    1. The living house.

      by , 10-08-2011 at 06:51 PM
I was in my basement, looking into a hole that had a tree monster in it. I had long lanky arms knarled in knots. It had sharp pointy teeth, with red eyes slightly higher.

I knew that it was an evil spirit about to posses the house, so I flew through a window into the yard. I sstood there waiting for the house to sprout feet and for the fight to begin.

I thought it was funny becuase I remembered watching a movie about a house that was alive. A voice told me that the house wouldn't live until the moon was full.

I looked up at the moon and it starting getting rounder until it was full. The house then stood up on two wooden legs, The wall split revealing a mouth of sharp splintery wood.

I jumped up and started flying very fast into the house. Ready for mortal combat.

Next thing I knew I was in my house and it wasnt alive. The dream got blurry, so I closed my eyes, walking around picturing where I wanted to be. I opend them only to see my house still. I then tried to teleport, by spinning. Itmade my surroundings different, but I wasnt in the snowy mountain areas that the dwarf wizard was in.

I then decided to fly through the window with the curtain over it to improve my phasing skills. The glass stoped me, but I willed myself through.

I was then inside again, having forgotten that I flew out before. I flew out the window again and was still inside my house. I kept forgetting that I had flown out the window before, as if something was erasing the memory. I flew out the window again before waking up.

      AFTER DREAM:
I woke up remembering only the first part of the dream and had to go memory fishing to get back the fragments that I lost. I get the feeling that the dream lasted awhile.

    2. Memories of Copper Hills High

      by , 10-08-2011 at 04:41 PM
      Lucid, Non-Lucid
      Wake time: 5:15 - 5:25 am, 10/8/11
      Technique: WBTB / FILD
      Recall: 8.5/10

I am sitting in my old math class. I can't remember how I found out, but at some point I discover I am dreaming. I start talking to Tito, (an old classmate of mine) and my old math teacher. The dream gets a little vague until we find out a mouse that is running around. We are all having fun trying to catch it, but it always gets away. My math teacher suddenly sics her cat on it. I think this is hilarious because it is just like the classic "cat and mouse chase". (I have no idea if the teacher has a cat IRL)

My real life body starts to get uncomfortable so I adjust it. When I reenter the dream, I find myself on the bottom floor, next to a staircase. The dream starts to fade so I do some stabilization techniques. When I finish I am back on the top floor, outside my math classroom. I walk down the hall, trying to decide what teacher to visit. Ms. Tuzel, a science teacher from middle school, comes to mind. Suddenly Ms. Tuzel and what I assume is her class go by in another hallway intersecting mine. I catch up to her, and ask if she remembers me. She pauses for a second, then says, "how could I forget you? You were in the very first class I taught!" (I don't know if that's actually true, but I always assumed it. She's a young teacher)

This ends all I can remember from the school section of my dream, and for the rest of my dream I'm not sure I am lucid or not. I'm going to write it as non-lucid though, since I know for a fact that lucidity wasn't on my mind.

So anyway, the next thing I remember from this dream is that I am in some sort of MMORPG (Mass Multiplayer Online Roll-Playing Game) A bunch of my friends (I don't have a clue who these friends were) and I are going along, fighting a bunch of monsters and the occasional boss. During one boss fight, I remember, the game had horrible, horrible collision detection. We beat it anyway though.

After a while I come across another boss, and all my focus gets turned to it, and my friends disappear (I don't really miss them, though ) This boss is very strange. Let's see if I can describe it.

Upon a castle wall, there is a huge, thick cardboard cut-out of a giant snake. Despite it being made of cardboard, it can move (in place) and talk, and even though it's plastered onto a wall, it's very dangerous; (though I have no idea how that works...) although occasionally its head and about 3/4 of its body will become unstuck to the wall and lunge at me. (This scares the crap out of me every time)

I spend a good, long while whacking at it with my sword. I'm really expecting it to die any time, as I keep putting more and more damage to it. I put so much damage to it I actually know it's supposed to die, since I remember beating a weaker version of it in the previous level. I eventually hold it against the wall and actually tear a piece of cardboard off. It cries out in pain and transforms into a lady about in her late twenties. The piece of cardboard I tore off is now a piece of skin with red hair on it.

The lady, clutching the top of her head, says to me in an irritated voice that I'm not supposed to do that because it's against the rules. I sash back and say that she was supposed to have lost a long time ago. She admits that she was prolonging the fight, and I ask her why. She pauses for a moment, then says in an embarrassed tone that she gets paid by the hour. I facepalm upon hearing this. (What she means is, she only gets paid while she is fighting someone, and hardly anyone comes around anymore, so she cheats and makes the fights longer on purpose so she can get more money) For the rest of what I can remember from the dream, the lady and I are sitting down, talking about life.Even though half of this dream wasn't lucid (to my knowledge), I still though it to be very enjoyable. Just very strange, now that I look back on it 0_o

    3. This Will Be Quick

      by , 10-08-2011 at 05:14 AM
      This will be quick.

I was walking around and I instantly knew I was dreaming.
"Man, this isn't as fun now,"I complained. I was so busy complaining that it wasn't taking any effort at all to lucid dream now, that I completely forgot that I could do whatever I wanted. No, I didn't forget I was dreaming.
"Whatever. I'll just type the dream on DreamViews,"I muttered.
Though, before I woke up, I realized that only complaining and doing absolutely nothing would result in a boring entry.
    4. Prince Adam, Girlfriends, Stair-plane, garden identical house, Prince Naveen, book

      by , 10-08-2011 at 05:07 AM
Last night I had a dream which involved my friends and I. At first we were playing around despite our ages, joy-riding on the stairs of my home ( no one except old school mates of mine have seen the inside of my home--None of my current Girlfriends have). But there was a voice like a Steward's voice on an airplane that said the normal airline message. Not to mention we had to wear seatbelts on the stair-plane. We ended up in someone's garden. We got off the stair-plane and wander around the garden and we find this hairy man (I will just call him * "Adam" for the rest of the time he shows up) and took him inside the nearby house (which for some reason was a complete replica of my parents' house, almost every detail was the same-the one of the differences was his house only had the one computer I think--but then I only saw the library and a bit of the dinning room in the dream and the dinning room was something you would have expect from medieval area.. Lumière type of candle holders). Adam had one servant a tea-cup named "Chip" who looked like he had step out of the Disney movie "La Belle and the Bete" (The Beauty&the Beast). Adam for some reason spent a lot of time on the computer in the library ( is this "Adam" another male aspect of myself-since my parents complain about me spending 18 hours a day on the computer?) I go into the garden again and this time in the same spot I found "Adam" I found another male..this one seemed to look identical to Disney's "The Princess and the Frog" Prince Naveen. I somehow got the strenght I don't have in Real Life and flung? him over my shoulder and carried him inside the house.

      dream changes:
I'm "in" a book (can't remember any lines in the book-expect it was a sequel to another *pretend* book..it had to do with shadows I think--I also remember there was a Puck-like figure too I guess who was my "guide" in the story? )then the "camera" seemed to move out of the book to where I'm sitting reading the book at the dinning room table. Mom (who is at the table too) asks me about it and I tell her..I never finished this dream since I got woken up by my sister's dogs barking.

*I use the name "Adam" since its the name of Disney's Beauty&the Beast--the "beasts" human name.

    5. Eating mushrooms, several short lucid dreams

      by , 10-07-2011 at 10:54 PM
      Nonlucid, Lucid, Partially lucid

This is roughly lucid night #114

      Sept. 22, '11:
I realize I am dreaming and remember my task to eat a mushroom. I look around in the yard but don't see any. I command a mushroom to appear.
I hear singing from the neighbor's house. Finally I find something that looks kind of like a mushroom. I eat it and wait for results. I feel slightly high, but then the dream fades and I am in bed.

It is a false awakening. My sheets move on their own. It is kind of creepy. I am very cold. I get up and walk down a hallway, leaning against the wall. I feel very sleepy.
The scene fades and I am in bed again.

I don't move, but imagine moving my arms and clapping my hands. It feels real. I pinch my nose but I can still breath, so I know I am dreaming.

I get up, but I can't see. I open my eyes for a second and I am in bed again (still). I start over, get up and walk in the dark. I feel along the wall and touch a desk (my old art desk) and I feel a light switch.
Then I feel a large cat and pick it up. The cat is as long as my torso, but not heavy. My sight returns after I leave the room.
So I go outside and find another mushroom. I eat it and the dream fades again.

For a third time I enter a conscious dream and find a mushroom. This one tastes pretty bad, and looks like it could be fake, made of foam. It is red with white spots.
      I wake slightly yet again.

Now I am not lucid. I am an Amish man, in the kitchen with my wife. I realize I am dreaming. I cut open a pumpkin, or melon, and pour some blue alcohol into it, shake it, and drink from it.
      The dream soon fades again.

Now I am in a car with my mom who is driving. She is driving way too fast down the curvy road. She tells me about when she was younger and crashed into a tree.
I put on my seat belt and say "This is probably a dream anyway."

      Lucid Dream

(Another short but sweet entry about a lucid dream. I think I may have become lucid due to a false awakening but I am not sure. The past month or two, I have noticed that I become nearly automatically lucid when I experiencing a false awakening.)

Things were a tiny bit blurry at first. I was a bit hesitant but told myself I was dreaming so I did a reality check (poke finger through palm of hand) and it did not work I don't think but I KNEW I was dreaming. Things were a bit blurry so I rubbed my hands together and told myself I was dreaming and I could see my vision slowly become clear and a bit vivid. It was one of the first times I honestly noticed the difference. I got out of bed and walked into the living room where there was a random dog curled up on the floor. I looked at him/her and thought that if I snapped my fingers, they would be gone because I didn't want them there and wanted to see what would happen. I snapped my fingers and the dogs back end disappeared but it's head and maybe tail (which was attached to its head) was still there. I carried on, told myself I was dreaming and rubbed my hands which helped AGAIN. I finally got to the porch where my Mom was sitting in the car. She tried telling me to wake up. I didn't want to and was about to leave whens he just kind of demanded "WAKE UP!" and a few moments later, I lost my lucid.
    7. super long DILD

by , 10-07-2011 at 02:05 PM (Tales from the sun chaser.)
I don't know even know where this thing started. I remember talking to this Indian guy on the phone about the appointment I had today. They said it was at 11:30...I didn't think much about it.....I can't figure out for the life of me when I actually got lucid. I remember throwing things around with telekinesis and flying. There were a lot of DC's. I was in a fight with one....one of those super tough ones, but I don't know what happened...maybe that triggered it.

I summoned LL to find out what her problem was, and as soon as she showed up, some other girl was about to fight her. I broke them up, and there was big crowd behind both of us, and one of the guy DC's was looking at me like he wanted some. I told him he was barking up the wrong tree and as soon as he tried rushing me I gave him a three piece combo, and made this fence materialize between us. I decided to test my hand at flying, but I put a twist to it. I was flying magneto style for a bit. Music started playing, so I continued dancing, while flying. It was like I was walking on air. I saw my car below, so I landed on it, and flew off with it while it was under my feet. It was harder to get a good altitude with the car though, and when I landed I saw my fathers truck rushing me. I stopped it with my bare hands and woke up
    8. Two Dreams. One lucid

non dream non-lucid dream lucid dream

Okay. I'm gonna record two dreams from last night. The second one is little more than a fragment, but it interested me so I'm gonna put it down anyway.

I stood in the church, rubbing my sore neck. The muscles were very tight. I believe I had gotten to the church a little early and everyone was just socializing. The guy I like and his friend came over to me. His friend rubbed my neck with his hand. It seemed to make (okay fine I'll say his name) Caleb upset. When his friend said, "You've got a real tight knot here. I'll get it." he pushed his friend (not in a mean way, but to say "hey buddy, don't touch her") He gave Caleb this "what in the world is with you?" look. Caleb turned to my and started to ... hmm I can't remember if he actually rubbed my neck or not, but I think he did. After that, he leaned in close to my face (just like in that one dream) and was close enough to kiss me. He looked ready to, but his friend made him leave or something. My friend Scotty (who is an old man XD haha I'm just kidding he's 21) came up to me and gave me this huge grin. "I saw that! He was going to kiss you!" I believe is what he said. I suddenly realized that this didn't seem normal, and I didn't remember getting to church. I looked at Scotty and said, "This is a dream." He looked at me, bewildered. I said it again, "Scotty, this is a dream! I'm dreaming!" Scotty looked a little worried and didn't say anything. He just stared at me. I looked behind my shoulder, and lo and behold, Caleb was there talking to someone. I walked up to him, but before I could reach him, I woke up.

      DREAM 2:

I was at church again. It looked the same as it did during the last dream. I didn't remember being lucid in my previous dream. I only remembered what Caleb had done and what Scotty had told me. I pranced up to Scotty, "Heeeey remember what happened earlier?" He thought for a moment and shook his head. I gave him a face that looked like -_- and said pointed to the drumset (which was where HE was). Scotty went, "Ohhh. Yeah I remember." I went and said, "Hey, are we playing guitar tonight?" He nodded and we jumped up to the stage. Somehow I ended up playing bass instead of guitar. (I usually play bass anyway so it didn't bother me.) After a while I was in the back of the church. Something bad was happening, but I don't remember what. I woke up soon after that.

I think it's so cool when dreams are linked together like that.

Lucid Dream #14 - WILD (WILD)

      NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID

This was during an afternoon nap when i decided to WILD ^__^ the dream was fairly brief.

After I transitioned (I didn't feel the transition) I heard a rough rock song. It sounded like the emo band Senses FAil. Then I heard "Is She Really Going Out with Him" by Kid Courageous. I was in my room and there was a girl outside of my door.. I'm not sure who she was.
Then the dream scene changed but the music still played. I was standing infront of a few huts that were build on the side of a beach. The water was very beautiful and clear, the beach with nice yellow sand. It was a really nice scenery. I said outloud in the dream "No, Korean," referring to the music.
The music changed to the song "Gee" by SNSD, a korean girl band. (Youtube link below)

    11. Walking on Water

      by , 10-06-2011 at 09:52 PM
I'm also going to try to remember the lucid dream I had maybe two weeks ago.

      The End of September....

      Lucid Dream:

I was dreaming about something that I no longer remember when I suddenly had the feeling that I was dreaming. I thought, "Why don't I just fly?"

I was on the top of a small mountain. I wanted to fly out and across the mountain until I came to the spot that it just dropped off, then I would be soaring way high in the sky. So I did that I enjoyed that neat sensation. I then thought about doing the Task of the Month--Walking on Water.

I looked down. I needed to find some water. Finally I saw a small lake and flew down to it. By the time I got to it it was very small indeed. In fact, small enough I could cross it in a just a few of steps. But I felt that I didn't need that many steps to complete the Task. I first hovered over it horizontally and tenatively placed my palm on the surface of the water. I then pushed down into the water. It went all the way to the bottom (about 8 inches). There was nothing solid about this water. I wondered if I needed a strategy to make this work.

I then decided to have faith. If I believed I could walk on water, then I should be able to walk on water. I got in an upright position and placed my foot on the water. I started to put some weight on it. It immediately sank to the bottom like my hand.

Okay...I needed to have a different approach. I decided that since I could fly that there was absolutely no reason why I couldn't cross a pond without sinking. So I hovered over the pond in an upright position again. This time I placed my foot on the surface of the water without puttting any weight on it. See...that was easy. So I slowly brought out my other foot and also placed it on the surface of the water. I adjusted it so it was perfectly flat on the water.

      There.

I was "standing" on the water. This was cool.

I then slowly swung my back leg forward and placed it again in front of me on the water. I noticed that my body was getting lower toward the water, so my legs were bending somewhat. But I looked and saw that my feet were still perfectly flat on the surface. I took a couple more steps forward noticing each time that my body was getting lower and lower and my knees bending more and more until I was "walking like a duck" on the water.

But I felt that since I was able to keep my feet on the surface that I had successfully accomplished the Task.

Then the dream got weird and went on to me wanting to take off my shirt. Why, oh why does my dream self insist on this--I don't know.

And I think I lost lucidity a some point shortly after that.
    12. 09/27/2011 - "I'll Take My Chances with the Zombies...", "Tonight, We Dine in Hell"

by , 10-06-2011 at 08:24 PM (Oneironaut Zero: Dreamwalker Chronicles)
      09/27/2011
      Dream One
"I'll Take My Chances with the Zombies..."

Zombies were attacking. At first, I was in an unfamiliar home, with some chick. I know that we were friends, at least, but I don't know if there was anything else going on between us. Without warning, zombies began breaking into the house, and I grabbed the girl by the hand and tried to help her escape, while she was busy losing her mind about the situation. It took us some time to find an exit that wasn't overrun with the undead, and we eventually made our way to the garage. Immediately, I started thumbing around for any tools I could use as weapons. I don't remember what I actually grabbed (if anything), but we were soon trying to force our way out of the garage and passed the growing mass of zombies that were coming up the driveway. During the scuffle, one of the zombies had gotten a hold of my arm, raking its fingernails across my flesh and tearing open the smallest of gashes. It was just a tiny scrape, and I didn't really think anything of it.

We continued fighting our way through the streets, and it seemed like the zombies were constantly multiplying, the longer we stayed alive. Dozens turned into hundreds. Hundreds seemed to turn into thousands. By now, my wound had visibly worsened, and I could feel an intense throbbing, slowly creeping its way up my arm. I knew that I had been infected, but I wasn't about to just rollover and let myself succumb. The longer we ran, the more that this girl seemed to be going crazy. She kept clinging to me, begging me not to leave her - even though I made no implication that I was doing so. Then, she started actually coming onto me. She began talking about how we were like the last 2 humans left, and she wanted me to be with her forever, and be her 'one and only.' (She continuously used that exact phrase.) At first, it was just annoying, but then it really began to freak me out. After a while, she could see that I was becoming more stand-off-ish, and she was becoming even more clingy. The clingier and crazier she got, the more I just wanted to get the hell away from her. Soon, it was like she became just as much a threat to me as the zombies, and I began running and hiding from her as well, while she tenaciously tried to hunt me down, attempting to make me want her.

The last few moments of the dream that I remember, were when I was coming to a T-junction of two city streets. In front of me, there was a horde of zombies walking in my direction. Turning to the left, I could see another large group of them, coming up the perpendicular street. Then, looking back the way I had come, the street was filled with the zombies that I had been chasing me for the last couple of blocks. I was surrounded, and I was running out of concrete, between myself and the approaching hordes. Practically out of options, and feeling the onset of panic, it finally hit me. I was dreaming! Immediately, relieved, I launched myself into the air and flew up to the top of one of the tall buildings nearby. Just when I looked back down to the zombie-filled streets below, I woke up.

      Dream Two
      "Tonight, We Dine in Hell"

The only thing I remember was that I was in a truck accident, though I don't believe I was driving. Another guy and I actually had to lift this damaged truck up off of a female figure, whom we had struck and was stuck in the undercarriage. I had some vague awareness of the previous (dream) situation with the zombies, and I was convinced that we had simply hit a zombie, but the other guy obviously wasn't, so I helped him raise the tail end of the vehicle, which was surprisingly lightweight. I was surprised to see a young (human) woman, tangled up in the bottom of the truck; slightly battered and bruised, but actually not looking half bad, for having just been run over by a pick-up.

After removing the woman from the undercarriage, we began to walk with her down the dark, deserted stretch of road. After some time, this enormous RV pulled up behind us, apparently offering us a ride. A wholesome-looking family beckoned us inside, and we happily accepted. However, the moment we got on board this mammoth vehicle, we were greeted with the business end of a double-barreled shotgun. An old, conservative looking man was behind the trigger, and his face was stern, yet calm. There was a young boy standing beside him, and they - and a couple more members of the family, looked us over for a moment. Then, the man suddenly said something like "looks like you joined us just in time. We were just about to eat dinner..." he then motioned to the little boy, never taking the gun off of us. He said that the little boy was their hostage, that they were about to eat him, and that we were either going to partake in the meal, or he was going to kill us all, right then and there.

The last thing I remember is doing my best to stall him with some nervous banter, while frantically trying to get enough awareness of my surroundings to devise a way to get us the hell out of there.

    13. adults thinking Ron Weasly is delusion

      by , 10-06-2011 at 06:49 PM
I dreamed I was on a old-fashion train (like Hogwart's Express train). Ron Weasly was on the train. I think he was suppose to met with Harry&Hermione on the train. But for some reason they' never showed up. So he kept yelling at older adults saying 'WHERE ARE MY FRIENDS?". When they asked him who he was he said "YOU DON'T KNOW WHO I AM? I'M RONALD 'RON' WEASLY" but the older adults thought he was in a delusion-sp?

    14. Eating Bugs

      by , 10-06-2011 at 05:35 PM
I don't remember what I was doing in the dream, but I had this feeling "Well, this is just a dream, anyway, so I might as well try something interesting."

I was thinking about doing a Task of the Month, but for some reason I thought the Task was to "Eat a Bug".

I started to fly low to the ground and very slow. I saw some rocks. I picked a medium sized one up and looked under it to see what bugs I could find. Under this rock I saw several large long legged ants. I thought about picking one up. But suddenly the thought of those long hairy-ish legs moving on my tongue have me the heebie jeebies. So I moved on.

I wondered what kind of bug would be less creepy to eat. I thought about trying to find a ladybug. They didn't have long legs. They bodies were small and compact. As soon as I thought that I saw movement out of the corner of my eye. It was a ladybug. What luck. But as I looked at it scurrying along I just couldn't bring myself to eat it.

I then looked over to some grass to the left of where I was still hovering. I saw a large sow bug crawling up a long blade of grass. I reached to grab it, but again, the thought of actually putting that thing in my mouth just made me shudder. I decided that I just couldn't do it.

And that is all I remember from that dream. I am a little surprised at how squimish I was in the dream about eating bugs. I mean, I knew it was just a dream. It should have been easy. Heck, I've even done it in real life from being dared. I know it's in me. Oh well. It wasn't really a Task anyway.

I knew right off the bat that I was dreaming. Remember the doctor? She was in this dream and I got a closer look at her. Turns out, it was actually my grandmother. Both sets of my grandparents were there, and my old friend, Rikki.
"So, is this...,"I trail off, and I look around at them.
The doctor--Mamaw isn't as...unique...as this woman--gives me a look and says,"We all know its a dream. Why would it bother us?"
I give her a look and think,"Ah...Well, considering how indecisive the characters in my previous lucid dream were..."
Papaw--maternal grandfather--and the doctor start discussing stuff that I don't care about. Rikki smiles and says that she is really happy to talk to me again.
"Do you still draw all the time,"she asks.
"Yeah. All the time...It's wonderful being able to create characters and such,"I exclaim.
      Everyone is listening now.
      "Draw something for me, then?"
      I pause for a moment, then ask,"Um...What?"
"A skeleton. Halloween is coming up and I want to scare my neighbors."
      "...Ah...Right...Sure."
A skeleton wasn't exactly scary, but whatever.
We talk about how we've been and then I walk into my paternal grandparent's living room. Grandma isn't talking about growing up in Germany for the millionth time, so even if I hadn't known I was dreaming, I would now. She offers me some chocolate chip cookies.
"Nah. I've tried that dream food before and I am not impressed."
They all laugh and the doctor exclaims,"That's because you don't put any effort into the food."
I glare at her and say,"Well, my grandmother was the one who made the cookies."
      "It's your dream."
"...I can't argue with that, I suppose. At least my visual sense is good,"I reply, looking around at the detail.
"You're artistic, so all this is a given,"Grandpa says, taking a sip of his Miller...fruit juice. A football--American Football--game is on and he's watching it now. Football of both varieties does not interest me, so I turn my attention to Papaw. He walks outside and I follow him. All of a sudden, it starts to rain.
I really felt sopping wet and as I turned and walked towards the house, I wanted to ask him,"Is this rain, or something else?"
      But, I woke up.
