When I became lucid I had woken up. It wasn't excitement that I was lucid that awoke me, I think it was part of my dream and I started doing this in my bed :/ The Blaze Date: 8/24/10; Lucid: Yes My mother is talking on the phone to one of her friends. It is really dark outside. I notice the gas fireplace to my right. Suddenly I look at my house, as if I was outside the house now, and it is on fire. I'm yelling at my mother because she left the gas on and the house caught fire. I was so pissed. I was cussing her out and then she started cussing at me. I felt so sad now, I had just lost my home, my life, my everything. I'm sitting on a mattress now, for some reason there are beds outside my house? And I'm filled with so much dread because I lost my home. I take my fist and start banging my head thinking "I wish I could just go back in time and prevent my house from blowing up." I felt everything I did. My dream disappeared and a brief vast whiteness flashes by and I wake up. [I'm now in my bed, not dreaming, looking at the clock on my wall.] Dream signs: When I desperately want to change something, prevent, or escape, I become lucid a bit, being able to change the setting, the characters, my actions, and other peoples actions.
★★★ Why so Angry? I Gradually became lucid somewhere. It started off I was flying around and I was trying to land. There were people below i was talking to. One guy saw me try to land a few times and not quite making it. He said flying looked dangerous. I was flying over some barren landscape. I somehow managed to land in some torn up building. Becoming even more lucid i began to touch everything to sustain the dream. After a while of this I decided to look for Asuka. I kept thinking "Asuka" in my head and trying to open a portal. I walked through the doorway of the torn up building. I found myself on a street. I came to a four way stop and saw Asuka walking towards me. I think I said "hi" and then she turned towards a tall brown house. I didn't recognize the house and asked if it was ours. She said yes. I went in the house and went downstairs Asuka was with me. I asked her if she is aware of my waking thoughts? She said no. I pondered how that's possible because so many times I've only thought of things me and her can do and then the next night i dream that very thing. Her answer kind of disturbed me. She didn't seem to be paying much attention to me. I then asked her if she dreams at all when she sleeps. She didn't answer. For some reason her non response angered me. I said "OK it was a stupid question to ask." A wave of anger hit me again and I grabbed a door and ripped it off it's hinges and then I slammed it against an outside corner. Asuka ran up to me with her eyes wide. I was surprised by my own reaction and immediately began to apologies when I woke up. FA, And i have a long and hard thinking session about the dream. Why wasn't Asuka answering me? Why was she ignoring me? how come she didn't seem to care that I was lucid? I concluded that it's a possibility that it may not have been her. Lucid again I remember becoming lucid in front of some weird foggy guy but that's all I remember. Starcraft I remember being on facebook asking a kid if he wanted to play starcraft. Suddenly he was much older and said that he lived in calgary. Hands I remember a non lucid where I was following asuka. She had blond hair. I remember walking up beside her and grabbing hands. We held hands while we continued walking wherever, Who? I remember being at a table watching Haley and her one friend.
My first (seemingly) lucid dream, using the WILD technique. This is my first ever attempt at lucid dreaming and i decided to jump into the deep end and try wild. I had been in bed for about an hour and a half, trying to keep stay remain awake, while my body went to sleep. It seemed to happen, my eyes were twitching very fast then suddenly it felt as i fell through the mattress and started spinning. What happened next is a bit of a mystery to me, it seems that i had a false awakening, because immediately after i woke up in bed, but failed to remember to do reality checks, i then fell asleep again. Upon falling asleep i dreamt i was in a white room, with a door infront of me and images of sponge bob circled the door. Upon opening it i woke up again, this time i did reality checks and i was indeed awake.
Date: Aug.22/23 Sunday Time: around 8:40 am Description: To start off I want to explain something. I had this as my very 1st lucid dream to date that I can remember. I had another more lucid one right after this with more details and events and more control, but I will post that at a future time. Most of this is straight out of my dream journal by my bed. I also apologize if it doesn't seem like there weren't many details, the dream really only lasted about 1 minute. Dream: The dream starts off with me looking at a stack of ps3 games and on top of them are ps2 games, I can't remember any of the titles but I think the very top ps2 game was NHL 2003. As I look at the stack I rotate them to see their spines. The games are sitting on my wooden brown desk at the center. I am sitting on my knees on the ground, and I notice my nephew on my computer struggling to play the ps2 games (pcsx2 for anyone that knows the program). So I tell him to move over so I can go to set it up. He gives me this look of frustration as he looks at the clock in my room, which I think (he never tells me, but I assume) that he has to go soon, that him and his dad are leaving. I tell him "Chill dude, it takes an hour to setup anyways." As I look at the screen and see some text, the text onscreen seem to shift and shake (that could of been my eyes, kind of like the shaky vision you get from drinking to much alcohol) and strange runic symbols appear. At that precise moment I yell out "HOLY CRAP, I AM DREAMING!" My stomach goes to butterflies and I get really excited. I fall backwards, and the scene starts to zoom out, I get the feeling you get when going down hills on a roller coaster, and now I am in a black void so to speak, I instantly remember the spinning technique that Laberge created. To re stabilize the dream, it works for a moment as I zoom back into the dream, I notice someone was sitting to my right, the lights were off and the glow of the computer screen was the only light source, I don't know who this third person was, my suspect is my nephews younger brother. I don't know. Now I zoom back out as soon as I touch down in the scene again but I kinda of lose consciousness so to speak. Now I imagine myself spinning, now a new seen appears where I am high above a city with lots of buildings, they all have a purple glow about them, I can tell it is night time, cause I see the windows have lights coming from out them. I am above the city, but again lose consciousness again (I mean everything turns pitch black) and I shoot out of my real bed, it takes me a moment to collect myself as this was the most intense thing of my life. Other details: One extra detail I need to say, is once I went lucid, the feeling of being there was so real, except for it feeling like my body was kind of heavy or light, gravity on me seemed way different. So there it is, I hope you guys have comments, I am interested in what you have to say about the experience, and it was an experience cause I really was there, it wasn't a memory of a dream, I was there!
I thought I would just upload some of my dreams I have recorded in my DJ. Also a few past dreams I had when I was younger. Mythic Date: Unknown; Lucid: Yes This dream is one from the past. I was this strange creature, blue, with colorful designs, bipod like. I was in this strange world, blue skys - littered with clouds, beige rocky canyon with very shallow water running in it, like a tributary but the water was a bout 2 inches deep. Very warm. Waterfalls pouring into a shallow pond/lake. I remember seeing a female version of my species, whom I felt VERY attracted too. Like your first love or true love, this was the affection I had for her. I remember a ship dusting off and departing from the the world, and me and my counterpart had waved a goodbye as it left. I assume it dropped us off on this to colonize/repopulate? seeing as how we were the only species of our type on it. I remember seeing kids, for some reason I think they were mine so im assuming I have good relationship skills. This was one of my favorite dreams, the feeling of deep affection for someone is like none other. Slenderman Date: 8/17/10; Lucid: No I'm not sure if any of you are familiar with the Slenderman but this is my dream about it. I was in this Halloween looking town, dark with reds and oranges and blacks. I see decorations of witches and pumpkins. I'm in a group of 3 people. Me, an attractive woman with red dyed hair, and the Slenderman. Suddenly my dream switches settings. I'm now in an underground bunker, that seems run down but not derelict. It is populated with humans and it seems to be a commuter town. Water is draining from plumbing pipes that are sticking out of the cracking/breaking walls. I now switch over to the attractive woman. I remember sitting in bed with a drape over the side, it is very bright and I remember talking to the Slenderman. Now I switch roles again and I am the Slenderman. I seem to be thinking of evil intentions but not acting on them. Technicality Date: 8/22/10; Lucid: No Im using my laptop. The setting is my room. On my laptop I'm using BitTorrent for some reason. I appear to be downloading some program that doesn't exist. I'm now in my old town that I moved from. I remember my neighborhood and how nostalgic it is. Nothing more after this. Pokemon and Civil Wars Date: 8/23/10; Lucid: No This is a strange one. I'm not sure why I even dreamed about this. I see Team Rocket from Pokemon. I mean, the original Team Rocket, Jesse and James. It appears to be a live action reenactment of the show, but the actors look just like the anime characters. They were having a talk at a dinner table and discussing over something. Then the live action actors turned into the anime characters as the dream went on. Now I'm waking up, preparing for classes for college. I'm taking a shower but now my friends are in my house, talking and planning to do something. I change my clothes and walk downstairs to my deck. I look outside and see the Civil War happening in my backyard. I see a Confederate man and a Union man fighting. At this point, they both lose ammo, pull swords out and slice at each other. The Confederate wounds the Union soldier and then he executes him with a primitive pistol. Suddenly, the British from the American Revolution start charging at the Confederate and they kill him. I dont see blood or anything in this. Nightmares and Death Date: Unknown; Lucid: Yes I had a nightmare of being chased by rabid dogs. Huge dogs. I remember being bitten and not feeling the pain, but I felt shock and panic. I finally thought to myself "ENOUGH!" and the dream stopped in its tracks. I then proceeded to dream about more relaxing dreams. I've never had a nightmare since. I remember being on the Empire State building. I'm looking over the city, although its just a few skyscrapers and nothing more. Next thing I know, I'm falling, though I do not feel the experience of falling. I hit the ground, but instead of waking up, I wind up in a white room. Nothing but white. I cannot detail the size of the room but for some reason it seems big, unfathomable.

22.08.10 There's something about vampires. There's definitely something about vampires. But was the vampire thing before or after the cafeteria? I don't know. Let's pretend it was before. I'm some evil guy, fighting another guy. There has been vampires involved, but I have been trying to turn into a vampire, and I know the final steps to become one. Apperantly, I just need to drink a lot of blood now, so I try to scratch this other guy as much as I can, and I'm sort of chasing him around a black and red evil-looking pillar. A pillar which apperantly also helps me become a vampire. I don't know what happened to the other humans or vampires, whether the vampires were killed or if it was the humans, and in that case I don't know who killed them, or if they all died... But one thing is certain, this big, dark, evil-looking room only has me and the survivor human in it. Maybe we used to be friends? I think we got out of there, there was something about a pool, and a big white house, a bit like that christmas level in Hitman Bloodmoney, except with more summer and blue pool. You know, high up in the mountains, (Not sure about that) white, square, modern arcitechture (Has to be white, right?), and guards walking around with uzi's and black suits. Obviously, a shootout came out of this. I think I was hiding behind a small white wall right next to the pool, maybe I even emerged from the pool? Anyways, there were guards everywhere, around the pool and coming down a long staircase from an upper level of the house. Again, I'm not sure if this was before or after... I'm in a canteen, or a cafeteria. I think I might be on a school, but I don't think I go to this school. Maybe I'm new and I just don't recognize people. I think there are 2 or 3 people that I know who are, so I just follow them, but I don't really know them, so the situation is quite awkward; We're standing in a huge queue, waiting to get some food at the counter. I feel slightly claustrophobic. I get my food and sit down at a table, I realize that there's a bunch of stuff missing on my plate. Apperantly I dropped a lot of it on the floor, under the table. Luckily, it was in some sort of packaging, so I just reached down and picked it up again. I don't remember eating anything, because I think I decided to get out of there. I went to the end of the room, not the way we came from, a lonely, gray door at the end of the room. I enter it, and I'm in a long, white-gray, boring looking hallway with lots of identical, boring, gray doors. I enter one of them, and now I'm in an equally boring, tiny room with absolutely nothing in it. This didn't amuse me, so I made a door in the wall in front of me out of thin air. I entered it - another small, boring room with nothing in it. But this room already has 2 doors in front of me. I take the left one. Now I'm in a similar room, but this one has been lived in, so it looks a lot more alive - But it still gave off that nerd-who-never-cleans-up-and-never-goes-out feel to it. An overall gray feeling still remained. There was a man lying on a couch, watching TV, I think he was holding a can of soda or beer. He looks like he's somewhere between 25 and 35 years old, he's got short, brown hair. (In dream, I don't recognize him, my Dream Intuition tells me he's a gymnasium teacher at the school I was just at, and in retrospect, I think he reminded me a little of Remus Lupin, perhaps more than just in looks.) I notice there are a bunch of drawings on the wall right next to the TV and the couch (it's a very small room), I start talking to him. I tell him that drawing like that, random doodles on his wall seemed like a thing I would do. We had a nice conversation, but I forgot pretty much all of it. Somehow, our conversation turns to lucid dreaming, and I suddenly realize that this could be a dream. With a smirk and a feeling of mild interest, I pinch my nose and close my mouth. The teacher is looking at me, looking interested and expectant. I try to breathe, and sure enough, it's easy to. I'm amazed, confused and a little sceptical. I continue to converse with the teacher, but it's kind of a one-way communication, as I'm probably more thinking to myself. I think for a moment about what I should do. Should I head outside and fly? But then I realize that I don't know where the exits in the canteen is, I think it's a little too bothersome so I decide to stay, (Laziness at it's peak.) besides, I'm not entirely convinced that it's a dream yet. I do the nose pinch RC a few times, but now it's a little less clear; I can breathe alright, but the breathing is slightly restricted when I do it. I decide I need to perform another test, even though I'm still in the mindset that this actually is a dream. There's two doors in the room, one right beside TV which leads back, and another door on the wall opposite to the wall with the drawings. I open this door: A huge croud of people is standing in a circle, this door led back to the canteen. I look around on people's faces. I see three people talking, and I turn and see 4 people all in a big conversation, doing their own thing, completely unrelated to anything I could have made up. I notice that their clothings is so different, so colorful and various. The entire crowd is so extremely vivid that I simply decide that the dream is too vivid to be a dream, there was no way that I could have created all those people so vividly and alive.
I'm pretty sure I just had my first lucid dream. It seemed kind of long at the time but I may only remember some bits and pieces now, gonna try to get down as much as I can. And it's weird, it feels so foggy now. Was a very intriguing experience. There was another dream before it but I want to get down as much of the lucid as I can so I'm writing it first. I'm trying to recall what it was that triggered the reality check. I think it was that I was laying in bed or on the phone with my wife and she said something absurd (I think it had something to do with her saying she was on her way home from class at university, and I quickly realized she doesn't go to school in reality) that caused me to quickly consider that this isn't real and pull a nose-pinch reality check. I was able to breathe like my nose was just a little stuffy despite the nose-pinch. There was an obligatory, "Holy shit, I'm lucid!" moment. To keep the dream from fading from excitement and to calm down, I closed my eyes and (for whatever reason) pictured a topographical map key. Feeling it was stable, I opened my eyes, did another reality check (marveling of course at how weird it was to be breathing through a pinched nose, and then started wandering my environment. I seemed to be in what looked and felt like my old house on Broadway. I was a little unprepared for my first lucid; I hadn't thought of anything cool to do. The first thing I did was go into the bathroom. I figured since I was lucid I might as well start playing around with how well I could control it. I went to the door of the bathroom and decided I'd summon something on the floor outside and close the door to see if it appeared; I arbitrarily chose cake, and then I sort of glanced up and back down and it was there on the floor, slightly stale and with a big slice missing--I didn't even have to close the door. Happy, I went to the big picture window out front and continued experimenting by swapping between night and day by closing my eyes for a second then looking at the sky. I noted some unusual mixed success, namely whenever I wanted it to be day or night it would literally only be just starting day or night (ie at dawn or dusk). It's a little foggy if there was something occurring between now and what happened next, but the next thing I remember was that I was quickly running out of ideas for things to do, so I thought, "Well, I've always wanted to experience sex as a woman, let's give that a try." So I went back to the bathroom (it's notable that the previous time it was the bathroom from the old Broadway house, but it was now the bathroom from my previous apartment on Oak Street), stripped down, then looked in the mirror. Quick comment after the fact, the mirror worked just fine for its purpose in the dream, but before transforming I started in my normal dream avatar--which is myself as I recognize but much thinner. I was able to transform myself by pointing to the parts of my body that I wanted to transform and focusing on them. I started with breasts, then moved on to my penis. I recall being amused/annoyed that as I was shrinking my penis my foreskin wasn't shrinking with it so I had to do that separate. I started to get a little impatient so I just waved my hand around in front of my crotch and looked up at the ceiling to try to speed things up. Eventually everything looked pretty good, wasn't perfect, and I noticed that at some point I had lost all my body hair without intentionally trying to, but it was good enough for a first attempt. I was trying to decide what I wanted to do first with my new body when I noticed I sorta needed to pee so I decided to get that out of the way first, so I did. Just that was an unusual new physical sensation. There was some toilet paper sitting in the bathtub next to the toilet, so I grabbed some to clean things up a bit (since I was planning to shortly be playing around down there soon anyways); as I was cleaning up the phone rang and I answered it. The voice on the other end was some woman trying to tell me about how there were cloths in the tub that I could use for whatever but to leave them there so she could wash them later (I noticed here that it was hard to focus on what was happening now while I was on the phone trying to listen). I looked back into the tub and the toilet paper had been replaced by dark blue cloth. I shortly regretted flushing a few of them down the toilet. I checked the mirror one last time to see if things were still good and then went back out to the living room. I'm think there may have been somewhere here where I experimented with my new body, but if so unfortunately I don't remember it. Eventually there appeared in my house (as though she was familiar with the place) a thin, light-skinned black girl. Delighted to find another person to help me experiment with my new body, I asked her if she wanted to have sex with me. She seemed apprehensive; focusing on her I first removed her clothes then, noting of course that she too was female and thus would make proper copulation difficult, made her instantly grow a penis. She wasn't very amused by this, however, and she angrily stormed off to the basement. Shrugging, and once again bored, I decided to turn my attention on mentally recreating graphic-update remakes of old school video games I love in my mind for entertainment. I started with what I assume was Final Fantasy 6, though thinking on it after the fact the action doesn't match up properly with the game (though I specifically recall Terra's appearance). At some point this was interrupted with my wife calling, when she called what had been the video game scene taking up my entire stream of consciousness suddenly appeared as though I'd taken it out of full-screen mode on my monitor on my computer at my current apartment. I even had my headphones on, so I had to remove one of side of them to expose an ear for the phone like I usually do. I was annoyed at the distraction but answered the phone anyways. I don't remember the contents of the actual phone message, but I note again after the fact that it started to break my lucid concentration. The last part I remember now was going down to the basement where I found the black girl (who had now been transformed into some sort of small Pokémon-like creature) cuddling on a table with another small Pokémon-like creature. Saying, "Oh, so you'll have sex with him but not me!" and did my own storming-off-angrily upstairs and back to the living room, where I waved my hand and did some sort of mental slash across the table they were lying on and killing them both. My memory of this dream ends here, though when I woke I seemed to think that there was more non-lucid dream that came after this. I awoke just prior to starting this journal entry and did a quick reality check that passed, officially ending my first lucid dream. Note to self: be wary about answering phones once you're lucid; it seems to help break lucid focus. In fact, I'm going to try to make an effort to start reality checks whenever answering and/or ending phone calls. I'm going to try to remember that the next thing on my agenda for practice when a dream goes lucid is controlling the environment; this time I kind of let the environment do what it wanted around me. There was a dream sequence either prior to or leading up to where it went lucid. There was a long prelude to most of what I remember, but the bulk of what I remember was that there was this stretch of interstate that I would drive down as though I was in a GTA-ish sandbox type game and try to score points on this segment of highway. The segment of highway was kind of a long straight section with a curve off to the right. I'm thinking I may have lost more memory of this dream out of excitement for the lucid one, so maybe more will come back to me later.
Amazing OBE -- I'm sleeping in the basement of my grandparents house when I actually go to sleep. I had already slept for about 7 hours, just going back for a nap. After falling asleep I wake up very groggily and climb over the foosball table, slowly. I had risen from the same position that I fell asleep. I'm not sure of the details, but I went to the bathroom and at some point it dawned upon me.. I thought in my mind " I can't believe that I didn't lucid dream... Unless I'm dreaming right now!" I then did a reality check, I held my nose and tried to breath through it, and I could breath clearly even with my nose pinched shut. I found that every time I did this, the dreamworld became more clear and more real. I walked upstairs to find a totally different architecture in the house. It was unbelievable.... It was so vivid and real that I was forced to reality check every minute so that I wouldn't forget it was a dream. I decided I wanted to do something extreme, so after checking again and again to make sure it was a dream, I ran out the front window and flew out over the river. I became so excited and my heart was racing so fast because it was so lifelike... My eyes opened and there I was, back in the basement, awake in real life.*
Got up this morning at 6, listening to shitty late 80's pop with the usual cheesy intro riff and a high bpm loop of the same 10 second vocals. As it turns out, the entrance to a city marathon is right outside of the apartment I was in. Their idea of "workout music." After about two hours of being angry about it the race starts and the music stops and I go try to go back to bed, race announcer infrequently interjecting an otherwise smooth contemplation of descent. Before I hit delta wave, I was thinking how I'd escape if the apartment suddenly toppled. No intention of really sleeping or dreaming. I felt the vibrations anyway, to my glee. I haven't recognized dream entry in a long time. After about a minute, the scene materialized as a false awakening, I was alone in a double-bed setup. I reality check, just to make sure, and then begin exploring the dream apartment. Pretty much the same, a bit cleaner, brighter carpets and more floorspace. I make my way to the balcony to jump. I start hovering, and look up at the sky. Completely overcast and bright, just as in waking life. I float away from the balcony. . . My boyfriend wakes me, I feel exiting vibrations as he pounces on me, tugs an arm, wrenching me from the dream. I shake it off, audibly and grumpily tell him to back off. The louse cuddles right on top of me, and I settle back in. It's... Still a dream? I didn't reopen my eyes for the scene to appear. There's someone on top of me, but it's not my boyfriend. This guy's taller, older by a few years, brown-haired, skinny, with rectangular facial definition. I stare at him a moment and fear flashes through his eyes as we both realize: we have to fight, as he's an impostor! He dashes out the bedroom and exits the apartment, slamming a door which I can't unlock. I can hear the elevator. Unperturbed, I jump off the balcony in a dive, the sky is murderous grey here, and the buildings are greater in quantity and more densely packed. I see For Sale signs on some apartment buildings, including the one I was in, as I descend. I land softly, on my feet. He's just now exiting through the front. I need a weapon, something with range. I reach behind me and whip out a bow and three arrows, firing them in quick succession, missing twice and hitting the third against a shield which he conjured. The bow morphs into a boomerang, which I throw. He jumps supernaturally over it. I fly up to avoid having to catch the weapon's hefty return. As it turns out, he can fly, too. There's no fear here. Neither of us are afraid. I'm in it for the hunt, the adventure. He knows he's a minute dream character and will cease to exist after I wake, save in this dream journal. But he chooses to run. He meanders under bridges and through smaller and smaller alleys, places with ceilings I can't fly through. I follow on foot, and spawn throwing stars. We're in a clearing with cement brick tiles and an outdoor cafe surrounding an open center. I can't throw the stars there. Instead, I fling them into the air, knowing by self-fulfilling lucid dream prophesy the exact points at which they'll land. Time for a new weapon. How 'bout a longsword? I know shit about swordfighting, by the way, he no longer had a shield but another two-handed sword, smaller, lighter. I'm nearly out-maneuvered when the ninja stars land, tearing a rip in the cloth of his shoulder, distracting him such that his sword disintegrates under one whack with my new hammer. He flees. Typical. I follow, it's now a footrace with that announcer guy from the real world. People are watching us, which seems to amuse him for a bit, but ultimately he leads me out of the city. We turn one more corner, and suddenly he's gone. I take the time to materialize a weapon I do know how to use: a pistol. Amazingly it morphs right between my palms as I made my hands into a fake gun. I take off the safety, peer around the corner, business end of the weapon never leaving the direction of sight. The man comes into view again, and runs into a white domeish building at the end of a heavily-treed (mature trees everywhere, creating shade from the now blasting golden sun) parking lot. I follow in, of course. I slow my pace to a walk. I know what room he's in. The building is completely empty, like a house but with a big, auditorium room at the end. Bright maple flooring, polishes and clean, with sunbeams draping generously on the floor, through tall windows, coming from both east and west sides of the building. I've still got my pistol at hand. He's cornered in that last room. I cross the doorway and he appears out from behind a spiral staircase. He looks at my pistol, at his own, and nods. We meet each other in the middle of the floor, turn around, and start stepping. Annoyingly, with each step I drew toward the duel, I shifted back into the waking world...
I think there was more to this dream than I remember, as in a long beginning before this. I woke up in the desert. There were trees growing in the sand everywhere. Wtf? Lucid. I looked at my hands which showed the normal amount of fingers, but I didn't need any verification. I knew what I knew. I yelled to hear my voice...It sounded strange and warped in the dream. Now, I had a task to complete which I accidentally let slip through my fingers in the last lucid. I walked up a desert hill and unto a beach. Waves crashed at the sand and I knew this is where I needed to be. I ran up to a wet, wooden dock and ran out on it until I knew I had enough distance in the water. I jumped in and felt the warm water soak my feet. It was surprisingly vivid. I decided to increase the clarity before I went further. I tried to avoid thinking about having another body in the physical plane that was laying in a bed. I dunked my head underwater but before I could fill my lungs with the poisonous water I rose out of the water like a rocket and into the sky. I kept going up and up and into the heavens, into the clouds and into the universe.
★★ screwed up time dilation again I became lucid randomly in my house. It was pretty vivid. Decided to try time dilation. I put my hand on a table and stared at it. I began counting my fingers instead of staying focused. I counted 5 fingers, then 6, and finally 8. It was destabilizing, then i remembered the imagine the seconds as units of time stretching out. Tried that but i completely lost the dream.
★★★ Walking the Warrior's way. The first of this dream is foggy. I think Don Juan was talking to me about using the right way of walking while in dreaming. something about using my feeling to accomplish this. Walking in this manner during dreams is a sure way to improve lucidity, he said. Physical memory starts when I'm walking along some road that dives downward. on the other side of the street there is an indent in the rock that you can walk up. I walk up and down it in a cirlce. A woman is behind me. and for some reason I am explaining the Nagual to her. after a time the walk becomes more difficult to perform. My feet get heavier and I hear a clunking sound everytime I hit the rock with my feet. WILDING in a dream I had a fa right into sleep paralysis. I knew i was about to enter a dream. I never attempted tojolt myself from the parlysis just focused on entering the next dream. I started hearing a voice say "The next time you are dreaming you will realise that you are dreaming. Are you dreaming? is this a dream?" I tried to focus on the words but it got drowned out by music. I was in the middle of a nonlucid. I was in some theater and a big screen was displaying an Iron Maiden concert. after a while someone shut off the screen in theiddle of a song and decided to play a movie instead. Everyone got mad and started rioting. I left the seating area and decided that If I coln't watch the concert, I would rob this place of their food. I went behind a concession counter and started ripping open bags of chips and cookies. I began eating like crazy before the dream ended. Is this a dream? I'm in the backseat of a car driving towards my house in olds. Ilook tomy right and see asuka is in the backseat with me. I breifly think "Is this a dream?" The dream feels to real so I forget the question.I may have performed an RC but I don't remember wether it worked or not. Hug I'm in some area outside on a strange planet. B'Elanna from star trek voyager is standing on a huge rock over a cliff or precipice. People are giving her hugs and wishing her well on her jump into infinity. I recall giving her two hugs. cacophony I'm in some crowded mall area. I walk around. I walk past a woman I think is Cacophony, but she looks different. She sort of looks at me as I walk past. A moment later she approaches me and we have small talk "hi how are you?, how are things? Everything's fine thanks" etc. There is a noticeable tension between us and she seem nervous. later on she walks by again and we have pretty much the same conversation. I feel like she wants to tell me something but is too embarrassed to bring it up. Back at the mall i'm back at the same place and run into another familiar woman. I become lucid and flya bit around her bu I forget what happens afterward. When I woke up I realized she was Asuka. Lucid outside I was someplace at nightime in a backyard. There was a stone walk way with a stone arch over some steps leading to other pavement. I was lucid right away. I called to Asuka and decided to wait. I didn't want to sit still in fear of losing the dream. I strated touching the ground trying to incorporate my sense of touch in the dream. When i looked at my hand on the ground I started counting instinctively. I stopped since usually doing that destabalises the dream. I wanted to indorporate taste next but I forget what happened after. Another concert I was outside at a familiar dream stage. I saw a band doing a sound check. I was staring at the guitar that belonged to one of the band members. There were extra frets on the guitar, which went well into where the pickups usually are. I then noticed that the pickups were placed to be part of the frets. It looked kind of cool. After the sound check I went to the guitarist and talked to him about his unusual guitar. He was young around my age and we quickly became friends. Pablo I was reading my Dream journal and saw that pablo commented on an entry. He said he saw me in a dream as an albino serpent, or a white snake. I googled his phrase and found a cartoon about white snakes. It was poorly done, but it portrayed the snakes living underground and possibly in the ocean.
★★★ WTF Truck I'm in a truck like my dad's in the passenger seat It's driving by itself. I see it heading towards a rock face where a bunch of bombs are exploding? I kick my left leg and hit the break. I get into the driver's seat and suddenly my dad's there. He starts ranting about how I shouldn't be driving and I almost totaled the car. I said I saved the truck from totaling itself and that he should thank me, besides isn't he happy I am learning to drive for once. He said it doesn't't matter and that I'm a worthless piece of shit. He then indicates that he wants me on the street because he can't stand dealing with me at home. H wtf H and Asuka are merged. She's holding a tray with jello cups? they are red. And there is discussion about how this is going to make her famous. Restaurant I'm at a restaurant with Asuka. She orders me a large serving of Escargot? anyway it's extra cheesy so I start stuffing myself. Lucid While walking down a hallway I become lucid. I turn an head downstairs and See an area reminiscent of one of the places i lived in in Didsbury. I see Jen (my brothers gf" Sitting on the floor. I ask her if she has seen Asuka? (sometimes characters know if asuka has been around). She laughed and asked who that was. She asked if she was my dream girlfriend or something. I said yes, and that this is a dream. I also hear some music playing. I try to bring the focus on the music more but it fades. I search two downstairs rooms. In the first one. Some men have a ladder and are fixing something electrical on the ceiling, but it's not the light. I ask what they are doing? They say something technical but it makes no sense. I leave and check the other room but it's empty. I briefly look in the other room as I pass. Now there are no men or ladder. Jen is no longer in the living room area as well. I call out to Asuka As I walk up the steps. I say aloud that I am lucid and if there's anything she wants to tell me, now is the time to say it. I walk upstairs thinking the dream feels almost as real as waking life. As if on cue, I wake up for real... DAMN Old Dreams? I'm walking down a street in chilliwack. I have memories of going into a building in an older dream and going into a flea market of some kind. anyway As I walk down the street I can hear myself playing a vivaldi violin concerto on guitar. I don't like the sound of it. But when it ends and older lady DC walks up to me and says "That was brilliant!"
★★★ Pre cog dream I'm at an airport in japan with the waking life version of Asuka. We are walking down some steps and she hands me a white pen to fill in my baggage tags with She's also wearing a white toque. It feels as real as waking life. When i wake up i slightly jump from shock Lucid I'm walking down some street in chilliwack towards a house. I forget what happens when I get there, but at some point I'm outside one of the windows trying to find a way down. There's a ladder leading down but it's hard to reach. I am also holding onto a part of the shingle. I go back in through the window. I become lucid. I look around a bit trying to orient myself. I think I tried a time dilation technique but it was one i never even heard of before... anyway it didn't work. I walked down a hallway and called for Asuka. My voice came out really loud and annoyed as if I was mad or something. Right away I said. "Shit, I didn't mean to yell. Asuka Asuka" at normal tone. I found myself in a bathroom, I left, closed the door and imagined that through the door I would find wherever she was. i opened it and there was a different bathroom but no one was in there. I ran across a mirror and decided to look at myself. I was too blurry and right away the dream faded. weird School Vague dream about walking in some sort of school. Some annoying girl kept going on the PA every time I walked past the office and said to the whole school that I was a creep. anyway I just kept walking and came across a cafeteria. suddenly that girl was there again. I walked past her and said for her not to follow me. I wasn't doing anything wrong. I spotted a friend from school years ago and went to talk to him I forget what happened after.
8/11/10 1- Treat I am in a grocery store, reading some World of Warcraft manga, when I jump and realize gravity seems a bit off. I RC and become lucid. Wanting to do something fun, I find a bunch of candy and start eating it... It tastes REALLY good. 2- Terrible Nightmare FA. I RC but it fails. When I go to the bathroom to start getting ready for school, I notice that my teeth are all crooked. "What the heck!? But they were fine last night!" I RC again, but it still fails. I show my mom and she says she'll have to take me to the orthodontist to get braces again. Practically in tears, I am RCing like crazy. "No, I refuse to let this be real..." I turn the lights out in the bathroom and make faces at my reflection, trying to make it come out of the mirror and attack me. ('Cause I'd rather be attacked by my evil reflection than to have crooked teeth.) It behaves like a normal reflection. I fall backwards and try to sink into the wall. It is as solid as ever. "THIS IS NOT REAL!" I tell myself firmly, and do another nose pinch RC. I cannot begin to describe my relief when it actually passes. Never have I been so happy to find myself in a dream... 3- Following the Plot Another FA but I never lose lucidity due to the narration: "The deeper he goes into FAs, the more stable the dream becomes." ("He" because I've suddenly become a guy. I wonder what's with all these gender switching dreams, lately.) I get out of bed and look at the clock out of curiosity. 8:45. I sure hope that's not the real time, or else I'm late for school. I'm about to try to wake myself up again, when I remember my new rule. It's just a stupid dream notion, I probably don't even have school today. When I go outside, I immediately see my dog Fred approaching me. He suddenly morphs into his human form and pulls out a gun, firing three shots into the air before returning to his dog form, then beckons me to follow. I'm busy thinking of how I'm going to write this once I wake up. He leads me to a graveyard way off in the woods and signals for me to stay hidden. I observe several people walking out of a church and become wrapped up in their conversation. (All of which has been lost, unfortunately.) They are trying to decide the fate of a certain man who has betrayed their religious order. Eventually they spin a wheel, which tells them to send the man to "Lady Fortuna." This seems to disappoint many of them.
