Fragment of Dreams
Created Saturday 28 July 2018 Salt and insomnia don't mix. Anyway, I got a DILD to note, along with some scraps. Scrap Group 1 At home. Eustice's (a friend of mine's) mom is vising. She seemed her usual goofy self at first. Later, she mentioned that Eustice died. She didn't seem to get too worked up about it. I mention the whole thing to my brother, Fletcher. Wandering around town. I visit a mall, which I was "sure" had an awesome, fancy buffet. Dream 1 - School Trance-Ision Dream transition while meditating, though I initially thought this was just a dreamlet. I was seated in the bleachers of a high school gym, supposedly as a student in a summer school program. The last last day of such, actually. I continued concentrating, counting down my breaths. Later, one of the teachers, some botox-suffused woman with long, black hair, complained about something a group of students did. Not sure what it was, but it seemed to have spoiled an event she had planned for the day. She had no idea who did as much, though the woman gave flagrant and often misattributed insinuations of those responsible. One of the students, her assistant, whom appeared as a younger, slightly less artificial version of the woman, joined her in this tirade. End of the day. As I left the gym, I finally took notice the dream. I levitated through the doorway while seated cross-legged, taking my time with my meditation. Shortly afterwards, that above-mentioned girl rudely bumped passed me. She started harassing several of the other students, blaming them for "ruining her day". Quite annoying, then quickly became aggravating when she went after me. In response, I telekinetically swiped her to the wall. The girl got up, then ran and pleaded for her life. Such a grating voice. I commanded her to go to sleep. Colorful, ghostly ribbons fired from my hand and towards the nuisance. Upon contact, the girl was knocked unconscious. Soon, I was approached by another teacher, a tall, tanned skinned old guy. At first, it seemed as if he disapproved of my actions. He then casually tossed various forms my way, all of which I caught in my underarms. At a glance, these were merely "participitation" certificates. Well, I suppose it was a decent gesture. I instantly awakened afterwards, still in meditation.

A few non-lucid dream sequences/fragments. My dreams felt very long and the places I was in felt vast. Sequence 1: One of the last sequences; I remember being driven by my partner to a small white building. It was the lobby for some sort of research complex. I went in and it was decorated with white and black inside, and there was a receptionist, a slim black-haired woman with her hair tied in a knot and she was wearing a black suit with skirt and a pair of glasses. She was speaking to someone else, both of them were standing up, though her desk was at a normal sitting height. She was explaining something to this other guy. She noticed me as I approached and I said I wanted a job there or something, she asked me what relevant skills I had; I answered truthfully (in waking life context), that I had not had many formal jobs. I also said something else random like I was good at blasting things or something. She then said "let's see what you got then". And then I simply remember being in another area that looked like an old or ruined town, and what looked like trenches or canals. She was there and in a different outfit, with a sword; I had a sword and a shield and I could see myself in third-person now (so it had become like a game), wearing a similar roman-era battle outfit. She got a few blows in first but I bashed her with the shield and she fell on the floor and I struck her with the sword in long swipes; sword swipes left a glowing trail behind them. There's something missing in my memory of the sequence here; next I am at what feels like an underground facility, the research complex. I am in a cylindrical room, on its upper half, which was separated from the bottom by thick glass and metal beams that made an aesthetically pleasing pattern. There were researchers here on upper half and on the bottom half I saw a test subject (which in my dream-mind I knew was a volunteer, like I was for the project) walk in through a doorway, to the centre of the room, where there was a raised platform. A researcher was in front of the subject on a control panel and adjust some things and the subject transformed into a 50ft/15metre creature; as a creature, it was pink and white-ish and with flowing appendages, not quite like tentacles. It also looked semi-translucent in parts. I have a dream-memory of seeing several transformations, each with very different resulting creatures, but all large. At some point before this entire sequence I remember seeing a similar giant creature like the one that, before I "knew" about the research complex, and it had been in some sort of combat situation. It may have been in the previous sequence. I remember watching more of these transformations and wondering if they would do me at some point. My memory of this dream sequence ends here. Edit: Made this 3D image of how I generally remember the transformations room. I didn't add a lot of detail simply because I don't remember it anymore. The grain is just because it's a quick render (6minutes). Fragment 2: This came before Sequence 1, and was just as long, though I only remember fractioned details. I remember being in a different ruined city area, which I got to by going down some steps under a mountain or something. I remember seeing some sort of interface for my health points and equipment, and my health was very low. I had no top on either, and for some reason in the dream context that made me extremely vulnerable. There were rats and other pests around, and I remember I got to a place where there was some sort of faction's base, where they were defending from another faction. One of the guys there wanted me to train first, and he had me lie down on a table of some kind where they either injected me with something or attached something; either way, something like an exoskeleton formed and my fear of being vulnerable went away. They explained something about the process, how a sodium injection was required but wasn't the only key to this. I remember there was a training room in the downstairs of the base. Fragment 3: In the same region as before, I remember being on a stereotypical Asian looking rooftop, and looking around and seeing the mountain where I came from, with the steps under an overhang. It was day, but the sun wasn't very high and there was cloud cover, though it didn't quite cover the sun. There were a lot of shadows. Looking around more there were other mountains to the left and then further left were plains and forests, back up to the point of seeing the steps mountain again. On the rooftop was someone else. A boy or a girl or a young-ish person anyway. They told me something about the winds that were coming and that we had to do something. I could see large, fast, clouds coming very low from the mountains. I don't remember much else other than seeing this character before in an alleyway. Some notes: The sparring match with the receptionist went on for quite a while and I remember that even though my sword would cut her to chunks, she would "respawn" and we'd fight again. The combat reminds me now of Warframe and Shadow Warrior (both of which have strong Asian themes). The first time I saw the giant creatures outside of the research complex I was not aware that they were human test subjects, so when I saw the transformation process I felt bad for having participated in a combat with one, especially given that I felt I'd rather be on the creature's side anyway.Watching the creature transformation process I remember feeling a bit envious. In the context of waking life, I know that transformations of even the smallest degree are impossible, but a part of my subconscious still desires them, which attracts me to creative content that represents those themes. The transformation theme in general is a clear dream-sign, but one that I must remember to set an intention to make notice of, due to its prominence in games, and therefore the fact that it's so well embedded into a part of my reactions and behaviours towards it.It is a little rare that transformation themes are so present in at least a couple of dream sequences. They were clear dream-signs and I should have done a RC.The researchers at the complex wore no special clothes or outfits, they were dressed casually or with suits, so a potential dream-sign did not manifest there. The "exoskeleton" wasn't so much an exoskeleton as it was making me "buff", I seem to remember.Being at the rooftop especially should have made me RC due to a fear of heights, especially taking note that being a stereotypical rooftop, it was sloped.

Created Friday 27 July 2018 Got a DILD to note, along with several other dreams. There was more to the non-lucid ones, though I neglected to write notes of such so as not to disrupt my sleep. I also assumed I had multiple LDs while experience the one below, but I realized that wasn't the case upon waking up. Scrap Group 1 Watching Teen Titans Go. Starfire and Raven get an ominous message from a mirror, a warning about a future enemy. Cut. I get dragged into an episode of Steven Universe. There was an ongoing Homeworld invasion. Thought this was merely a capture raid, until the ships started zapping people into dust. Reluctantly, I cooperated with the lead characters, heeding their orders of keeping myself hidden. I rushed to a nearby home, where I concealed myself in the garage. Rewind. I chose to hide under a table outside. When the coast seemed clear, I ran off, only to get blasted. Dream 1 - Simple, Affectionate Advice The visuals were very dim. I falsely awaken in bed in the middle of the night. Reactively, I start rubbing my hands together, and also felt out the nearest furniture and walls. Took a while to figure this was indeed a dream. I then levitated, to then get orbited around an unknown point. I almost bumped into various hanging lamps, misplaced objects from the kitchen. After a minute of trying to keep steady, I think to summon a Marloss Berry. Almost instantly, I'd acquired a like, apple-sized berry, though the darkness made it appear grey rather than pink. Anyway, I immediately took a bite, only to find it'd vanished before I could even taste it. Warp back in bed. Without thought, I brought forth handful of mixed rice, just to see if I could. This actually proved to be a substantial, flavorful snack. Again, I floated around. And again, I tried summoning a Marloss Berry, but failed doing that. I then attempted to call my guide, E, imagining her laying on my extended arms. This too had no effect. Reloop. I'm in bed yet again, stubbornly persisting my summons. Eventually, I felt someone very close by. Upon adjusting my vision, I did indeed find this to be E, her form appearing as a glowing grey phantom. Before I let emotion get the best of me, I asked her how I could get better at LDing. "That's easy. Through practice and diligence.", she replied with a wide grin. Even at the moment, such advice seemed quite obvious. At the same time, this reminded me there was still room for improvement, perhaps a lot more. All in all, it was very reassuring. I caved in. Another... happy moment ensued. This went for a few minutes before the dream collapsed. Dream 2 - Several Kinds of Invasions Scene 1 - Another Dusk Drive The visuals were a bit dim. I was taking a ride through the highway at dusk, going through a bay. Not too clear on details. Transition. Scene 2 - The Wolf Pack Burglars The visuals were very dim. I falsely awaken in my room. My brother, Oscar, was passing by. Soon, I overheard intruders creeping throughout the place. I glance out the door to find several wolves pacing about. These were semi-trained beasts, owned by a middle aged guy with black hair and moustache, and a similarly aged woman with auburn hair. Both of the human thieves were dressed in heavy, many-pocketed clothes. Silently, I alerted my bro of the threat. I slowly locked the door, only to flounder in place. Alarmed by the noise, the male burglar approaches for a closer look. Once he got near, I jumped at him, doing my best to keep him at a headlock. But them, those savage canines defended their master, tearing at my legs. Cue a timely transition. Scene 3 - Kid Popped Up Outta Nowhere Similar visuals. I was wandering around my unlit home during the middle of the night. I spotted my nephew, Gunther, running about. Later, I bumped into his cousin, Stephan, who seemingly appeared out of nowhere. I remarked on his startling me, which seemed to upset him a bit. Unknown transition. Scene 4 - Sylvester Stallone Is - Alien Hunter The visuals were a bit blurred. I was watching a Stallone action movie. The lead character was leading some kids through a dense jungle. In a clearing, the group finds a broken spaceship, worn from years of abandonment. Stallone's character recounts a tale of an alien invasion, of which he had a large part in stopping. Don't recall how this ended. Scrap Group 2 Watching my brother, Gerrard, play Sonic Mania along with my sister, Harriette. Several checkpoints transported Sonic into an evil version of the stage, each of which sounded the theme for Mystic Cave Zone as its background music. Several later stages had music from Mega Man games, including Elec Man's stage from the very first game and Misty Rain from Mega Man ZX.

Non-dream stuff: Just a few fragmented memories of non-lucids. Got up at about 9:10, though I woke up briefly around 8. Writing fragments now, about 1 hour later after getting up; Fragment 1: I don't exactly remember the context but the area looked a little bit like some sort of concrete/stone complex; I was either fighting something (like an animal) or getting attacked and someone I knew (not sure who) arrived with some sort of eagle mech, trapping my enemy under a metal claw, and then firing an energy beam out of its open metal beak. I remember the mech was painted blue and yellow and then later I was at a servicing bay in the same complex for these types of mechs. Fragment 2: Some sort of sex/sexy scene, but don't remember details other than the fact I was on top. Some notes: The first fragment is very much one of those dreams that blend game worlds with "reality". Being attacked or seeing a high power energy blast up close from a metal eagle machine was taken for granted inside the dream, as my dream-mind simply took this to be part of the normal context, and did not question it at all.The livery on the mech is reminiscent of at least a couple of games; more specifically, Mech Commander and Just Cause 3. In Mech Commander, the player's mechs always have a blue livery scheme, and in Just Cause 3, friendly vehicles all have a similar blue livery. This association between the two games was not previously present in my conscious mind.Game-type worlds in dreams are a typical dream sign, but usually far too difficult to make note of them. The second dream fragment, though I don't remember much, would have been far better for noticing that something was "off", especially given the rarity of the context in waking life, due to my pain and fatigue. But the limiting factor there may have been the usual "don't like to do dream-checks while near other people", even though I've been working on this lately in waking life.I have the feeling fragment 2 came before fragment 1, in terms of when I dreamed them, but I can't say with certainty.
Created Thursday 26 July 2018 Meh, more fragments. Must be having a dry spell... Scrap Group 1 Riding around a city at twilight. A woman, a supposed friend of mine, was with me. Apparently, each site we visited were randomly generated. One such stop was a shopping plaza. We were investigating some overarching threat. At the floor of an unlit kitchen in an unknown apartment suite. Some of the mercs of TF2 appeared out of nowhere, neither appearing all too pleased. They mentioned some infraction on my part, and thus they banished me to another realm. I fell into the world of a 16-bit platformer game, my perspective going in and out of first person and from viewing this environment on a screen. I'd the form of a caveman. In the background was a waterfall grotto in the middle of a jungle. A cave entrance was hidden around there, of which I was sure connected to a rogue-like dungeon.

I sleep today to long. I want sleep 7h, but I wake up after 11. I remember some dreams, but this is only fragments. Also I don't remember dreams order. Drems 1 I was going to bus stop. In fact I was going to second bus stop, but I don't remember a reason. Propably I was going to the bus stop, becouse I just want. I had thoughts about matura exam, so propably I was a high school graduate. I thinked about school lecture. A lot of cars drived past me, with turned off light, so I bring out my flashlight and blink to drivers. The sky was so gray, that the flashlight worked well Dream 2 In second dream I remember only, I going to my friend from garden plot, on my bike. I was confused, because I didn't notice him house. Unfortunately, I didin't RC Dream 3 In this dream I remember only some house. It was dark inside, but some lamps were turn on. I remember some interrogation in another, more darkness room. I'm sussing next dream, but I cannot call any memories about that.
Non-dream stuff: Woke up at 8 but fell asleep again somehow, and the non-lucid dream fragment that follows was after I woke up suddenly at 9:40; I tried to not recall the dream too hard, with positive result: Fragment: Was going up a small 1-lane ramp at what reminds me now of a school I've been to in waking life. It was day and as I went up the ramp I was fiddling with a box cutter (specifically a black and yellow one I have in waking life) and there was a boy, maybe 10 or 12 in front of me walking the same direction. The light was suddenly changing as I caught up to him and it became night; there were trees and fences to the right and at the immediate left some short buildings; I could see where the road would intersect ahead; I said something like "hey, wait up", at first wondering if the sounds of the box cutter scared him, but he didn't seem phased by that. I remember he looked at me and smiled and I asked him "where's your brother? do you know?". The boy said "no, I don't know", and I kept walking along with him and we talked about something; we were getting to an intersection with a town road and suddenly he had a dog on a lead, I'm not sure what kind, but not small and with brown/light brown fur. When we got to the intersection, the dog started tugging harder and went to the left and then suddenly it was like they were gone and I walked in the same direction as they'd vanished; I seem to remember that now I had the dog for a few minutes and it was very playful and tugging all the time on the lead (reminds me of my own dog in waking life, though it didn't feel like my dog) and I remember thinking something about the dog playing with a policeman but then the dog was gone again and as I went down the road, over a bend, I saw that some 3 story apartment buildings were damaged; I started walking toward them instead and then I remember one of them was quite damaged, like from an explosion, but it almost looked like they were made of very large Lego. I went into a building and the first and second floor were on fire and I kept walking through, up some stairs and then saw like an "interface" notification at the top of my field of view; I mentally clicked it, and the fires nearest me simply got put out; I repeated this a few times before the dream ended. (I was woken up by the already present garbage truck coming closer and getting just slightly louder, and my partner getting up to check on his car) Some notes: The area was reminiscent of my native country. This should have been dream-sign especially considering the absence of normal context, like the absence of my partner and my aimless wandering. I was the age I am now.Other than me, the boy, the dog and the "imagined" policeman, there was nobody else in the entire dream sequence.I was walking the whole time. At first this may not seem notable and though I did not feel frightened by anything at any point (such as by the fires, I was indifferent to the situation). And even if I had been afraid, it's not likely I would have run, but instead would have walked faster. This is reminiscent of real-life behaviour where I very rarely run if I'm in a public place, as it makes me feel self-conscious and observed, though the notion was not "consciously" present in my mind at the time in the dream.I have the idea the dog may have been a golden retriever, but I have no clear picture in my mind.I don't know who the boy really was, I think dream-generated, especially as I'm struggling to think of what his face was like and instead remembering the face of a boy in a game I've recently played.I think that before the ramp the fragment starts with me going up, there was water and a pier or something, but I know it was related to the dream sequence that came before.
My memory is failing me this morning. I remember a few dream fragments, but the full contexts are forgotten. Let's start with the interesting one. My family were all doing some sort of secret mission, and I decided to sneak into the van they were driving. Sadly I got caught and they treated me like a stranger and threw me out. I found myself at a gas station in the middle of nowhere, in a snowstorm. I felt something wasn't right. I was so sure this was real, but it just didn't seem like a normal situation I'd found myself in. I did a nose plug reality check, and sure enough I could breathe normally. I was shocked honestly. I have never had a lucid dream hit me this hard, but I just stood there for a bit taking in the scenery. It wasn't much to look at, but I was watching the beautiful snow all around, feeling the cold temperature of it all. I noted how vivid and real it was, and then I decided I wanted to get out of there and go to my dream hub. I walked forward a bit and then reached for the sky. I wanted to fly there this time. I started flying into the sky at what felt like a decent speed...until I looked down and realized I had gone only a few feet and was going very slow. I fell back to the ground and the dream ended. I had another dream that took place at the dream hub, but I didn't actually take notice of where I was. I was in a heated argument with a grouchy neighbor. He was very conservative, but very anti-trump. He was arguing something about tulpas and how demonic they are, and I tried explaining how they have nothing to do with magic or witchcraft. Tulpas are basically glorified imaginary friends. Anyway, I recall 2 or 3 vague arguments, but another thing that happened with him was a wooden fence between my house and his. I noticed it was on fire for whatever reason, and though I was trying to extinguish the flames, he thought I caused the fire.
Non-dream stuff: Just some non-lucid fragments; initially tried to force recall, which I know not to do, so I quickly stopped trying to remember hard and got up and made tea. Fragment 1: I remember being outdoors, and this was near the end of a dream sequence; there was grass and a dirt path, and along the dirt path was a concrete cylindrical shape jutting out, it was a sewer entrance, as it had a massive brown-looking lid on top. I was showing it to someone, I think my partner, and said something like "... and this is where we went in.", in reference to something that happened before in the dream. I remember it might have been day time but it was dark, I think the weather was overcast. Fragment 2: I remember yeast, of the same type used in baking; I remember seeing it, but that's about it. Fragment 3: I remember being in a dropship of some kind. I think this fragment was actually from before Fragment 1. Notes: The sewer lid and concrete structure were reminiscent of what they're like in my native country.,The first dream sequence was actually very long, but I managed to forget most of it somehow. I think my intention to make note of dreams in the morning is being neglected, i.e. I need to start setting this intention before bed.
I used to deliver newspapers when I was younger. I visited the city I used to live in and started doing an old route I used to have. I walked to the end of town and talked to a store owner. I asked him if he still got the paper after all these years. It was of my memory that he usually only got 1 paper and it was always there the next day. No customer ever bought the paper from him. He had to think for a moment, as the normal carrier would just drop the paper down on the counter and the store owner wouldn't think about it. He looked in his records and asked me for what reason he would ever need to cancel the paper delivery. I suggested possible cost, disinterest, lack of people borrowing/purchasing said paper, etc. He confirmed that he was indeed still subscribed. I took a paper out from my side pocket and handed it to him and went on my way. I then tried navigating through the route while reading what looked like a big atlas. It was supposed to be the guide to delivering this route, but it wasn't accurate. I ended up walking through a school as a shortcut around a large corner, but then I got lost. I was looking for 4th street, but I started seeing 8th, 9th, and then other random street names. I was lost. I went back to the school and exited the main entrance instead of the higher 3rd floor exit I did before. It seemed to put me on the right track. I was supposed to go West and I was going South. I was driving with my oldest brother down a road looking for my mom and older brother. We accidentally drove past them so we turned around. Their car seemed to vanish so we pulled into a nearby mall parking lot and went looking for them. I had the idea that she was going to a specific store to return a poor fitting dress. Eventually we found each other. We all then went inside the store again to retrace our steps and see how we had missed each other. When we returned back to the car the side door was left open. We then saw someone standing at the front passenger door snooping through our belongings. He was browsing through a wallet and had a phone in his hand. When we walked up to him he casually put the items down and was going to walk away but then I noticed he had a flash drive and another item of ours in his hand. I grabbed them away from him and he ran off. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- There was a video game based on the fnaf series. It was a hallway with 3(?) doors. One next to the player, one in front, and one in back guarded by the marionette. The marionette was mutated, it had like 2 or 3 heads and was very alive. I, as the player, had also chosen some sort of puppet mask to put on. I walked up to the beast and it did its jumpscare, but then it disappeared. I must have been the one to scare it off. I opened the door it was guarding and saw some moving pipes. It seemed like a time challenge. You must squeeze past the blue pipe before it presses against the roof and squishes whatever is between it. I slipped past with a partner of mine. There was two cots and a pillow. Underneath the pillow was a pillow case filled with goodies. We poured it out and inside were a whole lot of 'nilla wafers, chocolate sticks, a few other assorted candies, and dice. The dice were somewhat of a mix between normal dice and craps dice. they were medium sized, and rounded. There were 4 big piles separated by color. One blue, one red, one yellow, one green. I sat and wondered what it all meant until the next dream came 'round. I was exploring this city. It was the last of its kind, sort of like an easter egg in a video game, or a last bonus round of sorts. It took place after the main story line. The lore of this level was that all the inhabitants of the small city were "bottled up and stored away." Whatever that means.. I looked around and noticed people were vanished in an instant. Whatever tragedy had struck, it all happened very suddenly. There was an oven with time remaining on it. There was a meal cooking on a stove that was still warm. (Looked really good too! It was a big pot filled with cheese and small pepperoni squares from what I saw). Toast was popped up in the toaster. I walked around this store and had the idea to take whatever I wanted since nobody could stop me. I looked for a knife you'd see behind a display counter but I couldn't find any. The whole setting was both eerie and sad.
Created Monday 23 July 2018 Well, at least I got some fragments to note. Scrap Group 1 Playing a multiplayer Tales of game (Phantasia or Eternia?). At home. I tied my hair, only for the knot to fall off completely. At a hotel with family. Later, we visit some distant relatives in a fancy condo complex. I fly around while seated crosslegged to show off, but no one seemed to care. I'd acknowledged these were "dream powers", but wasn't lucid. Watching My brother playing Sonic Mania. Flying Battery Zone was now the penultimate stage. He missed the last few Special Stages in the game.

All I have written down from last night was being imprisoned somewhere. I tried to get help and escape, but I came close to getting caught. I believe I woke up before I either got caught or got away. Got to start somewhere.
Non-dream stuff: I woke up at 8 with the auto radio which was a little too loud, got up and turned it off, as I wanted to but also because my partner asked me to; Got back in bed and forgot any potential dream recall - stayed in bed for 40 minutes and had a small dream fragment even though I wasn't quite asleep; I knotted two fingers and went and start tea for myself and my partner, coming back up to start drafting this text and then going back down to finish the tea and bring it up, at which point I remembered the second dream fragment. Fragment 1: We were in my parent's house and my partner was in the bedroom that used to be my parents (but in waking life these days that bedroom is rented out). I remember seeing him get dressed. I was at the entry hall and looking into my old bedroom (again, rented out in waking life now), suddenly a I see a landline phone (the one that's right here in this room in waking life) is receiving a call, we don't answer and a message is left and plays out from the answering machine "What the hell ya playing at mate? You can't do this!". I knew the voice but the first name and last name initials were detected by the answering machine; it was my partner's sibling's partner (sorry for the confusion) whom we will just call DF. I could see my partner's face go sort of "uugh not this" and I was thinking to myself "what the hell was DF on about". My partner came through and we went into my old bedroom with the landline phone and I remember we commented on it to each other, but can't remember words in detail. We walked into the balcony that is outside my bedroom and I could feel some annoyance off my partner. It was day, probably mid/late morning, given the sun's position. The dream ended here, more or less. Fragment 2: I was playing WoW, my view being from the character perspective mostly, on a Shaman character of mine I think, and was doing this old raid by myself called Molten Core. That's kind of all I remember. Some notes: Though Fragment 1 wasn't a nightmare or a bad dream, it could have turned into a bad dream if I got too hot in my real bed; this is very typical if I get too hot in bed, which I was starting to.DF doesn't know our landline number, so he wouldn't be able to call it. My partner's sibling probably doesn't know it either. I should have questioned things a bit.In the dream, and on waking, I knew the call was in reference to giving them some furniture that we haven't given them yet. The fact that DF was having this reaction over something this small was a confirmation of a bad set of behaviours DF has. There seemed to be noone else at the house, not even my dog (who lives with my parents).Even though I could see my partner get dressed and go "ugh", this was not through direct vision. This was camera-like perception, as from the entry hall I could not directly see my partner, but I could directly see the landline. This could have been a good prompt for a RC.Given the general feeling of temperature and humidity in the air (given by the sunlight through the air), I'd say the dream actually took place in Spring, as things looked too green and it wasn't excessively hot. Again this could have been a good prompt for a RC but a more prominent dream sign is that we were in my native country at all, which won't happen for some months. The WoW dream fragment was one of the ones from when I woke up at 8, and I remember very little other than killing some bosses and getting the usual loot. Being so "inside" the game is a dream sign that I typically forget to think on during dreams. See my general notes. It is also worth noting for readers that when I make references to my parent's house to keep in mind that it's actually a flat in a 9 story-building. 10, if you count ground floor.
Created Saturday 21 July 2018 Got several things to note, including a DILD and a WILD. Pity I've forgotten much of the former, and that I was neither creative nor patient enough to deal with the hurdles I faced during the latter... Scrap Group 1 At a supermarket. In an unknown house. My brother was there, apparently sheltering people. I got lucid, and flew around in the place. Non-lucid repeat of forgotten portions of the dream above. Something about a people being held captive in an apartment or office building? Dream 1 - Uncreative and Impatient WILD WILD transition in bed. Felt a bit more rigid than usual, and my covers were clung fast onto my face. I roll off the bed, falling slowly in the void. Multiple awakenings and reentries. Repeats of the above numerous times. I later actively flew around blindly in the darkness. I wanted to force a transition, imagining various different scenes and sounds, but that didn't take. Lingering doubt distracted me, prompting me to feel around more thoroughly just to be sure I was dreaming. In further descents, I spun around albeit slowly. I then thought of changing the shape of my hands. And indeed, as I rubbed them, I could feel them morphing, if only into useless prongs or stumps. This gets me to give more tries at manually pulling the covers from my eyes, but again, nothing. Plenty other repeats until I woke up for good.
Dream 1 I was in the house of one of my grandmothers, however it was more empty than usual and had some extra rooms. First, I went upstairs until I reached the room right beneath the roof where a friend of mine had slept, together with his girlfriend. There was also a third person up there, but I don't recall, who. After talking to them for some time I went down into the room I had apparently shared with another friend, whom I wanted to show some picture on my phone. I could not find it at first and got pretty nervous because there were loads of porn images I had to scroll through (wich differed from waking life, I might say), but soon after I somehow ended up in the YouTube-App, where I noticed something was off. When I checked the name of the app, it read YouTube Red, so I figured it was alright. Next up I opened up a game I did not know wich turned out to be an Idle Game I had never downloaded nor seen, but my friend said it was pre-installed software so I stopped wondering and kept on playing. It was morning soon after waking, however I do not recall having a false awakening. Dream 2 I had to do something with my bike wich involved spinning the pedals. My brother kept drawing the chain out wich at first was alright but then only made things worse, and he wouldn't stop when I asked him to. I was really close to just hitting him right in the face but just tried to drag him away, wich broke the chain due to him holding on to it. I then fixed it by attaching a steel wire in a transparent tube to it. Dream 3 I was in a house, trying to get upstairs alongside two children (small boys the age of 9 or 10). One of the rooms had the staircase hidden behind a bed in a way that made it seem as though it went into the wall but no further. I appeared to remember this setup but could not tell where from. When we arrived at the top there was a meeting concerning the 'Lord of the Rings'-movies, more precisely it was about Gollum/Sméagol. Peter Jackson was present in the room, looking as he did almost two decades ago, when he shot the trilogy. Fragment: Excursion of a youth group I am a part of, one car I recogized parking. Note: Dream 3 and the Fragment may have been one dream, at least I believe one of the boys I was running upstairs with is also in that youth group.
