually i will be pulled into the dream remaining lucid
Me and my Dad were in his car and he was driving(I've had more of these dreams in the past where me and my Dad are driving together and we're in danger/trouble), and we went into some area we weren't supposed to be in and he told me that we are going to have to look out for the "Twilight Council", which were like these mounted red-cloaked beings who attacked you if you were in their area. About 3 seconds after he said that, I saw two down the street we were driving up(I didn't know at the time what they looked like), and I asked my Dad "Oh shit is that them?" and he was like"Oh shit yeah", he did a quick u-turn and floored it and we sped off down the road and I remember feeling so happy we got away. And then another dream fragment from that same night(two days ago), this one's much stranger haha. I was like in the woods with this girl Amber from my school(She's SO hot) but kinda of a slut haha, easiest girl to pull eveer. But anyway, I was like walking through the woods with her and we started making out, and I was really eager to ask her for a blowjob, and then all of a sudden I was like trying to suck my own dick.. :LL Just FYI, I'd never do that in real life haha. But yupp, pretty much it then later in the dream fragment/different fragment we were on this rope bridge and I got caught on barbwire.
I woke up in my dreams more than twice. When i wake up in my dream i always say "I am dreaming, I am dreaming, I am dreaming". And after a short while i will wake up in reality. Though, my body in my dream is paralyzed but my brain is awake. I can even say alot of things in my brain when i am dreaming. Too bad, i can't really move that much yet. Thanks everyone.

I was working outside with a few people. I think we were picking tomatoes or something. We were spead out a little but close enough to hear each other talk. I was telling this girl about lucid dreaming and how great it was and all the amazing things I had been able to do. Then I hear someone say something like, "That's cool." And I turn and see that Tom DeLonge is one of the people there. And I said something back like, "Yeah, it's really cool. Do you want me to tell you more about it? But wait--I'm sure you know all about lucid dreaming, don't you--because of all your interest in dreaming." And he smiled and said, "Well, no...not lucid dreaming." And I said, "Oh, wow, then you've got to learn. I can teach you." And that's all I remember. And when I woke up I kicked myself for not becoming lucid. But I made up for it by going back to sleep and having a lucid dream.

7-10-09 I've had about 4 LDs since I've last written here. I seem to have less motivation in writing them up. They were pretty interesting though. Twice I ran around in my LD until I found a guy to take flying with me. You wouldn't belive how hard it was to find a decent guy. And I didn't think I was being overly picky. I just wanted a guy between the age of about 18 and 50 who was average or above average in looks. I had to pass dozens of people each tme before I found the one. The first guy was about 20 and blond. I grabbed his hand and told him that I wanted to show him something and just ran until we took off flying. He was totally impressed and afterwards we kissed for a while. He was an especially good kisser. The second time I finally found an even nicer looking guy who was in his mid to late twenties. I also grabbed his hand and told him he had to come with me. He gave me this look that told me he was thinking I was offering something a little more intimate. I remember feeling a little smug inside and couldn't wait to show him that what I was going to show him was much better than sex. I finally took off flying with him and I think he was cool with that. Afterwards we kissed a little too. But he wasn't nearly as good as the first guy. In another LD, I thought I was talking to my mom in real life. I told her that I was drifting into a LD. I couldn't see her. All I saw was the view as I flew and swooped around in the sky. I told her how real it felt and how cool it was that I was still awake enough to talk to her and experience this at the same time. I told her tht if I had a funny look on my face it was because I was letting myself fall and it was very exhilerating. I had another flying LD that I no longer remember any details.
5-20-2012 -- [This is a slightly older dream, but very interesting, and somebody just reminded me of it, so I decided to post it here - Batch. I've been ignoring my dreams instead of writing them down for a couple weeks, and as often seems to happen when I do that, my mind provides me with one that seems so interesting to me that I can't help but write it down.] I'm over at Hewitt, a place I worked five or six years ago, but in the dream I was only fired last week. I have stopped by because I want to pick up my final paycheck. While I am there, several of the team leaders and supervisors are talking about how they are short on help, and some of them, when they see me, are hinting I might want my job back. I don't. Sid (actually the dispatcher at the courier company I work at in present real time) is there, and starts trying to talk me into coming back, but I don't want to. Eventually he leads me to an attractive, and somewhat stacked young lady who is kind of showing off her assets a little to try and change my mind. I enjoy looking, but I still don't want to come back to work here. I'm thinking of how hard it would be to match schedules between this job and my security job [actually I haven't worked security in over ten years.] I take a seat at her desk, and kind of cradle my head in my arms for a second or two, and when I look up, everything has changed. Almost all the furniture and people are gone, the carpeting has all changed from red to blue, the young lady and Sid are gone, and I find myself sitting at the desk of a young, thin, earnest-looking black guy who kind of makes me think of Carlton from Fresh Prince. I kind of gasp, and he asks what's wrong. "Where am I?" I ask. "I was sitting in a different place at a different desk, and suddenly I'm here. I know this is a dream, but usually things change slightly more slowly in a dream, so you don't realize you are dreaming." The guy looks at me for a moment, and then says "I don't know anything about this, maybe you better talk to our science department." He then reaches out, gives me a little push on the shoulder, and I slowly start to sink right through the floor and drop to the floor below. I find myself in a typical office environment, cubicles all over the place and employees wandering around. I just look confused and stupid until one of them asks if they can help me, and I mention I am looking for the science department. They tell me it is further down, and give me a push, and I start to sink through another floor. This happens four or five times, and the last time the guy who asks me what I need tells me the science department is the next floor down, but he's running around so much and is so busy, he forgets to push me through the floor, so I decide to do it myself. I kind of push myself down a bit, and my feet sink into the floor about an inch before it solidifies, and I find I haven't gone anywhere. Try again, same thing. Then I take a few seconds, concentrate really hard, and sink through the floor again, though only about half as fast as the times I was pushed. I also bang my shoulders on a couple of cubicles on the way down. The floor I now find myself on seems to have tons of computers and lots of machinery and stuff, and it all looks kind of interesting. I ask if this is the science department, and am told it is. There are a bunch of people who seem to be waiting in a line, and I kind of get in the line as well, then glance out a window. I give a small scream. Out the window I can see I am on the ground floor, and I am looking out at foothills in the distance. Some guy who looks a lot like James Spader walks up to me, and he seems to be in charge. He asks me why I screamed, and I mention that I was in the ground floor of a building in Florida, got pushed through the floor several times to go down a floor, and suddenly find myself on the ground floor of a building in California, and it kind of startled me. He says that sounds interesting, but doesn't make any sense, and asks me to explain what I am talking about. So I explain to him that I am dreaming, and start to tell him the entire dream (same one I'm typing out here for you). There are parts I get wrong. In the dream, I can't remember Hewett or the benefits job, so I refer to it as West Telecommunications, and customer service for T-Mobile (when actually West was Cricket. T-Mobile was APAC.) He is wearing a T-Mobile hat as I am explaining this to him. He is really busy, and keeps wandering around the entire department, talking to other people, while still urging me to tell him my story, so I talk through the whole thing and it seems to take quite a while. "... and then I glanced out the window and saw the California landscape and the foothills in the distance, and I gave a little scream of surprise. And if I keep going, this is going to get boring and repetitive, as that's when you came in and I started telling you all of this." He doesn't make me go on, and I ask him where I am, and he mumbles something about how I am now in a prison. This makes me angry, and I grab the nearest desk and throw it over, computers and equipment falling to the floor and breaking. I throw over another desk and another, and at first the Spader character doesn't notice, but eventually he catches on and asks me to stop. I ask if he really said I was in a prison, and he says yes, but that it is a kind of friendly one, and I keep overturning things and breaking stuff. We move into what almost seems to be a kind of television studio, broadcasting news or something, and as he asks me why I am doing this, I start to destroy the tv equipment. I tell him I figure if I do enough damage they'll throw me out, and he tells me it will never work. I find myself in an office with a large plate glass window looking out on the outside, and I throw a desk through it, but before I can run out the window, the James Spader character stops me. I run into another office, do the same thing, and he blocks me again. Soon he's wrapped around me, holding on tight, making it much more difficult for me to move, and he seems to be rubbing against me and coming on to me. I explain to him I am straight, and he lets me go and comes on to somebody else for a couple of minutes. I ask the guy his name, and he tells me it. It isn't James Spader, but whatever it is, I can't remember it. That kind of info is hard to remember in a dream if you don't already know it in real life. Soon I find myself looking out at the California landscape through almost a sort of viewing platform, but there doesn't seem to be any glass or anything, so I start running toward what I think is freedom, the Spader guy doesn't seem to care, and explains I can't get out that way. I suddenly hit some sort of invisible shield, which he expected, but I start to 'sink' through it just like the floors, but on a horizontal plane, which he didn't expect. Since the shield isn't stopping me like it is supposed to, other barriers are dropping, much like the barriers they drop at night to close off the individual shops in a mall when they are closing for the night. I manage to get an arm under before they drop completely, and force them back up just enough for me to squeeze under, and as I stand on the outside, free, I wake up. Very cool dream!
Ever been in a dream where 3 whole days pass in that dream, but in reality it was only one night? Its confusing. And I discovered 4 new powers in that dream. One was Earth Bending, another X-ray vision, another this portal of slow moving light came out of nowhere, a stream of energy needles came out and collected in my hand, I shot my hand out and the needles turned into ball lightning with a plasma core. The last one was yellow electricity would surround my hand when I'm about to punch them while fighting, and I would punch right through their body, guts and all.
No dreams remembered last night... As usual when I'm getting back into dreaming, i'm going through the stage of waking up and not being bothered to write them down. Gotta get on that!!! In other news, I taught loads of people in the last few days about lucid dreaming. I love how amazed everyone is when they hear about it. I remember how shocked I was when I discovered it :') I've also been having more metaphysical+philosophic conversations without freaking out recently, which has been nice. Finally, today I decided to give up smoking! I was walking with a friend talking about LSD Fractals and we used smoking cigarettes as an example. I couldn't deal with that thought and just wanted to cut the loop. The weird thing is, as usual I said "Oh I'll just finish this tobacco pouch!" and my friend moaned at me for it - however I actually ended up losing my baccy during the 2 minute walk XD x
So I keep waking in the night with an abrupt start...adjust my hair, and turn over to fall back asleep. And this is the result... I am E-Con, God of Lucid Dreaming. It is my duty to send out bolts of lucidity to all the dreamers in the world, and I take in energy from the people on DreamViews. I am in a white room, though 'room' isn't a good descriptor. It's more like a place that can't be quantified by mortal dimensions. Behind me (visually) are what appear to be cloud-like walls, though I suspect they are just a construct of the mind to give an area boundaries. Before me is a large spinning disc, electrically charged with the power of dreams. As it spins bolts of energy (lucid dreams) are sent out in all directions to be absorbed by the dreamers of the world. I seem to be angry...or perhaps determined...as though my task required a lot of attention and I had nothing to spare for questions or diversional thought. If someone were to walk up to me I would probably respond by yelling or simply ignore them as unimportant. And I wake up. I think I like my job better as a DG. I had at least two other dreams but I can't recall them now. Too much headache going on today. :(
The Importance of Keeping A Dream Journal It is relatively common when the subject of dreams is brought up that someone will say, "I never dream." Of course we know this isn't true. At the other extreme are individuals who claim, "I remember all of my dreams." This is also a delusion. In all instances, we simply don't remember the dreams we forget. Keeping a dream journal takes effort. Those who truly believe that they remember all of their dreams have the perfect excuse not to do it. It is easy for them to conclude (and I have personally heard it expressed), "Since I remember my dreams when I wake up, why should I keep a dream journal? It has the same effect, doesn't it?" Well, actually no. It does not have the same effect. Once you awaken to the realization that many, more accurately most, of your dreams are forgotten, you will either decide to keep a dream journal, or you will never improve your dream recall. Without adequate dream recall, there is very little chance that you will become a lucid dreamer. If you are unwilling to pay, you can't play. By keeping a dream journal and following a few fundamental rules, you will be granted access to a vast inner world with very few rules at all. Keeping a dream journal sounds much simpler than it is.. The strong urge to slip back into sleep when a dream is still fresh in your mind is a formidable adversary. Equally insidious is the almost irresistible belief that you can wait until morning to record the details of a vivid dream. Not only will you forget the details of the dream, it is even more likely that you wont even remember that you had it. In most cases, we only remember our last dream prior to awakening unless some waking event triggers the memory of an earlier one. Most of us have experienced this phenomenon. You must admit that without the coincidental event that stimulated the memory, you probably would never have recalled the dream. Consequently, the wisest course of action, when you wake up in the middle of the night with good memory of a dream, is to get it recorded while the getting is still good. Believe me, at the time, you will feel certain you will remember it. You won't. You can easily prove this to yourself. Some night, when you awaken from a clearly remembered dream, force yourself to jot down the key points along with a few unusual details. Go back to sleep. The following morning, dwell for a little while on all you think you remember about the dream before referring to the notes you scribbled a few hours earlier. I predict that you will be surprised to discover that there were significant elements in the dream that you had forgotten. Once you have gained respect for a dream journal's effectiveness in improving dream recall, you will be prepared to recognize a secondary benefit which is especially important for lucid dreamers. A dream journal will reveal personal "dreamsigns," a subject which is best covered in Stephen LaBerge's books. Briefly stated, these are objects, places or events which tend to occur repeatedly in your dreams. For me these include car trouble, violence, airline crashes, tornadoes, unusual attics or cellars, and provocative girls. Following Stephen LaBerge's advice, every time I experience any of these in "waking life," I immediately do a "reality check" to prove that I am indeed awake and not dreaming. By adhering to this simple discipline, you will certainly one day do a reality check when confronted by one of your dreamsigns - and lo and behold - you will discover that you are dreaming! If unfamiliar with reality testing techniques, see Stephen LaBerge's books or visit the Lucidity Institute website at Lucidity.com. (I am not affiliated or compensated.) Keeping a dream journal has other benefits. From a philosophical perspective, wherever you choose to put your attention, there you are. Expressed as a maxim, if you pay attention to your dreams, your dreams will pay attention to you. Just the decision to remember and document your dreams will increase your dream recall and, it follows, your likelihood of having a lucid dream. A good dream journal takes time, and for most of us, time is a precious commodity. If you are just starting and working to increase your overall dream recall, try to record each and every dream you remember. Even the ones that appear to be nonsense are initially useful. Once you have established a reliable routine and have identified your primary dreamsigns, you can back off a bit. Being experienced at lucid dreaming, I admit that I don't record every remembered dream. I quickly assess and rate my dreams. It is easy for me to distinguish between dreams that I consider significant from those that are confused, chaotic, or an apparent expression of my apparent hoard of fears and anxieties. I record and seriously reflect upon the former. I only briefly reflect upon the latter. If you sleep with anyone you care about keeping, you will very likely need to negotiate alternative arrangements on the nights you target for dreaming. This is one sacrifice that keeping a good dream journal typically requires. I also recommend spending a minor amount of money on a voice recorder (or use that feature on your smartphone). Writing out a long dream can sometimes make it difficult to get back to sleep, and you won't have to worry about trying to translate what usually looks like hieroglyphics the following morning. I reach for my recorder, conveniently placed. I begin drowsily talking. The next day (or whenever) I play it back. Listening to it brings the whole dream back into memory as though I just woke up. I then type it with acceptable grammar and spelling, and it gives me the opportunity to add retrospect impressions and comments. That's it. I hope this is helpful. Start a dream journal tonight. It speaks for itself in results. /Stephen Berlin
Sunday, May 27th. I woke up at 11:44 a.m and decided that I probably could sleep a little more. So I tried to get a lucid dream (without an alarm). So I got into the dream without knowing it, I was sitting with my mom and a bunch of other ppl, I can't remember who. I decided in my dream that I wanted to get lucid. So I woke up again but my RC failed, so I woke up in the dream and decided to try again. This time I woke up in the same room, there was an hallway and I went to check it out, but no one was in there, even though it was supposed to be a babys room. I wanted to go outside, but before I did a cat and another animal started walking beside me, so the I RC'ed and it worked. Suddenly I was stading outside on a road that I kinda knew, with my good friend who also does lucid dreams, so he guided me through the dream. While standing on the pavement a blue car drove by but stopped, Sebastian quickly told me to stabilize the dream, and the car started driving again, I wanted to jump in front of it, for the lulz, but I was too afraid..
