    1. Walking on Water + A New Technique

      by , 01-12-2011 at 10:54 AM (Dreamography)
      12 Jan 2011

My [deceased] parents and I are on a clifftop overlooking a local beach. It's night time and the moon is very low in the sky, illuminating the whole scene. We discuss how beautiful it is. Then I find myself swimming in the ocean below with lots of other people. It's now a warm and sunny day. Suddenly, a lifeguard on the beach gets a radio call and dives into the ocean. He swims toward a young boy who appears to be drowning, and drags him back to safety. At this point I start to feel lighter and, pushing the boundaries of what seems possible, I find that by kicking my legs furiously I can rise up out of the water. Soon I am virtually walking on it, having only my feet below the surface.

Interpretation: This seems to be about gaining mastery over my emotions (the low moon, for example, followed by a rising up from the sea (of emotion?). If both the drowning boy and the lifeguard are aspects of myself, then it makes sense that I should feel 'lighter', once the boy had been rescued.

Notes: The dream also had a feeling of OILD about it (Options Induced Lucid Dream). It's a technique that I've been developing and experimenting with for a couple of weeks now. It basically works on the premise that 99% of our reactions in life (and assumptions about it) are entirely robotic (conditioned responses), and that there are, therefore, ALWAYS other options available - only we don't usually consider them. The technique, then, involves constantly observing - and, most importantly, questioning - one's reactions, especially when confronted by apparent obstacles, conflicts, limitations or fear-based situations. Inherent to this, of course, is discerning where one is. However, unlike a basic RC, the value of actually questioning one's programmed reactions (and breaking free of those reactions in daily life) is becoming increasingly apparent to me. Whilst people may not have limitless options in waking reality, in terms of being able to walk on water, etc, we certainly do have many more options than our 'auto-pilot' permits us to realise.

Needless to say, the constant questioning of one's reactions and limitations, in the pursuit of greater freedom, carries over into dreams. And this is what I got a sense of as I was flapping about in the water.

For some people, automatic and uncontrolled aggression is an aspect of their programming; their auto-pilot. For most, however, I feel that timidity is the 'problem' - that we simply go along to get along. The degree to which one may want to substitute timidity for boldness obviously depends upon the situation (and crucially, whether one is dreaming or not). But it's precisely in the establishing of this fact that greater freedom and lucidity are achieved, not only in dreams, but in waking reality as well.

A recent (unrecorded) dream went something like this:

I was back in school and the teacher began handing out packets of crisps, which we weren't allowed to eat until break-time. He then issued a stern reminder not to secretly eat them in class, which I recognized as a conflict (a limitation of my freedom), and so began considering other options. This led to the realisation that I was dreaming. And so, standing up, I confidently uttered the following words: "Not only will I eat my crisps now, but I'll also eat yours, and I'll do so right in front of your face."

Had I been using this technique during my actual school days (instead of merely going through the motions on auto-pilot), I would surely have been a lot less timid. In fact, after receiving an unjust detention (for example), I may, having questioned my options, have said something to the effect of: "Not only will I not be coming to your detention, sir, but if you ever issue me one again, I'll tell my parents that you've been touching me inappropriately." (Whilst I wouldn't have actually made any false accusations, it would surely have put the fear of God into the teacher).

OILD - Because there's ALWAYS another option!

    2. Gibbs and school prison...

      Lucid
      Non-lucid
Decided to get back into lucid dreaming and start my dream journal again. I sort of had to put it aside because of how hectic school became but my New Year's resolution was to have at least one more lucid dream this year!!!
      ----------
I was in an indoor car impound lot. Well I wasn't really in it but was watching it like a movie. There was scary and suspenseful music. A young girl in a white dress who looked to be about 10 was walking through the cars. Her older brother wasn't far behind. Gibbs from NCIS stood up on a raised platform at the back of the building, watching them and laughing. The girl ran her hand along a white car and twirled around laughing. She ran away as her brother began to chase her. Her brother touched the same car that his sister had and it suddenly exploded.

It wasn't a big explosion but it was big enough to destroy the car and Gibbs' son with it. Gibbs had a shocked expression on his face and the image froze and faded to black.

      ----------
I was in a school - not one I've ever been to before. But me and my friend, Jessie were there together. Nothing was mentioned but I knew that everyone at this school, including us, was being kept prisoner by the teachers. Jessie and I had established a sort of 'nest'area where we stashed forbidden goods. The goods included chocolate, which we were forbidden to have and Jessie had never even heard of it until I smuggled some into the school.

On this particular day, Mr B, arrived in the carpark.
In real life Mr B is one of my teachers but in the dream he was just a friend. He pulled up in his car and Jessie and I ran over to it. I peered into the boot and saw some soft drink (another forbidden good) and chocolate. "Jess! Look at this!" I said and pointed to it. Jessie gasped. "Mr B! Can we have some?" she asked in an excited but hushed voice. Mr B looked around cautiously and then nodded and popped the boot. We pulled it open and leant in, stuffing our faces with chocolate and soft drink.

"Girls, what are you doing?" we heard the head mistress call out. We quickly put down the food and drinks and looked back to her, over the rooves of some of the other cars. She couldn't have seen what we were doing. "Just saying hello to Mr B!" I replied. "Come back at once!" she called. Jessie quickly ran back and I stood there for a moment trying to think of a way I could smuggle back the soft drink but I didn't end up doing it and joined Jessie back near our nest.

Later, there was another chance and we made a dash to the car and finished up the chocolate and soft drink. When we returned to the building however, the head mistress was standing out the front with her hands on her hips. "Been eating chocolate have we?" she asked and Jessie and I remained silent. "Show me where the rest is," she demanded. Meekly we took her to our nest where Jessie leant in as if looking for more chocolate but I could see her quickly gobbling up the rest. "There is nothing here," she said to the head mistress. "Okay," the head mistress complied and left. "Phew! That was close!" I said.

Despite days of immersing myself in different techniques and being completely positive that they would work I haven't had success yet but I'm sure I will soon!!!!

      NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID

Finally I am settle and I hope I can start writing down my dreams daily again. My recall did not get affected. I recalled four dreams, but I was too tired to write a lot of detail.

      Third:

I was driving with my wife heading to El Pollo loco (a Mexican style KFC) We were going to complete a mystery shop at this location. When we arrived, I was surprised, because instead of finding the usual establishment, we found a kiosk.

The kiosk was very small and there were three ladies. I requested 10 pieces of legs and thighs. The place did not look like they were selling chicken. The lady walked towards a dumpster. Three guys came out from the dumpster and pulled a whole chicken (but as big as a turkey) from the dumb. It was already made, but it had trash all around.

The lady handed the chicken. It smelled bad and look grossly. I complained about such gross chicken. She told me that instea of charging $46 she was going to charge $32. She informed me they had no more chicken and it was all I could get.

      Missed dream signs:
      - Such weird Pollo Loco.
      - The whole scenario from the dumpster.

      Second:

I was walking with my wife in a street. There were several Mexican stores and people. I found a grocery store that only sold Coronita beer and limes. My wife told me that such stores were not good, that no one can live on Coronita Beer and limes. A few steps later, I found a grocery store. It looked old school but it had a lot of produce. I pointed it out and informed my wife that they had such stores.

We walked for a while more and we found several different stores.

      Missed dream signs:
      - A store that only sold Coronita and Limes.

Finally I am settle and I hope I can start writing down my dreams daily again. My recall did not get affected. I recalled four dreams, but I was too tired to write a lot of detail.

      First:

I was at John's (a friend of mine) We were playing Magic, The Gathering at one of our game nights. For an odd reason, I was in a different room, away from everybody. I had a few cards in front of me and while it was not my turn, I found an old folder inside my backpack (where I do keep the cards) Inside the folder, I found a bundle of $20 bills and another one of $10. I was so happy I found that money and I was going to call my wife.

Suddenly, it was my turn and all my cards were gone. I could not find my deck nor my cards at all. I was worried because I did not know where my Library of Alexandria and other very expesive cards I own were. I browsed all around without success.

The game had to end, as I had no deck. John got mad at me because I was not at the table with them, but on another room.

      Missed dream signs:
      - Playing in a different room.
      - Finding hard-cash inside my back pack.
      - My deck vanishing into oblivion.

      1/11/11 - Mall Excursions
      Dream Non-dream Lucid

The longer dream took place at a huge mall. I was at Barnes & Noble, my favorite place ever, but it was more like a library for some reason. My friend Angela was there, and told me that was where she worked. We sat down by a weird machine; Angela told me it was for donating or renting out books, but for awhile we used its many attached screens to watch NCIS. After awhile I decided to rent out my InuYasha books, since I'd already read them. Angela helped me put them on a sort of conveyer belt, which rolled through the machine and electronically stored the books elsewhere. At some point I changed my mind and wanted my books back. Angela didn't know what to do, though, so I called out, "Can I get some help from someone who actually knows what they're doing?!" The whole store was staring at me, and a man walked up to me. He asked if I'd donated some books, and explained that this machine was for donations only. I was pissed at Angela for screwing up. I told the man that there'd been a mistake, and asked for my books back. He said he could get them back for me, and sat down at a computer on the opposite end of the machine. After typing for awhile, he stood up and told me to go to the back of the store, and that my books were at the reception desk.
I went to the back of the store and looked around. I saw a little podium labeled, "Reception," but saw no books there. I looked around some more and noticed a huge desk with lots of manga sitting on top, just a couple of feet away. I looked at all the books, but couldn't find mine. I did notice something labeled "Elemental135," but apparently it was the title of the manga. I also saw a Death Note book and, I think, some Dragonball Z.
Finally I decided to go back to the man at the machine. "My books aren't there," I told him. He asked me what books I'd been looking for, and after some thought I remembered having InuYasha VizBig Edition, books 1-3. He went back to the manga I'd been looking at and pulled out a book, saying it was mine. I looked at it and it was something I'd never heard of before.

I somehow ended up in a different scene. I was with B&N's owner's daughters, three little girls around ages 6-10. I was supposed to babysit them, and the owner and I were on friendly terms, so he trusted me. I found myself in a big room with a weird stairway formation that led to the ceiling. *The girls were all running to the highest point they could reach, in fear of something. They told me about an evil thing coming to get us. We climbed up the stairs and onto some banister-like things near the ceiling; it was pretty high up. Suddenly, through a large gap in the stair formation, I saw spurts of water shooting up in a circle. I asked the girls if it was the "evil thing" and they nodded. I told them it was just a fountain, and we were all relieved. Right then, their parents came home. I was switched to 3rd-person view, and saw myself, though I looked and acted like another person, a young woman with thick black hair, suddenly feign anger and yell, "Get down from there!" as if scolding the children. "I" jumped down to the floor, and a couple of the children fell from their perches in the banisters. I believe the were hurt. Their father rushed over, pissed, and ordered me to leave. I tried to explain about the "evil" fountain, and he said they had done the same thing earlier, and that they'd already been told it was just a fountain. I felt like, somehow, the children's memories had been erased. The father tended to his children.

That was the end there, but I remember something else happening at the same mall. I was with someone, possibly Will, and we were in a small shop. It was empty except for a long counter at one end, where an old man, supposedly our grandpa, stood. On each side of the counter was a door. He went through the door on the left, and emerged with two baby bears on chain leashes. We were supposed to walk them, so Will and I each took a chain and took the bears out the door on the right, which led into the mall. I don't really remember where we walked. At some point we returned the bears to my grandpa, and repeated the process with a second set of cubs. We were still walking them when I woke up.

I went back to sleep for a few hours, and had another dream.
I remember being at my house with a new puppy, a pug or boxer. I think its name was Boulder. I was trying to decide where it would sleep, when it peed all over the bathroom counter, at which point I decided it would sleep in Will's room.

I walked into the garage to get a soda and as I pulled it out of the fridge, I realized my dog, who had spent the night in the garage, had shat on the floor. I called my parents so they could clean it up.

      NON-DREAM NON-LUCID LUCID
After her lecture, my science teacher handed the class an indecipherable worksheet to do for homework. I asked my friend sitting next to me, "Hey, do you get this?" "Yeah." "Well, why can't I read it?" He shrugged. I walked out the class, but realized I just walked out of my MATH class, not my science class. And the worksheet wasn't legible because, well, it was a dream. I became lucid, and the worksheet became readable. It read on how to triangulate a location somewhere west of the school. I put it away in my backpack and walked toward that direction, maybe something was there. I noticed Justin, Rachel, and Nick were walking separately in the halls. They were all common characters in my dreams, so I decided to check to see if they were actually dreamers. I sent out a thought to Justin. 'Look at me. Now.' He suddenly turned and locked a hypnotized stare on me as I walked past him. I stopped looked around and he was gone. Rachel was in front of me, and I sent the same thought to her. Another creepy stare. I walked past her, and saw Nick resting by one of the classrooms. Yet another thought, but surprisingly no response.

Just a thought back. 'Why? I'm gonna listen to my iPod.' He pulls out his headphones whiched looked a helluva a lot like mine. He didn't have an iPod, so I dismissed him as a DC too. I ran up one of the walls, dropped my backpack, and ejected my wings. I stood on the end of the building, ready to jump, when I noticed my science classmates arguing about where to go as directed by the worksheet. "Hey!" I yelled. Many turned to my direction, dumbfounded. I pointed somewhere to the west. "It's over there!" They all looked, and I jumped off and took flight toward that direction. I was now flying above a grassy hill. Below me I saw a mansion that had occured in a dream I previously had about three months ago. It was the EXACT same thing. I flew down to it and pulled in my wings, but I couldn't control my landing as well as I thought. I flew to fast and undershot the location of the ground, and I fell face first into the dirt, knocking me out.

I need to not take Benadryl to sleep. With all the family issues going on right now, it wasn't good.

I was about 18, and my younger sister was 15ish. I don't remember exactly what was going on, but she started following me and telling me everything that was wrong with me psychologically. Every time I told her to leave me alone, she analyzed that too. I finally stormed out of the house, just leaving home to get away from her. She followed me still, chirping about how disturbed I must be to be running away from home. I stopped, gripping her wrist and bending it backwards until she started crying, and cussed her up one side and down the other telling her to f*** off and that I hated her. Then I woke up.

Before this, I was with my husband visiting an adult-themed shopping mall. It was a fascinating place with kinkiness that I didn't know my mind was capable of. Yay, me. But when I tried to leave, I suddenly found myself uncontrollably vomiting until I went back inside. I threw up blue hair at one point, and something pinkish and still undigested. I never ate, but I hurled several stomachfuls of yuk before waking.

On waking this first time, I saw my husband asleep next to me but he somehow registered as my Dad. I was shocked and disgusted at my cuddle instinct until I realized who it was beside me.

The sister thing is reliving some family drama, but a different sister is the one doing this. My elder sister has decided that something has damaged me to make me convert from the family religion, and is determined to heal me by the power of the family deity whether I want it or not. She recently sent me a Christmas card full of rather threatening rhetoric about what this god will do to me if I don't repent. And since I'm the only one of my faith in the family, no one will back me in this. They think she's a little over-the-top, but still in the right mind-set.

My little sister has come the closest to supporting me, and I'm very big-brotherish in my overprotectiveness of her no matter my femininity. I'd never hurt my Bugg in reality. Dunno why my mind translated my older sister into her.

I don't have many scary nightmares, just rage and screaming fits.

    10. Insane dreaming frenzy, and possible shared dream

      by , 01-12-2011 at 01:16 AM
      Non-dream dream lucid dream

Before writing down this dream entry, I should state everything that happened before, because this was truely insane. First day back in colledge so I was exhausted, went to sleep at 9 pm. Woke up at 11:30 Pm and had a lot of stuff to eat, then went back to bed, saw I was having a lot of trouble going to sleep so I said "hell, ill try and do a WILD". If I am good at anything, its naturally having DILDs, for some reason I don't even have to reality check sometimes, but suck at WILDs, you will see why.

1st WILD attempt of the night

Im sweating a lot because it is extremely hot in my room, I feel my body start to tingle everywhere, I realize I am shutting down, but I am completely conscious, time to dream, I hope...

I think its time to open my dream eyes now, I only get one open, and I am in my room ahh crap this isnt a dream, I'm in sleep paralysis, after some effort I force my self awake.

Rinse and repeat, now I open both eyes, its my same room but its too dark, need to turn on the light. I can't move worth a crap, can't even get up off my bed. (this is why I hate doing WILDS, I have such limited control of my dreams as opposed to DILDS for some reason)

I wake up semi frustrated, failed miserably.

      2nd WILD Attempt same night

So after waking up, I decide to change position and try it again. First time I tried face up, which is really uncomfortable for me. Now side ways

I open my dream eyes, same room, same bed, same everything, but this time, I can move. I get up off my bed and its really dark, so I turn on the light switch, believing it will work and it does. Now for some reason at this point, I start paying attention to my Field of Vision, I notice that the edges of my FoV are dark, noticing this for some reason makes me completely start losing grasp of the dream world, my FoV is reduced to 0 and I wake up -_-

      3rd WILD Attempt same night

I figure, I got nothing better to do, so I try to fall back into a WILD, and its really easy this time.

In the same room, same darkness and I can move, but, this time the light switch doesn't work, which uber pisses me off. Anyways I continue to the outside and its all dark. I try to make light but I can't, I try to go somewere else and I can't either, I deside to abandon this dream, determined to go to somewhere I can see.

      4th WILD Attempt same night

      blah blah repeat

ok so I see pure black, for some reason I consider this an opportunity to form a world, basically I tell myself to go anywhere with color, then I realized this was a flawed thought. My sub-conscious IMMEDIATELY related color to....cartoons. Now for some reason my mind likes to troll me, or I like to troll myself, so my lucid begins as a weird cheesy cartoon entrance, with some strange looking misplaced characters, eventually I become one of these, except the camera view is broken, I am neither in 1st nor 3rd person view, Instead its a faulty mixture, I can see the world, but I can at all times see, my left ear -_-. So as you can imagine it is pretty annoying. I start exploring everywhere and its just a huge world of oversized stuff, huge tables and huge chairs. I decide to get out of here, cause frankly, I don't like cartoons.

I experience a false-awakening, but never lose lucidity somehow, this is all very confusing. I am in the same dark room again as before, and to get out, I try something crazy. I go for a WILD inside my own dream, BAM, it works.

I am now inside a huge black room very "matrix-like" complimented even more by the single lone computer in the middle of it all. I go up to it and it has at first what seems to be a weird strand of code, but I understand what it says, they are names of people, and names of dreams. I decide to go to one of my friends dream.

All of I sudden I find my self in a really pretty furnished house, everything is very clear, I look around and see him with a girl in the main living room, talking and I remember clearly hearing the word "fail". They can't seem to see me. I start looking around and there are certain entries to rooms that are pure black, as if they hadn't build properly built out by the dreamers mind. Also curious is that I cannot control anything, as if it is not my realm. I promptly leave.

Back in the matrix room, but this time with a lot of people, and they are making a mess and being extremely loud and annoying, I think at this point I am semi-lucid because I make no attempt to control them. After this event, I go to several other dreams, but my recall is a little bit blurry, I remember something about a white "tent"

The rest of the night I can only remember fragments.

I am on a huge bed with several people, watching a hologram/movie, I remember knowing that the movie was really outdated and I wasn't amused by it at all, something about dancers. Everyone else was being quite entertained, which annoyed me a bit.

I am in a school bus with some old friends, there is a massive storm and the bus is now floating around 5 meters above ground level, we then start rushing with the water current and are smacked around quite a bit, until somehow we are on dry land. I start talking to a girl beside me, she was kinda dumb :/, I attributed her dumbness to her addiction towards her blackberry, at which point I realized the whole story was being narrated by her cellphone.

      Post Dream Notes

I woke up extremely tired and exhausted in the morning, I remembered to ask my friend about the house I had visited, apparently, he had dreamed he was there, the house is one that he had gone to the same day to hang out with his friends, the girl I saw was also a friend of his that was in his dream, I described her perfectly according to him, shared dream possibly? I am a skeptic when it comes to the existence of these type of dreams. Also its weird cause me and my friend live in different countries, and it could have been a coincidence. I had much more dreams than I recall, around 10-12~.
    11. Kidnapped and Mind-fucked

It is late at night and raining. I walk along a sidewalk, without an umbrella. The rain drenches me but I don’t care, it feels nice. There are other people walking down the street in front and behind me. A long black limousine pulls up in front of me. I see a few of the other people that walk around me get pulled into the limo. It pulls forward so that the limousine sits directly next to me. The door swings open, and I don’t have a moment to react or escape. They abduct me into the back seat. The back of the limousine opens up… it is exponentially bigger inside than it looks from outside.

Several Men in Black suits and dark sunglasses surround me and the other captives. One by one, each captive is held down by multiple men while another injects an oversized hypodermic needle deep into the center of his forehead into his third eye… the mind’s eye which rests just above and between the brow crests. The threatening Men in Black purposely show me this on a few of the captives so that I know exactly what I’m getting into. Once each person is injected they go limp and enter a catatonic state. Even though I know this and that this danger will befall me, I cannot escape.

It is my turn now, and I fight against the men with all my might. They overpower me easily, incomparable in strength. I see the giant oversized hypodermic needle come closer toward me until I feel it puncture the skin of my forehead. It stabs deep into my brain and I feel the liquid enter me as the plunger pushes down. Something is released within me and my entire body is seized with the most intense energetically buzzing. (similar to Sleep Paralysis). The electronic current flows through my system. I initially wonder if it is heroin. I am catatonic in the back of the black limousine, and it feels so beautifully euphoric that it hurts me to the core.

Eddie Murphy ate a fly. Then it flew out of his mouth unscathed.

An alien invasion was unleashed upon the earth by the Grays. These aliens were specifically body snatchers and shape-shifters. They were manipulators of the highest ability, akin to the reptilians. The problem was that anybody could be one of the invading aliens. A lot of people also didn’t believe me, thinking that I was just being a conspiracy theorist. My closest friends in the dream were aware though, and a hefty portion of the dream was spent thinking a specific individual was an alien, but I was wrong.

The alien turned out to be masquerading as an ally of mine. We managed to ‘evade’ the other aliens by hiding in a forest… but it was all just a ruse for the shapeshifter to get me alone. When just the two of us stood in the forest, it transformed into its original alien form and tried to infest my body, to make me its next host. I ran, and tried to escape but no matter how fast or hard I tried, the alien was right on my heels. At this point, the stress and fear catapulted me into lucidity and I realized I was dreaming. I decided to stop and face my fears, so I stopped and turned to confront the alien. I told it that it couldn’t hurt me in this dream world. At this, the alien cocked its head and stabbed its hand deep into my chest (Mr. Smith a la the Matrix style). I could feel the alien drain my life force, as I started dying. My feelings were of failure and lost hope… as even though I stood up to a dream figure… I ‘died’
    14. Dead Teddy Bear

I see a lone stuffed anthropomorphic Teddy Bear, complete with button eyes. It tries to talk to me but its mouth is just a seam stitched shut. In an attempt to talk, the bear forcibly rips its mouth-seam open. As soon as it manages to make a working mouth… the bear’s cotton guts spill out of it with such force that it turns the teddy bear inside out, leaving just a fluff of cotton. The cotton fluff morphs into a cloud that rains upon a single spot on the ground. Where the teddy bear once sat, the ground becomes fertile and single flower sprouts.
    15. Two Dreams, One Fragment and Lucid in One Night! My First Lucid!

      Normal Dream Lucid Dream Side-Notes
      ------------------------------------------------------------
(I'm not sure if these dreams, are all connected or if they are separate. I'm just guessing.)
      Fragment:
I'm in my house and my cousin is living with us again. (He use to live with us, but then he moved out.) We're actually getting along.
Dream 1: I'm a superhero fighting a monster. I know it's my responsibility but I keep leaving to watch Avatar. (I don't know why I left because in the dream it was recording on our DVR. Also, I went back and forth lots and lots of times so this part of the dream was pretty long.) Then the scene changed and my mom, sister and I are driving in a car. We go down a one-way road that is blocked and continue through the detour. The workers say the detour isn't finished being built and we have to go back through the one-way road. Going back up is uphill and since I'm the guy I have to push our car up the hill. We make it home and watch a movie.(Not Avatar)
Dream 2: My mom wants a locker, like the ones in my school. I take her to school and as I'm showing her my locker my Spanish teacher comes up says stuff.(I forget what she says.) Then some other teacher comes up and says more stuff. The scene changes to a play. My family and I are in the back. We start talking about dreams.
Dream 3: I was a library trying to meet a guy that is a master at lucid dreaming. I decide to reality check and realize I am dreaming. The dream gets blurry. I Lick the bookshelf to stabilize the dream, it gets really clear. The guy told me to make it brighter. I tried using verbal commands but it only worked a little bit. My alarm woke me up.
      ------------------------------------------------------------
      Side-Notes:
*This was my first real lucid, I'm so happy.
*It probably would of lasted longer if it wasn't for my alarm.
*Next time hopefully my lucid comes earlier in the night.
