    1. My Family Vacation

      by , 09-20-2010 at 07:15 PM
Title: My Family Vacation Date: 9/20/2010
      Category: Vision Lucidity: No Lucidity

      Keywords: Imagery, Lightness

Description: Today I got up at 02:00. I did not go back to sleep, instead I did Silvia Mind Control for about 40 min. I learned about focusing on a screen that's 20 degrees above your eyes and a few inches above your eyelids. Almost immediately I was watching TV reruns (Giligans Island), in the theater of my mind, with full color and with amazing clarity. I was also taught to pinch together my thumb and first finger on both hands for focusing.
I then did my relaxation exercises, but there was no heavy lead feeling, I felt extremely light. There was no buzzing in my ears, no vibrations. Although my feet and legs felt like they were falling asleep (pins and needles). My leg jerked a few times and I felt itchy on my nose, then a pain feeling on the arch of my left foot, then itchy on my right leg. I didn't budge, but relaxed thru it.
I had imagery of a vacation I had taken with my family. My sister looked like she was 7 yrs old, which means I was 5. She had a white top with a flannel dress with red, yellow, green, scotch design. My grandmother was sitting between us in the back of the car making sandwiches. Even back then she had white hair. My mother looked young...around 30. My father looked like a geek, his eyeglasses were black with a little diamond design on either side, no real styling, maybe from the 60's. This vision lasted a few minutes.
I then saw different vacations I had been on, they didn't last long just quick flashes.
Although I am seeing things now....I still am not lucid. There is no dream state, just visions of places I have already been to. Then I woke up.

Mental or Emotional State: Happy - I got to see my mother again. It's been 27 years since I last saw her.

Interpretation or Meaning: My mom, sister and grandmother are communicating with me, through the vision. Letting me know everything is ok.

Description: Today I got up at 06:00. I did my relaxation exercises and put myself into waking sleep paralysis. I was extremely relaxed doing my visualizations (me walking thru the house from memory), when all of the sudden the timer went off. I accidentally turned the timer all the way up, so went it went off, I nearly jumped out of my skin. I tried to go back to sleep, but just couldn't seem to do it.

    3. Which part of me are you I asked

      by , 09-20-2010 at 07:11 PM
I had a long dream spent mostly just in dreamview and not lucid. The central characture was friend of my mothers named "Betty" I grew up going to her house where my parents would play dominoes and drink wine, she was always kind to me. The last time I saw her was at my wedding, she and her husband drove four hours from Denver and he took a million pictures for us. We accidently lost their thank you so I wrote her a nice involved long thank you note on Facebook because I had misplaced their address. I think she never got over being offended. When I saw her in my dream I felt that vibe from her, she spent time cleaning my house and helping me with laundry. Finally when she was fixing up my bathroom I decided to become fully lucid and tell her that I knew she wasn't the real"Betty." I said to the DC I know you aren't the real Betty, so which part of me do you represent? The DC was irritated, "which part of you" it asked? "What do you mean, I am not any part of you." "Yes" I replied "I have heard that dream people are representations of parts of ourselves so tell me now, what part are you? What important news do you have to tell me? " She kept saying she wasn't part of my psyche and with each rebufff she grew a few inches taller until she was crowding the bathroom. I felt she was trying to bully me into leaving her alone, like a puffer fish! I consentrated on growing as well but only grew a few inches and kept asking her my question. The DC grew bigger filling up the space and towering over me, I felt a little bit threatened and began to lose stability- so I stuck my finger through my palm to regain my stability. It worked for a moment but as soon as I saw how big the DC had become I fully lost control of my dream and I was kicked out and woke up. I am tired of my DC's giving me a hard time, why won't they just answer my questions!?

    4. Wind Tunnel

      by , 09-20-2010 at 07:10 PM
      Title: Wind Tunnel Date: 9/17/2010
Category: Deep Relaxation Lucidity: Mild Lucidity

Keywords: Windy, Cold, Lights, Tunnel, Flashing

Description: Today I got up at 06:00. I did my relaxation exercises and put my body into waking sleep paralysis. I was deeply relaxed and breathing comfortably. I broke trance a few times either gasping for air or I had my mouth closed and I would blow out my cheeks. I also tried some visualizations of our house what it looked like from memory walking thru different rooms. I can visualize pretty well, I just have a hard time with the dreaming part.

At one point I got cold and put on a blanket. It reminded me of that heavy lead feeling I had a few days ago. Almost immediately, my eyes began to flutter, and then the tunnel effect started with lights flashing all around me. A wave of coldness swept over my body. I then felt and heard wind blowing in my ears. I began to get excited, but tried to keep my energy low as to not collapse the feeling.... and then...NOTHING!!! I woke up.

      Mental or Emotional State: Excited

Interpretation or Meaning: In dreams, air usually represents communication, freedom, or spirit. The sound of wind may represent communication or news. It may also represent a signal from the unconscious. Because wind represents movement, it may symbolize change, as in the phrase "the winds of change."

    5. It's Loud in Here

      by , 09-20-2010 at 07:08 PM
Title: It's Loud in Here Date: 9/17/2010
Category: Heavy Vibration Lucidity: No Lucidity

Keywords: Heavy Vibration, Tinnitus, Lightness, Relaxed

Description: Today I got up at 02:00. I did my relaxation exercises and put my body into waking sleep paralysis. My breathing was slow rhythmic and steady. My Tinnitus was extremely loud. During the day it's low and annoying, but now I can't believe how loud it is. My head and shins seemed to be resonating at the same frequency as my tinnitus. I then opened my mouth and breathed deeply thereby effectively ruining my trance

While in trace - I saw pictures of 2 little girls around the age of 4 - 6 yrs old, they had golden hair, and white dresses with pink ribbon. They were both dressed the same, like twins. I don't remember what their eye color was...I have no idea who they are. I also saw a pair of cartoon eyes staring at me.

Later on I discussed my dream with my wife. She said she had a vision and saw 2 little girls. She said she spoke to me the night before while we were in bed. I don't remember her talking to me, I must have been asleep, or in a very receptive state.

      Mental or Emotional State: Disappointed

Interpretation or Meaning: The eyes are frequently given spiritual significance. In some Eastern traditions, it is believed the eyes produce potent life energy. The eyes represent our sense of visual perception and, therefore, our perception on higher levels as well. They are often referred to as the "windows to the soul". In your dream, they may represent the soul looking outward, or may represent your desire or need to look inward. The eyes may symbolize insight. They may also represent the need to seek information or to see something for its true value.
    6. Cosmic Roller Coaster

      by , 09-20-2010 at 07:06 PM
Title: Cosmic Roller Coaster Date: 9/16/2010
Category: Deep Relaxation Lucidity: Not Lucid

Keywords: Lightness, Light, Relaxed, Shocked, Coldness

Description: Today I got up at 06:00. I did my relaxation exercises putting my body into waking sleep paralysis - No more heavy lead feeling - Instead I felt light and totally relaxed. My breathing was slow, deep, and deliberate. I did my affirmations - "I will remember everything and I will not be afraid", Also "everyday I am getting better, and better, and better". At one point I could see the ceiling with my eyes closed. I could only hold on to the vision for a few seconds. I then tried to visualize the room with me sitting in the chair looking at the computer screen. It was easy to visualize the room but difficult to imagine myself. Maybe if I stare at myself in a mirror I'll be able to remember what I look like.
I felt my body going thru cycles...relaxation...then the timer went off and shocked my system...over and over again. Anytime I heard a noise while being deeply relaxed, my mind would jump to a new location and my body felt an electric surge.
Something else happened to me while I was in that meditative state. My eyes fluttered, a feeling similar to the beginning of an epileptic seizure. I felt energy building up in my spine, and then their was a bolt of energy shooting thru my arms and legs followed by a deep and powerful coldness. I then saw what looked like a tunnel with lights flashing all around me. The tunnel effect only lasted a few seconds, but it felt like being on a cosmic roller coaster.

      Mental or Emotional State: Excited

Interpretation or Meaning: Light represents illumination, enlightenment, and knowledge, and may also have spiritual connotations. It may represent the attainment of higher levels of consciousness, or may represent your higher Self. It is a powerful dream symbol that almost always has positive connotations.
    7. A Shout in the Night

      by , 09-20-2010 at 07:03 PM
Title: A Shout in the Night Date: 9/15/2010
Category: Color Patterns Lucidity: Not Lucid

Keywords: Heavy, Lead, Vibrations, Colors, Patterns

Description: This morning I woke up at 03:30. While returning from the bathroom I felt very hungry...starving. I ignored this feeling because I felt if I ate anything I would not be able to go back asleep.

I did a guided meditation before returning to sleep...Silvia Method & the Ultimate Psychic Guide...About 30 min. I kept still in bed relaxing my eyes until I entered waking sleep paralysis. My arms and legs felt like lead. I felt vibrations on my face and chest. Colors and shapes danced before my eyes. A high pitch cry was heard...DAD, DAD, DAD! Pain in my left arm and hip grew (the rollover signal), I ignored it for as long as I could, about 3 hours. With exception to the pain, I felt like I was in a very deep meditative state. I felt like I was barely breathing.

Mental or Emotional State: Disappointed - I was relaxed, I entered waking sleep paralysis, and then.....NOTHING!!!

Interpretation or Meaning: Hearing voices within your dream--if the source of the voices is unknown--may represent messages from your unconscious mind, or may represent many sides of an inner conflict.
    8. My first lucid dream! Simple and Beautiful

by , 09-20-2010 at 07:03 PM (Dreaming on my feet)
I had a lucid dream! I was flying, and knew I was dreaming immediately because I was flying I enjoyed this immensely because I was not shocked, and it didn't hit me like many members report, I wasn't over excited, and I didn't wake up. That was one thing I have tried to focus my intention on, approaching lucid dreaming with a calm and stable mind. So, I'm flying with my arms at my sides, parallel to the ground gazing foreward, going a little too fast for me to control, but I do forget to stabilize before trying to accomplish my goals so they don't work unfortunately and I lose lucidity within probably fifteen to twenty seconds. I was flying over a hilly grass area near a very large and beautiful tree, it was daytime. I first tried to change my altitude and method of flight [like hovering, or doing somersaults, etc.] but was unable to, and then I tried to "Earth Bend" like in the animated series Avatar, but I don't recall being able to move anything with my mind. So my next area of concentration will be dream stabilization!
[Sorry for the long post about a 15 second dream, but I feel quite proud and exhilarated from my experience, and overjoyed that I am moving closer to understanding the dream state]

In the dream immediately following or connected to the LD, I meet up with people I live and work with, and we are driving through rolling countryside along the coast of some huge lake or ocean. It is sunset and breathtakingly beautiful, I feel comfortable and adventurous. We pass through several cities, some we pass around at a height while still in the car. The cities are filled with large buildings seemingly made of adobe or concrete, very circular like Indian temple-skyscrapers, with a feeling reminiscent of elven towns from Lord of the Rings. I ask the driver town names and she gives some names of towns in the state where I live, which I do not notice. We come to a building in a town and enter and it's a type of leisure club, semi circular in design and spiraling upward, long decorative diamond strings hanging down like a mobile in some art museums or libraries. It seems there are many live performers/magicians performing strange things [though I do not remember] One of them gives me some type of small cellular type device connected to a balloon that looks like a large lightbulb. Holding it causes me to fly again, and I am soaring gently over the many people, and fly up through the building, very dark and intimate feeling with red and black tones and candlelight , filled with mystique. I come down to the ground, grab another and fly even higher, and I seem to be the only one flying though I am not a spectacle and I don't mind at all .

After flying I sit down with two old men/magicians/performers with beards, like monks or gurus, sitting cross legged and excitedly tell them about the lucid dream I had just experienced, how it felt and what had happened. They look interested and listen attentively, but do not say much - they sit and smile gently at me. As I look at them I am filled with peace and comfort, they give me a sense of encouragement and approval. When I finish my dream, and finish telling them breifly about the concept of lucid dreaming, one tells me, "well, that sounds like a dedicated task."

I had several more but must leave now, will update more later in the week since I have no internet access except the library, and will also enter in some memorable dreams from the last few months. Thanks for reading, I'd be glad to get any comments or encouragment or advice.

    9. My First Flight

      by , 09-20-2010 at 06:59 PM
Title: My First Flight Date: 9/14/2010
Category: Flying Dream Lucidity: Mild Lucidity

Keywords: Blackness, Green, Floating / Flying, Vibrations

Description: I started at 04:30. I was laying flat on the bed with my hands at my side, relaxing my eyes. I had my Lucid Dream Timer set at 8,4,8,12,16,20,20,6. Within an Hr. I felt vibrations. Scenes were flashing before my eyes. I walked down a path from a house carrying a green plastic cover. I was holding the cover with both hands waving it trying to get all the dirt off. I could not keep the picture in my mind, everything went black. I felt my feet lift off the ground....I was floating. I could not see anything, but I felt it.

I was so excited by the prospect of floating that my energy rose too quickly and my dream state collapsed.

Note: To maintain the lucid dream state, you must modulate your emotions. (Don't let your energy rise too quickly).

Mental or Emotional State: Excited, Happy

Interpretation or Meaning: The color green represents luck, money, envy, new beginnings, nature and growth. It may also represent peace.

Blackness - Being "reborn" into the next phase of life.

Flying may represent freedom, or may represent the spirit. They may also represent rising above your difficulties or overcoming obstacles.
    10. Loose lips might sink ships but these kisses take trips

by , 09-20-2010 at 06:56 PM (Amen, the thunderbolt in the dark void....)
I'm walking around with some friends. They're old friends of mine, one of them is actually dead. They're all being really obnoxious and we're all laughing. We keep going into stores and just running around and making loud noises.

I leave them to go to what I think is my house. There is a feeling of impending doom as I walk through this very strange cookie-cutter neighborhood. Boots comes walking towards me. He's going on and on about, what I think is his upcoming trip to Greece. Then he starts saying things like, "google garble gluck gar gar grrr god damn god damn gluck google, gratch." Which honestly, isn't something he would only do in one of my dreams. I started laughing, he smiled and then we parted ways.

A girl ran out and greeted me. I don't know her, but I pretended like I did. She told me that I was crazy to be walking around without a purse. I mean honestly, what was I thinking? The war of the worlds was upon us and... wait, what? Yeah, the war of the worlds, possible looming apocalypse. I had to have a purse, at least.

To my dismay, all of the girls many purses were very large pairs of womens underwear. When I say very large, I mean that they stretched from my waist to the floor and I was very uncomfortable with this. "Um," I started, trying to pick my words carefully and not be rude, "why do you have so many large pairs of underwear?"
      "Oh, well they're totally stylish."
"I see," I said. I began thinking about how utterly stupid fashion trends are. I left the house without a "purse."

Somewhere around this point I began singing Kimya Dawson songs, particularly Loose Lips. I felts as though it were looping through the dream.

It made me think about being lost in San Francisco with a car full of friends looking for a show and blasting this song and all singing along. As I was walking it started going up hill and I was in San Francisco. The pavement was wet and it was dark outside.

Somehow I managed to get to the battle. I'm still very confused about what it actually was. There was a huge gigantic tower-thing-contraption, that had a huge platform on the top of it. There were people standing on it and there were millions and millions of people surrounding it for miles. There were space ships omitting red and green sparks that were smashing into each other. Everyone was panicking.
    11. September 20, 2010

      by , 09-20-2010 at 06:42 PM (Requiem's DJ)
I skipped the last two days for reasons I won't go into, but my dreams had been increasingly vivid and close to lucidity. And now a sort of breakthrough.

      45 Minute Lucid (dild)

I woke up at 10, set me alarm and was back to sleep in a few minutes. Woke at 10:50. Lucidity weakened in some spots but I kept rediscovering lucidity, tried a few new things, my attempts at dream control were abysmal.

I saw an old man in a wheelchair fly and knew I was dreaming.

There was one scene where I get on my computer. I try to create a "Prof X" folder to see secret documents inside about his location but the computer acts too funny to use correctly. I click on a DV icon and open a chat and ask for a walk through. "Waka*blank* messages me (I don't know him, never heard of him) and we chat but he isn't helpful. I then try to slowly climb into my monitor but stuck halfway and exit.

I tried to enter my neighbors house but it never quite worked out. First, I lost vision but got it back. Then it happened again so I spun and teleported to what looked like a sort of farm with a barn. I lady peers at me from inside. A huge bull emerges. It attacked and I try to draw a sword but nothing. I grab its charging horns with my bare hands and rip them off, then stab it to death.

I explore my house, talk to my family at dinner about dreams, tell them about the earlier attempt at TV transportation attempt I enjoy a soft, flat taco. We are attacked my some gang but that part is pretty fuzzy.

Eventually I was wondering if I was ever going to wake up, I sat down and stared at my hand. I tried to zoom in on it to the atomic level but nothing really happened. I wake myself up.

So I really didn't get much accomplished.

    12. Frighting SP of 9/19

by , 09-20-2010 at 06:29 PM (Grischkaja's world of dreams and mysteries)
Experienced SP, mixed together with some hallucinations
I awoke in the middle of the night. I had first the feeling that I weighted 3000 pounds, my heart beat slowly, but irregular. I heard my own voice saying (or maybe it were just my thoughts???): "This is how it feels like when there is too much gravity..."
Instantly, I had the feeling that I was flipped up side down, that I was flying. My heart beat very quickly and irregular. I got extremely scared. I heard at the same time: "and that's the feeling you get when there's no gravity at all!"

I don't remember what happened afterwards.
That's one of the most terrifying experiences I've ever made while sleeping
    13. Night of 9/19 ... 3 Dreams... + Beginning of [Intro/DC-1]

by , 09-20-2010 at 04:57 PM (Grischkaja's world of dreams and mysteries)
Hello again This morning, I had no time to post my dreams (first day of university!!). Anyway, I post now my 3 dreams.

      1. I'm in my home town. For one unknown reason, I have to go to the town-centre, which is located in a valley (my home town is surrounded with hills, obviously). But the road is covered with ice. It's nearly impossible for me to make one step after another, I'm gliding over the ice. I decide to take another way (gliding down the hill seems to me too dangerous) and glide along a road away from the principle road.
In normal life, this roads leads to my old primary school, not far away from the city centre.
But suddenly there is no ice and I'm at a complete different place! This place looks like the region around my town, which is definitely not the place I want to be... The only difference is, that there is a river or lac in front of me, which I have to pass. ... AND I walk simply over the water and wave with my arms like if I tried to fly I'm asking myself how this is possible, don't find any explanation, but I keep on waving my arms and after 5 minutes, I'm on the other side.
I'm totally amazed. Suddenly, there is a pick-up truck in front of me. I simply jump in wait that the truck starts driving away
      2. I'm in a shop. I have the urge need to.... buy something. Although there are just hammers, nails etc., I look for computergames. I find a few, but there aren't interesting at all. So I decide to continue my "quest" and look at different places in the shop. But after a few minutes I'm exhausted, so I decide to leave the shop.
      3. I'm outsides, sitting in a comfortable chair and I'm smoking a cigarette (and I'm a convinced non-smoker). Alternatively, a few DC show up and disappear. Every time I see a DC, my cigarette disappears gone, and when a DC disappears, my cigarette is there again. I'm also wondering why I'm smoking a cigarette, but just keep on smoking...

    14. 2/3 Sun, Never and Stability Issues

by , 09-20-2010 at 04:50 PM (One Must Imagine Sisyphus Happy)
Two LDs, but hardly impressive. I didn't sleep well so I don't think I could have stabilized these tiny dreams.

But before all that, I once again practiced the daydream while trying to fall sleep. I'm going to make it a part of my regular routine so I'll note it in my journal in green. It's neat that I can recall the daydreams without any written notes. Wow, it's long. This is more like me writing a short story than a dream. If you're just looking for the actual dreams, skip down to the bottom.

Daydream: I'm running down a dark tunnel like a railroad tunnel with a light at the end. I'm going to search for the portal to the dream world, but first I'm going to look for that little town that I was in last night. As I'm running, I wonder what to call this place between the physical world and the dream world. But instead of picking a name, I decide I'll ask someone when I get there.

In the tunnel, a giant spider blocks my way. I'm afraid but I decide to face the fear. I try to talk to him and befriend him. I even pet him. I know that he's not a monster. He is a guardian, protecting me from entering a place I'm not yet ready for. It's the place that is dangerous, not the guardian. When I have faced my fear, I will be ready and the guardian will let me pass. The spider is friendly and lets me past. He will help me again in the future.

I emerge from the tunnel into a sunny valley with a quaint Renaissance-era town with cobblestone streets and houses. I imagine it looks like France and many of the people have French accents. I want to find Juliette and Marie again so we can all go to the dream world together. In the center of the town is a church. I go in and ask a nun where Juliette and Marie are. She says Marie lives across the street. I enter Marie's house and she's alone. I ask where Juliette is. Marie is worried. Juliette has gone missing. I say we'll find her. I grab Marie and jump high above the city. Marie points out Juliette's house and we swoop down. Inside we find Juliette's mother. She is upset. She says Juliette left alone to look for the portal. The mother is angry at me because I was the one that told people about the dream world. I promise I will find Juliette and bring her back. "Which direction would she have gone?" "East," the mother says, "toward the rising sun."

Marie and I head east and talk along the way. She tells me the name of this place is Never. It's a small town in the middle of a varied, realistic landscape. She says it's always been here. Apparently, nothing changes and people don't grow old. Kids go to school to learn Nothing. Marie and Juliette don't go to school, they are a few years older than that. No one has ever left. Juliette was the first one to try to leave. I ask, "What is east of Never?" She says, "The forest, and beyond it the mountains."

We reach the edge of the forest. It's a dark and foreboding woodland forest like one would see in Europe. Marie is afraid but I reassure her that everything will be okay. The giant spider returns. Marie is terrified but I try to stay calm and talk to the spider. I explain the situation and ask for his help. He gives me a rope made of his silk. He tells me to tie the rope to a tree at the forest edge. I can follow the rope back out of the forest so I won't get lost. Brilliant!

I turn around and Marie is happy and has a basket full of muffins. I eat one and it's delicious. I ask where and how she got freshly baked muffins. She says she's the daughter of the town baker and she can bake anything out of anything. She says Juliette is the daughter of the blacksmith and make any tool. She doesn't seem to think these magical powers are unusual.

We walk through the forest, trying to find paths and signs that Juliette would also have followed. We meet a large sparrow and I try to talk with him to ask for help. He doesn't speak, but he comes with us perched on my arm. We come upon areas of bright yellow light that teleport us to other parts of the forest. I check the rope and it's still taught, so I trust it will still lead the way out. Marie and I stop to rest and lo and behold Juliette finds us. We are relieved and follow the rope out of the forest and then walk back to town.

Me, J, and M try to think where the dream portal could me. They really want to know about the dream world and also the physical world. I become aware of physical body and I feel like I'm being pulled out of Never. Eventually I let go come back to the physical world, still awake.

0005: C. My notes are mostly illegible. I remember it being a robust dream but all I can decipher from my notes is this: Hugh, Dave, and I ... Star Trek. Dave ... beer ... has a character like Captain Picard ... They introduce themselves. One girl is a comedian and this intrigues me.

0637: D. I'm in bed and it's dark. I think I have a laptop. I hear Linkin Park music. I'm typing in "laser" to a web browser to search. But I keep spelling it wrong. Then I think I've got it right but the browser shows an error page. I think it's because I spelled it wrong. But I realize it's an internet connection problem. I think, maybe Hugh pulled the plug? Why would he do that? I start to get out of bed when suddenly I'm being dragged out of bed by the wire on my headphones. I'm pulled toward the desk in my room, defying gravity. Ugh. I'm dreaming. But these are hardly good conditions. I'm being ripped through the air by my ears in great pain and darkness. "Stabilize!" No luck. Dream ends abruptly.

0740: D. I'm in bed (again) lying on my right side. I open my eyes and the view is distorted. It's like the picture is being sucked into a vortex somewhere to the upper left. I realize I'm dreaming (again) but these aren't good conditions (again). "Stabilize!" I rub my left hand across the mattress sheet to get some tactile sensation. Dream ends abruptly.

    15. Unusually low recall

      by , 09-20-2010 at 04:42 PM
All I remember from last night's dreams were the feeling of being lost and slight flashes of scenery.

This morning I could remember the dreams in full, but a few hours passed and I completely forgot my intention to write them down here. Usually I remember my dreams through the whole day and sometimes a few days after but for some reason or another they seemed to have slipped my mind. Figures, I would forget my dreams after the night before declaring that I was going to start posting in my dream journal more often.

If you are reading this wondering why I'm talking about my dream recall and nothing really about my dreams, it's because usually when I start to talk about my dreaming experiences I start to recall the dreams I forgot previously. My mind works in that kind of funny way, but I enjoy it.

Unfortunately my technique is failing to work on this attempt, but I have confidence that I will remember a lot more from tonight's dreams. If I remember anything later on in the day I'll be sure to document, because that also happens. Crazy trains of thought that end up in sudden recall.

      Till next time!
