    1. Spy Stuff and Throwing Balls

      First

      I'm with my wife, and we are breaking into a building complex. The door is actually not locked, but we are not welcome. We find our way trough a complex of corridors and stairs, ending up to a laboratory room with three people in it. As we enter the alarm goes of. The doors of the laboratory start closing very slowly, and gas starts pouring in. One of the people in the room says something sarcastic to us. They don't seem to be scared of the gas at all.

      My wife rummages trough some drawers and finds a paper. The other people don't do anything to stop us, just offer snide comments. We have more than enough time to leave the laboratory before the doors are finished closing. After getting out of the building we start running.

      I think if I was dreaming we could just fly away. Or then again, probably I couldn't fly very well, but jump at least. Then it crosses my head, I am dreaming. I'm not exactly sure so I try jumping. I get a lot higher than I should. Then the scene faids, and is replaced by the blackness behind my eyelids.

      There is a feeling of vibrations and some imagery, quite clear but not realistic. I think I should try just going with it, waiting for the vibrations to disappear before trying anything. I don't do any formal technique. At some point I drift to sleep.

      Second

      I'm in my kitchen with my wife. She is throwing balls up to the ceiling. The ceiling is not solid, it makes a splat and the balls get stuck. I want to try to make the ceiling completely liquid, so that the balls would pass trough. But they just keep splatting, and getting stuck. I jump upward, putting my head trough the ceiling, which offers no resistance. I come down again and ask her to try one more time. The ball, again just splats to the ceiling, maybe a bit deeper this time.
    2. Fantastic lucid dream

      I can remember that I was at a festival. Bright, sunny colors and all that. I remember a moonbounce (or bouncy castle, whatever you like to call it), probably red and yellow in color, I remember. Later on in the dream, I was eating some festival food with 4 or 5 of my friends. Somehow, I became lucid. I remember telling my friend, Jake, who was sitting right across from me that he was just a dream character. He didn't seem particularly fond of talking about that, but he did admit that he was just a dream character. Later on in the dream, it was nighttime. I thought about where I wanted to go and what I wanted to do. I looked at the night sky, and I thought to myself that I could travel to any one of the stars that I saw. But for some reason, the blackness and loneliness of space seemed morbidly frightening. So instead, I saw a large red barn a little ways away. Perhaps about 30-50 yards. Anyway, still being lucid, I wanted to take a great leap and jump onto the roof. So I jumped. As is often the case with my lucid dreams, I jumped higher than normal, but I couldn't quite get there with my one jump. So after I could tell that I was going to descend and not make the edge of the roof, I decided to flap my arms like a bird to slow my descent. This worked fine, but I wasn't going up. I concentrated on knowing that I could do anything, and I began to float to the top of the roof. I got tired of it being nighttime after this, and I thought of how I could change night to day. I saw a little slide tab in the sky, like the one you could see on an iPhone except more rounded and more translucent white.
      I knew that the slide tab would change night to day. So I merely treated the sky like a touchscreen, and moved the slide tab to the right. Night turned to dawn, and dawn turned to noon.
    3. Jump Around

      There was this woman a ways down the street. She was jumping around a little bit, but I don't know why. A little later on in the dream she approaches me and I'm asking her why she was jumping. At first she keeps denying it, but then I must say the right thing as to jog her memory. She does admit it was her doing the jumping but she still doesn't know why she was doing it. We happen to get closer to each other while talking, and I lean in and kiss her. She was a pretty blond.

      I was drifting in and out of sleep, and had a dream fragment later on where I was kissing the same blond gal again.

    4. Lucid Dream: Thinking a DC was Real

      Lucid Dream:

      I had been talking to someone about this show that would be filming in an area close to where I lived. It was something that I thought would be shown on Discovery Channel.

      Then I am at the place where they are filming. I am sitting at a table. It is a kids' show. There are a couple other moms there with their preschool aged children. I am sitting by myself, but I decided that I didn't care. I wanted to be there and was enjoying what everyone was talking about (which I no longer remember).

      Later, after the filming, I asked where this was taking place at. I felt odd asking that question. Shouldn't I know where I was? I had to have gotten here somehow. The lady told me, "PJ Island, Utah." I repeated that a couple of times...."PJ Island...Utah??"

      And then it hit me. No wonder things weren't making sense.

      This is a dream.

      I announced to the two ladies that were still there that this was a dream. I flew a few feet in the air to show them. I then flew back down to one of the moms. I asked her what her name was, It was Stephani B--something. I said, "Stephani--come fly with me...and later when we are awake we can talk about how cool this was, okay?"

      So I got her flying a little in the air. Then a little girl who was about 4 wanted me to help her fly. I went to pick her up. She was extremely heavy. I tried to get her in the air, but the best I could do was to jump and slowly land. I was a little frustrated. Usually people I fly with are instantly weightless. But I did this for a little while because it was at least somthing the little girl could enjoy.

      And that's all I remember.

      This was one of those dreams where I was a little mixed up in my thinking. Even those I knew that it was a dream, I was sure that Stephani was dreaming with me and that I would somehow meet up with her later to discuss this experience.

    5. Freak Out, Fly, Repeat

      NOTICE: this is the last dream journal entry I made before leaving Dreamviews for an 11-year hiatus. Newer dream journal entries will have a markedly different writing quality and narrative style.

      Notes:
      This semi-lucid bugged the hell out of me. I was in my room upstairs, lying in bed, and then I heard my dad screaming from downstairs in a terrifying manner. I became semi-lucid, so I just decided to jump out the window and fly away, but I got stuck mid-air. Then I was suddenly in my bed again, with my dad still screaming, but this time from down the hallway outside my room! I flipped out and took a running jump out the window, in an effort to get past my dad. Once again I tried to fly, once again I got stuck, and once again I ended up in my bed, and at that point, I could feel my dad's presence right there in the bedroom. I felt something, presumably my dad, move beside me as I jumped out the window a third and final time.

      When I woke up in my bed after the third time, I was scared that I was experiencing another repeat.

      This was a total of three false awakenings, which were probably all part of the same dream because of the similar contents.

      It was early in the morning; my guess is that the time was around 7:00 AM. I was lying in my bed with my eyes closed; the unusually light and airy duvet cover was up to a little below my chin, and the bedroom was pitch-black. No light whatsoever was coming in from the single window on the wall, which was on the wall opposite of where I was facing: I was on my stomach, my head half-sunk into my pillow but turned towards the door of my room. The door was open, which led to a hallway adjacent to the entrance of my room; if you were to turn left, walk a few feet and turn right, the stairs were right there. They led downstairs to the main level of the house. There was a very, very faint yellow light coming from the hallway, most likely from downstairs, although there was no apparent light source - it was just a faded wash of a slight lighting over the entire room.

      In bed I felt very tired, like a stone. I didn't want to get up but I knew that it was time for school, so I slowly pushed the covers back; they bunched up like an accordion - I usually fold them back, but I didn't catch onto the fact that I was dreaming quite yet. It was when I actually stood up that I suddenly became aware enough to question if I was in a dream. I didn't do an RC, but I simply knew that I was asleep at a fairly low level of awareness. I looked at my night table, which was right next to my bed (and therefore beside me once I got out of bed), and noticed I didn't have an alarm clock at all there, even though there should've been one.

      I didn't say anything, though.

      Moments later, once I was out of bed, I heard my dad in the lower level of the house shouting at me in a very stern, tense voice to "get downstairs!"

      This terrified me, and I had this creeping feeling that the dream was going to become a nightmare if I just stood there. So I opened the door of my room a bit more to go through it, and I took a running leap into the hallway. The hallway was adjacent to my bedroom, with the wall opposite of the door only being a half-wall. Past that, if you were to look down, you'd be seeing the first floor. On the wall past this half-wall was a big window, and this is where I jumped into. I leaped onto the half-wall with a big jump and then glided right into the glass; however, I didn't smash it; I merely went through it like a ghost.

      It was very dark outside so I couldn't see practically anything, but I was beginning to lose lucidity anyways. I flapped my arms and kicked my legs once I got three or four feet outside the window, which didn't do much - I didn't pick up speed or even move forward that much. I was just suspended.


      I woke up in my bed.

      Or, did I?

      In actuality, I had just entered a false awakening, and it was the same scenario as before. This time, however, my dad's voice didn't come from downstairs, but in the hallway, quite a few feet away from the door of my room. I ran and jumped through the window again, still slightly conscious, but met the same predicament where I was floating, getting nowhere.

      I woke up one more time into the dream but this time, my dad's voice was coming from inside my room, which was very dark like before. It was a whisper this time, situated behind me (I was lying on my side facing my room's door again) - I didn't waste any time bolting out of bed and making a total beeline for the window. The same thing happened and at this point, I had just enough awareness left to start freaking out, wondering this time if my dad would be able to reach through the window and grab my foot, pulling me back in...

      Then I woke up for real.

      I did many reality checks after that P.O.S. dream.

    6. Attacked By Scream(the serial killer)

      Well i'm gonna warn you that this is the longest I have had so far and is gonna be a LOT of words. Before you read this understand that i'm not racist against anybody (i'm black but everybody says I act white, but I can't help it)

      Well i'm looking for something near some bushes in front tree's that divide lawn's between some of my neighbors house. Anyway, there are some vicious dogs behind the trees, on a chain. So we are looking in the bushes and we see simething move and everyone but me jumps, and we are laughing because the oldest person out of us was scared the most. So we continue looking in the bushes for some unknown item. Then we hear a loud chain rattle like the dogs were moving towards us and everybody, i mean everybody jumps and runs away as fast as humanly possible. I jumped (and when I jump in a dream I go literally miles into the air and i don't know why I didn't see this as a reality check and fly away) like miles into the air and looked down (i have a fear of heights) and almost had a heart attack because the logical part of my brain kind of woke up and I thought I was gonna break my ankles when I landed. I was looking over the entire neighborhood like floating through the air, it was basically jumping at an angle so I glided over the neighborhood. Now that I think of it, it was exciting and AWESOME. For some reason after I landed the first time I jumped again even though their was no threat. I noticed while I was jumping the group I was with was saying I must have been really scared because I was still in the air. After a while I just ended up at my grandma's house. I was near her room and my aunt is talking to my grandpa and when I walk up to them and he tells me one of my girl (notice the space) friend's has sexy curves. I told him that if he was to come near her she would kill him with a fiery passion. My aunt tells me to go do something, so I walk away and I hear her go outside. I then open the door to be nosy and see what they're doing but she's behind the door sitting in a chair and says "What are you doing" so I say "sorry i'm nosy as eff and I had to come out here to see what y'all were doing. She tells me he went in my grandmas room and I say okay. Then an extremely short and BLACK, I mean really black and ghetto sixth grader comes up to us, OUT OF NOWHERE and says he goes out with one of my class mate's (she is classy, with blonde hair, blue eyes, and doesn't date black people). So I tell him in exact words "no you don't, you muss be confused cuz she don't wanch (want in ghetto language) you". So then I start running around screaming that the child is really confused. After that i'm in the hallway in my school. Me and one of my friends (can't remember which one) are talking. I then realize I am dreaming from no dream signs or anything. I try to will the setting of the school to change to something else but I loose lucidity and enter a class room. The class only has a few people in it and we are all talking. So while i'm talking to one of my friends the wall in the back if the room bursts and I see the killer "scream" behind the smoke. He walks toward me in that slow killer way and I run behind the desk (for some reason I don't feel like getting in a knife fight in this dream, the killer usually ends up running away in fear) and dodge the killer, so he tries to well kill me but I keep running and dodging him and he eventually runs away so I ask the class who is the killer after(i know it sounds stupid), and one of my friends says me, so I stuff her in my backpack and she starts laughing and i say that sounds like someone else is in there and it is. I don't realize that the people switched places as i'm walking towards the door I turn around three of the scream killers. I stop walking and they start running. I try to run away from one through the desks but they corner me off. I hit him and ran from the other killers with her still in my backpack and i dodge and eveade the killers until they all eventually run away. After they leave I get pissed off for some reason and wake up.
    7. cutting blanket; king tut statues; frog river

      Good morning, everybody.

      Dream #1

      I was in a big, empty room. The room had a grey, concrete floor. There was natural light coming in through a window somewhere.

      A brown blanket lay in the center of the room, on the floor. The blanket was made up of small squares. For some reason, I was now cutting the lower squares off the blanket. But I was leaving a couple of the central squares in one of the lower rows attached to the upper rows. So now the blanket looked like a square with a bit of a lip at the bottom.

      As this was going on, a movie was playing against the back wall. It was black and white. The film was old and scratchy. There were also four or five straight lines that ran vertically, up through the center of the frame.

      The movie looked like an Abbott and Costello movie. But Costello was a kind of serious character, and the other guy was a young, kind of bright, but shy guy.

      The Costello character was telling the man something like, "I don't think your idea for using the edges of the film-frame and putting sound on them is such a great idea. I don't think people will like it. It's too bothersome."

      I now realized that the lines running up the center of the frame were the soundtrack lines that Costello was referring too. I thought that they were bothersome -- if they had to be right in the center of the frame like that!

      But then I realized that those were the lines for this film. The film the man had made had the lines on the outside of the frame, where they weren't visible.

      I understood that Costello's criticism of the man's use of a soundtrack in his films wasn't valid. But I somehow knew that Costello knew this as well. In fact, I knew, Costello even thought the use of soundtracks in film was a good idea.

      But Costello didn't want to let the young man know he thought it was a good idea. He didn't want to support the young man's development. Costello felt that the young man was smart enough as it was, and that the young man would be so successful eventually, that he shouldn't have to support him in his efforts.

      I thought that this was a terrible sentiment on Costello's part, and that the young man was probably in dire need of help.

      Dream #2

      I lay in bed, on my back, in an otherwise almost empty room. It was almost completely dark in the room. The bed was set next to a wall, which was to my right. The bed itself was rather narrow.

      I looked out to my left, across the room. On the wall at the head of my bed was a window. It was pretty heavily curtained, but it let in, at the far end, a tiny corner of orange streetlamp light.

      I noticed, in the corner of the room that was dimly lit by the streetlamp light, three statues. The statues were all Egyptian busts. They were all set on square pedestals, but they were arranged in a really haphazard way.

      I knew somehow -- maybe from some narration in my head? -- that the busts were all supposed to be of the boy Pharaoh Tutankhamen. But all the busts were wearing the ubiquitous headdress of Nefertiti. And one of the busts, the lowest one, facing me most directly, was of a really chubby boy or man!

      Dream #3

      I was out on a beach. It was a nice, sunny day. There were a decent amount of people out on the beach, but not too many.

      For some reason, I suddenly felt like I had to leave. I turned to my right and began heading away.

      But as I left the beach, people began giving me troubles. I'm not sure what these troubles were now. But I think people just constantly kept getting in my way, even though there weren't a whole lot of people on the beach.

      I may finally have thought I'd counter the problem by flying. I may have started flying a couple meters above the ground.

      Now I was moving through an area of the beach with orange sand. Two enormous, black guys now came charging down the beach. It looked like they were just trying to start trouble. They had huge, long dredds and black, Oakley-style sunglasses, with silver rims on the tops.

      I may possibly have stopped flying. I may possibly have thought if these guys saw me flying, they'd just pull me down and pummel me. But once these guys passed me, I knew that I had to get out of here once and for all. Soon there wouldn't be anything here but trouble.

      I may possibly have gotten onto a bike like the bike I rode in junior high school. Or I may still just have been walking.

      I ended up on a concrete path in a park. I took this park to be a park from my high school years IWL. It was kind of like a trail on a small greenbelt running through a suburban residential area. It seemed like the path descended from here and went under a bridge.

      Either on foot or on bike, I descended under the bridge. Once I got beyond the bridge, I was in a much more forest-like, tree covered area. The path may now have been dirt, rather than concrete. There was a river on my right side. Trees also seemed to be growing up out of the river.

      I suddenly noticed a gigantic bullfrog sitting on the stump of one of the river trees. The bullfrog must have been 60cm tall! It looked pretty intelligent, too. It seemed to register my presence and be a bit worried about whether I wanted to hurt it.

      I acted calm and walked forward, trying not to regard the frog at all, so it would feel less worried. But now, up the way only twenty or thirty more meters, I saw another one of these huge frogs!

      I decided to get off this trail. I think I was afraid of the frogs. But I also think that I thought that if I kept having to act like I didn't see or care about every frog that worried as I passed it, I'd get bored as hell pretty quick.

      But also -- the trail itself may also simply have just ended: being cut off by the merging of a small creek on my left with the river on my right.

      I saw that if I jumped across the small creek on my left, I could land on the opposite bank. The bank was steep, but short, dry, and grassy. I could easily climb up it and out of this park altogether.

      But as I turned left to face the opposite bank, I noticed another huge frog! This one was also kind of worried about me. I was now in between two huge frogs that were all shifty and nervous. And I was afraid that if I jumped, my motions would be so fast and scary to them that they'd have heart attacks!

      I wondered how I could jump without scaring the frogs. The only thing I could think to do was close my eyes and jump. This way, the frogs would see that I wasn't looking at anything at all, and so I couldn't be jumping because I was trying to attack them.

      I closed my eyes. But I couldn't remember what the bank looked like. I didn't want to hit something bad. I tried to open my eyes again to get a good memory of the bank. But when I opened them, they were all groggy and grainy. It was really hard for me to focus on anything.

      Finally, the frog off to my right said, in something like a female voice, "There's actually a good patch right up around here."

      I looked up to the frog. I went to where the frog directed me. I jumped across the little creek and landed on the bank. I started climbing up the bank.

      All this time, the frog was still talking to me, in that kind of female voice. She was kind of friendly, like a really smart scientist, or a librarian. But I had the idea that the frogs really weren't comfortable with my presence here.

      At the top of the bank, I turned around to look back down at the river. The river wasn't there anymore. I was just facing a red brick building, which seemed to be set a meter or so down into a sandy trench. I was out on a road, it seemed, on the outskirts of a very small town in the desert.

      But this didn't even register with me. Down at the base of the building I saw a rectangular slat of an opening in the wall. Two sets of female eyes looked back out at me. I knew these two women were the frogs I had just jumped past on the river.

      I felt bad for not having spoken to them. So I did want to say something to them. But I also felt a little shy, like somehow these frogs were of a higher station than I was, and would thus be put off by my acting too familiar with them. So I wanted to keep whatever I said short.

      I said, "Yeah, I'm sure I'll come back here. So if I do, I'll talk to you guys again. I used to ride my bike up through this park all the time when I was a kid."
    8. Traveling

      From yesterday:

      Dream 2:

      Very long and too many different parts. The theme was traveling. I was always on the go trying to get somewhere. I was traveling with different people at different times or sometimes along. I don't even remember the order of the scenes that I remember.

      I was driving a car that had these strange handlebars (like a bike) they were very wiggly and I felt I had terrible control of the car. I felt like I was in Southern Arizona somewhere between Tucson and Phoenix and I was heading North. I kept going down the wrong roads and having to turn around.

      Later I was in a gas station with Tanya and Marie. I was holding a bowl and a spoon. I took it in the little store, but worried that they would think that I stole it. At some point I was crying. The lady behind the register tried to make me feel better.

      I was in a restaurant with several friends. We ordered this big meals.

      I was in another little store with my mom. We needed transportation. A lady gave us these tricycles. We started to ride them. I saw how slow we were going. I knew that we would never get to our destination in time. I knew that my mom couldn't make it at all. Her handlebars were cracking off. And then both of mine broke.

      I looked at the side ofthe road and was fascinated by these strange animals. At first I thought they were a kind of pig. But then saw that they we more rat-like. But they had wooly hair like a sheep. One was trangled up in some string. I tried to help it, but it tried to bite me.

      I was walking through this town. I was alone and walked up this hill and saw a Mine. I walked closer and saw a man at the entrance. He started to talk to me, but I had this creepy feeling and wasn't sure if I could trust him. So I jumped down the hill. I remember thinking, "I'll bet this will surprise him. I'll bet he has never seen anyone jump down this big hill in just one jump before." I enjoyed the feeling of floating down the bottom. I knew there was something significant about being able to do that.
    9. Jumping Around the Mall

      I was inside a mall (Ayala Cebu?), jumping up and down the stairs, trying to reach a room where they were celebrating a marriage or something. I arrived at what I thought was the right place. The area was more of a hotel. I reached the room (the name stars with "r," with v o and e in it). The guy (a guard?) there's no celebration there. I left, trying to jump out of the window, but couldn't find a place to land.

      A boy and a man. Plaza. An event reminiscent of Chrono Cross. I saw a falling building. There are vampires.
    10. First Recorded Lucid! Night of the 12th

      It's late in the evening and I am pretty beat from the day, so I decide to get in a few z's and maybe a short dream.
      Shortly after closing my eyes, I find myself in the middle of a dream

      I think I am outside, in a metropolis, and the vibrant blue twilight is bathing everything in a nice royal blue tinge. I can't remember what prompted me, but I reality checked with a nose pinch
      I'm dreaming
      Everything begins to feel like it's vibrating at a very high frequency and I am suddenly in the void.
      I am surrounded by darkness, but I can see myself. I hear, feel, and see that everything is vibrating very fast so I try stabilizing by looking deep into my hands.
      The stabilization seems to be working
      , but the vibrations eventually make me fall back into reality.

      Fuck! I curse under my waking breath. I'm awake, but something feels off...

      I reality check . . . Awe yeeeaaahhhh
      I jump out of bed and I am outside. I am stabilized.
      I think about the list i've made of tasks to do while lucid and I decide on a few first.
      I make a great leap to test my abilities. Once I land, I leap once again and take flight!
      To Chichen-Itza! I am soaring in the sky; against strong headwinds I push on.
      Dont think about flying! I tell myself. Dont think about the fact that it's not possible. I begin to doubt myself and i feel more and more turbulence. Look at what you've done, fantastic. I plummet to the earth . . .


      Son of a bitch! Awesome as it was, I didnt make it to chichen-itza . . .
      I reality check with another nose pinch
      and I fly straight up out of my bed. Hehehe
      Seeing as flying to chichen-itza was met with a crash landing, I try a different approach.
      Still flying, I drag myself across my ceiling over to my closet in an attempt to use it as a teleportation device. As I approach my closet I see myself standing there, with some sort of holographic purple cube floating in my hands.
      Somehow i know that this is my interpretation of death. This isnt something I was going to deal with at the time so I cast it off as ridiculous and fly off, but before I leave my house I remember to check myself in the mirror to see if my astral form is any different then my regular self.
      I look into the mirror and see myself. My plain old regular self, black jeans, black bullet bill t shirt, short black hair. I may have been holding something in my right hand.
      Somewhat disappointed that I was no different, but also somewhat relieved, I decide to try teleporting via another method. I recall reading about the spinning technique to change location and a falling back technique used for the same purpose.
      I do both at the same time for lulz
      but i wake up in my bed.

      A RC and I fly out of my bed once again. I fly out the door, dragging myself along the ceiling (this is like when you are playing a video game and your character is running forwards, but there is a wall in the way so he slowly slides to the side while still running forward lol) I try and draw myself a portal with my finger this time. I trace out a large rectangle, it has sparkling edges but the portal itself is a void.
      Im not too sure if I should enter, there is something strange about it.

      Before I can enter, I'm awoken by my my family being loud.
      Soon after I awake, I realize that the house in my dream was not my house. This house was a bungalow with bright yellow-orange walls with a white ceiling and large potted palms out in the front.

      All in all, I had a good time
    11. jumping off the high dive

      Good morning, everybody. I'm sorry I haven't been around in a while. I had a kind of dry spell.

      Dream #1

      I was at a pool with a group of kids who were maybe around nine years old. The pool may have been indoors. I was in the water. The kids were jumping off a high dive. There were other adults, who sat somewhere around the pool. It was like I was the only adult playing with the kids.

      I was encouraging the kids to jump off the high dive and not be afraid. But I realized I was telling the kids to jump while I wasn't jumping. I thought I should be jumping as well.

      Suddenly I was at the top of the diving board. There were a line of kids crowded behind me. Then, suddenly, I was descending into the water. A little girl was descending beside me, and I had to swerve somehow to miss her. I plunged into the water.

      I again had the thought that I shouldn't encourage the kids to jump if I didn't jump as well. I was again climbing the ladder, which seemed to be rather thin and made of very clean and shiny, chrome-like rails and steps.

      I got to the top. I thought I'd be afraid to look down to the water. But it wasn't that bad. I jumped. I wasn't very afraid, but I called out, "Oh, I'm afraid!" to make the kids laugh.

      I was now climbing up the ladder again. I was at the back of a smallish line of older boys or boyish-looking adult men. I looked over to my left and saw that there was another high dive.

      Both high dives were the same height. But the one on the left was crowded with little kids. It also had a different look. It was all made in some kind of plastic or fiberglass material, like an amusement park ride. And it looked like a mix between a palm tree and a hamburger. In fact, the board area was made to look like the bottom bun, patty, and lettuce and tomatoes of a hamburger, with no top bun.
    12. Lucid Dream--Finally getting to the Moon!

      Lucid dream:


      I was standing on the lawn by my grandparents' house and looking at the sky. Over the mountains I could see a beautiful cloud. It was colored like a rainbow (like the picture Moonbean used to have in her sig). I pulled out my camera and tried to take a picture. I was so thrilled that I had my camera with me this time, The last time I had seen a cloud like this I was so frustrated that I had left my camera at home. But as I tired to take a picture I found that the button seemed jammed. I tried again and again. I couldn't believe my poor luck to be standing in front of this gorgeous unusual cloud and not able to take a picture.

      Blam. This is a dream.

      I started to fly. I remembered that I needed to go to the Moon. I wasn't going to miss another lucid opportunity. I looked up at the sky. I could see the moon shining back at me in the evening sky. I started to fly towards it and quickly realized that I needed to find a quicker way. As I continued to fly I concentrated on forming a portal in front of me so I could fly through it and be on the Moon. But attempt after attempt brought me no result except for a light fuzzy pink patch that I passed right through. Finally I was fed up. I had to get to the Moon now. So with all the determination I had left I decided to just change the sceney and BE on the Moon. Suddenly everything around me started to turn white and grey. I could see hills and craters around me. I landed and took a big jump (this is something I had really wanted to do). My jump took me up slow motion into lunar sky. I noticed an interesting sound that accompanied the jump. I jumped several more times enjoying the odd sense of slow motion and sound. Then I looked over a hill. I saw houses. I went in one of the houses. Inside were two ladies that were cooking. I asked them what they were doing on the Moon. They told me that they were not on the moon. I told them to follow me out of the house and see. They were very surprised to see that their house was now on the Moon. I wondered if I had done something when I had changed the scenery and had somehow taken the houses with me...or taken the moon home to me.

      And that's actually all I remember of being on the moon.

      Lucid Dream 206: School Days
      Series: The Land of Dreams, Episode 7

      around 5:30pm



      I am the teenage version of myself, walking around a school that resembled my old elementary school. I was walking behind the "new girl". The girl was actress, AnnaSophia Robb. She walked around the hallways alone and didn't seem to make eye contact with anyone. She went into the library and I decided to follow her in. I noticed she kept looking over at me while I browsed around the library. I decided to make my move and go speak to her. I started bullshitting about some book that was nearby and I got her to laugh. She then brushed me off as if she wasn't interested. I knew otherwise. She checked out a book and I followed her. I was trying to talk her into going on a date. She playfully declined and entered the elevator. I asked her if she would at least tell me her name. She smiled and said goodbye as the elevator closed. I took off down the hallway and noticed that my feet just started sliding/gliding along the ground. It was as if I were skating. I was reading one of O's dreams the previous night where he was doing this same slide skating. Must be where this came from.

      I skated my way to the steps, jumped up on the railing, and grinded/slid down. I met the girl as she exited the elevator. She smiled and said, "You wouldn't be following me now would you?" I told her that she hadn't answered my question yet. She said, "I answered your question. I declined, remember?" I replied, "Ah, but you answered the question incorrectly. Luckily for you, my question follows the, "no child left behind" idea. So, you have to get it right before I stop bugging you." She smiled and kept walking as I tagged along. Whenever we came to a set of stairs, I would unrealistically jump all the way to the bottom. This school building was like 5 floors tall. There was a small set of stairs in the hallway that led up to flat landing and then there was another set that led up a bit more and the hallway continued. We both started running at them and she said, "I've got you on this one. I was the state record holder at my old school for the high jump." I randomly became lucid as we were running.

      She jumped and cleared the first set of stairs. I jumped and cleared the first set, the platform, and the second set of stairs. She seemed surprised and amused at the same time. She then entered a room and I followed. It was a large empty room with mirrors covering one entire wall. It was a dance room. I looked into the mirror and saw a reflection of my high school self. She changed her shoes and started stretching. I plopped down on a bean bag in the back of the room and fired up a blunt. She started dancing and seemed to have forgotten about me. She was a really good dancer and her style was beautiful. She noticed me and said, "I suppose you wouldn't leave if I asked you to?" I replied, "I wouldn't be here if you didn't want me here." She smiled and said, "You are pretty full of yourself, huh?" She then went back to dancing.

      I looked around the room and noticed that there were three people sitting on the floor right behind me. They seemed to be playing poker. I heard a whisper in my ear say, "Faith." I turned and the girl was standing in front of me, "My name is Faith." Me and Faith attempted to join the poker game, but the guys were acting really immature and one of them got up and said, "I don't want to play cards with a stupid GIRL." They all got up and left the room. Faith seemed sad and her eyes started watering a bit. I hugged her, kissed her gently and said, "Don't cry over those idiots. They are just jealous." She asked what they were jealous of and I said, "Jealous of you. They totally wanted me for themselves. One of them was just dying for me to bend him over." She laughed and playfully gave me a shove. I smiled and took her hand. I told her I was going to show her something cool.

      I took flight. We flew up several sets of stairs to the top floor and then landed. I explained to her that we were in a dream and could do anything we wanted. I took off and started running along the side of the wall. The first few steps felt like I was running sideways and then my perspective instantly changed. The wall was now like the normal ground below me. I stepped up to the ceiling and felt like I was running upside down for the first few steps. Then my perspective changed as if the ceiling was just the ground. I stepped onto the other wall and then back onto the ground again. I flash stepped back over to Faith. Finn from the t.v. series, "Glee" was now with us. I told both of them that they just had to believe in themselves and they could do it to.

      A teacher walked out from a nearby classroom. She handed Finn some eye drops and said, "Here, these will help." He put the eye drops in and handed them to Faith. She put them in and handed them to me. I said, "Eh, I have pretty good clarity already. I don't want to mess it up." Finn convinced me to put some in. I used the eye drops and the clarity/vividness increase by 100x's. My vision was otherworldly. It was as if I had the eye power of a hawk. I looked all the way down the long hallway and could have spotted a fly on the wall (the hallway was at least 200 yards long). I have never had vision like this in a dream before. It seriously was 100x's better than waking life vision. It is really hard to explain how crazy this was. It didn't zoom in and out or anything like that. I could just see way better and further than normal. It was really amazing and I wish I could see like that all the time. In waking life as well.

      I grabbed the old teacher and kissed her on the mouth and said, "Thank you, thank you! This is awesome. Those aren't normal eye drops are they?" She smiled, shook her head and said, "They are Eagle Drops." Me, Finn, and Faith started running matrix style along the walls of the hallway. The other students didn't even seem to notice us. I knocked a few of them over and they just got up and acted like nothing happened, lol. I was running along the wall and accidentally stepped into an opening to the girls bathroom. My perspective flipped back to normal and I hovered in the air and exited the bathroom. The old teacher was standing nearby and she looked like she was about to scold me. I quickly said, "Nah, that doesn't count. I never touched the floor in there." She pondered for a moment and said, "I guess its ok." Finn, Faith and a few other students let out a triumphant and corny, "Yeah," in unison. As if my perfect record was on the line in a corny teen movie.

      The dream started to become unstable and I couldn't do anything to help it. It had faded to black and I thought I was waking up. I then felt someone slip the eye drops into my hand. I blindly put in the eye drops and the dream instantly cleared back up. I thanked the old teacher and looked for Finn and Faith. I heard Lady Gaga's Bad Romance playing, but didn't see anyone. I followed the sound of Lady Gaga (even though I despise the song) and it lead me to a concert area in the school. Faith and Finn were actually singing the song and putting on the concert. Faith sounded just like Lady Gaga. I leapt into the air, over the crowd, and flew up to the stage. Faith held up her hand and I flew by and gave her a high five. The crowd started cheering and I continued to fly around the area. It seemed to be a large club with a bar and lounge area. I proceeded to engage in some mischief.

      I grabbed a large plastic mug and began slamming it off the ground and then zooming to catch it. I started slamming it off people's heads and catching it as well. It finally broke, so I flew around knocking people's hats off and knocking their drinks and food over. After a bit of knocking things over, I swooped down and started stealing drinks. I would then splash the drinks in people's faces. It was a lot of fun. I finally touched down in the lounge area. I overheard a guy talking about a new line of hats coming out. One was a Carmelo Anthony, Syracuse hat. He also started talking about an Iverson Georgetown hat. I noticed he was wearing a UVA sweat shirt. As I approached, I noticed that he looked a lot like me. I felt the dream slipping away. I was going to DEILD, but I couldn't recall the start of my dream, so I allowed myself to wake up instead.

      I did many things before this fragment, I just can't seem to remember them I vividly remember jumping really high. I believe I also had wings! As i jumped up, i tried to use my wings, but they failed me and i fell to the ground (waking up before i made contact with earth) I think a villainous female was plotting to destroy me.

      The jumping part was fun
