Non-lucid, Lucid, [Commentary made while awake] I'm in the parking lot of the office complex where I work. I suddenly think: I distinctly remember going to Toastmasters yesterday morning, then to work, but I haven't had any time off work since then. [I go to Toastmasters on Friday mornings, and I have the weekends off.] How did I get here? I'm here out of sequence, and I don't remember coming here. Oh, s*** – I must be dreaming. I pinch my nose and can breathe. Yep, I'm dreaming. I decide to climb the outdoor stairs to the back door of my office. It only takes me four strides to get to the top of a staircase that I know has 14 or 15 steps. [Again, this was an example of that dream phenomenon where you focus on arriving at your intended destination and quickly arrive there, having “fast-forwarded” through the act of getting there.] I figure that the door is probably locked because it's not business hours, so there shouldn't be anyone inside. I attempt to use my dream ability to become intangible and walk through things to get into the office, but it doesn't work. The door remains solid to me. However, I quickly discover that the door is, in fact, unlocked, and just open it. [Apparently, my brain likes to do things in the simplest way possible.] The office looks exactly like it does in reality, except that there is a large, round, pink toy Jigglypuff sitting on the reception desk. This makes me laugh. [In real life, that desk is decorated only with pictures of the occupant's kids, who are now young adults, and some artificial plants. The occupant would never even own such a thing, much less display it on her desk.] I think, That's a random thing for my brain to put there! I wander into my boss's office. There is a small, clear plastic bag of broken crayon pieces on his desk, mostly blue, orange, and green. It makes sense for them to be there, because he has young children. I pick up a crayon piece and contemplate eating it, but I think that that wouldn't be very nice, because these crayons belong to the boss's kids. Then I think, The real $Boss is never going to know, and pick up a small piece and swallow it. As in my previous lucid, I can feel it, but the sensation is weaker than it would be in real life. I go back out to the main room, where the reception desk is, and stand just to one side of it. I hear my boss's voice as he comes up the indoor stairway. Then my boss comes into the office through the front door, followed by his entire family. I'm naked [as I have been throughout this dream, but I haven't felt the embarrassment that I usually feel in my dreams that involve nudity]. At first I stay where I am, thinking, I don't mind if he sees me. It's just a dream, after all. But the force of the social taboo overwhelms me, despite my conscious effort to resist it, and I try to hide behind the reception desk. He doesn't appear to take any notice of me at all. I run back out the back door, down the stairs, and into the parking lot. I see that it's nighttime. I say aloud, “Well, I can bloody well make it daytime!” I attempt to change the dream scene from night to day by closing my eyes, turning in a circle while thinking about what I want to have happen, and then opening them again. It doesn't work. It's still nighttime. Then the dream shifts. It looks like the new scene is rising up from behind the foreground of the first scene, then replacing it. [That's the best I can describe it; I don't remember the transition really well.] I say, “Cool!” I'm now indoors, in a portable classroom filled with school desks. I'm wearing regular clothes again, too. There are students and teachers here. One of the teachers starts singing “Amazing Grace,” and I sing along. We sing the entire first verse. I think, Cool. I've been wanting to sing an entire song in a dream. I know there' s more than just that one verse, but I feel like I've accomplished that goal. The classroom starts to fly. It flies over a cityscape that I know is in China. We're heading out toward the ocean. [There was another dream scene after this one, but I don't remember much about it. I know it was indoors, and I think it involved me and my mom searching for and trying to identify the perpetrator of a crime.]

Awake, Non-lucid, Lucid, [Commentary made while awake] [Last night, I had probably the longest and certainly the most highly lucid dream I've ever had. I'm writing this at the end of the day. I tried to recall this dream as best I could upon waking, and I made some handwritten notes, but by now, although I remember the highlights of the dream, I've forgotten what order they went in and how I moved from one to the other. This is my best attempt to reconstruct the whole, long sequence, but some of these are most likely not in the correct order. I do remember that I consciously chose to move from one activity to another in the dream, though.] I’m in a large room with a really cool indoor playground in it. I observe that they’ve added more decorations and more play elements to the playroom since the last time I was there: there is now a long chain with brightly-colored wooden blocks in various shapes (cylinders, hexagons, and others) threaded onto it hanging across the ceiling, and there are more things to climb and play on. I climb up one of the climbing walls, along with another girl. We press against each other as we climb it. Later, elsewhere in the same room, I’m looking at my reflection in a mirror. I notice that my neck looks strange, and tilt my head back to see. I see that my neck appears to have been replaced with a shiny, silver metal bar that appears to be a piston. This causes me to realize that I’m dreaming. I pinch my nose to confirm and find that I can still breathe. The familiar sensation pleases me, and I'm very happy to be in a lucid dream. I have a slightly higher degree of lucidity than I've ever had before. I go outside the building. There is a grassy lawn outside it. I have a discussion of systems for play and discovery with MA [a real-life friend and colleague] and another dream character. I then decide to explore a bit. I walk away from the large building and head toward another complex of buildings that appears to be an elementary-school campus. As I start walking, I say to myself, “Again, why am I walking when I can fly?” So I start flying over there. I find a party in progress on the far side of the elementary-school campus, where there are some picnic tables. People are hanging out and drinking beer. I obtain a pint glass for myself, but leave it sitting around on or near one of the walls as I wander away. I see the entrance to a mall, and enter it. I fly up into the air to get an overview of the area. From up here, I can see that the town I'm in is on the ocean and has a beach. I think, That makes sense. Oceans and beaches are part of my schema for what a broad overview of an area of land should look like, because of where I grew up. I'm walking along a rolling dirt path. While walking, I eat yogurt out of a plastic cup with a metal spoon. It's raspberry-flavored and smooth and creamy, and it tastes exactly like real yogurt. Then, I find a handful of coins that someone has dropped on the side of the path, along with a bronze medallion. The medallion has some text inscribed on it that says the name of the country I'm in and what the medallion was awarded for. [I don't remember what it said now, although I could definitely read it in the dream, and the country name wasn't the name of any real country.] The coins are all common U.S. coins, but there's also a fifth coin, a brass-colored one that's shaped like a little house [a square shape with a pointy roof]. I pick all these items up. I wake up in a car with MA, JL, and one other friend. One of them is driving, and I'm in the back seat. I remember that I had just been dreaming, and pinch my nose. Yep. Still dreaming. While exploring the grassy, park-like area outside the building I started in, I spot a silver, metal, quarter-spherical shape rising up out of the ground. I say, “Ooh!” because I see an opportunity here. The structure is roughly the same shape as the baseball backstop I once fantasized about flying to the top of [see my DJ entry dated April 28, 2011], even though it's solid silver rather than chain-link, and it's maybe two-thirds to half the size of the real one. I take off and fly to the top of it, stopping myself by grabbing hold of the top edge of the hollow quarter-sphere with my hands and then swinging myself up onto it, so that I'm sitting at the top with my lower legs dangling over the edge. I'm facing a crowd of DCs standing on the ground, one of whom is a burly man who flashes me a thumbs-up sign. I proudly declare, “I'm the coolest kid in school!” The DCs seem to approve, but then they start flooding into the hollow space inside the quarter-sphere, filling the space and causing the structure to tip over backward. I climb off as it slowly tilts over, unhurt. Having accomplished both the old goal of flying to the top of the backstop [well, sorta] and my other goal of trying dream food, I say aloud, “Okay, chores over. Time to have fun.” I fly up and let the wind carry me away. The dream fades, and I find myself lying down. I try to move my arm, but judging by the feel of it, I realize, No, that's my real arm! I don't want to do that! [Whether or not this was actually true, I couldn't say for sure, but it sure felt like it was at the time.] After a brief moment of feeling stuck in that position and trying to figure out how to get back to exploring the dream world, I roll over and fall out of my bed. I think, Wow, that actually works! I quickly determine that I'm back to the lucid-dreaming state, and remind myself that all that's around me only exists inside my mind, as I read in EWOLD. I'm looking at a different, grassy lawn. There is a little red demon thingy growing out of the grass. He has red roots that run all over the surface of the lawn. I have a magic sword, so I hold it out, wondering if it'll help and what I can do with it. The demon takes the sword and kills himself by using the sword to sever all his roots. When he and his roots have all disappeared, a small chair rises up out of the plus-sign-shaped hole in the ground where he had just been. It is a reward for my defeat of the demon. I take the chair and carry it with me as I fly back over to the party, which is still in progress. When I get there, I use the chair to help me grab onto some structure to arrest my motion and land. Flying is easy, but stopping is hard, I think. I can't find the glass of beer I left there earlier, but I decide it's no big loss. I take my chair and sit down at the corner of one of the portable tables that are set up in the party area. I'm facing the outside wall of the elementary-school complex. Up against the wall I'm facing is another table with a clear pitcher of beer on it. There is another handful of coins on the table near me – again, standard U.S. coins, all of them shiny and brand-new, plus the odd house-shaped coins I saw before. I decide to swallow some of them, because I know I can't do any harm to my real body by doing so. I see another girl at my table doing the same. It feels good. I can feel them going down my throat, but the sensation seems to be weaker than would be realistic, which isn't surprising, since I haven't actually done this in reality [and certainly never will]. After swallowing a few coins, I decide I want more beer to go with them, so I get up and get myself another cup. The beer is cold and rich and flavorful; it tastes exactly how I like my beer to taste. I've run out of coins, but I still want more. I cup my hand, place it on the table palm side down, look away, and think about what I want to have happen. I feel little pops under my hand, like bursts of compressed air, as more coins pop into existence. Then I feel the coins themselves against my hand as the pile grows. I remove my hand and continue swallowing coins. I'm very pleased that I've suddenly become so good at summoning objects. My dad is sitting right next to me, at the end of the table, so his chair is perpendicular to mine. He sees me swallowing coins and absolutely freaks out. He recoils from me in disgust, asking me, “What are you doing?” I simply respond, in an “it's not a big deal” tone, “It won't hurt my dream body.” Then I woke up for real and waited while the last of the SP faded away, concentrating on remembering all that I'd dreamed about. I was very pleased to have accomplished so much and to have been lucid for so long. [In fact, I got to check two goals off the big list in my profile today: trying dream food and summoning an object. ]

Awake, Non-lucid, Lucid, [Commentary made while awake] I’m in a building that is something like a conference center. There is a conference/camp event going on here for students in the $Program program. [Name has been hidden to prevent members of the program from finding this journal.] Most of the people attending the conference are teenagers and young adults. I go from the hallway through a door into one of the conference rooms, where there is a check-in and registration table set up. It’s covered with the papers that belong to that schema: lists of registered attendees, conference schedules and other materials for the conference, and calendars of upcoming events. I check in, then take a look at the calendar and see that there’s an overnight event coming up that includes attending a local high school’s football game. I want to go, but I think it conflicts with something else that I have going on. At this conference, each $Program group that is attending has a different nickname or theme; my group is the “villains” group. The check-in table for each group is in a different room. After I've checked in, I walk back out into the hallway and encounter a girl, my age or a little younger, looking for her check-in room. Her name tag reads “Eliza.” I encourage her to join one of the “good” groups [by which I mean, any group that isn't villains-themed], because she's new to $Program. I expect that I'll be the only one from my $Program group who participates in the larger group activities offered by the conference, because everyone else in my group is an older adult and most of the other conference attendees are teenagers or young adults. Besides, LN teaches high school for a living; she probably doesn't want to spend her off-hours with teenagers, too. I start climbing the stairs to the second floor of the building to get to the conference meeting rooms. There are two flights of stairs that cross in an X in midair, joining together at the point where they cross to form a platform. A third, smaller flight of stairs extends down from this platform to the floor I want to get to. There are others climbing the stairs along with me. [I don’t remember the transition, but] I’m outside the building I was just in. I’m on a beautiful college campus. It has trees, grass, and winding, paved paths between the buildings. The ground is not level, but contoured, rolling up and down. In this scene, I realize that I’m dreaming. [I don’t remember why or how; I just did.] I jump/float down one of the inclines, grabbing a handful of grass at the bottom of the incline as I land on another path, which [I think] has a low wall that stands between the path and the incline I've just jumped/floated over. I'm touching it to keep the dream stable by engaging my senses. It feels like real grass and is very soft and supple. I walk down the path I've just landed on, heading toward a small tree, covering ground much more quickly than I would in reality. [Here, I experienced that phenomenon I've read about here on DV where, in order to get somewhere in a dream, you focus on your intention to arrive there and suddenly, there you are, having skipped over the boring part where you traveled there.] When I reach the small tree, I touch it, wrapping my hand around its narrow trunk. It feels rough, like a real tree. I'm just happily enjoying being in a dream. A little further along the path, just beyond the small tree, is a large, square, paved area, in front of the entrance to a building. A woman is standing in this area, alone. She’s older and has wispy brown hair, which she wears up in a loose bun. She has lines and wrinkles on her face, and has a patch of shiny, lavender-pink eyeshadow all over the center of her face. She’s wearing a long dress the same color as the eyeshadow. I suddenly recall the current Task of the Month [which I had just looked up, just before going to bed]. I approach the woman. In the distance, behind me, I can hear all the teenagers and young adults who are attending the conference/camp singing together: “Day-oh, day-oh. Da-a-ay-oh, da-a-ay-oh. Daylight come and me wanna go home.” I sing along with the young people as they begin the next repetition of this segment of music: “Day-oh.” As I sing, I look right at the older woman, expecting her to sing along, too. “Day-oh,” she mumbles softly, looking down shyly at the ground to my left. “Da-a-ay-oh,” I sing to her, still looking at her and expecting her to sing along. “Da-a-ay-oh,” she mumbles, still looking down. I figure that she simply lacks confidence in her singing voice and encourage her by saying enthusiastically to her, “Come on, you can do it!” “Daylight come and me wanna go home,” she sings, now looking up and demonstrating self-confidence. She proves to have a beautiful singing voice. Pleased, I continue singing along with the young people, who have been singing the song all this time. The older woman continues singing along as well. “Come, Mr. Tally-Man, tally me banana. Daylight come and me wanna go home.” Somewhere in the midst of those two lines, the dream faded and I woke up, probably because I was so excited about having completed the Task of the Month for the first time since February. ---------------------------------- Side notes: I just looked up what the current Tasks of the Month were last night. I think this knowledge helped motivate me to want to have a lucid dream. I'm thrilled that I completed the basic task the same night! The euphoria from my achievement lasted for several hours into my waking day. I'm also excited to have used a new dream control ability for the first time. I'd read that you could control what happened in your dreams, including controlling the actions of DCs, by expecting particular things to happen, but this was the first time I'd ever actually done it.
I'm sitting in my room trying to go to sleep, when I realize, I've just gone to sleep. The dream is still in it's infancy so things are just forming. I have no clue on what to do...no goal....no motivation or anything, so I head outside. Off in a distance, I see a tornado forming, and for a second I lose it and think "what if that's going on in real life". It finally touches down, and starts twirling everywhere, ripping everything up in it's path. Eventually it reaches me, and I'm standing directly in the middle of it. I looked up and made a circular motion in the exact opposite direction of the tornado, and it reversed it....causing it to suck back into itself. The clouds formed a dome, and lighting was coming out....the entire scene changed and I found myself in hogwarts.....wtf? All I wanted to do after that was wake up.
NonLucidLucid Dream #1I was at the local skate park with my buddies and they had to go, I waved goodbye. It was dark and creepy as I was walking home and something sparked in my head, it felt like a nightmare. I read somewhere on here that if I spin around, I can change my location.. Oh my god.. Was I surprised when this actually worked!! I got 'teleported' to this huge beautiful city in the middle of the night. It was awesome. Of course since this was a dream I could do 'anything'. I'll spare the details but, I woke up right before I got some from the hottest girl in school.. lol It was so vivid too. Like, it feels realer than real life but, when I woke up it felt like an average dream.. Still, this was just so cool.. Haha EDIT: I should also mention that I have had these LDs before but, I've never known about all these techniques and my LD Count only displays the ones I've had since the time of my first DJ entry.

14.07.2011Stealing a flute and turning King Arthur into smithereens. (DILD) NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID Well, it has been over a month I did not write down dreams. I have been horribly busy and did not focus as much (this proves my delay in getting these ToTM done.) This will change soon in the upcoming weeks, but let's go for the dream! I was in a big room with a lot of people. I was giving a energy healing to a lady. I did not recognize the place where I was in, as it was a different place where I use to give my energy healings, so I realized I was dreaming. I checked my hands to make sure, the hands looked OK but I still knew I was dreaming. I finished the energy healing, just in case it was an astral being in need of a healing rather that just a Dream Character. When I was done, I took flight and flew through the window. It was sunny and I was not in San Diego, but in a different country. I was going to project, but I recalled that I still did not get my ToTM done, so I went for it. I started to look for a musical instrument. As I was walking, I saw sticks on the floor. I focused I could play them as if they were flutes, but I felt that it could be a poorly done ToTM, as I needed to find an actual instrument. I saw a building that was my hight school. I decided to find the music room, I was sure I could find some instruments there. I was flying towards my school and felt that I could wake up, I did not feel anchored to the dream at all. The school was crowded, so I wanted to do it fast. I entered the school and found a lot of random people. I was going to the second floor, hoping I would both remember where the class was (it has been 10 years since I was no there) As I was going to the second floor, I saw a kid with a flute. Perfect!!! I took the flute from his hands. While he started to complain, I played it. It sounded exactly like a poorly played flute. I gave the flute back to the DC and left school. I knew it was time to go to Where the Wild Things Are. I was not exited at all about this task, but I needed to get it done to not break my eleven month streak. I entered a building and saw some dream characters. I had no idea how to get to this place, so I asked for assistance. A dream character told me that if I entered "over there" I could get to it. He was pointing at a small wine refrigerator. I shrunk my self and started to walk inside the refrigerator, but I could not go further the wall. I complain it was not working. I was advised to push the wall so it could move. I started to walk by the wall and I started to push it. After a few moments, it started to move until I saw a hole. I went to a room that was all brown. It was like a big maze. I figured if I flew through the maze, I would get to Where the Wild Thing are. I saw a portal at the end of the maze and felt a little bothered, as I could have opened one from the very beginning. I walk through it and I appeared in a place where there was a big black ape with a ring on its nose. I did not read this book so I had no idea what to do, their names or whatever. I asked the Ape to be escorted to my palace. The Ape told me, "Your palace?" I agreed. The Ape was confused and I told him, "I am supposed to become your king." The Ape told me that I had to kill the actual king. I told him that was not an issue. We arrived to the palace and I saw... King Arthur from the Merlin movie (WTF) He was in his kid's form, and he had his crown next to him, because his head was too small. Merlin was not around, which I was happy, as fighting a Magician would be more of an issue. I opened my hand and created a blast. A purple ball with small lighting appeared and launched towards Arthur's. He disintegrated, including the Crown and the Throne. I told the Ape, "So, am I king, right?" He said yes, I was. A few weird monsters appeared from no where and said, "Hail the king!" I figured I succeeded the ToTM and I decided to get out of there. I started to fly away from this place when suddenly, I woke up.
I remember being at a best buy, and I had a PS3 controller in my hand. It was a remote for this hologram that walked around the store. The guy was about 5 foot, and it was pretty fun.......recall is jacked up so....... I'm pulling swords out of thin air, specifically clouds buster sword. I did a scene change by laying in the grass face first, and melting through the ground. The next scene I saw two samurai looking guys who were unarmed. Of course they wanted to fight, and they were laughing at the huge weapon I had. I threw it away, and tried to pull out another....didn't work. I tried again, and I pulled out this deep black sword with japanese writing written down it. (it looked similar to Aurons) I don't remember much else other than fighting them bare handed....
Had a DILD yesterday.....flying around at supersonic speeds. Maybe to prove to myself I could. Also had my first fight dream in a while today. Some guy kept talking crap and wanted his friends to jump in, and one of mine said they would jump in too. The first thing i did was knock the guy who he was talking to out, and then I proceeded to work on him. He couldn't do anything and his punches were coming at me in slow motion. Also, his friends never jumped in. I also made some kind of profound statement in the dream about life, love, and the world in general. ugg I wish i could remember it.
So I looked out of the window, and noticed the sky was weird again, and knew I was dreaming. When I walked outside, it felt like I had shades on and hood...everything was really dark. I didn't know what to do other than pretend to pull them off. I tried it a few times, and then I just removed my shirt. Day shifted into night, and the sky was beautiful. There were hundreds of stars in the sky, and there were clouds swirling around that looked like Chinese dragons. I saw a space ship, and decided to follow it. All of a sudden, I'm in outerspace flying at hyper drive speeds. It slows down, and I find myself aboard it. There are these aliens and humans there, and I just went through destroying all the aliens. Eventually it was time for plan B.
Flee to tranquility My first memory is of a friend and I getting shot. His condition was dire, and I laid him upon the couch, and turned around to go call an ambulance. I was very conscious, but had not yet realized I was dreaming. I hobbled out of the room and into the hallway of an apartment--what appears to be the second floor. I remember thinking "Just call 911...," my hand gripping the bullet wound at my lower left abdomen. A twinge of what seemed to be pain shot through my side. I remember reciting my address, preparing for the call to 911... I realized however, as I remembered my address, that I was certainly not at home, and that despite the gunshot wound, I wasn't actually feeling any pain. Halfway down the hallway, I decided on impulse to make it an action packed dream. I armed myself with a .45 handgun from a conveniently placed holster at my side and ran into the nearest door, ready to fire. I pause, however, as I see two guys stealing from someone's apartment. I ran up and grabbed the nearest guy in a choke-hold and held my firearm at the other henchman--who I recall had blonde dreads. I was trying to coerce them into telling my what was going on when a man in a trench coat, much larger that the other two, rounds a corner. He was obviously the head-hancho, the brains, etc. As I was about to interrogate him, he yells at me to get down on the ground as a dark, grotesque figure bursts through a window, sending glass everywhere. He was mostly covered in shadow, but it had a look of raw, decaying flesh-- similar to a zombie or demon, etc. At this point I'd forgotten about my gun and we were running out into the hallway to escape; I had a feeling my little gun wouldn't do much anyway. But, unfortunately, the dream was destabilizing, and I was losing lucidity, and didn't think to to do anything innovative as I started to awaken.
Normal Dream part: I woke up in my dream as a dirty 16 year old girl with huge ass braces, I guess I was homeless because I kept going to these weird underground locations where all these bums lived. They all knew me and talked to me, I was trying to hide that I had new clothes and was getting help to get out of this place. So I gathered my things and told them I'd be back later though I was telling a lie. I was now enrolled in school at Brentwood it was an elementary school. Although everyone I saw that was going there was not elementary age, there were little kids going there also. People kept calling me Derrick even though I was this disgusting home less girl, and I thought to myself why are people still talking to me when I look like this? At that point I morphed back and became semi lucid, because I knew that morphing is impossible. So I started to walk to my car to drive home. Lucid Part: I got into the car and performed a reality check, it was positive so I was in a dream. I started to drive away and it felt like normal driving, I stopped for lights but they would always turn green instantly I shouted while I was driving "Dream guide show yourself" nothing really answered but then I got a txt on my phone. It was complete gibberish but it had two numbers and then two words listed after them like a list. 8. Purple 9. Like that, so at least I know my dream guide exists now. The name that appeared on the caller ID was Chris I think. I was too caught up in the dream to change the scene I'm not used to DILD's everything is already going on but in a WBTB you make everything happen and appear at first. I didn't have much time before I woke up so that's pretty much it.
Dream Notes Lucid Early DND Dream Fragment. I went to bed and woke up after six hours. This is what i remember. I played DND last night for the first time in 8 years. Robbing a kobold. Fighting and getting a wand. Being in a desert clearing. G+C DILD + DEILD Eating in bedrooms Hanging out in te guest bedroom at my dad's old place with my wife and eric comes in and sits on the bed with us. He is being overly friendly and flirty so I start getting angry. After i tell them to stop a few times, I realize that I am dreaming. I start slapping him in the face. He just looks solemn as I punch him over and over again. I imagine my hand catching fire, my hand starts glowing and burning and I hit him really hard. I get up and leave the room. I hold my nose and take a breath as I walk through the hallway. I look at the wood panel really close and see almost like a computerized wood panel flame pattern that changed like whipping flames. I look away from the wall and see the pattern all over the house. I take another dream breath and walk into the kitchen. A tall chubby blonde guy is eating cold french fries out of the fridge and I remember that I want to eat something. I ask him for a fry and he says no. I reach into his box and grab a fry and he laughs. I eat the fry and it's cold and starchy as an old french fry is. I start to walk outside and lose the dream. I hold still and DEILD back into a dream. This time I am in a bedroom with double beds and on one a naked goth couple is making out on the other. I am totally lucid. I go over, easily separate them and give the girl a big hug. We start making out and the guy starts to protest. I say "freeze" and hold my palm up to him and he freezes completely still, brow furred, mouth open in protest, finger up and pointing. She smiles at me and straddles me. We are making out and I sit her down on the edge of the bed and I sit on the floor. I see a small box of popeye's chicken tenders next to us and I think for a moment whether I would rather have sex with her or eat the chicken. I split the difference and decide to give her cunnilingus. Her pussy is small and pink and she tastes really good. I can hear her moan and as I eat I look into the sparse tuft of black pubic hair and watch as the hair dances. I float back into my body and wake up. I fall asleep one more time but this time I am not having a lucid dream. I am walking through a mostly empty banquet hall and see a pictures on a table on a stage at the front of the room there is a picture of my cat next to a picture of a cat that I don't recognize. My wife comes up and hands me two wallets. She says one was given to me by her, one was given to me by my ex girlfriend. I ask her which is which and she laughs "that's the question isn't it?" I say "HMM" and stare at the wallets. One is bulky and ornate and has a strange picture frame connected to it, the other is very light and slim and has a made at summer camp cowboy leather motif. I tell my wife that because this cowboy wallet is very practical and I could actually use it, this one probably came from her. She says "good choice." I start emptying my current wallet Receipts, Id's, Trash, Discount cards to stores I have never heard of. Then I pull out the photo insert and it extends like a comically long accordian and the stuff that is being pulled out of the wallet is absurd. Industrial sized bottles of cleaning products, tools, dog toys etc. I am confused but before I can attain lucidity I wake up.
Dream Lucid Awake I wake up after 5 hours and do a 20 min WB2B. I take a Galantamine + Choline pill, right before falling asleep Riding in the passenger seat of my friend tom's car. We are heading down a two lane road with trees and bright green fields all around us. I ask tom if I can put on a book on tape about serial killers/ghost stories. He says it's fine. We put the tape on and as we listen about this evil woman who haunts families and kills children Tom starts freak out. We pass over a rickety two lane bridge and then he makes a U-turn. He starts driving fast in the other direction and I ask him what's going on. He won't talk and I ask him where he's going. He drives the car off of the road and down by the river under the bridge. He looks very freaked out. I tell him that this is only a book. That's when I realize that this is a dream. I take a deep breath and I'm ok. The dream fades to black and I'm back in my body. I hold still til I DEILD and I'm back in the car with tom. He's still freaking out quietly and staring at the steering wheel. I tell him we can turn off the book and ask him if it's ok if I drive. We walk around the car and I get in the driver's seat. I ask him if this is one of those flying cars and he says of course. I push a button in the center console and say "this is the lift off button right?" he says sure. The car goes up on the air and I get excited. I fly around in the car for a while and pull a couple of barrel rolls. I see a cute girl on the ground standing by her boyfriend and I think I'd like to make out with her. As I go to land near her I misjudge and accidently land on top of her. The guy starts yelling at me and I'm like "oh Shit" and pull the car back up into the air and fly away again. I land outside of a small corner shop. The shop is like an all old timey wooden seven eleven. Two girls and a guy are inside. I walk in and kiss one of the girls. She pulls back disgusted like what the fuck are you doing? I grab her shirt by the collar and tear it in half. She has blue flower pasties over her nipples and I pull them off. The guy pulls me around and takes a swing at me. I see it coming in slow motion matrix style and dodge it. I punch at him but my swing is in slow motion and when it hits him it's too slow to do any damage. I look at the other girl and she winks at me. I take her shirt off and I wake up.
I figured I would begin my online dream journal with the most interesting post in my dream journal so far - my first lucid dream in years. The beginning of this dream could have happened two ways, as I have memories of both. 1. I was in the lounge room, talking to my father, and got up to walk towards the front door. The furniture was arranged differently, the room lit by the lights, and the curtains closed. I tripped over something like a sharp wire, and felt no pain. This caused me to question reality and do a reality check. 2. I was at school, in English. It was the middle of the day, warm sunlight being diffused around the room from the blinds covering the windows. We were working through a question sheet, and one of the answers made absolutely no sense, causing me to RC. I doubt this second one. Infact, thinking about it, the second one is most likely a false memory, as I distinctly remember doing the RC in my loungeroom, and the rest of the dream took place at home. I did the RC I do as habit throughout the day, trying to push my finger through my opposite hand. It's hard to describe how it feels - like pushing a stick of hard play-doh into my hand. My hands were also extremely blurry, though I didn't concentrate on them much after I RC'd. I immediately got excited and started to lose the dream. I yelled out 'Increase lucidity!', relaxed my breathing, and got a more vivid look of the loungeroom. I wanted to change my scenery, go to somewhere else within my dream. I tried visualising a field, and willing the world around me to move and change, I then tried a beach, which I had visited in a lucid dream briefly many years ago. Despite this effort, my scenery didn't change. I didn't notice at first - and infact wrote in my dream journal that nothing changed and no passages opened, but I recall noticing that one of my walls had turned into a long hallway - deeply lit with red, and soft velvety walls and luxurious looking doors. I wish I had infact gone and investigated it, and I plan to use it as a method of transportation next time. Since my scene wouldn't change - I decided to try and fly. I ended up in my room, simply swimming upwards, struggling at first with freestyle, but soon adopted an upright push, somewhat like a jellyfish. Though I found it much easier than my previous attempts in dreams years ago, I lost a lot of lucidity from lack of concentration. It was cloudy outside, and everything had a tinge of green, though most colours were washed out. My foot got caught on a vine outside my window, and I couldn't keep floating. I tried to simply phase through it - like I did with the roof, but it didn't work, and the vine held me back. I lost more lucidity here. My memory then picks up back in the loungeroom, where I proceeded to have sex with nothing - simply thrusting away at the air with nothing there, though still receiving all feeling. This caused me to wake up very quickly. I woke up, and felt like looking over at the clock, and I believe I did infact wake up here, but then returned to sleep. I thought I began writing in my dream journal, and ended up in a dream where I was in my English classroom, discussing a problem we had with the homework where the answer didn't make any sense. I exclaimed to my teacher "That's the question which caused me to be lucid!" He agreed that the answer didn't make any sense, and would have caused me to become lucid. I woke up again after this, and began writing in reality.
I awoke in my bed, in my room. My dog (who has passed somewhat recently) ran from the foot of my bed through the door. Then I looked at my old completed puzzle turned picture on the wall. There were clumps of puzzle pieces missing, and behind them was a mirror reflecting a storm out my window. At that I became lucid. I stood in my room and marveled at the realism of it all, the texture of my sheets and curtains. I touched my hands a bit to stabilize then flew out the window. The window broke into puzzle pieces and stuck in my hair, I was worried they'd block my sight and force me to wake up so I did some flips in the air to get them out. Then I landed in my neighbor's driveway which was surrounded by long flowers. A man drove up in a low golf-carty vehicle and asked me if I wanted 60,000 dollars. I said sure, but in the back of my mind I was wondering if it was some sort of trick my subconscious was playing on me, a test. I asked what I had to give him and he said "10, 20, no 21,000 dollars". I said okay and he drove by a little. Then I decided to try spinning and teleporting to Egypt to visit the pyramids (My loose intent for lucid dreaming) and while spinning, woke up.
