Dream recall from yesterday's WBTB/nap.

Dream 1(fragments):

I was watching video of some card game, prolly Hearthstone, and there was one dragon card that was really powerful, but not from IWL version of it.

Dream 2:

I was at home and i was checking bunch of books, there was one that had like questions and checkboxes, like character creation and among other things it has special section where there was selection of dragon that character would be after he dies. I got really interested in book but then i was suddenly in the bathroom and family started distracting me, i've had random thought about what's going on that almost got me lucid but dream ended.

Dream 3(fragments):

I was watching some anime and there was something about town in the skies and a dude who everyone was calling 'god'.(Definitely based on one episode of anime i was watching recently...)

A strange woman? Troubleshooting?

09-29-13 A DILD from a dream in which a pretty lady was filling in at my job. Suddenly I was in the back of a truck. I became fully lucid. I pictured the truck parking and it did. I explored a building that seemed like offices.. As I went through one door everything looked so real I became concerned I may really be awake and just drunk or something. It has been a very long time since that happened. I turned around and suddenly my wife was there. Ok, people just appearing? Yep it is a dream,,, dumb ass, lol. Now lets feel up my wife,,, well, why not? But let's make it a bit of a challenge. Before you can do that you must take her to a nicer private setting. Let's see how fast you can do that... We walk out the same door I came in through, but now we are on some kind of private grounds, like a VA hospital or mental health hospital may have. I decided I am a doctor here and have access to any part of it I want. There must be a cool private area only I have the keys too. I look around. My mind starts to form a smaller building, I fill in the details. It is an old bell tower or something. It become round and tall. It should be attractive say cobble stone,,, it becomes an octagon building of cobbles with a fancy stair. We go inside. It is all dusty and I decide the next floor is going to be perfect. It is cozy and has a nice bed with good linen. We fool around a bit, but this starts to destabilize the dream. I attempt to save it but end up moving my body and fade into a less note worthy less cognitive lucid sequence that I did not bother to recall.

09/28/13 I had more than 5 LDs this night, but they were all basic low grade stuff. "Oh hey, I am dreaming. Can I float, yep sure enough. Look a pretty girl..." and so on. Just short flashes of lucidity. I did have one that was more interesting, although it was only perhaps 3 or 4 minutes in duration. It was full of good graphics and a high level of cognition. Todd was there and I realized I was dreaming, as he is one of my dream signs. I talked with him about what should I do to work on my skills. I remembered that I want to do the "3 mystical places" challenge of my advanced task thread, I listed what that would involve. I just somehow felt this LD was not going to last that long. I said out loud to the Todd DC that I should attempt to get to some place basic but uncommon with some interesting geometric shape, as practice for when I had more time. I thought of a baseball diamond, with all the players and such.
OK, I would simply attempt to reach a live baseball game, and call it good for now. We walked through a hotel lobby and I decided to just do the old ask a DC trick. I asked a random DC how to get to the baseball game. He told me it was just down that corridor and out the door. We took off that way and entered a garden area like many hotels have. A full baseball game was taking place on a piece of lawn that was 90% surrounded by water. I went across the strip of land and seated myself in the teams box. I just screwed around a bit after that and did not bother to really recall any of it.

> I dreamed of a movie (An actual in life movie) that was about a man who designed things. At the moment I don't know the title of it.

> I was on a porch and people including children and my next-door neighbor put electrical wires around the area including through a place where plants are in real life that you can't walk through as it is now, But it was clear in the dream. Then later my neighbor showed me that I should step or jump over the electrical cords or I'd be electrocuted and I recall jumping over them and feeling as if I was jumping. I later went in the house to tell my parents about the cords and I thought about the basement.

I was at the local skate park in my home town. I was with a few people and we were building an extra ramp.We left the skate park not long after.

I decided to come back with Kayley, and continue what we started off. I noticed a table top in front of me that was made out of timber. I think it was something we had worked on earlier.

I looked into the distance and saw a group of people, only to recognise a few of them. They were just standing there, looking at us. I waved them over I think.

Eventually the group of people made there way over to us. I was talking to Pete R about what was happening. He's friend Bryce Gibbs (AFL Player) had did a mono and accidentally bumped into Pete. Pete kind of gave him the look of WTF.

I was going to start finishing off a few things on a ramp we were building earlier, but made sure I didn't leave anything around the skate park to be taken without me knowing. I noticed I had left a few tennis racquets under a chair?

I made my way towards, where the community centre was in real life, but it wasn't there in my dream. I walked up onto the platform leading to where we were building earlier. It was a long narrow hallway looking obstacle. I proceeded to walk to the end with Kayley. I was looking around to what I could do. I saw pieces of timber laying on top of the nailed down timber, so I was trying to move that out of the way before continuing.
I realised that I didn't really have the right sized nails to use to hammer into the timber, only a couple were the perfect size. I saw a scene of where I was looking at nail gun nails?

I saw a black man coming our way, he looked South African. I showed him what we were doing here.

Someone had pushed the wall at the far end down, as if they were doing what happened in the movie ''What Dreams May Come'', where Cuba Gooding. Jr had pushed the wall down, showing Robin Williams a new world (I had watched this movie last night for the first time).



I was looking around and noticed that we were building in between 2 house fences, which gave us about 5 metres in width to work with. I saw houses in the distance that I've never seen before.

I saw an old lady come over from next door. I started to feel a little bad, thinking I may be building on part of her property. She began to start mowing the lawn where we were building. She reached the area where there was a platform, and she tried lifting the lawn mower on top of it. I offered her a hand with lifting the lawn mower, as she was struggling a bit. She didn't want any help. I had a good look at her, and she had an unreal amount of muscle on her for a older women. I looked at her T-shirt she was wearing, it was white with 3 layers of photos on it, 1 under another. I knew the 3 people that were in the photos but only remember 2, which was Dwayne Johnson (The Rock) in 2 of the pics. DJ was inside a wrestling/boxing ring in both of his photos. 1 of his photos he had longer hair, compared to the other. I could now see a scene in my head of the picture, but it formed into a full blown moving scene. DJ was fighting Mixed Martial Arts against someone. He was doing very well at the start of the fight, getting some good shots in. The tide turned when his opponent gave him some punishing shot back. The strikes were pin point, one after another. DJ was all over the shop, he was on the verge of getting knocked out, but showed great heart to stay on his feet. The ref (Big John McCarthy, MMA Ref) had a look at DJ closely, and noticed that the lights were on but no one was home, and stopped the fight, he thought he had taken enough punishment and saved him any unnecessary shots.

I heard someone mention that a mod or member from Dream Views had chosen to see a movie (Harry Potter) over an important meeting or something, regarding dream view staff. They had mentioned that he really wanted to do a certain thing in his next lucid dream, that happened in the movie. I could see a scene of what exactly he was intending to do. There was a cartoon looking character (similar to a character in angry birds), it was shooting itself out of a cloud into another cloud across the sky. It was continuing this process, from cloud to cloud. Someone said that this is where he stuffs up. The cartoon character was losing momentum and was on the decline.

I had a brief moment when I was thinking about morphing myself into a character or a body part (something like that..) to surprise the people I was with.

I started to feel as if I was wasting my time with the building. Nothing was really getting done. I said to Kayley that we should just pack it up for the day. She looked at me with disbelief, which made me re-think about what I should do. I think I continued, until I woke up.

Side Notes: I tried to DEILD when my alarms would go off but I kept swallowing and focusing on it too often.

I have been practicing a mix between ADA and SAT throughout the day, increasing my general awareness. I did a WBTB, taking a short nap around 10-11pm, and then went to sleep at about 12:30am. As i fell asleep i used the mantra,"I am constantly aware of my surroundings."
I caught a false awakening. It seems lucky to me. I normally use the nose plug RC but I also remember inspecting my phone and watch. I was unsure I was dreaming at first, i wasn't very lucid, but a routine RC caught it.
I lost the dream due to excitement.
After I had ANOTHER false awakening, that's right back to back FA's. In the FA I was writing in my DJ, I keep a pocket book beneath my pillow.

I will be using my DJ here to explain how i induced lucidity on lucid dreams I have. Sorry, but my dream content is personal.

I went to sleep after staying up for about 80 minutes from waking up in the middle of the night to use the restroom. I did homework and some reading. I then used a mantra as I fell asleep.
When in my dream I realized I was dreaming by noticing something in the scenery was off. Can't remember what it was.

I originally meant to post this this morning, but my iPad was being stupid and giving me a 404 Not Found message every time I tried to access this site.

My family and I are taking a walk in what looks like San Deigo. The places we encounter on our walk include a submarine-looking place, and several alleyways. I misplace one of my sneakers in the alleyway, but I have to wait until the following morning to retrieve it. The next morning I go into one of the alleyways and see a beach ball with rubber legs wearing my sneaker on it's "foot" I pick up the beach ball and, after getting my sneaker back, begin to play with it.

Cory and I were shopping in the clothes section of a store, when I saw this weird monster hovering to and fro between the clothes racks. It made me think of Lovecraftian monsters, because it had lots of tentacles and a head that looked sort of like an aquatic triceratops. Cory didn't notice it wandering around, so I followed behind it to try to figure out what it was doing here. As it moved around, it dropped a book, and after a while it vanished. I picked up the book, but I couldn't get it to open. The front was covered in a grainy wood texture and it looked very old, and when I showed it to a nearby shopper, he screamed and spoiled his pants. It kinda freaked me out but at the same time was a little funny, that whenever I showed the book to someone, they would all get completely terrified and soil their pants. I figured the book had some kind of monstrous aura but it did not affect me because I was the one holding it. I hid the book in my bag so nobody else would see it and freak out, and then Cory and I left the store and went to a gas station to get some sodas. We were going on a trip that involved a train, so we wanted to bring some drinks with us. We arrived at the train station just in time to board and took a seat near the back. I put my bag with the creepy book in it under my seat and opened my soda, but when I took a drink of it, it was very gross and had a slimy consistency so I threw it out. After the train started moving, Cory fell asleep, as did many of the passengers, but there were still a few of us awake when the train took a very sharp curve and caused the terror book to fall out of my bag and slide across the floor. I tried to grab it but it slid out of my reach. As it slid forward, I could hear random people screaming.

I had a job as a cashier at a high-end grocery store and, even though it wasn't my first day on the job, I was still pretty new. I got behind the register and two old ladies immediately walked to my line. They didn't have a lot of groceries, just a few cuts of meat and some paper towels, but for some reason my register was acting up and wouldn't let me input my employee number and password. I kept fiddling with the screen, trying to get to the log-in screen, but it was taking forever. Fortunately, the ladies were nice and said they actually forgot something they needed so they left their groceries on the belt and went back into the aisles. I finally got it working, but the ladies were still gone, and an old Asian man came through the line and waited, not sure if he should go forward or wait for whoever the meat and towels belonged to. I ushered him forward and checked him out around the ladies' groceries, and soon they came back. We hit another road block when I tried to scan their paper towels but couldn't find a bar code on them. They told me the towels were 37 cents each, which seemed pretty low, but I'd already made them wait so I just took their word for it. After I finished with them, I went on my lunch break, so I walked over to the deli/butcher area to get a sandwich. I was friends with the girl behind the deli counter, she had two brown ponytails on the sides of her head and one of those little hats butchers always wear. When I got there, she got excited and pointed to a spot in the meat display case near the bottom. There was a cute black and white kitten curled up and sleeping on an empty spot on the case. I suggested she make a sign saying "Cat 3.99/lb" and put it next to the sleeping kitten, and she laughed and agreed but before she could the kitten woke up and walked away. I ordered a sandwich made with bratwurst, and as I started towards the break room I saw Cory walking up to the deli. I ran up behind him and stuck the bratwurst sandwich in his face, but instead of jumping scared he just took a bite of it. I asked him what he was doing here, and he said "I need to buy some spices for dinner tonight." He wheeled a cart up to the deli and started ordering bags of the spices on display on the wall shelves. He piled bags of expensive high-end spices and dried herbs into the cart until it was full, and I was concerned we didn't have the money to buy a cart full of spices. He seemed okay with it though.

Something involving Monster High or Bratz dolls. There were three sets of three dolls each, and each set had the same three dolls only they were a different size. There was a set of small ones the size of regular action figures, a set of normal sized ones, and then a set of very tall ones about the size of a 60cm BJD. I think I gave them to somebody as a gift?

I was in my room with my Sister Karen and my Brother Erin. My finger-biting RC worked and I became lucid. I love proving to dream characters that it's a dream, so I began flicking the switch on and off, but oddly enough, it actually worked. My siblings stared at me in confusion. Then, I realized that the switch was also controlling the sun outside! (It coming up and down). I told my sister to explain that and she goes "It's just some faulty wiring." I angrily stormed out of the room. For some reason I desperately wanted to have sex, so I began to head towards this girl Dee, but before I got to her, I saw this girl Shawna. I went after her. She stops in my kitchen with a wedgie and on her phone. I put my penis between her butt cheeks for a second, but quickly put it away because a part of me still feared that I might be awake. Then, I woke up. I fell right back to sleep and the dream continued. To prove to myself that I was dreaming. I began flipping the kitchen light switch and it wasn't working, but instead it was turning the outside Christmas lights on and off. Right as I was ready to seduce Shawna, my brother Kane came busting in the door and chanted some odd chants and scared the hell out of me and I woke up.

I was in my kitchen and my Mom and Brother Jon were talking. I interrupted them when I realized I could breathe even with my nose being pinched shut. I showed them and my Mom didn't believe me but my brother said "Oh sh*t, you must be dreaming!" I got excited and began getting in everyone's face and saying "i'm dreaming!" But, due to my dream recall being horrible at the time, I don't remember ANYTHING else. Besides waking up that is.

I was in my kitchen looking at the clock on the microwave. Instead of time, or even numbers for that matter, there were pictures of Power Rangers and the like, so I showed my brother Erin who couldn't explain it, but said he'd figure out what was wrong. I became lucid, and for some reason I always get this tingling, warm feeling of excitement which can be unbearable at times when I become lucid. I began running around trying to summon people and failing and jumping off of chairs in a failed attempt to fly. I got frustrated, and didn't know what to do. Then, Aaron called me over and had some odd explanation for the clock not working right. That, plus my failed attempts at lucid induced fun, I actually thought I was awake and this realization actually woke me up.

I was with Dennis Reynolds from It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, and we were writing a note that, in waking life, would have made absolutely NO sense whatsoever. But, in this dream world, it made perfect sense. I kept messing up, and every time I did, we'd laugh REALLY hard. We eventually got bored, or finished, I'm not sure which one, and just left. We got into a white convertible and picked up my friend Amy and her VERY fat friend whom I have never seen in waking life. For some reason, while Amy discussed her desire to make a music video, Dennis was asking the fat girl if her boobs tasted like vanilla. She said yes, so he licked them and grumbled angrily. All I heard was "...mumble mumble... Chocolate... mumble mumble..." and then we drove off to presumably make a music video. Then I woke up.
SIDE NOTE: I feel as if the fat girl and AMY were the same person and it makes sense because AMY used to be a bit fat, but is now very skinny. She was never THAT fat though, so I'm not sure.

Dream Meaning (IMO):
Well, in waking life I have a huge crush on Amy but I'm always too scared to hang out with her. In this dream, I had a really fun time hanging out with her and we didn't even do much! I think this is a sign that I should talk to her more.
