    1. Moving/Talking During WILD Hallucination

      I've been playing around with moving and talking during hypnagogic and other dream-like states (in addition to dreams).

      What I've found so far is that the mechanism that controls your waking body does not automatically wake you up. These seem to be two separate mechanisms.

    2. Lunar's WILD Guide

      WILD stands for "Wake Initiated Lucid Dreaming" and is a well known technique for going to sleep consciously. Using WILD, you can directly enter a lucid dream from the waking state. This can be a transformative experience, like stepping into another dimension—though the experience varies by the person and moment!


      Summary of Steps for WILD
      You can try WILD with this quick summary, but I recommend reading the whole guide for more thorough understanding of each step.

      Step 0. Do WBTB or skip this step if you're not doing WBTB—WBTB is not required for WILD..
      - If you are doing WBTB with an alarm, set your alarm for 4-6 hours into sleep.
      - If you are doing WBTB without an alarm (natural WBTB), set your intention to wake up or drink water before bed.
      Once you're awake, go back to sleep doing WILD with the following steps.
      Step 1. Get comfy and go to sleep like you normally would. Pretend this is a normal night to wind yourself down.
      Step 2. Anchor your consciousness.. Put gentle awareness on an "anchor" as you go to sleep. It can be something in your environment like the noise of a fan or an imagined sense like a thought. This sill keep you conscious as you start falling asleep.
      Step 3. Actively enter a dream. Imagine the dream you want to have or let the dream form on its own. Any sensations you feel can be used as a portal into the dream (tingling can be energy carrying you, static imagery can be a doorway, etc). Enter the dream.

      Now let's get into the meat of each part of this process!


      Step 0. WBTB (skip this if you're not doing WBTB)
      To do WILD with WBTB with an alarm, set an alarm 4-6 into sleep sleep. For example, if you go to bed at 10, set your alarm for 3AM. When the alarm wakes you up, go back to sleep doing WILD.

      Note: 4-6 hours is a recommendation, but not a requirement. You can successfully perform WILD any hour of the night.

      Natural WBTB can also be fruitful. When you naturally wake up in the middle of the night, you can take advantage of the opportunity to do WILD.
      You can also trigger natural WBTBs in different ways. Here's some options for natural WBTB:
      - Set intention to wake up. For example, pretend it's Christmas and you want to wake up extra early to open presents.
      - Drink water before bed so that you will wake up to go to the bathroom.
      - Increase present-moment awareness such as through meditation. We naturally wake up multiple times a night, but lack of awareness can cause you to feel like you slept through it all. Heightened awareness allows you to take advantage of your natural WBTBs.

      If you forget to do WILD/are too tired, wake yourself up for a bit after you get up. Some people find success from staying awake for a few minutes, or even an hour, while others prefer to go immediately back to sleep with WILD. Test this out and see what timeframe works best for you, adjusting the length of time as needed until you find the right fit.

      Note: WILD can also be done at the beginning of the night and during daytime naps. Any time you go to sleep is an opportunity for WILD.


      Step 1. Get Comfy and Go to Sleep
      Make yourself comfortable in whatever position you normally fall asleep in. Prepare to go to sleep like you would any other night and wind down. Whatever sleeping position is most comfortable for you is fine for WILD. The goal here is to go to sleep like you normally would.


      Step 2. Anchor Your Consciousness
      Now here's where the magic happens! As you're going to sleep, be aware of something: a thought, a sound, a visual, anything to "anchor" your mind so that you don't drift off into unconscious sleep. An anchor can be anything such as a visual, tactile sensation, sound, etc. (see more about anchors at the end of this guide).

      The goal of an anchor is to maintain a low level of consciousness with little to no effort. Do not focus heavily or you will just stay awake.

      The WILD Balance
      Awareness on an anchor should be gentle, light, and low energy—rather than intense focus. Remember, your goal is falling asleep. The best anchor is something you can zone out to pretty effortlessly while not losing consciousness.
      - If you find yourself staying awake for too long, you may be over-focusing on your anchor. Reduce your focus level to resolve this.
      - If you fall asleep unconsciously too easily, this is resolved by increasing awareness level.
      The correct balance for WILD is about 95-99% going to sleep, and 1-5% awareness. It's not necessarily a 50-50 split like the word "balance" implies, instead being more heavily skewed towards the sleep end. You are physically going to sleep, but your mind is staying awake. To do this, you have to use “as little brain power as possible” so your conscious thoughts can squeak by uninterrupted by physical sleep. Think of it as a tiny mouse hole you have to fit through as a wall of sleep approaches. The more you can lower your energy while remaining conscious, the better.

      Transitionary State—From Waking to Sleep
      As you follow this process, you may or may not experience hypnagogia/dream-like sensations (not to be confused with sleep paralysis).
      - You may experience tingling, buzzing, lights, floating sensations, or other things.
      - Your external senses may also seem to shut off, causing feelings like deafness or weightlessness as your mind switches from external to internal input.
      - The switch from external to internal may also feel gradual.
      - If you imagine moving around in your mind, it will eventually feel like “real” movement.
      These experiences are totally normal, harmless, and within your control.
      There is an endless list of sensations you can have during WILD. Alternatively, you may not experience anything at all, going straight from waking to dreams with no apparent transition.

      WILD transitionary state can be a fun playground for practicing dream control! You can initiate it at will, shut off, and influence all of these sensations if you want—or just let them unfold on their own and go with the flow!


      Step 3. Enter a Dream
      The final part of WILD is where many people get stuck and accidentally fall asleep. This can happen due to an assumption that WILD will be a passive process whereby you lay there and let the dream take you. This can certainly happen, but if you’re getting stuck on this part, it may be worth trying an active approach to dream entry instead.

      When you fall asleep unconsciously, it’s a passive process—so let’s do the opposite. Think of WILD as a journey. You should expect active participation, like you’re stepping into a dream in your mind. Imagine yourself leave your body as you make an entrance into the dream in a literal way—instead of waiting for the dream to come to you.

      Here's some things that can help you do that:
      - Engage with the dream as if you are already done doing WILD. You are now in this new world. Take an interest in things and start interacting with them in your mind. For example, imagine yourself looking up at the sky or reaching out to touch something.
      - Make "dream entry" a present tense perspective for yourself, rather than an upcoming event. You're not "trying to enter a dream" anymore. You are presently in it. This mindset makes a massive difference because you are technically already dreaming at this point—and unlike waking reality, dream reality manifests your chosen perspective.
      - 100% of your attention should now be turned to the dream. Let go of your waking environment if you are still paying attention to that, as if you have left your body. Totally forget about it as if you have left the room, even.
      - Imagine yourself going through a literal gateway.

      You can turn any sensation into a gateway to dream. Here's some examples of both visual and non-visual entry:
      - If you see a light, imagine it being the sunlight at the end of a tunnel that leads to a bright and sunny beach. Imagine yourself walking, flying, or swimming through the tunnel until the light engulfs you and you find yourself standing on that beach, no longer just imagining, but with the sensation and perspective that you are physically there.
      - If you feel tingling sensations, you can imagine yourself being carried intro a dream by these sensations. Maybe they're fairies or electrical impulses leading you through a conduit—whatever it is, you're going into the dream.
      - If you feel wind, you can imagine flying or swinging in a hammock into a dream.

      The goal with all this is:
      - To make the transition more than just a passive observation, but actively leaving behind the transitionary state and literally engaging with a dream as you start to feel as though you are physically in it.
      - To shift your attention 100% into dreams.
      - To have a present tense perspective.

      Present VS Future Tense Perspective
      Future tense mindset (i.e. the "I am about to dream") can cause a dangling carrot on a stick effect—you are trying to enter a dream and find yourself constantly in this looped waiting state, never fully reaching the carrot. This is fine for the transitionary state of WILD, but to enter a dream, you want to move past this. To do so, change your mindset from "I want to enter a dream soon" to "I am dreaming already."
      Then combine this mindset with engagement with your dream. Instead of "I want to enter a dream", it becomes "I am already in a dream. Now I want to swim in the ocean."
      This change of mindset will change your reality as your attention shifts your goal into the present tense, causing you to finalize WILD and be in a fully formed dream.

      Revisit step 1: Get Comfy and Go to Sleep!.
      Another big aspect of dream entry is the going to sleep part. That's right! We're going backwards in this guide in order to go forward with the process. If you find yourself stuck in transition, now is the time to go to sleep. Continue to maintain passive awareness as you lower your energy level, get comfy, and and sleep.

      Do any of these things to get yourself there, see what works best for you, and have fun!

      Additional Tips

      Choosing an Anchor
      An anchor is simply something to help you be aware so you don't fall asleep unconsciously. There are many types of anchors for WILD.

      Here are some main categories of anchors:
      - External, such as fans, noise machines, or the feeling of a blanket. These consist of real things in your environment and real physical senses and are easy to keep track of in the beginning stage of WILD. However, it's possible to lose track of them as you enter the later stage, so you may want to switch to an internal anchor at that point in the WILD process.
      - Internal, such as watching imagery form on the backs of your eyelids, imagined visuals, imagined movement, or any sort of thoughts or imagined senses. Internal anchors are things of the mind. They can stay with you as you transition into a dream, so they're easy to keep track of in the final stage of WILD. You can use them to finalize the process and enter a dream.

      Static VS Changing Anchors
      Achors can be either static or changing. It's natural for our minds to wander as we fall asleep, and an anchor can do the same.
      For example, your anchor could be the visual of an apple sitting on a table. Then it could wander to you eating the apple, then going to the market to buy a pair of pants, looking up to see a bird turning into a sunflower, a sunny beach, etc.
      A fluid, changing narrative can be your gateway into dreams, rather than a hinderance. In this case, the narrative is your anchor.

      As your mind wanders away from your original anchor, this is a sign that you're about to fall asleep (a good sign that WILD is working) and here are two ways of proceeding with it:
      - When you mind wanders, gently bring it back to your anchor (if you prefer a static anchor).
      - Allow your mind to wander, but follow it. Stay passively aware as you go with the flow. You can either influence it or let it unfold naturally.

      Wandering thoughts are also common in dreams and can be embraced by the WILDer. What makes anchors work is the ability to keep your mind from losing consciousness completely. It doesn't mean you have to stick with the same thing throughout the whole process. It's perfectly fine to let your mind wander, as long as you're keeping track of it.

      Visualization Anchors
      Visualization anchors with WILD (also known as V-WILD) are one of the most popular. There are multiple ways you can use a visual anchor:
      - Use an external visual like a light or something else in the room.
      - Create an internal anchor from a visual in your mind.
      - Gaze at the backs of your eyelids, you might or might not notice imagery forming.
      - Use imagined imagery that forms while you're falling asleep (like hypnagogia).
      - Use a changing narrative with visuals (such as imagining a dream that you would like to have).

      Visuals tend to become more vivid the more asleep you are. It might stay the same or morph, and you can control it or go with the flow—either way is fine, as long as you maintain awareness while falling asleep.

      Imagined Movement & Sensation Anchors
      You can use any sense for anchors, such as:
      - Imagining yourself walking, flying, or swimming.
      - Imagining a calm energy flowing through your body.

      These can also arise either from hypnagogia or just simply imagining them. They work similarly to visual anchors in that the sensation can become more vivid the closer you get to being fully asleep.
      There are endless anchors you can use for WILD.

      What does awareness mean, though?
      Awareness is your consciousness and can include your perceptions. For example, you are currently aware of this guide and the shape of the letters written in it. You are probably thinking actively about the contents of the guide, but the shape of the letters is a more passive type of awareness.

      You are aware of things all the time, except when you're unconscious, which is why WILD works with awareness.

      MILD & WILD
      WILD can be combined with MILD (another technique for lucid dreaming) for stacked effects. Here's two ways to combine these methods:
      1. Do MILD first, then WILD.
      2. Use MILD as your anchor for WILD with the changing anchor approach (influencing a narrative to flow the way you want).

      You can also do MILD during the day (any time) separately from your WILD practice.

      Waking VS Dream Body
      It's worth knowing that, during WILD (and lucid dreams), we have two bodies: the waking physical body that's laying in bed, and the dream body that may or may not be doing something else. This is a unique experience to WILD/lucid dreaming that's worth acknowledging so that you can learn how to navigate your dreams more proficiently. Like learning to crawl for the first time as an infant, it can take some practice to learn how to control them separately and deliberately.
      Note: You can move your waking body without waking up. These are separate mechanisms. If you're beginner, though, I recommend switching entirely to your dream body as you practice WILD and lucid dreaming.

      Mindset
      Sometimes you can do WILD by emulating the mindset you have in dreams, escpecially if you've lucid dreamed before. You can even walk yourself through a dream that you want to have, and fall asleep doing this as your anchor until you are literally in the dream.

      Falling Asleep Signs
      If you're unsure whether your WILD practice is working, these are the signs that it is:
      - Your mind may start to wander more than usual.
      - Your breathing and/or heartrate may slow down.
      - You may feel a jerking motion in your hand or other part of your body (hypnic jerk).
      - You might make a small sound, like a mumble.
      - Your might suddenly feel cold and need to pull up a blanket (body temperature decrease).
      - Sounds, visuals, touch, or other sensations in your environment may become dull or vanish completely.
      - You may start to hear sounds, see visuals, or feel sensations that aren't really there (hypnagogia).

      If you experience any of these signs, it means you're about to fall asleep. This is a great time to do WILD.
      Noticing these signs also means you are being aware of the falling asleep process! Even if you didn't enter a dream in the later stage, look at what you're doing correctly to get these signs and do more of that.



      Frequently Asked Questions

      Q: What do I do if I have to scratch an itch, move, or swallow during WILD?
      A: Do so! Act just like you normally would going to bed. You can move around, scratch itches, and swallow all you like. Laying perfectly still is not required. Any sleeping position is fine. You don't even have to close your eyes.

      Q: Are the lucid dreams you get from WILD more/less vivid than lucid dreams from other methods?
      A: No, the technique you use doesn't determine vividness. All methods have the same potential for ultimate vividness (feeling just as real as waking reality).

      Q: How long does it take to do WILD?
      A: WILD can be done in the same amount of time that it takes you to fall asleep. This can vary by the person, but can be done in minutes or even seconds, but it's okay if it takes longer, too.

      Q: How long does it take to LEARN how to do WILD?
      A: The time it takes to learn and start having successful WILDs varies. It can happen on the first night, or it could take days, weeks, or more to train. Keep in mind that training doesn't mean mindless repetition—if you don't succeed right away, adjust your practice until you figure out the balance. This will be a learning process. Once you figure out what works, repeat that!

      Q: I can't remember my dreams...
      A: It's possible to forget having done a successful WILD, especially if you have poor dream recall. If you can't remember your dreams regularly, you should work on developing good dream recall such as through dream journaling.

      Q: I can't relax and go to sleep! What do I do?
      A: Let go of racing thoughts, worries, or focusing on things that can keep you awake. Meditation like slowing your breathing and other relaxation techniques can help.

      Q: What do I do if it's not working?
      A: If you're falling asleep unconsciously, raise the awareness level. If you're staying awake, lower it. Make other adjustments as needed rather than just repeating the same thing (if it's not working).

      Q: How do I stabilize the dream?
      A: Stabilization isn't needed. You can stay in the dream simply by going off and doing dream things!

      Q: Does WILD cause sleep paralysis/do I need sleep paralysis?
      A: WILD doesn't involve sleep paralysis (hypnagogia is often mistaken for sleep paralysis because hypnagogia can be controlled through intention to match whatever experience you expect from it).

      Q: Is WILD the most difficult technique?
      A: WILD isn't a difficult technique. It's very easy once you learn to do it!

      Q: Can I do WBTB multiple times in one night?
      A: We naturally WBTB multiple times per night and you can do so for WILD, too (within reason of course).

      Q: Does WBTB interfere with sleep?
      A: Not as long as you do it within reason and get the same amount of sleeping hours you normally do. We naturally WBTB multiple times per night and can do so intentionally without disruption, but if WBTB is cutting out your sleep hours, you'll need to adjust your schedule to add them back in so you don't lose sleep.

      Q: What about REM cycles?
      A: REM isn't required for dreaming, so I've left this out of the guide. Targeting REM cycles can be helpful as long as you don't restrict yourself (since whether you have dreams in NREM can boil down to intention, you don't want to cheat yourself out of lucid dreaming opportunities by assuming that it has to be during REM).

      Q: How do I control transition experiences/hypnagogia?
      You can use dream control for this, but it goes beyond the purpose of this guide.

      Q: What if I get too excited?
      A: It's a common misconception that excitement wakes you up. The mechanism for waking up is its own thing, though. It's not controlled by excitement.

      Q: Can I do WILD without an anchor?
      A: You can use pure awareness as your anchor, essentially having an "anchorless" WILD experience. Anchors are just an easier thing to teach.

    3. Deliberate False Awakening Experiments with V-WILD

      One hour long dream. I did V-WILD but decided to just pay a lot of attention to the process, feeling it, being present. I've been running lots of tests like this lately to try and get a better idea of how it works.

      After doing V-WILD into my bedroom, I climbed out the window. I noted how a lot of things were different in my neighborhood like lighting and rearranged buildings.

      I decided to test out waking myself up in a way where it’s more dream body instead of waking (trying to get a better understanding for the difference between dream and waking body lately). I tested to see if I can trigger a false awakening.

      Yes! Maybe? I woke up back in my bedroom. I assumed this was either a dream, or I woke myself for real. I did a reality check with finger through palm and it didn’t work.

      I was pretty sure it was a dream anyway though. I didn't take the failed RC too seriously, since I know that happens sometimes. I plugged my nose and breathed, that worked.

      I proceeded to practice false awakenings a few times. Knew I was still dreaming each time, got a better feel for it.

      Most of the time I was with my dream character version of SO. She watched me do all this nonsense lol. Most times I told her it was a dream, she acted mock concerned like half-heartedly gasped. I responded “Yeah, I know if you were my rl SO you would be rightly concerned about me thinking everything is a dream, but since we both know it’s a dream, you’re fine. No need to act all shocked haha."

      I eventually woke myself up for real when it felt it had been an hour. My timing guess was right (I seem to still have a good sense of RL time in dreams).

    4. My successfull WILD attempt

      Hi, guys!

      I've been out for some while, but I still practicing my lucid nap dreams[1] and had some little progress at the meanwhile.
      And today I'm gonna tell you my best WILD attempt!

      As a Sunday, I realized I could sleep more. So after I Woke up at the 9am to drink water, I got Back To Bed

      My body was really relaxed and after about 10min I wasn't feeling my body anymore, but just my head. My mind was awake and I was not having any other hallucination.

      I stayed in the position for more 10min to relax my mind, but I wasn't getting nowhere, so I moved without opening my eyes and slowly turned my belly down.

      At this position I could feel my mind relax easily. My body was out again and suddenly I started hearing a typical noise that I hear always I start to feel asleep. It's like a TV out of signal and this noise start to get louder and louder then I just heard a plunger on my ears. This repeated for 3 times in about 5min. Just don't know what is this, but it was funny hehe.

      Then, after the third plunger sound I was on my kitchen with a know Brazilian nun on my side. Her name is Coen nun, I'm leaving a video link from her at the bottom of this post[2]. She was guiding me on my dream and talking things like: "Calm down, you need to move slowly to not wake you up! Move only your legs first." And I moved just my legs up and down. I moved really slow because I could feel my body both on the kitchen standing and lying on my bed.

      So I blinked and I was lying in my bed, but I realized I was still dreaming because I saw I was with a blurry vision. I was still hearing the nun talking to me to move slowly then I did it. I was with my belly down then I just moved up my left arm, then slowly my right arm. At this time I was confident to get out of bed really slow. Then I did it!

      Now I'm sitting on my bed and looked out my window. I saw the green from the trees and it was really beautiful. Then my vision started to blurry very hard, but I forced I talked loudly that I wanted to continue in the dream and after some attempts I did it again and my vision was back again.

      So I opened my window and just exited my room by it and started to climbing the wall like the spider man!

      At this time I heard the sound of my door opening then I thought somebody was about to wake me up and I woke up myself.

      When I woke up, my heart beating really fast I don't know why. I was feeling I was breathless, but it normalized soon.

    5. 27 October - Fun with my clone

      WILD. Vibrations. Suddenly, I feel like I am standing, I reach with my hand and can feel a wall with wallpaper to my left and a carpet under my feet. No vision yet.
      I follow the wall with my hand and take a few steps. I want to open my eyes, but it feels risky. Instead, I stabilize my dream body - I touch my face and proceed downwards. I begin to see. I inspect my body and legs under my nightie - everything looks realistic.

      I decide to try the TOTM task - have fun with your clone. My plan for this is to use a mirror to clone myself, pulling my image towards me. And maybe repeat it a few times.

      I walk around the room and look at the bed. My body and R's are there. There's a wardrobe next to it where a large mirror should be. I think to myself, there should be a mirror here, and when I look again, it's there.
      My reflection looks slightly different than me but nice.
      "Hi," I tell her. "Give me your hand."
      She stops mimicking me and takes on a life of her own (good!), but there's still a glass wall between us. I reach out to take her hand, but the mirror is solid. I remind myself that the mirror doesn't exist and try to use more force, but the glass doesn't let me do it.
      Then there's a big TV next to it, which I can stick my hand in without any problem. The stuff inside feels slightly wet and foggy.
      The mirror also changes size and position whenever I turn around.
      R, meanwhile, has woken up. I talk to him for a while and ask if he knows how to get my other me out of the other side of the mirror. He offers no advice.
      I decide to kiss the other me. For the first second or two, I feel cold glass, but then I feel soft and warm lips. I make it into a long kiss with my eyes closed, as a silent goodbye.

      I leave the room and want to go to the workshop to give the chance to the ring task. Is it even possible to do two tasks in one dream? I don't know, but I don't care, and the cloning didn't go as planned anyway.

      I walk through a couple of rooms that aren't in my house IRL. The last room has an industrial feel, with rough walls, a series of steps to a lower level, and a tiled floor. The door to the workshop isn't where I expect it to be, which confuses me for a moment, but then I see a door a little further to the right - it's glass, sliding, with a motion sensor. When I walk up to it, it opens.
      The workshop is a lot bigger than IRL, but a little darker. There are three benches, one with semi-finished jewellery on it.
      I look for some material suitable for a ring. On one of the benches is a large piece of gold, more bar than wire, high karat (18k or even 22k). It looks too thick for a ring, but I take a closer look. It's at least 10mm thick, definitely too thick for a ring.
      While I'm thinking I wouldn't even be able to bend it, I wake up.


      Notes:
      - While being completely invested in getting my reflection from the mirror, I completely missed that there was another me in the room that could be used as my clone - my body in my bed! I have to try to "wake up" my "real body" one day!
      - That chunk of gold would be worth something around $50,000. I certainly wouldn't mind finding something like that IRL
    6. First deliberate OBE

      So, I have been watching a lot of Youtube videos on mediatation, chakra balancing, heart-brain coherence, past lives regression, afterlife, OBEs and binaural beats on all of the above subjects.

      About a week ago I had a WILD with some Alpha GPC and galantamine.

      1. I asked to be shown something spectacular. At first I whisper the request, then I remember how interesting it feels when you talk out loud in a lucid, and I start shouting it out.

      After phasing through many walls through what seemed to be an empty underground garage/storage space, I enter a huge office room. Dozens and dozens of single seat desks with young people. The room is very colorful. Lots of blues and reds. I look closer, and everybody is building legos, lol. It's a "test kitchen" for legos, haha. People are building them to test them.

      I think the dream was caught by surprise by my request, because I sensed some hesitation, as if it didn't know what to show me, haha.

      2. After I walk through the lego room and the last wall, I end up outside. I ask to see my past life. I'm shown pictures that are displayed in front of me on a large old fashioned 35 mm film in the air. I see some images and to each of them I say No, no, no... Few pictures show a cemetary and I say NOPE, NOPE.

      But the dram is not really listening and I end up laying in a very shiny black coffin with the part by head opened, so I can see outside. I'm looking at this from above as the coffin is slowly sinking into soft mud.

      So, I think I'm done asking for past lives for a while haha.

      Deliberate OBE.
      This morning around 6 am my cat woke me up making noise with some plastic bags. I told him to stop and he did. Then he did it again, I had to get up and hide it. I was a bit annoyed because I had last hour to sleep and was worried I won't be able to fall asleep again.

      But as soon as I layed down I felt vibrations. Not very strong and they were not too concentrated.

      I start saying UP, UP, OUT and as I'm laying on my side with by back to the window, I start to feel headrush and I'm moving with my back leading the way towards the window.

      I remember I wanted to see my body, so with great effort I stop moving through the window and I walk back to my sofa. The room is same dark as in WL, illuminated with few night lights. Just enough to see that I'm not on the sofa. The layout is the same and I feel that it is my real IWL room.

      Then I remembered to check the top of the kitchen cabinet to see if the things I left there few years ago are still there and what it is. (I left there some things when doing OBE experiments).

      It's hard to move and I remember that I have to practice navigating and moving in the astral.

      When I get outside, I'm somewhere else, not in front of my apartment. Some kind of underground garage with thick concrete walls, well illuminated. Out of the room comes out a man, who I know is my husband. I'm all excited to tell him "I just had a first conscious OBE". I have a little bit of trouble pronouncing "conscious". He is happy for me.

      Then I look at my hands and I say "look I have no body" but I see my normal looking hands. Only one finger is a bit shorter, as if I lost the tip in some accident, but it healed already. I'm disappointed because in Astral, we don't have a body. I try this one more time later, and i have the same human looking hand. I can even recognize it as mine in WL.

    7. 18 September - The longest lucid so far

      A considerably shortened version, it was 20-30 minutes dream

      A very nice non-lucid in the 4th cycle, very light and mostly conscious sleep afterward. After an hour, I feel the 5th REM trying to start (vibrations starting and dissipating), but my mind is a bit too awake. I cuddle up with R. A minute later, vibrations again, and I finally relax into them.

      The beginning
      I see grey blurry spots and R is holding me tightly from behind (IRL we are in a spoons position, with his arm over me). I can barely move. Am I dreaming already? I don't want to risk moving in reality or opening my real eyes, so I close my dream eyes for a moment. But then it feels pretty stable, so I try to free myself. R holds me tighter and won't let go. I have to wrestle with him, and gradually the visuals come in, grey and blurry at first, then clearer and sharper. I throw him to the ground. He's lying under the table, all I can see of him are his legs. I want to unsummon him with a snap of my fingers, but I can't snap, so I just leave the room and forget about him.

      TOTY
      In the hallway, wondering what to do next. I don't expect anything from the dream, I have an unstable sleep in the morning as it is, and if R moves in reality, he'll wake me up.
      TOTY comes to mind first, I don't expect to finish it, but why not try.
      I walk into a larger room where a lot of old people are sitting at tables.
      I call out, "Hey Dream! Superhero time!"
      "Who can tell me what superhero I am?" I ask.
      Two old men raise their hands. I point to one of them. He says something to me, but I don't understand. I lean over to him to repeat it, but I still don't understand. I call out the other. He says something that is more of a feature than a name.
      "It's about the name. I am a superhero. Do you know my name?"
      His eyes light up, he understands, he nods. He doesn't look old anymore, more middle-aged.
      He says four French words.
      Oh. Okay. "Could you repeat it?"
      He repeats it slowly, and I say it after him. Word by word, sometimes he corrects me. We spend about a minute on it. Then I repeat the whole thing. He nods.
      Nice. I start to ask about my powers but realize that's the second task. I ask about the costume and get the answer that it's in a cupboard there.
      The entire wall behind the tables is made up of cabinets with doors, drawers, and compartments. I open a few and find random things, but nothing like a costume.
      I walk out of the room, down a wide corridor, and there I see a toy store. That looks good. And I see a costume rack!
      First on the rack is a burgundy dress with ruffles. Nice, fantasy, but not exactly superhero style. The second is a child's spiderman costume, that's closer, but it's not quite my size.
      The customer who was talking with the saleswoman leaves, and I ask her:
      "I am a superhero. Do you have a costume for me?"
      She nods and hands me a toy wrapped in clear plastic. It's a bee, with a black and blue striped body and red details.
      I'm confused. "Do you want me to use the colours? To have something made in these colours?" She nods.
      Behind her stands a man, thin, stern-looking. He says something like I know there's a message there.
      I walk out of the shop. I unwrap and take apart the toy, nothing.
      But okay. Good enough. I continue out of the building, repeating the French name to myself. I should wake up and write it down, but no... I don't want to... I'll probably wake up soon anyway.

      On my way out
      I walk down the wide staircase, repeating my name to myself. I look around and suddenly I'm confused - where am I? Am I awake? Or still in a dream?
      I do a nose plug RC and it fails. WTF. This again? (It failed for me for the first time 8 days ago.) I look at my hand and I have a sixth finger. That's better.

      Flying
      After training in a few previous shorter dreams, I'm getting much better at the swimming technique of flying. I take off, below me is a nice park built into a slope, further ahead are some fish ponds and behind me is a city.
      I'm practicing faster flying (I'm still not good at that) and flying upwards, at altitude (slowly, but steadily). For a while, I just float on my back and fool around. Some people in sport suits run by, there's an air-running race going on. Then I try to spin and create a tornado, but I can't get enough speed.

      Underwater exploring
      I remember the goal of underwater exploring and fly into one of the ponds. It's deep enough to put me underwater. But it's extremely muddy, I can barely see anything. There are frogs croaking around. I try to breathe, and I have to remind myself that in a dream, you can breathe underwater. I can, but it's uncomfortable, a bit like inhaling mud. I have to keep reminding myself that it's possible. I don't like it in there, so I fly out. Better to try this in the sea, which has better associations. I sense the sea beyond the city, so I head there.

      Chatting with KD and Vikings
      I end up on some street with street food stands.
      I try to recall the superhero name. Was it Jamon (with ch/[x] sound)? No, that’s ham in Spanish. It was French J. I vaguely remember the rest of the words too but I am not really sure.
      My friend KD is there.
      "Don't you mind that you sleep and dream too much?"He asks.
      "I'm dreaming right now," I reply.
      He voices some more criticism of my supposedly unhealthy lifestyle, but I shrug.
      "Don't you think you've been here too long?"
      For a moment I feel time dilation like I've been here for hours, but my rational self is quickly back and I estimate the time so far at 20-30 minutes.
      There is now a wooden table next to me with a bunch of Vikings drinking beer.
      KD continues, "What about your body, how do you know you're ok, what if you're in a coma?"
      The Vikings are more interesting.
      One of the Vikings is trying to rip a piece of wood from a bench to use as a wooden sword to fight me. I don't know if I want to fight. He has long dark hair and a Viking haircut. I kiss him on the mouth.
      "Is this what you want?" He asks, a little surprised.
      He gets up and walks around the table away, I go with him.


      And I finally wake up.
      Not remembering the name at all.

      Total time IRL between cuddling up with R and waking up - 30 minutes.

      I was laying down in deep relaxation as I was observing wave after wave of jingling sounds coming through my head... and I found myself fling over the country.

      It was dark and everything was grainy. I kept flying. I wanted to fly to my house, to find known point of space. Instead I was flying into more alien looking country. Therefore I forced reset of the dream. At that moment I found myself over my village. I have chosen the way toward my house... and I became lost again. Again I forced reset. It helped a bit, I was close to my house, but then I again got lost as the known country faded into alien one. I have surrendered after that.

      WILD/V-WILD

      Thinking about lucid dreaming when awake at night… and as a result, having problems with falling asleep… my brain goes into the WILDing mode. I experience vibrations two or three times. I can tell I am due for a REM period. I experience forming dreams when I can feel the dream body and sensory perception from the forming dreams but I am neither able to relax into it nor force my way in. I remember I usually need movement or action to do this but I am not able to get anything going.

      I try to relax more to be able to fall asleep normally. The fact that I am close to my usual waking time makes it harder but I still have time to get some sleep.

      There is a daydream or a forming dream. I am on a meadow and there are three men with swords. I decide to run. Running is what I need to get immersed in it, even though it feels weird to start a dream by being chased.
      I'm running downhill, there are forests all around. But I'm not gaining any distance, quite the opposite. It's not vivid, it has more of a daydreamy feel. I run into the woods, but I realize that the woods are going to be bad for sword-fighting, and I don't have much choice but to face them.
      Suddenly I'm back in the meadow and trying to catch my breath. I draw my sword. Three men stand in a quarter circle in front of me. I know I have to move to stand a chance against three, but I'm already out of breath. However, since I assume this is still only a daydream, I can cheat and imagine the way I want it. I'll cross swords with the first two, break through the guard of the third, who I manage to surprise, and thrust my sword into him. It still feels like I'm imagining it and not very realistic.
      Then I back away from the other two. One comes after me and I somehow lose my balance and am on the ground. Suddenly a large, humanoid, white, plush rabbit is standing between me and the man. The man tries to push him away, but he can't. Then suddenly I see the man on the ground and the rabbit is sticking a long, thin rapier into his neck.

      I touch the grass around me and feel that the dream is now solid. I can feel the grass, nothing else, and I'm happy I got in. I consider doing something else for a moment, but this scene deserves a continuation. I look around and see that I can't quite see clearly and that the dream feels unstable. I grab the grass again. I want to stabilize the dream more - a little further away lies the severed head of one of the men. I crawl on my hands and knees to it and grab it, it feels more like a toy than realistic.
      I stand up and look around again. I don't see the third man anywhere (was the head his?). I walk over to the rabbit. He has a human face now, but still has the vibe of a plush rabbit.
      I thank him for his help, shake his hand/paw, and ask, "Who are you?"
      He answers something about some mistakes. It's hard to understand him.
      I say, "Yes, I've made mistakes, everyone makes mistakes. But I ask, who are you?"
      He smiles, looks very happy, and seems to realize what I am asking. But he just says more incoherent words.
      I sigh, wondering why it always has to be this way and consider trying to ask again.

      But I start to feel myself waking up.

      BTW I have a new Fitbit to play with (chosen after reviewing several trackers vs. polysomnography studies). It is bad with awake vs. light (biased towards light) and with light vs. deep (also biased towards light) but it is pretty good with REM. It tracked this REM period as being 4:30 long.
    10. 15 July - Mountain valley (snooze WILD)

      Not the best night. Falling asleep way too quickly when attempting SSILD and later the opposite problem - drifting in and out of dreamless light sleep.
      At my usual waking time, I still felt tired and tried to sleep longer, but again only light sleep. I cuddled with my husband for a couple of minutes but it was too hot. We talked a bit.
      Then I decided to get up, but taking it slowly, I closed my eyes again.
      An unexpected wave of vibrations went through my body. I thought “why not” and rode with it.

      Around me is a semi-tunnel in a rock - a road or path cut into the side of the mountain - and there are large window-like cut-outs with views into the valley. I can see a beautiful landscape - steep hills and rocks, half-hidden in moving clouds. I want to take a photo, but I don't have my camera, so I tell J. to take one. He comes, but now the clouds cover the most beautiful parts I've seen, the most rugged mountains. I tell him he has to wait.
      I look around and think what a nice setting for a lucid dream this would be.
      (1) I try to visualize myself climbing down. Logically, there should be a steep cliff, but I imagine a steep slope. The dream doesn't cooperate much, the result isn't very realistic, I see several cut scenes - a slope with scree, grass, a steep descent - and suddenly I'm down and it seems to have worked, I'm on the grass and there's a sparse forest all around. The situation stabilizes and looks more solid. I examine my surroundings with my senses, half expecting to be still connected to reality, but I am squatting on the grass and feeling only the damp cold grass with my fingers, I know I'm fully in the dreamworld and that's satisfying. (2)
      I'm going through the forest. Suddenly there's a glass building, like a teahouse with seating inside. I walk through the inside and at the end, I have to squeeze past the only opaque wall in such a way that I lose my view of the outside. Knowing how changeable dreams are, I'm a little worried that the forest will disappear, but when I come out, everything is still there, and when I reach for the glass door, I can feel the water droplets trapped in the door frame on my fingers. It impresses me as a very nice detail.
      There are some trees behind the teahouse, blocking the view further on, and when I go out beyond them, there is a car (relatively old, red?) and a little boy, about 5-8 years old, and another one next to him. One has light brown hair, the other is almost black-haired, and both have round faces. I greet them and ask how they are. They answer something normal. Then I see their mother watching them. I ask her something too, but I don't know what, the answer is sensible but uninteresting.
      (3) I turn away from them and wonder what to do next. I remember that I have some things I want to do in my dreams, like get somewhere else. And I wake up all of a sudden, like I suddenly remember that I have to get up, or that I have to be somewhere else.

      Notes:
      1) At this point, I didn’t believe it was a fully formed dream, I just couldn’t believe that the dream would form so quickly.
      2) In retrospect, I think this transitional “daydreaming” wasn’t necessary and I could just touch the rocks to stabilize the dream when still on the road.
      3) After waking up, I was really surprised by how bad my memory of the dream was. I have a theory there is a connection between my long-term memory being off in the dream (not remembering my goals) and the dream not being stored in the long-term memory.

    11. 9 July - Mirror, mirror, on the wall

      The post-WBTB part of the night started with a failed SSILD attempt. I vaguely remember doing 3 long cycles but I think I actually only did one or one and a half and did the rest in the dream. Which was a FA on a field next to a forest and then it developed into a longer dream… nothing to write about.

      Later in the morning, I found myself awake again (and reminded myself that SSILD needs to be done with the intention to expect FAs and to do a RC).
      I decided to do SSILD again, this time a bit more aggressively, to survive at least 3 and ideally 4 long cycles. But it actually put me into a WILDing position - there was motion hypnagogia during the 2nd cycle (bed shaking and similar sensations).
      R. was breathing loudly next to me, almost snoring. I considered using it as an anchor, but he changed position. I was doing my 3rd SSILD cycle and dreams or dreamlets were forming around me, but when I noticed them or engaged with them, they collapsed, like snapping out of a daydream. Imagining a scenario or location also didn’t work.
      I wanted to change position to the other side and fall asleep. I still gave physical separation a chance, even though I felt too grounded in reality - but as expected I moved with my real body and opened my eyes for a moment.
      I rolled over onto my other side and lazily did the last cycle. Knowing I wouldn't force my entry into the dream, I decided to just let go most or all of my awareness, to let my mind wander, just let the sleep come and the dream form, and to do a RC in a few minutes.
      There was a short semi-sexual fantasy (1 minute max). I don’t know if it was a dream or dreamlet or just visual thoughts, I was completely passive. I ended up half-sitting on my bed.

      Aren’t I in the dream already? I thought and tried to fully sit and get up. As I was getting up, my vision glitched and I thought “I did it”, not needing any RC.
      I slowed down a little and touched the sheets, they were silky. That made everything much better and I got up fully. I left the room immediately.
      The door to the second bedroom was bricked up. There was wallpaper around it, but there was only a wall where the door should be. And the hallway was extremely narrow, I could only just squeeze into the main part of the hallway. My first goal was to look in the mirror (in the hallway above the shoe cabinet). Almost there, I remembered that I’d wanted to look at my hands at some point (I've never used it as an RC and never examined my hands in my dreams). The front of my vision was blurry and/or my field of vision started 30-50cm away from me, I could only see my fingertips and my hands were disappearing in the fog. They were wide and strangely deformed and almost impossible to count. 6 a 3? I don't know.
      Then I looked in the mirror. It was clearly me. The image was distorted, but nothing disturbing - my face was a little wider and irregular and my eyes were a little slanted, but it was undoubtedly me and I was smiling, looking happy.
      I remembered that people use mirrors as portals, and since the plan today was to teleport (the main goal - to use the TV), I tried to climb into the mirror. It's small and it's high up, so I couldn't really do it, but it was obvious that there was space behind the mirror, I could stick my hand in and grab the frame from the inside.
      I wanted to put in a better location, so I reached behind me for a picture, but then I got a better idea - I went through the advertising flyers on the shoe cabinet and pulled one out. It had a beautiful landscape on it - blue sea, blue sky, green hill.
      I put it behind me so it would reflect in the mirror. It worked very well, the picture of the landscape filled most of the mirror and it looked realistic. I tried to climb into the mirror again, but as it was small, I got stuck and couldn't crawl any further.
      As I tried to use more force to push through, the dream faded.
    12. 23 June - Unexpected WILD

      The postman woke me up.
      Back in bed, I remembered that I wanted to try lucid dreaming subliminal music. After a while, I was quite uncomfortable being on my back, so I found a position on my side that was compatible with headphones. But it still didn't suit me - I'd probably fall asleep, but it bothered me how my entire headspace was taken up by the music, even though I had it on minimum volume.
      I checked the time - half an hour had passed.
      I tried to fall asleep normally - changed position a few times. There were some visualizations - I imagined moving along a path and subconscious added the scenery around. It was quite nice, the landscapes were detailed, but it wasn't immersive and it wasn't going anywhere.

      I was on my left side and very close to falling asleep and felt very light vibrations. I remembered that I wanted to be more aggressive during WILD and get up right after the vibrations. So, without a single thought of my real body, I tried to get up and sit on the edge of the bed.

      And it worked. It had a real feel, but it was surprisingly easy, no duvet putting up resistance or anything like that. I did a nose-plug RC and could breathe. But at the same time it was unstable and I couldn't see anything. As I continued to get up, my head got dizzy, and when I tried to open my eyes, I saw my bedroom for a moment, the "dream filter" was on but it was confusing, and it felt like I was opening my real eyes out of the corner of my eye (probably an illusion), so I closed them again. And everything was shaky. I grabbed the curtain and used it for support and to stabilize - it was very fine, almost silky, not like IRL.
      I'm standing upright now, but still with my eyes closed. I walk carefully around the bed - I don't want to kill myself on the pile of clothes lying there. But in the dream, there's hardly anything there.
      Things are more stable, so I want to open my eyes, but I realize I'm starting to see, and instead of opening my eyes I blink and everything starts to become clearer. It's still confusing though and doesn't feel much like a dream. I leave the bedroom, hoping it will give me more stability and mental clarity.
      I go to the cat room. The furniture there is similar to real life, but it's tidier, and my cat is sleeping on the couch at the end of the room. She looks normal. When she sees me, she starts to stretch. I decide not to go any closer because I'm worried I might step on the real cat IRL (forgetting that my real body is in bed).
      As I leave, I hear a grunting sound, like something is bothering her, but it's a dream and I decide to ignore it and close the door.
      I'm going to the living room. It looks like it should - I guess - I don't look around too much and stay by the door.
      I still find it hard to believe that it's a dream, everything is so realistic as if I'm really there and I think how it doesn't compare at all with the visualizations. I do a nose-plug RC and take three breaths just to be sure, and I can breathe without a problem. I feel really weird because I haven't needed in-dream RC in months, but the dream feeling is so subtle that I can't wrap my head around that.
      I decide to try Tiktaalik's "focusing on the spine" RC.
      Spoiler for Result - don't read if you want to try it too:

      For some reason, I realize I'm naked, but I don't think it's RC related.
      I decide to go outside.
      I'm still aware that I'm naked, but it's a dream, so what. When I go outside, it's a strange feeling, being naked outside, but I don't see any neighbours. The street looks roughly like my street, but I don't examine the details.
      I want to try flying like an airplane (as I've imagined and incubated).
      I run down the street and call out in turn "Airspeed alive", "V1", "and rotate" and jump into the air with my arms spread wide.
      It doesn't work, I don't climb, I fall flat on the pavement, but I don't feel anything.
      I decide to try again, but this time I swap the lines, start with V1, but then correct myself and say them in the correct order and jump into the air again.
      I'm on a street corner somewhere and there are 3 guys, they look British and have Peaky Blinders haircuts. As I'm trying to take off, I jump on one of their backs (still naked). He doesn't look unhappy. I say "hey, handsome".
      He gets me off his back and takes me in his arms. He opens a door that apparently leads to a pub and puts me on a table. I'm not sure if he wants to hand me over to their care/get rid of me, or if he wants to share me.
      I start to feel myself waking up.


      Notes:
      - I am fairly confident this was a WILD, even though I was just barely aware when I felt the vibrations. I don't think I dreamt that, although it's hard to be 100% sure. Anyway, the continuity of going from being in the bed, trying to sleep, and then standing in my bedroom, lucid dreaming, was a total mindfuck.
      - I want to give that "flying like a plane" another try someday, maybe really focusing on the sensation of taking off and imagining it, rather than just saying the words. I have enough real-life flying experience to make it work.
      - I don't know why I steered it towards possibly sexual content, even though it wakes me up.

      Hill and a subway
      I am hiking to some hill and I take the subway on my way back. I am worried that I fail to get off at the correct station.

      FA1
      I am in some room, in a guest house, after coming back from the hike. It's the morning and I am putting on a long canvas dress, even though it looks weird and it is cold.

      FA2
      I am again in some kind of accommodation (possibly the same as in the previous dream) but the room is different. I really want to sleep but I am worried that it's too late and I don't know when the checkout time is. Then there is R and he is not worried at all. He offers me some breakfast cereals. I remember I've already eaten them and threw away the box (IRL). I am thinking that he probably hid/put aside some of them. I want him to find out when the checkout is.

      FA3
      I am again in the same room but this time, I am sleeping on a mattress on the ground, close to the bed from the previous dream. R is next to me, taking too much space and waking me up and I am mad because I want to sleep. Then I remember that we actually sleep somewhere else, so I should get enough sleep, even though I am not sleeping here.
      Then the dream shifts to some time later and we are getting up. R is sitting on the mattress. I say "this is a FA" and do a nose-plug RC. I can breathe. But I am still confused and I can't see well. I ignore R (he doesn't exist anyway) and have the idea to find my glasses, maybe they help me with my vision. I go to the bed from FA2, trying to find them. I find it fascinating that I can be dreaming and moving at once. It's like I think I am sort of sleepwalking and the bed from FA2 is my real bed and my body is my real body. I find the glasses but I don't use them - I am thinking that this all is creating in my head so it would be pointless to try to wear the glasses.
      I go to the window, thinking about jumping out and flying. But what if this is reality?
      I go to the door and suddenly, my vision is much better and not blurry at all. I think I woke up (in my sleepwalking body). I do the nose-plug RC again and I can breathe, so I relax. I notice R is watching me and feel bad for ignoring him. I tell him that this is a FA and because he saw me doing the nose-plug RC, I try to show him finger-in-palm RC but it doesn't go through. I try it again, really believing it can go through, but nothing. I think I am really bad at this.
      I finally remember my goal to pass through a wall. But there is no point in trying to go through a wall if I can't make my finger go through my palm.

      I wake up. DEILD attempt failed.

      Time: 12:40
      I can't sleep. Some unstable minidreams.

      MiniWILD
      I can't sleep and I am feeling earthquake-like vibrations. It's annoying because I want to sleep but I am familiar with them and prepare for a separation attempt.
      I stay at our garden door. I slowly sit down, remembering that I need to take things slowly and slowly try to separate. Then I realize I am not in my bed anymore, which means I am already separated.
      The dream collapses.
      Then there is another wave of vibrations. But nothing afterwards.
      I can't sleep...

      I wake up at 13:25, I want to get up. I take another cushion, put my glasses on, trying to find the will for journaling my dreams. But I feel too tired. I put the glasses away and close my eyes... ten more minutes... or maybe a WILD? Falling asleep feels easy.

      I watch HI and daydream a little bit, interacting with the HI and dreamlets.
      At one moment, I notice there is instrumental music in the background. I realize it is in my head and not outside, so I could use it to get into the dream. I focus on the music, trying to raise the volume.
      Through small gaps in my eyes, I start to see a room. It works. But it fades a little bit and I feel my body in the bed (dream body, dream bed). I focus again and I can almost see through my eyes but also not really. I have the idea that my dream eyes are closed and I try to open them. It works. I close my eyes and open them again and my vision is very good.
      I get up, slowly, worried about the stability of the dream, but it's fine and I walk a bit. I am in an unknown room, my dream bed is there and another bed/sofa. And R is here, I bump into him on my way to the door. He blocks my way out, I almost pass through him but not fully. I tell him "you are just a DC, you don't exist" (really meaning "you shouldn't be blocking my way"). He says nothing.
      I take his hand, leading him to the sofa, sitting next to him. He now looks like my brother, J. I say "and that's why you look like J". I feel sorry for him but skip to the only idea I have how to use this dream. "Do you want to have sex?" I ask. He is silent. "Do you want to do something else?" He shakes his head and gives me and an empty look.


      I wake up. The time is 1:51. Interestingly, I feel well and not tired anymore.

      Notes:
      - I struggle with fake insomnia. It can manifest as dreams about not being able to sleep (as above) or I can be in a conscious NREM sleep while thinking I am awake. Basically, my ability to tell the difference between conscious NREM and being awake is almost non-existent.
      - I can't tell if the pseudoWILD was WILD or not. I obviously dreamed most of the "transition". What I perceived as my bed and my body was a dream bed and a dream body (most probably). I can't tell if the music was a HH (then it would count as a confused WILD, I guess) or if it was a part of the dream (so technically not a WILD). But if I lost my self-awareness, I was out for a minute or two, probably not much more. The whole thing took between 20 and 25 minutes.
    14. Almost WILD! Buss, brain dead, candy shop, Harry Potter. Going by an ariplane and Corona.

      I drank some water and woke up first 01.24 and later on 03.50. By 03.40 I tried to WILD. I rested in the corpse position and managed to lose my body completely and after about an hour I enter a ninja dream I have a third person view and there is a forest. Two ninjas run alongside each other. I lost it after some seconds and I felt my body again. I give up after 80 minutes 05.13 because of a bad itch on my nose and that I need some sleep too. It didn't feel like I was conscious in over one hour. I think maybe I lost consciousness and regained it later. I didn't have any HI or HH which is good but also worrying because all people seem to have it when they WILD.

      I'm by the big road on way to Lidle from our house. Signe and my other friends from class are also there. I'm also half lucid and decide that I want to eat something sweet because it's one of my dream goals. There is a buss waiting for us and we enter it. The driver is Sandra, our SO teacher. I ask her to drive to the candy shop and she says I am lucky to have a buss that drives me in the city. I think to myself that it would have been faster to walk or fly there. When we are by the candy shop (It's no specific candy shop and it has taken the place where Subway usually is) I tell Sandra to join us. She says she can't but I command her that she is going to eat candy with us. All of my friends' faces and Sandra's face become like they are brain dead and she says okey to my commandment. We enter the shop and we are going to eat it all. I've lost all lucidity by this point. There are many windows where people can look in. We want to eat all the candy without anyone noticing us for some reason. They all begin to eat and I jump up on a shelf and look out a window. I see someone that looks like Dumbledore and say it to the other people in the store. They are no longer brain dead and say something about Dumbledore. I am Harry Potter suddenly and some other wizard I have never seen before is reading my mind and demands that I tell him who Severus Lipus (?) is while he points his wand against my head. I point my wand back at him and there is also a third wizard next to us that is pointing her wand against my enemy.

      Notes: The brain dead part of the dream says a lot. When I try to force things upon my DC's they may not come naturally. I never ate anything in the dream. I saw a trailer where Daniel Radcliffe had a role yesterday.

      I'm in a plane with some classmates and we are going on a trip to some noble family. I'm in the back row and Angelina is also there. She starts to cough and cough. I feel uncomfortable and she excuses herself and says that she usually cough when she reads. One of the the waitresses comes to Angelina and tells her to stop it. She stops and I ask if they can turn on the ventilation in order to give us new fresh air. There are many small fans in the wall that starts to push fresh air on us. New fragment. We are now outside the plane and my family is already there. I leave my group and join my family instead.

      Notes: I saw a picture of my mom flying a gyrocopter yesterday. We also talked about going on a class trip.

      I'm in Sturkö and know it's a dream. I start to run outside to the waters and my vision is getting darker and darker. I touch my face in order to stabilize it but it doesn't work. I slowly transition to my bed. I'm still walking but feel my back against my bed. When my real body's sensation takes over there is a weird transition where the gravity goes from pressing my feet down on the ground to instead pushing my back to the bed. It is confusing and I have to orient for a while before I am confident in my body.

      Notes: It may have been a FA because they often wake me up in a smooth way like this.

    15. Spinning head

      Woke up 5 am and had a bad stomach. I went to bed 90 minutes later and had an accidental WILD. I'm aware but my vision goes darker and there are some shifting patterns. There is a face that is grey and pointy. It starts to spin around. I dreamt about eating snacks and I ate some of that snack the same day.
